- 0:07It's six Eastern.
- 0:08It's three o'clock Pacific.
- 0:10This is a president of action, coast to
- 0:12coast and around the world from the America
- 0:14Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:16If he says he's serious about something, he
- 0:17means it.
- 0:19It's time for The Truth Be Told with
- 0:20Booker Scott.
- 0:22As the dust settles from Chairman G and
- 0:24Donald Trump's visit, I'm going to let that
- 0:26go away for a while, and I'll talk
- 0:29about it when there is more to talk
- 0:31about, when we hear more of what happened.
- 0:33There is something to talk about tonight, though.
- 0:35There was a Senate hearing on Capitol Hill
- 0:38with a CIA whistleblower on Wednesday.
- 0:41I'm going to get into that here in
- 0:42this hour.
- 0:43Also, Mark Davis is here to have a
- 0:46conversation with us about the Georgia election.
- 0:49It always seems to go back to Georgia
- 0:51since 2020.
- 0:53We've been discussing this quite a bit on
- 0:55this program throughout the years.
- 0:56And Mark Davis is an interesting guy.
- 0:59He is an expert witness that has been
- 1:01doing things on Georgia elections for almost a
- 1:03quarter of a century.
- 1:05He's going to be joining the program in
- 1:06just a few minutes.
- 1:08I'm Booker.
- 1:09This is The Truth Be Told.
- 1:11Thank you for joining us.
- 1:12If you're listening live, fantastic.
- 1:14Great to have you.
- 1:14If you found us later on a podcast,
- 1:16thank you for making that extra effort.
- 1:19I really do appreciate it.
- 1:20The CIA whistleblower that went to the Senate
- 1:23and had this hearing, Rand Paul and uh
- 1:25Senator Ron Johnson, both of them were there
- 1:28and instrumental in this hearing.
- 1:30They both did a great job.
- 1:32And this had to do with the COVID
- 1:34origins and where it actually came from.
- 1:36I think most of us here, if you're
- 1:39listening to this program or myself, we always
- 1:41knew that it came from a Wuhan lab.
- 1:44It was uh made, it was man-made, it
- 1:46was created, probably by Dr.
- 1:48Fauci, and we're trying to get to the
- 1:50truth, and that's what this hearing was about.
- 1:53The CIA whistleblower decided to come forward.
- 1:56Unfortunately, if you paid attention to this hearing,
- 1:58you saw that there were no Democrats there,
- 2:00not one.
- 2:03They really don't care about the truth, or
- 2:05they're afraid that the truth will come out
- 2:08and they'll realize that uh they covered everything
- 2:10up, because that's what happened here.
- 2:12I brought it to you on this program
- 2:14back in March of 2023.
- 2:16I talked about it last week that Dr.
- 2:18Robert Redfield testified that three things happened in
- 2:20that Wuhan lab.
- 2:23It is now declassified, and it has been
- 2:25declassified for three years, but it is obvious
- 2:27to anyone that can read that something happened
- 2:30in that Wuhan lab that created COVID and
- 2:32it got away from them.
- 2:35Or they did it intentionally.
- 2:37They allowed COVID to go out.
- 2:39A lot of people believe that.
- 2:41Are we ever going to really find the
- 2:42truth?
- 2:44I found it interesting that the Democrats didn't
- 2:46care about it, and when you look at
- 2:48the mainstream media, they didn't either.
- 2:51So as big a deal as I believe
- 2:52this is, and maybe you feel the same
- 2:54way.
- 2:56It really isn't, because it's not going to
- 2:58change anyone's mind about this because the people
- 3:00that need to see it and need to
- 3:02know about it, they're not going to see
- 3:04it.
- 3:06I just did a Google search.
- 3:07I just put in CIA whistleblower.
- 3:11Guess who is doing any coverage of this?
- 3:14Fox News and Fox Business.
- 3:17That's it.
- 3:18And some right wing conservative media.
- 3:22ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, none of them
- 3:24are doing anything on the CIA whistleblower that
- 3:27gave this testimony that I'm going to go
- 3:29through here.
- 3:32And Senator Ron Johnson was begging the mainstream
- 3:35media to to show this.
- 3:39They haven't.
- 3:40They continued to cover it up because they
- 3:42were either complicit or stupid.
- 3:45I'm not sure which one.
- 3:47But they don't now want to come out
- 3:49and say, oh, look, look at this.
- 3:52The Wuhan lab leaked the COVID in China.
- 3:56We couldn't even say China back then.
- 3:59If you remember that, they tried to correct
- 4:00President Donald Trump when he would do a
- 4:02press conference.
- 4:03Many of us on social media that were
- 4:05bringing it to the attention of the American
- 4:07people.
- 4:10We got censored and silenced, and we know
- 4:12now that it was the Biden administration working
- 4:15with big tech, Google, and Twitter and Facebook
- 4:18that shut those voices down.
- 4:21So in a way, you can't even blame
- 4:23half the country or more who don't believe
- 4:25this because the voices that were trying to
- 4:26bring the truth to them, they were shut
- 4:28down.
- 4:30That's a problem with censorship, but that's what
- 4:32we live through.
- 4:34The CIA whistleblower, James Eerdman, and he accused
- 4:38Anthony Fauci of playing an intentional role in
- 4:42the agency, scrapping a plan to announce the
- 4:46virus was leaked from the Wuhan lab.
- 4:49This goes all the way back to 2021
- 4:52when COVID was still happening.
- 4:55He says Fauci is the one that covered
- 4:57that up, and the CIA did not announce
- 4:59that it came from the Wuhan lab in
- 5:012021.
- 5:04And there was also a hearing done in
- 5:05the House of Representative years ago.
- 5:07I remember watching this, and it was Representative
- 5:10Jim Jordan that was asking the questions then
- 5:13about why the story changed.
- 5:16Why was there two possibilities going into a
- 5:19weekend and coming out of the weekend?
- 5:21There was only one.
- 5:23The two possibilities are it was uh bat
- 5:25soup and a wet market in Wuhan.
- 5:28The other one was a leak from a
- 5:29lab.
- 5:30After the weekend was over, there was uh
- 5:32only one option.
- 5:34And that option was it was bat soup
- 5:36from a wet market.
- 5:39James Erdman here is also gonna talk about
- 5:42something that happened in 2021 in five days
- 5:45that changed the narrative.
- 5:49Let's go to opening statements.
- 5:50Here is CIA whistleblower James Erdman.
- 5:53Intelligence community leaders and senior analysts downplayed the
- 5:56possibility that the COVID pandemic originated as a
- 5:58result of a lab incident.
- 6:02Motives are difficult to define given the scope
- 6:05of the digs review.
- 6:08Intentional or not, the IC's actions resulted in
- 6:11cover-up, wasted resources, and a failure to properly
- 6:14inform policymakers.
- 6:18I want to go back to what I
- 6:20was talking about with Jim Jordan here.
- 6:22The motive, the motive.
- 6:23Why did this change?
- 6:24Why did the narrative change to only one
- 6:26possibility?
- 6:29Jim Jordan asked the question.
- 6:31The answer was nine million dollars.
- 6:35There was a nine million dollar grant or
- 6:37nine million dollars in grants to two different
- 6:40people that changed everything.
- 6:43They wrote a letter and said without a
- 6:45doubt that this was uh Batsu from a
- 6:47wet market in Wuhan.
