- 0:30Comfortable and get started Welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:34I am super excited today.
- 0:36We've had a good day today.
- 0:38Everybody's doing well.
- 0:40I had a couple rough.
- 0:42Days.
- 0:43The week before.
- 0:44With patients with some personal issues, but today is better.
- 0:49It is the day to talk about inflammation.
- 0:52All right, let's get to it.
- 0:53Now.
- 0:54If you listen to the podcast, you've heard me say that.
- 0:58The roadmap to disease.
- 1:00My.
- 1:01Formulation.
- 1:02For someone getting sick is what I've discovered.
- 1:06Is.
- 1:07Toxins.
- 1:08Lid to inflammation.
- 1:11And inflammation.
- 1:14Led to these EAs.
- 1:16I've had podcasts identifying the root cause of toxins.
- 1:20I did a whole thing on the liver, how the liver is important.
- 1:23And the liver is included in all three phases of detoxification.
- 1:29It is the hardest.
- 1:30I work in Oregon in the body.
- 1:33It's been insulted every day.
- 1:34By toxins.
- 1:35But now we're going to talk about inflammation.
- 1:38Then after this podcast, I'm going to do a podcast on the blood test.
- 1:42General blood tests that everybody should be.
- 1:45Doing in identifying inflammation.
- 1:48but what is inflammation?
- 1:49When we hear inflammation, we usually hear, it's inflammation is bad.
- 1:52Inflammation can be a good thing.
- 1:54As a matter of fact, acute inflammation is needed for healing to take place.
- 1:59But anything you are experiencing today.
- 2:02From your fatigue, your brain fog, your aches and pains, your back pain, your fibromyalgia, your skin issues, these are all from you being inflamed.
- 2:16These are a result of inflammation.
- 2:19All have conditions.
- 2:21I was all melted from inflammation.
- 2:24But it's from chronic inflammation.
- 2:27Chronic inflammation.
- 2:29Is the with cause of.
- 2:32I would say 90% of chronic health conditions.
- 2:35I'm not going to say an a hundred percent because nothing is a hundred percent That's most chronic symptoms and diseases.
- 2:40That is why when I am.
- 2:41Working with the patient, I'm always looking.
- 2:44At inflammatory markers.
- 2:46When they submit the blood work to me and I'm always asking did we do any inflammation?
- 2:50And usually it's a no.
- 2:52No, I don't think so.
- 2:53We just did the basic CBC CNB, maybe a liver.
- 2:57maybe a lipid panel, maybe an, immigrant.
- 2:59Anyone see, and that's it.
- 3:01Or maybe they'll do a table tsst.
- 3:0343, which are the whole podcast.
- 3:04About that because I have a host spills about how many people are misdiagnosed or diagnosed properly with Taiwan issues.
- 3:11Inflammation is your body's.
- 3:14Natural defense mechanism against foreigners.
- 3:18And visitors.
- 3:19Toxins allergens injuries or anything that the body.
- 3:25Cannot process doesn't understand anything that you weren't born with.
- 3:29That endo's your body.
- 3:31Is going to create inflammation.
- 3:33Because the bad is looking at an allergen, say for instance, gluten.
- 3:37Everybody's sensitive to gluten now.
- 3:38We all like gluten.
- 3:40Grains.
- 3:40We all have to be careful with grains.
- 3:42If you use a blue berries.
- 3:44And now you cannot eat blueberries anymore because there's something sprayed on the blueberries, like herbicides, pesticides.
- 3:51That produc or that substance.
- 3:55Sprayed on the food will create inflammation.
- 3:59At first you have acute inflammation.
- 4:01It's like your body.
- 4:02We act in.
- 4:02To something that doesn't belong.
- 4:05That's why I said toxins.
- 4:07Lead to inflammation.
- 4:09You got to have something in your body or come in contact with something to have inflammation.
- 4:15All your rashes are due from inflammation, Your skin is burning up inflammation.
- 4:20When your body comes in contact with an invader, we're going to call it.
- 4:24What is a toxin or toxins produced by a pathogen.
- 4:28Or toxins from your water, from your personal care products, from your cleaning.
- 4:32Products.
