- 0:34Welcome to Fitness and Fun in Bali with Hattie Cano and the Clydesdale.
- 0:40And we're here.
- 0:41And we're getting close to the holidays.
- 0:44So we decided to do a fun show.
- 0:47So tonight is all about 20 questions.
- 0:50And I put out on my Instagram, and I know Hattie did the same, asking for questions.
- 0:56So
- 0:57We're going to hit some questions.
- 1:00Yeah, Kenneth, there is a simulcast going on right now.
- 1:03Prodigies is on our channel as well right now.
- 1:08So pick us.
- 1:10No, I'm just kidding.
- 1:10If you want to go watch the teens, go watch the teens.
- 1:13Whatever.
- 1:14If you go watch them, make sure you come back and watch our replay.
- 1:16That's all I ask.
- 1:18Yeah, because we got some good questions.
- 1:21But one of the questions came from you, Kenneth.
- 1:22It did?
- 1:24Yeah.
- 1:26We're going to get him out there.
- 1:29So, first of all, how are you doing this week?
- 1:33Good.
- 1:33Yeah.
- 1:34Starting to feel a lot better.
- 1:35And my little tendonitis is starting to feel a little bit better.
- 1:40I'm putting in the work.
- 1:42And, yeah.
- 1:45Having a good week.
- 1:48Just rubbing some frankincense and myrrh and all of that on there?
- 1:54Doing some work.
- 1:55key and the voodoo on it you know all that kind of stuff nice yeah there was a competition here in bali at wanderlust on the weekend so i helped judge with that and that was super fun what is it like judging do you find more pressure judging uh yeah i mean sometimes judging can be really fun but if it's like a
- 2:25intense there was this one workout where like the bike calories we had to just let them roll over and it was like bike and on the bar or on the bar doing like bite calories pull-ups bite calories chest bar but bite calories uh bar myself and there's a really quick one so we had to do like math during it and it was just a lot for me and so by by like the third um
- 2:53whatever heat a lot of us judges were just like, okay, let's have one on the bike and one on the pull up bar.
- 2:59Cause we don't need to be doing math.
- 3:02We don't need to be doing, you know, all this crazy stuff.
- 3:07Yeah.
- 3:07Look at my stopwatch.
- 3:14Yeah.
- 3:16Why are we doing math right now?
- 3:18Uh, but it was super fun.
- 3:20It was good to, uh,
- 3:22Good to cheer on all the people I used to coach here.
- 3:27That's cool.
- 3:27Yeah.
- 3:28I, uh, I came back from Tempe and got sick and, uh, and finally, finally, finally feeling okay.
- 3:36Good.
- 3:37Like a little bit.
- 3:38Yes.
- 3:39A little bit yesterday, much better today.
- 3:42So hopefully I'm on the, the upswing to everything.
- 3:46Yeah.
- 3:46Yeah.
- 3:46So, um,
- 3:52But it's fine.
- 3:53The only bad thing was my family celebrated Christmas last weekend, and I really had to push through.
- 3:59I really had to suck it up and get through that weekend.
- 4:03So early.
- 4:07Well, a lot of the younger people in my family have obligations with other family, like their significant other's side.
- 4:18So we just decided to do it the week before.
- 4:21Um, where we, where nobody would add the pressure of like, I have to leave or I have to go do this or whatever.
- 4:27Yeah, that's smart.
- 4:29And then at least you guys all get to have time together, right?
- 4:34Yeah.
- 4:36It's just weird with my daughter.
- 4:37She's coming back Friday night.
- 4:42She'll be here until Saturday afternoon.
- 4:44And then she goes to her boyfriend's family Christmas.
- 4:49So then my wife and I are kind of like alone Saturday night through Christmas.
- 4:54But we're going to go see our parents and just kind of hang out with them.
- 4:59So, yeah.
- 5:01Well, that's the week it was.
- 5:03It's like a free night for the past week.
- 5:06Cause they're here in Bali as well.
- 5:08Oh, wow.
- 5:10Yeah.
- 5:11Have they been there as long as you have or just, just visiting?
- 5:16No, they're just, they got here on the 15th, I think.
- 5:20So not too long ago, but yeah.
- 5:25Well, cool.
- 5:27Are you ready to get to these questions?
- 5:30Oh yeah.
- 5:30Yeah.
- 5:32So who wants to go first?
- 5:35Rock, paper, scissors.
- 5:37Okay.
- 5:39Rock.
- 5:40Whoever wins goes first.
- 5:42Okay.
- 5:43Rock, paper, scissors.
- 5:47Shoot.
- 5:50What did you do?
- 5:51You win.
- 5:52You win.
- 5:53Okay.
- 5:54That was crazy.
- 5:55I've never played rock, paper, scissors on a podcast before.
- 5:58Okay.
- 6:01Okay.
- 6:02we'll start off I was just thinking I didn't do like any holiday questions but hopefully you have some so um what is your favorite quality about yourself and if you want to answer not so favorite as well then you can this one's like it's getting deep from the get-go wrong yeah so
- 6:30So my favorite quality is that I think that I'm just like a good hang.
- 6:40Like, like I, I think people like to hang out with me and just kind of shoot the shit and do the stuff.
- 6:50And I think that's what makes me good at like this kind of media coverage thing is like, that's half the battle is just, so I guess my best, my best talent is that I'm great at relationships.
- 7:06I love that.
- 7:08Building relationships, being a good friend, all of that.
- 7:14My least, so my worst quality is that when I get into work mode and I'm trying to accomplish something, like I get very zoned in.
- 7:27that's where I have problems with my nutrition and my nutrition coach because like I forget to eat.
- 7:33I forget about what's kind of going on around me and I don't soak in what's kind of around me.
- 7:39And I almost have to have someone like break me out of that to like go enjoy this piece so that you can do the work part better.
- 7:51Yeah.
- 7:52Yeah.
- 7:54I mean, that's hard when you're like,
- 7:56in something you're really in it right and you don't want to break from that or i don't know i find with me if i'm like in it then that's like rare because i get very like oh or like add so when i'm in it i'm like okay i gotta be here and i gotta hold on to this for a while
- 8:18So where it becomes detrimental for me is like at an event, like I'll be in the media room, like editing, cutting, getting stuff ready to go out and content and forget that I need to be out on the floor to watch so that I can analyze at the next show.
- 8:35Does that make sense?
- 8:37Yeah, for sure.
- 8:39For the eating part, you just need to have some like little snacks in your pocket or something.