- 6:50And that letter was repeated by the New
- 6:52York Times, and that became the narrative.
- 6:55And it was Anthony Fauci that gave the
- 6:58nine million dollars in grant.
- 7:00I think it was about three or four
- 7:00I think it was about three or four
- 7:02months after that letter.
- 7:02months after that letter.
- 7:04So there you have the motive.
- 7:04So there you have the motive.
- 7:06There you have the person who did it
- 7:06There you have the person who did it
- 7:07in Anthony Fauci.
- 7:07in Anthony Fauci.
- 7:09If you pay attention to all of these
- 7:09If you pay attention to all of these
- 7:11hearings and you put all of them together,
- 7:11hearings and you put all of them together,
- 7:14you can put it together as to what
- 7:14you can put it together as to what
- 7:16happened when COVID was here.
- 7:16happened when COVID was here.
- 7:19And what there was a cover-up.
- 7:19And what there was a cover up.
- 7:20We knew it then, we know it now.
- 7:20We knew it then, we know it now.
- 7:22Unfortunately, as I said, mainstream media isn't covering
- 7:22Unfortunately, as I said, mainstream media isn't covering
- 7:25it, and I don't know that the people
- 7:25it, and I don't know that the people
- 7:27that need to hear this will ever hear
- 7:27that need to hear this will ever.
- 7:29it or ever know it.
- 7:31Dr.
- 7:32Fauci's role in the cover-up was intentional.
- 7:35Dr.
- 7:35Fauci influenced the analytical process and findings by
- 7:39leveraging his position to ensure the IC consulted
- 7:43with a conflicted list of curated subject matter
- 7:47experts, public health health officials, and scientists.
- 7:52This included some of the authors of the
- 7:54paper, The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2, and other
- 7:57public health experts who have been in his
- 8:00orbit for the last 20 plus years.
- 8:03Some of the scientists were part of the
- 8:06biological sciences experts group, or the BSEG, an
- 8:09office and an office of uh director national
- 8:13intelligence advisory body whose members often receive considerable
- 8:16funding from NIAID and public health agencies.
- 8:19B-Seg scientists influenced national laboratory WMD research, policy
- 8:24decisions, finished analysis, and other intelligence matters, creating
- 8:28misaligned incentives and conflicts of interest.
- 8:33Very interesting testimony there.
- 8:35And while we're talking about the CIA, CIA
- 8:38director Tulsi Gabbard, a spokesperson for her, denies
- 8:41that there was a CIA raid.
- 8:45Let's get into this just a minute, and
- 8:46then we'll get back to that hearing.
- 8:48Olivia Coleman is the name of this spokesperson,
- 8:51and she says this is false.
- 8:54The CIA did not raid the DNI's office.
- 8:58That is because Jesse Waters put it out
- 8:59that that did happen.
- 9:01Who knows?
- 9:02I don't know who to believe anymore.
- 9:04Jesse Waters said breaking, the CIA just raided
- 9:07Tulsi Gabbard's office.
- 9:10Holy smokes.
- 9:12Waters says the Fauci whistleblower James Erdman the
- 9:15third claimed while in court yesterday that the
- 9:18files were actively being prepared for public release
- 9:21when the CIA allegedly stepped in and took
- 9:24possessions of them.
- 9:27Now this spokesperson for uh the Tulsi Gabbard
- 9:29and D and I says that did not
- 9:31happen.
- 9:34So who knows?
- 9:35Let's wait again for a couple of days
- 9:37and let the dust settle, and maybe we'll
- 9:38find out some truth.
- 9:40It took us five years to find out
- 9:42the truth on COVID, but here we are.
- 9:45Let's go to Senator Rand Paul.
- 9:47Rand Paul has been a dog on Fauci
- 9:50for years.
- 9:52Thank goodness one uh one senator was.
- 9:55He has been.
- 9:56The statute of limitations has now run out
- 9:57on Fauci.
- 9:59He is not going to be held accountable
- 10:00for anything.
- 10:02But here is Senator Rand Paul.
- 10:04Is it your testimony that there is still
- 10:06resistance from the CIA to comply with the
- 10:08law we passed to declassify all the COVID
- 10:10information?
- 10:13Yes.
- 10:14I believe as a result of that line
- 10:16of question from Senator Rand Paul, Representative Anna
- 10:19Paulina Luna from Congressional District 13 in Florida
- 10:22put this post out.
- 10:24The CIA has 24 hours to return the
- 10:27documents to Tulsi Gabbard's office, or else I
- 10:31will make a motion to issue a subpoena.
- 10:34These documents have been requested by Congress.
- 10:37Leading report also put this information out.
- 10:40CIA seized 40 boxes of JFK and MK
- 10:43Ultra files that were being processed by the
- 10:46Office of Director of National Intelligence ODNI for
- 10:49declassification.
- 10:53This is per this whistleblower James Erdman.
- 10:56Again, this has to do with JFK MK
- 10:59Ultra Files, and the DNI, at least the
- 11:02spokesperson for the office is saying this did
- 11:04not happen.
- 11:07Let's go back to Rand Paul.
- 11:09One of the things that I think is
- 11:12new today that I'm hearing from your testimony
- 11:15is that from an early period of time
- 11:18you believe and the information you're aware of
- 11:22is that CIA scientists from an early time
- 11:25after the pandemic began, 2020, 2021, uh were
- 11:28concluding that the lab leak was the most
- 11:32likely hypothesis.
- 11:35Yes, Senator.
- 11:36I'd like to offer some qualifications on that
- 11:38as well.
- 11:40Um a lot of the the issues occurred
- 11:44at the interagency space uh at the National
- 11:48Intelligence Council, the individuals responsible for uh conducting
- 11:51uh or or writing WMD analysis.
- 11:56So, and many of those individuals are on
- 11:57JDA from the CIA.
- 12:00But um, yes, uh very early, be as
- 12:03early as 2020, there were agencies within the
- 12:06IC circulating papers that um that said, hey,
- 12:10there's for example, DOE circulated a paper in
- 12:13May of 2020 that said that all the
- 12:17conditions were present for a lab leak.
- 12:21Um, and I could go through the timeline,
- 12:24uh, but yes, my short answer is yes,
- 12:27periodically throughout 2020, all the way to 2024.
- 12:30Yes.
- 12:31I think the arguments, you know, pro and
- 12:33con for what is the evidence on whether
- 12:35this came from a lab or came from
- 12:36nature are still important.
- 12:38So for years we've been asking the CIA
- 12:40to produce the scientists, uh, either in a
- 12:42classified setting or a public setting to discuss
- 12:44the arguments.
- 12:46I don't see any reason why the argument
- 12:47should be classified.
- 12:49You know, one of the arguments that's made
- 12:51publicly is that the source looks like it
- 12:54came from a single source of RNA, not
- 12:56like five different types of viruses or 20
- 12:59different types like you had with SARS 2003,
- 13:01but it came from one source, and virtually
- 13:04everybody argues that sort of indicates a lab
- 13:06and not a nature.
- 13:09And so those arguments are important scientific arguments
- 13:11to have, but we've been prevented from having
- 13:12them.
- 13:14We've been preventing from uh getting all of
- 13:16the declassified information.
- 13:18Now I want to go back to what
- 13:20was declassified back in 2023, the three things
- 13:23that happened in that lab.
