- 0:37Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan.

- 0:59Speaker 5: I am your official fill in host as I always am,
- 1:02Speaker 5: certainly this evening, but Wayne will be back sitting right
- 1:04Speaker 5: in this big seat tomorrow night.
- 1:06Speaker 4: So you can all get all happy with that.
- 1:08Speaker 5: There's a bunch of people watching, tons of people watching
- 1:11Speaker 5: on x lots of people watching on Getter Untamednation dot com.
- 1:14Speaker 4: You can watch there as well. Root for America dot
- 1:17Speaker 4: com is the website. Of course.
- 1:19Speaker 5: All the great terrestrial radio stations from one coast to
- 1:22Speaker 5: another have us on right now. So I've been doing
- 1:26Speaker 5: mornings in Connecticut, as I've said before, for about twenty years,
- 1:29Speaker 5: believe it or not.
- 1:30Speaker 4: It seems impossible.
- 1:30Speaker 5: I'm only twenty nine years old, but I have been
- 1:32Speaker 5: doing Mornings for twenty years and one of my all
- 1:36Speaker 5: time favorite guests joins me each and every Monday, and
- 1:40Speaker 5: I'd be doing a disservice to the nation if I
- 1:42Speaker 5: didn't ask for him to come on for a little
- 1:45Speaker 5: bit on these national broadcasts. He's forty years of military excellence.
- 1:50Speaker 5: Thirty years he served in the United States military, and
- 1:54Speaker 5: nobody knows more about this stuff than he does.
- 1:57Speaker 4: He comes through the Heritage Foundation. His name is Colonel Stephen.
- 2:00Speaker 5: Colonel good afternoon, brother, Thanks for coming on.
- 2:03Speaker 4: It's good to see. I appreciate it.
- 2:07Speaker 6: Oh, it's always my pleasurely love doing the show with you.
- 2:10Speaker 4: All Right, So I threw you an email.
- 2:11Speaker 5: You know, we don't usually talk about this, but I
- 2:13Speaker 5: was driving in tonight and I kept sort of kept
- 2:17Speaker 5: rocking around in my brain about the deep State. And
- 2:19Speaker 5: I don't know how deep you want to get into this.
- 2:21Speaker 5: We don't have to get that deep into it if
- 2:22Speaker 5: you don't want to. But I kept saying to myself, Okay,
- 2:25Speaker 5: So there was a promise that we were going to
- 2:28Speaker 5: get a list in Epstein List and then you know,
- 2:31Speaker 5: they did a one eighty on this, and I'm rooting.
- 2:33Speaker 5: I'm rooting hard for Trump, but this is bothering me.
- 2:35Speaker 5: So it seems like this kind of goes hand in
- 2:38Speaker 5: hand with other stuff that we're just supposed to conveniently
- 2:40Speaker 5: forget things that happen. And a lot of people point
- 2:44Speaker 5: to this potentially imaginary deep state, just your thirty thousand
- 2:49Speaker 5: foot view of the deep state?
- 2:50Speaker 4: Does it exist?
- 2:51Speaker 6: Colonel Well, I'm not normally a conspiracy theory guy, you
- 2:59Speaker 6: know that. But you know, you've got to admit there's
- 3:02Speaker 6: people out there in the government clearly who disagree, you
- 3:07Speaker 6: know not. You know, like you and I might disagree
- 3:09Speaker 6: with one deal here or one deal there with President
- 3:12Speaker 6: Trump and his administration, but there's a bunch of people
- 3:17Speaker 6: working in a federal government who would disagree with everything
- 3:21Speaker 6: President Trump wants to do. And you know, you look
- 3:25Speaker 6: back at the Vinman brothers. You know, one of them
- 3:29Speaker 6: is a congressman. Now, those guys thought they had the
- 3:34Speaker 6: right as lower level functionaries, and I have to tell
- 3:38Speaker 6: you that, you know, the one Vinmen was a lieutenant colonel,
- 3:42Speaker 6: did the same kind of work that I did, worked
- 3:44Speaker 6: as a regional specialist. He somehow thought his opinion about
- 3:50Speaker 6: the Ukraine was far more relevant than the elected president
- 3:55Speaker 6: of the United States, and that he had a right
- 3:59Speaker 6: to try and and hamstring this guy and get him
- 4:02Speaker 6: impeached because he had the turmidity to disagree with this
- 4:07Speaker 6: fat lieutenant colonel who wasn't even serving with troops anymore.
- 4:12Speaker 6: You know, I'm sorry that that's just wrong. But there's
- 4:15Speaker 6: a lot of people like that all across the federal government,
- 4:19Speaker 6: and that's the deep state. Now, is it all tied together?
- 4:23Speaker 6: Is it, you know, a conspiracy kind of thing. Chances
- 4:27Speaker 6: are not, but you know, there could be elements of that,
- 4:30Speaker 6: But there's at the most benign. There's a ton of
- 4:34Speaker 6: folks in there trying to stop President Trump from doing
- 4:38Speaker 6: the things he's doing that we elected him to do. So,
- 4:44Speaker 6: you know, it's difficult. You can't. You know, we've seen
- 4:48Speaker 6: a lot of meat cleaver like moves since President Trump's
- 4:51Speaker 6: gotten in office, a lot of them I've liked. But
- 4:55Speaker 6: you can't do that with everything. You have to use
- 4:57Speaker 6: a scalpel now and then, and that's going to make
- 5:00Speaker 6: some of us who are expecting immediate you know, X
- 5:04Speaker 6: size and of that cancer. It goes a little slower
- 5:08Speaker 6: than we think it's going to tick us off. I
- 5:11Speaker 6: would caution supporters of President Trump, don't don't cut and run. Now,
- 5:17Speaker 6: let this run out. I think it's getting better, but
- 5:21Speaker 6: you know, will it be perfect? No, it wasn't perfect
- 5:24Speaker 6: under Ronald Reagan either. We thought Ronald Reagan was going
- 5:28Speaker 6: to was like the Messiah was going to change everything.