- 8:43You're just editing and then you just pull in a little snack, keep editing, a little snack.
- 8:50Yeah, I've got to do better at that.
- 8:52I actually had a friend who was a listener to the show text me in Tempe every couple hours, go eat.
- 8:59And I'd look at my phone, oh, I need to go eat.
- 9:04So yeah.
- 9:05That's very nice.
- 9:06It's definitely a problem.
- 9:07So what about you?
- 9:11I would say...
- 9:13My favorite is just like how energetic and outgoing I am.
- 9:18Um, like I do love to meet new people and I find, yeah, I just like, I always have energy and yeah, that's, I just love that about myself.
- 9:29Um, and then my not so much is that like, I'm definitely working on this a lot, but that I care too much about what others think about me a lot of the time.
- 9:43So yeah, I'm definitely working on that part, but that's a hard one.
- 9:49Yeah.
- 9:52Especially in this line of work.
- 9:56Yeah.
- 9:59Well, cool.
- 10:01So I started off easy and then, and then they'll get progressively harder.
- 10:05Okay.
- 10:06So mine is just a nice down the fairway CrossFit question.
- 10:13What is your favorite named workout?
- 10:17Favorite named workout?
- 10:19Correct.
- 10:22Oh, that's a good one.
- 10:26I'm really bad with the name workouts, but what's the, what's Randy, Randy?
- 10:33That's like 75 snatches or something.
- 10:37Yep.
- 10:37Yeah, Randy.
- 10:38That was the best one that I ever did, just because I love snatches so much.
- 10:42It's such a bad one, but that's my favorite.
- 10:48Oh, really?
- 10:49That's awesome.
- 10:51Cheers.
- 10:52My number one is the chief.
- 10:56Ooh, I don't know that one.
- 10:57So the chief is five intervals of, I think it's three minutes of
- 11:09Three cleans.
- 11:15Nine push-ups, 15 air squats.
- 11:18Is that right?
- 11:22And then you stop for three minutes.
- 11:23You get like a one-minute rest.
- 11:25You have to do it again.
- 11:26That would be fun.
- 11:28I love intervals so much.
- 11:32Yeah, it's one I always forget about, and it's my favorite.
- 11:37I always say Randy, and then 10 minutes later, I'm like, no, it's the Chief, you idiot.
- 11:42No.
- 11:44That's awesome that both of ours are like Randy's up there, though.
- 11:49Yeah.
- 11:49Yeah.
- 11:51Back in the day, CrossFit did a team competition.
- 11:55Yeah.
- 11:55Where you had two guys, two girls, and they had a relay of named workouts.
- 12:02And it was Karen into Diane into Randy into Grace.
- 12:14So you had to pick one person for each one of them.
- 12:19Oh, that's fun.
- 12:20What's Diane again?
- 12:21Does it have ringless slots or something?
- 12:23It is the
- 12:24handstand pushup deadlift.
- 12:27Oh, yeah.
- 12:31If I didn't deadlift so much, that would probably be one of my favorite as well.
- 12:37Yeah, my best friend loves handstand pushups.
- 12:40So and he loves deadlifts.
- 12:41So he was all over that one.
- 12:44Oh, man, he probably ran me.
- 12:47And then one of the girls to Karen and the other one did grace.
- 12:52Oh, that's cool.
- 12:53Yeah, that is kind of cool that everyone gets to do one.
- 12:58Yeah.
- 12:59Okay, good cross question.
- 13:01I love it.
- 13:02Yeah.
- 13:03All right.
- 13:04Now you're up.
- 13:06Okay, what's your favorite childhood memory?
- 13:11My favorite childhood memory.
- 13:16It probably...
- 13:21So where I grew up was very small town.
- 13:24And at the holidays, we would go downtown and walk the streets, you know, and there'd be carolers and there'd be like the old, very old school, old fashioned movie style hometown.
- 13:36Right.
- 13:37And you're walking the streets and everybody's saying hi to each other and the snow's on the ground and all of that stuff.
- 13:43And I just remember it being like a really cool, cool night with my parents and my sister and just kind of like hanging out downtown.
- 13:54I have a lot of great childhood memories.
- 13:55I was very blessed.
- 13:57What's that?
- 13:58Yeah.
- 13:59How many people live in the town or how many when you were there?
- 14:03So I think back then it was like 15,000.
- 14:08Okay.
- 14:09That's still big.
- 14:10Mine's only 3,000.
- 14:13Yeah, so it was like a legit city that you could walk around.
- 14:17But we went, and Kenneth kind of says it, a town with a proper main street.
- 14:22It was just like that, only it was two one-way streets.
- 14:26Like if you're going east, you went on one street.
- 14:30If you're going west, you went on the other street.
- 14:32And then there were, so it was like three rows of buildings.
- 14:36basically and you could you could like walk around that middle building yeah um and so yeah that was and then we we would get taken to see santa and all that kind of stuff that night as well and have like hot chocolate and the whole the whole nine it was just really nice that is how about you oh now it's kind of like all these different memories like i thought of christmas ones are obviously fun memories
- 15:04But mine's kind of like as a whole, like a bigger picture of like, we would drive to the States a lot because my sisters moved to the States.
- 15:13We would go visit and I just loved the road trip.
- 15:16We would blast on music and especially when we had our station wagon, like that thing was so fun.
- 15:25But yeah, it's just like road trips to the States was so much fun.
- 15:30And then like being at my sister's and like being out on the lake and stuff like that.
- 15:34I think that was the most fun, the best time of my life.
- 15:41Yeah, we had a lot of those too.
- 15:45Mostly around our athletic ventures.
- 15:48My sister was a diver.
- 15:49I was a swimmer.
- 15:51We would travel all over the place in a little Toyota Celica or something.
- 15:57Crammed in there with all the luggage and everything.
- 16:02My parents would always make sure we stopped at some place cool along the way and check that out.
- 16:08Road trips are awesome.
- 16:09I think that's why I love road trips so much now because of
- 16:14all of our like we had so we did it all the time it was so fun so my next one comes from kenneth de lapp uh and it is what is your dream job oh nice that was one of my questions um so like obviously it's to be a professional athlete and but like growing up and and now that i am
- 16:43that I mean it's hard because I'm not making a lot of money with it but it's still my job right now um but I'll pick a different one the one that I wanted my whole life growing up was a surgeon I always wanted to be a surgeon I don't know why I just love like the body and I'm not really like the gore and all that kind of stuff not that it's like gory but it's like you know the blood and and seeing all the organs and stuff like that like I
- 17:12I love that stuff, and I always wanted to help people in that way, but that was my dream job growing up.
