- 0:54All right.
- 0:55Welcome back to the Nurses Report on America Out Loud.
- 0:59This is Nurse Gail McCrae.
- 1:01And I'm so excited to join you today to have a really fun and exciting conversation about curative.
- 1:10Well, let's back that up because we can't make claims in this area.
- 1:17But modalities of treatment that are not included in using a pill to mask a symptom.
- 1:27Root cause treatments are what I like to call this as the modality that I came into in getting away from the standard Western model of care, which is treatment focused modalities towards symptom management.
- 1:46This is a discussion about biofield tuning.
- 1:49And I am a certified biofield tuning practitioner, in addition to being an RN and some other fun things that help me uh create wellness in people's lives rather than uh managing symptoms.
- 2:06And joining me on this conversation today is uh Jillian Faldmo, and she is actually a mentor.
- 2:15She was one of my instructors to become a biofield tuner.
- 2:19Uh she's got gosh, 20 plus years of experience in this field.
- 2:25So, and in addition to that, she started plus 12 plus.
- 2:30Okay.
- 2:31I thought it was 2014.
- 2:34Not quite.
- 2:35Yeah, 2014.
- 2:37Yeah.
- 2:38Okay.
- 2:39You're right.
- 2:42My math is way off today.
- 2:44But so Jillian uh started as a nurse, and uh she became an alternative healer.
- 2:53Uh, she's now working as a practitioner instructor and a business coach.
- 3:00Uh she keeps uh helps practitioners build a thriving practice outside of uh the standard Western modalities of care.
- 3:11Uh after starting her career as a registered nurse, Julian Fault called to support people in a deeper and more holistic way.
- 3:19And biofield tuning became that bridge.
- 3:23Uh offering a simple and yet profound way to bring awareness to the patterns that we hold and uh create real and long lasting change in the body.
- 3:36Uh today she integrates this work into her coaching and uh helping practitioners move beyond self-doubt and take up space in their practice uh to grow their business and um create something both sustainable and true to what their calling is.
- 3:58So, Jillian, thank you so much for being here to share some of your wisdom and knowledge on um just the expansiveness of the frequency work, um, and how it's really stepped in uh to your life to direct you to really just do this uh full time.
- 4:21So um tell me about how what really directed you into this work and um how you went from being a nurse to running a practice in biofield tuning and teaching practitioners how to do the same thing.
- 4:37Yeah, thanks for having me, Gail.
- 4:40Um, yeah.
- 4:40So we were talking a little bit before we started recording and I was sharing with Gail that uh I went to a pretty cool nursing school, and I didn't even realize it uh until I was trying to get out of it.
- 4:54And I was trying to get out of it because I was um it was University of Delaware and I grew up in Delaware, and um I was just ready to, you know, see a little bit more of the country and um spread my wings a bit, and I was looking at other schools, and I had a dean of nursing say, what are you doing?
- 5:14Stay at University of Delaware, they have one of the best nursing programs, and uh they did, they really did.
- 5:22They had a course in holistic nursing, and I thought that was really cool.
- 5:27Um, we learned about alternative modalities um and ways that you can integrate them as a nurse, such as acupuncture, herbalism, energy healing.
- 5:40So I was like, my I I was totally all on board for all of that.
- 5:45Um, and I actually founded the Delaware chapter of the American Holistic Nurses Association.
- 5:53Um, well, I co-founded it with a um holistic nursing mentor that was also a professor at the college.
- 6:03And um, you know, I really saw myself as somebody who like an I saw myself as a nurse who is gonna have her own practice helping others um in a really meaningful and fulfilling way.
- 6:15And when I graduated nursing school, didn't didn't quite, I mean, I wasn't gonna start a practice fresh out of nursing school.
- 6:23So I was like, okay, I'll try to get a job at the hospital, but there was a freeze-on hiring.
- 6:28Um, I ended up working at a substance abuse rehab center, and was able to bring, you know, presence and just that holistic background with me, but there really wasn't any space for me to integrate any holistic modalities, not as a nurse.
- 6:46It was, you know, when I was um when you were a nurse, that was that was your role.
- 6:53You had a very specific role.
- 6:55And I tried a few other nursing positions, and it was the same thing.
- 7:00Um, you know, you you're you're the nurse, you administer medication, you document um things like that, and you just wasn't really jiving for me anymore.
- 7:10Um so I knew I wanted something else.
