- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to a meeting of the minds crafted from decades
- 0:05Speaker 1: of talk show experience, an extension of the magic they've
- 0:08Speaker 1: created together on radio in the phenomenon called M and
- 0:13Speaker 1: M Hot topics in the news and wisdom from life.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It's Mark Davis and Mike Gallagher. This is eminem Extra.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Don't tell anyone, but it's time for my favorite part
- 0:25Speaker 2: of the day. My second favorite was doing the pumdrum
- 0:29Speaker 2: ditch digging talk show.
- 0:30Speaker 3: But then we walk into them decades. That's been your
- 0:33Speaker 3: legacy that you've done since the seventies. Your real job
- 0:36Speaker 3: for decades is now but a stepchild.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Now this is the real job eminem Extra. I'm Mike
- 0:42Speaker 2: keys Mark, and we are proud to welcome a brand
- 0:46Speaker 2: new title sponsor to the podcast. Portions of M and

- 1:21Speaker 2: can support them online. Mark are you? Are you as
- 1:24Speaker 2: half excited about Preborn joining our family as I am?
- 1:28Speaker 3: I sure am? And a little later on in today's podcast,
- 1:31Speaker 3: we'll tell you a little bit of it's fine, I know,
- 1:33Speaker 3: a little bit of the nuggets of how this relationship
- 1:35Speaker 3: kind of started. I met these people quite by happenstance
- 1:37Speaker 3: a few weeks back, and we'll tell everybody more about
- 1:40Speaker 3: the wonderful, wonderful work they do. Listen, people always talk
- 1:42Speaker 3: about big issues as well. That's life and death. This
- 1:45Speaker 3: is literally life and death. So we're so glad to
- 1:47Speaker 3: have Preborn. On more on them a little later on,
- 1:50Speaker 3: all kinds of things going on today. I was listening
- 1:52Speaker 3: to you as all good Americans should, and I've heard
- 1:54Speaker 3: you talking about abdul l said, So let's just okay,
- 1:57Speaker 3: here we go, rubber of the road. Do you think
- 1:59Speaker 3: this guy is going to beat the more normy establishment
- 2:03Speaker 3: mainstream democrat Hailey Stevens? Will the radical win in Michigan?
- 2:07Speaker 3: Mike Gallaga, what say you?
- 2:08Speaker 2: This is going to sound like a cop out, because
- 2:11Speaker 2: I am pretty good at political predictions, all right, So
- 2:13Speaker 2: I have to tell you. I I've been pretty good.
- 2:16Speaker 2: When Trump came down the Golden escalator, I instinctively and
- 2:20Speaker 2: immediately said he's going to win. When Biden was holding
- 2:25Speaker 2: press conferences and rambling about on stage and not knowing
- 2:28Speaker 2: his left from his right, I said, they're going to
- 2:31Speaker 2: push him out. They did, and I scoffed. I scoffed.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Most people did most people. But my predictions are pretty good,
- 2:38Speaker 2: you know, Mark, I'm I am lost at sea over
- 2:43Speaker 2: this where we are right now, right with you. It's
- 2:45Speaker 2: like the people of Michigan. He might win, he might not.
- 2:48Speaker 2: It depends on the people of Michigan. We're going to
- 2:51Speaker 2: find out what mood they are in. Well, the mood
- 2:54Speaker 2: that they have to be in is to show the
- 2:57Speaker 2: heck up. If they show up, if normal people show up,
- 3:00Speaker 2: they're going to beat this this scourge back. And this
- 3:03Speaker 2: is a true scourge. Well, we're seeing right now between
- 3:07Speaker 2: the chef. Did you get a load of Francesca for
- 3:12Speaker 2: governor Wisconsin? Yes, And she's going to take her chef's
- 3:15Speaker 2: skills and use those to be a better governor. What's
- 3:18Speaker 2: she going to whip up a nice veal cutlet in
- 3:21Speaker 2: the governor's mansion?
- 3:23Speaker 3: I mean, state's budget is in hell. But would you
- 3:25Speaker 3: like some really really good scallopedic I do a prime
- 3:28Speaker 3: rib like nobody others. She says, and and and she
- 3:32Speaker 3: wants to be governor, and and and the question, the
- 3:34Speaker 3: reason it came up about her and the reason she
- 3:36Speaker 3: answered stupidly last night with Caitlyn Collins on CNN was
- 3:39Speaker 3: about being a governor. Was was that Caitlyn was asking her,
- 3:44Speaker 3: do you still stand by wanting to abolish Thanksgiving? Yes?
- 3:48Speaker 3: She thought it was triggering. It was cruel to people.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Just the very concept of Thanksgiving is just hard for
- 3:54Speaker 3: some in our our community.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Whose that means? Who's it hard for? What? Indians get turkeys?
- 4:02Speaker 2: I mean the bake, the potatoes you use to make
- 4:06Speaker 2: the mashed potatoes. When she says our community, Look, I'm
- 4:10Speaker 2: not trying to be a smart alec here. No, does
- 4:12Speaker 2: she mean Asian people? Do Asians have a hard time
- 4:16Speaker 2: with Thanksgiving for some reason? I'm not aware of that.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That that would be news to me. I don't know. Well,
- 4:22Speaker 2: this is what I mean, Mark, None of this. Abdul
- 4:24Speaker 2: else iad wants to abolish ice, wants to open borders,
- 4:28Speaker 2: wants to give away all the free stuff, all the
- 4:31Speaker 2: crap that these these DSA freaks advocate. He's all about
- 4:35Speaker 2: that and more. And Mark he wants to give driver's
- 4:39Speaker 2: licenses to illegal immigrants.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yes, he does eliminate discrimination based on documentation status discrimination.
- 4:47Speaker 2: We're discriminating if we don't give benefits and privileges and
- 4:52Speaker 2: rights to people who are not entitled to any benefits,
- 4:55Speaker 2: privileges or rights. So do we want so? Do we?
- 4:58Speaker 3: I mean, you're right, I think we've framed him properly,
- 5:02Speaker 3: so I'm all in. I'm team Abdul. I want him
- 5:05Speaker 3: to win tonight because I think Mike Rodgers beats him handily.
- 5:09Speaker 3: I'd like to think he beats Haley Stevens too, but
- 5:11Speaker 3: I don't know, you know how reddish purple Michigan is
- 5:14Speaker 3: these days, and I don't know you know November is
- 5:17Speaker 3: going to look. But I think that that Abdul's easier
- 5:19Speaker 3: to beat. So I want him to win so that
- 5:20Speaker 3: Mike Rodgers can beat him.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Do you trust polling right now? Because if you trust polling,
- 5:25Speaker 2: well I don't know and don't. Okay, but not in Texas, ill,
- 5:30Speaker 2: well not Texas. But let's stay where we were here.
- 5:33Speaker 2: And what do they say they're saying, they're saying, Haley
- 5:37Speaker 2: Stevens beats Mike Rogers by a couple points, but our
- 5:41Speaker 2: dual Lsie loses to him. So so that's the conventional
- 5:45Speaker 2: that's plausible, I mean, that was It's funny even if
- 5:47Speaker 2: the numbers are wrong, the comp I mean, the unique
- 5:52Speaker 2: to each matchup. If it shows, if two distinct questions
- 5:57Speaker 2: show Hailey Stevens doing better versus Mike Rogers that Abdul does,
- 6:01Speaker 2: then give me Abdul, Give me Abdul all. I guess
- 6:05Speaker 2: maybe that's what we have to do, is suffer through.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Do you realize the anxiety we're going to face tomorrow
- 6:09Speaker 2: morn if we're back here doing a M and M Extra.
