- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Girls Gone Hallmark, a Hallmark Review podcast. I'm Megan,
- 0:13Speaker 1: and I'm a longtime Hallmark fan.
- 0:15Speaker 2: I'm Wendy. I'm a former Hallmark hater.
- 0:22Speaker 1: On today's episode, we are discussing Haunted Harmony Mysteries, Prelude
- 0:26Speaker 1: to a Wedding, which originally aired on the Hallmark Channel
- 0:29Speaker 1: on Saturday, September 5th, and is now airing on Hallmark Plus.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We're almost halfway through Fall Into Love, and we'd love
- 0:37Speaker 1: to hear your thoughts on these movies. You can send
- 0:39Speaker 1: them to us. Hello at girlsgonehallmark.com.
- 0:44Speaker 2: It's kind of a mismatch. It's not a mismatch. That's
- 0:47Speaker 2: not the word I'm looking for. Like a mashup. Yes.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Of movies for their fall slate. Yes. And I got
- 0:54Speaker 2: to tell you, my husband, Mr. Fall, is like unhappy.
- 0:58Speaker 2: He's like, this is not a fall. He did not
- 1:00Speaker 2: watch this one with me.
- 1:01Speaker 1: And he walked out halfway through Much About Love because
- 1:04Speaker 1: he's like, this is not a fall movie.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I was like, just wait for Pumpkin Regatta Romance, my man. God,
- 1:10Speaker 2: every time I see Pumpkin Regatta, I just think of
- 1:13Speaker 2: you going, it's a what? It's a regatta gala. Yeah,
- 1:16Speaker 2: that's it. That's it. And Megan sent me like pictures
- 1:19Speaker 2: from the movie. Oh, my gosh. well i'm really excited
- 1:24Speaker 2: me too they're in the pumpkin boats y'all i can't
- 1:29Speaker 2: wait i can't wait to see how that was executed
- 1:33Speaker 2: i'm dying to know it's giving like when you're in
- 1:37Speaker 2: high school and you have to make a boat for
- 1:39Speaker 2: physics class or whatever my son totally had to do
- 1:43Speaker 2: that last year paper mache like a duct tape over
- 1:46Speaker 2: cardboard yeah oh my god did they use real pumpkins
- 1:50Speaker 2: like i I got to know. I need to know
- 1:52Speaker 2: the inside baseball. I do, too. I do, too. All right.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Let's jump into Haunted Harmony Mystery with a synopsis.
- 2:00Speaker 2: When Gethsemane. Nope. I can't do it, guys. I'm never, ever,
- 2:05Speaker 2: ever going to get this.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Hey, how about I do the synopsis for the first
- 2:08Speaker 1: time ever? When Gethsemane is invited to play at a wedding,
- 2:12Speaker 1: she and Eamon find themselves pulled into investigating the death.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Of a member of the bridal party. Good job.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Haunted Harmony Mysteries Prelude to a Wedding was directed, new
- 2:24Speaker 1: director alert, by Allie Lieber. Allie has 11 previous directing credits,
- 2:28Speaker 1: which include North to Home and Love.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Of the Irish. This is her first crack at the
- 2:32Speaker 2: Haunted Harmony Mysteries series. Yeah, Linda Lisa Hader had been...
- 2:38Speaker 2: Apparently she took a break. Doing all the others. The
- 2:41Speaker 2: story credit goes to Nick Hopkins and Tim James. Teleplay
- 2:46Speaker 2: is by Nick Hopkins, Tim James, and Craig Winman. Craig
- 2:51Speaker 2: has written the other three other movies. Nick and Tim
- 2:56Speaker 2: are new on this movie. It's kind of weird. interesting. Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Some new blood on this series. Yeah. So Nick Hopkins
- 3:04Speaker 2: and Tim James have written together on movies like A
- 3:06Speaker 2: Villa Amore and Hannah Swenson's A Sprinkle of Deceit. Craig
- 3:11Speaker 2: has a long resume of Hallmark mysteries, including the previous
- 3:16Speaker 2: Haunted Harmony mystery movies, like I said, as well as
- 3:18Speaker 2: several garage sale mystery movies, which made me wonder... Did
- 3:23Speaker 2: he write the forthcoming one? I do not know. I
- 3:26Speaker 2: don't know either. I looked and there was no writer
- 3:28Speaker 2: on it yet. Correct. On IMDb.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Tamara Moe Rehousley stars as Gethsemane. She will appear in
- 3:34Speaker 1: the upcoming holiday touchdown, A Bear's Love Story, as well
- 3:37Speaker 1: as the forthcoming Mistletoe and Mimosas, opposite Chris Palaha.
