White Sox Call Up Sandlin Amid Injuries | Chicago White Sox News
The White Sox make a pivotal pitching move just before Sunday’s game against the Cardinals, calling up righty David Sandlin from Triple-A Charlotte while sending lefty Tyler Schweitzer back down. Sandlin, with a 2-1 record and 24 strikeouts in limited innings, brings needed arm depth as Chicago battles injuries and fights to hold first place in the AL Central. With the season winding down and every game critical, this shakeup aims to keep the Sox competitive in their tight division race.
