- 0:23SPEAKER_01: You didn't have to.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: I didn't have to.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: It was my choice.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: It was elective to put on the red light.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: He doesn't say roxanne, you're not allowed to put on the red light.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: He says Roxanne, you don't have to.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: You don't have to sell your body to the night.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: And look, it I can do whatever I need to do to get through in today's economy, okay?
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Roxanne, you don't have to put on the red light.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: I won't tell you to do it.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: You can do it, but I won't tell you to do it.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: For those who are not going to be able to do that, some people put on the red light, beautiful people.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Obviously.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: Great people.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: By the way, we're putting on the uh the puppy crushing machine.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: What is the puppy crushing machine?
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Does it improve the economy?
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: No, it does not.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Does it help anybody?
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: No, it does not.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: But what it does do is uh puppies are not gonna like it, I'll tell you that much.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: So did you give a sand put on the red light?
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: Did you guys hear that uh apparently the U.S.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: is paying for Canadian healthcare?
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: I mean we haven't even paid for our own health care.
- 1:13SPEAKER_02: So finally does that mean it's finally actually true?
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: According to Trump, uh you guys are paying for Canadian healthcare.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: Is this a thing where they're like he's saying we need to stop doing that, making up another thing?
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Like, because there's that myth that we pay for immigrants' health care, which is not true.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: It's what do you think trade deficits are?
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Is you guys paying for our health care.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Apparently, I will have doubly free healthcare.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: Are they paying you to get health care?
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: Like you go to the doctor and they give you$100.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you guys have seen like the there's the the map of the world that's like the average amount of limbs in a in a country and Canada is like 4.01.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: And we're like, yeah, we're just using that extra Trump m the extra healthcare money from the US.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Grab an extra limb.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: Hold on.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: Why, Mike, why are you?
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: There's an elephant with five legs in the room.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: No, there's no elephant.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: I'm just noticing now that Liam is um Liam is very comfy.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Comfy, yeah.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: I feel I feel snug as a bug in a rug, I'll tell you very much.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: Very very perceptive.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: You guys, anybody could rob me at any time, and there would be nothing I could do about it.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Somebody's doing it right now.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: So it's something was like supposed to be in your apartment.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Are you saying they're not supposed to be?
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: As long as you want more people rob me, they don't take this, I'm fine.
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: Take my TV, take all my money.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: I don't care.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: Leave me this.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: So you're broadcasting that.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: Now you're inviting it.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: You just strisand affected that thing out of your position.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: My address is 123 Main Street.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: I'm telling you, it really brings out your lips.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: Listen, I'm telling you, I'm telling you.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: Again, I made this video, not sponsored.
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: This thing is just so and it's weighted and it's so nice.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: And I'm not gonna lie, I tried to fit my head through here with the headphones on and I couldn't do it.
- 3:07SPEAKER_02: So I just gave up.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: And now it's not.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: So you're just a talking mouth at this point.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like, you know, anybody watching this, YouTube, if I ever get it uploaded to Spotify, anybody watching this, does it or does it not really bring out his lips?
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's the all you can see.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: It's like uh she the mother stalled at nine and a half centimeters.
- 3:25SPEAKER_02: The kid almost made it out, he couldn't quite make it.
- 3:29SPEAKER_02: That's where April stalled.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: I think it was like nine centimeters that she had to have an emergency C section.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: That was not fun.
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: We told them she's Oakley's gonna be a good one.
- 3:37SPEAKER_02: If you're listening to this in the future, trying to piece together what happened.
- 3:40SPEAKER_02: Well, they wouldn't.
- 3:42SPEAKER_02: They wouldn't.
- 3:42SPEAKER_02: And she had to have an emergency section after like 40 hours.
- 3:45SPEAKER_02: It was ridiculous.
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: But anyway.
- 3:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel great.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Now Oakley's paying you back by never going to sleep ever.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: Oh my fucking god.
- 3:54SPEAKER_02: Why don't kids aren't kids aren't three-year-olds supposed to be going to bed at like 8 p.m.?
- 3:59SPEAKER_02: Ours is like, fuck you.
- 4:01SPEAKER_02: I'm not going to bed until midnight every night.
- 4:04SPEAKER_02: And I fight with her every night.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: And she's got to the point where now she just says, I'm not your best friend.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: So whenever anything you do, anything like you gotta go sleep, she's like, I'm not your best friend.
- 4:13SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, all right, well, I guess I'm just your dad right now.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: Get to sleep, you fucking little gremlin.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: Damn it.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Two hours ago, you texted me, Oakley's currently trying to put slime on the wall next to her bed.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: She wanted her little slime normal activities.
- 4:30SPEAKER_02: Just smash it against the wall next to her bed.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Because I was waiting for you guys to get ready.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: And people were wondering, was it slime or like boogers?
- 4:40SPEAKER_02: Or no, no, no.
- 4:42SPEAKER_02: Like, actually, like she got it at like daycare.