- 6:11Speaker 2: And by the way, besides announcing a new title sponsor,
- 6:14Speaker 2: this wonderful organization called Preborn to the M and M Extra,
- 6:18Speaker 2: we have now gone international. On the chat room. In
- 6:23Speaker 2: the live chat, I can't really make out the name.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I think it's Alexandro but types in Hello from the Philippines, Mark.
- 6:34Speaker 3: And mileykin Manila weird dominant.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I've always I've always wanted to go to the Philippines.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Have you ever been to the Philippines?
- 6:41Speaker 3: I love it. Not being a military brat, I knew
- 6:44Speaker 3: a lot of people. They've been stationed at what was
- 6:47Speaker 3: it Clark Air Force Base, which I don't even know
- 6:49Speaker 3: if it still exists. But they thoroughly enjoyed sort of
- 6:51Speaker 3: the combination Asian and Spanish culture that you'll get, and
- 6:55Speaker 3: they came back and learned some basic tagalog and stuff
- 6:58Speaker 3: like that.
- 6:58Speaker 2: But it's so cool. It's so cool because, and you know,
- 7:01Speaker 2: you always wonder. Now with the internets, you know where everywhere,
- 7:05Speaker 2: we can be wherever you are in the world. So
- 7:08Speaker 2: so to Alexandro Hello from the Philippines, Hello, right back
- 7:13Speaker 2: at you.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I think that's Alexandro capital Ats and I have no
- 7:17Speaker 3: idea what that wouldst. I don't think it's all I.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Thought it was. I thought it Alexander katz Cats. Well,
- 7:23Speaker 2: you're a Pilippines where it's where it's just after midnight. Yeah,
- 7:26Speaker 2: Gabe talking you through those wee hours here on the
- 7:29Speaker 2: eminem Extra Lives twelve hour different, twelve hour difference on
- 7:32Speaker 2: the Philippines to.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Here and into HB far behind. I mean, let's let's
- 7:36Speaker 3: let's expand into every realm and every continent.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Check in on the chat room just pop in there
- 7:41Speaker 2: on YouTube and say where you're from. There's Bald Springs, Texas.
- 7:44Speaker 2: A lot of Texas fans Mark Davis lovers everywhere on
- 7:47Speaker 2: the eminem Extra. That's the thing about international travel, though,
- 7:50Speaker 2: is that it's the time difference, man, that wipes me out. Japan.
- 7:54Speaker 2: I've been to Japan now twice in the last few years.
- 7:56Speaker 3: For the jet lag. Yet from then, I mean, I remember, well,
- 7:59Speaker 3: here's the weird thing. You are texting me at what
- 8:01Speaker 3: was five, three, four o'clock in the morning in Kyoto,
- 8:05Speaker 3: and I'm going, what, why are you up? I mean,
- 8:07Speaker 3: just what I mean?
- 8:09Speaker 2: No, no, no, I wasn't though, but it was. I
- 8:10Speaker 2: think you thought it was three or four. It was
- 8:12Speaker 2: the other way around. Maybe I don't know, but I
- 8:15Speaker 2: love Japan. I come back from Japan. I wonder what
- 8:18Speaker 2: the Philippines are like compared to this. And you know,
- 8:21Speaker 2: I always think about retire do you ever? I know,
- 8:23Speaker 2: neither one of us care about retirement. We're not even
- 8:25Speaker 2: thinking about retirement. We want to do this forever.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Anywhere do.
- 8:30Speaker 2: We got, like Larry Elder says, we got a country
- 8:32Speaker 2: to save. So we're going to be here for a
- 8:33Speaker 2: long time. But when we're ninety. There's a lot of
- 8:36Speaker 2: people who say, you know, it's kind of neat unless
- 8:38Speaker 2: you've got a lot of family connections and all that,
- 8:40Speaker 2: and you've got you don't want to leave the United
- 8:42Speaker 2: States retiring to a place like the Philippines or Asia, Vietnam.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Retiring to a place where the cost of living is
- 8:53Speaker 2: pennies to the dollar of what we may yep, and
- 8:56Speaker 2: you would live like a king in your final years.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Of course, there might be some issues with language and
- 9:03Speaker 2: culture and everything else. But I don't know. That's just
- 9:05Speaker 2: kind of kind of intriguing to me.
- 9:07Speaker 3: I mean, I ebe is I like America. I know
- 9:11Speaker 3: we all like America, but but I love international travel.
- 9:15Speaker 3: If every time Lisa and I go to Italy, wouldn't
- 9:19Speaker 3: it be something to you entire in Tuscany or.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Something tuscan provost.
- 9:25Speaker 3: But but it's just that I have a feeling I
- 9:27Speaker 3: would just yearn for. I think, if I've got the
- 9:30Speaker 3: ability to do that, let me just do some travel.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Let me go to the Asias, go to the Italy's,
- 9:35Speaker 3: go to the places, and ultimately come back to the
- 9:37Speaker 3: nation of my birth and have this always be my home.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I was born here, I want to die.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I agree, I totally agree. Speaking to travel, I want
- 9:45Speaker 2: to make sure we mentioned to the podcast audience the
- 9:48Speaker 2: big Gulf of America crews coming up in November, because
- 9:51Speaker 2: there's only a few more days left where you can
- 9:53Speaker 2: book your cabin and these trips are so good. I've tried, look,
- 9:57Speaker 2: pull the curtain back. I've begged Mark, I have begged,
- 10:01Speaker 2: I've pleaded. I think it's Lisa. I think his wife
- 10:04Speaker 2: doesn't like cruises at some point. No, no, don't, don't
- 10:09Speaker 2: be modest. Now, come on, this is the podcast. You
- 10:11Speaker 2: can open up. You guys don't really want, you're not
- 10:15Speaker 2: really into and look, it's you either got to either
- 10:17Speaker 2: love it or you don't. I thought i'd hate cruises
- 10:20Speaker 2: when Denise dragged me onto a Royal Caribbean cruise ship
- 10:23Speaker 2: about thirty years ago, whatever it was, and fell in
- 10:25Speaker 2: love with it instantly. I mean, you unpack one time
- 10:28Speaker 2: you go from port to port, you're weighted on hand
- 10:31Speaker 2: and foot. The food is great, the entertainment is great,
- 10:33Speaker 2: the casino is fun, the spy is wonderful. And on
- 10:37Speaker 2: this Gulf of America cruise very special. We already got
- 10:39Speaker 2: I think three hundred and fourteen people signed up, which
- 10:42Speaker 2: is pretty cool. We're gonna have hundreds of like minded patriots.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I'm featuring Mike Gallagher and Scott Jennings as your headliners
- 10:49Speaker 2: they call us, and we'll be joined by the great
- 10:51Speaker 2: Larry O'Connor morning show host on Salem and town Hall
- 10:55Speaker 2: Colonel Kirt Schlickter. There's bound to be some kind of
- 10:58Speaker 2: an international incident with him involved. It'll be spicy and
- 11:01Speaker 2: Jennifer Horn, this wonderful, wonderful lady from from LA, from
- 11:05Speaker 2: KLA and Los Angeles. We adore her. It's going to
- 11:08Speaker 2: take place November fourteenth through the twenty first, so come
- 11:10Speaker 2: on board and join us for the Gulf of America Cruise.
