- 0:02Speaker 1: Is a dude to the graphic nature of this program.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Listen to this question. Is it lies.
- 0:17Speaker 2: The Woody Showy?
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is the Woody Show Insensitivity Training class is now
- 0:38Speaker 1: in session.
- 0:43Speaker 3: A good morning, everybody, eater. It is what we've been
- 0:50Speaker 3: dreaming about all this week. You guys. Today is May
- 0:55Speaker 3: twenty second, twenty twenty six, and today is Friday. And
- 1:05Speaker 3: not just any friday. It's a Friday going into a
- 1:08Speaker 3: three day holiday weekend. All right, great a menace, Ali,
- 1:17Speaker 3: Gina grat, we got Sea Bass, We've got Sammy Morgan's here, volunteer, dumbass,
- 1:23Speaker 3: tither bort Menji, you've made it. Let's get through this
- 1:26Speaker 3: one into the weekend together. I wonder how many people
- 2:42Speaker 3: are even working today like this would be. This is
- 2:45Speaker 3: one of those good days to use it to burn
- 2:47Speaker 3: a vacation day, because you get a you get a
- 2:50Speaker 3: four day weekend, right Like you have that math that
- 2:53Speaker 3: everybody does the beginning of the year when everybody gets
- 2:55Speaker 3: their holiday schedule, their work holiday stuff like what days
- 2:58Speaker 3: the office is gonna be closed the rolling holidays, and
- 3:01Speaker 3: they figure out well, based on the number of average
- 3:05Speaker 3: vacation days, you can maximize those days by taking these
- 3:09Speaker 3: days this year.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah, right, yeah.
- 3:11Speaker 3: So you get four days, you know, yeah, you're taking
- 3:15Speaker 3: one extra day. There's other times where it's like you
- 3:17Speaker 3: use two days and you basically get five. Uh huh yeah,
- 3:21Speaker 3: depending on you know, how things lay out for the year,
- 3:23Speaker 3: what day different.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Things fall smashed together.
- 3:25Speaker 2: We'll refresh our memory in January when we cover that's right, yeah,
- 3:29Speaker 2: because I always forget.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. Like we've we've kind of settled into
- 3:32Speaker 3: a routine on the show just because we have so
- 3:35Speaker 3: many people and the coordination and so it's like the
- 3:38Speaker 3: same the same time every year, right that we're also
- 3:42Speaker 3: it's more strategic based on you know, when the majority
- 3:45Speaker 3: of the audience is more likely to be on a break.
- 3:47Speaker 3: A lot of people were asking if we were going
- 3:49Speaker 3: to be here next week, and we are, with the
- 3:50Speaker 3: exception of Monday. We won't be here on Monday because
- 3:53Speaker 3: that's the holiday, but we'll be here the rest of
- 3:54Speaker 3: the weekend. I guess a lot of a lot of
- 3:56Speaker 3: people in a lot of shows are taken all next
- 3:58Speaker 3: week off. Damn damn.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 3: It like oh you are like like where we're gonna be? Yeah, okay,
- 4:05Speaker 3: why where are you gonna be like, you know, we
- 4:07Speaker 3: have like a Fourth of July thing coming up, which
- 4:09Speaker 3: we always do maybe maybe May going into the holiday.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Day is National Cooler Day, it is National road Trip Day.
- 4:19Speaker 3: It uh it's maritime Day. Gone on the boat, you
- 4:23Speaker 3: know what I mean. Let's see. Oh, World Paloma Day.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I do love a good Paloma. Sheila squirts soda.
- 4:34Speaker 4: It's delish.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Yeah. I went to DJ Tim Martinez his house and
- 4:38Speaker 3: he had these little clay pots. Oh yeah, so it
- 4:41Speaker 3: was it was very it was authentically served. Uh. Board,
- 4:45Speaker 3: Today's World Goth Day. Although I don't think you don't
- 4:48Speaker 3: really consider yourself to be goth, right, it's just more
- 4:50Speaker 3: kind of uh, I don't know, wait what you say, geek.
- 4:53Speaker 5: I'm I'm a I'm a whatever MANI the punky, I'm
- 4:57Speaker 5: skatery geeky.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Yeah, but do you like do you do you identify
- 5:00Speaker 3: a goth in any way, shape or form? Is just
- 5:01Speaker 3: kind of the wardrobe just kind of happens to be.
- 5:04Speaker 3: I identify as a dork that's stuck in the nineties. Okay,
- 5:08Speaker 3: all right, well dorky. Today's World God Day. Happy Friday
- 5:11Speaker 3: to you, Board, Thanks, happy you guys. What is what
- 5:13Speaker 3: is preclampsia.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Oh exactly, well it's.
- 5:17Speaker 3: World preclampsy to. That's not fun, it's no good. Today's
- 5:20Speaker 3: by Musical Instrument Day. It's also National Vanilla Pudding Day.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Sure I got it. Today. In history, it was today,
- 5:28Speaker 3: in nineteen o eight that the Wright brothers received a
- 5:33Speaker 3: patent for their flying machine. Oh machine, Yeah, me too.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Speaking of things that fly? Or do they have we
- 5:42Speaker 3: seen any alien craft?
- 5:45Speaker 4: Never they want to.
- 5:47Speaker 3: These two CIA scientists say the government knows about alien
- 5:51Speaker 3: life crashing here on Earth. Now, I thought they were
- 5:54Speaker 3: so great. I thought they were so advanced, They're so smart,
- 5:57Speaker 3: so advanced, how could they crash down? And they can
- 6:01Speaker 3: defy the laws of physics, So how could they crash?
- 6:03Speaker 3: How could they be seen like you would think they're
- 6:05Speaker 3: so you know, advanced or whatever. They they would have
- 6:07Speaker 3: like some kind of cloaking invisibilities. Good.
- 6:10Speaker 6: That's the other thing that these read people don't re
- 6:15Speaker 6: re relive about bout COCKI people don't.
- 6:21Speaker 3: They say.
- 6:21Speaker 6: I'll say like, well, they jammed our radar because you
- 6:23Speaker 6: always ask like what do we Because I say, oh,
- 6:25Speaker 6: they're going forty dollars.
- 6:26Speaker 3: If you watched stars they put the shields up, you
- 6:27Speaker 3: know the cocky shield jamar radar. They can jam our
- 6:33Speaker 3: bout cocky, but they can't jam our cameras, right all right.
- 6:36Speaker 3: So anyway, these two CIA scientists, they say the government
- 6:39Speaker 3: knows about alien life crashing here on Earth, and there
- 6:42Speaker 3: are four species that we know of alien species. Is
- 6:46Speaker 3: doctor hal and doctor Eric talking about the aliens methas.
- 6:51Speaker 3: People who have been involved in recoveries have.
- 6:53Speaker 6: Said at least four types, four separate types. No, I
- 6:57Speaker 6: have not had direct access to that, but I believe
- 7:01Speaker 6: the people who.
- 7:02Speaker 3: I talked to four different types of life, four different
- 7:05Speaker 3: types of life at least.
- 7:06Speaker 5: And the people I've talked to, you know, through the
- 7:10Speaker 5: process of making the documentary, have said that there have
- 7:12Speaker 5: been dozens.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Of recoveries of crashed craft in the US alone.
- 7:17Speaker 7: Yep, raw Where when the reptilions?
- 7:23Speaker 6: Okay, that's my thing is how are we the only
- 7:26Speaker 6: country that has these or and or if other countries
- 7:29Speaker 6: have them, why wouldn't they say.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Look what we got right, yeah, check it out, We're
- 7:33Speaker 3: better than you.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Right, because we might want to keep secrets, but why
- 7:36Speaker 2: would keep the secret.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Because we had the ray guns to shooting amount of
- 7:40Speaker 3: the sky.
- 7:40Speaker 6: And we have had those since the nineteen forties.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Well, yeah, because Nikola Tesla, I mean everybody knows that.
- 7:46Speaker 3: You know, are people pretty good at keeping a secret? Sure?
- 7:50Speaker 3: You know, are people pretty good about continuing to keep
- 7:52Speaker 3: things covered up? Epstein stuff is like you know, you
- 7:56Speaker 3: would think that because I not on the fence about
- 8:00Speaker 3: alien stuff, like is there is there like intelligent life
- 8:03Speaker 3: out there? Yes? Do I think that they're crash landing
- 8:05Speaker 3: on Earth and they're being stored at you know, Area
- 8:07Speaker 3: fifty one.
- 8:08Speaker 2: I don't believe that either. The chances of them finding
- 8:11Speaker 2: us are essentially zero.
- 8:12Speaker 3: But these these these big, huge secrets that so many
- 8:15Speaker 3: people would have to work to keep under wraps. And
- 8:17Speaker 3: you can say, oh, well, these people are you know,
- 8:18Speaker 3: they are talking about it. That's why we have these
- 8:20Speaker 3: guys with secret is out. They're not keeping the secret.
- 8:23Speaker 3: People aren't keeping the mouth shut my thing. And there
- 8:24Speaker 3: would be so much outcry that they would be forced to,
- 8:27Speaker 3: all right, and they would you know, they like you'd
- 8:29Speaker 3: see like in uh with storage wars they roll the
- 8:32Speaker 3: doors up and got us. Yeah, but then you see
- 8:36Speaker 3: something like you know, the Epstein things, which they know
- 8:40Speaker 3: exactly where the JFK thing they know exactly what happened, ye,
- 8:44Speaker 3: you know, down to details that they are keeping still quiet,
- 8:48Speaker 3: and then we don't know about that, so that that's
- 8:50Speaker 3: what leads people to go down these you know, pathways
- 8:54Speaker 3: of just the craziness. Wait, what are we so?
- 8:56Speaker 2: What do you tell?
- 8:57Speaker 3: What are we hiding? Still? What are you saying?
- 8:59Speaker 8: No?
- 8:59Speaker 3: Like I can see where people I guess I can
- 9:02Speaker 3: see where people get crazy thinking that there is a
- 9:05Speaker 3: big secret because we are we are pretty good at
- 9:08Speaker 3: keeping certain secrets, Like we know that Epstein did bad things,
- 9:12Speaker 3: but we don't have all the details of it yet
- 9:14Speaker 3: because they're still keeping that stuff.
- 9:15Speaker 6: What details do we have? We know that we know
- 9:18Speaker 6: who the victims are sort of no sort they've been interviewed.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Sure, but I'm saying all that stuff that is in
- 9:24Speaker 3: that black redacted, Like they go, oh, well, at least
- 9:26Speaker 3: all these pages and the whole page is you know,
- 9:28Speaker 3: black market. That's mostly they're the victims are infiniting information. Okay,
- 9:32Speaker 3: But I'm saying, like all the files of things, three
- 9:34Speaker 3: million files out there, what are you think you think? Okay,
- 9:38Speaker 3: what specifically are we missing? The one minute of video
- 9:41Speaker 3: footage of him at.
- 9:42Speaker 6: The jail, that's inaccurate. That is a red herring that
- 9:47Speaker 6: it is.
- 9:47Speaker 3: That's not what you say it is. So the victims
- 9:50Speaker 3: in this case from Epstein, they don't want You don't
- 9:52Speaker 3: think they want the details out there.
- 9:53Speaker 6: I think they do, and they've made and they've won
- 9:56Speaker 6: millions of dollars in settlements.
- 9:57Speaker 3: I know, but they don't want the details out there.
- 9:59Speaker 3: They stay redact. I think you got to give the
- 10:00Speaker 3: public every piece of information that you have.
- 10:02Speaker 6: Well, they don't buy, by the way, they don't get
- 10:04Speaker 6: to they don't get to like Clay, they don't get
- 10:05Speaker 6: to tell the government, Hey, unredact all these things.
- 10:08Speaker 3: The why and why does the government want to keep
- 10:09Speaker 3: redacting it? That's the question, because there's a reason they
- 10:11Speaker 3: don't want because these are the victims. That's the policy.
- 10:14Speaker 3: But the victims are fine. Like in other words, I okay,
- 10:18Speaker 3: I really I want the information out there so nobody
- 10:20Speaker 3: is doubting or nobody is thinking.
- 10:22Speaker 6: Then tell your story. But you can't gain you can't
- 10:24Speaker 6: change government policy. You can tell your story all you want,
- 10:27Speaker 6: go sit down for every interview you want.
- 10:29Speaker 2: You want to Greg and I see both you can't
- 10:33Speaker 2: he's saying. I see what is saying let's say I'm
- 10:36Speaker 2: a victim. I can't just say, hey, government, with your document,
- 10:41Speaker 2: you believe I say, it's okay.
- 10:43Speaker 3: You believe everything that there is to know about the Epstein,
- 10:45Speaker 3: all the people that are involved, and that you think
- 10:47Speaker 3: all of that stuff is already out there.
- 10:50Speaker 6: A lot of those people have done interviews, a lot
- 10:51Speaker 6: of them have gotten settlements that a lot of their
- 10:53Speaker 6: identities are public despite their being redacted, just through different
- 10:56Speaker 6: leaks and things of that nature. So and they they've
- 10:59Speaker 6: identify as many perpetrators as they can, like what as
- 11:03Speaker 6: they can? Right, Like like if you're fourteen years old
- 11:06Speaker 6: and you hooked up with some rich guy on an
- 11:08Speaker 6: island somewhere. You might not know that person, but you
- 11:10Speaker 6: certainly want them brought to justice to whatever extent you can.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Okay, all right, So you you were saying that these
- 11:16Speaker 3: people that are screaming, you know, release the Epstein files,
- 11:20Speaker 3: the information, give us all the information about people who
- 11:22Speaker 3: are involved. We already have that, Yes, Okay, what about JFK.
- 11:27Speaker 3: What are we missing?
- 11:28Speaker 4: Who killed him?
- 11:29Speaker 3: Lee? Harvey Oswald?
- 11:30Speaker 7: Now I kind of believe that after going to the site.
- 11:34Speaker 7: I'm like, dude, I could totally make that shot right.
- 11:37Speaker 2: That, Yeah, that site visit changed my mind too. Everybody
- 11:41Speaker 2: made it sound like it was affing that was he
- 11:44Speaker 2: was he set up well? In other words, like was
- 11:47Speaker 2: he hired then by Yeah.
- 11:51Speaker 3: That's one of the things.
- 11:52Speaker 6: And again I pointed this out when we had a
- 11:54Speaker 6: couple of recent assassination attempts. Is maybe, but it's not necessary.
- 11:59Speaker 6: The guy took a shot, the two now three guys
- 12:02Speaker 6: who were looking to take a shot at the current
- 12:04Speaker 6: president didn't. They were just lone weirdos. The guy who
- 12:07Speaker 6: shot Charlie Kirk was a lone weirdo. The woman who
- 12:09Speaker 6: shot the people at that mosque recently lone weirdo. That's
- 12:12Speaker 6: all it takes, right, and.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Lee Harvey Oswald wasn't avowed communist person.
- 12:16Speaker 3: You would select right, sure if you had to, but
- 12:19Speaker 3: you don't have to.
- 12:20Speaker 2: But did you force him to leave the scene and
- 12:22Speaker 2: then kill a cop? Forced him to do that as well?
- 12:25Speaker 3: James James, the guy who killed what Lincoln a long weirdo.
- 12:30Speaker 9: The question on the JFK thing though, is that they released,
- 12:33Speaker 9: you know, all these documents and stuff, but again there's
- 12:35Speaker 9: so much redacted.
- 12:36Speaker 3: What's in that and why can't.
- 12:37Speaker 6: We know unredact a bunch of that stuff recently, but they.
- 12:40Speaker 9: Not all of it, though, said that they were going
- 12:42Speaker 9: to and there were still no new in front of just.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I just want to be clear. Look, man, I who knows?
- 12:47Speaker 3: Who knows? I just accept the fact that I'm never
- 12:49Speaker 3: going to know everything about everything I want to know about.
- 12:52Speaker 3: So you believe, see Bass, you believe everything there is
- 12:57Speaker 3: to know about any of these things. We already you
- 13:00Speaker 3: know that. Yeah, anything material, So the government, the government
- 13:04Speaker 3: is not keeping secrets from us right to.