- 4:44SPEAKER_02: They have like these little slimes things, and then there's like uh uh little trinkets in it that are like the spiders, and she's like, What's its name?
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, it doesn't have a name, you name it.
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: And she's like, I want to call it Sky, like from Paw Patrol.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: I'm like, Great, that's Sky the spider.
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: Now, can you go to sleep?
- 5:01SPEAKER_02: No, okay, that's fine.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: Why are we arming children with slime?
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: Oh well, because you they have to get prepared for the real world.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, we've been doing that since the 80s.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: I have not handled slime in a long time now.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: It doesn't tend to come up.
- 5:16SPEAKER_02: It hasn't changed much.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: I'll let you know that.
- 5:19SPEAKER_02: It's pretty much the same stuff since the last 40 years.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: Are you have you tried putting it in the carpet yet?
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: You don't know if it's maybe a new kind that doesn't go in the carpet.
- 5:29SPEAKER_02: Listen, where are we at with like team carpet versus team fucking hardwood?
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: I'm born, I'm strongly on carpet?
- 5:37SPEAKER_02: What is wrong with you?
- 5:39SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, I I I like having a comfortable home and not feeling like I'm bringing people in deck.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: So, like the hardwood, what's gonna happen is it's gonna absorb all the heat and then just be really hard to walk on.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: So I the carpet- It's not like you're gonna be walking on fucking hot rocks, you idiot.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: Shut up.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: It's it's not gonna be that much.
- 6:04SPEAKER_02: It's it's just everything.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: You put your dog food for boys, boom, that goes on the fucking carpet.
- 6:09SPEAKER_02: Oh, might as well move at that point.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: I've I've got the remainder of my dog food for boys right here.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: Right here.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: If you spill that, you are more than fucked.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: And if you knock over your nutrition bucket, you're just fucked.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: Well, then it's you you lose a whole day's worth of food or the nutrition bucket XL, you lose three days' worth of food.
- 6:29SPEAKER_02: And you say, take my security deposit, I know I'm not getting it back.
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 6:33SPEAKER_02: Hardwood.
- 6:34SPEAKER_02: Hardwood all day.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: I am I love fucking, especially if it's like actual wood and not like the I'll take the vinyl stuff, it's fine.
- 6:41SPEAKER_02: But like if I like give me the actual wood wood, that's that's my jam right there.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Every if I wanted to everything to echo and to feel like I'm walking in a DMV, then yeah, I'll get some hardwood.
- 6:54SPEAKER_02: Mike, I would like you to reenact a uh early Tom Cruise movie.
- 6:58SPEAKER_02: Do you think you could do that for me?
- 7:00SPEAKER_02: Do you think there's a way that maybe you could do that?
- 7:02SPEAKER_02: You know, you can't because you have fucking carpet and you can't slide across the floor.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Um maybe I can.
- 7:09SPEAKER_02: Your chair.
- 7:13SPEAKER_02: Wait, is this gonna get us demonetized?
- 7:16SPEAKER_02: If I seeing the risky, you just have to I don't call that.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 7:20SPEAKER_02: I that's that was not sliding.
- 7:22SPEAKER_02: That's not sliding.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: That was like a jump.
- 7:25unknown: Okay, I guess.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: Hold on, let me get a running start and slide across my take his chance off.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: That that that did add like that.
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: You do need the underwear.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: It does need to be in the underwear.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: You gotta run real quick.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: It does in the movie, right?
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: Well, he slides in backwards.
- 7:45SPEAKER_02: You kind of slid in forwards, you gotta slide in backwards and then come around with like the knee, and you you're supposed to have a trophy, but that's fine.
- 7:52SPEAKER_02: Don't really don't worry about that so much right now.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Or just have a DeLorean trophy.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: We haven't mentioned that yet.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: Get get one of your get one of your little toy DeLoreans and sing into that.
- 8:02SPEAKER_02: Oh, that was a little better than I there.
- 8:04SPEAKER_02: You go, exactly.
- 8:05SPEAKER_02: Then you say, Well, now you got the pants.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: That gets us demonetized.
- 8:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, probably.
- 8:15SPEAKER_02: I've learned that with YouTube, especially post on YouTube.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: Did anybody ever tell you you can put stuff on the walls and that stops the echo?
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Um, so here's the You know, like that that off-the-wall record could go on the wall.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: But then it wouldn't be off the wall.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: No, it'd be on the wall and it'd stop the echo.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: It would just be Pink Floyd's the wall.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: Pink Floyd's.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: I say.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: But who's listening to this?
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: Who's out there right now who's like, I can't wait.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: This is my favorite show.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: I every week I wait for this to come on.
- 8:46SPEAKER_02: It's a green guy talking to each other in our underwear sometimes.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: Captain America Civil War.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: Hardwood versus carpet.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Uh okay.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: So here's the thing.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: Here's the thing.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: If you wanted to uh say, you know, wrestle with Oakley, are you are you gonna do it somewhere where she could be like accidentally curb-stomped?