- 7:13I wanted to try something different, and I was on my own healing journey at the time.
- 7:19Uh and I eventually did move to Vermont.
- 7:23Um, and one of my friends told me he knew I was into holistic things.
- 7:28You need to go see this woman with tuning forks, and I was like, okay.
- 7:35I'll try, I'll do anything.
- 7:37Um, and and I did.
- 7:39I went to um a little town called Johnson, Vermont to see Eileen McCusick, who is the founder of Biofield tuning, and she practiced the modality on me, and I was just blown away.
- 7:52Um I was kind of expecting a little bit more woo, uh, a woo-woo.
- 8:00Yeah.
- 8:00Um, but it was a really grounded approach, and she explained what was happening in a scientific way in a way that I could understand.
- 8:10Um, and I didn't really notice a whole lot during the session, but she was she was pointing out like memories that I had as a child and and certain patterns that I had even as an adult.
- 8:23And I was like, how the heck are you able to tell that with tuning forks?
- 8:29Like what?
- 8:31And so I was I was enthralled for sure.
- 8:34Um it took me three years of receiving as a client to finally like say, okay, this is what I want to do.
- 8:46I think a lot of it for me had to do with we you mentioned taking up space.
- 8:51I can help practitioners take up space in their practices.
- 8:54It had to do with me giving myself permission to take space, take up space in my own life, and say, like, I don't want to fit in this nursing box anymore.
- 9:06And I want to start a practice, and I don't even have to be a nurse to to do that.
- 9:12So um, I was a nurse when I started my practice.
- 9:15I didn't uh I didn't practice under my license, but I opened up a biofield tuning practice.
- 9:21Um, yeah, uh, and for those who are wondering what biofield tuning even is, I'll just say it sort of simply is it it's a um frequency-based modality that helps us to process undigested emotion, trauma, stress, things that we've been holding in our bodies for so long.
- 9:44Um, and it's very elegant approach that that doesn't require a lot of thinking or talking.
- 9:52Um, it's really listening to the the sounds of the tuning forks, which they
- 10:00Produce a wide range of overtones and mid-tones and undertones.
- 10:05And you can hear when you're approaching the body with the tuning fork, some of those tones get louder or they drop off, and they represent certain frequency signatures that respate to emotions or states of being.
- 10:20And so that's how Eileen was able to tell me the things that were going on for me in childhood and even um present day, which I and she said she taught people how to do it.
- 10:31And I was like, no way.
- 10:32Okay, I want to do it.
- 10:34Yeah.
- 10:35It just took me a bit to get there.
- 10:37Yeah, that's really amazing.
- 10:39I think that that's one of the biggest draws for me to this field as well, in that coming from someone with a very scientific background.
- 10:49Like I'm a science nerd.
- 10:51I'm a biology geek.
- 10:52Like I love data.
- 10:54And there's that aspect of us medical practitioners, professionals that really needs the itch in the career, you know, like and even though I feel really called to a lot of different modalities of alternative healing, I completely agree with you in that one is so much, it's it's a very like stable grounded modality that draws its knowledge base from physics.
- 11:28And um, that's that I can lingo with that, you know.
- 11:34And so it scratches that practitioner itch that we have, but also takes away the aspect of symptom management and gives us tools of release and heal and cure that I was never able to scratch that itch in the medical field and the standard model of care.
- 11:55Like you can't get away from symptom management.
- 11:59And it drove me nuts.
- 12:01Like from the moment I entered the field, like, wait a minute, I thought we were healers, you know.
- 12:07Yeah, no, yeah, that's what I did not feel like I was a healer um when I was in the nursing field.
- 12:15I I felt like I was a pharmaceutical pusher and a documenter.
- 12:22Yeah, documentarian.
- 12:24I don't know what it's called, right?
- 12:26And it just wasn't fulfilling at all.
- 12:28It was like, I feel like a robot sometimes.
- 12:31Like I, you know, I and I really had to be intentional with like, okay, if I want to bring this holistic nursing through, like what is the essence of holistic nursing and it's its presence and connection and seeing the individual as a whole person.
- 12:48Um, but it felt so challenging because as you know, in in nursing, like your time is just um usurped by all, you know, the scheduling, the documentation.
- 13:02There's not a lot of time for connection.
- 13:04Um, so I tried to get it where I could, but it just wasn't enough for me.