- 5:31Speaker 6: It's really hard to change stuff in our government. And uh,
- 5:34Speaker 6: you know, I just saw a thing that the Department
- 5:38Speaker 6: of Justice has now started open an investigation into John
- 5:42Speaker 6: Brennan and uh, I'm drawing a blank. What's the former
- 5:47Speaker 6: FBI Komy FBI director. That's a good start. Those are
- 5:52Speaker 6: two big important guys who did some shifty things when
- 5:58Speaker 6: they shouldn't have. May be that wheel will start to turn,
- 6:01Speaker 6: that's what we're all hoping for. But be patient. There's resistance,
- 6:07Speaker 6: but we got a lot of momentum on our side.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Colonel Stephen Buci with US Heritage Foundation, we get him
- 6:13Speaker 5: through there. You can read some of the stuff he's written.
- 6:15Speaker 5: Just go to Heritage dot org and find it there.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Let me spin back to some of the things going
- 6:20Speaker 5: on here in this country before I go overseas. So
- 6:25Speaker 5: the Democrats were all about masks for the longest time.
- 6:28Speaker 5: Now they hate masks because they happen to be on
- 6:30Speaker 5: our ice agents who are trying to protect their identities
- 6:33Speaker 5: because they're clearly now are people out there trying to
- 6:35Speaker 5: kill them, Colonel.
- 6:37Speaker 4: And you know we've got them.
- 6:38Speaker 5: There's an attack, multiple attacks, now I'm assuming do you
- 6:42Speaker 5: think there are coordinated? And now we have ten people
- 6:44Speaker 5: who've been arrested. But it does seem like these attacks
- 6:47Speaker 5: on ice agents are somewhat coordinated and sophisticated, right, it's.
- 6:55Speaker 6: At least coordinated. You know, in a military recall of
- 6:59Speaker 6: tactic level, the local level, it doesn't take a lot
- 7:03Speaker 6: of organization across the country to do it, because you know,
- 7:07Speaker 6: everybody's watching the news. It's not hard for groups all
- 7:12Speaker 6: across the country to pick up the signals and say, hey,
- 7:16Speaker 6: we ought to be doing this too, and then they
- 7:19Speaker 6: go for it. So it's you know, you don't have
- 7:21Speaker 6: to have you know, the what they call the mastermind
- 7:25Speaker 6: at the top of the heap, with the big giant
- 7:27Speaker 6: brain given orders to every one of the foot soldiers. Today,
- 7:32Speaker 6: it's pretty easy for some low level folks get together
- 7:36Speaker 6: say hey, look, what's happening. They did it out in California.
- 7:39Speaker 6: We can do it here. Let's go for it. We
- 7:42Speaker 6: can kill some of these guys. It's scary, but it's
- 7:47Speaker 6: it's It doesn't require a mastermind to put that together.
- 7:51Speaker 6: It just requires some people communicating on the internet. And
- 7:54Speaker 6: they do that all the time.
- 7:57Speaker 4: You had mentioned.
- 7:59Speaker 5: Ukraine and previously, and Trump now sort of has spun
- 8:02Speaker 5: a little bit back to the national security issues. He's
- 8:05Speaker 5: spun a little bit now and he's gonna give them,
- 8:08Speaker 5: i think, ten Patriot missiles. He's going to give them
- 8:11Speaker 5: some weaponry to defend themselves. Russia attack them again with
- 8:15Speaker 5: a massive drone strike.
- 8:17Speaker 4: If you will.
- 8:19Speaker 5: What does that mean? This sole maneuverment by Trump? How
- 8:22Speaker 5: do you see this play it out?
- 8:26Speaker 6: You know, everybody they always get upset with Trump because
- 8:30Speaker 6: he's so transparent. You know, he thought he could convince
- 8:34Speaker 6: everybody to get peace and to have some accommodation there.
- 8:38Speaker 6: So he played hardcore with Ukraine. Some of us disagreed
- 8:44Speaker 6: with that. We thought he should have stayed in support
- 8:47Speaker 6: of Ukraine. Others did not. Others think we shouldn't do
- 8:49Speaker 6: anything anywhere in the world. But in that Trump felt
- 8:53Speaker 6: he could reach out to Putin and gat him to
- 8:56Speaker 6: change his mind. I think he's come to the conclusion
- 9:00Speaker 6: that that if it's possible at all, it's a really,
- 9:03Speaker 6: really dim possibility, and he's starting to shift how he
- 9:07Speaker 6: does it. You know. It's like the the Iranians. He
- 9:10Speaker 6: gave the Iranians some time said look, we could do
- 9:13Speaker 6: this easy or we can do it hard. I recommend
- 9:16Speaker 6: you do it easy. But if not, it's going to
- 9:19Speaker 6: get hard real fast. And it got done faster than
- 9:22Speaker 6: we thought. I think Putin may soon be facing the
- 9:27Speaker 6: same sort of choice. That's no insider information, that's just bouchie,
- 9:33Speaker 6: you know, trying to read the tea leaves. But this,
- 9:36Speaker 6: this new announcement about giving him the patriots is significant.