- 13:06Speaker 6: The not of course, not all the time. Obviously, the
- 13:09Speaker 6: CIA is doing stuff right now they don't want us
- 13:11Speaker 6: to know about. However, I don't think anything material to
- 13:15Speaker 6: these cases has been left out because there's just there's
- 13:18Speaker 6: too many ways to get that information. By the way,
- 13:20Speaker 6: the missing minute of the Epstein thing was was released
- 13:23Speaker 6: in that full document dump as well, and there was
- 13:25Speaker 6: nothing weird about that.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Okay. It had a little AI water mark in the
- 13:27Speaker 3: bottom of my car, A couple of pieces of entertainment
- 13:37Speaker 3: stuff for you, dude, ray Ramonald Greg I know you
- 13:39Speaker 3: love this stuff, like makes eighteen million dollars a year
- 13:43Speaker 3: residual still from everybody loves Raymond.
- 13:47Speaker 4: That I know.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Streaming. I used to watch that show. I loved that show.
- 13:51Speaker 3: When that show is on, I love that show. I
- 13:53Speaker 3: got a late start to it. Yeah, I loved it.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I thought it was great. The parents are great, Robert
- 13:58Speaker 3: was great to brother.
- 14:00Speaker 4: I know you love Patricia Heaton and I like her
- 14:03Speaker 4: too in general. But don't you think her character was
- 14:05Speaker 4: just such a ballbuster?
- 14:06Speaker 3: Well, yeah, she was dealing with she was supposed to
- 14:08Speaker 3: be exasperated by the fact that parents are so intrusive,
- 14:12Speaker 3: the husbands, and she was doing everything. He just wanted
- 14:15Speaker 3: to go golfing. That was That was the whole.
- 14:20Speaker 6: I had the same feeling about the wife and breaking bad.
- 14:22Speaker 6: I'm like, Jesus Christ, could she take a break for
- 14:24Speaker 6: two seconds?
- 14:24Speaker 4: Well, sky is trying to keep everyone out of prison.
- 14:26Speaker 4: But I hear you the only.
- 14:27Speaker 3: One that felt bad for Skyler.
- 14:28Speaker 6: I felt bad for Skyler.
- 14:30Speaker 3: I hated Skyler. I don't think she was a victim.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Thank you, all right? Speaking of rags, Chelsea Handler definite.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Chelsea Handler says that Chaine Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe are racist,
- 14:42Speaker 3: sexist bigots, and their jokes of the Kevin Hart roast
- 14:45Speaker 3: amountitude quote so much disgustingness. Thank you great. This makes
- 14:50Speaker 3: me want to watch it more because I love all
- 14:52Speaker 3: that cringe humor, as you know, like the cringerer the
- 14:54Speaker 3: better and more uncomfortable makes other people the better.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Tony Hinchcliff was the only one that really made me
- 14:59Speaker 2: laugh out loud on that.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Even Shane Gillis, well, he was good.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I wasn't crazy about the delivery, but I thought Williams,
- 15:06Speaker 2: I missed that part.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Oh so good, missed it, dude. I was just thinking
- 15:11Speaker 3: about Tony Hinchcliffe here recently, and I'm like, there's another
- 15:15Speaker 3: example of a guy who I find to be inspiring
- 15:18Speaker 3: in a way of where he took something. This uh
- 15:21Speaker 3: killed Tony thing just started as like a as like
- 15:25Speaker 3: a comedy club podcast, yeah yeah, essentially an open mic
- 15:28Speaker 3: slash gong show, slash whatever you know, and it's become
- 15:31Speaker 3: the biggest thing out there.
- 15:33Speaker 4: Oh it's sold out Madison Square Garden.
- 15:34Speaker 3: It's crazy how big and how huge and how much
- 15:37Speaker 3: money he's making on this thing. And he answers to
- 15:39Speaker 3: nobody and talk about a guy who's not towing a
- 15:42Speaker 3: line or of any time. He does exactly what he wants,
- 15:46Speaker 3: when he wants, how he wants and people love it,
- 15:49Speaker 3: like just be authentically yourself and let the chips fall
- 15:53Speaker 3: where they may well.
- 15:54Speaker 4: And especially with the show, he's like a king maker
- 15:56Speaker 4: because he's exposing these new comedians.
- 15:58Speaker 3: And it's just got me thinking more and more about
- 16:01Speaker 3: like the more you see and the more I see
- 16:02Speaker 3: people leaning into trying to create a character or try
- 16:06Speaker 3: to keep things absolutely clean, and you know, they don't
- 16:10Speaker 3: say anything because then you might miss out on Like dude,
- 16:12Speaker 3: I can't. I can't do things like that. I don't.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I don't respect people like that, the people who are
- 16:18Speaker 3: just playing the algorithm, so to speak. I think people
- 16:20Speaker 3: are finally going against that though, sort of because they're
- 16:23Speaker 3: seeing other people like Tony Hinchclub be able to do.
- 16:25Speaker 4: It and Shane Gillis.
- 16:26Speaker 3: And yeah and pull it up. I don't know who
- 16:28Speaker 3: is wanting to see more Betty Boop anything but trashy
- 16:34Speaker 3: T shirt market. Quentin Brunson from Abbott Elementary is developing
- 16:38Speaker 3: and starring in a Betty Boop movie. A. I would
- 16:40Speaker 3: have to really explain that to my kids, and like,
- 16:42Speaker 3: what the hell is I couldn't explain it other than
- 16:45Speaker 3: a cartoon character.
- 16:45Speaker 4: I'm sure you guys already know this, but the Betty
- 16:47Speaker 4: Boop musical on Broadway is a huge hit, so that's
- 16:50Speaker 4: probably what ext.
- 16:51Speaker 3: And the woman who voiced Betty back in the day
- 16:55Speaker 3: was the woman Aunt.
- 16:56Speaker 4: From Home Alone, I mean.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Bethany. That was the voice.
- 17:05Speaker 6: The voice, she's the voice of Betty Boom. Open to
- 17:07Speaker 6: anyone in the room. What is the plot of any
- 17:09Speaker 6: Betty Boom cartoon?
- 17:10Speaker 3: No idea?
- 17:10Speaker 4: What sexy hijinks?
- 17:14Speaker 9: It's crazy if you've ever seen one, it's like hallucinations.
- 17:18Speaker 4: They're very weird and strange. They're pretty interesting.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Jenny Boom for Sammy, I got something. There was a
- 17:27Speaker 3: woman on TikTok who ate ate ingested ate a picture
- 17:33Speaker 3: of Glen Powell every day. Sammy's got a huge crush
- 17:37Speaker 3: on Glen Pale. I ate a picture of Glen Pale
- 17:41Speaker 3: every day in the hopes that he would notice her
- 17:43Speaker 3: and give her a part in a movie.
- 17:44Speaker 4: She's totally healthy, normal.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go. It's somebody he wants to contact.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Glenn even watched her do it at one of his
- 17:51Speaker 3: movie premieres. Yeah, that's somebody definitely want to invite into.
- 17:54Speaker 9: Your You want to put you in a circle, like
- 17:56Speaker 9: when we talk about like a crazy X when they
- 17:58Speaker 9: do something even crazy and you're like, yeah, that's gonna
- 18:00Speaker 9: make me want you.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Back, that's going to get you to where you want to.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Let I just got to Greg Gory first, Gregory, what
- 18:08Speaker 3: you got?
- 18:08Speaker 2: You guys know that actor Miles Teller right top, Gun, Maverick, Whiplash,
- 18:13Speaker 2: war Dogs, a bunch of movies. Got this new movie
- 18:16Speaker 2: Paper Tiger with Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson. And usually
- 18:18Speaker 2: when you have a new movie, you're out doing interviews
- 18:20Speaker 2: and stuff like that. But he refuses to do any
- 18:22Speaker 2: printed interviews because this press profile he did back in
- 18:27Speaker 2: twenty fifteen with Esquire magazine labeled him as quote kind
- 18:31Speaker 2: of a dicky.
- 18:33Speaker 3: I've been hearing about that ever.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Since, and I think it had an effect on society.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Everybody said, oh, Miles Teller is such a dick. So
- 18:41Speaker 2: after that he says he will only do interviews on
- 18:43Speaker 2: camera because people can misquote things, or put things out
- 18:46Speaker 2: of order, or even say things that didn't happen at all.
- 18:49Speaker 3: He's He's not the one now, I don't think it was.
- 18:52Speaker 3: He's not the one that made the comment about how
- 18:54Speaker 3: like the ballet or whatever's boring no'th Timothy Shallow. Okay,
- 18:58Speaker 3: but I.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Don't blame him for that. Fine, you know what, they're
- 19:00Speaker 4: just never doing this again because it's going to hurt
- 19:02Speaker 4: my career.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Yeah, he says he gets why they do it, because
- 19:05Speaker 2: negativity sells, gets you to read it or buy the magazine.
- 19:08Speaker 2: But he says that Esquire couldn't have been more wrong,
- 19:11Speaker 2: and I don't think there's anything cool or entertaining about
- 19:13Speaker 2: being a dick. So he will only do on air.
- 19:16Speaker 6: Interviews because print is where they if you want to
- 19:19Speaker 6: if you want.
- 19:20Speaker 3: To hit piece in print, totally. Oh yeah, for sure,
- 19:23Speaker 3: no context, menace what you got? Okay. Can anybody figure
- 19:28Speaker 3: out why Brad Pitt's kids hate him for some reason?
- 19:33Speaker 3: It's like any other breakup or divorce, like the kids
- 19:35Speaker 3: end up getting poisoned by whoever.
- 19:36Speaker 7: They're Still, it's coming back up because some of it's
- 19:42Speaker 7: it's women's.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Fault about that plane.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I'll get to that. I'll get that.
- 19:47Speaker 7: But it's coming back because some of his kids are
- 19:52Speaker 7: graduating and then so you know, they have to announce
- 19:54Speaker 7: the name and they're leaving off pit.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Out of the name.
- 19:58Speaker 7: Okay, So that's that's why it's back in the back
- 20:01Speaker 7: in the news again, And yeah, I was gonna bring
- 20:04Speaker 7: up the plane ride because that's the only thing that
- 20:05Speaker 7: I heard about, is that he got really hammered on
- 20:07Speaker 7: a plane ride and he almost like fought one of
- 20:09Speaker 7: his kids and then that was it.
- 20:11Speaker 3: But nothing since then. But they I've like really.
- 20:14Speaker 4: Don't talk to him anymore.
- 20:15Speaker 7: They really gone out of their way to like always
- 20:18Speaker 7: mention that, Uh yeah, I don't really f what Brad Pitt,
- 20:22Speaker 7: but like what happened on that plane probably.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Be a different story if the mom wasn't so famous
- 20:26Speaker 3: and rich too, Like if dad was the famous one.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, they'd be still sucking up. It wouldn't matter.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Like dad could have beat the crap out of him
- 20:32Speaker 3: on a plane.
- 20:33Speaker 6: And I know, we don't know, but who was the
- 20:35Speaker 6: whose idea was it to adopt all these kids?
- 20:38Speaker 4: I wonder it's got to be hurt the guy who
- 20:40Speaker 4: wanted to be a bachelor's entire life.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Yeah exactly.
- 20:42Speaker 4: So, yeah, dude, Yeah, I don't think just because one
- 20:45Speaker 4: of them sucks the other one is awesome. I think
- 20:47Speaker 4: they're both. Probably that was full of riddled with issues.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Well that was the day that at that time when
- 20:51Speaker 3: all that stuff was happening. It was designer children, man,
- 20:53Speaker 3: people like people Donna, the celebrities were so big on
- 20:57Speaker 3: adopting kids from you know, other other places. Yeah, that
- 21:01Speaker 3: was the big thing. It was very it was.
- 21:03Speaker 7: They said that he had tried to like reconnect with
- 21:05Speaker 7: them several times but has not worked.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Uh, Gina, grab what you got?
- 21:10Speaker 4: Okay, Well, I know Bord knows who this is. Have
- 21:12Speaker 4: you guys heard of this ww wrestler Ludwig Kaiser.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Ludwig Kaser, really big wrestler. Yeah, Kiser. He's also knows
- 21:21Speaker 3: El Grande Americano.
- 21:23Speaker 4: There you go, thank you, delicious Americano. Well he's He's
- 21:26Speaker 4: been arrested in Orlando after cop say he got in
- 21:29Speaker 4: a fight with a neighbor inside the elevator and their
- 21:32Speaker 4: luxury apartment building.
- 21:33Speaker 10: And according to.
- 21:34Speaker 4: The police report, Kaiser and his girlfriend were making out
- 21:37Speaker 4: aggressively in the elevator and one of the residents said,
- 21:42Speaker 4: have some manners after they got off on the floor,
- 21:45Speaker 4: and then cops say that comments, we got this dude off,
- 21:48Speaker 4: thank you, And he allegedly punched this guy. He shoved
- 21:50Speaker 4: him to the ground, he threatened to kill him, and
- 21:53Speaker 4: the investigators id'd Kaiser through the building security footage and
- 21:56Speaker 4: arrested him. He has a misdemeanor battery charge. He's out
- 21:59Speaker 4: on bond. But like, he was just going to town
- 22:02Speaker 4: on his girlfriend and some guy in the elevator did
- 22:04Speaker 4: not like it.
- 22:05Speaker 3: I like, you thought that was real and that wasn't real?
- 22:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so he told them to be yeah, and
- 22:10Speaker 2: that's why he got violet.
- 22:12Speaker 4: The guy was like, have some manners and pigs or
- 22:14Speaker 4: was like, excuse you.
- 22:16Speaker 3: It's your business.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Wait until you get to where you're going, Like you're
- 22:19Speaker 2: gonna deal with it for what for more seconds?
- 22:21Speaker 3: Mind your business. I'm busy here making out with a
- 22:23Speaker 3: hot chick. Yeah, thank you, I'm saying, Greg, Yeah, what's
- 22:26Speaker 3: better than that?
- 22:26Speaker 7: Did you hear about the other guy that got in
- 22:28Speaker 7: a scuffle? Now he's on probation for one hundred and
- 22:30Speaker 7: eighty days. Did our boy Joey Chestnut no al real?
- 22:34Speaker 3: Yeah, the competitive eater?
- 22:35Speaker 7: Yeah, but yours? Yeah, but can't stop, won stop. He
- 22:39Speaker 7: still will be around for fourth of July for the comings.
- 22:41Speaker 7: You haven't seen them, just have like an ankle minor.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I apparently got into something at a bar. They
- 22:46Speaker 3: meant at a bar. Yeah, Mota, what a punishment? Where
- 22:50Speaker 3: is that headline? All right? Time for your birthdays show
- 22:55Speaker 3: Its shimmery, We're going it's shimmer We won't sit the
- 22:59Speaker 3: tomes and you know you don't do some pretty unimpressive birthdays.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Today you got the Jennifer Goodwin.
- 23:09Speaker 4: Oh yeah, she you've seen her in a million things.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Yeah, she picks Big Love on HBO. She was the
- 23:15Speaker 3: voice of Judy Hops and Utopia.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Yeah, she's a very recognizable snow white.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Once upon a time, forty eight years old today, Sean Gunn,
- 23:24Speaker 3: you're seeing a ton of stuff. But he did all
- 23:26Speaker 3: the motion capture performances for Rocket Raccoon and Guardians.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Oh nice.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the thing that you can have like this
- 23:32Speaker 3: big role and nobody knows you did all the motion capture.
- 23:35Speaker 3: You need a motion capture artist.
- 23:37Speaker 8: You know.
- 23:37Speaker 4: He wears all the ping pong talk.
- 23:39Speaker 3: About talk about a job is going to get replaced
- 23:41Speaker 3: by Ai, No kidding. Sean Gunn is the heir's thing.