- 3:42Speaker 2: You know, I didn't know she was going to be
- 3:44Speaker 2: in A Bear's Love Story. She has a cameo. Oh, okay.
- 3:46Speaker 2: As herself? I don't believe so. I don't know. It
- 3:50Speaker 2: was just announced that she has a cameo. Okay. Restart
- 3:53Speaker 2: Cooper returns as Eamon. Marco Grazzini stars as Griff. Marco
- 3:58Speaker 2: has been busy on Virgin River as Mike. Adam Fergus
- 4:02Speaker 2: stars as Inspector O'Reilly. Seamus Moran appears as Colin Moody.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Bob Kelly appears as his son, Daniel. Bob Kelly. It
- 4:13Speaker 2: just made me laugh. Did I say it wrong? Oh, no. No, no.
- 4:16Speaker 2: His name is Bob Kelly. I'm like, of all the names,
- 4:19Speaker 2: why can't I get Bob Kelly? I struggle with guest enemy.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I can't do it.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Hey, Wendy, what was your first impression of Haunted Harmony
- 4:29Speaker 1: Mysteries' prelude to a wedding?
- 4:32Speaker 2: Faded Cage is a cool ass band name. That's all.
- 4:36Speaker 2: I was like, that's, I like that. I like that
- 4:39Speaker 2: a lot. My first impression is, man, I got to say,
- 4:43Speaker 2: I feel like we're leaning real hard into this Ghost
- 4:45Speaker 2: Whisperer angle in this series. Not enough, in my opinion.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Not enough, and I'm going to talk about it. Hey,
- 4:53Speaker 2: tell me what you liked. Okay, so Eamon and G,
- 4:58Speaker 2: that's what I'm going to call her, do it. They
- 5:02Speaker 2: don't do it. I'm like, what? What? Anyway, they do
- 5:08Speaker 2: it for me. They're the only reason I consider coming back. Plus,
- 5:12Speaker 2: it's my job. I don't love this series.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I think you said in our first impressions, do we
- 5:19Speaker 1: have to review it?
- 5:20Speaker 2: I did because... I liked this movie. I thought it
- 5:23Speaker 2: started out strong. No, I didn't hate this movie. I
- 5:26Speaker 2: want to talk about the series as a whole. I
- 5:27Speaker 2: think it started out strong and then like, is this
- 5:30Speaker 2: movie four or five? Four. Okay. Just, I don't know.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Two and three kind of is, we're limping along. I'm
- 5:39Speaker 2: going to make a pitch later on. Okay. But I
- 5:42Speaker 2: do believe that Eamon and G, they are the secret
- 5:47Speaker 2: sauce of this show. 100%. And Why I like Gethsemane
- 5:56Speaker 2: on her... I thought you were going to call her G.
- 5:59Speaker 2: I'm trying to. Why I like her character on her own,
- 6:04Speaker 2: it works better when she's with Aemon. Like, I'm not
- 6:08Speaker 2: drawn to her as like this, like, sleuther. You know
- 6:12Speaker 2: what I mean? Sure. But their relationship is... funny and
- 6:17Speaker 2: I enjoyed that. Yeah. Is she actually any good at
- 6:21Speaker 2: sleuthing without Eamon being able to be the fly on
- 6:23Speaker 2: the wall in all of these rooms? I don't think so.