- 17:22Pretty crazy one, but I'll just pick that one because I'm living my dream job right now.
- 17:34I always wanted to be a pro athlete, I thought.
- 17:37But even when I was a good athlete, I would announce it from the car, like the recap on the way home to my parents like a sportscaster would.
- 17:48So I'm really getting to know my dream.
- 17:51I'm doing my dream job.
- 17:52This podcast thing has given me such a second lease on life because I founded at 49 and have developed this thing on my own and get to do what I love.
- 18:07And so this is my dream job.
- 18:10And meet cool people and have so many friends all over the world.
- 18:17yeah yeah it's super cool and you do a dang good job kenneth says uh colton merton stole my dream job dash a dachshund breeding and rehab farm what's dachshund it's a the wiener dog oh my gosh really that's what he does
- 18:39Yeah.
- 18:39So Colton Mertens was a pig farmer.
- 18:42Then he bought his own land and started building his own house.
- 18:45And him and his girlfriend started a dachshund breeding farm.
- 18:52That is crazy.
- 18:53Just a bunch of little wiener dogs running around.
- 18:55Yeah, pretty cool.
- 18:59Oh, that's so good.
- 19:00That is cool.
- 19:02It's no wonder that guy's super popular.
- 19:04Yeah, right?
- 19:07Oh, man, that's awesome.
- 19:11Um, yeah, that was actually my next question.
- 19:14If you could pick any profession in the world, what would it be?
- 19:16Um, so I'll go on to the next one.
- 19:19Advice for someone wanting to start a podcast.
- 19:22Obviously I can't do this one, but I thought maybe you, it would be nice.
- 19:27Oh, if you gave anybody or a media business or something like what would be the biggest piece of advice with you, you know, starting your own
- 19:37thing like this and if someone else wanted to do something like this so I think one piece of advice it's got to be at least two because I can never get one so the first thing is you have to be yourself
- 19:56You can't try to be somebody else.
- 19:59Like you have to figure out what it is that you love, do what you love and be you and be the best you you can be.
- 20:07If you're trying to, if you try to emulate someone else, you're never going to do it that well.
- 20:12You have to like figure out who you are and be you.
- 20:17The second thing I will say is it is, it is what people don't realize is there are millions of podcasts out there.
- 20:25And 90% of them never make it past episode 10.
- 20:33And when I was researching doing this and I saw that, they're like, if you can get to episode 100, you have a great shot at making it.
- 20:43Wow.
- 20:44So it's really like just put in the reps.
- 20:48So many people like overthink it before they start.
- 20:53You don't know what you don't know until you start doing it.
- 20:56And when you start doing it, nobody's listening anyway.
- 21:00So use those first 10 episodes to find your voice.
- 21:06Find what you want to do.
- 21:08find what you want to say because nobody's listening anyway.
- 21:12And that way you use those 10 episodes to figure it out.
- 21:15And then you just be ready to, to tweak, change whatever along the path, because you're going to, you're going to realize things as you go that you never thought you would.
- 21:27And like with us, we started two months before COVID and,
- 21:31And our original plan was to do just to sit around the table and talk about CrossFit and then occasionally go visit, do a drop in at a games athletes gym and work out with them and then interview them after.
- 21:44And we did that for two episodes and then COVID hit.
- 21:49Oh, man.
- 21:50So you had to change.
- 21:51Yeah.
- 21:51What's that word?
- 21:52You had to pivot.
- 21:54Pivot.
- 21:57That's crazy.
- 21:59But you did great.
- 22:00And look at you now, right?
- 22:05It's different.
- 22:07We pivoted a lot between episode one and 50.
- 22:10Then after 50, we kind of got a groove.
- 22:15And even then, we've made small changes over the years.
- 22:18Now we're at episode...
- 22:20I think I looked on my iTunes, like 900 and some episodes.
- 22:25Like we're almost to a thousand.
- 22:27All of these side, like this one too.
- 22:31Yep.
- 22:31Yeah.
- 22:32Yeah.
- 22:33That's cool.
- 22:35So that's the big advice.
- 22:38Yeah.
- 22:38It's really good.
- 22:40So my next one is what is your greatest athletic achievement?
- 22:46Ooh, that's a good one.
- 22:49Um,
- 22:52I would probably have to say, what is my greatest athletic achievement?
- 23:02Oh man, this is hard.
- 23:04I've got like three things in mind.
- 23:07I'd probably pick, um,
- 23:21I mean, oh, man, this is hard.
- 23:29Don't limit yourself.
- 23:32It's hard because there's a few that make me very proud.
- 23:38I would probably just have to say making it to semis after not believing in myself for so long and coming in only three spots away from the games, the Atlas games.
- 23:53And like that was from, you know, day one where I messed up and then I messaged my mindset coach and he's like, given it to me straight.
- 24:02And then the next day I messed up again, but I was so proud of myself.
- 24:07Like people were walking off the floor after this event crying and I walked off like so proud of myself because of the mindset shift.
- 24:15So yeah, I'd probably say it would be getting to semis and,
- 24:21being three spots away at Atlas Games?
- 24:26Yeah, for me... And my second one, I'm going to give you two.
- 24:29Sorry.
- 24:30Is winning provincials of rugby in high school on my grade 12 year.
- 24:38Like, that was pretty amazing.
- 24:41Yeah, rugby.
- 24:42That's where you get the toughness from.
- 24:46Yeah.
- 24:50For me...
- 24:53When I was in high school, I was a pretty good swimmer.
- 25:02The way it worked, we had high school swimming and we had Y swimming, so YMCA swimming, which was more like a club in Pennsylvania.
- 25:13So the way Y worked is you would get to districts, which was half the state.
- 25:20So that was the west half of Pennsylvania.
- 25:24And it actually starts at sectionals, which is a quarter, then it goes half, then it goes whole to states.
- 25:31And I get to districts, and I'm up against a guy that has been my nemesis forever.
- 25:39His name is Eric Namesnick, and I beat him.
- 25:43at districts that year.
- 25:44Wow.
- 25:45And I win districts for the Western state.
- 25:49Eric went on to be a two-time Olympian and he won two silver medals at the Olympics in the IM.
- 25:58And the fact that at one point in my life, I beat him.
- 26:04It's like, that's my, like I've made, I made nationals.