- 23:44Speaker 3: He does all that stuff. I've heard his name. I
- 23:47Speaker 3: couldn't pick him out of a lineup. I'm not most
- 23:49Speaker 3: people couldn't. I guess like a gay British man. Wait
- 23:51Speaker 3: is he related to him or yeah, don't know, fifty
- 23:57Speaker 3: two years old, Naomi Campbell, the supermodel, fifty six Apollo
- 24:01Speaker 3: Ono remember the speed scanner of the Olympic. Yeah, yeah,
- 24:04Speaker 3: two thousand and two, two thousand and six, twenty ten,
- 24:06Speaker 3: and he did win the Mirror Ball Trophy on Dancing
- 24:08Speaker 3: with the Stars. It's just ask my mom. See you
- 24:12Speaker 3: got Novak Djokovic, the tennis player who's thirty nine. Okay,
- 24:18Speaker 3: this is going to be controversial to at least one
- 24:20Speaker 3: person in this room. This person is talented, but is
- 24:25Speaker 3: super mega uber, duber, ultra overrated. Morrissey, yeah, is six
- 24:32Speaker 3: or seven years old to that. I love him, but
- 24:37Speaker 3: I know as a person he's how soon is Nowick
- 24:40Speaker 3: from the Smiths is one of my favorite songs, if
- 24:42Speaker 3: not my favorite song of all time. Morrissey is overrated.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Like the amount of like praise and this weird like
- 24:50Speaker 3: obsession that people have with more. I don't get it.
- 24:53Speaker 3: What am I missing? I get it?
- 24:55Speaker 11: Like?
- 24:55Speaker 3: What what it's like? What is it?
- 24:57Speaker 2: It's a vibe, It's a feeling. The lyrics are so
- 24:59Speaker 2: dark and mullan and they're in brooding and his attitude.
- 25:06Speaker 4: I can tell you Greg's favorite thing about him is
- 25:08Speaker 4: if he smells meat at a concert, he immediately stops performing.
- 25:11Speaker 4: I think that's what Greg likes about her.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Oh that is great. No cool guy. And then Johnny
- 25:15Speaker 3: Gill from New Edition. He is sixty years old. Your
- 25:19Speaker 3: port of Birthday today is Melissa More in Today's Birthday Girl.
- 25:22Speaker 3: She's been stretched out more than a pair of yoga
- 25:24Speaker 3: pants on a fat shick. Whoa, it's a lot four
- 25:27Speaker 3: hundred and thirty fine films, including While You're Away, My
- 25:31Speaker 3: Kitty Will Play. She was in Bothered by the Bush
- 25:34Speaker 3: Volume one, also Moaning in the Morning Light. She was
- 25:38Speaker 3: in Glory whole mistake leads to three way also lesbian
- 25:41Speaker 3: research study. Oh, she was in Melissa Moore swallows Night's Sword.
- 25:47Speaker 3: She was fantastic in a big black banging on MLK Day.
- 25:51Speaker 3: He would have lined while bringing people together literally. And
- 25:56Speaker 3: then who can forget her unforgettable role in squirt Tacular.
- 26:00Speaker 6: Oh, that's that's just good.
- 26:01Speaker 3: It's squirt Tacular. That's me. Listen More, who's thirty years
- 26:03Speaker 3: old today? And that is your porto birthday, your celebrity
- 26:06Speaker 3: birthdays and someone what's happening in the world of entertainment?
- 26:09Speaker 8: Wind makes everything worse. Hot, uncomfortable, hot, but windy, worse rain, okay, rain,
- 26:18Speaker 8: but whin yeah your face, Yeah, snow, but win worse show.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Oh this sucks. That's a Kansas car dealership. They can't
- 26:31Speaker 3: deliver a truck that they sold. The truck is sold,
- 26:35Speaker 3: but the new owners can't take it home because the
- 26:38Speaker 3: mother robin built a federally protected nests on the tire,
- 26:43Speaker 3: and so they can't distinct this thing. No, you can't
- 26:46Speaker 3: touch it. How stupid in Kansas City.
- 26:50Speaker 8: Really?
- 26:51Speaker 3: Yeah, they noticed this robin settling into a brand new
- 26:53Speaker 3: super sweet Ford F two fifty super duty, nice, and
- 26:58Speaker 3: she laid four eggs on the tire, the eggs of
- 27:01Speaker 3: since hatch. But under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the
- 27:06Speaker 3: dealership with the dealership cannot move the truck or the
- 27:10Speaker 3: nest until the baby birds fly away on their own.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Oh no, you know how how rare robins are.
- 27:17Speaker 4: Well, that's what I was gonna say about being from
- 27:19Speaker 4: Kansas City. Time a dozen. What am I missing?
- 27:23Speaker 8: Well?
- 27:24Speaker 2: You know how I have such a great relationship with
- 27:26Speaker 2: my h o A. Yeah, we had active termites. You
- 27:29Speaker 2: could see them active coming out of the ceiling, and
- 27:33Speaker 2: that we it was an emergency situation. The place had
- 27:36Speaker 2: to be tented yesterday and they had to wait because
- 27:40Speaker 2: swallows made nests in the car port. For some like, okay,
- 27:44Speaker 2: let's just lose the whole building because of a bird.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Just move the I said, that's why.
- 27:49Speaker 3: I said.
- 27:49Speaker 2: I'm like, can we just pick it up and move it?
- 27:52Speaker 2: Like I promise you can not gonna do it?
- 27:56Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 27:56Speaker 3: All right, Greg, I know you love doing yard work.
- 28:00Speaker 3: It's therapeutic. It's one of your favorite things. Maybe you're
- 28:03Speaker 3: already following this person. They are a turf influencer. Oh yeah,
- 28:08Speaker 3: maybe people like this. Yeah yeah, a turf influencer. This
- 28:11Speaker 3: is the lawn Queen and she has set a new
- 28:14Speaker 3: Guinness World record. She mowed a football sized area in
- 28:20Speaker 3: under fifteen minutes. Wow, a waterfront part. I bet she
- 28:25Speaker 3: did a sloppy job.
- 28:26Speaker 4: She was a city.
- 28:27Speaker 3: Well here's the thing. She drove a rotting lawn Era
- 28:29Speaker 3: powered by forty one horsepower engine to complete the turf
- 28:34Speaker 3: Mutt Great Lawn in fourteen minutes and fifty one seconds.
- 28:37Speaker 4: I mean, it's like to see it.
- 28:39Speaker 3: She was selected through a nationwide operator search and she
- 28:42Speaker 3: executed the run with no time to spare just nine
- 28:46Speaker 3: seconds inside the record window. Guinness rules required the grass
- 28:51Speaker 3: to be maintained at least six inches high to simulate
- 28:55Speaker 3: the real world high load conditions six inches. The event
- 28:59Speaker 3: was part of a Power Technology company Cutting History marking initiative,
- 29:04Speaker 3: and it was organized in partnership with the Turf Mutt Foundation,
- 29:08Speaker 3: which promotes the environmental benefits of managed turf crass. A
- 29:13Speaker 3: fun job.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Their parties, well, they have to sell themselves because people
- 29:17Speaker 6: will say, oh, just let trees and wildflyer flowers grow.
- 29:23Speaker 3: They have these competitions for that. They have competitions for
- 29:26Speaker 3: guys who operate heavy machinery like backcos and things. They
- 29:28Speaker 3: have like Backco Olympics and they do all these precision things.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Forkliff games. Oh, they have a forklift competition thing.
- 29:35Speaker 7: The people that work out hotels, like folding stuffs.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Yeah, there's like housekeeper Olympics. Yeah, there's a grocery bagging one.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Yeah, the making beds one is like porn.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I think, do you think?
- 29:47Speaker 4: And men should do the grocery one, and you should
- 29:49Speaker 4: do the forcliff one.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Well no minutes of the one that used to have
- 29:52Speaker 3: a forcliff license.
- 29:53Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 29:54Speaker 4: You can also do the groceries.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I could do both. I would like to know,
- 29:58Speaker 3: you know, now that I know how to fly a play,
- 30:00Speaker 3: I would like to know how to operate like excavators
- 30:03Speaker 3: and back hoos and stuff like that. Probably learned that
- 30:05Speaker 3: real quick.
- 30:06Speaker 2: I mean I don't know that real quick. I mean,
- 30:08Speaker 2: if you can fly a plane, I think that would
- 30:09Speaker 2: be well.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Sure you can do it.
- 30:10Speaker 6: I'm saying, like, yeah, I saw a video of a
- 30:12Speaker 6: dad with like his like a seven year old was
- 30:14Speaker 6: in the back hose screwing around and it was they're
- 30:16Speaker 6: doing just fine.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Yeah, well, because you can go there's a place in Vegas.
- 30:19Speaker 3: There's a few places around the country. Uh the one
- 30:21Speaker 3: in Vegas. I think it's called dig this or yeah,
- 30:25Speaker 3: dig this, And so they have stuff that like kids
- 30:27Speaker 3: can do, but then they also have stuff that just
- 30:29Speaker 3: adults can do, and that's like excavators and all kinds
- 30:32Speaker 3: of stuff.
- 30:32Speaker 4: Do they have wrecking balls.
- 30:36Speaker 3: That would be cool?
- 30:37Speaker 4: Bathing awesome?
- 30:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:38Speaker 2: My question is that when you go to a cemetery,
- 30:41Speaker 2: do they dig the graves with backos or do they
- 30:43Speaker 2: do that?
- 30:43Speaker 3: Man, I've seen backos in cemetery, So I'm saying maybe
- 30:47Speaker 3: it's because based on the on the on the cemetery.
- 30:50Speaker 2: I've always wondered how they get such perfectly straight lines
- 30:53Speaker 2: when they dig a hole.
- 30:54Speaker 4: As somebody who goes to visit my father, I can
- 30:57Speaker 4: tell you it's machinery.
- 30:58Speaker 3: Really maybe so maybe maybe they dig it deep with
- 31:01Speaker 3: the back hope and then they clean up the edges
- 31:04Speaker 3: like with shovels and stuff. That's so cool.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I would that is I would like to do like
- 31:09Speaker 2: everyday stuff like that where you get answers to question
- 31:12Speaker 2: like how do you make this perfect hole?
- 31:14Speaker 3: Well, last night was Stephen Colbert's last show. Last week
- 31:19Speaker 3: he did something with David Letterman. Did you I thought
- 31:21Speaker 3: about Greg. I saw that they were together. I don't
- 31:23Speaker 3: know what they did. So Letterman was on the show
- 31:25Speaker 3: and blah blah blah, and they go, hey, let's uh,
- 31:26Speaker 3: let's let's ruin some of CBS's property. And they took
- 31:29Speaker 3: some of the furniture, threw it off the roof onto
- 31:31Speaker 3: the roof of the Insulivent Theater and they threw it
- 31:33Speaker 3: off the roof down to the sidewalk below. Yeah, but
- 31:38Speaker 3: I thought about Greg, because Greg, you would love stuff
- 31:40Speaker 3: like that. You need to make, like I said, have
- 31:42Speaker 3: to make a.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Network just dropping stuff off buildings, glowing stuff up from
- 31:45Speaker 2: high and dropping stuff off of buildings. The network would
- 31:49Speaker 2: be called RIP.
- 31:51Speaker 3: I told you there was a guy that we work
- 31:53Speaker 3: with and he's been in radio a long time. They
- 31:55Speaker 3: did a contest to give away a brand new car
- 31:57Speaker 3: and they had the U this old van and they
- 32:01Speaker 3: brought it up really high up on a crane and
- 32:03Speaker 3: then they released it all right, And the contest was
- 32:06Speaker 3: they had a big like a grid yeah on the ground,
- 32:11Speaker 3: and then everybody had to guess where different parts of
- 32:14Speaker 3: the van would end up in what squares that's awesome,
- 32:17Speaker 3: And whoever you know had the most correct you know
- 32:21Speaker 3: squares won the brand new vehicle.
- 32:24Speaker 4: Was it a physics professor?
- 32:25Speaker 3: Like, that's pretty cool.
- 32:26Speaker 6: So CBS can drop chairs and stuff off a building
- 32:30Speaker 6: in midtown Manhattan exactly.
- 32:31Speaker 3: And the Woody Show you can't do a beer bom
- 32:33Speaker 3: into a driveway into an unoccupied floating dogs. Yeah that
- 32:40Speaker 3: was a Saint Patrick's day.
- 32:42Speaker 6: Yeah, we still have we can still we're still going
- 32:44Speaker 6: to do them. Yeah, we're still going to do that.
- 32:46Speaker 6: But it's not when you still securities around.

- 33:53Speaker 3: we can somebody note the date and time and we
- 33:56Speaker 3: can see a little bike. Yeah, but just just to
- 33:58Speaker 3: see if that it might be just that easy.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Yeah, way too far.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you get you get brought into these meetings about
- 34:06Speaker 3: like wow, you know, we want to increase the stream numbers,

- 34:26Speaker 3: forty four Wooding. You can check in text us over
- 34:30Speaker 3: to too nine eight seven and we'll start this hour
- 34:33Speaker 3: with the trending news headlines.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Well, NASCAR just got hit with some really bad news
- 34:39Speaker 4: after Kyle Busch suddenly died at forty one years old,
- 34:42Speaker 4: just shocking y hours after it was announced he'd been
- 34:45Speaker 4: hospitalized with a severe illness. We still don't know what
- 34:47Speaker 4: that is, though. Kyle Busch was obviously one of the
- 34:49Speaker 4: biggest names in NASCAR. He won two Cup Series championships
- 34:52Speaker 4: and finished his career with two hundred and thirty four
- 34:55Speaker 4: wins across NASCAR's top three series, which is more than
- 34:59Speaker 4: any driver. Earlier this month, he mentioned he was feeling
- 35:02Speaker 4: sick during a race. Then yesterday morning, his family announced
- 35:05Speaker 4: he'd missed this weekend's Coca Cola six hundred because he
- 35:08Speaker 4: was hospitalized and he just died soon after that. Really sad. Well,
- 35:12Speaker 4: a guy on death row in Tennessee has lucked out
- 35:15Speaker 4: big time when he was set for execution, but it
- 35:17Speaker 4: was called off at the last minute. So according to
- 35:20Speaker 4: the report, well.
- 35:22Speaker 3: Yeah, they'll do that to be Greg. Greg and I
- 35:26Speaker 3: laughed about that all the time, like, no, they got
- 35:28Speaker 3: to make sure that you're perfectly healthy, that I don't
- 35:30Speaker 3: get down before they can execute you.
- 35:34Speaker 4: Well, according to the report, things went wrong during the
- 35:36Speaker 4: procedure when medical staff just couldn't find a usable vein
- 35:39Speaker 4: to inject the juice, and so yeah, I don't know.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Just injected right into his heart. You can find the heart.
- 35:46Speaker 3: The heart's pretty easy when you're getting your blood drawn.
- 35:47Speaker 3: They just keep on trying, right, don't give up so easily.
- 35:50Speaker 4: Well, they tried for an hour then they gave up. Yeah,
- 35:53Speaker 4: right after that, the governor stepped in and granted a
- 35:56Speaker 4: one year's stay of execution, so he gets another year
- 35:58Speaker 4: to get his way out of this pickle.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Wow, oh my should make them work out with heavy weight.
- 36:03Speaker 3: So it's Veinston.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Just do the thing where you tap tap tap tap
- 36:07Speaker 2: tap tap, and that's what that's what all.
- 36:09Speaker 3: The boys at my son's school are doing man, that's
- 36:12Speaker 3: the big thing. Remember they were chewing the gum for
- 36:13Speaker 3: a while, the chisel jaws like the joggum or whatever
- 36:17Speaker 3: they're that's all the vasculars well, I mean, the making
- 36:20Speaker 3: your veins pop out thing has always been sort of there,
- 36:23Speaker 3: but now I guess it's super popular, so they'll just
- 36:25Speaker 3: keep doing these things, you know, to get veins.
- 36:28Speaker 2: To pop out more nice. And it doesn't have to
- 36:31Speaker 2: be the arm. You could do it in the neck
- 36:33Speaker 2: shoot up using a side view mirror to shoot heroin.
- 36:38Speaker 3: This is just because it's supposed to look cool, make
- 36:39Speaker 3: you look to muscular. So that's why all the teenage
- 36:41Speaker 3: boys are doing it. But in this shooting drugs, greg,
- 36:44Speaker 3: I get it. In this case, use the dude's neck,
- 36:47Speaker 3: thank you well me.
- 36:49Speaker 4: Oh, by the way, they can also do your forehead. Yes,
- 36:53Speaker 4: I've seen it in the hospital.
- 36:54Speaker 3: That'd be great to be put the death through an
- 36:56Speaker 3: injection in your face, right, like, oh, you shot somebody
- 36:59Speaker 3: in the face and kill them, We're going to inject
- 37:01Speaker 3: this into your face or your eye.