- 4:33Mode, your immune system's response to it as an arm is being done to yourself.
- 4:39That there's an injury taking place.
- 4:41So therefore it's going to create blood flow.
- 4:43Your blood vessel is going to dilate.
- 4:45You're going to have the immune cells that look aside will infiltrate.
- 4:49And that will produce chemicals.
- 4:52To help fight.
- 4:53The inflammation.
- 4:54but the most complex process that takes place when you have inflammation is the production of antibodies.
- 5:01That is why for me and my patients, I check antibodies.
- 5:05So if I'm checking for.
- 5:06Candida yeast.
- 5:08I am going to check for yeast candida antibodies.
- 5:12With sARS.
- 5:13COVID.
- 5:13Two.
- 5:14The virus.
- 5:15Is an antigen, which is, Invader, which will create toxins.
- 5:19It's the toxin itself, That's going to create antibodies.
- 5:23I hope you guys understand this.
- 5:24Let's give you the most common.
- 5:27This is symptoms half.
- 5:30Issues you can get from chronic inflammation as we already alluded how harmful it is to your body, but symptoms of chronic inflammation can vary from person to person, And includes fatigue, chronic pain, headaches, migraine joint pain, skin issues, brain fog, memory loss, sleep difficulties, or lack of sleep.
- 5:51GI issues, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain, weight loss, obesity, hormonal imbalance.
- 5:57Anxiety depression.
- 5:59Frequent infections, early signs of aging.
- 6:03At sometimes we'll look at people and they look older.
- 6:07Then they are.
- 6:08And chronic inflammation can affect all areas of your body, including your digestive system, your kidneys, your liver, your lungs, your brain, your endocrine system.
- 6:18Your hormones again, your skin, your muscles, your bones.
- 6:21There's so much damage can be done internally.
- 6:25Not only to your organs, to yourselves.
- 6:27Due to chronic inflammation.
- 6:30The diabetes, as I mentioned, the cancer heart disease.
- 6:33The multiple sclerosis.
- 6:35All have conditions are.
- 6:37Who is old of.
- 6:39Chronic inflammation.
- 6:40This is very important to understand how this easiest form then created in our bodies, because most often we'll wake up.
- 6:47We will find the day before.
- 6:48And then the next day we sick and we don't understand what happened, what took place.
- 6:52I'm always asking my patients to go back and evaluate what did they eat?
- 6:57And stress.
- 6:58Can we really cause inflammation.
- 7:02Because stress decreases your blood flow.
- 7:05So whatever you have in the blood food that was traveling, stay statement.
- 7:08And that foreign substance will create inflammation because it's not flowing because your body's under stress.
- 7:16In the case of injury, if you were to cut your finger, You're going to have inflammation.
- 7:20It is necessary.
- 7:22For healing for new skin to grow for new sales to in Germany.
- 7:26So we want inflammation.
- 7:28Information is not always problematic.
- 7:30Or harmful.
- 7:31If.
- 7:32You know how to.
- 7:34Treat it.
- 7:34If you understand what they can place.
- 7:36Now acute inflammation is essential.
- 7:39As I mentioned is a critical part of our body's response to infections, to illness, to injuries.
- 7:45With the acute inflammation comes healing.
- 7:48But the problem is.
- 7:50Chronic inflammation.
- 7:51Say for instance, you have a house.
- 7:53The house is.
- 7:55Quite on fire.
- 7:56Somebody bought gasoline in the house.
- 7:58The gasoline is detoxing, And then you have fire, which is the inflammation.
- 8:02It's a big house.
- 8:02The whole house is on fire and then the firefighters come.
- 8:05And they're trying to put out the fire, which is inflammation.
- 8:08And they cannot.
- 8:09So we went from acute inflammation.
- 8:12To chronic inflammation.
- 8:13They are trying everything omega.
- 8:15As a matter of fact, things are getting worse in the house.
- 8:17Like one woman has.
- 8:17It's got a fire, not the half of the whole house.
- 8:20On fire now.
- 8:21So that's chronic inflammation.
- 8:23Because the firefighter.
- 8:25Can not handle.
- 8:26The acute or.
