Healthy Choice Wellness Corp., parent of Ellwood Thompson’s, is merging with private data center giant Host Digital Infrastructure via a reverse merger — letting Host Digital go public without the usual IPO hassle. The combined entity will keep running both grocery stores and Oklahoma data centers, using data center profits to fuel grocery growth. Host Digital’s owners will control 96% of the new company, which will trade as HOST and be led by Host’s current CEO — all set to close by mid-September.