- 37:03Speaker 4: Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has blocked Alabama from executing a
- 37:06Speaker 4: guy convicted of murder because he's intellectually disabled. So the
- 37:10Speaker 4: court says the killing killing him and would violate the
- 37:13Speaker 4: Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment. It's all taste well,
- 37:18Speaker 4: getting it's basically based on his IQ score, which is
- 37:21Speaker 4: about seventy three. And then they say, people below seventy
- 37:25Speaker 4: are considered intellectually disabled.
- 37:27Speaker 3: But did you kill somebody?
- 37:28Speaker 2: I think so, So wouldn't intellectually disabled be redundant? Oh yeah,
- 37:33Speaker 2: non intellectually incapacitated people killing people?
- 37:36Speaker 3: Yeah, And didn't he score higher than what they say?
- 37:39Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, he made the cut. If they were
- 37:41Speaker 4: taking this pass fail, he passes, So that's a good
- 37:44Speaker 4: But they said there's always a three percent margin of errors,
- 37:46Speaker 4: so maybe it's sixty nine.
- 37:48Speaker 3: You never know, right, don't I don't ever like not
- 37:52Speaker 3: guilty by reason of insanity Also things like this, like
- 37:54Speaker 3: all right, I don't care why you did it or
- 37:58Speaker 3: if you were mentally incapacity, you still and somebody's life, right,
- 38:03Speaker 3: you in somebody's life, and therefore you get whatever you get,
- 38:05Speaker 3: whatever the sentencing is, whatever the jury comes back with.
- 38:09Speaker 3: That's just what you get.
- 38:10Speaker 14: Souse you did it.
- 38:11Speaker 4: But does it depend on if it was an accident
- 38:13Speaker 4: or not, because what if it was a complete accident,
- 38:15Speaker 4: but you still kill them?
- 38:16Speaker 3: Let me.
- 38:22Speaker 4: In general, if it's an accident, do they get what
- 38:24Speaker 4: they get?
- 38:25Speaker 3: What do you mean an accident like a like a car.
- 38:27Speaker 4: Accident or like something that was completely unintentional.
- 38:30Speaker 3: No, But like if you're I think this person strangled somebody, right,
- 38:34Speaker 3: Like if you if you committed a crime to where
- 38:35Speaker 3: they're putting you on death row, it's it's pretty heinous.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Let's you're right when you were hugging someone your it's.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Not like it's a red light.
- 38:45Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 38:46Speaker 4: Yeah, but I don't know the facts of this. But
- 38:47Speaker 4: remember the making a murderer.
- 38:50Speaker 9: And there was Brandon who because his i Q was
- 38:53Speaker 9: also very low that when the police were interrogating him,
- 38:56Speaker 9: you didn't know what was going to understand, he basically
- 38:59Speaker 9: confessed to a murder just so he could go home.
- 39:01Speaker 4: Yeah, because they did.
- 39:02Speaker 3: That's what was going on.
- 39:04Speaker 4: They told you exactly that he did. They told him
- 39:06Speaker 4: you can go home. He was like, sounds like a plan.
- 39:08Speaker 4: So of course they arrested him.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Well.
- 39:10Speaker 4: SpaceX was all set to launch the newest version of
- 39:13Speaker 4: its massive starship rocket. That's the one they hope will
- 39:16Speaker 4: eventually send people to the Moon and to Mars, but
- 39:19Speaker 4: they had to call it off at the last second
- 39:20Speaker 4: because of problems with the launch tower. So the rocket's
- 39:23Speaker 4: more than four hundred feet tall, and as a bunch
- 39:25Speaker 4: of upgrades like stronger engines, more fuel capacity to help
- 39:29Speaker 4: carry bigger payloads farther into space. And even though the
- 39:33Speaker 4: program has had some recent wins like the booster catches
- 39:36Speaker 4: and splashdowns, engineers ran into some issues during the countdown
- 39:40Speaker 4: and decided it was just safer to scrap the whole thing.
- 39:43Speaker 4: Elon says, they'll fix the problem, try to get it
- 39:45Speaker 4: on asap. But how bummed would you be it it's
- 39:49Speaker 4: the countdown and they're like that it does.
- 39:52Speaker 3: That happens a lot. That happened with the Shuttle a
- 39:54Speaker 3: lot too. To countdown be going on. They had to
- 39:56Speaker 3: suspend everything and come back for another day and try
- 39:59Speaker 3: it again.
- 39:59Speaker 15: I know.
- 40:00Speaker 3: The fun stuff is when SpaceX they were, you know,
- 40:02Speaker 3: trying to get the whole landing, the rockets on the
- 40:05Speaker 3: barges and these incredible explosions, and then you know, all
- 40:09Speaker 3: the engineering guys and stuff and whatever they're at the
- 40:12Speaker 3: mission control whatever, watching on the screens and they would
- 40:14Speaker 3: blow up, and they'd be pumped because they still learned
- 40:18Speaker 3: a bunch from everything that goes wrong. They learn a
- 40:21Speaker 3: ton from all the you know, mistakes or the setbacks.
- 40:25Speaker 3: And it looks cool. The rocket looks really cool. Yeah.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And when it comes to these launches, isn't it true
- 40:30Speaker 2: that getting these astronauts into their suits takes hours?
- 40:33Speaker 3: Yeah? Surprised, Scar takes longer than MENACE's wife getting ready
- 40:38Speaker 3: to go. That's a long Astronauts should get dice and
- 40:43Speaker 3: hair dryers, like speed it up a little bit. Yeah,
- 40:46Speaker 3: yeah this Menas bought one of those for his wife
- 40:48Speaker 3: to speed up the process. Yeah. Still late though, right, Yeah,
- 40:52Speaker 3: no matter what, you could.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Just find another place to compensate the time.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Now, oh, we have a two hour buffer up, gonna
- 40:58Speaker 3: use every minute.
- 41:00Speaker 4: Well, that's a rap for Stephen Colbert. His last show
- 41:03Speaker 4: is in the books. And when he walked out and
- 41:04Speaker 4: mentioned that it was the final episode, his fans booed,
- 41:07Speaker 4: but he put his finger up said no, no, no,
- 41:09Speaker 4: we're lucky enough to be here for the last eleven years.
- 41:12Speaker 4: You can't take this for granted. The monologue was interrupted
- 41:15Speaker 4: by celebrities like Brian Cranston, Paul Rudd, Tom Meadows who
- 41:18Speaker 4: will vie to be Colbert's last guest. Ultimately it was
- 41:22Speaker 4: Paul McCartney, Sir Paul McCartney, Oh hey, who sat down
- 41:26Speaker 4: with Colbert for an in depth interview and one last note.
- 41:29Speaker 4: There was a moment that's getting a lot of shares
- 41:31Speaker 4: on social media. He was talking about how people were
- 41:33Speaker 4: getting sued for using the Charlie Brown Peanuts theme without permission,
- 41:37Speaker 4: and then this happened.
- 41:38Speaker 3: People are so stupid.
- 41:39Speaker 13: Hey, who's the close Lewis Lewis Lewis Seusney Lewis is
- 41:46Speaker 13: the Band's the band right now playing the same Peanuts
- 41:49Speaker 13: music that I just said people.
- 41:52Speaker 10: Were being sued for for using without permission?
- 41:55Speaker 3: Is that what he's doing? Yeah? Is that what they're doing? Yeah?
- 42:04Speaker 3: Oh no, I hope this doesn't cost CBS any money.
- 42:09Speaker 3: And people are like, oh man, Stephen Colbert really got
- 42:12Speaker 3: CBS to guys, it's not a live, live show, it's
- 42:16Speaker 3: pre taped. CBS controls what goes on on the podcast. Yeah,
- 42:19Speaker 3: they were aware of it, and if it was going
- 42:21Speaker 3: to be that big of a problem, they weren't cool
- 42:22Speaker 3: that they would have just cut it.
- 42:24Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Yeah, but yeah, I mean it's cute. It's supposed to
- 42:26Speaker 3: be a joke, but people are like, people are really
- 42:28Speaker 3: running with it, like, oh man, that's you know, Stephen Colbert,
- 42:34Speaker 3: it was a live, live show.
- 42:36Speaker 4: Yeah, be different, that'd be different. But that's pretty They
- 42:38Speaker 4: cut to commercial. Also, you know, I don't hear it
- 42:40Speaker 4: very often because I detest when people call me. But
- 42:43Speaker 4: that is my ringtone, the Peanuts.
- 42:47Speaker 6: I love it.
- 42:47Speaker 1: Well.
- 42:48Speaker 4: Gen Z isn't necessarily giving up drinking this summer, but
- 42:51Speaker 4: they are changing how they drink. So this new survey
- 42:54Speaker 4: says that while most young adults still plan to drink,
- 42:57Speaker 4: lots of them are trying to be more intentional about it.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Guys.
- 43:00Speaker 4: So instead of partying hard, two thirds of them are
- 43:03Speaker 4: focusing on moderation, drinking for the experience rather than getting
- 43:07Speaker 4: ish faced, and making safer choices like pacing themselves, eating
- 43:11Speaker 4: and drinking water beforehand, and planning their rides home in advance.
- 43:14Speaker 3: Being responsible.
- 43:15Speaker 4: Yes, so the overall trend is being more mindful about
- 43:19Speaker 4: alcohol instead of just overdoing it. So it's a new era.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Every kid can't stop won't stop binging? Am I right?
- 43:24Speaker 3: That's right? Greg's like losers. I call it a Tuesday
- 43:28Speaker 3: well that's what's going on, all right, Thank you very much,
- 43:30Speaker 3: Gina Grady.
- 43:33Speaker 4: Then I saw it blaming your eye and I knew
- 43:35Speaker 4: you were banging.
- 43:36Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay.
- 43:38Speaker 6: God.
- 43:39Speaker 3: At the Instagram the Whity Show, we were talking in
- 43:44Speaker 3: the trending news headlines about coeled people that were on
- 43:48Speaker 3: death row, and you got to talk about like jury's different.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Things like that.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Somebody on the text nine oh nine, Woodie, I want
- 43:59Speaker 3: you on my jury, meaning like so, wait, you're the defendant,
- 44:03Speaker 3: Yeah you do.
- 44:04Speaker 4: I don't think it's gonna work out.
- 44:05Speaker 3: Yeah, if you're the defendant, I don't I don't think
- 44:08Speaker 3: you want me.
- 44:09Speaker 4: He's throwing babe, Yeah, oh yeah.
- 44:11Speaker 2: If it's a shoplifting case or getting the death pend, yeah,
- 44:14Speaker 2: hang him high for the whole town to see.
- 44:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and let's let's let's get to a decision quickly
- 44:19Speaker 3: and hang them high.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Yeah tonight, yeah, right exactly.
- 44:24Speaker 3: I'm not going to sit here and split hairs of
- 44:26Speaker 3: her dumb things and wonder about somebody's mental capacity like
- 44:29Speaker 3: you did it or you didn't do it. You did it,
- 44:31Speaker 3: hang them high? Yeah you didn't do it? Well, then fine,
- 44:33Speaker 3: go about your business. That's fine. Yeah, it's that simple. Oh,
- 44:38Speaker 3: I do want to play this for you. Hold on,
- 44:40Speaker 3: I have a clip. Uh. So this guy, Jeremy Rosenthals
- 44:46Speaker 3: his name. He is a criminal defense attorney. No one
- 44:49Speaker 3: in this room has gotten called knock on wood for
- 44:51Speaker 3: jury doing in a while, right, the last one. Then
- 44:54Speaker 3: you have like some kind of federal nice federal pound
- 44:58Speaker 3: me and the ass j Yeah. This guy, he's a
- 45:01Speaker 3: criminal defense attorney, and he says, these are the three
- 45:04Speaker 3: professions as a defense attorney that you don't want for
- 45:08Speaker 3: a juror. So when a juror comes in, they have
- 45:10Speaker 3: the whole jury pool there and they're going through and
- 45:11Speaker 3: they're trying to select who's going to be on the jury.
- 45:14Speaker 3: They go, well, what do you do for a living?
- 45:15Speaker 3: I know, for me, as soon as I say I
- 45:18Speaker 3: host a radio show, I'm out out yeah, well what
- 45:21Speaker 3: exactly to do?
- 45:22Speaker 6: I'm like, I'm the host, I say controversial things.
- 45:24Speaker 3: Well, no, because you're always talking about news, you're super opinion,
- 45:27Speaker 3: and also because I'm the host of the show. They
- 45:30Speaker 3: don't like people that lead a room or can yeah
- 45:34Speaker 3: who can you know, control a conversation. They don't like that.
- 45:38Speaker 3: They don't want they don't want that because they'll think that, oh,
- 45:41Speaker 3: these people aren't going to think independently. They're just going
- 45:43Speaker 3: to be influenced and swayed by. So it's it's quick
- 45:47Speaker 3: get out here. Yeah, I'm home, and you want to
- 45:49Speaker 3: serve your I don't. I don't, Yeah, I have no
- 45:53Speaker 3: I have no interest in jury duty. Oh your civic
- 45:56Speaker 3: duty great? Yeah, you get like seven bucks a day. Yeah,
- 45:59Speaker 3: and you help. Yeah no, no, no thing. Anyway. So
- 46:02Speaker 3: this guy, this criminal defense attorney, says, these are the
- 46:06Speaker 3: three professions that as a criminal defense attorney he does
- 46:08Speaker 3: not want on the jury. Here.
- 46:11Speaker 5: There are three professions that are absolutely terrible if you're
- 46:14Speaker 5: a defense lawyer, and you have to avoid them at
- 46:16Speaker 5: all costs. And I've learned this lesson the hard way
- 46:19Speaker 5: many many, many, many many times. The number one kind
- 46:22Speaker 5: of jury that I avoid are the nurses. I don't
- 46:25Speaker 5: know why, but nurses are judgmental af I don't get it.
- 46:30Speaker 5: They don't seem that way when I'm in the hospital.
- 46:31Speaker 5: They seem nice, they seem caring. They're always, you know,
- 46:34Speaker 5: willing to give me another whatever, you know, the pain pump.
- 46:37Speaker 5: If you're a nurse and I see you on jury duty, congratulations,
- 46:41Speaker 5: you're going back to work that very day. We've talked
- 46:43Speaker 5: before about pilots having jury duty. Pilots are nuts. Now,
- 46:47Speaker 5: pilots can be useful if you want your jury to
- 46:49Speaker 5: scream at each other for three or four days and
- 46:51Speaker 5: then hang, put a pilot on your jury. They're going
- 46:53Speaker 5: to drive everybody crazy. I don't know why they just do.
- 46:56Speaker 5: Maybe it's the engineering background. Maybe they're going to go
- 46:59Speaker 5: back there and woman eyes.
- 47:00Speaker 3: I just don't know.
- 47:01Speaker 5: But if pilot's just really not compatible with defending somebody,
- 47:05Speaker 5: small business owners, in my mind, are the most dangerous
- 47:09Speaker 5: kind of jurors period, end of story. And the reason
- 47:12Speaker 5: for that is because your small business owner has to
- 47:15Speaker 5: command the room, and they will put commanding the room
- 47:17Speaker 5: in front of what's right and wrong in a case.
- 47:20Speaker 5: They're going to sort of take charge. They're used to
- 47:22Speaker 5: being in charge. They're used to sort of bossing everybody around.
- 47:24Speaker 5: They want to be the smartest person in the room,
- 47:26Speaker 5: and whatever position they take is what's going to happen.
- 47:29Speaker 5: So you have to be very careful when you're putting
- 47:32Speaker 5: a small business owner on your jury.
- 47:34Speaker 3: Okay, so two of the three I can't really speak
- 47:37Speaker 3: to small business owner, but I would think for nurses
- 47:39Speaker 3: and for pilots, these are two people that are making
- 47:43Speaker 3: critical decisions, right, true, and it's not necessarily.
- 47:48Speaker 6: Also opinions and feelings don't matter. Correct dejective. The job
- 47:51Speaker 6: has to get done. That also applies to small business owners.
- 47:53Speaker 6: I have to get the job done.
- 47:55Speaker 3: Yeah, right, but I mean the first two at least
- 47:57Speaker 3: are life or death.