- 13:09Yeah.
- 13:10So you started running your practice sometime in the early teens or late teens.
- 13:18Yeah, 2014 is when I said, okay, I'm doing this.
- 13:22Yeah.
- 13:23Yeah.
- 13:24And it was just, it was about maybe uh, well, I guess it was about a year.
- 13:35Um of having my practice just on like Wednesday nights and Sundays.
- 13:42Um before I decided, all right, I'm gonna, I'm gonna speak with the doctor I'm working for now, and I'm gonna try to convince him that um going me going part-time is a good idea.
- 13:54Yeah.
- 13:57Uh he went for it, thank goodness.
- 13:59Um, so I went part-time as a nurse and then had a part-time practice until the following year I left nursing all together.
- 14:08Um, and had a full-time practice doing it.
- 14:11And you've been really successful with it, right?
- 14:14Yeah, yeah.
- 14:16I mean, the I'm gonna say medicine, but I don't mean it in the medical way, but the medicine speaks for itself, like the the modality.
- 14:24Um, once people try it and they see the efficacy of it, um, they're they're sold and they're referring their friends and their family members, and they want everybody to get a taste of biofield tuning because it it does something that I haven't seen really any other modality do.
- 14:44And again, it's that um it's you know, helping the body and the nervous system to digest emotion, basically emotion that's been stuck in our bodies and in our biofields.
- 15:00Uh, and we can talk a little bit more about the biofield if you want.
- 15:03Yeah, that'll be the next step.
- 15:05I'll say I got more out of one session than I have in 30 years of therapy, talk therapy.
- 15:12Right.
- 15:12So um I love that about biofield tuning.
- 15:17It's like you don't have to revisit your traumas, whether they're physical or emotional.
- 15:26I've never, I didn't know that was possible before experiencing biofield tuning.
- 15:31It was like life tells us that if we have traumas, we have to like revisit them and talk about them and you know, get them out there, and and then and then they don't actually, it feels better in the moment, but then long term you're still being impacted by those experiences.
- 15:49And and biofuel tuning has taught me that it has a lot more to do with the stagnation of photonic energy that is associated with that trauma that you know you can't resolve with talk therapy.
- 16:05I mean, it's or with it with with a lot of other things that you know, it like I I think about it a lot of times too.
- 16:13It's not just the emotional traumas, it's physical traumas.
- 16:17You get physical injuries and they manifest in, you know, like a blockage that like integrates itself into an organ.
- 16:25I love the the discussion of like, well, what if it's that all of these energetic experiences and photonic blockages that we have in our physical body are actually the cause of our disease rather than the other way around because we're taught to believe that disease is an organ, you know, like an organ system or a joint failing, and nobody really asks the question of why.
- 16:57And then we try and talk, like talk through all these scientific, you know, pathways for why it happens, but then it at the end of the day, like what if that's really completely off base?
- 17:10Right.
- 17:11Right.
- 17:12Yeah, I'm working with a woman right now who she was just about to have back surgery, and I did one session with her, and we focused on her lower back where she was having pain and she was also having numbness in her leg.
- 17:28Um after one session, she canceled our surgery because it relieved the pain.
- 17:34And you know, like you're saying, doctors are saying, you know, yeah, you have the we're not really sure why.
- 17:40We're not sure why you have this issue, or you know, it might be genetic, it might be that, but I really do think there's an emotional component to it and a life experience um component to our dis ease.
- 17:54I've seen that time and time again with the work that we're doing in the biofield.
- 17:59Yeah, it's powerful, it's powerful work.
- 18:02Um, can you talk to me more about um, you know, how does this work?
- 18:09Like we are electric bodies, and how does um how do we store stress in our bodies and how does that lead to um these injuries, these chronic diseases that we face, and what's your view on that in relation to this work?
- 18:28Yeah.
- 18:29So uh to just start, we are electric bodies, and not many of us are thinking of ourselves as electric beings.
- 18:38We're thinking ourselves of ourselves in terms of chemical, mechanical, um, biological, uh, but we do have an electric nature, and we know that because our heart um gives off an electric signal.
- 18:52We measure that through EKGs, our brain gives off an electric signal.
- 18:57We measure that through EEGs.
- 18:59Um, we need electrolyte to keep things balanced within our body.
- 19:05Um, our bones are piezoelectric, which means they carry a charge in them.