- 13:25There was an air filtration system changed.
- 13:28The Army of China, the PLA took over
- 13:31control of that lab, and the genetic sequencing
- 13:34of everything in that lab, the lot scientists'
- 13:37work that they had worked on their entire
- 13:40lives disappeared, and that doesn't happen.
- 13:44So it was pretty obvious that something happened
- 13:47at that lab in Wuhan in 2019, September
- 13:502019 is when those things took place.
- 13:53That is now declassified.
- 13:55So when you put these little pieces together,
- 13:57these nuggets along the way, it's clear to
- 13:59see what happened.
- 14:00Clear to see what happened.
- 14:02And as I said, uh most of the
- 14:02And as I said, uh, most of the
- 14:03country is not seeing this.
- 14:03country is not seeing this.
- 14:05Only Fox News and Fox Business are putting
- 14:05Only Fox News and Fox Business are putting
- 14:08it on television.
- 14:08it on television.
- 14:10The mainstream media is not.
- 14:10The mainstream media is not.
- 14:12And do a Google search.
- 14:12And do a Google search.
- 14:14You'll see it yourself.
- 14:14You'll see it yourself.
- 14:15If the people that need to see it
- 14:15If the people that need to see it
- 14:17aren't seeing it, what is the point of
- 14:17aren't seeing it, what is the point of
- 14:18even doing it?
- 14:19even doing it?
- 14:20But what I think is is of uh
- 14:20But what I think is is of uh
- 14:23importance that's new today is that your testimony
- 14:23importance that's new today is that your testimony
- 14:26is that the CIA scientists were concluding that
- 14:26is that the CIA scientists were concluded.
- 14:29it was lab, but then when this uh
- 14:31there was a 90-day study in 2021, and
- 14:34this study was uh done by NIC, led
- 14:37by NIC.
- 14:39Tell us what NIC is again.
- 14:41It's the National Intelligence Council, and individuals responsible
- 14:44for writing various WMD and and and bio-related
- 14:47issues led to it.
- 14:50So when they had this study, they had
- 14:52CIA scientists telling them look, the evidence, the
- 14:54scientific evidence looks like it came from the
- 14:55lab.
- 14:57But then they brought in Anthony Fauci.
- 15:00And is it your opinion that Anthony Fauci
- 15:03uh was able to overrule the scientist or
- 15:06get NIC to conclude somehow that there wasn't
- 15:08a conclusion to be had here?
- 15:11We're going to be neutral, contradicting what the
- 15:13scientists were telling them.
- 15:15I'll tell you what was testified by the
- 15:18two people that changed everything.
- 15:21They were paid nine million dollars by Anthony
- 15:22Fauci through a grant.
- 15:24That's what happened.
- 15:26So there's two questions there, and I want
- 15:27to break them up into two.
- 15:29One is where were the injection points, Dr.
- 15:31Anthony Fauci?
- 15:32Where did Dr.
- 15:33Anthony Fauci in and when did he inject
- 15:35himself into the IC?
- 15:37And the other half of that question, if
- 15:39I'm if I'm, and I don't want to
- 15:41extrapolate too much here is okay.
- 15:43What happened with with why was there a
- 15:45change in analysis?
- 15:47And we know that answer because of Anthony
- 15:49Fauci and 9 million dollars in grants.
- 15:52That was a different hearing.
- 15:53That was a very long time ago.
- 15:55I played it on the show when it
- 15:56did happen.
- 15:57Here's a little more of James Erdman, the
- 15:59whistleblower from the CIA.
- 16:05Had the American public been made aware that
- 16:08a virus from a lab in China was
- 16:11going to serve as the foundation for an
- 16:14emergency use authorization mRNA products.
- 16:18Here we go.
- 16:18Being mandated by the former administration.
- 16:20Dr.
- 16:21Fauci's role in the cover-up was intentional.
- 16:24Dr.
- 16:24Fauci influenced the analytical process and findings by
- 16:28leveraging his position to ensure the IC consulted
- 16:32with a conflicted list of curated subject matter
- 16:36experts, public health health officials, and scientists.
- 16:40That was a pretty important point he made
- 16:42there about the MRNA and the way everybody
- 16:45reacted to COVID.
- 16:48And we weren't allowed to ask questions, or
- 16:49we were censored.
- 16:51Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin.
- 16:53He did a great job in this hearing.
- 16:55Let's go to him.
- 16:57One point and one question.
- 16:59Just received this uh from Liz Lyon, the
- 17:01CIA director of public affairs.
- 17:04The committee acted in bad faith by subpoenaing
- 17:05an agency officer for testimony today without notifying
- 17:07CIA.
- 17:09Despite having already obtained closed door testimony from
- 17:11the individual previously, the witness testifying today is
- 17:13not appearing as a whistleblower in pursuit of
- 17:15the truth, but instead in response to the
- 17:17subpoena issued by Chairman Paul.
- 17:20This proceeding amounts to nothing more than a
- 17:21dishonest political theater.
- 17:23Masquerading is a congressional hearing as the CIA
- 17:25has already assessed.
- 17:26COVID 19 most likely originated from the lab
- 17:28leak and efforts to undermine that conclusion are
- 17:30disingenuous.
- 17:32I am calling on CIA Director Radcliffe and
- 17:34this person to apologize to Chairman Paul and
- 17:37this committee.
- 17:39This is not political theater.
- 17:42I have years and years and years of
- 17:45built-up frustration of agencies like the CAA, Department
- 17:49of Justice, the FBI, HHS, snubbing our oversight,
- 17:52giving us the big middle finger.
- 17:56And he's right.
- 17:57That's exactly what those agencies have done.
- 18:00They are supposed to be held accountable by
- 18:01the people.
- 18:03Senator Rand Paul, Senator Ron Johnson, they are
- 18:05the people.
- 18:07They are our elected officials that have oversight
- 18:09responsibility.
- 18:12And if these agencies within government are pushing
- 18:14back against that oversight, then who is running
- 18:17this country?
- 18:20It's not a government for the people and
- 18:22by the people, then, is it?
- 18:24One more thing from Senator Ron Johnson.
- 18:26When you get the bond of this, and
- 18:28right now I'm I'm just using this moment.
- 18:29I need the mainstream media, CBS, ABC, CNN.
- 18:36To step forward and start covering what is
- 18:38a major scan.
- 18:40How many thousands, tens, hundreds of thousands of
- 18:43people are permanently disabled or possibly lost their
- 18:46life because our FDA hid the fact that
- 18:49there were safety signals screaming at them with
- 18:53the COVID injection.
- 18:56So again, I I you can't answer all
- 18:58my questions in terms of who's but we
- 19:00need to figure out who is running this
- 19:01deep state.
- 19:03Great question.
- 19:04We need to figure that out.
- 19:06Who is running the deep state of the
- 19:07United States of America?
- 19:09They are the ones really running the government.
- 19:12It's not the people.
- 19:13You can tell that.
- 19:14And so many people became sick because of
- 19:17the MRNA vaccine they took that was also
- 19:19covered up by the FDA.

- 21:15Welcome back to The Truth Be Told.
- 21:17And when I think about the 2020 election,
- 21:19my mind goes to a few places.
- 21:21Detroit, it goes to Atlanta, Georgia.
- 21:24That's uh really the main two places it
- 21:26goes to, but there were other places too.