- 47:58Speaker 6: You know, life and death your your family, if you
- 48:00Speaker 6: have a small business, well sure, immediate, right, exactly like.
- 48:04Speaker 4: You know, so plane crash, crash, cart right.
- 48:09Speaker 3: And nurses they party super hard to you know, they do.
- 48:16Speaker 4: Come up with the reasons like I don't know why.
- 48:18Speaker 3: Crazy, it's just crazy fun is that what you mean? Fun?
- 48:23Speaker 3: There was a new pole asking people, if you were
- 48:26Speaker 3: falsely accused of a crime and it went to trial,
- 48:30Speaker 3: would you prefer the case to be heard and decided
- 48:32Speaker 3: by a human jury or an AI jury speaking of
- 48:37Speaker 3: people just kind of keeping it to facts, Like if
- 48:41Speaker 3: you only the facts were then fed in the things
- 48:45Speaker 3: that were allowed in the court hearing in the trial,
- 48:49Speaker 3: only those things were fed into the AI not pulling
- 48:53Speaker 3: from outside sources and read it and things like that.
- 49:01Speaker 4: Can't manipulate if it just took what would you what.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Would you rather?
- 49:06Speaker 2: I'm thinking human because you could really put on a
- 49:08Speaker 2: show for a human. You can't really put on a
- 49:10Speaker 2: show for a No, but you're falsely accused, right, I
- 49:13Speaker 2: get it.
- 49:13Speaker 9: Yeah, but looks super innocent like Casey Anthony and get
- 49:16Speaker 9: glasses and brown hair.
- 49:18Speaker 4: But that's the thing, like if you if you're guilty,
- 49:21Speaker 4: what you're saying, I think is, if you're guilty, you
- 49:23Speaker 4: want a human jury. If you're innocent and it's just
- 49:25Speaker 4: the facts, you want an AI jury.
- 49:27Speaker 3: Well eighteen percent said they weren't sure. Menace, what about
- 49:30Speaker 3: for you in sea baths? I'm really interested in? Yeah, yeah, man,
- 49:34Speaker 3: this is a tough one. I I think I'll probably
- 49:38Speaker 3: have better chances with a human jury. It depends on
- 49:42Speaker 3: like what evidence I have, because it can't be because
- 49:44Speaker 3: they got like, jury's got to be unanimous, right Yeah, Well.
- 49:47Speaker 2: In a criminal trial, I believe so in a civil trial,
- 49:50Speaker 2: I think it's to tend to.
- 49:52Speaker 6: And I think Menace would also benefit from a human
- 49:54Speaker 6: Jury'd be like, sorry, can.
- 49:55Speaker 3: You read this right? Oh? Yeah, yeah, that's mental Yeah
- 50:01Speaker 3: he mentally incapacitated? Don if I was defensive? Hey buddy,
- 50:05Speaker 3: could you read with.
- 50:06Speaker 4: Them with read your charges.
- 50:08Speaker 3: It couldn't be. Yeah, you can bring the results of
- 50:11Speaker 3: your berg Chreischer IQ test and yeah, yeah, you're on
- 50:15Speaker 3: all right, So eighteen percent said they weren't sure. Get
- 50:18Speaker 3: those people EI of the way from there. Seventy five
- 50:20Speaker 3: percent still wanted the jury of peers really yeah, first
- 50:23Speaker 3: of all peers, and then seven percent want the AI.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Separate poll asked the same question except in this situation
- 50:30Speaker 3: the person committing the crime did actually do it, and
- 50:34Speaker 3: the same amount of people voted, and twenty percent still
- 50:37Speaker 3: said Warren Shore, seventy one still want a jury of
- 50:41Speaker 3: your peers that I get, and then nine percent want
- 50:44Speaker 3: the best widely available you know, AI chatbot to do
- 50:48Speaker 3: it because put on the show.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna go ahead and speak for
- 50:51Speaker 4: you and say, if you're guilty, you want the human
- 50:54Speaker 4: dumb dumbs to try to connect.
- 50:55Speaker 6: Exactly, yes, yes, yes, yes, uh, because yeah, they like
- 50:59Speaker 6: what we just said. They can be swayed. They can
- 51:01Speaker 6: you know, look at look at look at all this.
- 51:02Speaker 6: The OJ trial for example, like yeah, like the whole
- 51:05Speaker 6: glove thing was so dramatic and right because his hand
- 51:08Speaker 6: was sweating and human beings fall for to use the
- 51:11Speaker 6: glove example. They fall for like the glove thing nothing
- 51:15Speaker 6: to do with the actual case. Really, we can compare
- 51:18Speaker 6: it to the DNA evidence, et cetera, et cetera, but
- 51:21Speaker 6: they could get the little side issues confused and humans.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Right, right, you implant that in their memories and then yeah,
- 51:29Speaker 2: you hold your hand a certain way, you're not going
- 51:31Speaker 2: to make the glove go on.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Yeah, and then you key in on that a I
- 51:34Speaker 3: would not with the Chris Pratt movie, Dude, pretty bad
- 51:37Speaker 3: ass called Mercy.
- 51:39Speaker 6: So it's not about two days to shoot that because
- 51:41Speaker 6: all of his scenes were inside a green screen where
- 51:43Speaker 6: he's like because they put him in the they put
- 51:45Speaker 6: him in this chair and then he's like he's talking
- 51:47Speaker 6: to you. There's there's all this AI stuff going around
- 51:49Speaker 6: around him, and he's kind of it's like a live
- 51:51Speaker 6: jury trial. But he's the only you know, the only thing.
- 51:55Speaker 3: So he has ninety minutes to prove his innocence and
- 51:58Speaker 3: he does have work, yeah, and he has access to
- 52:01Speaker 3: AI to like anything he wants is to attorney, yeah,
- 52:05Speaker 3: to prove that.
- 52:06Speaker 6: He's in a sad AI is also prosecuting him. Yes,
- 52:09Speaker 6: it's just like it's like minority report sort of yeah,
- 52:11Speaker 6: shout out mercy.
- 52:13Speaker 2: I kind of wish how that was in real life
- 52:15Speaker 2: because the one, the one and only time I was
- 52:17Speaker 2: on a jury took five days. It could have taken me.
- 52:19Speaker 3: Did you like it? You kind of liked it, though,
- 52:20Speaker 3: didn't you.
- 52:21Speaker 2: I only liked it because I got a week off
- 52:22Speaker 2: of work and we would sit there for about an
- 52:25Speaker 2: hour and then get it issue not four hour break,
- 52:30Speaker 2: come back for about forty five minutes, and then done
- 52:32Speaker 2: for the day.
- 52:33Speaker 3: I don't think I would mind. I think it depends
- 52:34Speaker 3: on what kind of job you've got, Like if you
- 52:36Speaker 3: could you have the job where like you're off for
- 52:39Speaker 3: the day and somebody else just covers everything and there's
- 52:41Speaker 3: not something piling up waiting for you when you get back.
- 52:44Speaker 3: That's different. I would have a bunch of stuff piled
- 52:47Speaker 3: up waiting for when I got back, and I would
- 52:50Speaker 3: also be held responsible for what would whatever was happening
- 52:53Speaker 3: while I was gone, because if you know, whatever, like
- 52:56Speaker 3: whatever ratings come out whether you're there or not, even
- 52:59Speaker 3: though I'm not there to have any influence whatsoever, I
- 53:01Speaker 3: would still be in the meeting going like, well, what happened? Yeah,
- 53:04Speaker 3: what happened this week and while I was on jury duty.
- 53:06Speaker 3: Well I don't know, right, so like there's there's all
- 53:09Speaker 3: that that that's different. I don't I'd rather just be here.
- 53:11Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 53:12Speaker 4: I was a private contract I was an independent contractor
- 53:14Speaker 4: for casting. I lost all my jobs because I was
- 53:16Speaker 4: gone for five days and it sucked. It was so boring.
- 53:19Speaker 4: It was like we had a lease on this shop.
- 53:22Speaker 1: No you didn't.
- 53:22Speaker 4: I was like falling it.
- 53:25Speaker 3: If it was something really cool and juicy. I didn't
- 53:26Speaker 3: find it boring.
- 53:28Speaker 2: It was just tedious, tedious as it was, endless breaks,
- 53:32Speaker 2: three hour lunch break.
- 53:34Speaker 6: It's good for government workers, yes, if you if you're
- 53:36Speaker 6: used to doing nothing all day.
- 53:37Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. This defense attorney again says that the people
- 53:42Speaker 3: you don't want if you're a defense attorney on your jury,
- 53:45Speaker 3: you don't want nurses, you don't want pilots, you don't
- 53:47Speaker 3: want small business owners. Somebody on the text saying I
- 53:50Speaker 3: live with the nurse and she's totally judgmental.
- 53:52Speaker 4: There you go.
- 53:54Speaker 3: Not's wrong with that. Everybody's judgmental. The people that say
- 53:57Speaker 3: they're not judgmental, you're lying.
- 53:59Speaker 13: Right.
- 53:59Speaker 3: You see something, you see someone, you see whatever, you
- 54:02Speaker 3: immediately have an opinion. Do you not, of course or
- 54:04Speaker 3: do you just look at it with just a blank stare,
- 54:06Speaker 3: no thought. No, you do either you vocalize her or
- 54:10Speaker 3: not as completely different. But like when people say they're
- 54:12Speaker 3: not judgmental, is so what.
- 54:15Speaker 2: You're saying is that group of nurses that took out
- 54:17Speaker 2: MENACE's catheter they were talking about him.
- 54:20Speaker 3: Yeah, they had no thoughts on what they saw when
- 54:23Speaker 3: they were like touching his piece.
- 54:26Speaker 6: On moving on.
- 54:26Speaker 3: They were professional about it and they kept their mouth
- 54:28Speaker 3: shut and they share it. But you're absolutely judging.
- 54:32Speaker 4: Hospital nurse is definitely judging why you're in the hospital.
- 54:36Speaker 3: And then did you see that guy? Yeah, it's all
- 54:41Speaker 3: about it. Welcome back, dude. I love that Chelsea Handler
- 54:52Speaker 3: is getting her ass handed to her by every comedian
- 54:55Speaker 3: in the game, it seems, I mean everybody, because of
- 54:59Speaker 3: how she went after Shingan Gillis and Tony Hinchcliffe.
- 55:04Speaker 4: After the roast.
- 55:05Speaker 3: I don't get like how comics go after other comics. Yeah,
- 55:09Speaker 3: especially in the context of a roast, because all things
- 55:12Speaker 3: in every comic will pretty much tell you this. But
- 55:14Speaker 3: I guess with the exception of Chelsea Handler, everything's on
- 55:18Speaker 3: the table on a roast. That's the that's the whole
- 55:20Speaker 3: idea of the roast. And who was the woman whose
- 55:24Speaker 3: husband died?
- 55:26Speaker 4: Oh, Cheryl Underwood.
- 55:27Speaker 3: Cheryl Underwood, she was just doing a little podcast with
- 55:31Speaker 3: Shane Gillis and she was loving what he said. And
- 55:35Speaker 3: you know, she you know, her husband died by suicide.
- 55:39Speaker 3: Shane Gillis made some kind of common reference or whatever
- 55:42Speaker 3: to it. I know that, yeah, anyway, but she I
- 55:46Speaker 3: guess he had called her even even beforehand, said hey,
- 55:48Speaker 3: just just check it. She's like, oh, yeah, you know,
- 55:51Speaker 3: like thirty years ago. Also also, it's a roast, and
- 55:55Speaker 3: that's just kind of how crack getting. That's how that's
- 55:59Speaker 3: how common the how comedy goes. But she was saying that,
- 56:02Speaker 3: you know, Shane Gillis or there are bigots, they're racists
- 56:06Speaker 3: there whatever, and all these comics and all these people
- 56:09Speaker 3: have come out to support both Tony Hinchcliffe and Shane Gillis,
- 56:14Speaker 3: but a lot more Tony Hinchcliffe just because of the
- 56:17Speaker 3: way kill Tony works with every type of person on
- 56:21Speaker 3: earth being represented on the stage. Like anybody comes out
- 56:24Speaker 3: trans handicap uh, mentally whatever, uh and they come out
- 56:31Speaker 3: and they have as much of an opportunity to go
- 56:33Speaker 3: out there and kill it as anybody else does, and
- 56:35Speaker 3: they well, if you're talking about a representation thing, it's
- 56:38Speaker 3: certainly more represented than just people giving lip service and
- 56:40Speaker 3: talking about representation. And also it's it's comedy. I think
- 56:46Speaker 3: the best. I won't say clap back, Sea Bass will say,
- 56:50Speaker 3: comeback this it was Uh, it was funny. Shane Uh.
- 56:56Speaker 3: Shane Gillis. I took a screenshot of it because I
- 56:58Speaker 3: thought it was really fun. Here it is Shane Gillis
- 57:02Speaker 3: when being asked about this is in their Hollywood reporter
- 57:06Speaker 3: asked about you know, Chelsea Handler's comments. This is a
- 57:09Speaker 3: big moment for Chelsea. I'm glad she's capitalizing. Good for her.
- 57:13Speaker 3: We're all rooting for her anyway. Wait, hold on, man,
- 57:18Speaker 3: this stupid thing just the version of bless her heart. Yeah, anyway,
- 57:21Speaker 3: come see me July seventeenth at the Football Stadium in Philly.
- 57:28Speaker 3: So good. Yeah, this is a big moment for Chelsea.
- 57:32Speaker 3: I'm glad she's capitalizing. Good for her, We're all rooting
- 57:34Speaker 3: for it. Anyway, Come see me July seventeenth at the
- 57:36Speaker 3: Football Stadium in Philly. N That's so good. That's really good.
- 57:45Speaker 3: And then this other guy Asian. Dude.
- 57:48Speaker 4: Oh is Steve Burne?
- 57:49Speaker 3: Is that his name?
- 57:51Speaker 4: Yeah, he just saw that.
- 57:52Speaker 3: He came out with like a crazy kind of like
- 57:54Speaker 3: a like a first hand account story of you know,
- 57:57Speaker 3: she's calling people racist, and yet he became the victim
- 58:02Speaker 3: of her because she made comments about you know whatever
- 58:05Speaker 3: Asians and then became under fire for it. And then
- 58:08Speaker 3: the late night show, yeah, I like the Tonight Show
- 58:10Speaker 3: or something like that. And then he was then scheduled
- 58:12Speaker 3: and he was gonna go out there and do a
- 58:13Speaker 3: joke about being Asian himself, and they're like, oh, no,
- 58:16Speaker 3: you can't do that, because Chelsea hadn't really put us
- 58:18Speaker 3: in a really bad place.
- 58:19Speaker 4: He was doing his act about being Asian, and they
- 58:22Speaker 4: were like, nope, sorry, dude.
- 58:24Speaker 3: She sucks. She sucks. She's a rag. Everything I can
- 58:28Speaker 3: hear and see and she's just a rag. Yeah, and
- 58:32Speaker 3: I kind of, I mean, it seems bitter and just
- 58:35Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't I don't know what it is.
- 58:37Speaker 3: Man Like. She used to be. I used to like
- 58:38Speaker 3: her a lot, and she just over time has just
- 58:41Speaker 3: become just bitter and just unfunny.
- 58:46Speaker 2: That happened to a lot of people, though, yeah.
- 58:48Speaker 3: Oh you know who I just saw pop up on
- 58:50Speaker 3: a I hadn't seen this person. I thought about Lisa Lampinelli.
- 58:53Speaker 3: Oh yeah, because she's she's retired. She walked away from him,
- 59:00Speaker 3: she did, and she was making big money when she
- 59:02Speaker 3: walked away from it, and she just decided that, you know,
- 59:05Speaker 3: I think I'm good. She said.
- 59:06Speaker 2: She wasn't excited to go anywhere, go do it anymore.
- 59:09Speaker 3: Yeah, she looks great. She lost a bunch of weights, she.
- 59:15Speaker 2: Did.
- 59:15Speaker 6: Yeah, I could see that because like, if your thing
- 59:17Speaker 6: is making fun of what, you know, her stuff was
- 59:19Speaker 6: super racial and sexual, and it's like, how many thousands
- 59:22Speaker 6: of different ways can you go after the same thing?