- 11:13Speaker 2: For details, just text the keyword cruise to nine four
- 11:17Speaker 2: eight seven eight. We'll send you back a link. Just
- 11:18Speaker 2: text the keyword cruise to nine four eight seven eight
- 11:22Speaker 2: or go to mic online dot com mic online dot
- 11:25Speaker 2: com for all the details. Now, look, the world was
- 11:27Speaker 2: falling apart. The world was falling apart. But I'm going
- 11:30Speaker 2: to ask you what is your favorite what is your
- 11:32Speaker 2: opposition to cruise? Okay, come on, open.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Up, No, no, no, no, it's just very seriously logistically,
- 11:38Speaker 3: I've got some I've got x amount of vacation time.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Oh I got ton to be vacation. It just kind
- 11:44Speaker 3: of I like doing shows. I mean, I love the
- 11:47Speaker 3: devotion to the people on that ship. It's fantastic. But
- 11:50Speaker 3: it's like man, Dad, So I'll bear. It's a journey.
- 11:53Speaker 3: It's a journey, but it's not but it's not a cruise.
- 11:55Speaker 2: But it's not an anti cruise thing.
- 11:57Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, I have a question for you. Let's
- 11:59Speaker 3: say some is thinking about the cruise and thinking, you know,
- 12:02Speaker 3: it could be a tough week for me because I
- 12:04Speaker 3: know there's food everywhere and I'm trying to lose weight.
- 12:07Speaker 3: I know you have a personal story about this that
- 12:09Speaker 3: I know you can tell because on the if on
- 12:12Speaker 3: that on that cruise, if you like take advantage of
- 12:15Speaker 3: all the food that's going to be there, will that
- 12:18Speaker 3: or will that not destroy your PhD weight loss street cred?
- 12:21Speaker 2: It will not because thanks to PhD weight loss, I've
- 12:24Speaker 2: got the tools now for life to know what to do,
- 12:27Speaker 2: what to avoid. And look, you want to have a cupcake,
- 12:30Speaker 2: you want to have a piece of pie on the ship.
- 12:32Speaker 2: It's not going to wreck your program. If I can
- 12:35Speaker 2: lose over fifty pounds and keep it off. And then
- 12:37Speaker 2: when some of the weight came creeping back because I
- 12:40Speaker 2: just got stupid and silly over the last six months
- 12:42Speaker 2: or so, then I knew what to do. I got
- 12:45Speaker 2: back into action. I went back into my PhD tool case,
- 12:49Speaker 2: and I lost twenty three pounds. And I I thought
- 12:52Speaker 2: I was going to lose about ten. I lost over
- 12:53Speaker 2: twenty in about four or five weeks. That's how effective
- 12:57Speaker 2: this programming is. You're never hungry. Look the shots, the pills,
- 13:01Speaker 2: they are great for some, but you know what, once
- 13:03Speaker 2: you stop taking them, the weight is going to come
- 13:05Speaker 2: roaring back. Schedule your consultation now at PhD weight Loss
- 13:09Speaker 2: eight six four six four four nineteen hundred. Mention Mike
- 13:13Speaker 2: and Mark, we're going to add two free weeks to
- 13:15Speaker 2: your program and they'll even pay for the cost of
- 13:17Speaker 2: your food. PhD weight Loss eight six four six four
- 13:20Speaker 2: four nineteen hundred eight sixty four six four four nineteen hundred,
- 13:24Speaker 2: or go to myphdweight loss dot com myphdweight loss dot com.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Now you're asking me about PhD. Time for me to
- 13:30Speaker 2: ask you real quickly before we get back to Abdul
- 13:33Speaker 2: lsieed and the primaries and maybe the battle between I
- 13:37Speaker 2: want to talk a little bit about the Teta tet
- 13:39Speaker 2: between Jennine Piro and President Trump over the reflecting pool.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Yeah, what is that about?
- 13:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to take your temperature on that. But
- 13:45Speaker 2: let me ask you about relief factor. How's it coming?
- 13:49Speaker 3: All right? I have I have because you know, and
- 13:51Speaker 3: I'm just the picture of honesty. I started a relief
- 13:53Speaker 3: factor and the issue was a little bit of rotator
- 13:55Speaker 3: cuff stuff, which which only happens some days. I mean
- 13:59Speaker 3: where I have sometimes so I've got a shoulder thing,
- 14:01Speaker 3: playing the tennis ball with the dogs in the backyard,
- 14:03Speaker 3: reaching for something on the car seat. Some days it
- 14:05Speaker 3: does it, some days it does not. If let's say
- 14:08Speaker 3: yesterday it did not. Is that relief factor or just
- 14:12Speaker 3: not a rotator cuff problem day? I don't know. So
- 14:15Speaker 3: I'm gonna sit tight and give your good, solid, solid
- 14:18Speaker 3: data because we all know that data is data are
- 14:21Speaker 3: data is plural, data are important. But I'm gonna tell
- 14:24Speaker 3: you this. I'm gonna tell you something I can tell
- 14:25Speaker 3: you right now. Weaken a fraction in on relief factor.
- 14:29Speaker 3: There's something else that has changed because I was so
- 14:31Speaker 3: focused on the whole shoulder thing. I had forgotten that
- 14:34Speaker 3: being sixty eight years old, when I first get out
- 14:36Speaker 3: of bed, I can be a little achy, you know,
- 14:39Speaker 3: for a couple of minutes till you find your feet,
- 14:41Speaker 3: you know what I mean. It's like not so much
- 14:47Speaker 3: swear to you, not so much the usual kind. And
- 14:50Speaker 3: it's not like I get up and go but I'm
- 14:52Speaker 3: racked over and doubled over, right, But it's just the
- 14:54Speaker 3: usual aches that come from you know, you're just from
- 14:58Speaker 3: seven hours of immobility. You get up and you kind
- 15:00Speaker 3: of got to do this a little bit, and I
- 15:02Speaker 3: still do. You always want to stretch and stuff like that.
- 15:04Speaker 3: But some of those early morning kind of little aches
- 15:08Speaker 3: and stuff are measurably reduced. I'm just saying, I'm just saying.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Well, I'm just saying, let's see if we can get
- 15:16Speaker 2: you out of pain. Eight hundred four Relief eight hundred
- 15:18Speaker 2: and number four Relief or visit Relief Factor dot com.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Feel the difference. Visit Relief Factor dot com or call
- 15:24Speaker 2: eight hundred four Relief and mark Welcome to the Relief
- 15:26Speaker 2: Factor family. I have to say that neither of well,
- 15:31Speaker 2: I'm the only guy, may I brag on myself. I've
- 15:34Speaker 2: got a theory about the ascendancy of the d essay.
- 15:38Speaker 2: And my theory is, and I keep repeating this, nobody's
- 15:41Speaker 2: listening to me. I feel like the hold my beer theory,
- 15:43Speaker 2: Hold my beer. You guys are crazy, your nuts, your maga,
- 15:47Speaker 2: you're out of your minds. Trump's a crazy man. So
- 15:49Speaker 2: we're going to be crazier and we're going to show
- 15:52Speaker 2: you how radical and extreme our side can be, because
- 15:56Speaker 2: what else can explain it? Mark? Can you explain the
- 15:59Speaker 2: essaydency of the DSA.
- 16:03Speaker 3: I don't disagree with your assessment at all, I really don't.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I think that the parallel phenomenon is the Republican Party
- 16:12Speaker 3: grew weary of what it perceived as a sclerotic establishment.
- 16:18Speaker 3: And I love this sclerosis, the clogging of the pathways
- 16:23Speaker 3: to success. And they just said, man, we got to
- 16:26Speaker 3: get going here. And Trump brought just a red hot
- 16:29Speaker 3: fire hose of enthusiasm. And we've been very, very well
- 16:33Speaker 3: served by that. Our Democrat brothers and sisters now have
- 16:36Speaker 3: grown weary of the kind of the Chuck Schumer, Nancy Bulouzi,
- 16:40Speaker 3: you know, as much as they've caused us headaches to
- 16:44Speaker 3: the younger Democrats. They don't hate the Jews enough, they're
- 16:47Speaker 3: not trying to rob the rich enough, and they're trying
- 16:50Speaker 3: to crank it up to eleven or twelve in their realm.