- 9:42Speaker 6: That's a pretty effective system, as the Israelis know. And
- 9:47Speaker 6: now if Putin is stupid enough to push Trump and
- 9:52Speaker 6: think he can roll him the way he did President
- 9:57Speaker 6: George W. Bush, Obama and Biden, I think he's going
- 10:03Speaker 6: to realize again, as he did during the first Trump administration,
- 10:07Speaker 6: that's not as easy to do. He's pushing his luck
- 10:11Speaker 6: here and he may find out that there's a cost
- 10:14Speaker 6: for it.
- 10:14Speaker 5: So there seems to be a much better relationship at
- 10:17Speaker 5: least there was between Trump and and Putin. But but
- 10:21Speaker 5: I mean, I would assume that if Trump continues to
- 10:24Speaker 5: arm the Ukrainians, that would seriously jeopardize whatever pseudo friendship
- 10:29Speaker 5: that they would have. And you know, at what point
- 10:32Speaker 5: do you think Putin would then just sort of turn
- 10:35Speaker 5: his back on the United States and say this is
- 10:38Speaker 5: you know, we're doing what we're doing over here, but
- 10:40Speaker 5: we don't really care about what you say anymore.
- 10:44Speaker 6: You know, I think Putin's already done that. You know,
- 10:46Speaker 6: he's he thought, you know, because Trump was reaching out,
- 10:50Speaker 6: because Trump was, you know, putting his hand on Zelenski's
- 10:54Speaker 6: chest and saying, it's just standing back, buddy, let me
- 10:57Speaker 6: work this, that that was a go ahead for him,
- 11:00Speaker 6: him to do all these extra things he's been doing.
- 11:03Speaker 6: I think he's going to realize real quickly that was
- 11:06Speaker 6: a bad assessment of what Trump was trying to do.
- 11:09Speaker 6: He was really thought he could get these guys to
- 11:12Speaker 6: talk and stop the killing. He doesn't like wars. He
- 11:16Speaker 6: doesn't you want to see that. It's wasteful, it's expensive,
- 11:20Speaker 6: it's stupid. But you know, I don't think Putin is
- 11:24Speaker 6: in a mood to negotiates. He's kind of a thick head.
- 11:29Speaker 5: Colonel, Can you stick around one more break for us?
- 11:33Speaker 5: I can, all right, Greg, We'll come right back more
- 11:35Speaker 5: with Colonel Stephen Bouchie. We'll get into the Pacific Grim

- 15:07Speaker 5: All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are back. This is
- 15:09Speaker 5: the root Reaction. My name is Lee Elsie, the Voice
- 15:12Speaker 5: Oh Freedom. My special guest here this segment is Colonel
- 15:15Speaker 5: Steven Bucci, and Colonel we don't have a lot of time,
- 15:17Speaker 5: so I'm gonna.
- 15:17Speaker 8: Throw two topics at you real quick.
- 15:20Speaker 4: One.
- 15:21Speaker 5: We sort of talked about this before on the Morning Show,
- 15:24Speaker 5: but the past has seen significant budgetary cuts and even
- 15:30Speaker 5: there was a Heritage Foundation did a piece that we
- 15:32Speaker 5: really weren't ready in some areas, in particular as far
- 15:36Speaker 5: as the Navy goes. If tomorrow China invades Taiwan, are
- 15:41Speaker 5: we ready to go? Are we ready to defend Taiwan?
- 15:45Speaker 5: Would we defend Taiwan? I know that's a very general question,
- 15:48Speaker 5: but just just our thoughts on the Pacific rim.
- 15:53Speaker 6: I think we're ready to go. Are we as robust
- 15:58Speaker 6: as we would like to be? No, we like to
- 16:02Speaker 6: go into a fight with an overwhelming dominant power because
- 16:08Speaker 6: it's easier to win that way and you have less fatalities,
- 16:11Speaker 6: less problems with your own side. We're not at that
- 16:17Speaker 6: level right now. Everything we have is better than what
- 16:21Speaker 6: the Chinese have, but there's they got, like, you know,
- 16:26Speaker 6: not ten submarines for one of ours. So even if
- 16:30Speaker 6: you think our submarines are ten times better, which is
- 16:34Speaker 6: probably a good estimate, that means we're dead. Even we
- 16:37Speaker 6: don't like dead even fights. So could we yes, would we?
- 16:43Speaker 6: I believe we would with this president. Will we win?
- 16:48Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 16:48Speaker 6: I think we will. But is it going to be
- 16:50Speaker 6: more costly than it might be otherwise? Sadly, yes, that's
- 16:54Speaker 6: the answer.
- 16:55Speaker 5: We've talked about this second topic on the show a lot,
- 16:59Speaker 5: sort of on the outside skirts of it. But you're
- 17:01Speaker 5: an expert in cybersecurity, you're an expert in a lot
- 17:03Speaker 5: of this stuff. And open AI won a two hundred
- 17:07Speaker 5: million dollar US defense contract. Now two hundred million dollars
- 17:11Speaker 5: makes a lot of people's eyes open up. A two
- 17:12Speaker 5: hundred million dollars as far as the military contract probably
- 17:15Speaker 5: isn't that much, but it's you know, step one to
- 17:19Speaker 5: eventually AI being a I think a huge part of
- 17:23Speaker 5: the military decision making.
- 17:25Speaker 4: How do you feel about that?