- 59:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean they're star after year after year. I
- 59:26Speaker 3: mean there's there are still comics. I mean, Tony Hinchcliffe
- 59:29Speaker 3: over using the example, he does make a lot of
- 59:30Speaker 3: jokes that are in that same kind of you know,
- 59:33Speaker 3: but she was done a really long time. But I
- 59:35Speaker 3: think also at the time that she decided to walk
- 59:38Speaker 3: away from it is when the PC thing went. I
- 59:41Speaker 3: mean that it just like got crazy and so she's like,
- 59:45Speaker 3: you know what, I don't want to deal with this. Yeah,
- 59:47Speaker 3: every every two seconds, the pendulum has kind of swung
- 59:50Speaker 3: the other way now where I think, you know, especially
- 59:52Speaker 3: under the under the umbrella of comedy, people are are
- 59:56Speaker 3: not cool. I want to want to say cool of it,
- 59:57Speaker 3: but like they're they understand it's comedy, and so there's
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: gonna be you know, uh, politically incorrect things or you know,
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: cringe worthy, you know, things that are said. You could
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: joke about these different things because it's comedy, right, it's
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: it's it's the intent is comedy. Yeah, correct, that's the
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: whole point. But at that time there was no it
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: was just black and white and then that was it.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: That's got to be really exhausting to deal with and show.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: She goes you know what I got. I got enough money,
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: I made enough money. I don't know what she's doing.
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: Now, she's uh, she's doing. I don't want to say
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: this because it's I know it's gonna sound, but I
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: think she's kind of dabbled in like the life coaching thing.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: Oh boy, does kind of like more sort of hippy
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: dippy stuff. But I can tell you as somebody who
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: knows her just barely but but knows her a little bit,
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: she is very very cool. And I think you're right.
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: I think that it was just like how many years
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: can you do this character? And I think like it
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: was just tired of the characters Steve.
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: Steve Martin famously retired because yeah that was his after
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: a couple of years and is doing arenas and all
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: that kind of stuff.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I do want to meet Shane Gillis. He just
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: seems like a cool guy. I want to shake that
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: guy's hand, Babe. I want to have a bud light
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: with him, putting in those bud light ads like yes,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: uh yeah with a Peyton Manny. This is a big
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: moment for Chelsea. I'm glad she's capitalizing. Good for her,
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: We're all rooting for her now. Anyway, come see me
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: July seventeenth at the Football Stadium, which raises the point like,
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: so he's gonna get tired, slash over exposed real soon.
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: And what is he going to do when he reaches
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: that point.
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: I don't know. He'll figure it out then. In the meantime,
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: he's he's making Yeah, you're right, exactly right eight seven
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: seven forty four wood text us over to two two
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: nine eight seven more Woody Show News.
- 1:01:40Speaker 16: Next.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: I sold a pair of my dirty workout socks to
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: a foot free already got paid.
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: Putting it in.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: Now you consider selling other wars.
- 1:01:57Speaker 10: Sammy, No, I'm just.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: A holy show.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: Welcome back, Yes Friday, and time ladies and gentlemen for
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: your Friday Fail stories. Yeah, we got a batch you
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: Friday fail stories for you. We've been on quite the
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: role with with our singing, so let's see if you
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: can keep that going. Friday fail story. All right, ladies
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: and gentlemen, boys and girls, and it's time for your
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: Friday fam story. All these people thought they had the
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: perfect plan, the plan that could never go wrong. But
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: then somewhere along the line that went from being a
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: great idea the one big stink in mega uber ultra
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: once again. Guys. Yeah, thaties that qualifies as good.
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: Yeah it was really good.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: Yeah that is that is good. It's numerous sonian all right.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: Well this is from Arizona. It was graduation day for
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: students at this community college. Should be a pretty exciting day,
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: but a lot of the students say it was ruined.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: You see, when it was time for them to come
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: up on stage, they read the names of each kid,
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: you know, but not so much. There was a problem.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: The names were all wrong. Oh no, or there was
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: just nothing being said at all. And here's one of
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: these school officials explaining to everybody at the ceremony what happened.
- 1:04:11Speaker 16: Here's what's happening. We're using a new AI system as
- 1:04:15Speaker 16: our reader. Yeah, so that is that is a lesson
- 1:04:23Speaker 16: learned for us.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Yep, ye parents pissed. I mean, how hard is it
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: just to have somebody read names? It's not Yah walked
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: through it. And how much you are you saving time?
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: Are you saving me money? It would be really hard
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: for me to do it.
- 1:04:37Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: I have a friend who does this, not for a living,
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: but like gets hired to do this. And some of
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: these names from you know, parts of known are pretty difficult.
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: Yeah, but I thought, pardon, I don't know. I've heard
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: that you submit how you want your name read, and
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: you could spell it out phonetically. And is that true?
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: Not only do they request it, they require it, they
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: say spell it out phonetically. At my college graduate suation,
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: I put Gregory, and I thought, if you don't know
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: how to read Gregory, what's wrong with you? So I
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: put like, you know, greg you know, with the accent
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: over Gregory. And then they picked up the paper and
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: said Jeffrey.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: They called me.
- 1:05:14Speaker 14: Cool name.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: I mean it's a pretty name, pretty rad name, Jeffrey,
- 1:05:21Speaker 3: all right. Next up story about another school, a high
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: school in Maine, where a quote unfortunate incident arose during
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: a community dinner that the school was hosting. Dinner was
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: served and there was something out, you know, with the
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: rest of the food, and a baking dish. It was
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: covered with foil set off to the side. Now, the
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: servers were volunteers, and they just saw this dish in
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: the kitchen and they thought it was a legit food item,
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: and so they served it to the guests by mistake.
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: But it wasn't food, guys. It was baked dirt. Turns out,
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: earlier in the day, the students had baked some potting
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: soil as part of a science activity to sterilize it
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: so they could later test plant growth. The soil was
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: placed in a baking dish, covered with foil and set
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: off to the side. So when the volunteer showed up
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: for the dinner, they took a quick look and they're like, oh,
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: this must be some kind of dessert. Yeah, sort of
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: dump cake. Yeah, and they put it out with the
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: rest of the food. Now, in the end. I mean,
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: nobody got hurt or ended up sick. They just just
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: had the taste of dirt in their mouth, put the
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: gummy worms on top, and then.
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I probably would have done the same.
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: Like this next one is about this dude from Texas
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: who drove to Florida where he robbed a jewelry store
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: and he was on his way back to Texas when
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: the cops caught up with him and pulled him over. Now,
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: he still had the stolen diamonds on him, so as
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: the cops were pulling him out of the car, he
- 1:06:48Speaker 3: threw those into his mouth and he swallowed them. Now
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: here's some audio from the police officer's body cams as
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: they're fighting with his idiot, who's trying to swallow diamonds.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: That's open your mouth. You're not opening your mouth. You
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: open your mouth. Hey, you're about to get paid, you
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: better open your mouth. He hasn't open the mountain. He
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: start chewing and idiot. So he asked the cops if
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: he's going to be charged for what was in his
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: stomach before than saying he should have thrown them out
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: the window instead. So he's in jail. He's waiting for
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: his trial. Now he did something even dumber than swallowing
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: the diamonds. Not only did he reject a plea deal,
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: he's now insisting on representing himself instead of getting a lawyer.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: That always goes well, that's they recommend. This dude has
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: a mountain of evidence against him. Not to mention this
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: a rap sheet that goes back like twenty years, damn.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: And because of his priors and everything else, this guy's
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: looking at life in prison if he's convicted. But yeah, dude,
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: wrap yourself, know best. That's smart.
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: And also if you're trying to get him open his mouth,
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: just plug his nose. They were working too hard.
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: Oh was that right?
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: Yeah, gotta breathe nice, that's true work smart.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: My favorite story of the week this is so Sea Bass.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: It's from Texas where this dude intentionally drove his super douchey,
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: I mean, super sweet Tesla cyber truck into a lake. Now,
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: why did he intentionally drive it into a lake?
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: Well, he said he was testing its wade mode, like
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: wading in water, which is a real thing, but it's
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: only meant for shallow water, not a friggin lake. It's
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: not supposed to be a duck bell the truck. The truck,
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: of course designed for attention whos anyways, but he got
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: the attention quickly he started taking on water and uh
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: and then it just died. The dude managed to get
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: out safely, and he's not only on the hook for
- 1:08:58Speaker 3: the truck itself, but for the cost of the crane
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: that had to be brought in to get the cyber
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: truck out of the lake. The cops arrested the dude
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: for illegally driving in a restricted area and for not
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: having proper water slash boat safety equipment and the garbage
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: charges sail.
- 1:09:14Speaker 6: Check out so you can see all kinds of cool
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: videos waiting flooded rivers and all kinds of stuff. The
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: wade mode works, but yeah again it it's not intended
- 1:09:21Speaker 6: for full drive it into the.
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: Ocean the lake. Correct. Yeah, pretty correct, but it's pretty quick.
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: Quite good, all right? Those are Friday Failed stories eight
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: seven seven forty four wooding. You can text us send
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: your text over to two to nine eight seven more
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: woody showed.
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: Now wind makes everything worse hot, uncomfortable, hot, but windy
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: worse rain, rain, okay, rain but wind face yeah, snow
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: but win worse they show.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: Greg, have you tried out your AirPods?
- 1:09:56Speaker 16: I have?
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: Okay, so I ca I can't believe this is the
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: first time ever experience ever, ever, We're talking about, uh,
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: noise canceling headphones, right, and I've never tried those.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Not only what had I not tried that? I didn't
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: frankly know what they were.
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: To that started. It was the crazy part. That was
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: the part met it's me. It's not that crazy. That's
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: a little crazy. Even explain the concept of noise canceling
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: headphones was kind of difficult to you.
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: I'm not gonna lie. It was I they were not
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: what I thought they were. I thought the only purpose
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: of noise canceling headphones was to make the outside world disappear.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: And it's just you put them on, it's.
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: Like you replace it.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, right, I didn't know it. They were like headphones, headphones.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: I thought they were just.
- 1:10:53Speaker 3: Get rid of ambient noise, right, but I.
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: Didn't know like you listened to music. I thought it
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: was just to make the outside world.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: Just Yeah, why, it's basic ear plugs. Yes, I wish
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: we would have known to ask Greg, what are noise
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: canceling and what do they do?
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: Because when Sammy mentioned when you turn them on, bubblah,
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: I said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa turn them on? I
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: thought they you know what I thought they were to
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: be honest, kind of like what you.
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: Wear a gun range that is a type of noise
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: canceling hat like crazy.
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: Yeah, right, So I did do the hearing test because
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: that's one of the things you can do on it.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: It was inconclusive.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: So I said, well, don't you have You must have
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: tried noise canceling headphones, and he's like no. I said, well,
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: what about your air pods? He goes AirPods? He like,
- 1:11:39Speaker 3: didn't have air pods. So what do you use for
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: hands free? What were you using now you got air pods.
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: Well, it's like aphone for hands free in the car.
- 1:11:48Speaker 3: Just threw the car for music. I had actual headphones
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: that I had a dongle. Yes, I do like a
- 1:11:56Speaker 3: wire I like that. Never even had wireless headphones before.
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: I tried some cheap version of them. I think I
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: got it at some clothing store. They had it, like
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: at the checkout stand. And they were the hard plastic ones.
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: The one that wood he gave me have a rubber cap,
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: and the the ones without the rubber. You put them
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: in and within five seconds.
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: U we're sitting here and we get off the air
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: and I go, dude, you really have not like how
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: do you not have air pods? How do you have
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: never tried? I don't care about those noise canceling headphones.
- 1:12:30Speaker 3: So I just gave Greg my AirPods right here. I'm like,
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: I unpaired them, I factory reset them. I go here,
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: these are yours now, and we got Greg. We had
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: to get them all paired up right, he's just a
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: little hit here. So we got them all set.
- 1:12:48Speaker 17: Well.
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: Can you hear the noise canceling? And you would think
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: you were speaking a different language like the rest of
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: the ambient room noise disappear. He's so we had to
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: try him out ourselves. Okay, it is work.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yet it is working, right, I don't I don't
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: getting they don't completely cancel stuff out, like no, you
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: know it, it muffles it.
- 1:13:07Speaker 3: But it's like listening. It's it's more like you're listening
- 1:13:09Speaker 3: to your music now in a quiet room as opposed
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: to a really busy airport or yeah, you know you
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: won't hear like if you have the uh, the air
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: pods in Greg on the noise canceling and your plane, right,
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: and you're listening to your stuff, You're not going to
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: hear the noises and stuff like. Yeah, I will.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: I look forward to using them more and getting more
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: used to them. Yeah, but yeah, I never had.
- 1:13:29Speaker 15: We made that.
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: We made that happen for Greg.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: It was really nice.
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: I got to redo the hearing test because I was
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: at the time I did it, the air conditioning was
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: on and I think it was picking up the air conditioning,
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: and then it said the ambient no ambient noise is
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: too loud. We couldn't give you a.
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: All right, So but look at Greg. Greg has really
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: stepped into modern life. Yeah it's cool. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: And and just to reiterate menace, Yeah, it's not surprising.
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: I didn't know what they were. It's not that I
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: never used them, didn't know what they were.
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: Yeah. So I went on to the Apple store app,
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: you know, and the ordered some new AirPods. Yeah, oh
- 1:14:09Speaker 3: but you told me you had backups.
- 1:14:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: I was having them delivered and then yeah, so they
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: think they showed up and I goes, my wife goes,
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: what is that? I go, AirPods She goes, what were
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: your AirPods? I got? I gave him the Greg, you
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: gave him the why, and then I said, we believe this.
- 1:14:22Speaker 3: Greg has never used these, and he's never even tried
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: noise canceling headphones. She goes, how I said, yeah, so
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: you could see where I was like, here, just take
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: the It was so nice you need to have these.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: I felt guilty for taking them. And number two, I
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: thought you had tons of them already. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: oh I got I got some in my car.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: I just got a new pair. Yeah, speaking of which,
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: not a big deal. Offset it with Tyler's money. Where's Tyler?
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: Tyler rose me, Yeah, that's what he to pay for
- 1:14:51Speaker 4: the new airport.
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: Because they're like there were there were two hundred and
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: fifty bucks. Yeah uh and they were yeah yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: I do already already already got new ones. Look I swear, okay,
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: already got on. Well they delivered to the house. Well yeah,
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: no so, and I knew I had two hundred fifty
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: bucks coming in from Tyler. This is his last Oh
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: and they'll do it on the fine, my oh they will.
- 1:15:21Speaker 10: Oh my god.
- 1:15:22Speaker 4: This is like a dream.
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: That's the next thing I have to learn on it, Greg,
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: just for safe keeping on each one.
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, because you know I friended Tyler, you know,
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: the one thousand bucks. I just gave the money directly
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: to Morgan to cover because he was gonna just you know,
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: up and leave. Yeah, no, with like a week's notice
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: while she was out on that fight. And so I'm like,
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: that's not cool. It's kind of a dick move. So
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: rather than put him on the spot, I gave her
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: the thousand bucks that way, he told me, And he
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: gave me some of his card collection. It's really cool
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: card collection as collateral. He's been getting some back, uh,
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: you know, a little bit at a time. Uh, over
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: the weeks that he's been bringing me. He said he's
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: gonna give me two hundred fifty bucks a week until
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: he got to the thousand dollars. And so this is
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: the last one, right, This is the last one. Last one, yeah,
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: tab and they're all facing the correct direction. Sell excellent,
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: there's the other fifty Okay, good, good, awesome, good, we're good.
- 1:16:20Speaker 3: Let me get your let me get your cards. You're twice.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: So are you bitter about that whole thousand dollars thing?
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: No, like you got big where's your phone in the
- 1:16:33Speaker 3: other room. I'll go get it. Okay, get your phone,
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: you need it. Oh okay, yeah, I'm gonna get them
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: these cards back. I was still holding on. I was
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: still holding on to the Michael Jordan Olympic card. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: that's a strong one would say that one was worth again?
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: Here had I had a list of it? How much
- 1:16:49Speaker 3: this one was? Oh, this was one hundred and sixty
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: five dollars by itself. And then this uh Connor Griffin
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: card from the from the pirates. This is a two
- 1:16:59Speaker 3: hundred and two dollars card. And then this Paul Schemes
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: is one hundred and forty nine bucks. Yeah, okay, so
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: here these are all yours done. Thank you, you get
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: the you get these back. Thank you for being a
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: man of your word and facing the money, the proper
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: facing the money. You got anything else on that phone?