- 16:53Speaker 3: The difference is for the Republicans it worked out pretty well.
- 16:57Speaker 3: It is an energized GOP. For the Democrats, I think
- 17:01Speaker 3: this is going to be ruinous, at least I hope
- 17:03Speaker 3: it is. And when I say that, I don't mean
- 17:05Speaker 3: to be mean. I'd like to return to a Democrat
- 17:07Speaker 3: party where the worst thing I ever say is I
- 17:09Speaker 3: think you guys are mistaken. I think you guys are
- 17:12Speaker 3: rubber room insane. So sure I'll sign onto your policy
- 17:15Speaker 3: that the Democrats saw Republicans ditch our establishment and really
- 17:21Speaker 3: go in with with a lot of enthusiasm. So they're
- 17:23Speaker 3: trying to do the same thing. But one of these
- 17:25Speaker 3: things is not like the other. The MAGA the Tea Party,
- 17:31Speaker 3: then MAGA cranking up of conservatism was energizing and good.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Their cranking up of socialism and communism is horrible.
- 17:40Speaker 2: But they would say, I think drastic times call for
- 17:46Speaker 2: drastic measures, and the only way we can thwart this
- 17:50Speaker 2: very popular mega movement is to get as drastic as
- 17:53Speaker 2: we can. Let's take a listen in a view of
- 17:56Speaker 2: Laura Ingram last night with a great Republican from Senator
- 18:02Speaker 2: from Indiana, Jim Banks. They sat down last night on
- 18:05Speaker 2: Laura's show, The Ingram Angle and explored this rise of
- 18:10Speaker 2: the DSA. I call it the poisoning of the Democrat
- 18:14Speaker 2: Party by the DSA. On her show last night on Fox.
- 18:17Speaker 4: News a socialism and emphasized that survival of the Chinese
- 18:23Speaker 4: socialist system is crucial for all humanity except those ones
- 18:27Speaker 4: in the camps. I guess, at what point do we
- 18:30Speaker 4: stop treating this DSA thing like a domestic political party
- 18:35Speaker 4: and start treating them like an asset of Beijing. Here
- 18:38Speaker 4: to respond to Indiana Senator Jim Banks, Senator, so this
- 18:42Speaker 4: pledge that they signed onto, which is a global pledge,
- 18:46Speaker 4: talked about a global transition. So how will that play
- 18:51Speaker 4: out here in the United States if in the serious
- 18:55Speaker 4: examination you've done on this issue, the DSA gets its way.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Is what they want to do to America turn it
- 19:01Speaker 5: into communist China. And this letter by the leadership of
- 19:06Speaker 5: DSA makes that very clear. They stand with socialist communist
- 19:11Speaker 5: China and they want the rest of the world to
- 19:13Speaker 5: take a page from China's playbook and become that you know,
- 19:16Speaker 5: you think about it. I hear, Laura, I hear people
- 19:18Speaker 5: in America complain about surveillance, flock cameras, things like that.
- 19:24Speaker 5: Do you know what the Chinese government does with surveillance cameras.
- 19:28Speaker 5: They round up weaker Muslims and put them in detention
- 19:31Speaker 5: camps and with human rights abuses, force them to make
- 19:35Speaker 5: tennis shoes and other products to sell to the rest
- 19:38Speaker 5: of the world. That's what the DSA, the socialist wing
- 19:43Speaker 5: of the Democrat Party, wants to turn America into that
- 19:45Speaker 5: kind of country where you don't own your job, you
- 19:48Speaker 5: don't own your house, you don't own your car, the
- 19:51Speaker 5: government owns it for you. And we all know that
- 19:53Speaker 5: communism has shared poverty for everybody's.
- 19:58Speaker 3: I mean, that's that's sport Anas. He's right, absolutely it is.
- 20:01Speaker 3: He completely, completely is. And so we're going to find
- 20:04Speaker 3: out in Michigan and some other states, and we're really
- 20:07Speaker 3: going to find out in November how much of the
- 20:09Speaker 3: Democrat Party wants this. How deep is there is the
- 20:13Speaker 3: enthusiasm just a fad of the moment, or is this
- 20:17Speaker 3: what the party is turning into I wait with baited
- 20:21Speaker 3: breath to find out.
- 20:23Speaker 2: I don't really and I don't care what the Democrat
- 20:25Speaker 2: Party turns into. What I care about is beating them.
- 20:28Speaker 2: You know, I just want to win. And so if
- 20:31Speaker 2: they turn into this lunatic Marxist, communist, destructive force, so
- 20:36Speaker 2: be it. But obviously the fear is what happens if
- 20:40Speaker 2: and when they win in the general. If they start
- 20:43Speaker 2: winning in the general election, you're going to see policies
- 20:45Speaker 2: and look, mister Texas. Another poll came out this morning
- 20:50Speaker 2: tall Rico ahead of Paxton by three points.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Harry Nten went off, really, he went off for like
- 20:58Speaker 3: two three minutes of this poll numbers they've ever had.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Ted Cruz was up by six and only one by
- 21:03Speaker 3: like two. Tellery goes up by three. I know, I know,
- 21:07Speaker 3: I know. And a lot and a lot of that
- 21:08Speaker 3: is independence. Independence seemed to be really moving in his direction.
- 21:13Speaker 3: If for some independence in Texas, there's an ick factor
- 21:16Speaker 3: on Ken Baxton, Okay, I get it, But those independence
- 21:22Speaker 3: I think they're gonna have a bigger ick factor for
- 21:26Speaker 3: for for transing the kids, opening the borders, raising taxes,
- 21:33Speaker 3: environmental extremism. There there's room for them to come to
- 21:36Speaker 3: their senses, and I remain thoroughly confident of a Republican
- 21:41Speaker 3: win in Texas.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I'm I'm going to find it intriguing to see what
- 21:45Speaker 2: happens next Tuesday in South Carolina. So last night did
- 21:48Speaker 2: you watch any of the debate last night in South Carolina?
- 21:51Speaker 3: Did? I did? Indeed?
- 21:52Speaker 6: You?
- 21:52Speaker 3: First, I have hot takes go well, I do too.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I mean, and this is a big story because Lindsey Graham,
- 21:57Speaker 2: of course, such a prominent uh residence in America with
- 22:02Speaker 2: the in the American political scene, and initially he was
- 22:08Speaker 2: Darlene Graham, his little sister. Actually it's Darlene Graham Nor
- 22:12Speaker 2: done more on that in just a moment, because that's
- 22:15Speaker 2: actually a controversial story. She has dropped her married name
- 22:20Speaker 2: while running for Senate.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Now he has, and her husband doesn't care, and neither
- 22:25Speaker 3: should anybody else. The name of the game is name recognition.
- 22:28Speaker 3: It's a brand. And in her name is Lindsay sister
- 22:32Speaker 3: exactly right, So everybody.
- 22:33Speaker 2: No, it's not Graham. Isn't her name? I mean, why
- 22:36Speaker 2: is that not a Why do you not think that's
- 22:38Speaker 2: a big deal? I think that's kind of a significant.
- 22:40Speaker 3: It's funny there is an issue, and it's an interesting,
- 22:44Speaker 3: interesting one about women refusing to take their husband's names,
- 22:48Speaker 3: like right in life than what are the kids hyphenated?
- 22:52Speaker 3: How does that?
- 22:52Speaker 1: You know?
- 22:53Speaker 3: How many generations? But for this, I mean, did we
- 22:56Speaker 3: freak out because Hillary?
