- 0:01It's Wednesday morning at eight thirty nine, and taking your calls to keep me
- 0:05a smiling with the Healthy Place. It's too what's going on, Sean?
- 0:13You are my literally your favorite Sean. I tell you that, no,
- 0:16but I'll take it, man, I will definitely take it. And you
- 0:20know, Tim, as we talk this morning, what a great day it
- 0:23is, and what a great day ahead it is. And I started seeing
- 0:26on the calendar I mentioned this earlier, back to school soon for the kiddos,
- 0:31whether they go to school or they take class at home, it's gonna
- 0:35be it. We're kind of in that exciting time a year where you start
- 0:38to see the back to school sales just I don't know, there's just like
- 0:42an energy yeah about us, Yes, there's an excitement. And so so
- 0:46we've got some great stuff to talk about this week. Got some great emails
- 0:49for Tim. We've also got a great opportunity for you, speaking of Tim
- 0:52O'Brien from The Healthy Place online find your Healthy Place dot com. If you've
- 0:56got a question, we've got a phone line open for you right now.
- 0:59We'd love to get you on the air. Six O eight three two one
- 1:00thirteen ten. That's six O eight three two one thirteen ten. And Tim,
- 1:04I know you absolutely love questions. You love getting questions and callers so
- 1:08much that you that you give a little thank you to folks that take the
- 1:11time to check in little twenty five dollars gift card just for calling in.
- 1:17It helps for a few different reasons. One, I just love questions because
- 1:19questions lead to answers and people are suffering. You know, hey, we
- 1:25need natural alternatives. We at least need the knowledge to know what natural alternatives
- 1:29work, So calling in it is good for that reason. And then number
- 1:33two, Sean is I really like it when people call in because it demonstrates
- 1:37what our stores do for our communities. Every single day, somebody comes in,
- 1:42they ask a question, small, medium or large, and we point
- 1:45them in the right direction or we work towards finding more information to get them
- 1:49going in the right direction. So now it's a good time to call and
- 1:52I'll give you a little twenty five dollars thank you as my token of appreciation.
- 1:56Love to hear famula this morning. Six O eight three two one thirteen
- 1:59ten. Six O eight three two one thirteen ten. We often get flooded
- 2:02with a bunch of calls towards the end of the program, which means now
- 2:07is the time to call in. Beat that rush gets you right on the
- 2:09air at six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's three two one thirteen
- 2:14ten. As mentioned, Tim comes to us from the Healthy Place that website
- 2:16find your Healthy Place dot com. That's finds your Healthy Place dot com.
- 2:21You can order right online, delivery options online as well, also an opportunity
- 2:25to chat with a wellness consultant right it finds your Healthy Place dot com.
- 2:29Or even better, do it live in person. Stop on in. They'd
- 2:31love to see you. Whether it's the West side Fitchburger, Sun Prairie location
- 2:35of the Healthy plays wellness consultants there as well standing by it assist you,
- 2:38and the phone lines are open right now for you. So so many options
- 2:42six eight three two one thirteen ten. That's six o eight three two one
- 2:45thirteen ten. Another way to reach you out is of course email Tim at
- 2:47finds your Healthy Place dot com. That's Tim tim At finds your Healthy Place
- 2:52dot com. And Steven wrote, any I think of a pretty common question
- 2:57modern times. His questions about what are some nonsurgical methods to help heal carpal
- 3:02tunnel syndrome, and that email from Stephen, Yeah, carpal tunnel is you
- 3:07know, no fun at all if people experience numbness, you know, tingling,
- 3:13weakness and pain in your hand or hands. And this is because there's
- 3:17pressure on a nerve in your wrists called the median nerve. So and the
- 3:23causes of carpal tunnel, you know, can vary pretty pretty widely. There's
- 3:28certain nutrients or nutraceuticals that I've seen consistently be helpful for our community here and
- 3:35help ease the pain. I encourage kirk Human BCM ninety five, kirk Human
- 3:39to be specific. A lot of folks don't know that. You know,
- 3:43turmeric doesn't absorb at all. That's the Indian spice that colors curry when you're
- 3:47eating your Indian food. That that spice in itself doesn't absorb super well,
- 3:52but it contains an active compound called kirk Human, and kirk Human absorbs much
- 3:58better than turmeric and bc I'M ninety five. Cricuman absorbs much better than standardized
- 4:02curricume. So all you need to remember is a product called Kira Relief.