- 9:08SPEAKER_02: Well, a nice carpet.
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: She's gonna stay on the bed or a couch.
- 9:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:15SPEAKER_02: I taught she wants to be thrown, like thrown on the bed, jump on the bed, that sort of stuff.
- 9:20SPEAKER_02: So like I don't have to worry too much about that.
- 9:22SPEAKER_02: And I don't like getting on the floor because I'm getting old, and now I'm like, ah, I gotta get back up off the floor.
- 9:27SPEAKER_02: So yeah, it's just for my feet, and I get to like just slide across it.
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: It's so nice.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: I I fucking love hardwood.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: Get put that shit out.
- 9:36SPEAKER_02: I I want like every uh the walls to be wood.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: You know, I want to capture it.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: I basically want to make a lube on the hardwood, you can just slide for days.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 9:46SPEAKER_02: April and I, like one of our first dates, she came over and we put soap and water on the floor, and we just fucking slipped across the whole house.
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: It was awesome.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: You you told me about that.
- 9:57SPEAKER_02: That was so cool.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: We we had Snuggies, can't do that on carpet.
- 10:00SPEAKER_02: Or what is it, onesies?
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: They were like ones.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: We went to the the the thrift shop and found a bunch of onesies and tried them on.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: So we put those on and we'd like slid across the floor.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: It was great.
- 10:10SPEAKER_02: Great.
- 10:10SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Sorry, ladies, he's already taken.
- 10:15SPEAKER_02: They don't feel bad about that.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: They're fine.
- 10:17SPEAKER_02: It's okay.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: I I do have to say, yeah, for for that, for um you know, putting soap and water everywhere and sliding around playing midnight slugs.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, can't do that on a carpet.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: But for the rest of the time where I'm not trying to be covered in soap and water, I just the only time I like for me if it's like winter and super cold and like yeah, your feet are warm.
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: Like, I get that.
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: Luckily, this house has radiant heat, so like warm.
- 10:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you put on extra socks.
- 10:44SPEAKER_02: But those, but the ones that make you look like you escaped a insane asylum, you know, put those on and you feel super comfy.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: Those ones.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: Or long johns.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Tell me this.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: Would you rather wear some nice, comfortable, slip-on, you know, uh comfy slippers, all fuzzy and warm and and nice on your feet?
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: Or would you like to wear wooden clogs all day?
- 11:06SPEAKER_02: Where am I wearing the wooden clogs?
- 11:07SPEAKER_02: On my feet or anywhere, all day.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: And you have to live with this at home.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: Well, I have I could I could place for one clog.
- 11:15SPEAKER_02: I have an idea.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Let's let's let's reverse that question.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: Mike.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: Mike.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: What if you wanted to change from carpet to wood, would you like to put on wooden clogs all day?
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Whereas if Liam wants to change from wood to carpet, all he has to do is put on slippers.
- 11:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like listen, listen, I can just put on slippers and then I basically have carpet at any time.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: You're trying to make a case that wearing wooden clogs is good ever.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: Wait, I can slide into them and do risky business.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: The undertone of this is that we all understand that a solid wooden shoe is not good.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: Tell that to the Dutch.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, who here is Dutch?
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Raise your hand.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Liam can't because he's in a in a bubblegum sweater.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: Hold on, I'm trying.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: No, all of you right now.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: I've seen Liam's shoes.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: He's very famously wearing two different colors of converse, which are not historically.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's not a criticism.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: The criticism is that they're not made of fucking wood, Liam.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: They're not made of carpet either.
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: The point is like slip.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: Listen, I can have slipper.
- 12:26SPEAKER_02: If I want carpet, I just put on slippers and I have them.
- 12:29SPEAKER_02: And then the other time, I can have this nice slidey floor that, oh, look at that.
- 12:34SPEAKER_02: I spilled something.
- 12:35SPEAKER_02: No problem.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: I'll just fucking wipe it up instead of freaking out and be like, well, I guess I just give up then.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: You know, you can clean carpet.
- 12:42SPEAKER_02: I don't know how to clean.
- 12:43SPEAKER_02: I I've listened when I had carpet, it was just they was just stained everywhere.
- 12:48SPEAKER_02: And I was like, well, that's just the way it is.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: Like you get about half a bottle of whatever's under the sink, you pour it all over it, and then just rub it until the the color is slightly different than the rest of the carpet.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: All right, I'll go grab my vodka that's under the sink and see what happens.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: Well, except I don't have any car actually, don't April keeps trying to put fucking rugs everywhere.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, damn, babe, stop trying to put it on the city.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: She's trying to fix the problem.
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: She goes, No, she does like carpet some places.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, no, no, no.
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: I don't like the carpet.
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: I like the I like the hardwood very much.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: Listen, if you can't handle some carpet, you're not a real man.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: You know where you need hardwood rugs are right now, right outside the fucking washing machine because they're always fucking dirty.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, I don't want it.