- 17:27Speaker 6: Uh? You know how I feel is almost irrelevant. It's
- 17:32Speaker 6: like everything else in the digital realm. It's happening whether
- 17:36Speaker 6: we want it to or not. It's how we manage it,
- 17:40Speaker 6: how we oversee it that makes a difference. We cannot
- 17:43Speaker 6: be cavalier about this. This stuff could go sideways if
- 17:48Speaker 6: it's owned by somebody else, you know, inside the you know,
- 17:53Speaker 6: the makings of it and the systems. It could be
- 17:58Speaker 6: very dangerous and it could eat us a lot if
- 18:00Speaker 6: it's not. If we control it, if we manage it properly,
- 18:04Speaker 6: it can be helpful on the most simple levelly. AI
- 18:09Speaker 6: is already being used. You know, we watched the whole
- 18:13Speaker 6: iron dome thing going that runs on AI. You know,
- 18:17Speaker 6: a missile gets shot somewhere on the bad guy side.
- 18:21Speaker 6: The radars read it, determine the trajectory, the AI advises
- 18:27Speaker 6: the shooters, Yeah, fire or missile against it, because that
- 18:31Speaker 6: one is going to land in a bad place, or
- 18:34Speaker 6: you don't need to shoot it. That one it's going
- 18:36Speaker 6: to go land in the middle of the desert. Who cares?
- 18:38Speaker 6: That's all AI driven. What we're talking about now is
- 18:42Speaker 6: expanding that even more so. Lots of good to be had,
- 18:47Speaker 6: but a potential for a lot of mischief that requires
- 18:50Speaker 6: oversight and seriousness. We can't take this, you know, kind of early,
- 18:56Speaker 6: and I.
- 18:56Speaker 5: Guess the fear would be that we lose complete control
- 18:59Speaker 5: because in that particular scenario that you pointed out, if
- 19:02Speaker 5: AI decided, well, we're not going to shoot back, we're
- 19:05Speaker 5: not going to shoot down what's coming our way, I mean,
- 19:07Speaker 5: we have to have ultimate, ultimate, final way to actually
- 19:11Speaker 5: turn it off, wouldn't we?
- 19:14Speaker 6: Yeah, you do. Look, they don't. Our leadership in our system,
- 19:21Speaker 6: I think holds the controls too tightly. You know, they
- 19:26Speaker 6: want to have somebody sitting at a desk in Washington
- 19:29Speaker 6: making all the decisions. As a former commander in the field,
- 19:32Speaker 6: I don't like that. I want to have some control
- 19:34Speaker 6: out there myself. I don't think if they won't turn
- 19:38Speaker 6: it over to humans, I don't think they're going to
- 19:40Speaker 6: turn it over lockstock and barrel to a bunch of computers.
- 19:44Speaker 6: I hope I'm right. I trust the humans. I want
- 19:47Speaker 6: the humans as enabled by those digital means as possible,
- 19:52Speaker 6: But ultimately, the decision to kill or not to kill
- 19:56Speaker 6: should always be controlled by a human.
- 19:58Speaker 5: Colonel Stephen Bootsy is is Heritage dot org. You can

- 22:38Speaker 5: website will broadcast Wayne show at the top of the
- 22:41Speaker 5: page between six pm and eight pm Eastern Standard time
- 22:45Speaker 5: every single day.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Joining me right now.
- 22:48Speaker 5: So I'm lucky from time to time here in the
- 22:51Speaker 5: state of Connecticut. Like I said, I'm a morning show
- 22:53Speaker 5: host in Connecticut, but every once in a while I'm
- 22:56Speaker 5: served up a special guest that becomes a regular. And
- 23:00Speaker 5: this gentleman has become agler on my show here in Connecticut.
- 23:04Speaker 5: He is a former Connecticut Superior Court judge who has
- 23:09Speaker 5: gave up the bench. He's retired and now he's a
- 23:11Speaker 5: master litigator looking for truth. To call him the truth Seeker.
- 23:15Speaker 5: His name is Judge John Nazarro and he joins the
- 23:18Speaker 5: Root reaction. Now, Judge, how are you doing, buddy?
- 23:22Speaker 9: I'm doing well tonight. Thanks so much for having me.
- 23:24Speaker 9: Glad to be here.
- 23:25Speaker 5: I appreciate you coming on and carving out some time.
- 23:27Speaker 5: So I couldn't wait to get a chance to talk
- 23:29Speaker 5: to you. So I'll start with New Hampshire because the
- 23:33Speaker 5: case tomorrow taking up whether Trump can block birthright citizenship.
- 23:40Speaker 5: You know, this is a very polarizing. It's become a
- 23:42Speaker 5: partisan topic. So what's your take on this.
- 23:49Speaker 10: Yeah, it's a tough one. So tomorrow the Supreme Court
- 23:51Speaker 10: we'll take up this issue. And I don't think the
- 23:55Speaker 10: Trump administration is going to be successful on this one.
- 23:57Speaker 10: The Constitution provides that you have a birthright. If you
- 24:01Speaker 10: are connected to an individual and you're born in the
- 24:05Speaker 10: States and they are you get the citizenship by virtue
- 24:10Speaker 10: of the constitution. What happens, So this is one of
- 24:13Speaker 10: the losses I expect the Trump administration to have.
- 24:16Speaker 9: But the Trump.
- 24:17Speaker 10: Administration has been racking up win after win, and it's
- 24:21Speaker 10: a success for federalism and frankly slap in the States
- 24:25Speaker 10: right in the mouth because they keep trying to encroach
- 24:28Speaker 10: upon executive authority and the decisions keep coming down that
- 24:32Speaker 10: the president has the authority not only to regulate immigration,
- 24:37Speaker 10: but certainly to regulate staff in the federal government. The
- 24:40Speaker 10: firings are being held up, So it should be interesting tomorrow,
- 24:44Speaker 10: But I don't expect the Trump administration to prevail in
- 24:47Speaker 10: the New Hampshire case.