- 6:26Speaker 2: She's just putting clues together. Yeah. And I think like, okay,
- 6:30Speaker 2: I'm going to get into it in a minute, but.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Have you listed anything you liked yet? Yeah. Like those two. Okay. Well, look, Eamon,
- 6:39Speaker 2: Eamon is the star of this series for me. I agree.
- 6:42Speaker 1: When he When he says, if you got it, haunt it.
- 6:47Speaker 1: When Siobhan's like trying to. Siobhan.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I did think that was really funny, except the way
- 6:55Speaker 2: that like Siobhan was like, it was kind of overacted
- 6:59Speaker 2: where she's like. Looking around the room, like where she's
- 7:02Speaker 2: like hearing it from. But it was... Yeah, obviously you
- 7:05Speaker 2: need to go out of the room, Siobhan. Like where
- 7:06Speaker 2: else are you going to go? You can't walk through
- 7:07Speaker 2: a wall. Right. But I thought he was funny. He's like,
- 7:10Speaker 2: come on, come on. I enjoy that actor a lot.
- 7:14Speaker 2: And then he says, he asks if he gets a
- 7:16Speaker 2: ghostwriting credit on her song. Like I... Sometimes it's the
- 7:21Speaker 2: little things. I also liked... Okay. Okay.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I know everyone complains about characters who can see and
- 7:29Speaker 1: talk to ghosts talking to them with other people around.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I get it.
- 7:31Speaker 1: It's one of my biggest complaints, too. They kind of
- 7:34Speaker 1: lean into it in this one. At one point, she shouts, like,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you're the best at Aemon. And one of the staff
- 7:40Speaker 1: members of the inn is coming up the stairs. And
- 7:42Speaker 1: she's like, inn I've ever stayed at, which is cheesy.
- 7:45Speaker 2: But then she, like, turns and pats the banister. And
- 7:47Speaker 2: she goes, good job, inn. I just thought... It's, it's,
- 7:50Speaker 2: it's completely absurd. Well, she was like dancing with him
- 7:54Speaker 2: at one point too. I was like, yes. And like
- 7:58Speaker 2: nobody else is there. So she's just like locked in
- 8:01Speaker 2: on him as if she's, it's, it's a lot. She's
- 8:04Speaker 2: like backing it up. Gross. Gross. Like what's happening? Okay.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But here, here's something I really liked about this. I
- 8:15Speaker 1: like the cold open a lot because we see this
- 8:18Speaker 1: murder scene. happen kind of we see this character but
- 8:23Speaker 1: then we're like who is it right and then we
- 8:25Speaker 1: rewind and then when Frankie comes busting into the room
- 8:29Speaker 1: I'm like Death man die.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Okay, I did like that we have, like, this younger cast,
- 8:37Speaker 2: this wedding with, like, these people with all this history. Yeah.
- 8:41Speaker 2: It's going to be messy. Yeah. I liked, actually, that
- 8:45Speaker 2: story there. Yeah, me too. It made sense, like, why
- 8:49Speaker 2: that girl didn't make sense why she killed him, but, like... Well,
- 8:54Speaker 2: and I don't think she was her... Was her intent
- 8:57Speaker 2: even to kill him up there? I mean, she put
- 9:00Speaker 2: a needle into his neck. I don't know what she
- 9:02Speaker 2: was trying to do. That's true. That's true.
- 9:05Speaker 1: But, yeah, I think she only pushed him because he
- 9:08Speaker 1: charged her. Anyway, regardless, her motive makes sense to me.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Like, you... You killed my boyfriend and then lied about
- 9:17Speaker 2: it and made it look like he was the one
- 9:19Speaker 2: driving recklessly. Yep. And then you stole from him. Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 2: So I get it.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I'd be mad too, Erin, who, by the way, for
- 9:26Speaker 1: some reason in my notes, I kept calling Sarah. I
- 9:29Speaker 1: kind of like this Callum and Daniel storyline that we get.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Okay. That's what I want to get into. As a like? Yeah. Okay.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I need this show. To lean harder into the ghost whisperer.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I've been saying it for like two episodes, two movie
- 9:44Speaker 2: episodes now. Two movies now I've been saying that. Yes, absolutely.