- 4:08There's a dozen good brands out there that utilize the BCM ninety five, and
- 4:12this is one of them, Kira relief cure a relief, and that has
- 4:17your cricuman, It has bossulia, which targets another type of inflammation called five
- 4:23locks, and then it has an amino acid called dlpa, which strengthens your
- 4:27body's natural ability to treat that pain and that inflammation surrounding that media nerve.
- 4:33So for carpal tunnel Kira relief, that's been a product that has seen results
- 4:39for most of my customers. In about forty five minutes you start to experience
- 4:43that relief. So I love it because it compares to you know, the
- 4:47drugs, the over the counter in the sense of how fast it brings and
- 4:51it's natural. So while the over the counter, over the counter pain relievers
- 4:56will treat the symptom and then damage the body, this Kira relief trea to
- 5:00that pain and then strengthens the body. Good for your immune system and gut
- 5:02and brain, et cetera. So yes, Steven hope that carpal tunnel you
- 5:06hope you can try to cure a relief. I think it'll help. That's
- 5:09a really important question and great answer there as well. And thank you Stephen
- 5:12for writing in because that's one of those areas. I know we talked last
- 5:15week or the week before, we had some questions about folks suffering gout flare
- 5:19ups and just then persistent constant pain of of gout. And I think of
- 5:24the world we live in now with if you've got corporal tunnel and typing or
- 5:29using your smartphone or you know, everything. We were those fine motor skills
- 5:33with our hands and wrists that we are expected to do, and doing that
- 5:38in pain, it's just it's horrible. It's great to hear that there's some
- 5:41great options for relief, and really that really hit me, Sean. You
- 5:45know, a couple of years back, I sort of put the pieces together
- 5:47and I had no idea what percentage of our population deals with chronic pain.
- 5:53I mean, whether it's cap tunnel or gout, or arthritis or fibromauga or
- 5:58joint pain, you know, muscle headaches. There's such a large percentage in
- 6:01our community that deals with chronic pain, which which is why I advertise the
- 6:06Cure of Relief product for so long. It's why we were so strong in
- 6:10marketing CBDAL and now it's also were so strong in marketing our strata CBD and
- 6:16THHC gummies. So if you go to our website and you type in THHC
- 6:21in the search bar, it'll bring up a variety of products. And you
- 6:25know, you have different segments of the population. Some you know, hey,
- 6:27really wouldn't want to ever get that high that can come from a THHC,
- 6:30So I understand that. And so the strata has two point five milligrams
- 6:34THHC, and so you don't get high from it. Now, the beauty
- 6:39of THHC, there's a variety of benefits to it, but it specifically blocks
- 6:44the pain. And so if you're dealing with terrible pain, chronic pain,
- 6:48or you have a loved one that's dealing with terrible pain or chronic pain,
- 6:51it's important to at least have THHC in the back of your mind, have
- 6:56it in your toolbox. Doesn't mean you have to buy it, use it.
- 6:59Pole are suffering and they don't need to. And so there's ways to
- 7:02take THHC where you can block that pain, experienced tremendous relief and not get
- 7:08high. And then sometimes people are really battling significant issues where they need higher
- 7:13levels of THHC, you know, and it's a little different for everybody.
- 7:15Maybe five seven point five milligrams of THHC, you start to notice that psychoactive
- 7:20component. So I want our customers, you know, walk into that wide
- 7:24eyed, you know, open knowing what's what could happen. You could experience
- 7:27a little bit of that high. And I'm telling you, Sean, for
- 7:30the people that are suffering out there, you know, there's Outer Limits is
- 7:34our other gummy that I like to talk about a lot. It has ten
- 7:38milligrams THHC, so you do experience a little bit of that psychoactive component and
- 7:42the relief though. I the amount of reviews that we're receiving. In just
- 7:46yesterday, I received three new testimonies from Outer Limits and it's just very consistent
- 7:51for those dealing with chronic pain. And I'd throw stress, anxiety, depression
- 7:56in there too. Chronic pain is is the one that I get excited about
- 8:01all relief. But anyway, I had to throw that out there. It's
- 8:03it's it's so great to have different options in different ways to treat. And
- 8:07as people I know have called in and not only have they called in with
- 8:09concern, like their their health concerns, saying I'm suffering from this suffering from
- 8:15that. We get calls back then from folks that have had the opportunity to
- 8:16stop on in and follow through on that initial phone call, and the great
- 8:22feedback and how much people absolutely love love finding these natural solutions. I mean,
- 8:26it's killer, dude, because you're you're suffering every day. You know,
- 8:30folks are often highly medicated for these issues, and you know they're not