- 22:57Speaker 2: You know, she was Hillary rodal Win. There it happens
- 23:03Speaker 2: my wife. My wife was Denise Newlan Gallagher. She kept
- 23:06Speaker 2: her maiden name, and that was her little last gasp
- 23:10Speaker 2: of liberalism. I try to win her over every day
- 23:12Speaker 2: of my life.
- 23:13Speaker 3: But do you think and she, do you think we're
- 23:15Speaker 3: going to be getting records from Taylor Kelsey anytime soon?
- 23:18Speaker 3: I don't think we will. If there's value, if there's
- 23:21Speaker 3: marketing value, political value to your maiden name, keep it
- 23:25Speaker 3: and I will tell you. If the husband comes home
- 23:27Speaker 3: and says, honey, I'm just disturbed, I'm dismayed he didn't
- 23:31Speaker 3: take my name, then they need to have a conversation
- 23:33Speaker 3: about it. But I don't think that Darlene's hobby minds this.
- 23:38Speaker 2: There's something about the branding process though, in politics that
- 23:43Speaker 2: I think rubs people the wrong way. The idea that
- 23:46Speaker 2: she's going to say, well, my name is Darlene Graham
- 23:48Speaker 2: Nordone that's so that's how I'm known by. But now
- 23:51Speaker 2: that I want to be a senator, I'm just going
- 23:53Speaker 2: to conveniently drop off nordone in case people don't really
- 23:56Speaker 2: know who I am. I want you to be sure
- 23:58Speaker 2: to know that I'm Lindsay gret sister. So now I'm
- 24:01Speaker 2: just Darlene Graham. And incidentally, I think it's relevant to say,
- 24:05Speaker 2: is that a legal name change? Is it just a
- 24:09Speaker 2: casual thing?
- 24:10Speaker 3: Well, Ques, she just wants to be known by what
- 24:12Speaker 3: she wants to be known by on the ballot, you
- 24:14Speaker 3: know what, I think would.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Be kind of So if you're running for a senator
- 24:17Speaker 2: in Texas, you want it to be known by as
- 24:19Speaker 2: Mark Limbaugh instead of Mark Davis, it's okay to just
- 24:22Speaker 2: call yourself Mark Limbaugh.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Well, it's funny. I don't know what the rules are.
- 24:26Speaker 3: There was a guy named Larry Kilgore who is one
- 24:28Speaker 3: of his big deals and the fourteen times that he
- 24:31Speaker 3: ran and fell short every time, he literally was on
- 24:34Speaker 3: the on the ballot as Larry secede kill Gore because
- 24:37Speaker 3: he was into the big Texas secession movement. So I
- 24:40Speaker 3: don't know what you could you go as Mickey Mouse.
- 24:42Speaker 3: I don't know. You know what, I think would be
- 24:44Speaker 3: nice if we understand and we stipulate and we kind
- 24:47Speaker 3: of get it that she wants to use the Graham
- 24:49Speaker 3: name in order for name recognition and to win that
- 24:51Speaker 3: if she does win against the full six years, use
- 24:54Speaker 3: your on day one, when you're sworn in, use your
- 24:56Speaker 3: married name from then on. I think that'd be nice.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Okay, And by the way, I just I got a
- 25:00Speaker 2: text message. Normally I watched the chat room on YouTube,
- 25:04Speaker 2: but check this out from Mark. And Mark in Texas
- 25:08Speaker 2: just sent me a note. I think it's no. I
- 25:10Speaker 2: don't know. No, I don't know his name, but he's
- 25:11Speaker 2: from Texas about retiring number about well it's a yeah,
- 25:15Speaker 2: it's a Texas number. But I thought he had his
- 25:17Speaker 2: first name, but he didn't. He said about retiring in
- 25:20Speaker 2: the Philippines. Are you ready for this? Yes, you can
- 25:23Speaker 2: buy a beautiful house on the ocean twenty five thousand dollars.
- 25:27Speaker 2: M I'm calling a realtor to day. I do think
- 25:32Speaker 2: they have the internet over there.
- 25:34Speaker 3: We can It would be a pied tear in the
- 25:37Speaker 3: in the Philippines.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Oh good, then the zorime can come after me and
- 25:41Speaker 2: tax me on the pieta tear. I see what you
- 25:42Speaker 2: did there. All right, back to Darth, Thank you Texas
- 25:44Speaker 2: for distracting me. Now, I'm fantasizing about and I wonder
- 25:47Speaker 2: if I get like butlers and maids and stuff. I'll
- 25:49Speaker 2: bet you get servants. I'd be really good. I'd be
- 25:52Speaker 2: generous with servants. I would be so good with like
- 25:54Speaker 2: butlers and maids. I would tip them a lot. But
- 25:57Speaker 2: you know, fluff the pillow at night, turn down the bed,
- 26:01Speaker 2: make me some breakfast.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Mister Gallagher, the toast of Manila, best yes on the island.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Man of the people, Man of the people. That's me
- 26:07Speaker 2: and the Philip. All right, So back to Darling Graham.
- 26:10Speaker 2: She makes news last night of this debate, and here's
- 26:13Speaker 2: was pretty big. Lindsey was no fan of nuking the filibuster. Well,
- 26:19Speaker 2: apparently his little sister is.
- 26:22Speaker 6: I'm willing to stay through recess to get it done.
- 26:25Speaker 6: What's up with recess anyway? Who gets a month off
- 26:29Speaker 6: from work? I think we should stay up there and
- 26:32Speaker 6: work and get it done. You have to have an
- 26:35Speaker 6: ID to check out a library book about alcohol, and
- 26:38Speaker 6: you don't have to have an ID to vote. That's absurd.
- 26:41Speaker 6: In New Jersey, they had six thousand and six hundred
- 26:45Speaker 6: people non citizen right non citizens registered to vote, and
- 26:49Speaker 6: several hundred of them did vote in our election. And
- 26:53Speaker 6: I am all for this is where I differ from
- 26:56Speaker 6: my brother getting rid of the filibuster to get this
- 26:59Speaker 6: done because of they enjoyed the Democrats are going to
- 27:01Speaker 6: get rid of it anyway.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Good now hurt and a right thing does this? She
- 27:08Speaker 3: was she really she did a really good job last night.
- 27:10Speaker 3: She did not think it was a surprise. She's a
- 27:12Speaker 3: woman of substance, she's a woman of grace, she's a
- 27:15Speaker 3: woman of talent. But I guess a lot of people
- 27:17Speaker 3: in South Carolina got to be figuring listening. You can
- 27:19Speaker 3: pip my but you can do this all day long.
- 27:21Speaker 3: But without a proven record in elected office, it's a crapshoot.
- 27:25Speaker 3: It's a leap of faith, and some people are clearly
- 27:28Speaker 3: going to be willing to make it, others maybe not.
- 27:30Speaker 2: It was interesting because the polls that I've seen out
- 27:32Speaker 2: of South Carolina show her leading Ralph Norman. But according
- 27:37Speaker 2: to the lineup last night, based did you notice how
- 27:39Speaker 2: the moderator said, we're going to go with you know,
- 27:42Speaker 2: first through the fifth and number one is the one
- 27:44Speaker 2: who's currently leading in the polls, and that was Ralph Norman.
- 27:48Speaker 2: So eventally Ralph.
- 27:49Speaker 3: You know what, they needed, an empty electern because undecided
- 27:52Speaker 3: actually got more than Ralph. I think it was like
- 27:54Speaker 3: twenty five undecided, then Ralph about twenty three, Darlene about
- 27:58Speaker 3: twenty and then Sandford and Russ Fry and Mark Lynch
- 28:01Speaker 3: behind him. But I think everybody kind of did okay.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Sandford was good, he was a good governor, good congressman.