- 9:48Speaker 2: I mean, it's sitting right there. Like, please grab it.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Because what I hate is we're going to follow the
- 9:57Speaker 2: same format of every Hallmark mystery. where all these murders
- 10:01Speaker 2: are happening adjacent to our main character without any explanation. Right.
- 10:08Speaker 2: That's just unbelievable to me. Lean into the ghost whisperer, please.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I'm begging. I'm begging.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Yeah, it's very compelling. And then it gives you something.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I mean, of course, I'm interested in solving the murder
- 10:22Speaker 1: and that's fine.
- 10:23Speaker 2: I am not. We have eight other movies that are
- 10:26Speaker 2: like that. You're right. You're right. But there are the.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Number of mystery series on television would suggest that there
- 10:34Speaker 1: is no mystery. you know, there's a bottomless appetite for
- 10:38Speaker 1: this sort of thing.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Okay. Not for me.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I know you and I are not the key mystery audience,
- 10:44Speaker 1: but I agree that for me in this story, the
- 10:49Speaker 1: ghost whisperer piece, the unfinished business, the, and then we
- 10:53Speaker 1: have the added element of.
- 10:55Speaker 2: What's your ghost thing.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Basically like Amon says that he can play music and
- 10:58Speaker 1: Callum's is of how they can magically power the lighthouse.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I didn't fully understand what his power was. Yeah, me neither.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Nevertheless, all of these ghosts have a thing and they
- 11:07Speaker 1: have to figure out what it is.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I like that.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And I also think that can work in a 44-minute
- 11:13Speaker 1: episodic series.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I had posted something to that effect on Instagram and
- 11:18Speaker 1: Craig Wenman, like, was in the comments, like, praise hands.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Oh. So... Oh, Craig. Basically saying, like... Write that, Craig.
- 11:26Speaker 2: We want a Ghost Whisperer series featuring these two. Oh,
- 11:30Speaker 2: my God. Right. Because I thought the conversations between Eamon
- 11:35Speaker 2: and Callum about like his father, Eamon's father and all
- 11:42Speaker 2: that stuff, like he's like, you haven't seen him up
- 11:44Speaker 2: there yet and all that. I thought that was super interesting. Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I find their running storyline just so much more interesting
- 11:52Speaker 1: than the other stuff that we're supposed to care about.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Same. Same.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Do you have any more likes? Let's take a break
- 11:58Speaker 1: and come right back with our wishes. I want to
- 12:08Speaker 1: talk about this love triangle.
- 12:10Speaker 2: I have a lot of thoughts. I am so sorry.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Marco Grazini. Please see yourself out. It's not a slam
- 12:18Speaker 2: against Marco. Marco Grazini is. Is great. He's handsome. He's charming.
- 12:23Speaker 2: He's sweet. I think if I were, he gives me
- 12:26Speaker 2: the vibes that if you were to meet him in
- 12:27Speaker 2: real life, you would be perfectly happy with him dating
- 12:31Speaker 2: your friend. Like, yeah, that's the guy I want you with.
