Sex Offender Resides in Neillsville | Eau Claire News
A 69-year-old registered sex offender, Charles Montgomery, is now living in Neillsville after completing his sentence for child sexual assault. Authorities have released his description — white male, 5’10”, 208 lbs, graying hair, brown eyes — and his address (120 East Sixth Street, Apt. 2), to inform the public, not to incite harassment. The sheriff’s office stresses that while they’re sharing this info responsibly, any threats or abuse toward registered offenders will not be tolerated.