- 28:06Speaker 3: I don't think the personal weirdness from O nine is
- 28:08Speaker 3: still wrapped around his neck. I don't think Russell Fry
- 28:12Speaker 3: is okay. I think I think Ralph. I think Ralph
- 28:14Speaker 3: Norman is the guy to beat, and I'm gonna stay.
- 28:17Speaker 3: I'm so on a on a day where we talk
- 28:19Speaker 3: about what to predict and what night and whatnot, here's
- 28:22Speaker 3: what I'm gonna do. I think Darlene and Ralph Norman
- 28:26Speaker 3: make make the runoff. They're gonna be number one and
- 28:29Speaker 3: number two. Darlene maybe number one with thirty some in
- 28:33Speaker 3: Ralph Norman maybe number two with twenty some. But then
- 28:37Speaker 3: then what to say the runoff, then she loses because
- 28:40Speaker 3: I think it's a referendum on Darlene. If she gets
- 28:42Speaker 3: thirty five, and that's top ranked, that means sixty five
- 28:45Speaker 3: percent of everybody wanted somebody else. They were not willing
- 28:48Speaker 3: to cross the bridge and do Lindsey a solid by
- 28:52Speaker 3: going with his sister. And she's a neat lady and
- 28:54Speaker 3: I got nothing against her. But I think Ralph Norman's
- 28:56Speaker 3: gonna be the ultimate winner in the runoff.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Oh.
- 28:58Speaker 2: I mean, and here he is. Here's Ralph. And I
- 29:01Speaker 2: will tell you Congressman Norman looks very senatorial. I mean,
- 29:04Speaker 2: he looked the part last night. You know who I
- 29:07Speaker 2: thought of, And I'm not saying this as a pejorative
- 29:10Speaker 2: or a criticism of him. I thought of Fritz Hollings,
- 29:13Speaker 2: Remember Senator Ernest Fritz Hollins just the best. I loved him.
- 29:17Speaker 2: And he was a Democrat. He was a obviously, but
- 29:20Speaker 2: he was a blue dog Southern Democrat. He wouldn't recognize
- 29:24Speaker 2: today's Democrat party. And I got to interview him once.
- 29:28Speaker 2: And I was a young, up and coming talk show
- 29:31Speaker 2: host in Greenville, South Carolina, which is where I kind
- 29:34Speaker 2: of made my bones in talk radio, and I got
- 29:37Speaker 2: to interview him in studio and when I started in Greenville,
- 29:41Speaker 2: it was only a year or so into Rush Limbaugh.
- 29:44Speaker 2: We both started. I started a year or two after,
- 29:46Speaker 2: because I mean I go back to like eighty eighty nine,
- 29:50Speaker 2: I think is when I was in Greenville and Russian
- 29:52Speaker 2: I think only started nationally in eighty eight. Good, good memory.
- 29:56Speaker 2: So Fritz Hollings comes into the studio. It was a little, tiny,
- 29:59Speaker 2: little typical, you know, radio station studio. And he comes in.
- 30:03Speaker 2: He goes, hey, mister Gallaga, good to see you. I'm
- 30:06Speaker 2: Fritz Hollins. Ready. I always thought of fog Horn Leghorn,
- 30:10Speaker 2: And he said.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Say you're you read my mao sau say us as
- 30:14Speaker 3: I thought fog Horn leg Horn was exactly what I
- 30:16Speaker 3: was thinking of.
- 30:17Speaker 2: But he was dressed to the nines. I'll never forget.
- 30:19Speaker 2: He had like a seersucker suit. It was like he
- 30:22Speaker 2: was like a character right from like Gone with the Wind.
- 30:24Speaker 2: And I was new to the South. I mean, I'm
- 30:26Speaker 2: from Ohio, so here I am in the South and
- 30:28Speaker 2: I'm interviewing this big prominent senator. And the first words
- 30:31Speaker 2: out of his mouth were after he said, hello, Galaga,
- 30:34Speaker 2: we got to do something about this rush Limbo fellow,
- 30:37Speaker 2: what are we gonna do about this rush Limbo? This
- 30:40Speaker 2: rush Limbo's got to take it off the air, and
- 30:43Speaker 2: he laughed. It was hysterical, and he laughed his his
- 30:46Speaker 2: butt off. Anyway, it was. We both laughed about it,
- 30:49Speaker 2: and I said, I think he's the future senator for Halliings.
- 30:52Speaker 2: He goes, I'm afraid you may be right. So I
- 30:54Speaker 2: thought of Fritz Hollins. This tall, tanned, perfectly white quaffed hair,
- 31:01Speaker 2: dressed to the nines. Here was Congressman Ralph Norman, who
- 31:04Speaker 2: I think we both agree probably one in last night's
- 31:09Speaker 2: South Carolina senatorial debate.
- 31:12Speaker 7: I'm Ralph Norman. Thank you, Paul, who are joining by
- 31:15Speaker 7: the TV. Look, I'm forty year business, been to the
- 31:19Speaker 7: business forty years. I have got a record. There's the
- 31:23Speaker 7: most conservative that I'm proud of my resume is my record.
- 31:28Speaker 7: I look forward to serving in the United States Senate
- 31:31Speaker 7: for the next six years.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Because I want to take that to Washington, DC.
- 31:35Speaker 7: And I think now is the time because we're at
- 31:38Speaker 7: the tipping point in this country so many ways, and
- 31:40Speaker 7: I'm just excited about the challenge. I'm excited about the
- 31:43Speaker 7: prospects of what we bring and it's going to be
- 31:46Speaker 7: a new day, and for a great state like South Carolina,
- 31:50Speaker 7: we can take that on to the rest of the country.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 31:54Speaker 3: There's a concept I want to there's a concept I
- 31:56Speaker 3: want to lovingly reject for the most unless it's like
- 32:00Speaker 3: Trump Biden, where Biden nearly died on stage. And that
- 32:03Speaker 3: is whether somebody, anybody actually wins a debate with five people.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Because if we're right, Ralph won it. What does it
- 32:09Speaker 3: mean Darlene lost it, Sanford lost it. They were all
- 32:12Speaker 3: they were good. Did he do better than anybody else?
- 32:14Speaker 3: I think he kind of did, but just a little
- 32:16Speaker 3: semantics things.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Well they all they all did pretty well. I mean
- 32:19Speaker 2: I don't think any of them. I mean the Russell
- 32:23Speaker 2: Russell Fry looked like he was in a hostage video.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I mean, here was something about his little panicky he did.
- 32:29Speaker 2: I mean, at one point I watched him for like
- 32:31Speaker 2: two minutes. He didn't blink one time. I thought, gosh,
- 32:34Speaker 2: are yeah. I mean, my background just went for clumb
- 32:39Speaker 2: for Clemp back here for some reason. That's kind of weird. Uh,
- 32:42Speaker 2: that's our background ran out here, and we're breaking the
- 32:45Speaker 2: eminem illusion. Of course, when the background goes out, I
- 32:47Speaker 2: turned this dark.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Color I started. I started a recent episode with the
- 32:51Speaker 3: wrong background and turned around and changed it while you
- 32:53Speaker 3: were talking. As at one point, by five or six
- 32:56Speaker 3: episodes back, I had like the city skyline behind me,
- 32:58Speaker 3: and I'm in there looking at you, and I'm looking
- 33:00Speaker 3: at me and want I got the wrong behind me?
- 33:03Speaker 2: High tech book.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Changed my background to the proper purple Larry King Live motif.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Joe Rogan's got nothing on us, Hey, Candae, someone's move over.