- 12:35Speaker 2: I got some issues with Inspector O'Reilly. royal swinging his
- 12:39Speaker 2: dick around right yeah and he's not that nice to
- 12:42Speaker 2: gethsemane at times oh really like yes he he they
- 12:47Speaker 2: definitely have those moments uh he and he and griff
- 12:52Speaker 2: definitely have but griff okay okay let me back up.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Mark Ruzzini is great. The character of Griff is great.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I don't see that he and Gethsemane have any chemistry.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I don't see that Inspector O'Reilly and Gethsemane have any chemistry.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Disagree. Oh. Go ahead.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I just don't think... that we need this to be
- 13:15Speaker 1: a love triangle. And I think the way that these
- 13:18Speaker 1: mysteries are done, because we always drag out the love story,
- 13:23Speaker 1: and now that we've added in a love triangle, it
- 13:25Speaker 1: makes it so that there's no development on either side
- 13:28Speaker 1: of these relationships.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Like in the last episode, we saw.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Her starting to get into things with Inspector O'Reilly, and
- 13:34Speaker 1: that was very sweet. And then Griff decided to make,
- 13:38Speaker 1: you know, last episode, we're like, hey, Marco Grazzini, where
- 13:40Speaker 1: are you?
- 13:40Speaker 2: Well, now here he is. He's very prominent in this episode.
- 13:44Speaker 2: But other than the fact.
- 13:46Speaker 1: That they go to this wedding together, there's no forward
- 13:49Speaker 1: progress in their relationship. It doesn't seem like I don't
- 13:52Speaker 1: see any romance happening there. And Siobhan reminds the audience like, oh,
- 13:59Speaker 1: still trying to figure things out with Inspector O'Reilly as
- 14:02Speaker 1: she's talking to Gethsemane.
- 14:05Speaker 2: The Inspector O'Reilly of it all.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Like he and Griff, it's very one-sided because Griff is
- 14:10Speaker 1: not like fighting back at all.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Yeah. And Inspector Early's like, could you go get me
- 14:15Speaker 2: a tea? Yeah. A coffee with honey. Oh, okay. And
- 14:20Speaker 2: then Griff's like, that's not going to happen. And then,
- 14:23Speaker 2: but he walks in, he's like, oh, how are you
- 14:24Speaker 2: guys doing? He's like, we're okay.
- 14:25Speaker 1: He's like, I wasn't talking to you. But to my
- 14:28Speaker 1: point earlier- He kind of sometimes, when he's trying to
- 14:30Speaker 1: get Gethsemane to back off the case, is almost a
- 14:33Speaker 1: little bit mean about it.
- 14:34Speaker 2: I would have to rewatch. I just was like, ugh,
- 14:37Speaker 2: didn't like your tone. Didn't like your tone, O'Reilly. Honestly,
- 14:42Speaker 2: they can get rid of both these dudes on this show.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I agree.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I mean, O'Reilly can exist because we're going to need
- 14:47Speaker 1: some actual police worker, but not as a love interest
- 14:52Speaker 1: for Gethsemane. Well, not if they move the way of
- 14:55Speaker 1: Ghost Whisperer.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Exactly. She doesn't need one. She doesn't need a police
- 15:02Speaker 2: inspector around either. Oh, you're right. If we're just dealing
- 15:04Speaker 2: with people who haven't passed over. Sure, sure. Yeah, no
- 15:08Speaker 2: shade to Marco Grazzini. I enjoy him as well. But, like,
- 15:12Speaker 2: this is such a disservice for him. Like, I tried.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Griff is not it between him and G at all. I, yeah,
- 15:24Speaker 2: I really, really, like, hear me out. remove both these
- 15:30Speaker 2: like potential love interests. Like I just write them off
- 15:32Speaker 2: the show. Like they, they did it on Hannah Swenson.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Like Norman doesn't exist anymore. So why can't they just,
- 15:38Speaker 2: and neither does Cameron Matheson. So like, let's just say
- 15:41Speaker 2: like Griff moves back to the States for a job
- 15:43Speaker 2: at a different university and high school, even whatever. Yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I think they're in high school. Oh, they are in
- 15:51Speaker 2: high school? Those aren't university kids she's teaching, I don't think.