- 21:28There are many questions that.
- 21:28There are many questions that many people still
- 21:29have.
- 21:31And uh the way I look at Georgia,
- 21:32I've spent a lot of time looking at
- 21:34Georgia and dealing with that Georgia election in
- 21:362020.
- 21:38I look at that Georgia election sort of
- 21:40like a middle school girlfriend.
- 21:42Every once in a while there's a breakup,
- 21:45there isn't a lot of news coming from
- 21:47Georgia, and then something happens and everybody gets
- 21:49excited and thinks we're gonna get all the
- 21:51answers, and there is going to be accountability
- 21:53and transparency, and then you break up again.
- 21:56And that's sort of the way my middle
- 21:58school relationships were, and that's what I think
- 21:59we have with Georgia when it comes to
- 22:01the 2020 election.
- 22:03I'm gonna bring somebody into the program now
- 22:06that has an incredible amount of experience with
- 22:08voter roles in the state of Georgia.
- 22:11He's been around it for 40 years.
- 22:13He started this long before 2020.
- 22:16His name is Mark Davis, and he's been
- 22:19around Georgia politics since 1986.
- 22:22His dad was Guy Davis.
- 22:24He ran for governor in the state of
- 22:26Georgia, and his dad really was instrumental in
- 22:29making the Republican Party something that had never
- 22:31had been before in Georgia.
- 22:34If you don't know the history, Georgia was
- 22:36very much a Democrat state up until about
- 22:391986 when Guy Davis ran for uh governor.
- 22:42He had a good showing then.
- 22:44Let's bring Mark Davis into the program.
- 22:46Now, Mark, thank you for coming on the
- 22:47program and doing this segment here.
- 22:50Thanks for having me.
- 22:50I appreciate it.
- 22:51Well, let's get into a little bit about
- 22:53your background because I think it's important that
- 22:55people understand that this isn't something new for
- 22:58you since 2020.
- 23:00You have been digging into Georgia politics and
- 23:03races, election voter roles for many, many years.
- 23:07Talk about that for just a minute.
- 23:09Okay, so um back in the early 90s,
- 23:12I started producing enhanced voter databases for candidates.
- 23:16Um, at the time, the only place you
- 23:19could really get quality voter data and quality,
- 23:22I'll have to put in quotes, was from
- 23:24the RNC itself, and you weren't able to
- 23:27get the data until you became the nominee.
- 23:30And that happened in dad's race, and it
- 23:32it aggravated me.
- 23:34So I started building voter databases, and this
- 23:38was before the 1993 NVRA pass.
- 23:42And then when it rolled out, I could
- 23:44go to the Secretary of State's office and
- 23:46get their state on the CD, but it
- 23:48was expensive.
- 23:51So um that's what kind of got me
- 23:53started and working with with voter data back
- 23:56in the day, was dad's campaign and then
- 23:58those activities.
- 24:01But then in 2002, I had been seeing
- 24:04some irregularities in the voter data that I
- 24:07went before the state election board to talk
- 24:10about um people who were registered where they
- 24:14didn't live, and people who are improperly districted.
- 24:17And I got a lot of pushback from
- 24:20the Secretary of State at the time, but
- 24:22we had a disaster of a of a
- 24:24race in House District One that year.
- 24:27And the chairman of the Georgia Republican Party
- 24:29asked me to go up there and serve
- 24:31as an expert witness, and I did.
- 24:34And I've been doing it ever since.
- 24:37Um about 23 years of those cases.
- 24:41So I'm I'm pretty experienced with it.
- 24:43Overall, what have you seen over those 23
- 24:44years?
- 24:46What do you see in Georgia's voter roles?
- 24:50We have really bad problems with residency here,
- 24:53and it's really interesting because I learned recently
- 24:57just how far back it goes.
- 25:00Georgia is kind of unique in that we
- 25:03actually execute what's called a voter certificate when
- 25:05we go to vote, and that's us attesting
- 25:08under oath that we are who we say
- 25:10we are, and that we live where we
- 25:13say we live.
- 25:16And lying on one of those certificates is
- 25:17a felony.
- 25:19What's interesting about that, and what's always puzzled
- 25:23me about that, is that the residency violation
- 25:27itself, in other words, voting in the wrong
- 25:31county, um, is under OCGA 21-2-217, uh, is
- 25:35the residency statutes and it's 218 that people
- 25:40get prosecuted under.
- 25:44Uh specifically OCGA 21-2-218 F, which prohibits us
- 25:48from voting in the wrong county.
- 25:53Violating that statute is just a misdemeanor.
- 25:57So I've always been puzzled why the violation
- 26:00is a misdemeanor, but lying on the voter
- 26:03certificate is the serious felony.
- 26:06So I went back and researched it.
- 26:08And here's what I learned.
- 26:09This is this is fun stuff.
- 26:11So in the election of 1892, we had
- 26:15an incumbent Republican.
- 26:19We had a Republican who was elected, and
- 26:21then he was running again as an incumbent
- 26:23in 1894.
- 26:26And there was so much fraud in that
- 26:29election, it was incredible.
- 26:32We had ballots uh for the Republican who
- 26:34were destroyed.
- 26:37We had double voting, we had people from
- 26:40outside the county uh voting in that congressional
- 26:42district.
- 26:45We had people coming in from other states
- 26:47voting in that congressional district.
- 26:49I mean, it was bad.
- 26:50BAD bad.
- 26:52What's interesting about the statute that they enacted
- 26:55is that it has survived through multiple rewrites
- 26:58of the election code intact.
- 27:02And the other thing that's interesting about it
- 27:05is that particular statute is about the voter
- 27:09certificate themselves, but it contains a residency clause
- 27:13in there that prohibits us from voting outside
- 27:16of the right precinct.
- 27:20So what's interesting is the the residency statutes
- 27:23sort of stand in one part of the
- 27:25code section, but here under voter certificates, there's
- 27:28that other provision about not voting in the
- 27:31wrong precinct.
- 27:34And so it's very interesting to me that
- 27:36there's sort of a discombobulation of the statute
- 27:38there, but I don't want to get too
- 27:41far away.
- 27:43Yeah, one well, one it seems like I
- 27:45guess, Mark, would be that it was a
- 27:47response to something that happened.
- 27:49And without looking at the older law, it
- 27:52kind of overlaps but doesn't really help anything,
- 27:54is what it sounds like.
- 27:57And government does that a lot too.
- 27:59Uh they have multiple laws trying to deal
- 28:00Have multiple laws trying to deal with something
- 28:01with something, and and it ends up messing
- 28:02and and it ends up messing everything up.
- 28:03everything up.
- 28:05I also real quick, let's get into a
- 28:05I also real quick, let's get into a
- 28:07little bit of your history with uh some
- 28:07little bit of your history with uh some
- 28:10of the actors there in the state of
- 28:10of the actors there in the state of
- 28:12Georgia, because I believe that's really interesting.
- 28:12Georgia, because I believe that's really interesting.
- 28:14Uh, you have relationships with the Secretary of
- 28:14Uh you have relationships with the Secretary of
- 28:16State Raffensburger.
- 28:16State Raffensburger.
- 28:19I think probably most people remember that character,
- 28:19I think probably most people remember that character.
