New Colobus Monkey Born at Woodland Park Zoo | Seattle News
A baby colobus monkey named Ngobi has made his debut at Woodland Park Zoo—marking the first birth of his species there in nearly 30 years. Born June 15th, Ngobi’s Ugandan-inspired name fits his African roots. Still sporting a fluffy white coat with pink cheeks (his black-and-white fur will emerge around three months), he’s hanging out with parents Mokiki and Lewis, plus half-sister Anapenda, in the Tropical Rain Forest habitat.