- 15:55Speaker 2: You are right. But yeah, like have him leave. Like
- 15:57Speaker 2: that makes sense. And then let's just like rework the
- 16:00Speaker 2: show a little bit. Like I think there's longevity with
- 16:03Speaker 2: this show. We'll send you a Calendly link, Hallmark, and
- 16:06Speaker 2: give you all of our ideas. We're going to send
- 16:08Speaker 2: them a what? A Calendly link. Why? To set up
- 16:11Speaker 2: a meeting. Oh, yeah, sure. I'm like, here, let me
- 16:13Speaker 2: pitch some ideas to you. It was a joke, but
- 16:16Speaker 2: now that I've had to explain it three times, I
- 16:18Speaker 2: realize that it's not funny. So... Look, maybe we should
- 16:24Speaker 2: write the Ghost Whisperer Hallmark version. Story credit. Yeah. Give
- 16:30Speaker 2: me that story credit. Add it to my IMDb. Can
- 16:33Speaker 2: you imagine story credit from Megan and Wendy? Love it.
- 16:38Speaker 2: I just think there's so much more to do here.
- 16:41Speaker 2: And I've said it earlier in this episode and in
- 16:45Speaker 2: the reviews of this movie before. Prior, we have a
- 16:50Speaker 2: bazillion mysteries. Let's just do something different. It's right there.
- 16:55Speaker 2: It's right there. Let's just shift a little bit. Let's shift.
- 17:00Speaker 2: I am begging. They moved away from, I think, they
- 17:04Speaker 2: moved away from the original novel series. Uh-huh. Because remember,
- 17:09Speaker 2: it was like G and Major, F and whatever. Yeah.
- 17:13Speaker 2: S and whatever. Whatever. Well, Prelude is a music thing. Fine.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But I don't think there is a novel called that, though. Oh,
- 17:21Speaker 2: they changed the names of most of the movies. My
- 17:23Speaker 2: point is I don't think they're following, like, the novel stories. No,
- 17:27Speaker 2: I understand what you're saying. Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Did I have any other wishes?
- 17:33Speaker 1: I think that was basically it. What does Agnes do?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Because she works with Sonny and the maid of honor.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know. Not Agnes. Yeah, her name's Agnes.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I don't know. She just had a nut allergy. That's
- 17:46Speaker 2: all I remember. She works with Sonny and she's like, oh,
- 17:49Speaker 2: we've built this brand and you're moving away. But all
- 17:51Speaker 2: I can tell is like she's like her assistant getting
- 17:53Speaker 2: shots from her. Like there's some sort of she's some
- 17:56Speaker 2: sort of influencer or something like that. Sonny is. But
- 17:59Speaker 2: Agnes is always the one getting the shots and she's
- 18:01Speaker 2: mad that Sonny's moving. Did you watch this movie? I did.
- 18:04Speaker 2: She's the assistant. These details I don't clock.
- 18:06Speaker 1: She just was so mad that she was moving away
- 18:08Speaker 1: and taking her business away from her.
- 18:10Speaker 2: It had nothing to do with the overall story. All right.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Let's talk. Did you see that? I only have one,
- 18:15Speaker 2: and it's a complaint. Okay. The musical note tattoo, I
- 18:21Speaker 2: was like, hello, hello, hello. From the get-go, I knew
- 18:25Speaker 2: I had something to do.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I did not, but I knew Aaron was the killer
- 18:29Speaker 1: because they were not talking about her at all, and
- 18:32Speaker 1: they were not pointing any suspicion at her. As soon
- 18:35Speaker 1: as they talked about Daniel, I'm like, well, he's not
- 18:36Speaker 1: the killer. He's the first suspect. And then as soon
- 18:39Speaker 1: as they said- But he was.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Very aggressive and angry, though. What are you doing in
- 18:43Speaker 2: my room? No, no, no, no, no. That's Sean. Oh,
- 18:47Speaker 2: you're right. Sean was intense. You're right. Sean was too intense.
- 18:50Speaker 1: And he was described in the very beginning of the
- 18:52Speaker 1: movie as intense because he was going through a divorce
- 18:55Speaker 1: and had recently lost all his money thanks to Frankie.
- 18:57Speaker 2: So... Yes.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Sean was intense and mean, but you know, they, as
- 19:01Speaker 1: soon as they're like, Ooh, he was poisoned with an EpiPen.