- 24:48Speaker 5: So with that being said, I mean, is Trump trying
- 24:53Speaker 5: to argue on the fact that the birthright scenario is
- 24:56Speaker 5: if it's a birthright from somebody who's an illegal sit
- 25:00Speaker 5: and that then makes them illegal or is it just
- 25:03Speaker 5: the idea that he blankets everybody. If you're born here,
- 25:07Speaker 5: that doesn't matter. I mean, can you explain that for everybody?
- 25:12Speaker 10: I think he's trying to nullify what it seems to
- 25:14Speaker 10: be clear in the Constitution, and that is, if you
- 25:17Speaker 10: are born here, you have that right. That is the
- 25:20Speaker 10: birthright that we have traditionally held, and he's trying to
- 25:23Speaker 10: change that. And I do believe it would be a change.
- 25:25Speaker 10: So I don't think he's going to succeed. And whatever
- 25:29Speaker 10: the status of the parent illegal, et cetera. If you
- 25:32Speaker 10: are birthed in the United States on terra firma, it
- 25:35Speaker 10: has been the case law that you are a citizen.
- 25:38Speaker 9: I don't think that's going to change.
- 25:40Speaker 5: But how would that affect Let's say, for it, let's
- 25:42Speaker 5: hypothetical he were to win this right.
- 25:43Speaker 4: So and you say he's not going to.
- 25:45Speaker 5: I take your judgment on it, but you know, for them,
- 25:48Speaker 5: best case scenario, they were to win this. Two parents
- 25:51Speaker 5: have a child in Iowa. Is that person how does
- 25:53Speaker 5: that person become a citizen in that case.
- 25:57Speaker 10: Well, if the child is born. See that's where the
- 26:01Speaker 10: rights come from. In areenable rights regards the saddest of
- 26:05Speaker 10: the parent. I think about the implications. There are thousands
- 26:10Speaker 10: and thousands, and the reality is the court will consider
- 26:13Speaker 10: these policy implications, the practicality of millions. We're talking millions
- 26:18Speaker 10: of individuals who theoretically could be shipped out of here,
- 26:22Speaker 10: who were born here, raised here, and besides being I
- 26:26Speaker 10: think a harsh result, I just don't think it's going
- 26:29Speaker 10: to be supported by our case law and the Constitution.
- 26:32Speaker 5: Okay, again, Judge John Tizarro is joining us. We moved
- 26:36Speaker 5: from that to court orders about nationwide injunctions. And you
- 26:41Speaker 5: can couple that, I guess, together with lower courts looking
- 26:44Speaker 5: to do the end runs on the Supreme Court, and
- 26:47Speaker 5: I guess they were strike struck down a couple of
- 26:49Speaker 5: different things here in the last day or so.
- 26:51Speaker 4: One in Pataio. I had it in front of me,
- 26:53Speaker 4: but now it's gone.
- 26:54Speaker 5: But had to do with churches, I guess, and being
- 26:58Speaker 5: able to actually endorse a candidate.
- 27:01Speaker 4: What's going on with some of that stuff.
- 27:05Speaker 10: Well, you know, again, I think that the federal court
- 27:08Speaker 10: is supporting the administration on this one, and the States
- 27:12Speaker 10: are going to have a tough time. It's this constant
- 27:14Speaker 10: clash of executive authority versus the states authorities. The States
- 27:19Speaker 10: are sticking their nose in immigration and the injunctions.
- 27:22Speaker 9: You can't have an injunction.
- 27:24Speaker 10: The Supreme Court is made clear that's going to have
- 27:27Speaker 10: a nationwide effect. In doing so, the court carved out exceptions,
- 27:31Speaker 10: and what you're seeing are lawsuits that are being filed
- 27:33Speaker 10: by the American Civil Liberties Union seeking class action status. Now,
- 27:38Speaker 10: there is a rule twenty three that defines what is
- 27:40Speaker 10: class action. It has to have common facts and consequences.
- 27:45Speaker 10: And the argument by the Trump administration is that the
- 27:48Speaker 10: litigation that's being filed, they're cobbling together individuals without common interest.
- 27:54Speaker 10: And that's going to be the challenge. You know, give
- 27:56Speaker 10: give an exception, and the district courts are going to
- 27:59Speaker 10: race to it like a fullback going to the you know,
- 28:02Speaker 10: the three hole, trying to get that extra yardage. So
- 28:06Speaker 10: this is understandable, and it's one after the other. This
- 28:09Speaker 10: reminds me of hole. You've heard that metaphor, before.
- 28:12Speaker 9: He wins some, he loses some. The district court is
- 28:15Speaker 9: trying to do an end run.
- 28:18Speaker 10: And there was the Attorney General in Florida, I believe,
- 28:21Speaker 10: was held in contempt for defying a federal judge's order.
- 28:25Speaker 10: And you have some district courts saying we're not going
- 28:28Speaker 10: to follow the law. Well, that's a problem. We have
- 28:30Speaker 10: to respect the law. We have to respect the ruins
- 28:32Speaker 10: by the highest court.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Normally, when the ACLU gets involved, at what level are
- 28:36Speaker 5: they throwing.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Their class actions at? It's not It doesn't start at
- 28:40Speaker 4: the Supreme Court, does it.
- 28:43Speaker 10: No.