- 8:33super happy about it. You know, they're they're not feeling great. You
- 8:37know they're they're they're struggling and heavily medicated. So when there's natural alternatives that
- 8:41can help bring relief and strengthen your system, you know, and you can
- 8:46work with your doctor and medical professional. Absolutely, I'd encourage you if you're
- 8:50suffering, or you have a loved one suffering, encourage them to go into
- 8:54one of our stores, Encourage them to hit our live chat feature on our
- 8:58website, get the conversation started, because there is natural alternatives that can bring
- 9:01relief. And I tell you, I've seen it one hundred times where someone
- 9:05will say, Hey, I've been dealing with this issue for five years,
- 9:09and I'm so glad that I came in two months ago to talk to you
- 9:11all because now I'm finding relief, and it's like, that's what we're here
- 9:16for. That's what we want to be here for the community. We want
- 9:18to be a natural alternative. We want to be in partnership with our medical
- 9:22you know amazing doctors we have in Madison and pharmacists and nurses, and we
- 9:26want to be a partner to educate around natural alternatives at work. Great day
- 9:31to start that journey, start that conversation. Whether you stop on in at
- 9:33any one of the locations the Healthy Place, chat with the wellness consultants,
- 9:37stop online find your Healthy Place dot com, or call right now. Get
- 9:41you on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place six eight three two
- 9:43one thirteen ten. That's six eight three two one thirteen ten, so we
- 9:46can of going to the phones. Donna joins us this morning. Donna,
- 9:50welcome to the program. You're on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy
- 9:52Place. Hey, good morning, Donna. How are you. Oh?
- 9:56I'm doing great, Thank you. We've been using the Cure every relief or
- 10:00knee pain and it's been working really nicely. But I saw there was also
- 10:05a Kia Health and I wonder what the difference was and when you'd used one
- 10:09over the EPP. That is such a great question. Yeah, are you
- 10:13so you mentioned that Kira Relief is helping for the knee pain, So I'm
- 10:16real happy about that. On a scale of one to ten, How much
- 10:20of the pain is it taken care of? Like are you still suffering a
- 10:24little bit? Like is there still some pain that maybe coupling it with something
- 10:28could bring further relief or are would you say it's like one hundred percent better
- 10:31when you're taking Cure relief, Oh, it's probably about seventy or eighty percent
- 10:37better. Okay, Okay, okay, so often and that's it's okay.
- 10:39I'll answer your first question and then I have a follow up answer for you.
- 10:43Kira Relief is a blend of four ingredients, and so it's kerk human
- 10:50bossulia on amino acid called DLPA, and then natokinase, which aids in circulation
- 10:54and helps the other nutrients absorb better. So Kira Relief is built to be
- 11:01a pain formula, whereas Kira Health is a stronger amount of just kirk human
- 11:07per soft jael. So for the general population, kirk human is my favorite
- 11:13nutrient, and inflammation is one of our largest enemies in the body. So
- 11:16if somebody comes in they're like, hey, what's the most important supplement I
- 11:20could take on a daily basis for my general health, I'd hand them Kira
- 11:22Health because it cleans the body of inflammation. Now, with Kira relief,
- 11:28how many tablets are you taking per day? Two in the morning and two
- 11:33in the evening. Okay, so you're receiving more kirk Human than you would
- 11:37in taking the Kira Health anyway, because you're doing two and two. Now,
- 11:41one thing to mention is if you bump that to three and three tablets,
- 11:46that will be more effective for pain. I don't know if you've tried
- 11:50that before. I think I'm probably right. At the very beginning they suggested
- 11:56taking more, and then I kind of backed it off. Yeah, because
- 12:00I know it's more expensive. You go through it faster when you do it
- 12:03that way. The three and three is what I'd recommend. If somebody's not
- 12:07all the way there, like you said, maybe seventy percent pain reduction,
- 12:09three and three might help more. Now, the one other thing that you
- 12:13might want to consider alongside of cure relief. Hundreds of times per month,
- 12:16we have situations like this where somebody's finding relief, but they still need some
- 12:22more relief. And so we will couple the cure relief product with our strata
- 12:26CBDT HC A gummy and you do one gummy AM and one PM, and
- 12:33that has been getting people to the finish line. So I just submit that
- 12:37as a potential idea. Okay, very great, thank you, really good
- 12:41question this morning, Donna. You two can be like Donna. We'll get
- 12:43you on the air with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place and he look ye
- 12:46up with the twenty five dollar gift card as well to the Healthy Place,
- 12:48so I could do is gives call six so eight three two one thirteen ten.