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: Uh no, no, hold on all right, hold on?
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: What the hell? Oh what you didn't have to do that?
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: What did he do?
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Thank you?
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: He send me my thousand dollars back. It could be, yeah,
- 1:17:35Speaker 3: it could be. I figured you were a man of
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: your word. I figured I was. I figured he was
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: a man of his word, and then he would bring me,
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: you know, the payments as as as agreed upon. I
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: didn't want Morgan getting screwed over. But also it's like,
- 1:17:48Speaker 3: you know, they they had to get away from each other. Yea, yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:51Speaker 3: it wasn't they had to and it was so fun
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: for a minute. And I already covered you know, Morgan's
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: trip for her you know thing, so I did something
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: for her. I did something for him that was thoroughly entertaining.
- 1:18:04Speaker 3: It's probably the craziest thing that's ever happened on this show,
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: this whole like fight and we made out like all
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: that stuff was so good. So that is, as far
- 1:18:12Speaker 3: as I'm concerned, that's money well spent. Great content.
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: That is that was a friendship test you.
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: Passed, right, That is that is money well spent entertaining.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: I would have thrown in on that content. Yeah. How's
- 1:18:25Speaker 3: the new apartment? By the way, we were because Morgan
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: said that she's enjoying, you know, having the place back
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: to herself. How's it, how's it going, how's the new situation?
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: It's awesome? Are you making out with your new room?
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: What's his name? A kisser who's a better kisser. Yeah,
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: but you were telling me about.
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: A gentleman.
- 1:18:45Speaker 3: Does you're telling me about your setup though, because you're
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: playing like even more furniture, Like you got.
- 1:18:51Speaker 11: A bigger so yeah, so I had to. I actually
- 1:18:53Speaker 11: had room to put like a little bit of a
- 1:18:55Speaker 11: dresser now, but the room is bigger. I have a
- 1:18:58Speaker 11: washer dryer literally outside out of my bedroom door, which
- 1:19:01Speaker 11: is really nice. I have my own bathroom. I have
- 1:19:03Speaker 11: my own parking spot in the garage. Was actually a
- 1:19:07Speaker 11: bit of an upgrade. It was pretty cool.
- 1:19:09Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:19:09Speaker 3: And the rent the same essentially, Yeah, about the same,
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: About the same. Yeah, so it's either the same or
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: it's not the same atmore? Is it a little more
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: or a little It is technically three hundred dollars more.
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: But the way I'd be mad, I'd be Morgan. The
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: way me and Morgan were doing it was that I
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: paid her a thousand and we split the utilities.
- 1:19:30Speaker 11: New roommate. I'm paying him thirteen hundred. He's covering the utilities,
- 1:19:33Speaker 11: so it kind of evens out.
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: Okay, that makes sense. That makes sense, dude. Even when
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: he's down, he's up, Dude.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: This guy.
- 1:19:41Speaker 11: I had this joke with Menace for a long time.
- 1:19:44Speaker 11: I have this weird thing of just failing up. Yeah
- 1:19:47Speaker 11: it works out.
- 1:19:48Speaker 3: We know people like that, well that that eventually that
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: kind of luck eventually runs out. But I will say,
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: like Tyler is a hard worker. You know, he he's
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: slightly dumb, you know. Yeah, and like every once in
- 1:20:03Speaker 3: a while he does get in his own way. Yeah yeah, right,
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: you know what I mean. But like he is a
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: good dude and he does work hard. So that stuff,
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: that stuff will serve you. Well, yeah, you know, you
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: do have a you do have a will do, can
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: do attitude.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: And don't feel that we're all slightly dumb.
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: Exactly exactly right, very exactly, very very slight for the
- 1:20:30Speaker 3: hard work ethic that yeah, yeah, I mean I was
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: talking to somebody. It's like, man, you know, the dumber
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: you are, the harder you have to work, but you
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: can outwork even the smarter people and get ahead. You
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: know that absolutely is the is the truth. I'm living
- 1:20:44Speaker 3: proof of that. I really am. Like, you know, I
- 1:20:47Speaker 3: didn't go to college. I'm not a smart person like
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: book smart and stuff. Pretty dumb when it comes d
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: u I Q questions, like dude, like most of them,
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: I don't know, you know, but somehow I figured it
- 1:20:56Speaker 3: out and it's just trivia. And I'm saying they're very
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: good at a lot of stuff, but willing to work
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: and will do whatever. And so I see I see
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: a lot of that. So good. Yeah. One of my
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: friends told me one time, you're don't spend by the way,
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: I'm giving a thousand bucks back. Dude, I see some
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: of the dumb stuff that you're posting it, like, dude,
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: be smart with the money. Don't wait, don't buy another
- 1:21:17Speaker 3: goddamn jersey. No, you don't need another sports shirt. Okay,
- 1:21:23Speaker 3: should have waited. Yeah, I know he's going to question
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: the cards that I got plenty of cards because I
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: got time. I gotta sell. Okay, Yeah, as long as
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: you're just saying, it's what's up with what's going in
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: so sports? We have Jeff G. All right, Happy Friday,
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: Jeff G. Good morning, Happy Friday. What he show lots
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: of sports.
- 1:21:48Speaker 17: To get to it is Memorial Day weekend. Let's start
- 1:21:50Speaker 17: with our Dodgers. They are in Milwaukee this weekend. And
- 1:21:54Speaker 17: speaking of the Dodgers, I don't know if you saw
- 1:21:56Speaker 17: this Woody show, but it went viral the last couple
- 1:21:58Speaker 17: of days. Our little step brothers from down south, the Padres.
- 1:22:02Speaker 17: They sell a burger at their stadium called the FTD Burger,
- 1:22:06Speaker 17: which stands for f the Dodgers. We are so in
- 1:22:09Speaker 17: the Padres head.
- 1:22:10Speaker 3: I love it.
- 1:22:11Speaker 17: I just want to go down there and buy one
- 1:22:12Speaker 17: and then put a little trophy on top and remind
- 1:22:14Speaker 17: them how many championships we have and the fact.
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: That they still have zero.
- 1:22:17Speaker 17: Moving on to the Angels. They lost in extras last night.
- 1:22:20Speaker 17: They host the Rangers this weekend. NBA Nicks one again.
- 1:22:24Speaker 17: Would you guys like to hear more of their annoying fans?
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: Yes?
- 1:22:33Speaker 17: Speaking of Nick fans, I saw last night on the
- 1:22:36Speaker 17: television Avid Dodgers and Lakers fan Jason Bateman courtside glazing
- 1:22:42Speaker 17: the Knicks. You gotta pick a side, homie. Real Laker
- 1:22:44Speaker 17: fans would never cheer for the Knicks, no matter how
- 1:22:47Speaker 17: good the seats are. By the way, tonight, Oklahoma City
- 1:22:50Speaker 17: and the Spurs Game three in San Antonio at five thirty.
- 1:22:53Speaker 3: Some sad news in the NASCAR world.
- 1:22:55Speaker 17: Kyle Busch passed away unexpectedly yesterday at the age of
- 1:22:58Speaker 17: forty one, and FLT. Stafford signed a one year, fifty
- 1:23:01Speaker 17: five million dollar deal. Well deserved and finally this morning
- 1:23:05Speaker 17: soccer Mike Galaxy are hosting Houston tomorrow at seven thirty.
- 1:23:08Speaker 17: LAFC hosting Seattle on Sunday. Have a great sports weekend.
- 1:23:12Speaker 3: I'm Jeff G. And that's your so col Sports Jeff
- 1:23:18Speaker 3: The Woody Show, and I have around. We haven't done
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: around of this for a while. DA's what's up? You
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: know what I'm saying?
- 1:23:30Speaker 15: What's up?
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. Yeah, awesome. It's a you
- 1:23:35Speaker 3: know when you see a video where someone someone gets
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: what's coming to him on the people go satisfying button,
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: and then you have this for the likes. Uh huh yeah,
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: just smash that all day. I love I love those
- 1:23:49Speaker 3: videos and this story. That's what's up. Seventy five year
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: old Indiana woman. Her name is Anita Grayson. She died
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: after getting into a physical fight with employees out of
- 1:24:02Speaker 3: Tim Horton's over a dispute about her drive through order.
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: Oh hell no, so she starts the fight. She's the
- 1:24:08Speaker 3: one who dies. Okay, like, oh this old lady, We're good.
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: I'm glad she's dead. According to the police, she can't
- 1:24:15Speaker 3: well because people are do stupid. Come on, man, you're
- 1:24:17Speaker 3: Tim Horton's. It's a drive through order. Take it easy
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: because listen out. Listen to the details of the story
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: court to the police. She came into the store upset,
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: started arguing with the teenage worker, starts a physical confrontation
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: with the twenty year old shift manager, who was trying
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: to de escalate everything, so she physically attacks this person.
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: Surveillance video shows the situation escalating into punching, pushing, hair pulling,
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: and the old woman, the seventy five year old Anita Grayson,
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: at one point grabbing the manager's hair, pulling her down
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: before employees and separated him. She yanked her hair so
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: hard that she pulled a chunk of the manager's hair
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: out from her head and left this raw area on
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: the top of her head. After the fight ended, the
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: old woman sits down, makes a phone call in them out.
- 1:25:04Speaker 3: Ten minutes later, laid down the floor and became unresponsive
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: heart attack, so the emergency cruise. They tried to revive her,
- 1:25:11Speaker 3: but she was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
- 1:25:14Speaker 17: What's up?
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: You could have one thousand percent have avoided this, Yeah,
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: you could. It's a drive through order at Tim Wharton's.
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: Oh my god. Maybe she a stroke. I mean, she's
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: freaking out.
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: She had underlying heart issues well, and she shouldn't get
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: that early fighting suggests there were no significant injuries directing,
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: you know, from the fight itself. So it's not it's
- 1:25:36Speaker 3: like in the course of yeah, in the course of
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: the people defending themselves to Tim Morton employees defending themselves
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: that she got hit with anything or whatever the dead. No,
- 1:25:45Speaker 3: it's this hot headed bitch freaked out, starts a fight
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: with these teenagers and this twenty year old manager. Right,
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: they starts a physical fight situation. The girl you're seventy
- 1:25:57Speaker 3: five years old with a heart condition fighting at Tim Hortons.
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: Sometimes you get what you ask for.
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: Yeah, like Douchers in their brand new cars and they
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: burn out of the dealership and immediately crash.
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: Yeah, you love to say now, I know you'll be
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: shocked to hear this, But her daughter is super pissed
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: and is calling for action against Tim Horton.
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: What your mom's the one that walked in and start
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: drive through she.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: But my mother was wronged in the worst way, was she?
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: How so I'd love to hear that wronged How like
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: the water was wrong. Yeah, okay.
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: She says you should not enter a coffee shop for
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: a coffee in a donut and come out unalive.
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: Yeah okay, all live by their's surveillance video the whole thing.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: She went in there and she chose violence. She went
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: in there for a fight, and she's the one that
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: physically attacked. It's not that Tim Hortons people attacked her.
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: She attacked them. She starts fighting, pushing, pulls the hair
- 1:26:53Speaker 3: out of this woman. She's just clearly trying to get
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: a settlement. That's what she wants.
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: He was surprised by that lawsuit and she said.
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: This is not how we treat our senior citizens. Okay, girl,
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: is this how we employees?

- 1:27:48Speaker 3: the next funny person out there. Like maybe if they
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: just need a writer. And you know, I think it
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: was with the writers strike or something where this this whole,
- 1:27:56Speaker 3: this whole bit started.
- 1:27:57Speaker 6: Charisma they need, Yeah, nothing, anyone can be a writer,

- 1:28:42Speaker 7: one and thirty six million dollars, or, in basic math,

- 1:28:48Speaker 6: Order Woval tracks for kurpees.
- 1:28:55Speaker 7: People are lighting up two days early for the new

- 1:36:20Speaker 3: So the game is not too for you to answer
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: to questions.
- 1:36:22Speaker 6: You can totally answer them easily. You're you're an adult
- 1:36:25Speaker 6: human being. The game is, is this person so drunk
- 1:36:27Speaker 6: that they won't know the answered? If you can guess
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: whether they know, two times out of three, you win.
- 1:36:32Speaker 6: Let's say hello to our contestant is going to try
- 1:36:34Speaker 6: to win the prize, and say hi to Jeff.
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: What's up Jeff? Jeff boy?
- 1:36:40Speaker 10: Hey, how you doing guys?
- 1:36:41Speaker 2: Hello?
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: What gonna play the u i Q? Now, before we
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: get to the questions that actually count towards you winning
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: a prize or not winning a prize, we're gonna get
- 1:36:49Speaker 3: to know and get a better idea of just how
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: drunk are with it this person is? And who is
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: this person?
- 1:36:55Speaker 6: You've got Andrew here, and he's gonna tell us, you know,
- 1:36:58Speaker 6: how he does things and where he can and cannot
- 1:37:01Speaker 6: go anymore.
- 1:37:01Speaker 14: All right, here is Andrew your advice for going out drinking.
- 1:37:05Speaker 15: Get drunk, just to get drunk.
- 1:37:07Speaker 14: Yeah, should you be careful about it at all?
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: Or just go nuts? Just go nuts? Yeah, it don't
- 1:37:12Speaker 3: stop until you get kicked out. He been kicked out
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: at any place I have.
- 1:37:16Speaker 14: I had like.
- 1:37:16Speaker 15: Twenty shots of Jamison and BI just got freaking kicked out,
- 1:37:22Speaker 15: fell backwards, and I woke up, and I got back
- 1:37:25Speaker 15: to the we were playing beer pong over there, and
- 1:37:28Speaker 15: they said I had to go.
- 1:37:30Speaker 3: And did you argue at all?
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: I did?
- 1:37:32Speaker 3: I said I was fine. Clearly you were not.
- 1:37:34Speaker 6: I was.
- 1:37:37Speaker 3: This guy sounds wild? I wouldn't Jameson. Yeah, yeah, all right.
- 1:37:42Speaker 3: So that is Andrew and Jeff. Are you ready for
- 1:37:46Speaker 3: the questions? Yes, sir, d u, I Q question number one.
- 1:37:52Speaker 14: Portugal borders what country?
- 1:37:54Speaker 3: All right? Portugal orders what country? Might be a trick
- 1:37:59Speaker 3: question for all I know. Mm hmm okay.
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: I will begin with yes to Menace, okay, and yes
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: to Sammy, and I'm tempted to do a triple yes,
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: but I will say no to Andrew.
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: I'm going opposite. Really, I'm saying triple now.
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I too, am saying triple.
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: Now I don't know the answer.
- 1:38:20Speaker 6: Okay, well it's gonna be hard to give you clues.
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: Let's not I'll refrain. Yeah, you don't know what? No, really,
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: I don't. God, you're stupid. Yeah, I told you that
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: is what I am.
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: I have a lot of faith in the two of you.
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: You know, I'm not feeling I'm feeling very cynical today.
- 1:38:44Speaker 6: I'm saying trible no, triple No.
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: I would almost guarantee that Menace gets it right.
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: I've heard of Portugal, but as far as like you know,
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: it's people, people who live in this country, they point
- 1:38:55Speaker 3: to whatever they go, where is this? They don't even
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: come up with anything close that I can do. You
- 1:39:00Speaker 3: can do the States, Yeah, that I can do. Yeah,
- 1:39:02Speaker 3: it's flags. I think flags is the hardest flag. FLA think.
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: Do you think that our drunk friend Andrew will get
- 1:39:13Speaker 3: the answer to this question correct? Yes or no?
- 1:39:17Speaker 8: We're going with no.
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: No.
- 1:39:19Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:39:19Speaker 14: Question number one for the d U I Q Portugal
- 1:39:22Speaker 14: borders what country Menace?
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: I mean, technically you can say none with the Azores
- 1:39:30Speaker 3: because it's all islands. So he's trying to he's trying
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: to walk his way out of this but what what borders?
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: What if it did, Let's say Spain.