- 28:43Speaker 9: In fact, what.
- 28:44Speaker 10: They're doing is filing these actions in the district court.
- 28:47Speaker 10: But you know they have resources, they have organization. I
- 28:51Speaker 10: was a member many many years ago, and with the
- 28:53Speaker 10: American civilis Union, you have the state Civil Liberties unions,
- 28:57Speaker 10: you have a war chefs, and you have a lot
- 28:59Speaker 10: of brain power. And so they're they're getting great lawyers
- 29:03Speaker 10: together to challenge this. And again, if they can make
- 29:06Speaker 10: that exception, the Supreme Court carve that out. We're not
- 29:10Speaker 10: going to enforce a district court making a nationwide injunction,
- 29:13Speaker 10: but we're going to make an exception if there's a
- 29:16Speaker 10: class action, and my particular firm in Connecticut, leven Rohot's
- 29:20Speaker 10: Camas are on wreck. We do pursue these types of
- 29:23Speaker 10: actions in multi district litigation, where you gather together a
- 29:27Speaker 10: lot of plaintiffs with the same type of claims, the
- 29:30Speaker 10: same aggrievement, the same statutes, and with that common purpose
- 29:34Speaker 10: you try to take the hill and accomplish your goal.
- 29:37Speaker 9: And of a Liberties Union has got.
- 29:39Speaker 5: The I'm sorry, I don't mean to interrupt you. I
- 29:45Speaker 5: lost his audio. Guys, is he still there? I lost
- 29:49Speaker 5: the judge's audio. Yeah, there you go. Now you're back.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Sorry about that, Judge. I just wanted to throw this
- 29:54Speaker 5: in there and you can continue. We lost like the
- 29:56Speaker 5: last ten seconds of what you said. But from time
- 29:58Speaker 5: to time, like you might get, I'm going to get
- 30:00Speaker 5: a postcard in the mail that says, if you want
- 30:03Speaker 5: to be included in this class action suit, then you
- 30:06Speaker 5: sign here and blah blah blah. I mean, can you
- 30:09Speaker 5: explain a little bit of that to the listeners out
- 30:11Speaker 5: there who may have gotten a postcard like that? And
- 30:14Speaker 5: then if you do sign off on that, do you
- 30:16Speaker 5: waive your rights to sue later on?
- 30:18Speaker 4: How does that work?
- 30:21Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 30:21Speaker 10: And just a clarification. I'm not a justice of the
- 30:23Speaker 10: Supreme Court, but i am a judge. I see the
- 30:26Speaker 10: line below. I'm a judge of the Connecticut judge of
- 30:28Speaker 10: the Superior Court retired. So when you get those cards
- 30:31Speaker 10: in the mail, these class actions, what it's about. They're
- 30:34Speaker 10: for peanuts, right, you can get this recovery. You can
- 30:37Speaker 10: decide to join. If you don't join, your box out,
- 30:39Speaker 10: you are without a remedy. And what These are completely
- 30:43Speaker 10: different types of cases, So try not to get confused
- 30:47Speaker 10: with those mailers. You get about there's a defect in
- 30:50Speaker 10: a car and we file the class action.
- 30:52Speaker 9: This is different.
- 30:53Speaker 10: These are actual litigants who are aggrieved individuals and they're
- 30:58Speaker 10: seeking redress of the federal court to save them essentially
- 31:02Speaker 10: from deportation or restrictions. So it's either an affirmative act
- 31:06Speaker 10: of permitting them to be shipped out or to protect
- 31:10Speaker 10: them and to keep them in their particular states with
- 31:12Speaker 10: their families.
- 31:14Speaker 9: So it's very different issues.
- 31:15Speaker 5: We're talking to Judge John Aizarro. He's kind enough to
- 31:18Speaker 5: give us some time. He's a regular on my morning show.
- 31:21Speaker 5: It's always a pleasure. He opens up so many the
- 31:23Speaker 5: eyes and just kind of gives us some great information
- 31:27Speaker 5: each and every time that he is on. You also
- 31:30Speaker 5: wanted to talk a little I want to talk a
- 31:31Speaker 5: little bit about the court rules in Florida. The basically
- 31:36Speaker 5: Florida and the federal law of Florida can bar people
- 31:39Speaker 5: from coming into their state.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Can you explain that?
- 31:43Speaker 10: Well, yeah, DeSantis, Governor to sand has past the law
- 31:48Speaker 10: that is trying to bar people who have a non
- 31:52Speaker 10: documented status from entering Florida, and the district court struck
- 31:56Speaker 10: that down saying you're interfering with what is opperly in
- 32:00Speaker 10: the federal domain. And the appellate court let that stand,
- 32:03Speaker 10: and the Supreme Court didn't comment. So right now the
- 32:07Speaker 10: status is that's an unenforceable law. It's the classic cage,
- 32:11Speaker 10: the case of the states trying overreach, and we're going
- 32:14Speaker 10: to get this time and again. The federal government's going
- 32:17Speaker 10: to the Companyminstration is going to exercise their authority. The
- 32:20Speaker 10: states and there's about six of them who passed similar laws.
- 32:23Speaker 10: They're going to try it. They lost, and now it
- 32:26Speaker 10: goes through the appeal process. And we don't want fifty
- 32:30Speaker 10: different rulings among the district courts. We can run the
- 32:33Speaker 10: district courts in the United States, but we don't want
- 32:35Speaker 10: different rulings among.
- 32:37Speaker 9: The Destiny Station.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Judge John Nizar, can you stick around for the final break?