- 28:21uh, Governor Brian Kemp, Gabriel Sterling, the guy
- 28:22Uh Governor Brian Kemp, Gabriel Sterling, the guy
- 28:24that actually ran the race in 2020 in
- 28:24that actually ran the race in 2020 in
- 28:26Georgia.
- 28:26Georgia.
- 28:29You go way back.
- 28:29You go way back with him as well.
- 28:31If you could talk a little bit about
- 28:33that relationship, I want people, the listeners to
- 28:35understand that you have been there in Georgia
- 28:38elections for a long time.
- 28:40You know these actors.
- 28:42And I should I should have mentioned earlier
- 28:44also that you write for the Federalist.
- 28:47And uh yeah, you've been writing, you've been
- 28:49outspoken about these things, and it really wasn't
- 28:51an easy decision for you to get to
- 28:53to come out and and start writing the
- 28:55way you have about the elections in Georgia
- 28:57because it has been your life for a
- 28:59very long time.
- 29:02Talk about those relationships a little bit as
- 29:04we go into what the FBI did back
- 29:07in January and what has happened or has
- 29:09not happened between January and now.
- 29:12So talk about those relationships.
- 29:14Okay, so the way I wound up writing
- 29:16for the Federalist was um I was talking
- 29:19to Molly Hemingway when she was writing her
- 29:21book rigged, and if you look in the
- 29:23index, you'll you'll see my name in there.
- 29:26But we spent a lot of time talking
- 29:28about the 2020 election and and all the
- 29:30things that had happened.
- 29:33And um, then after we won the fair
- 29:35fight versus true the vote case, where I
- 29:38was a defendant, uh, she invited me to
- 29:40to start writing as a contributing writer for
- 29:43the Federalists, and and I've been doing that
- 29:45ever since, and I really enjoy it.
- 29:48What's wonderful about it is you know, I
- 29:50I write the stories that I really care
- 29:52about.
- 29:54Um, and if I you know, if I
- 29:56if I don't have anything in particular on
- 29:58my mind, I kind of take a break
- 30:00from it, but it's it's really fun to
- 30:02be able to pop up with a good
- 30:04story and borrow their megaphone for a few
- 30:06minutes and and be able to get the
- 30:08word out on it.
- 30:10I like Molly Hemingway a lot and the
- 30:11Federalist.
- 30:13Oh, she's she's an amazing woman.
- 30:16Um I uh I really have mad respect
- 30:18for her.
- 30:20But you're right.
- 30:21Um, I've known a lot of the people
- 30:22here for a very long time.
- 30:23I've known Gabe since he was about 15.
- 30:25He went through school with my youngest brother,
- 30:28and when my dad was running for governor
- 30:30in 86, he'd be at the house for
- 30:33parties or get togethers or fundraisers, whatever else.
- 30:36He was a big Matt Manningley person at
- 30:37the time.
- 30:38And if you're listening to this and you
- 30:40don't know who he's referring to, it's Gabriel
- 30:42Sterling, who was in government and he left
- 30:45government to run the 2020 election in Georgia,
- 30:47and he would come out and do press
- 30:49conferences and say that the election was fine,
- 30:51there was nothing wrong.
- 30:54And meanwhile, the rest of us were watching
- 30:55everything on television and pipes bursting, and it
- 30:57just seemed like a lot was wrong in
- 30:59Georgia.
- 31:01But Gabe Sterling is the person that Mark
- 31:03is talking about now that was friends with
- 31:06his younger brother back 40, 45 years ago.
- 31:09Go ahead.
- 31:09I'm sorry for interrupting.
- 31:11Oh, no worries.
- 31:12So for several years, um Gabe worked at
- 31:16Landmark Communications for a friend of mine named
- 31:20Mark Roundtree, who was Brad Rathensburger's political consultant.
- 31:25And uh right around the time of the
- 31:282020 election, Rathensburger dropped him as a client.
- 31:32Um I'm sorry, um, Roundtree dropped Rathensburger as
- 31:34a client.
- 31:36Um, he was really unhappy with um Rathensburger's
- 31:39decision to do the mass mail out of
- 31:416.9 million absentee ballot applications and the creation
- 31:44of the drop boxes and all that kind
- 31:47of stuff.
- 31:50So Roundtree dropped him even before that infamous
- 31:53phone call um in January of 2021.
- 31:57And by the way, just to keep people
- 32:00up to date here, what we're talking about
- 32:02now is you're talking about the e-phone call
- 32:04that President Trump made at the time to
- 32:06find 11,000 more votes, and that's all he
- 32:09needed, which became the reason that Fonnie Willis
- 32:11prosecuted there in a Rico case because of
- 32:13that phone call, and I guess it was
- 32:16all set up by another name you may
- 32:18remember from back in 2020 and 2021, Jordan
- 32:20Fuchs.
- 32:23But please continue with the story.
- 32:24Okay, let's sidebar for a second on that.
- 32:27The transcripts from Fanny Willis's special purpose grand
- 32:31jury were recently released, and there were two
- 32:34big takeaways from them.
- 32:37One was uh David produced transcript where he
- 32:40talked about the true the vote um evidence
- 32:43that he had given to Vic Reynolds, who
- 32:45was uh the head of the GBI at
- 32:48the time, and the other was Jordan's uh
- 32:50transcript.
- 32:53We now know for sure she was the
- 32:57person who leaked fabricated quotes from the from
- 33:00the call to the post.
- 33:04Um a lot of people think she leaked
- 33:07the actual recording of the call.
- 33:09They eventually did get that, but when they
- 33:11did, they kind of called her out on
- 33:13what she'd given them previously.
- 33:15So it's it's long been theorized that she
- 33:18was the person responsible for that mess.
- 33:22And now we know based on the transcripts
- 33:24that it actually was her.
- 33:26Yeah, yeah.
- 33:27I think most of us at the time
- 33:29thought it was her.
- 33:31And uh, you're saying it has been confirmed
- 33:32that it was.
- 33:34Go back to what you were talking about
- 33:37about Roundtree and Raffensburger and Gabe Sterling.
- 33:40Yeah, so during Raffensburg's campaign for Secretary of
- 33:43State, I actually uh coached him on election
- 33:46integrity issues because Mark had told me that
- 33:48he wanted to be an election integrity candidate,
- 33:51and I spent quite a bit of time
- 33:54talking with him about the problems in the
- 33:57voter rolls and um the residency violations that
- 34:00were going on and and all of that
- 34:03kind of stuff.
- 34:06And that's why when that phone call happened,
- 34:08uh I had given an analysis that I
- 34:11did of those issues to the Trump attorneys,
- 34:14and I was I was supposed to serve
- 34:16as an expert witness in the Trump versus
- 34:19Rathensburger case.
- 34:22And then when I heard Rathensburger sit there
- 34:25on that phone call and basically deny that
- 34:28we have a major problem with residency and
- 34:31and try to minimize those issues.
- 34:34I mean, he admitted that they do happen,
- 34:36but kind of tried to trivialize the issue.
- 34:38That's what finally just ripped it for me
- 34:41because I knew what he was doing there
- 34:44was trying to protect his legacy and his
- 34:47ambition.
- 34:50Uh he was rumored even when he was
- 34:52a candidate to have designs on the governor's
- 34:54office, and now he is in fact a
- 34:56candidate for governor of Georgia.
- 34:59You believe that was his motivation for everything
- 35:00Was his motivation for everything that he did
- 35:01that he did in 20 and 21.