- 26:08I made a lot of things, but that moment where we're like, it all came together on a perfect swim and,
- 26:16and i beat one of the best in the world that day like that's just that's amazing that's so cool it is a really cool feeling i had something kind of like that at cross country running but it also made me feel like man if i would have gone 100 with cross country running like i could have been at the top because my second year is when this girl that i had beat the year before she got first
- 26:43And I had done soccer the second year.
- 26:45So then I was like, man, I could have been there.
- 26:48I could have been at the top, right?
- 26:49Like if I would have put 100% at that.
- 26:52But it was just so cool to know that like I did beat that girl.
- 26:57But yours is way more intense because like the Olympics, man, that is so cool.
- 27:02Well, and then we faced off at States.
- 27:06We're side by side.
- 27:08And it is a, it is a rule and I do my last flip turn and I missed the wall.
- 27:17Oh man.
- 27:18Yeah.
- 27:20So from like, I went from being like in the heat of it to win States to like finishing like sixth or seventh because I flipped and totally missed the wall and had to like back push just to touch, um,
- 27:37Oh no.
- 27:38Just a little mishap.
- 27:40So the glory and then like a month later, the defeat.
- 27:46Damn.
- 27:48Yeah.
- 27:48Well, yeah.
- 27:51Shit happens in sport, right?
- 27:53Yeah, it does.
- 27:57All right.
- 27:57You're up next.
- 28:00Okay.
- 28:00What unconventional animal would you have as a pet?
- 28:06That's funny because I got something like that from a listener that said pet dinosaur or pet unicorn.
- 28:13Nice.
- 28:15I didn't even think of those when I answered my own.
- 28:19Unconventional pet.
- 28:25The coolest pet I ever had was a mini shark.
- 28:29Like mini shark.
- 28:31Like mini shark.
- 28:34And it was the coolest thing to watch.
- 28:37And it would relax me so much.
- 28:39Like just watching it swim.
- 28:41I got to get me one.
- 28:45I did not even know this was a thing.
- 28:47Yeah.
- 28:47It like literally like two inches long, but you could put nothing else in the tank with it because it would destroy it.
- 28:58Yeah.
- 28:59And it doesn't grow any bigger though.
- 29:01Nope.
- 29:03That is cool.
- 29:04That's my favorite animal.
- 29:06So I'm just like in awe right now.
- 29:08Yeah, it was, it was the coolest pet I ever had.
- 29:11And I can't think of anything that would be cooler than that.
- 29:16Yeah.
- 29:17That's on my list.
- 29:18A shark or a bobcat.
- 29:25a bobcat because they're so cute yeah they're big and whatever they'll probably rip your face off but I actually met a guy in Boise Idaho we were going into this mall like this open air mall and there's this bobcat just sitting on his car on like the hood of his car and I was just like what the heck is going on right now go up to him and sure enough it was his pet and he let me pet him but obviously he knew like
- 29:53things that you had to do like you had to pet him from right here and not right here or whatever because they are a little bit feisty but as soon as I started petting this cat he started purring and like you know how a cat purrs but it was like deep like a deep purr and ever since then and the paws are just big and fluffy and I oh man it was the coolest thing ever think about a bobcat just snuggling you Kenneth goes raccoon or peacock
- 30:24Raccoons are little shits, man.
- 30:27Peacocks are too.
- 30:29You ever seen a pissed off peacock?
- 30:34No.
- 30:34Yeah, they're mean.
- 30:38I'm getting a shark.
- 30:41You should.
- 30:42You should.
- 30:45So, first I'll tell you, my daughter's college, where she went to college, their mascot was a bobcat.
- 30:53So they actually had like stuffed bobcats.
- 30:57They're not as big as you think they are.
- 31:00Nope.
- 31:00They are big.
- 31:01They're bigger than like a cat, house cat.
- 31:04But they're not like a leopard or a tiger or anything like that.
- 31:09So I can see the cuteness value.
- 31:12But the other thing.
- 31:15So in my shark tank was a frog too.
- 31:19It was an underwater swimming frog.
- 31:22Well, the frog would burrow.
- 31:24So the frog would burrow like into the gravel.
- 31:26Oh.
- 31:29And so that protected him.
- 31:30But if he came out for too long, the shark did like get pissed and go after him.
- 31:37What?
- 31:39He's like, I'm going to get you.
- 31:41So, yeah.
- 31:43That's cool.
- 31:44All right.
- 31:46So my next one is when making a PB&J, which do you spread on first, peanut butter or jelly and why?
- 31:57Definitely the peanut butter because it's like harder consistency.
- 32:02So you do that first and then the jam just kind of flops on top.
- 32:07I mean, sometimes I'll do the jam on top of the peanut butter and sometimes I'll do it on the other side of the bread.
- 32:13And then there we go.
- 32:16But that's why I do the peanut butter first because sometimes I put the jam on top of the peanut butter.
- 32:21Yeah, I like to swirl my jam into the peanut butter.
- 32:26Like peanut butter down, base layer, swirl jam in to get a more even PB to J across the bread.
- 32:35Okay.
- 32:36You know what I'm saying?
- 32:37But I have people who have told me that like, that is ridiculous.
- 32:42And you do the jelly first or the jam first because the knife is cleaner and you're not putting one into the other jar.
- 32:51That's why.
- 32:52So you put your peanut butter, then you take the other piece of bread and you go like this.
- 32:58And then you go into your jam.
- 33:02Amen.
- 33:04I'm with you, sister.
- 33:04Amen.
- 33:04Amen on that peanut butter.
- 33:10That's good.
- 33:10That's a good one.
- 33:11Okay.
- 33:14You're going to probably hate me for this one, but you're going to love the question.
- 33:17So get rid of one genre of music.
- 33:22What would it be?
- 33:23Is that how you say it?
- 33:27Genre?
- 33:30You're right.
- 33:31Get rid of one genre of music.
- 33:33So this is not that hard for me.
- 33:38I'm going to... So I'm between Latin and country.
- 33:52Oh, not country.
- 33:53Jake said country right away.
- 33:55He was like, country.
- 33:56Because I asked him earlier.
- 34:00If it wasn't Christmas time, I think country artists make good Christmas music, but I'm not a fan of traditional country.
- 34:13There's something about Latin music that I can only take like a little bitty bit of it.
- 34:19So I'm going to get rid of Latin music.
- 34:22Okay.
- 34:23And that's why I picked mine too.
- 34:24It's like, there are some songs that are all right.
- 34:28Mine was heavy metal.