- 33:16Speaker 2: You got nothing on us? This is high tech case.
- 33:19Speaker 2: I'll tell you something. We got Hodge twins that you
- 33:22Speaker 2: guys don't have. We've got preborn as our new title
- 33:26Speaker 2: sponsor of this little thing, we call eminem extra Mark.
- 33:30Speaker 2: This summer marks three years since this Dobs decision overturning
- 33:34Speaker 2: Roe v. Wade. Uh. Since then, the fact is, the
- 33:37Speaker 2: total number of abortions every year has only increased with
- 33:40Speaker 2: greater access to telehealth and abortion pills and the mail,
- 33:44Speaker 2: and the fact that both of these avenues to abortion
- 33:46Speaker 2: are cheaper than previous options. Medication abortions now account for
- 33:50Speaker 2: more than sixty percent of all abortions, and Mark, that
- 33:54Speaker 2: number is only growing, and that's that's kind of terrifying.
- 33:57Speaker 3: And what you see on the left side of the
- 33:59Speaker 3: screen if you're on watching is the ultrasound. And this
- 34:02Speaker 3: is what Preborn does. It gives free ultrasounds to girls
- 34:05Speaker 3: and women. Because there's something you can be cavalier if
- 34:07Speaker 3: a saying, well, abortion, that's a problem, I got to
- 34:09Speaker 3: take care of it. But then when you see the baby,
- 34:12Speaker 3: you see the beginnings of life. When this happens, when
- 34:15Speaker 3: you hear the heartbeat, it doubles the chance that the
- 34:20Speaker 3: mom will choose life. And so if you can do that,
- 34:22Speaker 3: it seems like something we ought to.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Do, and you know you can support these women. One
- 34:27Speaker 2: hundred and forty dollars will give five mothers a free
- 34:30Speaker 2: ultrasound and save babies. One hundred and forty for five,
- 34:34Speaker 2: two hundred and eighty dollars will help save ten babies.
- 34:37Speaker 2: And if you want to be a recurring donor, as
- 34:39Speaker 2: many of us are and I am, I've been donating
- 34:41Speaker 2: monthly to Preborn for about four or five years, twenty
- 34:44Speaker 2: eight dollars a month. Just twenty eight dollars a month
- 34:46Speaker 2: can help save a baby every single month, and that's
- 34:49Speaker 2: less than a dollar a day. And look, if you
- 34:52Speaker 2: want to go all in with Preborn. We don't mind
- 34:55Speaker 2: that serious about this, We don't mind asking for this.
- 34:58Speaker 2: You don't get it if you don't ask, So ask.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Right, Mike.
- 35:01Speaker 2: You want to put your money where your mouth is.
- 35:02Speaker 2: A fifteen thousand dollars tax deductible gift will provide an
- 35:06Speaker 2: entire ultrasound machine that will be placed in an area
- 35:10Speaker 2: of the country that needs it and will save lives
- 35:12Speaker 2: for years and years to come. So, whether you want
- 35:14Speaker 2: to save one baby or hundreds, you're just a call
- 35:17Speaker 2: or a click away call eight three three eight five
- 35:20Speaker 2: zero baby. That's a three three eight five zero baby
- 35:24Speaker 2: A three three eight five zero two two two nine,
- 35:27Speaker 2: or you could just go online click on preborn dot
- 35:30Speaker 2: com slash mm extra preborn dot com slash m M
- 35:36Speaker 2: extra and thank you preborn for joining our our little
- 35:40Speaker 2: family here, Mark. Doesn't it feel good to talk about
- 35:43Speaker 2: companies and businesses, even platforms that are uplifting rather than
- 35:46Speaker 2: all the negativity?
- 35:47Speaker 3: And we're about to pivot gracefully into another one. But
- 35:51Speaker 3: these preborn folks. There was a Memorial Day gathering concert
- 35:56Speaker 3: food fest at Martybe's in Bartonville, Texas, and my good
- 36:00Speaker 3: friends at Patriot Mobile know the people at Preborn. It's
- 36:02Speaker 3: all there's if you notice, there's kind of a sphere
- 36:04Speaker 3: of conservative media and conservative businesses, and we were all
- 36:09Speaker 3: row in the same direction and we often wind up
- 36:10Speaker 3: in the same locations. So I met the Preborn people
- 36:13Speaker 3: at that event and I just kind of talked, I
- 36:15Speaker 3: have a feeling the nucleus, the seed might have been
- 36:19Speaker 3: planted there for the Fast Year, and I could could
- 36:21Speaker 3: not be more pleased. And in a similar thing, to
- 36:24Speaker 3: expand this out, when we talk about media, when we
- 36:26Speaker 3: talk about the culture, anybody that is looking to provide
- 36:29Speaker 3: an avenue for people to enjoy good, smart entertainment in
- 36:34Speaker 3: TV show form, in movie form, in podcast form. There's Echel.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Our friends at eckel, e kkl echel dot com.
- 36:42Speaker 2: William Quary Robertson, the stars of Duck Dynasty teamed up
- 36:46Speaker 2: with Echol to create this brand new, one of a
- 36:48Speaker 2: kind streaming platform, all build around and centered around faith
- 36:52Speaker 2: and family. And look, they didn't just loan their name
- 36:55Speaker 2: a lot of celebrities. They just said all you can
- 36:57Speaker 2: use my no, no, no. They they helped build this
- 36:59Speaker 2: from the ground and they're great people. Every single day
- 37:03Speaker 2: you're going to get movies and TV shows that you'll
- 37:05Speaker 2: want to watch with your kids, with your grandkids, your friends,
- 37:08Speaker 2: your neighbors. You're going to get daily devotionals at echel,
- 37:11Speaker 2: quick snippets of prayer and scripture to help you start
- 37:14Speaker 2: your day on the right foot. One platform, a bunch
- 37:17Speaker 2: of different ways to feel good about how you're spending
- 37:19Speaker 2: your time and connecting with the community that deeply shares
- 37:23Speaker 2: your values. And it's only five dollars and eighty three
- 37:25Speaker 2: cents a month, five eighty three a month. Getting started
- 37:28Speaker 2: is super easy. You visit echole dot com and that's
- 37:31Speaker 2: e kk L dot com. As Mark said, echel dot com.
- 37:36Speaker 2: You can sign up today and get ready to be
- 37:37Speaker 2: a part of something absolutely better.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Gosh, I plant a seed for because wait, I envision
- 37:44Speaker 3: pulling the curtain on this thing at about two three minutes
- 37:47Speaker 3: and there's something specific I want to put into it.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Unless you have something, I'm glad to go learn that
- 37:50Speaker 3: le let me go to a seed for tomorrow. Because
- 37:52Speaker 3: who know who was talking about Who's talking about flot
- 37:56Speaker 3: cameras on Oh my.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Gosh, well there was an arrastion.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Senator Schmidt was talking about flock cameras or something the
- 38:04Speaker 3: reason what the bad things they're used for in China.
- 38:07Speaker 3: But listen, they are not real popular in America either.
- 38:10Speaker 3: The license plate readers cops kind of like it because, hey,
- 38:13Speaker 3: we can find the latest child abduction. But people are
- 38:16Speaker 3: going insane there In Houston on the fourth of July,
- 38:20Speaker 3: somebody destroyed a couple of flock cameras and draped on
- 38:22Speaker 3: American flag over them. It's the most Texas thing ever.
- 38:26Speaker 3: And I'm of both minds on that. And we want
- 38:28Speaker 3: to put a pin in that. We'll do a little
- 38:29Speaker 3: flock camera deep dive tomorrow.
- 38:31Speaker 2: And you want to, well, let me tell you why.
