Lafayette Woman’s Identity Still Unknown | Lafayette Louisiana News
A woman tragically struck on the Evangeline Thruway last week remains unidentified, and police are urgently asking the public for help. With no ID on her and fingerprints that didn’t match any national databases, investigators are relying heavily on community recognition—especially of a tattoo on her right forearm reading “We only part to meet again.” If you recognize her or know who she was, contact Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers—her family is waiting to be notified.