- 13:34SPEAKER_02: Listen, it's so much easier to clean.
- 13:36SPEAKER_02: It's so much easier, especially listen, you live a you live the you.
- 13:40SPEAKER_02: It's you here.
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: I've got three dogs and a three-year-old human who is constantly trying to ruin everything.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: So, yes, I do want my hardwood.
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: Thank you very much.
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: Anyway, you're listening to one of the top fitness and nutrition podcasts.

- 14:03SPEAKER_01: This gets reported on our taxes.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't know how taxes work at all.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: Can we get can we get um hardwood floor installation written off on our tax now that we've talked about it?
- 14:15SPEAKER_02: I don't I I since I don't know how taxes work, yes.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: I have literally no idea.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: As long as you don't know how something works, you can make it ignorance to the government and they don't care.
- 14:26SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry, officer.
- 14:28SPEAKER_02: I didn't know that.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: And they're like, oh yeah, the IRS is historically very forgiving about that type of thing.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: They don't tend to uh they say, you know what, everybody's got room to grow, and they give you a free taxes.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: Grow.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: Well, you are quite large now.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: I must say.
- 14:46SPEAKER_02: You know how like animals they try to scare up a predator, like they puff up, poof, and then the the the the whatever was just gets afraid.
- 14:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: Now I have an unbelievable wingspan.
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: I too seriously.
- 15:00SPEAKER_02: Why hey, hey, why is it every time I meet a people in person, they're always like, I expected you to be tiny.
- 15:07SPEAKER_02: Like they're like, they did I'm like, because they're like, you're way taller than I expected.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, well, you said way too hard there.
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: You emphasize the way, like way too much.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: Like, why does everybody think I'm tiny?
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: If the internet so I think maybe the soul patch.
- 15:23SPEAKER_02: Soul patch?
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: I think it's a soul patch.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Because like when you think about soul patches.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: Villains have soul patches, and villains are usually shorter than the hero.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: Right, because they need to be or something.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: Yes, exactly.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, if the internet had its way, I'd be five five.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: So yeah, people are in the same boat.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: We're in the boat.
- 16:16SPEAKER_02: We're in the same tiny boat together.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, everyone that Rob, when people see you, is that the first thing they say?
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: It's because right, we're all pretty tall.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we're all about the around the same height.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: They look at you and they go, huh, you're exactly the size I assumed you would be.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: No, they just look at the beard.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: They don't look at me.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: That's what we have to do, Lynn.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: We have to grow beards, big beards.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: See, again, soul patch.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: It's the soul patch.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 16:43SPEAKER_02: A long soul.
- 16:44SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 16:45SPEAKER_02: Like, like in Kill Bill, like there's the guy that has the beard, he kind of throws the beard over his shoulder.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: That, but a soul patch.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Do it.
- 16:52SPEAKER_02: I got this.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: No problem.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: It'll only take me.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: Just give me 10 years.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: I got this.
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: Rob, where are you on hardwood versus carpet?
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: When when where are we landing?
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: You might have to break.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: I have one single rug in the house, which is only there because it is covering a wire that I have not moved to be underneath the wood floor.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 17:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah, use rugs to cover things.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I eventually I will finally put that wire under the floor without having to fiddle with a bunch of carpet and knee carpet into place and stuff.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I could just cut a nice little line in the floor, put the put the line in, and then put one of those wood things that go over it, and I'm done.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: Look, everybody harvesting.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Right in to the in moderation podcast.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: Um, if you for if you want to put in a vote for carpet, and if you want to put in a vote for hardwood, do three backflips and send us a video.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: I would say how cool it'd be if we just got a bunch of fucking backflip videos.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: But the thing is, now that I said it, we might get one.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Somebody has three backflips.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: He just does hardware.
- 18:01SPEAKER_02: Or she.
- 18:01SPEAKER_02: It might be a woman doing it.
- 18:03SPEAKER_02: We don't know.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: It could be.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: We've just pissed off a lot of hardwood biased uh gymnastics people out there.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: I think that's actually most of our demographic is people that really like Rob at inmoderation.net.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Because I want to see it.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Rob at inmoderation.net.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: First person to do a backflip, three backflips, three backflips.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, we'll we'll play it on the show.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: How about that?
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: When I made the video wearing this, a lot of people said I just look like a vagina.
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: And I was like, you know what?
- 18:32SPEAKER_02: You're not wrong, and I'm not mad at that at all.
- 18:35SPEAKER_02: There's far worse things to look like.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: For those listening, Liam looks like a vagina.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: I was like, you know what?
- 18:41SPEAKER_02: Not wrong.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: That's cool.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: I'm good with that.
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: I'm ha I'm fine with that.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: No issues.
- 18:46SPEAKER_02: Plus, you gotta spread it.
- 18:47SPEAKER_02: We're always doing dictators.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Did you pick that color specifically to look like a vagina?