- 38:34Speaker 2: It's right on my wheelhouse. Well we can do it tomorrow,
- 38:37Speaker 2: but let's we could give a preview because this morning
- 38:40Speaker 2: I was listening to South Carolina Media and a guy
- 38:44Speaker 2: was arrested for spray painting over what he thought was
- 38:48Speaker 2: a flock camera. It turned out it wasn't a flock camera. Now,
- 38:53Speaker 2: oh yeah, he got arrested, and the news anchor, it
- 38:56Speaker 2: was so funny. The news anchor said, ironically enough, it
- 39:00Speaker 2: was the camera that he spray painted over that captured
- 39:02Speaker 2: his images on surveillance and led to his arrest. So
- 39:06Speaker 2: the dummy is up there damaging a camera and it
- 39:10Speaker 2: was somebody's close circuit camera. I mean, and he's spray
- 39:13Speaker 2: paying there, like, well, let's Fred, let's go arrest Fred.
- 39:16Speaker 2: But this is but Mark. Can we tie it in
- 39:19Speaker 2: tomorrow when we do flock cameras. Can we connect it
- 39:22Speaker 2: to the whole hysteria over these data centers, because let
- 39:27Speaker 2: me tell you something, there's real hysteria over data centers too.
- 39:31Speaker 2: And Darlene back to her for a minute. She said, look,
- 39:35Speaker 2: we got to keep up with China. China's kicking our
- 39:38Speaker 2: butt wrecked. And so you want to say, well, I'm
- 39:41Speaker 2: not going to have a data center in my town,
- 39:44Speaker 2: all right, Well then maybe there's no data center, and
- 39:46Speaker 2: then maybe China gets another leg up on us. You know,
- 39:50Speaker 2: I mean, nobody cares when a Walmart comes to town.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I mean I think no.
- 39:56Speaker 3: Because that's a Walmart.
- 39:57Speaker 2: And so what's the differences problem with the data center.
- 40:01Speaker 3: I can't go save you know, one hundred dollars on
- 40:03Speaker 3: my groceries at a data center.
- 40:05Speaker 2: That's true, But you can stay ahead of the world
- 40:09Speaker 2: the world China Mart doesn't.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Walmart doesn't help us beat China in Ai. There's yes,
- 40:16Speaker 3: you're you're you're right, But it's okay, I mean, and
- 40:17Speaker 3: I get it. Data centers.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Here's what I here's what I worry about with the
- 40:21Speaker 2: opposition of the data centers. People claim all of a sudden,
- 40:24Speaker 2: our side, Oh it's going to be an environmental pollutant.
- 40:29Speaker 2: When was the last time you heard a conservative care
- 40:31Speaker 2: about environmental pollutants? And there's more to it, you know
- 40:35Speaker 2: what I think it is. People are suspicious. You know
- 40:37Speaker 2: what I think they think it is. Oh, no, surveillance
- 40:41Speaker 2: centers may.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Maybe so that the these big new tech things are
- 40:45Speaker 3: things that that that that that instantly attracts suspicion. It's new,
- 40:50Speaker 3: it's weird, it's different.
- 40:52Speaker 2: I'm gonna take every I'm gonna take everybody off as
- 40:54Speaker 2: we say goodbye. I think I'm pro data center. I
- 40:57Speaker 2: think I'm in favor of I know, I.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Know I'm pro data center as far as their usefulness
- 41:01Speaker 3: and their vital need or you're gonna put them, but
- 41:05Speaker 3: thank you, because I'm also pro pushback to the data
- 41:09Speaker 3: centers from people who say, does it need to destroy
- 41:12Speaker 3: the rural ambiance of this entire Texas county to use
- 41:15Speaker 3: an example, or you know, so.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Maybe it's it's a good it's a good issue, and well,
- 41:22Speaker 2: let's let's do that tomorrow. Let's tackle that maybe tomorrow.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Actually, this is the joy of podcast land. There there
- 41:27Speaker 3: there are two things that are actually from the world
- 41:29Speaker 3: of sport. What one is about Tony Romo. One's about
- 41:32Speaker 3: Caitlin Clark. Will do that tomorrow too. I just an asteroid?
- 41:35Speaker 3: Could it well have Michigan results too? But and can
- 41:39Speaker 3: I confirm? Can I confirm why? And can I affirm
- 41:42Speaker 3: confirm why? This is my favorite part of the day.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Let me I shared with you, and I know you
- 41:48Speaker 3: didn't want to make it public, but I don't mind
- 41:50Speaker 3: here in the podcast family. I feel I felt like crap.
- 41:54Speaker 3: I had a rough night. I was up most of
- 41:56Speaker 3: the night. I think, I really think I got some
- 41:58Speaker 3: mild food poison. Wasn't the end of the world food poisoning,
- 42:01Speaker 3: but it was enough to keep me up all night.
- 42:03Speaker 3: I ordered some chicken from some new place on uber eats.
- 42:07Speaker 2: I mean, I'm on a first name basis with every
- 42:10Speaker 2: Uber eats director, a driver in Tampa, Florida, and I
- 42:14Speaker 2: ordered some chicken and I don't think it sat well.
- 42:17Speaker 2: I was up all night, sick as a dog. Thought
- 42:19Speaker 2: I was going to call out today and you, But
- 42:21Speaker 2: can I tell you something. For the last forty five minutes,
- 42:25Speaker 2: I feel great, I feel aware, see I mean.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Tempty healing power of m andem extra. I wonder if
- 42:32Speaker 3: it had the same effect on the audience.
- 42:35Speaker 2: I don't know. One guy's belly ache and and bitching
- 42:37Speaker 2: about we have too many commercials. Look, commercials are part
- 42:40Speaker 2: of what we're gonna do. We're not gonna we can
- 42:42Speaker 2: weave in and out of them. Not the end of
- 42:44Speaker 2: the world. Grow up. This is not the salvation Army.
- 42:48Speaker 2: We are a for profit enterprise here. You ever see
- 42:51Speaker 2: the commercials everywhere else, on all the podcasts, and they
- 42:53Speaker 2: pop up in the middle of everything. Get off our back.
- 42:57Speaker 2: We're gonna do some commercials, and we're gonna make you
- 43:01Speaker 2: like it. You're gonna enjoy our commercials. I knew how
- 43:04Speaker 2: to work this thing. I'd block you, I'd ban ban you,
- 43:07Speaker 2: but I don't know how to work stop it.
- 43:08Speaker 3: You're in my note.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Doesn't want to feel she doesn't I'm in a mood,
- 43:11Speaker 2: but she doesn't want me blocking anybody. I want to
- 43:13Speaker 2: block everybody. You look look at us, cross eyed, and
- 43:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna block. You. Don't you belly ache about our
- 43:19Speaker 2: You're gonna belly ache about saving unborn babies. You're gonna
- 43:22Speaker 2: belly ache about that. What are you a monster? What
- 43:25Speaker 2: are you? Josh Yosha of Mengola, that's wrong with you?
- 43:27Speaker 3: Mike testing? Mike is one of my favorite characters.
- 43:30Speaker 2: I feel like you all right right.
- 43:33Speaker 3: I love this energy going through the rest of your day.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Thank you everybody. Thank you Preborn for the newest sponsorship.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Thank you everybody that helps us hang out here and
- 43:40Speaker 3: everybody it makes it possible in the live here, in
- 43:42Speaker 3: the live world on YouTube and people consuming it later
- 43:45Speaker 3: in the day on Apple and Spotify, whether you're in
- 43:47Speaker 3: Philadelphia or the Philippines or love you, We love you.
- 43:51Speaker 2: See them ste Bi ste