- 19:11So anything that has an electric current running through it, which we do also produces an electromagnetic field around it.
- 19:20And that's our biofield.
- 19:22Um, and our biofield is it's a it's a living um medium, hence instead of just an electromagnetic field biofield, and that's an actual term coined by the national institutes of health.
- 19:36Um, so it's not just something that you know, us in the the energy field, the frequency field have made it up.
- 19:42It's an actual term.
- 19:45Um the the there's a hypothesis, the biofield uh anatomy hypothesis that states that uh as we move through life, um, we generate.
- 20:00Information and that information moves away from us.
- 20:04So our field, let's say it's on average in biofield tuning, we see it about maybe five to six feet away from our body.
- 20:12Um, so we're all walking around with this electromagnetic field.
- 20:17You could think of it as like your personal bubble.
- 20:20You may have heard the term aura.
- 20:22Um, that's also the biofield.
- 20:25And there's information stored there.
- 20:28And um the very outside edge of the field that stores information related to birth, gestation, even pre-conception.
- 20:40Um patterns from our ancestors or from our parents, we can find there too.
- 20:45About halfway through our field is halfway through our life.
- 20:49So our field is timeline in nature.
- 20:53And when we experience stress or trauma or injury, we um emit biophotons, which are light particles, and those light particles are they're meant to stay within the body and stay in center to for the body to use to function most optimally, right?
- 21:14But with stress, trauma, we emit those biophotons, and at the same time, we're experiencing some sort of difficult emotion or stress.
- 21:24We're also generating waveforms, vibrations, right?
- 21:29Emotions are essentially vibrations.
- 21:32Um, but they're when they're difficult, they're chaotic waveforms.
- 21:38So they they bounce off the edge of the field and create a chaotic standing waveform, and that's what traps the biophotons in place in the field.
- 21:50So now those biophotons are not in flow, they're not in circulation, and they're just hanging out in our fields, and they're they're drawing energy away from the body.
- 22:02Yeah, and if for so long, or if they um if they uh develop so much charge, that's where disease can occur.
- 22:13Because instead of let's just say um I've got some biophotons hanging out on the right side of my uh chest area, and it's drawing energy there instead of bringing it to center.
- 22:26I might end up with some shoulder pain or you know, arm pain or something like that because energy's not flowing in the body.
- 22:36So with biofield tuning.
- 22:38Do you have a question?
- 22:39Sorry.
- 22:39No, I slightly pause.
- 22:41Okay.
- 22:41So with biofield tuning, we're we're using tuning forks to locate those areas of trapped biophotons.
- 22:49And we can do that because a part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
- 22:56And we're using the properties of resonance and entrainment.
- 23:01So the tuning fork, when you activate it, it's gonna usually, if you're not if you're not holding it with any intention or you're not um holding it in someone's biofield, uh, it's gonna give you a nice consistent tone.
- 23:17You get the full range of overtones and mid-tones and undertones.
- 23:22But when you're using it with intention in somebody's biofield, and it finds a pocket of biophotons, um, that's where you can get that resonance where the tones drop out, or you can even feel it in the fork.
- 23:37Sometimes that uh you can feel more vibrating in the fork, it vibrates a little bit more in your hand.
- 23:44But then eventually, after you hold it there for so long, and you give it that consistent, coherent input of the fork, it starts to entrain the vibrations of the body and the field back into flow.
- 24:00And so it's untangling those chaotic standing waveforms, and it's we're using it like a magnet, the tuning fork to bring the biophotons back into the body where they belong.
- 24:14So we're finding all those areas in a session that are drawing energy away, and we're bringing it back in and restoring flow to the body.
- 24:25Yeah, it's so important to realize uh some of these aspects of disease and how impactful they really are.
- 24:36You know, I think it's it can be hard for a lot of people to hear some of this and think that it's real because we have had not too much contact with these this kind of language and this kind of understanding of how physics works and how our energetic field works.
- 25:00But um, I like to remind people that you know, there is actually a lot of data to support all of these things that we're talking about, and as we do more of this work, more data is coming forward.
- 25:18Um but then, like you also said, the proof is in the pudding, and when a person actually sits through a session, like my first session, like I was completely blown away.
- 25:33Um, I didn't, I read Eileen's book because somebody had referred it to me, and I was like, Well, I should try this out, and it I unlike you had a profound first experience, both on the table, the practitioner who was doing the work on me was crying.