- 34:29I'm
- 34:32And it's only just because there's some that I like.
- 34:35I know I knew you were going to hate it.
- 34:37Because you like heavy metal, right?
- 34:40Well, the queen of... That came from heavy metal.
- 34:47I know.
- 34:48But it's only just because when I listen to it,
- 34:55So the thing is, when you said Latin, I was like, oh yeah, I think I'd pick that too.
- 35:00I had to pick one, okay?
- 35:01And heavy metal was the only one that I don't listen to all the time, so that's why I had to pick it.
- 35:07But I do like some heavy metal, and that's why it's such a hard question.
- 35:13Latin is a good place because... What?
- 35:17I'm actually really picky with my heavy metal.
- 35:20I don't like music without a melody.
- 35:24Like, so I like melodic hard rock.
- 35:27If that's even a genre.
- 35:29Does that make sense?
- 35:31Yeah, I think so.
- 35:32Yeah.
- 35:33Yeah.
- 35:34I don't like screamo.
- 35:35So I was just going to tell you, I used to go to screamo shows and do the whole like dancing where you're like hitting your hand to your leg or whatever.
- 35:46Yeah.
- 35:47It was dating a guy who used to go to those.
- 35:49So that was pretty funny.
- 35:53Yeah.
- 35:54Yeah, I'll go with Latin.
- 35:59Okay.
- 36:01Simple question next.
- 36:03Taco or burrito?
- 36:07Burrito.
- 36:10Yeah.
- 36:11I've always loved burritos.
- 36:14We need to check DNA.
- 36:17Yeah, right?
- 36:19Because I'm a burrito guy.
- 36:20Yeah.
- 36:22Yeah.
- 36:24There's just more room for goodness.
- 36:29Yeah.
- 36:30And you get like a better mix in the middle.
- 36:31Yeah.
- 36:34And especially breakfast.
- 36:38Oh, yeah.
- 36:39A good breakfast burrito.
- 36:41Maybe that's what I'll start making when I get home.
- 36:43Jake and I go through like this thing where we make, what is it?
- 36:48Bagel breakfast.
- 36:50or breakfast bagel sandwiches, and they're so good.
- 36:53But yeah, I don't really think of doing breakfast burritos.
- 36:58Yeah, when I was in Tempe in the Airbnb with Jamie, we all decided to make breakfast burritos.
- 37:06And so it was just a lineup of sausage and bacon and eggs and salsas, and you just make your own and wrap it up.
- 37:16That's why I love it too.
- 37:17Like you could have all the things on the table and you can just put whatever you want and change it up the next time if you want, like different flavors.
- 37:25And, and what about when you go to like, we have a place called mucho burrito in our town and then they put it on like the flat iron and get it kind of crispy on the outside.
- 37:35Oh, seal up.
- 37:39Yep.
- 37:40Got to seal it.
- 37:42Yep.
- 37:42Seals deal.
- 37:43Good falls out that way.
- 37:46Mm-hmm.
- 37:48Oh, I'm getting hungry.
- 37:50I was going to go eat before this, and then I forgot it was 8.30, so I'm excited for breakfast now.
- 37:54All right.
- 37:57You're up next.
- 37:57It's my turn.
- 37:59Okay.
- 38:03Quickest way someone can lose your trust.
- 38:14such a trusting person I'm so damn gullible and I'm way loyal I'm way too loyal loyal to a fault quickest way to lose my trust hurt my family ooh that's a good one because then I lose all senses like mess with my wife mess with my kid
- 38:45You're out.
- 38:47Yeah.
- 38:49That's a good one.
- 38:50Got serious there.
- 38:53Yeah.
- 38:53We're getting real serious.
- 38:55Mine are like serious questions for how not serious I am.
- 38:59But I thought I wanted to get deep with you, you know?
- 39:03Wanted to learn the ins and outs of Scott.
- 39:09That is a good one.
- 39:11Mine is mine is like
- 39:14lying but also you know it could all be better if you didn't okay so if you do something and you're confronted about it and you lie about it you know say i know what you did but you lie about it i i'm just like hey i already know about it so why can't we just communicate about it it'd be so much better if we just communicated you told me why you did it and then it would be
- 39:44it'd be fine in the end, you know?
- 39:45But the fact that you just have to lie about it right in front of my eyes, like that doesn't show that, you know.
- 39:54Yeah, I totally get that.
- 39:57But I'm such, I'm so damn gullible.
- 40:01Like, I look at like the backstory.
- 40:04Why would the person lie to me?
- 40:06Is there a reason behind it?
- 40:08Can I find, like, that's what goes through my head.
- 40:12Right.
- 40:13Yeah.
- 40:14And I feel you with that too.
- 40:16But at the same time, it's like, I've, I've felt both sides where like, so my ex-boyfriend cheated on me and I knew like my friend came up to me and was like, he's been cheating on you for a while.
- 40:25So I went up to him, told, I asked him, Hey, like, have you ever cheated on me or whatever?
- 40:29And he looked at me straight in the eyes and said, no, no, never.
- 40:33And so like, that was there.
- 40:35That's where I'm pulling that feeling from.
- 40:37But then I have another side of it where like my best friend,
- 40:40I heard some stuff that she was talking.
- 40:42This is when we first started becoming friends.
- 40:46I heard that she was saying some stuff about me.
- 40:48And so I called her up right away and was like, Hey, you've been saying this stuff and right.
- 40:53She's such a loyal friend as well.
- 40:55And she was like, dude, no, I promise you.
- 40:58Like, why would I ever say anything when I'm trying to become friends with you?
- 41:02You know?
- 41:02And like, and I know years later that that is who she is.
- 41:07She's a loyal friend and she's,
- 41:09So that you know both of those feelings and that's where that kind of comes from.
- 41:17Yeah.
- 41:19And I totally get where you come from and I wish I was more like that.
- 41:23Like I've had my heart broken so many times because I give people the benefit of the doubt over and over and over again.
- 41:28Yeah.
- 41:32And then...
- 41:34but I don't want to not be me.
- 41:35Like, like I am just this, like I'm this big squishy guy that, that just, yeah.
- 41:46Yeah.
- 41:47I think it's about protecting your energy too.
- 41:49I'm sure if it was hard or bad enough that you would know how to protect your energy.
- 41:55Like I do know what you're, you're saying, but like in the end, if it happens so many times, you know,
- 42:03do you think that you would, you know, protect your energy and be done with that?
- 42:07Yeah.