- 32:43Speaker 9: Sure?
- 32:43Speaker 5: All right, thank fantastic. So I want to ask you
- 32:45Speaker 5: some questions coming up after the break. I want to
- 32:47Speaker 5: talk to you a little bit about COMI the CIA
- 32:50Speaker 5: director Brennan get into that a little bit. And also
- 32:53Speaker 5: Trump wins if he can fire federal employees. We'll get
- 32:57Speaker 5: into that with Judge John Nizarro once again. You can
- 33:00Speaker 5: watch us on rumble x Getter. You can go to
- 33:04Speaker 5: Untamednation dot com. They do a fantastic job. You can
- 33:07Speaker 5: also go.
- 33:07Speaker 8: To Root for America and check it out there again.
- 33:10Speaker 4: My name is Leelsi.
- 33:11Speaker 5: You want to email me a question for the judge
- 33:13Speaker 5: Lelsradio at gmail dot com.
- 33:15Speaker 8: Very short break, final segment. Next stick around. You're listening
- 33:19Speaker 8: to the Root reaction, all right.
- 33:33Speaker 2: A special treat for you.
- 33:34Speaker 7: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:36Speaker 7: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:40Speaker 7: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Lost Soldier is the last.
- 33:45Speaker 7: Major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation. This is code for
- 33:52Speaker 7: a monster field where gas or oil is in a basin,
- 33:55Speaker 7: which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark your
- 33:59Speaker 7: allegen did the oil industry and the gas industry?
- 34:02Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:04Speaker 11: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:07Speaker 11: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:10Speaker 11: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:14Speaker 11: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:16Speaker 11: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:19Speaker 11: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:22Speaker 11: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 34:25Speaker 11: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 34:28Speaker 11: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 34:31Speaker 11: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:36Speaker 11: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:37Speaker 7: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:41Speaker 7: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:44Speaker 7: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:47Speaker 9: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:49Speaker 7: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:51Speaker 7: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:54Speaker 7: That's an incredible track record. Now, tell me why this deal,
- 34:58Speaker 7: Lost Soldier. This project is so special. I hear about
- 35:02Speaker 7: projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special?
- 35:06Speaker 2: Mark?
- 35:06Speaker 11: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:09Speaker 11: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:11Speaker 11: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:14Speaker 11: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:17Speaker 11: was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
- 35:20Speaker 11: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:24Speaker 11: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty
- 35:28Speaker 11: five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
- 35:31Speaker 11: the only operator in this field, and right now we
- 35:35Speaker 11: can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
- 35:37Speaker 11: horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 35:41Speaker 11: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:44Speaker 11: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:47Speaker 11: of magnitude bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one that I did,
- 35:51Speaker 11: all right.
- 35:51Speaker 7: The website is Lost Soldier dot com.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Pretty simple stuff. Lost Soldier dot com.
- 35:57Speaker 7: The project forty thousand acres, took forty to piece together.
- 36:01Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC.
- 36:04Speaker 7: That's the company that's the project, but the website Lost

- 36:26Speaker 11: Good to see you again.
- 36:40Speaker 5: All right, welcome, welcome, welcome back. Final segment here on
- 36:45Speaker 5: the route reaction. If I don't get a chance before
- 36:48Speaker 5: we run out of time. I want to say thank
- 36:50Speaker 5: you to all of you who put up with me
- 36:52Speaker 5: for these three days. Like I said, Wayne will be
- 36:54Speaker 5: back tomorrow night sitting in this big seat, and of
- 36:56Speaker 5: course the boys behind the scenes again, thank you very
- 36:59Speaker 5: much much. It was seamless from beginning to end, so
- 37:02Speaker 5: a great job on everybody's on.
- 37:05Speaker 4: Everybody's behalf. Our good friend Judge John Nazarro.
- 37:08Speaker 5: Is joining us right now, and we've been sort of
- 37:10Speaker 5: going over a bunch of different things that have been
- 37:13Speaker 5: happening here in the country over the last couple of weeks.
- 37:15Speaker 5: And Judge is a great guest on my morning show.
- 37:17Speaker 5: Here in Connecticut. So Judge, we don't have a lot
- 37:19Speaker 5: of time in this final segment, but I got about
- 37:22Speaker 5: four minutes total, and I wanted to get to first
- 37:25Speaker 5: the court ruling where the executive branch can fire employees,
- 37:30Speaker 5: which it seems like.
- 37:31Speaker 4: That makes sense to me. But your thoughts on that one.
- 37:36Speaker 9: Yeah, it's not a surprising decision.
- 37:39Speaker 10: You know, we have the separation of powers, and where
- 37:42Speaker 10: you have federal employees, unless you're protected by collective bargaining,
- 37:46Speaker 10: a contract, some type of right, we have an employee
- 37:50Speaker 10: will situation where you can be terminated for any reason.
- 37:53Speaker 9: You don't have to have cause, let alone just cause
- 37:56Speaker 9: unless your contract provides otherwise. To restrict the executive.
- 37:59Speaker 10: Branch, the president in his ability to hire and retain employees,
- 38:04Speaker 10: really runs a foul of all of the law regarding
- 38:08Speaker 10: hiring as we know it, never mind in the federal government.
- 38:11Speaker 10: So federal government employees are entitled to no greater right
- 38:14Speaker 10: than any other employees in this instance.
- 38:17Speaker 9: So it's not terribly surprising.
- 38:18Speaker 4: So it's win win win.