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: I I like the color.
- 18:52SPEAKER_02: Like, look, keyboard, pink.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: I like that fair.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: It's it's a nice color.
- 18:57SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 18:58SPEAKER_02: My little speaker right there.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: My little pink speaker.
- 19:01SPEAKER_02: I like it.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: It's a fun color.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: And now it's like Oakley's favorite color.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: So oh, it's perfect.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: I can I I can I can uh do something about this.
- 19:11SPEAKER_02: Hey, what are the seats in the DeLorean like?
- 19:13SPEAKER_02: Is that carpet or is it more like a hardwood thing?
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: Like what are we talking about?
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: It's it's a faux leather.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: It's like an 80s car.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So if it was a 70s car, it might be carpet.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: There is carpet on the ground, but yeah, the the seats themselves are a leather car.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Here, I I've I can show you.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: I can show you it.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so like I'm gonna go.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: I definitely like pieces of the actual DeLorean.
- 19:37SPEAKER_01: Uh I don't know if you can see that material right there, but it's it's like a like a leather.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be completely cut off even on YouTube.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Oh what if I move it in the middle?
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: There you go.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there we go.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: You can see that texture?
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like a leather.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: So um that's where that would be.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: I prefer that.
- 19:55SPEAKER_02: Again, easier to clean than like the the car, the seats that are like soft and like pillowy or whatever.
- 20:02SPEAKER_02: That's pain in the eye.
- 20:03SPEAKER_02: I had one like that.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: It was just dirty all the time.
- 20:06SPEAKER_02: I'm like, all right, that's just the way it is.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, you know, red green had the best one where he just duct taped a frickin' wooden stool into the car.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Easy to clean that easy to get in.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: What if you just put duct tape over duct tape over the over the chair?
- 20:24SPEAKER_02: That way, like you want to clean it, you just take off a layer.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: Oh there now, you're thinking that's more easy just to wipe.
- 20:31SPEAKER_02: I would have just like I would totally just have like a duct tape chair.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: I think they make different color duct tape too.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: So like I could have a pink fucking duct tape chair.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: You could like rainbow it up.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: You every time you take off a bunch of different colors.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah, I definitely have a rainbow chair.
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: That'd be great.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: Are we gonna do that to the DeLorean chairs?
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: Maybe just a piss off.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: Two stools.
- 20:53SPEAKER_02: Whatever will piss off mic.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Whatever pisses off mic, but then I do with the DeLorean, yeah, that's what I'm gonna do.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: I'm just I'm already angry.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: I'm already upset.
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: Because it's the thing is it it's I am being deprived, but it's also I've gotta be upset because it's such a good bit.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: And that's the issue.
- 21:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: You have to admit at the very least.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: It's great.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: So, you know, it's so good.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: And it's as as much as I appreciate Back to the Future, I think I too appreciate more a good bit uh than anything.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: Even if it was my greater I would enjoy the movie, like I would enjoy the movie, but I'm happy to give up never watching it for my entire life in order for the bit.
- 21:35SPEAKER_02: Like, that's an easy trade.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: I will take that trade all day, all year, all life.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: Oh do you guys hear this?
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: Is there this has to be some kind of abuse, right?
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: Like workplace harassment.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: You gotta talk to our uh uh um human resources.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: You don't get paid.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: You're a volunteer here.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: So being a volunteer allows you to abuse me and subvert work laws.
- 22:01SPEAKER_02: Have you heard of the WWE?
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: What what what are you gonna make me do?
- 22:05SPEAKER_02: Well, no, I was saying like W they're all like contractors, and they they the experience they had is that was was uh how you say not great.
- 22:13SPEAKER_02: Not great.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: There's still as a even if I'm a contractor, there should still be workers' rights here.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: Should is doing a lot of work there.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Should is a you have the right to be on this podcast with us.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: And then whatever happens to me here is a different thing.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: That's not pink.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: Like I I changed my light.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: It's it's purple.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: That is a purple.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: No, it's pink.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: It's a nice color.
- 22:42SPEAKER_01: It's a nice pink color.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's not purple, it's pink.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: It's it's got pink highlights.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: But it's making the room purple.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: You do okay.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: Look, if you're watching this on YouTube, you can see the color of my walls compared to the color of Liam's completely different lips.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Is that what these are?
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: Um, it he is pink.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: These are purple.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: Uh welcome to our number top-rated fitness and nutrition podcast.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: This is pink.
- 23:10SPEAKER_02: That's purple.

- 23:17SPEAKER_00: This podcast brought to you by the fact that it's fucking midnight and we don't care.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's 1.30 for me.
- 23:24SPEAKER_02: Oakley fell asleep at midnight.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: Everything's great.
- 23:27SPEAKER_02: Hey, fellas, Coke or Pepsi?
- 23:29SPEAKER_02: Uh, what kind of Coke?
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: It's Pepsi Oakley.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Crafting or cream cheese or cream soda.