- 42:08Yeah.
- 42:09I've just got to get burned.
- 42:13Six times.
- 42:15And then, yeah, probably not six, probably, you know, three or four.
- 42:19And then, yeah.
- 42:22Yeah.
- 42:22Like there's someone in the crossroads who just keeps burning me.
- 42:28And like, I finally have it.
- 42:30Yeah.
- 42:33So,
- 42:34Yeah.
- 42:34Think of your energy, right?
- 42:36Yeah.
- 42:39So my next one is a little, is a little deeper.
- 42:41The most interesting thing you have learned recently.
- 42:45Ooh, the most interesting thing I have learned recently.
- 42:56What have I learned?
- 43:00Um,
- 43:02This came from a listener.
- 43:05I've struggled to try to come up with this.
- 43:10That's a good one, listener.
- 43:12If you have yours, you could go first if you wanted.
- 43:15Well, I think.
- 43:16I'm just trying to think of mine.
- 43:19I know in the past couple months, I've learned a lot of things that have blown my mind, and I cannot remember a single one of them.
- 43:28I know.
- 43:29I'm like...
- 43:30One thing I did learn in the last couple months, and I went to a family reunion, which I hadn't gone to in a long time.
- 43:37And my mom's older sister was there, who I haven't seen in probably 30 years.
- 43:44And she just started telling stories.
- 43:47And she started talking about my great-grandfather.
- 43:51And how he used to deliver the groceries in this small town I grew up.
- 43:56And he did it by horse and wagon.
- 43:58And he would go to the farms and get the food.
- 44:01And then he would bring it into the market.
- 44:05All by horse and wagon.
- 44:06And I was like, that is so freaking cool.
- 44:10And I don't know why I think that's cool.
- 44:13But I just thought it was really cool.
- 44:17No, that is cool.
- 44:18I love stuff like that, like hearing the history of people.
- 44:21And so I love talking to like older people because their stories are just so cool.
- 44:27That is a good one.
- 44:31I am just going to say that I think what I've learned recently
- 44:42I mean, mine is kind of just about like myself that I am getting stronger mentally, um, like with my injury and stuff.
- 44:51Yeah.
- 44:51I gave it a day where I was upset, but then I was able to kind of like.
- 44:56Just all the things that my mindset coach has taught me.
- 44:59I see them working.
- 45:02Sure.
- 45:02Sometimes you think that you've stepped back a couple or like you've gone back a couple steps, but when you have times like this, where
- 45:12you're upset or whatever, I'm able to get out of it a lot quicker.
- 45:16And it's from all the tools that he's given me.
- 45:19So that's just been really cool and eyeopening that I'm able to, you know, use those tools, especially when you think, Oh no, have I not even learned anything?
- 45:28But when something comes up like this, yes, you have learned and you've been putting in the work.
- 45:33Like this isn't just going to be overnight.
- 45:36Right.
- 45:37So.
- 45:42Oh, crap.
- 45:43Is this because of this thing?
- 45:44I got to get a better one.
- 45:48You actually sound fine to me.
- 45:53But anyway, so now it's your turn.
- 45:56And now I'm scared because you keep going deeper and deeper.
- 46:01I know.
- 46:01I'm like, how am I so deep?
- 46:03I thought mine were like cool.
- 46:05And then also I'm like, wow, we're getting deep.
- 46:07But at least you have the fun ones to kind of offset it.
- 46:10Okay.
- 46:12Okay, oh my gosh, they are so deep.
- 46:16Okay, how would you define beauty in another person?
- 46:29I don't know how I would define it.
- 46:30I can kind of explain it.
- 46:32Like, I love stories.
- 46:37I love people.
- 46:38I love listening to people who have been through something.
- 46:43Right.
- 46:44And have become stronger on the other side.
- 46:47Like to me, that is beauty.
- 46:50Overcoming obstacles to, to get to a place is beautiful to me.
- 46:59And that is why.
- 47:06So anyway, that's what I, that's what I, how I divine beauty.
- 47:11Did this thing get to you?
- 47:14I was reading it too, and I'm like, oh, it's just a scammer or something?
- 47:16What's going on?
- 47:17He's been around.
- 47:22Okay.
- 47:24Yeah, that is very beautiful.
- 47:26I love that so much.
- 47:29So at first...
- 47:31I thought that mine, when I was thinking about this question, was people genuinely interested in other people.
- 47:38That is beautiful to me, but I think the biggest thing is protecting their own energy.
- 47:43When people can protect their own energy and be okay with taking some moments for themselves and believing in themselves, I think that that is super beautiful.
- 47:55I think I see that as because it is a hard thing to do, but once you start
- 48:01feeling it yourself and once you start seeing it in somebody then it's just it's it's almost like a light is glowing around them where they can like you know be them be there for themselves because if you think about it we're like the most important people that we talk to every day is ourselves right so if we can you know do the things that we want to do then it's super super beautiful and then like people being honest is obviously but I'm the same as you where I'm like super gullible so you think someone's being honest and then
- 48:31Maybe they're not.
- 48:32So that one's hard.
- 48:34But yeah, when you know someone's being honest and true, then that's pretty beautiful too.
- 48:42Love it.
- 48:43Love it so much.
- 48:45So I got a good one for you now.
- 48:47Favorite holiday tradition?
- 48:49Ooh.
- 48:52So it's not a tradition anymore, but my family used to go to a ski resort every Christmas.
- 49:00And we would have Christmas there.
- 49:01We would ski for like three days and yeah, it was just beautiful.
- 49:07We would pick between three different ski resorts and just so much snow.
- 49:13And yeah, we would go there as a full family and it was amazing.
- 49:17Like I have five siblings, so all of us would just be like in this hotel room going skiing, having Christmas and yeah, I loved it so much.
- 49:28Yeah, I picked one from later in life.
- 49:32And that is, you know, my wife and I have one daughter and the hustle and bustle of the holidays always got very frantic.
- 49:41You know, our families lived in another state from us.
- 49:45So we were always like...
- 49:49We were always struggling with all of that.
- 49:53And every Christmas Eve, we'd put my daughter to bed and my wife and I would watch the movie Love Actually.
- 49:59She would pour a glass of wine.
- 50:01I would pour a glass of bourbon and we would watch the movie Love Actually.
- 50:04And that was our time on Christmas Eve just to take a breath.
- 50:10And we do that to this day.
- 50:12Oh, I love that.
- 50:16That is nice.
- 50:19That's a good tradition.