- 35:02in 20 and 21?
- 35:04You think that's my personal opinion, and the
- 35:04You think that's my personal opinion.
- 35:06guy had the nerve to write a book
- 35:06And the guy had the nerve to write
- 35:08a book called Integrity Counts.
- 35:08called Integrity Counts.
- 35:10But when integrity really did count, he betrayed
- 35:10But when integrity really did count, he betrayed
- 35:12us all.
- 35:12us all.
- 35:14And what really upsets me about that is
- 35:14And what really upsets me about that is
- 35:17that our base was so disheartened that it
- 35:17that our base was so disheartened that it
- 35:21didn't turn out like it needed to.
- 35:21didn't turn out like it needed to.
- 35:25Um there were there were races on the
- 35:25Um there were there were races on the
- 35:27ballot that actually got more of.
- 35:27ballot that actually got more votes than Donald
- 35:29Trump.
- 35:32And I think people just got really disheartened
- 35:34and either didn't turn out or or didn't
- 35:36vote in that race.
- 35:39And I think it cost us control of
- 35:40the U.S.
- 35:42Senate.
- 35:42I think that Rathensburg's dishonesty in that phone
- 35:44call.
- 35:46I think it literally and the leak of
- 35:48the phone call.
- 35:49I think it literally costs us control of
- 35:51the U.S.
- 35:53Senate.
- 35:54But if you look at Jordan's transcript, um,
- 35:56it's clear that she is the one that
- 35:59leaked the call.
- 36:02Um so and it's not clear that Rathensburg
- 36:05knew.
- 36:08In fact, I think she may have even
- 36:09said in there, I have to go back
- 36:11and look at it, but I think she
- 36:13may have even said in there that um
- 36:14it was her that leaked the call and
- 36:16that it was without his knowledge.
- 36:18Where is she now?
- 36:19Uh I'm not sure.
- 36:20I she's been kind of laying low, or
- 36:23at least in my perception.
- 36:25Uh I haven't heard much about her uh
- 36:26recently.
- 36:28Um maybe she figured all this was going
- 36:30to be coming out at some point and
- 36:31just kind of decided to move away.
- 36:34Go to the background.
- 36:35Yeah, I would too.
- 36:36We're coming up against a break.
- 36:37We're going to continue this conversation.
- 36:39Mark Davis is his name.
- 36:40He's been involved with Georgia elections and voter
- 36:43role since 1986.
- 36:47Expert witness for over 23 years.
- 36:50You heard him mention that he was going
- 36:51to be an expert witness for President Donald
- 36:52Trump.
- 36:53We're going to talk about what has been
- 36:56going on lately in Georgia, because there is
- 36:58more news coming from the state of Georgia.
- 37:00In a world of rising prices, you can
- 37:02still grow abundance.

- 38:15Coming up tonight at nine o'clock, it is
- 38:17after dark with Rob and Andrew before that,
- 38:19the National Security Hour.
- 38:21And coming up in just a few minutes,
- 38:24it is unleashed the political news hour.
- 38:26Mark Davis is our guest tonight.
- 38:28We're talking about the 2020 Georgia election.
- 38:31And again, it it seems like every time
- 38:33we get a little bit of news, then
- 38:35it goes away and we don't hear anything.
- 38:38People get excited and then we get crushed.
- 38:40And uh that's sort of been the way
- 38:42things have been going in Georgia for what
- 38:44it seems like a long time now.
- 38:46It's been five years.
- 38:48Uh recently in January, the FBI came and
- 38:50raided Fulton County.
- 38:52I really thought we might have some news
- 38:54about that very quickly.
- 38:56And we keep getting teased by the administration.
- 38:59Even Susie Wiles, the week before last, she
- 39:01said that there's information coming out.
- 39:04Mark, what do you think?
- 39:05What do you make of all of that?
- 39:07Do you think we're going to get some
- 39:08information from this administration?
- 39:10There might be some accountability.
- 39:12I I don't know.
- 39:13I start to give up every once in
- 39:14a while.
- 39:15Well, here's my take on it for what
- 39:16it's worth.
- 39:17And let me give you a little background
- 39:18um on that.
- 39:20Um I spoke with the DOJ last uh
- 39:23September.
- 39:25It was the it was the same day
- 39:27Charlie Kirk was was shot.
- 39:30And um I didn't hear much at all
- 39:34uh after that for several months, but then
- 39:38uh kind of out of the blue in
- 39:42mid-January, the FBI started uh calling folks in
- 39:45for interviews, and one of the people that
- 39:49was interviewed was Bridget Thorne.
- 39:54Um but I know most of the other
- 39:56folks that that also were interviewed, and I
- 39:59know what those folks tend to talk about.
- 40:02I know what their issues tend to be.
- 40:05And um, and I was interviewed as well,
- 40:08and so I have a in my mind,
- 40:11I think I have a pretty good understanding
- 40:14of what the FBI probably heard about, and
- 40:18there was some there was some very legitimate
- 40:21issues put on the table, and then they
- 40:24took those interviews and they crafted an affidavit
- 40:27and they took it to a federal magistrate,
- 40:30and they asked for a warrant um for
- 40:33the election records from the 2020 election, which
- 40:36the state election board had been trying to
- 40:39get already and couldn't.
- 40:43And so then uh a couple weeks after
- 40:46all those interviews, they went in and seized
- 40:49those materials and Fulton filed a motion to
- 40:53try to get them back, and that failed.
- 40:56It didn't work.
- 40:57But I guess what we're here to talk
- 41:00about today is um the latest on that,
- 41:03which uh in my mind is extremely interesting.
- 41:07The there's a federal grand jury um that
- 41:10subpoenaed the records for basically all of the
- 41:14election workers uh in Fulton County, hundreds, maybe
- 41:18even thousands of them.
- 41:22And the uh members of the Fulton County
- 41:25Commission and some of the election board there
- 41:28have just been having a fit over that.
- 41:32They're saying that it would violate the privacy
- 41:34of all those workers and all this kind
- 41:36of stuff, and there's been all this blue
- 41:39ha ha over the uh the request, but
- 41:41I think a lot of people are missing
- 41:44the point.
- 41:47I mean when a federal grand jury starts
- 41:50looking at something as major as the 2020
- 41:53election in Fulton County, um, they could be
- 41:56looking at any number of things.
- 41:59They may have only wanted the the election
- 42:00They may have only wanted the the election
- 42:02worker information so that the FBI could go
- 42:02worker information so that the FBI could go
- 42:04out and do some interviews of those people.
- 42:05out and do some interviews of those people.
- 42:08That doesn't mean that they're focused exclusively on
- 42:08That doesn't mean that they're focused exclusively on
- 42:10the election workers at all.
- 42:10the election workers at all.
- 42:12Yeah.
- 42:12Yeah.
- 42:13Um God only knows what they're looking at,
- 42:13God only knows what they're looking at.
- 42:15But when you talk election workers specifically, poll
- 42:16but when you talk of election workers specifically,
- 42:18workers or people working in election offices, who
- 42:19poll workers or people working in election offices,
- 42:21was it that they have tried to subpoena
- 42:21who was it that they have tried to
- 42:24as far as the records.
- 42:24subpoena as far as the records?