- 23:34SPEAKER_02: Crafting or cream cheese.
- 23:37SPEAKER_02: My favorite of the cream cheeses.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: Have we talked about that on the show?
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: There is a soda that is supposed to be sort of tangentially flavored, like craft mac and cheese.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: Um, the reviews have said it is a vanilla cream soda forward soda, but it's it's got like a cheesy undertone to it.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: And I I'm I'm still trying to source it for you guys.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: You're our dealer, cheese dealer.
- 24:04SPEAKER_02: Cheese undertones is what my doctor said I had, but I just kind of ignores it.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: It's fine.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: It puts you on antibiotics about on which part of the body, though?
- 24:13SPEAKER_02: I didn't ask questions.
- 24:14SPEAKER_02: I was just like, yeah, I'm not gonna do anything with that.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 24:18SPEAKER_02: You haven't had iron brew, right?
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: No, I have not.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: Um have you had ginger beer?
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: Yes, you have had.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: Um what other things should I send you?
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: Oh, I was just like, what other things?
- 24:34SPEAKER_02: I thought you were just thinking of random things like uh Twizzlers.
- 24:38SPEAKER_02: Uh we just got an image.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: I I I was just sent an image uh from Liam's My Chart.
- 24:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: The cheesy undertoes.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:51SPEAKER_01: We got I sat on it.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: It's you sat on it?
- 24:54SPEAKER_01: You sure?
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: It was a one in a million shot.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: A one in a million.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: You know, you slipped and whatever happened happened.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: And we just exclusive.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: Now look at Elf in Myself.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Elf in myself.
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: Starting Christmas early this year.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: Well, the flared base was unfortunately on the top.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: So it just went in.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: You grab it by the feet, pull them out by the feet, it'll be fine.
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:23SPEAKER_01: Do you want apple pie flavored Oreos, Rob?
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: Oh, I don't like.
- 25:27SPEAKER_01: I bought those.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: I do not like those.
- 25:29SPEAKER_01: Wait a minute.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, oh, I know what to send them.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: So recently they just came out with a bunch of like experimental Oreos where they had a fried Oreo-flavored Oreo.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: It wasn't really that good.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: Um, they had a chicken and waffle flavored Oreo.
- 25:44SPEAKER_01: I feel like I said, apple pie.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: And they also have, I'm gonna just flash this up on the screen because I want Rob's reaction to this when I put it up.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: Uh, everybody, let's let's give a warm hand to what I believe might be, if I can find these, the best Oreo flavor.
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
- 26:05SPEAKER_02: Hey, banana pudding.
- 26:07SPEAKER_02: No, I knew it was coming.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: It was coming.
- 26:09SPEAKER_02: Banana pudding.
- 26:11SPEAKER_02: I would fuck with that because it's like a Nilla wafer.
- 26:13SPEAKER_02: Like you make the cookie more like a vanilla wafer.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: They've even got Nilla wafers on the package here to drive that home.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: I am a big fan of banana pudding.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: I I you put a good banana pudding in front of me, and I will do just about anything.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: It's I I can see here there's two cream layers.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: There's a yellow one and a white one.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: I can see that.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: So tell you what, you guys talk about banana pudding while I just drink some milk.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you drink your milk right from the carton.
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: I wonder if like one of the layers has more seed oils or something.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: Because like that would be I that would be nice.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: You know, I would like a seed oil flavored Oreo.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: Oh, dude.
- 26:52SPEAKER_02: We gotta we gotta talk with Nabisco.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just make them taste like canola.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: We can do soy, we can do uh rap seed is canola.
- 27:04SPEAKER_02: Okay, Rob is.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you guys switched topics and made me laugh.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: He just spit out all of his milk.
- 27:10SPEAKER_02: And like for a real like side one, like a sesame sesame oil soy.
- 27:15SPEAKER_02: Oh sealed up, you know, Oreo.
- 27:18SPEAKER_02: Sesame oil, Oreo.
- 27:19SPEAKER_02: I would I'd fuck with that.
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: What if we just have an Oreo that has all of the major allergens in it?
- 27:24SPEAKER_02: We're just telling people with allergies to go fuck themselves is the whole point of this Oreo.
- 27:29SPEAKER_02: Is that like they can't eat it?
- 27:31SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna not tell them.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be it's gonna be like the killer bar, right?
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Where it's it'll say like all allergy, oops, all allergens.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 27:41SPEAKER_02: You know what we want to sell to?
- 27:43SPEAKER_02: Fewer people.
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: We want our we want the group that we can sell to to be smaller.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: Hold on.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: Okay, so if we can sell the one chip challenge, which is that one chip that's like covered in ghost peppers, and it's supposed to just be pain inside of a package, we can sell the throat closer Oreos.
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: The throat closer.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: We just we have like dairy and and fish and uh I think shellfish, uh, yeah, uh wheat, so all that.
- 28:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, peanuts, tree nuts.
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: And we just put it all in there.