- 50:21Yeah.
- 50:23And get crunk.
- 50:28So now it's your turn.
- 50:29I'm sorry for calling you a scammer.
- 50:30It just sounded like a little scammy.
- 50:33I didn't know what I was reading at first.
- 50:36I know you're a beautiful being of light.
- 50:38Okay.
- 50:40Something too serious to joke about.
- 50:42Okay.
- 50:47What is something too serious to joke about?
- 50:51Yeah.
- 50:59I'm a pretty humorous... I like good jokes and stuff like that.
- 51:04So even things that are special to me, that's how my family always dealt with grief.
- 51:10We always dealt with whatever it was with humor.
- 51:14So we joked about a lot of things.
- 51:19I think everything is fine until you blatantly make, just make fun of somebody.
- 51:27Right.
- 51:28Like if you see the humor in a situation, that's fine.
- 51:31But when you point out something about somebody and make fun of it, then that that's over the line for me.
- 51:39Right.
- 51:42Yeah.
- 51:43And mine is my emotions.
- 51:45Yeah.
- 51:50As simple as that.
- 51:51Don't make fun of my emotions.
- 51:54Because I already have a hard enough time thinking that I'm enough kind of thing.
- 51:58And when that happens, then you're like, oh, crap.
- 52:01I'm not enough.
- 52:03You know what I mean?
- 52:08So my next one is less serious.
- 52:14And it is, you can only think...
- 52:18You can only take three albums on a desert island.
- 52:23What three albums are you taking?
- 52:27Music albums.
- 52:29Correct.
- 52:33So the thing is, I don't really listen to albums.
- 52:36I more listen to just songs.
- 52:40But if I could pick, it would probably be
- 52:45Lord of Huron like one of their albums because I really love their music that would be like more of my chill music I'd probably take a Kygo album because I really love Kygo and then what would be the next one like I don't even really know their album names I just oh and I would take a G-Eazy G-Eazy album one of his latest ones
- 53:15So G-Eazy, Kygo, and Lorde Heron.
- 53:18The most random array of music, but I love all of those.
- 53:25Yeah, I would take U2, Octoon Baby.
- 53:29I would take Van Halen 1.
- 53:32And I would take Prince Purple Rain.
- 53:37Nice.
- 53:39So a little eclectic, too.
- 53:40Just need some variety.
- 53:44Yeah.
- 53:46Okay, I got two more here.
- 53:48So the second to last one is most embarrassing moment.
- 53:56Okay.
- 53:58So when I used to work downtown, I used to work downtown Columbus.
- 54:05And it was wintertime.
- 54:10And I had to park like a couple blocks from my building.
- 54:13So I'm walking through the snow, walking through the cold, trying to get to my building.
- 54:18And right as I get to, it was an old building and their case out front was marble.
- 54:24And I'm trying to get up the stairs and it's windy, it's cold, it's icy.
- 54:29And I'm trying not to slip on the ice.
- 54:32I get to the top step and I, my toe hits the top step and I go face first down onto the, the, the marble slab building.
- 54:45Right.
- 54:46It's six, six 15 in the morning.
- 54:49So like as a, any dude would, I pop up fast and I'm looking around like, did anybody see me?
- 54:57And I don't see a soul.
- 54:58I'm like,
- 54:59Yeah.
- 55:01Thank goodness.
- 55:03I walk in the building and there's a security guard laughing his ass off watching the tape from the security camera.
- 55:12Watching the tape?
- 55:14Yeah.
- 55:15And just rewinding it.
- 55:16He's probably watching all of the ones from, like, everybody.
- 55:22I'm sure a lot of people slipped on that.
- 55:24Damn.
- 55:27Uh...
- 55:29Well, mine is when I was really, really young.
- 55:31I don't even remember how old I was, but we were in Costco.
- 55:35It was me, my mom and my dad, and we were going around and like my dad and I were like playing around with each other where he was like driving me on the, you know, the shopping carts.
- 55:47I would sit on the, or stand on the end of it.
- 55:50And then he would like drive around and then like slam me into things and just like, whatever, we were having fun.
- 55:56My dad that day was wearing these like tan cargo shorts.
- 56:00So I'm doing whatever I come.
- 56:03My parents are in line and I see my dad and his cargo shorts.
- 56:07So I was like, oh, I'm going to get him because we've just been playing around.
- 56:11Right.
- 56:11So I go up to him and I slap his butt as hard as I can.
- 56:14I look up.
- 56:19It was not my dad.
- 56:20It was just some random guy.
- 56:22And I'm sitting there like.
- 56:25Oh my gosh.
- 56:27And then I ran away, found my dad, told him what happened.
- 56:31Yeah.
- 56:31It was super embarrassing.
- 56:36That's so good.
- 56:38Cause that happens a lot.
- 56:39Yeah.
- 56:40That always sticks with me.
- 56:42Yeah.
- 56:44I think I did that with a woman and a hug thinking it was my mom when I was a kid.
- 56:50Oh man.
- 56:52Yeah.
- 56:52Yeah.
- 56:54That's good.
- 56:55So my next one is when you're like flipping through trying to find something to watch, what is the one movie that when you see it, you always stop and at least watch part of it?
- 57:11Ooh.
- 57:14I mean, I'll go with like a holiday one.
- 57:17It'd probably be elf.
- 57:20Elf is always a good one for holidays.
- 57:26yeah i mean i have i have like a handful but but the like the one that's probably the most peculiar would be jersey girl and it's an old ben affleck movie uh
- 57:44Jennifer Lopez is in it for like five minutes.
- 57:48Uh, and basically she dies in the first five minutes and it's about him raising their kid on his own in New Jersey.
- 57:57And it, it is, it strikes a chord because of the relationship with my daughter.
- 58:05And it just like, and it's a real sappy here.
- 58:08I am big squishy guy again.
- 58:09Um, getting into it, but yeah,
- 58:15But there's a handful I stop on, but that one is probably the most weird, peculiar one that I stop on all the time.
- 58:23Yeah.
- 58:24Because not critically.
- 58:27Yeah.
- 58:31Okay.
- 58:32Last one, which I think is my favorite one.
- 58:36I asked Jake about what his is too.
- 58:39And oh man, it was so good.
- 58:41Okay.
- 58:42What dessert would you compare your best friend to?
- 58:53It's not just good dessert.
- 58:55Yeah, I know.
- 59:02Yeah.
- 59:03Go first.
- 59:05Okay.
- 59:07So I would compare my best friend to ice cream cake.