- 1:39:40Speaker 6: Let's say Spain. Okay, all right, Sammy, Spain, Spain. It's
- 1:39:44Speaker 6: kind of that's a large border with Spain. Its basically
- 1:39:47Speaker 6: it's a chunk of Spain's cut out.
- 1:39:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I just like to shout out the ors.
- 1:39:50Speaker 8: What what?
- 1:39:51Speaker 4: I'm sorry, I lost faith and to shut out myself.
- 1:39:54Speaker 3: That's correct.
- 1:39:57Speaker 6: That's just like the US borders no country because you
- 1:39:59Speaker 6: know Hawaii?
- 1:40:00Speaker 15: Right?
- 1:40:01Speaker 3: All right?
- 1:40:02Speaker 14: Question number one for the duy Q Portugal borders what
- 1:40:06Speaker 14: country South America?
- 1:40:08Speaker 3: Oh, like Columbia.
- 1:40:12Speaker 14: Your favorite thing about Columbia is the women.
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: Yeah, well, there you go, Jeff, there you go. D
- 1:40:21Speaker 3: u y Q off to a off to a good start.
- 1:40:25Speaker 3: So that's uh, let's see one point for Jeff. Question
- 1:40:28Speaker 3: number two, ready to roll in?
- 1:40:30Speaker 14: What city would you find heines Field?
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: All right? In what city?
- 1:40:35Speaker 6: Speaking of Portugal?
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: Good?
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: Would you find heines Field? Now, this is also potentially
- 1:40:42Speaker 3: a trick question.
- 1:40:44Speaker 6: Okay, I see what you're saying there. Yes, yes, but
- 1:40:48Speaker 6: I think they're going to know it.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: I'm gonna say yes for Sammy because she's not looking
- 1:40:55Speaker 3: at your paper. Menace is still looking down at his paper.
- 1:40:57Speaker 3: So I'll say yes for Sammy, no for Menace. I mean, Mom,
- 1:41:01Speaker 3: it is a trick question. I believe yes for Sammy,
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: yes for Menace, Uh, no for Andrew.
- 1:41:09Speaker 6: I'll give you both double points if you can tell
- 1:41:11Speaker 6: what kind of what kind of event was this that
- 1:41:13Speaker 6: you found?
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: Andrew?
- 1:41:14Speaker 8: Oh?
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: Just regular bar? What part not not near?
- 1:41:19Speaker 6: Well? I should not near where the answer would be
- 1:41:22Speaker 6: trick or not?
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:41:24Speaker 4: Be an answer?
- 1:41:26Speaker 3: Yeah, okay.
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: With one hundred confidence.
- 1:41:31Speaker 3: Yes to Medas.
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: I will give Sammy a yes, but not as much confidence.
- 1:41:36Speaker 3: And no to Andrew.
- 1:41:38Speaker 4: Okay, Gina, Yeah, I have no idea what the answer
- 1:41:40Speaker 4: to this is. I have a guess, but I feel
- 1:41:42Speaker 4: so bad about my last guest. I'm going to say
- 1:41:44Speaker 4: yes to Medace and Sammy and no to Andrew.
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: All right, Jeff, what do you think do you think
- 1:41:48Speaker 3: that he gets the question correct? Yes or no?
- 1:41:53Speaker 7: No?
- 1:41:53Speaker 3: We're going with no no. Question number two d U
- 1:41:56Speaker 3: I Q in what.
- 1:41:57Speaker 14: City would you find Hines Shield Menace?
- 1:42:01Speaker 3: Pittsburgh? But you know, is it still Hinesfield or Sammy Pittsburgh?
- 1:42:08Speaker 3: It's now Acros Stadium. It's one of those things like
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: the Sears Tower, Like, yeah, it was field from the
- 1:42:15Speaker 3: time it opened until just what two three years ago?
- 1:42:19Speaker 3: Somewhat I forget, but like, yeah, they still have the
- 1:42:21Speaker 3: hind sign in the stadium though, well they have the
- 1:42:25Speaker 3: ketchup bottle that is now the Hines History Center or
- 1:42:28Speaker 3: did they bring it back down to the stadium they
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: had removed it. It was above the stand board. When
- 1:42:33Speaker 3: I walked I saw something Hines. Yeah. Well because people
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: flipped yeah as they do. It was cool. I mean yeah,
- 1:42:39Speaker 3: because they were into the Hines red zone. Yeah, a
- 1:42:43Speaker 3: lot a lot of times they'll take that. They they'll
- 1:42:46Speaker 3: rename the field for the money.
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: Then they'll say, yeah, the pavilion is still the whatever.
- 1:42:50Speaker 3: Right. I think they took the ketchup bottle down to
- 1:42:53Speaker 3: the Hines. I'm pretty sure Actory center by there for
- 1:42:56Speaker 3: a while. But when I walked by, there was a
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: question to d U, I Q.
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: In what city would you find Hines Field, let's say Chicago, And.
- 1:43:07Speaker 14: What do you love the most about Hines Field in Chicago?
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: I ain't nothing. I've never been there. Well, Jeff, congratulations,
- 1:43:16Speaker 3: you are the winner.
- 1:43:20Speaker 7: Here.
- 1:43:23Speaker 3: Stay at the office, man, A lot of hard work
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: there today, Jeffy, All right, man, thank you for listening
- 1:43:28Speaker 3: to WOI show have yourself a great weekend. Hang on,
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: so we get all of your information. There's there's Jeff.
- 1:43:32Speaker 3: Everybody g right, all right, going on looking him on hold,
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: and then we have a question number three, which Jeff
- 1:43:40Speaker 3: did not need. But but just you know, for fundsies,
- 1:43:41Speaker 3: here we go.
- 1:43:42Speaker 10: How many degrees are there in a circle?
- 1:43:45Speaker 3: All right? This I know.
- 1:43:49Speaker 6: On account of all of us, Job and Dre Hommer,
- 1:43:50Speaker 6: you've been doing correct.
- 1:43:53Speaker 2: I was feeling so confident, you know what, I'm gonna
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: sweep it with the same thing.
- 1:44:02Speaker 3: Yes in the room. No to Andrew.
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: Oh, come on, you guys, come on, don't let me down.
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: Sammy's looking pretty confident. I'm gonna say yes to Sammy.
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: I can't really read MENACE's vibe. I'm gonna say no then,
- 1:44:16Speaker 4: so yes to Sammy. No to Andrew and Menace.
- 1:44:19Speaker 3: Andrew has shown us nothing. Yeah, but for some reason
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: I think that he gets this one. But I think
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: it could be a triple yes, sir, Yeah, I think
- 1:44:30Speaker 3: it could be triple yes. But I'll stick with no
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: for Andrew, yes for Menace and sam. Okay, all right,
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: all right, Question number three for the du.
- 1:44:38Speaker 10: I Q, how many degrees are there in a circle?
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: Menace, three hundred and sixty Sammy, three and sixty, three
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: hundred sixty two. Yeah, brain juice time, yeah, brain use.
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: It, brainsleeve time.
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, yeah, all right. If we're looking at
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: a compass, the compass is three hundred and sixty degrees,
- 1:45:02Speaker 3: if north is either zero or three sixty. Uh, what
- 1:45:08Speaker 3: would two seventy be? Oh, that's a good question to seventy?
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: Direction direction? Yeah, I'm using this from flight training. Oh yeah,
- 1:45:18Speaker 3: So on a heading and two seven zero you were heading?
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: Which direction? That?
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: What that means?
- 1:45:24Speaker 6: That makes sense?
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: Head? Zero nine zero? Whatever? You know?
- 1:45:29Speaker 4: Do we all guess?
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: Yeah? Well no, no, let's go for a which which
- 1:45:35Speaker 3: direction would be northwest? Okay? Northwest? Sammy? West west? It's
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: directly west because zero ninety degrees east one to eighty
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: degrees south. What time would that be on a clock? Guys? Yeah,
- 1:45:48Speaker 3: what time would that be on it?
- 1:45:50Speaker 2: Just the hour time?
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: Yeah, the hour time t R nine. Yeah.
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: And if it was a piece of pie, how much
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: of the pie I'm going.
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: Orders of the post?
- 1:46:01Speaker 4: It's killing it?
- 1:46:02Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:46:02Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: Question number question number three for do you i Q?
- 1:46:06Speaker 10: How many degrees are there in a circle?
- 1:46:10Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: Three uh three, So that's pie.
- 1:46:14Speaker 15: So that's three points one four.
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: Well that's how you play the do u i q
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: I had a perfect game. More shows, next.
- 1:46:30Speaker 15: Show.
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: You said it about a thousand times. Yeah, so there
- 1:46:36Speaker 3: you go. Incubus Drive. It's almost like everybody's been waiting
- 1:46:39Speaker 3: around to hear that song. Is it like the new
- 1:46:42Speaker 3: hit or something? What's that? It's like the new hitter
- 1:46:45Speaker 3: or something? Yeah, okay, job all right? Eight seven seven
- 1:46:50Speaker 3: forty four. What do you? Let's say hello to Joe
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: and Santa Monica. Joe, what up?
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: What up?
- 1:46:58Speaker 3: Man? What are you calling it?
- 1:46:59Speaker 8: Trying to win the free gas for a year.
- 1:47:01Speaker 3: I heard Incubist drive. You heard Incubist Drive, and yes, you, sir,
- 1:47:05Speaker 3: have won gas for a year. Yeah, let's go. Why
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: not go? You go everywhere wherever you want. You got
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: gas for a year. Joe. You know you did it.
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: You did it, you and you're gonna go. Yeah, you
- 1:47:21Speaker 3: were able to follow instructions. You heard, you heard, you
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: called you kick some ass. He got some free gas
- 1:47:30Speaker 3: for the year.
- 1:47:31Speaker 4: Yeah, great, tun.
- 1:47:34Speaker 3: Hey Joe, congratulations, man, hang on one second, we will
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: get all your information. Have yourself a great weekend. Did
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: you know we're number one in Santa Monica. You know,
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: all right, Joe winner of gas for a year. Congratulations
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: to all of our winners this week. Three count them.
- 1:47:52Speaker 3: Three out of the five days someone won gas for
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: a year, it was Joe today, it was Lewis Castell
- 1:47:58Speaker 3: from Huntington Park yesterday. And then earlier in the week
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: you had Jose Reina from Victorville who won gas for
- 1:48:05Speaker 3: a year. Monday you had Wendy Garcia and Artesia who
- 1:48:09Speaker 3: won four hundred dollars in gas. Yes, and then Rihanna
- 1:48:13Speaker 3: Brandis from Canyon Country won five hundred dollars in gas.
- 1:48:17Speaker 1: Hell.
- 1:48:17Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a lot of money in gas. Congratulations to
- 1:48:21Speaker 3: all of our winners. Show up. A little follow up
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: after d U i Q. So this small town in Alabama,
- 1:48:33Speaker 3: they just had their local elections and one of the
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: things on the ballot was an option to repeal a
- 1:48:40Speaker 3: ban on alcohol. There's been a ban in place for
- 1:48:44Speaker 3: one hundred and forty years. Yeah, and the vote came
- 1:48:49Speaker 3: down to the wire. Us see, two hundred and thirty
- 1:48:54Speaker 3: one people voted on the bill, and the voters decided
- 1:49:01Speaker 3: by one vote, one single vote, to end the ban
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: on booze yeah, one hundred and sixteen to one hundred
- 1:49:12Speaker 3: and fifteen. Now, there are a lot of people who
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: are sad about this vote, really, but not because they
- 1:49:17Speaker 3: wanted the band to stay. They were more upset than
- 1:49:19Speaker 3: the town. They got over eight hundred registered voters, but
- 1:49:22Speaker 3: only two hundred and thirty one actually showed up to vote.
- 1:49:26Speaker 3: Now you know who's pumped about it. Gas stations. Gas stations.
- 1:49:30Speaker 3: They're a thrill because they say this changes everything from
- 1:49:32Speaker 3: now and they can sell alcohol.
- 1:49:33Speaker 4: Yep, make ton more money.
- 1:49:35Speaker 6: Yeah sweet, Yeah, And look at this here. So still
- 1:49:38Speaker 6: ten percent of the US land mass is dry?
- 1:49:42Speaker 15: Is that right?
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: Well?
- 1:49:44Speaker 6: I mean I grew up in a lot of those areas,
- 1:49:45Speaker 6: so it's there's a lot dry county.
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: Not just like blue laws were Sundays you can't right
- 1:49:51Speaker 3: like all the time stores you can go to see best.
- 1:49:54Speaker 4: Does this ring a bell to you at all? Because
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: growing up in Kansas and you know in Missouri, there
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: are places like towns where you had to have like
- 1:50:01Speaker 4: a membership to go drink in the bar, like a
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: quote unquote.
- 1:50:04Speaker 6: Membership drink when it's changed. But when I was younger,
- 1:50:09Speaker 6: South Carolina had that where you would you could go
- 1:50:11Speaker 6: to a bar, but you had to be in their club,
- 1:50:13Speaker 6: and so it was basically just been signing your name
- 1:50:14Speaker 6: on a book.
- 1:50:15Speaker 4: Correct, So it was kind of just a weird like
- 1:50:18Speaker 4: paperwork shuffle.
- 1:50:19Speaker 3: Right. So that's and that.
- 1:50:22Speaker 6: You might like this mant it's moist counties where they
- 1:50:24Speaker 6: have where they have so like dry means nothing, Yeah,
- 1:50:27Speaker 6: moist means like what Tina's saying, or like like when
- 1:50:31Speaker 6: when I first moved to Atlanta, there was no Sunday
- 1:50:33Speaker 6: sales except for in restaurants, and a lot of a
- 1:50:36Speaker 6: lot of places have still had that hybrid stuff.
- 1:50:38Speaker 7: Yeah, Woody and I were in Utah at a Mexican
- 1:50:40Speaker 7: restaurant and they had like this weird like back room
- 1:50:43Speaker 7: that you can drink in.
- 1:50:44Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, where I was where we had to go.
- 1:50:47Speaker 6: We were staying in a hotel. It was Utah where
- 1:50:50Speaker 6: we were staying in a hotel, and the and the
- 1:50:53Speaker 6: restaurant couldn't serve us alcohol, but we had to walk
- 1:50:55Speaker 6: through a door to the same restaurant.
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: Yeah, to go get alcohol over there and in the airport.
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: I think in city might have different rules.
- 1:51:03Speaker 3: I mean as a kid in Pittsburgh and then also
- 1:51:06Speaker 3: as a young adult in Pittsburgh up until someone I
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: say somewhat recently, I mean over the last I don't know,
- 1:51:11Speaker 3: ten fifteen years. It was the craziest thing. Like, man,
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: if we were hanging out my dad's house and you
- 1:51:17Speaker 3: want to get beer and it's Sunday, like, you couldn't
- 1:51:21Speaker 3: go to just a convenience store or grocery store or
- 1:51:25Speaker 3: whatever and get a six pack of beer. Six packs
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: you had to buy from a bar, right and you
- 1:51:31Speaker 3: walk in and they'd have a cooler, like a sliding
- 1:51:33Speaker 3: door cooler like you see for SODA's in most places.
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: From a bar there you get a six pack, but
- 1:51:38Speaker 3: if you wanted more than that, like a case, you
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: had to go to a beer distributor. The beer they
- 1:51:44Speaker 3: had distributed, a beer distributed, you get that. Now you
- 1:51:48Speaker 3: could go if you wanted. Now, when you go to

- 1:52:04Speaker 6: where like certain stores I could walk into it and
- 1:52:07Speaker 6: they was. They seld what looked like Malibu BRICRDI, but
- 1:52:11Speaker 6: it was like thirteen percent max because that store didn't
- 1:52:14Speaker 6: have the right at you know, they could sell beer
- 1:52:15Speaker 6: and wine, but they couldn't sell the other stuff.
- 1:52:17Speaker 3: Wh if you get like John Iggle and stuff like that.
- 1:52:19Speaker 3: You know they got like a big you know displays
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: now that you never saw that, like you know, you
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: never saw you never went there near the shop and
- 1:52:26Speaker 3: say get your chip chop hand right and be able
- 1:52:28Speaker 3: to get you Yeah, John, perfectly, good job. Yeah, don't
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: be ignorant. Yeah, but the Bears sack off if you
- 1:52:36Speaker 3: don't know what I'm saying. The beer store rules though,