- 28:17SPEAKER_01: It wouldn't be illegal.
- 28:19SPEAKER_02: You know, it would not be illegal to put all those things in there.
- 28:22SPEAKER_02: First off, I think it would taste pretty shitty if like you combined all these flavors.
- 28:27SPEAKER_02: It's not gonna taste good.
- 28:29SPEAKER_02: And also, so many people can't have it.
- 28:32SPEAKER_02: Just like so, so many people can't have it.
- 28:35SPEAKER_02: And it feels like we're doing it just as a fuck you to those people to be like, no, you can't have this.
- 28:40SPEAKER_02: And you know what?
- 28:41SPEAKER_02: They'd be like, I actually don't want that anchovy fucking weak debauchery.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: Thank you very much, Liam.
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: They can have it once.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: They can you can yeah, and people now just once they're just like Pippin can have the microphone.
- 28:58SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, I didn't even notice.
- 29:00SPEAKER_02: We've got a wild animal.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: Hey, can I can I can I speak?
- 29:04SPEAKER_00: Can I speak?
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: No.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, maybe they're on their deathbed and they want to finally taste all these things.
- 29:11SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: Like you give a dog a bunch of chocolate right before you put it down.
- 29:16SPEAKER_02: Something like that.
- 29:18SPEAKER_02: Let us know, people who have allergies.
- 29:21SPEAKER_02: Would you like the all-death Oreo that has just all of the allergens in it?
- 29:26SPEAKER_02: Again, it wouldn't taste good, but if you were like dying and then you were just like, give me one of those Oreos before I go, I want to know what it tastes like.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be a novelty product.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, the the Lester's fixing soda from Rocket Fizz, where they've got ranch flavor.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: So this is the all allergen Oreo is gonna be sold at Rocket Fizz.
- 29:47SPEAKER_01: And okay, the the package will be like, you know, it's it's a skull and crossbones and a radiation symbol and and all that, where it's it's like don't have this uh if you don't want to die.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: So Nabisco's still selling this, correct?
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: Or they're just fucking handing this off to someone else and allowing them to sell under the Oreo name.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: We uh yeah, I because they can't package this in a real right turn, like a real sharp in 180 for them.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: They also they can't they can't produce this in a factory where they make regular Oreos anyway.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: There because then I mean all of their things.
- 30:25SPEAKER_02: This idea you came up with is nothing but problems.
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: There is like no silver lining to it at all.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: It is all just bad, which is if for the bit, again, quite funny.
- 30:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and so I enjoy that.
- 30:37SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it's all problems.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: That's what the Oreo should be called.
- 30:40SPEAKER_02: Oops, all problems.
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: Oops, all problems.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: I see, but the thing is, I think every product we've ever pitched on this show has set out to make life worse for someone somehow.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: At least in a at least in mildly.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: I mean now the nutrition bucket is not making life worse.
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: It's certainly making it less dignified.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: Is it making it less worse when people are out at like the movies and they're like, but they've got this giant bucket on their face as they're trying to watch their movie?
- 31:07SPEAKER_02: Is it?
- 31:07SPEAKER_02: I feel like it's making their life a little worse.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: Look, that's probably still better than the people that are on their phones.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: Mind you, it's a bucket that has a speaker on the side of it that says good girl while you eat out of it.
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: Again, I'm pretty sure you came up with this and that part.
- 31:21SPEAKER_02: And I think we're gonna have to do a little R D well before.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: Somebody look through and figure that out because it's it's in there somewhere.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: I want to hear Liam saying it.
- 31:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't.
- 31:35SPEAKER_02: I really don't.
- 31:36SPEAKER_02: I feel like a few things I feel confident in.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this um the nutrition bucket, yeah, it may be convenient, but I just I don't know if there's a lot of dignity left after you've eaten out of a five-gallon PVC bucket while watching the Avengers with without your hands.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: Welcome to one of the top-rated fitness and health podcasts on Apple and Spotify in moderation.
- 32:00SPEAKER_01: I think all of us have had news coverage at one point or another, haven't we?
- 32:05SPEAKER_02: Yes, uh, to some degree or another.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: I was on NPR.
- 32:09SPEAKER_02: I think that counts.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, NPR absolutely counts.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: I was on the news when I won a poetry thing in grade six.
- 32:19SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 32:20SPEAKER_02: Let's go recite it by memory right now.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: Do it.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: This is cat.
- 32:24SPEAKER_00: Cat as hat.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: Cat not like that.
- 32:26SPEAKER_02: I'm beginning to think this is fabricated.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 32:30SPEAKER_01: Were you on the news for a crime about this?
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Like, did they did they prosecute you for how poor that was?
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: Or the picture was his mug shot.
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: Oh, look at Pippin.
- 32:40SPEAKER_01: Pippin's having a great time right now.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: I will just distract you with cat.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: That's how I won.
- 32:45SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: That's a good guy right there.