- 59:10And the reason why is because she is so, so loyal.
- 59:15And I see that as like,
- 59:18I see ice cream cake being super reliable.
- 59:21So that's like my loyalty in that.
- 59:24She's also a very nervous person.
- 59:26And that's like the melting of the cake where like you can't have it out too long.
- 59:32And then also she's just super fun.
- 59:34Like ice cream cake, like I said, it's super reliable.
- 59:37It's fun.
- 59:38You can do all that.
- 59:39Like I'm thinking like a DQ cake, right?
- 59:43Where you can have all the cool writing on it or whatever.
- 59:46She's super fun.
- 59:47And I said delicious.
- 59:49I don't know how she tastes.
- 59:50Don't start something if you can't finish it.
- 59:53But yeah, she's just super fun.
- 59:55And yeah, ice cream cake.
- 1:00:04So this is going to be weird.
- 1:00:05Like, I think the best of him is like a gobstopper.
- 1:00:10Oh.
- 1:00:13Like...
- 1:00:19No matter what happens, he's always there.
- 1:00:25And he's like, and he's a rock, like, like loyal.
- 1:00:34Like if you said, Hey, I need help and I've got to drive cross country to get this.
- 1:00:40He'd be like, all right, let's hop in a truck.
- 1:00:42Let's go like in a heartbeat.
- 1:00:46I love that.
- 1:00:47And so gobstoppers are everlasting, and that describes him to a T. He's just everlasting.
- 1:00:57That is such a good one.
- 1:00:59I hope he sees this.
- 1:01:01That is such a good one.
- 1:01:04Yeah, he's just the best dude ever.
- 1:01:08So I have one more because you went first.
- 1:01:12Okay.
- 1:01:13And this one is to finish this show with this title and that you're halfway across the world.
- 1:01:23And that is, what is the best place you have ever visited?
- 1:01:29Ooh.
- 1:01:34There's been so many.
- 1:01:41Probably...
- 1:01:44like obviously Bali because of the people, but like, I think, I think probably Peru because also the people were amazing and we were able to go see like Machu Picchu.
- 1:01:55We did a really cool hike up rainbow mountain.
- 1:01:58Um, and just like the oldness of it, like we stayed in Cusco and it was just so beautiful.
- 1:02:06And yeah, Peru was pretty, pretty amazing.
- 1:02:10And I love like central and South America.
- 1:02:13So,
- 1:02:15There's so many.
- 1:02:16There's too many.
- 1:02:17That was too hard.
- 1:02:18But I'll pick Peru.
- 1:02:21That's cool.
- 1:02:23Yeah.
- 1:02:24For me, I don't have anything that interesting.
- 1:02:28I say that.
- 1:02:29I just haven't been around the world like you.
- 1:02:31But I have been around the country.
- 1:02:35And probably the best place I ever visited was my wife and I, after my daughter graduated, decided to take a trip just for ourselves.
- 1:02:45And we went to Kentucky and went through the Bourbon Trail.
- 1:02:52And it wasn't the bourbon.
- 1:02:54It was being with my wife and going through the mountains.
- 1:03:00And it's also where thoroughbred racehorses are bred.
- 1:03:04And so you're driving and you're seeing these beautiful farms with these beautiful horses.
- 1:03:12And the barns were nicer than my house.
- 1:03:17And, and then the distilleries where the, where all the bourbon is made, like some of them were super bougie.
- 1:03:23Some of them were super blue collar.
- 1:03:25Like it was just, depending on where you were, it was just a different feel and vibe.
- 1:03:31And in just getting to kind of like, there was a moment where, where Woodford reserve distillery, and we're just rocking in a rocking chair on the back porch, overlooking a Valor.
- 1:03:46And just heaven's mystery.
- 1:03:48Like it was just simple.
- 1:03:49And it was awesome.
- 1:03:53I love that.
- 1:03:53And honestly, yeah, like traveling the world is amazing, but you also, right in your backyard, like, like you said, like it's still in the States, but that's amazing.
- 1:04:04There's so many places to see.
- 1:04:06And one place that popped right into my eye or my mind when you were talking about that was Yosemite.
- 1:04:11Like Yosemite is amazing.
- 1:04:13few hours away from where i live and that was also one of the coolest places i've ever been to you know and it's just like you don't have to travel far to go to some really cool places so that's awesome i love that how far away was that is that from you you guys drove there yeah
- 1:04:32I live in Columbus, Ohio.
- 1:04:35It's like two hours to Kentucky.
- 1:04:37Then you drive down through Kentucky.
- 1:04:38We did the Bourbon Trail.
- 1:04:40Went into Tennessee.
- 1:04:42Then went to Nashville.
- 1:04:44We just kept driving down south and seeing things.
- 1:04:49There's weird stuff along the way.
- 1:04:53On the trail, there's a Corvette museum.
- 1:04:57Just a museum of Corvettes.
- 1:05:00right yeah yeah it's just a fun trip because you just never know and it's so fun to not have a schedule and then you just get to stop wherever you want like i did a road trip all by myself to bc and whatever cool little town or market or whatever i found or like cool little river i would stop put my feet in the river do a little reading i'd go to this market and i just you know i didn't have a schedule i stopped wherever i wanted and it was so so fun
- 1:05:32I love that.
- 1:05:34So much fun.
- 1:05:36Well, this has been fun.
- 1:05:37This is our longest show yet.
- 1:05:42And here we are.
- 1:05:43So I will let you go because you have not eaten yet.
- 1:05:47Hopefully you'll get a great big gigantist burrito with all the good stuff in the middle and someone to flatten it out and seal it up.
- 1:06:00We're actually getting burritos tonight.
- 1:06:02We're going to a Mexican restaurant.
- 1:06:05I love that.
- 1:06:05I'm so excited.
- 1:06:07Well, with that, everybody, thank you so much for being here.
- 1:06:12Not taxidermy, dear.
- 1:06:13Thanks for being here.
- 1:06:15Gobstopper, you got to suck it or you'll break your teeth off.
- 1:06:19And the only reason I put you in a timeout is you were coming in so fast and furious.
- 1:06:23We could not.
- 1:06:24You were getting distracted.
- 1:06:26So I just had to give you a timeout just so we could finish the questions in under two hours.
- 1:06:32But with that, I hope you enjoy your night in the woods.
- 1:06:35And we will see everybody next time on Fitness and Fun in Bali with Hattie Canio.
- 1:06:42Bye, guys.
