- 0:01Baseball was entirely focused on the Director of Ice opportunity.
- 0:06We were founded about 8 years ago with some initial Baptists
- 0:10to solve some of the problems that exist to the three DB
- 0:13protocol. And we have since launched 5
- 0:18satellites that the largest satellites that were launched
- 0:20commercially in the lower Corbet and we're getting ready to
- 0:22launch 11/3 times the size. Next one, we've over this
- 0:28eight-year journey raised about $5 billion in support of this
- 0:31summer build out Payless legal constellation that's entirely
- 0:35focused on cellular. And we've done that because
- 0:39first from a technology point of view and it's second with part
- 0:42of the operate. So we've build relationships and
- 0:45agreements with the 50 well, whatever operators globally put
- 0:48out here with you by subscribers.
- 0:51We're entirely focused on just 6 billion old filters circulation
- 0:55pay pack. You go over there going in and
- 0:57out of how I sit there and they erase the social of work and
- 1:00travel help. They do this with really
- 1:02different generic architecture orpin that we work theory or
- 1:05building now and we do and if our ecos, if ecosystem is very
- 1:10important this not I did ecosystem that we own entirely.
- 1:14It's ecosystem that we just speak and the more network
- 1:18operators are Gray very quarter piece and they're the ones that
- 1:22we pay our silver's ready to do on our phones and the one for
- 1:25the exact. So we were founded around this
- 1:27opportunity as this probe any for so years.
- 1:31We think the price strategy, which is a rock that first try
- 1:34as you were delivering large arrays, they could do prop that
- 1:37as you goes and that's that's trip.
- 1:40Don't pay is a big market and we've organized our distance
- 1:43around them already. So we cop got Marfa size
- 1:46expectations. We think they scare me.
- 1:48They come how they but we're tired to worry about this
- 1:51account beer on the outcome on that and the Agri may radio life
- 1:55or constellation. So then we're deploying the
- 1:57Royal Focus Android Regeneration graphic 25 Sessis Rd. stuff.
- 2:02Though I think Paul mentioned a good point, which is that it's
- 2:05about me if I would work better. We have pretty good incredible
- 2:09terrestrial connectivity at Kindle where we started 30 years
- 2:12ago from zero. So the notion that we have
- 2:16tremendous terrestrial connectivity is fantastic, a
- 2:18little bit the right direction for civilization.
- 2:21But our fields don't work perfectly now.
- 2:24We do not have 100 century router connectivity where our
- 2:27phone isn't worth where we're gonna add on it.
- 2:29And we know that all of us, including every success of the
- 2:33other generation is 1 Bay for no activity over most other hustle
- 2:36live. So I think that the band drivers
- 2:38for like they are incredible. The access to 6 billion phones,
- 2:42which are now standardized plus three heat is incredible.
- 2:45And you know we're our strategy is to do a native cellular
- 2:49service on top of what's already picked up.
- 2:51It's not a tap down texting thing.
- 2:53So we think that them are Chris Baker.
- 2:55They were the research on the 10s of billions dollars.
- 2:58It's, you know, starting hours. So we know if you don't know,
- 3:00right, I'm not smart enough to know how they will be, but our
- 3:04company is entirely organized around providing value to the
- 3:08end customer and the value to our Custer Rivia, Mino and how
- 3:11big that gets. We're leveraging that upside.
- 3:14But I think we see a good runway to 10s billions of dollars in
- 3:18the end state of revenue being created and that's value that
- 3:21makes the phone works. And there's just several
- 3:23customers. There's one, it's the customers
- 3:25and doesn't really have good connectivity who will pay for
- 3:28that data. There's a customer like many of
- 3:30us who probably have good ability to pay.
- 3:32They will pay for that convenience factor and that is
- 3:34the buyer who just ripped your brand in our acres and make it
- 3:37doesn't think the forwards are available.
- 3:38There will be a evolving in perfect networks and the
- 3:41handoffs aren't great. And so we think selling
- 3:44additional connectivity when you don't otherwise have it with
- 3:47your phone with day in your pocket is very valuable and that
- 3:50there's the state of a customer there.
- 3:52And then the fart this tense billion stores, the more
- 3:55specular was better, less specular.
- 3:58We, you know, our our claim to fame amongst several and
- 4:03building this industry outfit is that we have a really large
- 4:05sound and the benefits are really are in satellite.
- 4:07There's a lot of pop or and orbit and the ability to put a
- 4:10lot of service down on the ground and the ability to made
- 4:14it cellular interfered standards with that large satellite.