- 25:55It was like, oh, what did I just step into?
- 26:00And then seeing the long-term impacts of it, like when you reorganize those photons and put them back into the central channel where your body can integrate and stabilize.
- 26:15Oh my gosh, like the weight gets lifted off of your shoulders, you free up all this extra energy, right?
- 26:22Like all this ATP, all this energy that we use to like to manage these traumas that aren't out of alignment with our bodies, like you can just feel um, you know, that energy shift.
- 26:38I can't.
- 26:39Yeah, not everyone can.
- 26:40And everyone experiences it differently.
- 26:42Yeah, I and everybody does, and every session's a little bit different.
- 26:46I I had a biofield tuning session done remotely a few weeks ago, and um that was the lightest I've ever felt.
- 26:56And I've been receiving this work for a long time.
- 26:59So it's like, you know, the the layers, um, you know, you can you can just keep peeling them back.
- 27:07Um, and I think just with life, you know, we're going through some really uh some pretty tough times uh right now.
- 27:15So we can be carrying more than we know and more than we realize.
- 27:20So anyway, um, that was a remote session, and the lightest I felt ever.
- 27:25And I was just like, wow, I've been doing this for 12 years, and I'm still fascinated and amazed.
- 27:31And I'm not surprised, but I'm but I'm still like, wow, I love this.
- 27:36I love this work so much.
- 27:38Um, and so many of my clients too.
- 27:40They most of them will leave a session saying they feel a lot lighter, more relaxed, a lot lighter.
- 27:47Um, and it's like just because of what you just said, like it, you know, we're restoring that light and that energy back into flow, and we're taking off the weight of the emotional burdens or whatever we've been carrying with us.
- 28:02It's amazing.
- 28:03Yeah, so that we can free up our bodies to focus on wellness.
- 28:08That's what I always tell people.
- 28:10It's like, I'm not doing this work.
- 28:12I'm just I'm just the channeler, I'm just receiving, I'm just sensing, and I and I understand, you know, how to identify like you know what sound might want, you know, a different type of frequency in that moment.
- 28:33But really, like that's what I another main thing I love about this is like I could do five sessions a day, and it doesn't take anything away from me.
- 28:43Like I feel great at the end of the day, and I think that's part of it as a practitioner, like we want to be able to do work that's not draining to us.
- 28:53Yeah.
- 28:54And this work offers that.
- 28:56That's right.
- 28:57Yeah.
- 28:58Yeah.
- 28:59Yeah.
- 28:59Well, we're gonna take a quick break and then um we're gonna come back and hear more about what Jillian does in her practice and um, you know, all of the amazing things that we do in curative medicine.

- 32:28Welcome back to the nurses report.
- 32:30I am here with a colleague Jillian Faldmo, and we're discussing biofilled tuning and how it seems like for both of us, uh, it was an unexpected journey.
- 32:45Um, I like that.
- 32:47Uh, you know, this I mean, I I think most people get into some people get into things in life that they spend all their time and energy on as an unexpected journey.
- 32:58But um, there's something about that with biofilled tuning that uh really captured my love.
- 33:05It's like, wow, like this is so unexpected.
- 33:10Um it blossoms into um something that I love to do uh to create real healing in the world.
- 33:19Um, and we were talking about before the break, um just the process of how these the frequency impacts our bodies, but I wanted to get a little bit more into the details of that.
- 33:33Um, you know, it we talk about how um, you know, it's used very effectively with anxiety and um and just lightening the load, but um in your in your experience, because you have a lot of it in this field, um what are the biggest um reliefs that you've seen and what are the different types, like how do you process that in medical lingo?
- 34:04Because this is you know, isn't really a medical modality, but we see how it impacts the body.
- 34:09Um, how do you see it impacting our body systems?
- 34:14Yeah, so when we start restoring that light, that energy, those biophotons back into flow, the body can do what it's supposed to be doing all along.
- 34:25It's like we're restoring the body's original blueprint settings before life kind of you know, took us took us away and through the washing machine.
- 34:36That's right, through the washing machine.
- 34:38Yeah.
- 34:39And so when we have all that energy available to us again, you know, so many, I've seen so many amazing things happen.
- 34:46People have reported better digestion, better sleep.
- 34:50Um, they navigate emotions with more ease, they've let go of addiction.
- 34:56Um, what else?