- 42:28Well, um looking at um my story here,
- 42:28Well, um
- 42:31I've got a I've got them listed in
- 42:34there, but they're they basically want the folks
- 42:37that were doing the tabulating, they want the
- 42:41folks that were involved in transporting ballots, they
- 42:44want um basically anybody that even got near
- 42:47um a ballot, and there were a lot
- 42:50of temp workers because remember, we had COVID
- 42:53going on at the time, and they had
- 42:56a lot of temp workers from Happy Faces.
- 42:59Yep, Stacey Abrams, by the way, had given
- 43:02a grant to Happy Faces, she's connected with
- 43:04Happy Faces, the temporary employment agent.
- 43:07And if you look at the poll workers
- 43:10in Fulton County specifically, you'll find that they're
- 43:13all Democrats, which was the reason why I
- 43:15started Save Your Republic.org was to recruit conservative
- 43:18poll workers because we don't have any.
- 43:21And that was the motivation for that, really
- 43:22was Fulton County.
- 43:24When you look into it, they were really
- 43:25all Democrats that were there.
- 43:27And I thought, well, we need conservatives back
- 43:29there where they're counting and doing the tabulating.
- 43:32We don't need just watchers because the watchers
- 43:33were thrown out by the workers that were
- 43:35there.
- 43:37So please continue where you are with this
- 43:39subpoena and those that the FEI and the
- 43:42Department of Justice want to speak to.
- 43:45Well, I think your perspective on the situation
- 43:48is spot on, and back at the time,
- 43:52um Bridget Thorne, who is now an incumbent
- 43:56Fulton County Commissioner, was a poll worker, and
- 44:00she be she became whistleblower, a whistleblower, and
- 44:04um she filed an affidavit complaining about um
- 44:08the the poll workers and the imbalance and
- 44:11all of this kind of stuff, and when
- 44:15the FBI showed up wanting to talk to
- 44:19her, she gave them a copy of that.
- 44:24And if you read the redacted affidavit that
- 44:28the FBI used to obtain the warrant, um
- 44:31it's not hard to figure out that she
- 44:35was one of the people that was redacted.
- 44:39Um Fulton County responded with a jaw-dropping act
- 44:44of retaliation here in Georgia.
- 44:50The political parties are allowed to put um
- 44:53these questions on the ballot, just kind of
- 44:56take the pulse of their you know, their
- 44:59their voters, and they've always been a little
- 45:02bit on the sketchy side uh on on
- 45:05both sides, really.
- 45:08Some of them are you look at them
- 45:09and you go, I don't know about that,
- 45:10you know.
- 45:12But the the one they put about her,
- 45:14let me just read it to you verbatim.
- 45:16Sure.
- 45:17It said it said, are you aware a
- 45:22sitting Republican Fulton County Board of Commissioners served
- 45:27as a witness alongside other 2020 election conspiracy
- 45:32theorists on the affidavit the FBI used to
- 45:36steal your private election information?
- 45:42Yes or no.
- 45:46I kid you not.
- 45:48Uh what a way to frame something that
- 45:50you want people to vote for.
- 45:53And when you think about the poll workers,
- 45:55all the poll workers' information was already stolen
- 45:57by China.
- 45:59So I'm not sure why anybody would push
- 46:01back about that.
- 46:03It seems pretty silly to me.
- 46:05Where is this going at this point, Mark?
- 46:08What do you think?
- 46:09Well, they obviously want to talk to some
- 46:10poll workers or at least go through those
- 46:12records for some reason or or what have
- 46:13you.
- 46:15But there were a lot of other major
- 46:17issues that were put on the table.
- 46:19Um, you know, we already know about the
- 46:23the missing or unsigned uh tabulator tapes.
- 46:27We already know that a lot of those
- 46:30tabulators at the end of early voting were
- 46:33collected up and taken to um election hubs
- 46:36so that they could be repurposed for the
- 46:39uh the precincts for election day.
- 46:42And when that happened, the memory cards from
- 46:45them were taken out, and they kept 12
- 46:48of the tabulators, uh, best we can tell,
- 46:51and printed the tabulator tapes off of them,
- 46:54which means they were printing the tabulator tapes
- 46:58on a different tabulator than the one that
- 47:01conducted the election.
- 47:04And I think the reason that so many
- 47:06of those tabulator tapes went unsigned is because
- 47:08neither the poll managers or the poll workers
- 47:11were even there to sign the tabulator tapes
- 47:13that were produced when it when the tabulation
- 47:16occurred.
- 47:19So you know, when you vote, there's a
- 47:22scanned image of the ballot, so they're they're
- 47:24scanned into the memory of the machine, they're
- 47:27not tabulated though until election day.
- 47:30It's illegal to tabulate until election day.
- 47:34So I hope all that makes sense.
- 47:36It does.
- 47:37And I as I remember it in Georgia,
- 47:39there was also a poll worker that testified
- 47:41in a hearing that the ballots that she
- 47:44looked at, they were mail in were pristine,
- 47:46and they all voted for Joe Biden.
- 47:49And she is someone that had volunteered or
- 47:51or was a poll worker for many years
- 47:54and had never seen anything like that.
- 47:56And that is that was Susie Voils, who
- 47:59I've also known since I was a kid,
- 48:03and um I believe what she says.
- 48:07I've never known her to be a liar,
- 48:09and I don't think she was the only
- 48:11one who who noticed that.
- 48:14Um, I don't know how much focus the
- 48:16FBI has or doesn't have on those particular
- 48:18issues, but there are some major ones.
- 48:20You know, there's the double scan ballots in
- 48:23Fulton County, there's the unside tabulator tapes.
- 48:27Um there's yeah, the there's questions about chain
- 48:30of custody, uh, there's questions about the the
- 48:33voter database, you know.
- 48:36We had you know, people that we had
- 48:39folks that have become unqualified voters who were
- 48:41allowed to to vote in that election.
- 48:44Uh we had folks that were registered at
- 48:48commercial mail receiving agencies or commercial addresses, just
- 48:51all kinds of stuff.
- 48:55So we don't really know what the FBI
- 48:57is looking at, but you know, the Democrats
- 49:00keep raising the issue of the the statute
- 49:00Yeah, the Democrats keep raising the issue of
- 49:02of limitations.
- 49:02the statute of limitations.
- 49:06So if there's if that really is a
- 49:06So if there's if that really is a
- 49:09pertinent issue, then we should hear something fairly
- 49:09pertinent issue, then we should hear something fairly
- 49:13soon.
- 49:13soon.
- 49:16But my understanding, and I'm not a lawyer,
- 49:16But my understanding, and I'm not a lawyer,
- 49:19but my understanding is is if there's a
- 49:19but my understanding is if there's a conspiracy
- 49:21conspiracy or false information, you know, that kind
- 49:22or false information, you know, that kind of
- 49:24of that statute limitations can be quote unquote
- 49:24that statute limitations can be quote unquote told,
- 49:27told, in other words, extended.
- 49:27in other words, extended.
- 49:30Yeah, if it's a RICO case, then that
- 49:32it would be extended, no doubt about that.
- 49:36Well, I'll I'll say this on that topic.
- 49:39When I look at so many vote centers
- 49:42that didn't produce the poll tapes or didn't
- 49:45sign uh the poll tapes uh by the
- 49:48poll manager or the witnesses, there's supposed to
- 49:52be the poll manager and two witnesses.