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm like, Oh, well now they're pointing at Agnes, but
- 19:06Speaker 1: that means it's obviously not her. And Erin was just
- 19:08Speaker 1: like running quietly in the background. I was like, it's
- 19:10Speaker 1: gotta be Erin, but I don't know her motive.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Question. I didn't know you could get poisoned by an EpiPen.
- 19:17Speaker 2: I don't think it, it's just epinephrine, right? He had
- 19:21Speaker 2: like a heart. Yeah. Yeah. It was just, I don't know.
- 19:24Speaker 2: And then probably combined with falling from the lighthouse. No,
- 19:28Speaker 2: I know. Didn't help. Yeah. At one point, Griff talks
- 19:33Speaker 2: about purple is a not a real color. I wondered
- 19:37Speaker 2: about this. Go ahead. And I had to look it
- 19:39Speaker 2: up because he was like, it has no wavelength of
- 19:41Speaker 2: its own. This is in fact true. Violet does have
- 19:45Speaker 2: a wavelength, but purple doesn't. Your brain does construct purple
- 19:49Speaker 2: when a red and blue cone fire together at once
- 19:53Speaker 2: and there's no middle wavelength to recognize i don't know
- 19:56Speaker 2: what the point of that was is he an art
- 19:58Speaker 2: teacher maybe i don't remember anyway points to griff he
- 20:02Speaker 2: knew what he was talking about but question like so
- 20:06Speaker 2: what color is that purple flower then Well, it's purple.
- 20:10Speaker 2: His point was, fun fact, you know, like purple is
- 20:14Speaker 2: not a wavelength. Your brain, it's an illusion. Purple is
- 20:17Speaker 2: an illusion. Okay, so then what color is that flower?
- 20:20Speaker 2: If it's not truly purple, because our brain makes it purple.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I don't know. Is this a dumb question? It's purple.
- 20:30Speaker 2: His point was like purple is an illusion, but it's purple. Guys,
- 20:36Speaker 2: do you hear what I'm asking though? I do, but
- 20:38Speaker 2: I don't think that, I don't know. Is there, I
- 20:41Speaker 2: think you're taking it too far. I'm just asking a question.
- 20:46Speaker 2: I know, but I, I think it was more about like,
- 20:50Speaker 2: what color is this icon right here? If it's not purple,
- 20:54Speaker 2: I don't think my brain is seeing purple.
- 20:56Speaker 1: I don't think he's saying purple as a construct doesn't exist.
- 21:01Speaker 1: He's just saying like, scientifically purple doesn't exist your brain
- 21:05Speaker 1: constructs it we see it as purple we call it
- 21:08Speaker 1: purple so it's purple okay email us hello at girls
- 21:11Speaker 1: gone hallmark.com O'Reilly's in this movie considerably more than Griff
- 21:15Speaker 1: is in the last movie, I would like to point out.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I don't know what Marco Grizzini was doing in movie three,
- 21:20Speaker 1: but he... Virgin River, baby. Virgin River, baby. I would
- 21:25Speaker 1: like to know what else Sean was texting to Frankie
- 21:26Speaker 1: because we see that he gets three text messages from him,
- 21:28Speaker 1: but we only see one on screen.
- 21:32Speaker 2: What else were you saying to him? That's all. Okay.
- 21:36Speaker 2: What did you give? Do you want me to tell
- 21:38Speaker 2: you what you gave Key to the Castle?
- 21:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:40Speaker 2: You gave it three stars and I gave it 3.25.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I gave this one three stars as well. Does that
- 21:44Speaker 2: track for you that it's... I gave it three and
- 21:46Speaker 2: a half. It's very middle of the road. Right down
- 21:50Speaker 2: the middle. But it's losing me though. Oh, interesting. I
- 21:54Speaker 2: like this one.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I like this one more than the last. It's losing me.
- 22:00Speaker 1: It could be so much better.