- 34:59There they have better relationships.
- 35:01Um, and I think it's because when we have those biophotons trapped in the field and that energy stuck and not in flow, we're giving unconsciously, we're giving that a lot of energy, and it can create this sort of like tunnel vision, so to speak.
- 35:20Um, and when we restore that energy back into flow, it can really open things up again.
- 35:27Like it opens up creativity, um, it opens up choice again.
- 35:32Like we're not so stuck in our mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns.
- 35:37Um we just have more space to to discern and choose what's right for us in each moment.
- 35:44And that's how I mean, for me personally, this it's it's helped my digestion issues, um, sleep.
- 35:52Um, but most of all, I've talking about this again because it's just so key in my journey is it's taught me how to take up space in my own life and not just like fit into the patterns that have been set before me, like with my parents or their parents and their parents and them, their parents.
- 36:12I'm the I'm the first entrepreneur in my lineage.
- 36:17And so uh yeah, it's just really giving me um an opportunity to accept who I am.
- 36:25Um, and then I love helping others do that too.
- 36:29Like anybody that walks in my office, I'm like, I'm so like without being outwardly excited.
- 36:34I'm so excited for them to start taking up space in their lives and come into alignment with who they are and their truth.
- 36:43Yeah, it's so powerful.
- 36:45I have a quick story to add to that in my own family.
- 36:48Um my son is uh 10 years old, and at the time this happened, he was nine.
- 36:55Um, he we were living in Peru, and he got strep throat.
- 37:01And in the United States, I would have a lot of different modalities.
- 37:05I'd be like, okay, like I'm gonna give you, you know, um these treatments to try to avoid antibiotics, and I didn't have access to those down there.
- 37:17So I tried to muddled through, and I wasn't able to muddle through, and I had to end up giving him antibiotics.
- 37:26And after that, it was his first time getting antibiotics.
- 37:30He was nine and a half years old or something like that.
- 37:33And he got chronically ill for about three months after that round of antibiotics.
- 37:42And I was just doing all the stuff that I do.
- 37:45I'm like, okay, you know, we're gonna get your immune system up.
- 37:48I'm gonna give you all these probiotics, you're gonna get better.
- 37:50And he got better, he stopped getting sick.
- 37:53Um, but then he started complaining of having stomach aches like every day.
- 37:58He's like, Mom, I've got a stomach ache every day.
- 38:01And I was like, well, shoot, I have a long history of stomach unrest on me.
- 38:06Like it goes back to my childhood.
- 38:08It's like a trauma response.
- 38:10And um, and I was like, I think I spent like a month trying to get just deal with it in other ways because I'm like an alternative healer.
- 38:20And then one day I was like, wait a minute, why haven't I done a frequency session on him?
- 38:26And so I was like, okay, Caden, like sit down, we're gonna do some frequency work.
- 38:30And I did a frequency session.
- 38:32Sure enough, I ended up on his maternal side at the um solar plexus, and I was directly working on my stomach, like his stomach, right?
- 38:44And um, it was a quick session, about a half an hour.
- 38:48The kid did not have another stomach ache after that.
- 38:51And we're talking months of him complaining to me every day.
- 38:56And it was just so beautiful to see.
- 39:00I mean, not only how like rapidly the kids integrate this work because they just pick it up, take it and go with it.
- 39:08But also to just see, like, oh my goodness, you know, it's so powerful and subtle and easy, and you know, I was working on myself too.
- 39:18So it was even more like I was like crying through it, you know.
- 39:24It is really something.
- 39:27It really is.
- 39:28And we hear stories like that all the time.
- 39:32Yeah, right.
- 39:32Like, you know, the it took one session to deal with this thing that I've been dealing with for years.
- 39:40Um, and there's uh it it sounds unbelievable because it's so not um part of the paradigm that we've been used to operating in.
- 39:53Um, where you know, the the paradigm, the the conventional medical paradigm is you're on.
- 40:01On this medicate life, or you got to do this treatment for life, usually with chronic things, right?
- 40:07Um, but with this work, it's I mean, it really is that can it can be that simple.
- 40:13There are some, you know, situations or ailments or challenges that can take multiple sessions.
- 40:21Um I will say biofield tuning isn't a cure all.
- 40:26It's not, you know, it's not going to cure everything or treat everything, but boy, is it helpful.