- 8:28You know, we have acute inflammation.
- 8:29Like most of us do we just think it's normal, It's life is stress.
- 8:33We pushed through it every day.
- 8:35And we do not handle.
- 8:37With issues properly.
- 8:38And next thing you know, something went from acute to chronic.
- 8:41Now you have more headaches, You have the headache and I have a tumor.
- 8:44Used to have tiredness.
- 8:45Now you have fatigue.
- 8:46So there's a lot going on.
- 8:48When you went from a symptoms that was mild.
- 8:50To moderate, to severe.
- 8:52Because the information is becoming chronic.
- 8:55And some of us have low-grade chronic inflammation.
- 8:58Leading to systemic problem.
- 9:00Like auto immune conditions.
- 9:02That's low grade chronic inflammation left untreated.
- 9:06And now you have your immune cells going really crazy, trying to fight the invaders, the foreigners.
- 9:13And then you have yourselves.
- 9:15your doctor tells you about is attacking itself.
- 9:18So Andrea is infections, allergens, toxic exposures, or create chronic inflammation.
- 9:24Chronic inflammation.
- 9:26Tends to develop over time.
- 9:27Do a combination of issues.
- 9:30you can get chronic inflammation from poor diet.
- 9:33Lifestyle choices.
- 9:34Chronic stress, environmental toxins exposure.
- 9:38Infections gut Lytton, dormant infections.
- 9:42And also.
- 9:44Not listening to your body.
- 9:46Can put you at risk for chronic inflammations.
- 9:48These factors.
- 9:50Placed an excessive stress load on your body.
- 9:53As it responds.
- 9:54Your body is always fighting, is always under attack.
- 9:59Your immune system becomes weak and then you have opportunistic for other infections, other pathogens to produce.
- 10:06Then we have cancer.
- 10:08Chronic and ongoing inflammation.
- 10:10I can need to a lot of diagnosis like diabetes, chronic heart disease, like a stroke.
- 10:17Or heart attack or brain issue, burn tumors, eye cancer.
- 10:21Tissues and organs are dying when you have chronic inflammation and not able to repair properly.
- 10:26Let's talk about a few body organs, In terms of the brain.
- 10:30If, for instance, if you have chronic inflammation in your brain, you are producing.
- 10:34Sister canes, which is a substance.
- 10:36Cause an autoimmune reactions in the brain, which lead to depression.
- 10:40Autism poor memory or simers disease and multiple sclerosis.
- 10:45All simers.
- 10:46Is from chronic inflammation.
- 10:49And it has to do with diet.
- 10:51Rich of carbohydrates, simple carbohydrates.
- 10:54That's why.
- 10:55I.
- 10:55Elderly is not, that are getting Alzheimer's.
- 10:57If you look back and you study the diet, you see that they used to eat a lot of unhealthy carbs.
- 11:02PAC in the days.
- 11:03A lot of pastors, a lot of bread, a lot of coal card.
- 11:07A lot of rice.
- 11:08A lot of, you know, sandwiches.
- 11:10that's how they were raised.
- 11:11That was the culture.
- 11:12And now they're in the eighties and nineties and now they have Alzheimer's.
- 11:16Now for your Taiwan.
- 11:17Auto immunity as a result of inflammation.
- 11:20Can we do total Thai word except those count?
- 11:23therefore you have less time at home on production and the Taiwan is not functioning properly.
- 11:28And when the tablet is faced with mercury.
- 11:31That's a heavy metal.
- 11:32And you it's under constant chronic inflammation.
- 11:35you're going to have type status.
- 11:36or subclinical, whatever that is.
- 11:38And you're going to feel all the symptoms of low Ty woods, which is slow motility, weight, gain fatigue, Your body's processes declining.
- 11:47Therefore everything is slows down.
- 11:49In your body.
- 11:50If you were to take about the liver.
- 11:53So build up inflammation in the liver can lead to enlarge liver or fatty liver disease increasing the toxic load.
- 12:00Therefore the liver is sluggish.
- 12:02It's not doing its job.
- 12:04And then you have this toxins.
- 12:05Migrating to other parts of your body.
- 12:07Creating more inflammation.