- 13:50Tim this morning. Go before you can always email Tim at find your Healthy
- 13:52Place dot com. That's Tim Tim at find your Healthy Place dot com and
- 13:58mister O'Brien. We started the conversation off this week about the excitement looking forward
- 14:01to the school a year, and as exciting as it is, there are
- 14:05some realities. Kids are are kids are kids, and they're little little germ
- 14:11vectors, and you want the kids, the kids to be healthy in school,
- 14:16and you also want everybody around them to be healthy as well. It's
- 14:20a good time to start thinking about immune system and really fortifying and making sure
- 14:24your body's got what its needs to fight off those germs and bugs in the
- 14:30air and you know, all those little filthy things that are on those Yeah,
- 14:35German vectors. I love it. Yeah, you know it really is.
- 14:39This is you know, part of the energy that you mentioned earlier on.
- 14:41It's like, you know, parents are getting kids back to school,
- 14:46figuring out the daycare stuff, like figuring out work and home, and you
- 14:50know, it's it's this like swarm of intensity and energy. And like you
- 14:54said, you know, hey, this is the time of the year we
- 14:56start to move into where viruses start to get you know, a little bit
- 15:00more rowdy. And if we can get ahead of that. We have significant
- 15:05science now, Sean. You know, fifty years ago we didn't have as
- 15:07much science. Now we have so much science supporting basic nutrients like elderberry,
- 15:13collido silver, essential oils, probiotics, you know, probiotics for well,
- 15:18I'm getting all excited. Takes with our kiddos. We will do a probiotic.
- 15:26Eighty percent of the immune system is directly controlled by the gut, so
- 15:31a kid's probiotic is excellent. Collido silver is one of nature's best natural anti
- 15:37albiotics, natural antibiotics and strengthens the immune system. And get one that's ten
- 15:43parts per million. That's a very sovereign. Silver is one of my favorite
- 15:48brands when it comes to Collido Silver and then Elderberry Burst is our kid's favorite
- 15:54elderberry gummy. It tastes great and it has your elderberry I bring. The
- 16:00University of Sydney had produced some great science and clinicals around boosting the immune system
- 16:07and stopping viruses from entering into the cell. So they revealed that. I
- 16:12thought that was the coolest thing. And it lessens the duration and intensity of
- 16:17illness. So if you go to our website you type in Kids Immune Boost
- 16:22Bundle, It'll pull up a variety of different bundles you can get. But
- 16:25I'm encouraging parents. You know, hey, get your kids on it now.
- 16:29You can get ahead of this, boost that immune system and have a
- 16:33better school year. It's and it's so important to do that for their health,
- 16:36for your health as well as I'm not bringing home any kind of ailments
- 16:40and our things. And of course, as we all start to spend more
- 16:41time, I hate to break it to folks, but fall and winter will
- 16:45be here eventually. We're spending more time and going hard time in contact with
- 16:52folks. So definitely, definitely prevention is key with all of this stuff.
- 16:56Tim Before we wrap up this morning. We've got a little over a minute.
- 17:00Let's just real quickly talk about the Healthy Places. We talk about what
- 17:03it is that you and the Wells consultants do day in and day out.
- 17:06There's really at the core of this. You know, it's a you,
- 17:08Becky, the family and of course the folks the Healthy Place are committed to
- 17:12helping people live healthy lives. Thank you man. I mean, it's just
- 17:15like this immune system conversation. It's like we battle these issues as humans,
- 17:22you know, whether it's sickness or chronic pain, or anxiety, depression,
- 17:26sleep issues, gut issues, all the above when we battle health problems.
- 17:32What I want to remind, what Becky and I want to remind, and
- 17:34what our team wants to remind our community is that you are and you can
- 17:38be the CEO of your own health. There is a company called the Healthy

- 17:56in Madison. My encouragement to you is get someone around you you that can
- 18:00guide you in your health. You know, you have your your medical doctor
- 18:04and your pharmacists, and you know, maybe a natural path and your chiropractor
- 18:08and acupuncturists. You know, we want to be somebody that's on your team
- 18:12that can help guide you when it comes to supplements. There's so many brands
- 18:18out there that are good, better and best, and you know, and
- 18:19there's so many forms of ingredients out there that are good, better and bread
- 18:23best. So our goal and our mission is to serve our community and help
- 18:27them find their healthy place. So whether it's popping into one of our stores,