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: That's a really good guy.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 32:49SPEAKER_02: You know who else was a good guy?
- 32:51SPEAKER_02: Not John Delaureate, because really he did a bunch of things that were just so were not good at all.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: But he Not proven.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: Not proven.
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: There was a court case about it, but it was not proven.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so it's I mean he's he's dead now, so it's I don't know if I I does libel still count?
- 33:14SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: Anyway, I I I heard that uh Thomas Jefferson committed a lot of tax fraud.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: What's he gonna do?
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: Sue me?
- 33:21SPEAKER_02: Oh, right, right, because he he'd been dead.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he's been dead.
- 33:25SPEAKER_00: Can the estate of a deceased oh yeah?
- 33:32SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 33:32SPEAKER_02: Well, it always always is.
- 33:35SPEAKER_02: Because that's the same.
- 33:36SPEAKER_00: Literally, as I was typing that, it came up with can the estate of a deceased person sue for defamation?
- 33:41SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 33:42SPEAKER_02: I think a lot of people are just curious about this.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: Once a person dies, they legally no longer have a living reputation to damage, meaning an estate cannot file a brand new claim for libel or slander.
- 33:52SPEAKER_02: Oh, so we could just lay into dead people.
- 33:55SPEAKER_01: Let's do it.
- 33:56SPEAKER_01: The the roast of do the comedy central roast of all these dead people.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: This is this is gonna be a hit, by the way.
- 34:03SPEAKER_01: I think everyone's really gonna like this.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: This will be something where everyone's like, why do you want to do that?
- 34:06SPEAKER_02: Wait till we get to like Benjamin Franklin.
- 34:08SPEAKER_02: There's just so much content.
- 34:10SPEAKER_02: It'd be very difficult.
- 34:11SPEAKER_01: Oh, there are people I I've heard there are people just waiting to hear him get drilled into.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: I guess there's a lot of Benjamin Frank, people who are a little sore about Benny out there.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: Just want him to be able to do that.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: Is that what the song Benny and the Jets is about?
- 34:23unknown: Yeah.
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Benjamin Franklin, yeah.
- 34:25SPEAKER_02: That's why there's that whole line in Benny and the Jets about a key flying and electricity.
- 34:30SPEAKER_02: Remember that one?
- 34:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's weird.
- 34:33SPEAKER_02: A lot of people didn't pick up on that.
- 34:35SPEAKER_02: I had figured out what that song was about.
- 34:36SPEAKER_02: Now I know.
- 34:36SPEAKER_02: A lot of people didn't you're not alone.
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: Most people didn't pick up on that.
- 34:40SPEAKER_02: It's fine.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: He actually, all of his songs were written about founding fathers.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: It was really strange.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: Start to finish.
- 34:48SPEAKER_01: That seems yeah, that seems pretty strange, especially since he's British.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he's British.
- 34:53SPEAKER_02: So it everyone was like, why really loved American history for some reason?
- 34:56SPEAKER_02: It was very strange.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: Just like, okay, releasing a song.
- 35:01SPEAKER_01: I mean, you gotta write about something, right?
- 35:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 35:04SPEAKER_01: Well, so wait, uh until next episode rockabout.
- 35:09unknown: What?
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: Wait, what's up?
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: Which founding father is Crocodile Rockabout?
- 35:14SPEAKER_01: Uh I think that was a Teddy Roosevelt one.
- 35:16SPEAKER_01: He was a big conservation guy.
- 35:18SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 35:19SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 35:19SPEAKER_02: Let's go with that one.
- 35:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 35:20SPEAKER_02: Either that or Franklin Kiss.
- 35:22SPEAKER_02: I don't remember.
- 35:23SPEAKER_02: It was one of the two.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: Well.
- 35:25SPEAKER_02: But yeah, until next time.
- 35:27SPEAKER_02: Better than a dead president that we slandered because it doesn't matter.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: Hi, everybody.
- 35:33SPEAKER_01: It's one-third of the in moderation team.
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: Mike Needs a Plan, also known as Mike Needs a Plan.
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: We recorded this episode on Back to the Future Day, which is a day that Liam has no concept of because he has never seen the film.
- 35:49SPEAKER_01: And he has committed his life to not seeing the film because it is admittedly a really good bit.
- 35:56SPEAKER_01: I hope everybody is Oh, he's here.
- 36:00SPEAKER_01: Hey Liam.
- 36:02SPEAKER_01: Well, that just ruined the bit.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: The bit about us not being there.
- 36:07SPEAKER_02: I couldn't help myself.
- 36:09SPEAKER_02: It was too funny.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: And it has now become the three of us once again.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: Well, if only I could go back in time.
- 36:27SPEAKER_02: How would you do that though?
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: I don't even understand.
- 36:31SPEAKER_01: You could never understand.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: And scene.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: Good night, everybody.
- 36:38SPEAKER_01: Be kind.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: Rewind.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Back to the future.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: And remember future past day, which Mike didn't.
- 36:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