- 12:09We are all inflamed.
- 12:11We, a bunch of inflamed individuals because we, uh, faced.
- 12:15Or encounter or exposed to toxins every day.
- 12:19It is our responsibility.
- 12:21To listen to our bodies and the minute we felt unwell, we go find the world-class and also find the solution.
- 12:29According to a 2010 review published in auto immune reviews.
- 12:34Chronic inflammation is also linked to autoimmune disease.
- 12:38Multiple sclerosis, lupus.
- 12:40That has linked to brain inflammation, mental health issues.
- 12:43When health problems, chronic inflammation can be connected to depression.
- 12:48Anxiety addictions and other mental health issues, memory issues, and neuro degenerative diseases.
- 12:55Everything goes back to chronic inflammation.
- 12:57how do you know.
- 12:59That your body's going from acute to chronic.
- 13:01Listen to your body.
- 13:03The first signs of chronic inflammation is fatigue.
- 13:06Fatigue, fatigue, fatigue.
- 13:08Not tiredness.
- 13:10Fatigue.
- 13:10Tiredness is acute inflammation.
- 13:12Because with tiredness you fix, the problem is circumstantial and you feel better with fatigue.
- 13:18You have it ongoing and you have it for a long time.
- 13:20No matter what you do, You have tons of sleep at night, You sleep well, you wake up with fatigue.
- 13:24We have to really focus on, we pair the mitochondria.
- 13:28The mitochondria, a tiny structure is.
- 13:31In ourselves of our body.
- 13:33They are responsible for producing energy.
- 13:36Most people don't understand is that this tiny structures are also vulnerable to chronic inflammation.
- 13:42That's why the first symptoms and the first times that we get, when we get a cold or flu is fatigue.
- 13:48It's been that chronic inflammation is damaging the cells.
- 13:50They're not able to produce an energy for you.
- 13:53Laura is your body's ability to function and heal.
- 13:56Whatever's causing the inflammation is still in a way.
- 13:59Your energy mostly is a pathogen.
- 14:01Poor diet, chronic stress infection, stacks, and sports sleep agent.
- 14:05Can lead to metabolic, instability, which lowers your energy production, and then you have stress and then you have metabolic waste.
- 14:13Which can need to energy production issues, fatty acid metabolism, weekend Putin damage.
- 14:20There's a lot happening internally.
- 14:22When we have chronic inflammation.
- 14:25You can repair.
- 14:26Chronic inflammation first.
- 14:27What do we do if you put up the of my community, you know, the first thing we need to do is to identify the world-class.
- 14:33Identifying the toxins.
- 14:35We'll move the toxins.
- 14:36It's gonna decrease the inflammation and then you're going to resolve your health conditions.
- 14:41I know it's not as easy as just toxin inflammation.
- 14:44I know.
- 14:45It's not as easy as that.
- 14:46I know sometimes I, I say things and I make it so easy, but I know that's what Danny has been, needs to be done.
- 14:52For another for you to do that.
- 14:53But the first thing you can do, and the first step we all should be looking at is identifying the with cause.
- 14:59That's the first thing, once, you know, that was caused, then the process becomes easier because you will know exactly what to do.
- 15:05To put that issue.
- 15:06To rest.
- 15:07So that is chronic inflammation and the next podcast I'm going to go over.
- 15:1210 to 15, depending on how much I'm willing to give.
- 15:16For you to ask the doctor to check, to see your inflammatory.
- 15:20Oh, your inflammation level.
- 15:21And to see how severe your chronic inflammation is.
- 15:25Remember.
- 15:26This ease is a combination of toxins.
- 15:30Late into inflammation and then you have symptoms and then you have a condition.
- 15:34That's it.
- 15:34My friend, I hope you enjoy this podcast.
- 15:37I hope that you identify why I'm always pounded in you.
- 15:42And everybody else within the lesson that we need to address toxins because the inflammation is well.
- 15:46It is well, and it is our job to really identify what we can do to heal our bodies.
- 15:52Now stay tuned to the next podcast let me give you some blood work take that information to your adapter and hopefully you can decrease your inflammation thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for listening to this episode.