- 49:55When I look at such a massive failure
- 49:58to follow procedures, I I recall there was
- 50:01one that actually did it right.
- 50:04But when I look at dozens that did
- 50:06it wrong, I don't view that as a
- 50:09clerical error as as Rathensburger uh likes to
- 50:11say.
- 50:14Because that's what we hear.
- 50:15We hear, well, they made a mistake, it's
- 50:16a clerical error.
- 50:17It really doesn't matter about the election, they'll
- 50:18say.
- 50:20But doesn't that sound more like a management
- 50:21decision to you?
- 50:23Possibly, but the the greater question is if
- 50:25there are all these questions, why can't we
- 50:28just get the answers?
- 50:30Why why can't it be transparent?
- 50:32And if you and I are wrong in
- 50:34everything that we have believed for the last
- 50:37five years, prove it.
- 50:40Yeah, absolutely.
- 50:41Why is that so difficult?
- 50:46The problem I think we have here, you
- 50:49know, we've got we've got Rathensburger who is
- 50:52has ambitions on becoming governor.
- 50:55And if his if his record becomes tarnished,
- 50:57that becomes a lot more difficult.
- 51:00But Rathasburger and Kemp are sort of tied
- 51:03together because the transition to Dominion began under
- 51:05Kemp and then was a uh was completed
- 51:08under Rathensburger.
- 51:10So I I feel like both the Secretary
- 51:13of State and the governor sort of have
- 51:16vested personal interests in um protecting their legacy,
- 51:19and they don't they don't want uh they
- 51:22don't want it to be known that we
- 51:25had major problems in the election because it
- 51:28might make them look bad.
- 51:31Yeah, and after they both said that it
- 51:33was a great election, then you don't want
- 51:35that information coming out.
- 51:36You know, some of the work that we
- 51:39did on Savior Republic.org for poll workers, when
- 51:41we were doing that, and we put together
- 51:43over 5,000 links in one place, and it
- 51:46was for every poll worker application across the
- 51:48country, and this was prior to the 22
- 51:50midterm, early 2022.
- 51:53We found that there would be so many
- 51:56different ways to easily steal an election through
- 51:59the poll worker part process.
- 52:02And uh, you know it was it was
- 52:04amazing to find uh the the way the
- 52:07different states do it, and that in a
- 52:09lot of states, the applications all came to
- 52:11one person.
- 52:13If it happened to be someone on the
- 52:15Republican side of Arizona, it was that state.
- 52:17If it has to be someone on the
- 52:19a Republican, they could just throw all the
- 52:21Democrat applications away for poll workers, then you
- 52:23have all Republicans counting the ballots in the
- 52:25back room.
- 52:27So um, you know, there there are ways
- 52:29to steal an election, whether it was nefarious
- 52:31or not.
- 52:34I think you and I both would agree
- 52:36that we believe that it was in 2020
- 52:38in Georgia, and we would just like to
- 52:40have the answers.
- 52:42I don't understand why that's so difficult.
- 52:45You mentioned uh Molly Hemingway's book rigged.
- 52:48That's what we believe.
- 52:50So why can't we get there?
- 52:53And I would think with the Trump administration,
- 52:55we are, but as you mentioned, the statute
- 52:57of limitations, and here we come to another
- 52:59midterm, another election.
- 53:01And if the people don't get the accountability
- 53:04that they think that we deserve, then I
- 53:07think you hit on it earlier.
- 53:10That also creates voter apathy.
- 53:12And will they go vote?
- 53:13And if they don't go vote, then we
- 53:15lose the House of Representatives, maybe we lose
- 53:17the Senate, and we've got a mess.
- 53:19And it's all because we don't get the
- 53:21accountability back to Georgia in 20, Michigan in
- 53:2420, Arizona, Nevada.
- 53:27Uh there were there were a couple of
- 53:28other states too.
- 53:29Pennsylvania was another one that was questionable.
- 53:31Where do you think this goes now, Mark?
- 53:33Are we going to get the FBI to
- 53:36uh go knocking on doors and make arrest
- 53:38and have perp walks?
- 53:40It's really hard to say.
- 53:42Uh going back to what you said about
- 53:45the election workers, what's really interesting to me
- 53:48is I'm trying to do this uh his
- 53:51website called ballotassure.com, and he's done an analysis
- 53:54of 2020 and 2024.
- 53:58And one of the things that's interesting, uh
- 54:01just I think the six months or maybe
- 54:05a year, um he picked up uh a
- 54:08way to hack into a Dominion system using
- 54:12one of those poll worker cards that the
- 54:15card have.
- 54:19And it's already been known for a while.
- 54:23In fact, there was a lawsuit or two
- 54:24over it.
- 54:26One of them was um decab GOP versus
- 54:29Rathensburger uh over the password issue.
- 54:32The Dominion password was put out on a
- 54:36report in the EAC website as far back
- 54:40as sometime around 2010.
- 54:44In other words, we bought the Dominion system
- 54:48in 2019 with known security issues.
- 54:51Yeah.
- 54:52And when analysts got a hold of it
- 54:55and when they're went in there and looked,
- 54:59they found the Dominion password, the master hard-coded
- 55:02Dominion password, which is D V S C
- 55:06O R P 08 exclamation mark.
- 55:09They found it in use in six counties
- 55:11here in Georgia, but our whole state uses
- 55:13Dominion.
- 55:15So that means they were probably using the
- 55:17same password in all of the state.
- 55:20But that password was also found in use
- 55:22in Michigan and Arizona.
- 55:24So I have a friend named Philip Davis,
- 55:27and he's probably the best ballot data analyst
- 55:29that I know, or actually is, um, maybe
- 55:32in the country.
- 55:35Um, he has a website called ballotassure.com and
- 55:37he did an analysis of the 2020 election
- 55:40and the 2024 election, and anybody who wants
- 55:43can go and and read up on his
- 55:45reports on what he found.
- 55:48But um he he noted last year, and
- 55:51I think he did this at DEF CON
- 55:53out in Las Vegas.
- 55:55If you have an access card, you know,
- 55:57we were talking about the poll workers a
- 55:58minute ago.
- 56:00If you have an access card from a
- 56:00If you have an access card um from
- 56:03pole worker, it can be accessed, and you
- 56:03a poll worker, it can be accessed, and
- 56:06can get what you need to get into
- 56:06you can get what you need to get
- 56:09the Dominion system through that card.
- 56:09into the Dominion system through that card.
- 56:14So if we had nothing but Democrats are
- 56:14So if we had nothing but Democrats, or
- 56:16mostly Democrats, Stephen, um, you know, that's uh
- 56:16mostly Democrats, even you know, that's uh that's
- 56:19that's a concern, I think, because that could
- 56:19a concern, I think, because that could have
- 56:22have happened.
- 56:22happened.
- 56:25Hopefully eventually we're gonna get the answers to
- 56:25Hopefully, eventually we're gonna get the answers to
- 56:27Georgia and Michigan.
- 56:28Georgia and Michigan and Arizona.
- 56:31That would be all of our hope.
- 56:32We have another election coming up soon, and
- 56:34we need to make sure that our vote
- 56:35counts.
- 56:37That's the most important thing.
- 56:38And don't forget that you were told two
- 56:40thousand years ago that you are the salt
- 56:42of the earth and the salt without flavor,
- 56:44it has no value.
- 56:46So whatever you do, keep being salty.