- 40:34It's a great doorway, it's a great tool for awareness um into our own patterns, um, whether it's physical patterns, mental or emotional or behavioral patterns.
- 40:47Uh and um, yeah, I I would love to see it weaved into the medical system, but I don't think they'd have much of a business.
- 40:59I think we're getting there, you know.
- 41:02Yeah, I think we are too slowly.
- 41:04We're getting to the point where people are realizing that symptom management isn't fun, you know.
- 41:12It's not it's not it's not um gratifying to the body to have to take pills every day because we feel sick and you know, then deal with the side effects of those pills.
- 41:27Um, you know, and that's not always the case.
- 41:30Sometimes it's not, but oftentimes it is, especially with a lot of the chronic disease management.
- 41:36Yeah.
- 41:37So it's a work in progress, and that's why I'm so excited to do this show and have my own experiences in this field, because um, I was gonna relate this back to what you were saying too.
- 41:52Um, I think one of the reasons for me, what I've discovered in myself, um, why I respond so well to the frequency work.
- 42:03Uh it like as the practitioner, we're not we're not really doing work on people.
- 42:12We're just offering people the opportunity to do that work for themselves, and so it the variations from person to person have a lot more to do with that person's readiness and openness to receive, and um, yeah, there might be subconscious blocks with them like not being ready to heal, you know, and like baby stepping through some of those blocks before um, you know, they're really ready to just jump in with both feet, and you know everyone is different, like everyone is different in this modality, and we respect those differences and they show up very clearly in the work.
- 43:02That's right, yeah.
- 43:05So your practice um is in Washington, Oregon, Oregon, Oregon, and you see clients there, and then you also uh help practitioners transition into practice.
- 43:23Tell me a little bit more about that.
- 43:26Yeah, so I have a an in-person biofield tuning practice, um, but also a remote practice as well.
- 43:32And then I do some online coaching for practitioners.
- 43:36Um, a lot of them are biofield tuning practitioners and some are wellness practitioners, um, energy healers, sound therapists who, you know, they're kind of on a similar journey that we have been on, where they they've left their you know, their box uh and they want to expand and help people in a more fulfilling way.
- 43:59Um a lot of them don't have the confidence or the entrepreneurial skills, or they're that they don't have the belief in themselves that they can be an entrepreneur, and so I help with all of that.
- 44:16Um, I help practitioners create sustainable aligned practices, uh, and even practitioners who they've been in the field for a while and they have a busy practice, but they're getting burnt out.
- 44:30Um, so I help people to approach a practice with intention, um with uh alignment and choice, um, so that it can be fulfilling and sustainable because that's why we all come into this anyway, and so um I offer mindset coaching as well as business strategy, but I also bring biofield tuning into the coaching as well, because we all have subconscious blocks to um freedom and success.
- 45:03Um, and biofield tuning can really get down to the root of that and help things shift in a meaningful and effective way, yeah.
- 45:14Um that's so important.
- 45:17Uh and I think that that's one of the primary reasons why I mean I remember this from nursing school.
- 45:26Um, you know, we get through school and then we start in the field, and we're like, gosh, is this as good as it gets?
- 45:34You know, like there's this feeling of like, and that's what they tell us, you know, like they tell us in our work, like this is best, this is the best, this is as good as it gets.
- 45:48You're not gonna find um any healing that's more effective than what we're offering.
- 45:56And I always remember just being like, oh man, it's true.
- 46:03Like, I don't want to believe that, you know, and I think that's a lot of what um this searches for me uh and for a lot of us.
- 46:15I think entering into these alternative modalities is that you know, can we discover something better?
- 46:22Um is there a way to integrate uh these practices and and then how do we convince the public?
- 46:31Like that's the hard part, you know.
- 46:34Like people are always like, you know, like we're all kind of stuck in this mindset of that Western medicine is yeah, it's really well it's it's the paradigm of I need to listen to something outside of me in order for me to be okay, and that's what I love about biofield tuning is like let's listen to your body, let's listen to what your body and your subconscious intelligence has to say, um, and determining choice from there and not so much what somebody else is saying you should do or what you have or you know, anything about you.
- 47:12I mean, it helps to have authorities and leadership and um, you know, people pointing us in the direct in that in the right direction, but I think when it comes to being the stewards of our of our own bodies, um yeah, it's time to be equipped with the tools to know our bodies and to know how to listen to them.