- 4:17And so that's where we started from and in doing that as the my
- 4:22products of our carrier relationships, we had to use
- 4:25their spectrums and have the apparel.
- 4:27And so the spectrums and the fells between our low band and
- 4:31mid band satellites, they're two volts over 1000 megahertz
- 4:34spectrum of cellular spectrum and take bones today and we use
- 4:37it in places that they don't use it through the miracle of
- 4:40carrier aggregation and other 33 DVD standards that we've added
- 4:45on to that will face votes. We can recombine spectrum.
- 4:49That's how AT&T and Verizon came together as as part of our
- 4:53solution in the a 50 megahertz band is that we took stranded
- 4:56spectrum that was Lacey 2G3G and put it back together and for
- 5:00nothing yet useful for you. And so that's what a large
- 5:04satellite gift orbit, but a lot of power and our technology can
- 5:07do. And alongside that we were
- 5:09fortunate enough to sign up earlier this year.
- 5:12Long term, your assets rates to own the US and we've also made
- 5:17other MSS spectrum moves slowly, but we think that both
- 5:21strategies are great. Well, plus and minuses, but
- 5:24having an access to as much spectrum as possible.
- 5:26Being of the part of the carriers and bring or stuff to
- 5:29carry your relationship is very valuable strategically and is
- 5:34going to be a part of this evolution.
- 5:35And I I think we're decades away from a notion where we're pushed
- 5:38out to Barfield economics. This is a land grab a they build
- 5:42out Howard B cut it and the more assets you're now to the Hardy
- 5:46technology relationships spectrum capital, the better off
- 5:51you are kind of for purpose on time and the model.
- 5:54We've always striven use out a 5050 RO share for outright and
- 5:59of the four definitive agreements to sign with ATT
- 6:03Verizon, both STC Saudi Arabia with that cumulative one bill,
- 6:09you have to take a Bay revenue across those contracts.
- 6:12So we think that it add on business models a smart way go
- 6:16for a rot big product and we think that the value is there
- 6:19for the customer of a some we're sending you a customer a base to
- 6:22pay and over time some of that may be included or premium
- 6:26plans. There's lots of models, there's
- 6:28this layout or offloading, there's edge offloading, there's
- 6:31disaster recovery, there's backup options, there's
- 6:34standalone options. There's a lot of different
- 6:36models. But at the moment where we're
- 6:37starting the interactual and commercial journey, it's with an
- 6:41add on product, which you see across the illusion of decades
- 6:44of the wireless industry, including with today's
- 6:47international passport while with the away of the broad.
- 6:49So that's I think a smart bite. You start to build this product
- 6:52out the lines extra across revenue generation, a trade
- 6:56reduction through customer satisfaction and framework of
- 6:59phrases. So I think that's the smart way
- 7:01to do it, smart way to align interests that it's how we've
- 7:03always attacked the problem we are.
- 7:06We're hoping to operate in a world in a 6 billion funds
- 7:09event. So the ecosystem approach is
- 7:11totally different than you know, I'd seen fixed broadband
- 7:13business and from the outset our approach is very mobile network
- 7:18operator centric. But we have investment from the
- 7:20American tower big tower company invested twice every message
- 7:24from Google who has the largest operating system and 3 billion
- 7:28Android users in industry and make ID and and but up on tops
- 7:33of the mobile network operator rooms.
- 7:35That's really where with their bet because we think that's
- 7:38where the services hand is. That's where the users are.
- 7:40That's what folks will value. Ridge Media, broad bags, video,
- 7:46the stuff that we do on our phone won't order this.
- 7:48And then these both phones invested 3 times.
- 7:50So we have a five year ritually exclusive contract and all 24 of
- 7:54their markets will do including a joint venture in Europe, AT&T
- 7:59with whom we have ritual leases contract in the United States,
- 8:02Dell Canada with whom we have a mutual leases contract in Canada
- 8:06and the CC we just signed up with a mutual leases contract in
- 8:09some locations over as many as 10 years.
- 8:12So now for us with mayor that we've owned that prep operators
- 8:15in the run with us for years and years and years of helping this
- 8:18product and there's Cee Lo's CC is a lie for us and for those
- 8:23who accept all these investments are small, they're not
- 8:25meaningful. We just announced last week on
- 8:27our install for the first time she related take your pay
- 8:30agreements of over $1 billion in future relative commitments in
- 8:33addition to prepayments including 175,000,000 coming in
- 8:37this this amount from SPC. So we think mobile network
- 8:40operators are our proper of choice.
- 8:42We love the ecosystem, we want to grow the ecosystem and in the
- 8:46search range.
