Birdcall is hitting the Midwest hard—planning 6 to 8 new spots in Wichita and Topeka, plus 10–15 in Indiana, 18 in Missouri, 7–10 in Nebraska, up to 20 in Ohio, and 10–15 in Wisconsin—all within five years. With seventeen locations currently in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas, this expansion could nearly double their footprint.