- 47:34Yeah, it's like we live in this culture of giving away our power.
- 47:38Um like looking up to the doctors and thinking that I need something outside of me to heal me, um, rather than looking inwards and recognizing that your body was perfectly and divinely created, and you have everything that you need to um, you know, follow your path into wellness or the journey that you're on.
- 48:07Um I find that to be one of the biggest hindrances in this work is that we have this mindset barrier of empowerment that we work against in people, and um yeah, there's a lot there's a lot that's possible, I think, when we step into our own filling our own space and recognizing our own capacity and taking control.
- 48:43And it's way more fun, I think.
- 48:46I think life is way more fun from when you come from that angle because then it's a you know, the the discovery is endless.
- 48:54Um, and if you're an adventurer, I know you are Gail, you're an adventurer.
- 48:58Um, and I am too.
- 49:00Uh yeah, that's it, it can't get much better than that.
- 49:05Yeah, absolutely.
- 49:08So um, in terms of the business work, uh, so you work with practitioners that just any practitioner who's trying to start a business, offering coaching skills to develop um a balanced and fulfilling private practice.
- 49:31That's really that's right, yeah, that's really beautiful.
- 49:35Um I think that there are so many people in our audience who are feeling that these are the skills like I feel that way too, you know.
- 49:49Sometimes I'm like, do I have what it takes?
- 49:52You know, it's coming from this culture of self-doubt.
- 49:56Uh, it's really great to have people in the community to.
- 50:00Support um expansion into our calling.
- 50:05So yeah.
- 50:06And it in my program, I really emphasize and not emphasize, I don't emphasize, I normalize self-doubt because we're all plagued by it.
- 50:17We are.
- 50:19And I I normalize fear.
- 50:21I normalize anxiety because they are valid emotions and they're human emotions.
- 50:28And you know, we are meant to experience the full range of human emotion.
- 50:33And so I've seen practitioners try and push those emotions away or try to wait for them to go away before they take the next step.
- 50:43Um, but I'm all about we got to bring them with us.
- 50:46So I teach how to how to do that, how to bring those emotions with you, not let them drive, but just be you know, a quiet presence with you as you move forward.
- 50:56And that's how that's how we get to the success that we want is learning how to navigate those emotions instead of trying to fix them or um make them go away.
- 51:10Yeah, all about allowing them.
- 51:13In leadership, because I I've been doing a lot of work in leadership.
- 51:17I've been writing and in leadership development, and um one of the biggest hindrances uh in our ability to um step into our power and our abilities was like this addiction with fear, and I like to tell people like what if we change the conversation around a topic like fear, and instead of like having this contraction with it, we recognize it as a tool.
- 51:53Like that's right, it's a tool.
- 51:55It's a it's like it's like a symbol from the universe that we're coming into like a challenge that could you know take us up or down in our in our advancements, and um yeah, like the way that we frame our feelings is so important in our abilities to access, you know, the highest, the highest path.
- 52:28Yeah, that's been a really good one.
- 52:31Mm-hmm.
- 52:32And I think biofield tuning has taught me a lot about that.
- 52:36And and when we have um unprocessed or undigested emotions um that are being held in the body, when fear does come along in the present moment, it can feel that much bigger because it's already charged up somewhere in our system.
- 52:54So if we can help to neutralize those emotions with biofield tuning, it's not like those feelings are never going to come back, but when they do come back, they're usually not as loud and not as in charge as they would be without you know the the work.
- 53:14Yeah, that's so true.
- 53:17Yeah, I love that.
- 53:19I love the mindset work.
- 53:21It's such a big part of all of this.
- 53:23Um, with your business, um, where do you plan to take it next?
- 53:35Like what's the what do you see your work as in the future, or do you have plans or yeah, I think um, you know, my husband has been like, Jill, why why aren't you like reaching out to like massage schools and like you know, you know, reaching out to all the schools, and there's still part of me that's like, yeah, oh, if I want to expand that big.
- 54:02So um, I think it's more for me right now, some personal work of um taking up even more space and you know, not being not being afraid of um putting myself out there.
- 54:18So I'm saying that this is exactly what I coach, you know, my clients to do, and I'm also right here doing the work along with everybody else.
- 54:30So, where can people find you?
- 54:32Uh Jillianne if they are interested in your program, in um gaining more tools for uh for becoming an independent entrepreneur, yeah.