- 38:19Speaker 5: Now, is this the beginning of this or are there
- 38:22Speaker 5: more of these that could happen? I mean, is this
- 38:24Speaker 5: an individual situation or can another segment of the government,
- 38:30Speaker 5: government or some other government agency sort of do the
- 38:33Speaker 5: same thing that these agencies had done.
- 38:35Speaker 4: Or is this a blanket a decision?
- 38:39Speaker 10: I don't think successful. You know, the courts have been
- 38:42Speaker 10: clear here and you should stay out of managing the
- 38:46Speaker 10: executive branch. So it's very sensible ruling. It's not surprising. Again,
- 38:51Speaker 10: it's that whack a mole. Let's challenge, let's see what
- 38:54Speaker 10: we can win. We're going to win some, we're going
- 38:55Speaker 10: to lose some. And maybe that's the way the system
- 38:58Speaker 10: is supposed to work, right, test each case, if complaint,
- 39:03Speaker 10: file your actions, see where it goes. And unfortunately, the
- 39:07Speaker 10: courts are taking up a lot of time. I mean,
- 39:09Speaker 10: there's just just constant litigation. I don't when you add
- 39:13Speaker 10: the hours, add the expense, it's a full time job.
- 39:17Speaker 9: And it's really unfortunate.
- 39:18Speaker 4: I think, all right, judge, let me let's go to
- 39:21Speaker 4: this one.
- 39:21Speaker 5: FBI is investigating Comy and Brennan, former FBI director, CIA director,
- 39:28Speaker 5: and you know, you know, some people are saying this
- 39:30Speaker 5: is a retaliatory scenario. But whether or not they lied
- 39:33Speaker 5: to Congress, and if in fact they find they did
- 39:35Speaker 5: lie to Congress, what kind of penalty.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Are these guys facing.
- 39:40Speaker 9: You know, it's interesting.
- 39:41Speaker 10: I looked up some history here, and you know, theoretically,
- 39:44Speaker 10: if they were convicted of lying to Congress, they could
- 39:47Speaker 10: go to prison. And and I think clearly ag Bondi,
- 39:52Speaker 10: the President and Cash Patel of the FBI, they are
- 39:57Speaker 10: going after these people, and why not the An administration
- 40:00Speaker 10: went after them.
- 40:02Speaker 9: But there is some precedent. We might remember Colonel Olie North.
- 40:06Speaker 10: Ollie North was convicted of lying before Congress and he
- 40:10Speaker 10: was not sentenced to prison. He actually got a suspended sentence.
- 40:13Speaker 10: But I remember back in the contra that was some
- 40:16Speaker 10: thirty forty years ago. And you know, we have to
- 40:19Speaker 10: have some integrity in the process.
- 40:21Speaker 6: We have to.
- 40:21Speaker 10: The oath has to mean something. So if indeed call
- 40:25Speaker 10: Mey is charged or Brennan, it wouldn't be the first time.
- 40:28Speaker 10: Remember John Mitchell, the Attorney General. You know, he was
- 40:32Speaker 10: convicted and we've had the abuse before. Public officials need
- 40:36Speaker 10: to be held accountable. I'm all for it.
- 40:39Speaker 5: I couldn't agree with you more on that one. So
- 40:41Speaker 5: in the time we have left, just let me throw
- 40:43Speaker 5: this out at you. I'm disappointed that right now it
- 40:47Speaker 5: doesn't seem like we're going to be presented with an
- 40:50Speaker 5: Epstein list or anything that surrounds that we were made
- 40:53Speaker 5: promises as a country and we're not going to get it.
- 40:56Speaker 4: What's your general thoughts on that?
- 41:00Speaker 10: Well, you know, it's disturbing. I think that people are
- 41:03Speaker 10: hiding things. That's a natural inference. And the question is
- 41:07Speaker 10: why there are a number of commentators on this. Some say, oh,
- 41:10Speaker 10: Trump must be on the list, but you know what,
- 41:12Speaker 10: I'm not buying that because if he was on the list,
- 41:14Speaker 10: the Biden administration would have known about it, they would
- 41:17Speaker 10: have tried to use it against him.
- 41:18Speaker 9: They didn't.
- 41:19Speaker 10: The question becomes is the CIA involved, is the FBI involved.
- 41:23Speaker 9: In suppressing information? Are there assets who were caught up
- 41:27Speaker 9: in this?
- 41:28Speaker 10: My thought is that there are probably people on both
- 41:31Speaker 10: sides of the aisle and this is disgusting behavior. And
- 41:35Speaker 10: the fact is one vote, one or two votes can
- 41:38Speaker 10: shift the whole dynamic in the Senate or the House.
- 41:41Speaker 10: So there are individuals who don't want this to come forward,
- 41:43Speaker 10: and I think your view is shared by many a
- 41:47Speaker 10: lot of disappointment. It's worse than the Bone's vaults, which empty.
- 41:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I agree with all of that, because I think
- 41:55Speaker 5: even the people who normally rally around Trump at all
- 41:58Speaker 5: costs or not rallying like they normally do for this,
- 42:01Speaker 5: and they want some answers on.
- 42:02Speaker 4: This judge before we run out of time. Where can
- 42:05Speaker 4: folks find out more about you?
- 42:07Speaker 5: Where can they go to find out about the judge?
- 42:09Speaker 4: Where do they go?
- 42:12Speaker 6: Sure?
- 42:12Speaker 10: I me at Levin Rojas, Camisar and Reck Well. I'm
- 42:15Speaker 10: at the country office in North Stonyton, Connecticut and I
- 42:18Speaker 10: do negwi's MAUNT practice product liability. Got some great staff
