- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and happy Thursday. Welcome to Vince. On a
- 0:04Speaker 1: Thursday morning, Sean Farish filling in, you know, your favorite president.
- 0:08Speaker 1: We called out the nasty rabbit over the weekend. Remember that?
- 0:12Speaker 2: And I got along very well with many other rabbits.
- 0:15Speaker 2: You look at Roger Rabbit, Raw Deal. You look at
- 0:18Speaker 2: Bugs Bunny, tremendous guy. And you look at Little Bunny
- 0:21Speaker 2: Foo Foo. He was popping the field mice.
- 0:23Speaker 1: On the head. We took care of it. Tariffs. But
- 0:26Speaker 1: we're getting rid of the nasty rabbit. We're deporting Bad Bunny.
- 0:28Speaker 1: We got a lot to talk about this morning here
- 0:30Speaker 1: on The Vin Show. Happy to be filling in, obviously, here.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's always a fun time. First time going live with
- 0:35Speaker 1: you guys and gals, though. I see the live chat
- 0:37Speaker 1: is going absolutely crazy. So we've got, hey, I got
- 0:41Speaker 1: a question. You think the left, I think they might
- 0:44Speaker 1: have admitted that illegal aliens are voting in elections. You know,
- 0:47Speaker 1: they always do this, the four steps, like it's happening,
- 0:51Speaker 1: or sorry, it's not happening. It's happening a little. It's
- 0:54Speaker 1: happening a lot. And if you don't like it's happening
- 0:56Speaker 1: a lot, then you're a racist. So they're doing that
- 0:58Speaker 1: again with the illegals voting in the elections, in our elections,
- 1:02Speaker 1: the SAVE Act. has passed the House. It is headed
- 1:05Speaker 1: to the Senate. What are the chances that it passes
- 1:07Speaker 1: the Senate? What are the chances that the Senate maybe
- 1:09Speaker 1: reverts back to the old speaking filibuster rules? We have
- 1:13Speaker 1: a laugh break that we're going to take a little
- 1:15Speaker 1: bit through the show. You know, Gerald Nadler, he actually
- 1:19Speaker 1: fell asleep during the hearing yesterday that Pam Bondi was
- 1:23Speaker 1: was testifying in front of the House yesterday. Nadler passed out.
- 1:27Speaker 1: That's it. He was gone. Out cold. So we're going
- 1:30Speaker 1: to play that for you. It looked like me in
- 1:31Speaker 1: one of my college classes. You know, like old English literature.
- 1:34Speaker 2: He's like.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So we'll get to that. Crime numbers are down. Even
- 1:38Speaker 1: the mainstream media and fake news media, the left-wing media
- 1:42Speaker 1: like Axios has to admit it. So much more to
- 1:45Speaker 1: get to as well. We're going to have a ton
- 1:47Speaker 1: of fun here on The Vince Show this morning. Make
- 1:50Speaker 1: sure you smash that like button. Make sure you're following
- 1:53Speaker 1: this channel. And let's get right to it. Before we
- 1:55Speaker 1: get to all the good stuff, I want to talk
- 1:57Speaker 1: to you about our friends over at Birch. International disputes, inflation,
- 2:02Speaker 1: rising national debt and digital currency. There is never there
- 2:06Speaker 1: is a never ending list of reasons gold has risen

- 3:15Speaker 1: it today. Message and data rates may apply. All right,
- 3:23Speaker 1: let's get right to it here on a Thursday morning.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Welcome in to The Vince Show. Again, Sean Farish filling
- 3:30Speaker 1: in for the great Vince Colonese. It's always a pleasure
- 3:33Speaker 1: to be filling in here on Silverlock with the Bongino Army,
- 3:36Speaker 1: the Vince Brigade. Goodness gracious, I'm mixing up letters this morning,
- 3:41Speaker 1: but we're having a great... The Vince Brigade. The Vince Brigade.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Brennan is there on her open mic, as she always is.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Good morning. Ready to get me in trouble, as she
- 3:49Speaker 1: always is. You know, I want to... I want to
- 3:52Speaker 1: get to kind of this point that the left, I think,
- 3:55Speaker 1: might have made an admission here that illegal aliens are
- 3:59Speaker 1: indeed voting in our elections. It's a very interesting, it's
- 4:03Speaker 1: a logical exercise. I know logic is something that is
- 4:06Speaker 1: kind of foreign to the left, right? You say logic,
- 4:08Speaker 1: you say liberals. I saw one of our chatsters in
- 4:12Speaker 1: here saying, I love the smell of liberal meltdowns in
- 4:15Speaker 1: the morning. By the way, that's a word that if
- 4:17Speaker 1: you use to describe their behavior... They get even crazier
- 4:20Speaker 1: about one of my favorite things to do. You know, whenever,
- 4:23Speaker 1: you know, the president maybe posts a meme that they
- 4:25Speaker 1: don't like or, you know, makes a mean truth social
- 4:29Speaker 1: post or says, you know, quiet piggy to some reporter,
- 4:32Speaker 1: which I think was one of the funniest things in
- 4:33Speaker 1: the world. They were like, he called a woman a pig.
- 4:36Speaker 1: He called. I was like, so what? So what? You
- 4:38Speaker 1: guys want him dead. OK, I mean, you were celebrating
- 4:42Speaker 1: when he got shot in Butler. I don't know if
- 4:44Speaker 1: you guys remember Labor Day weekend. They were like, Trump's
- 4:46Speaker 1: dead and they're covering it up. No, he's not. He's
- 4:49Speaker 1: not dead. He's totally alive. Everything's good. I even made
- 4:52Speaker 1: a poem.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Violets are blue and roses are red and the left
- 4:55Speaker 2: is throwing fits because I'm not dead.
- 4:57Speaker 1: All right. So we had we had a lot of
- 4:58Speaker 1: fun with this. Um, so the, the word meltdown, right?
- 5:03Speaker 1: The word meltdown is a word that drives them crazy.
- 5:06Speaker 1: So I think it was a BP 60, I think
- 5:08Speaker 1: was the name of this person in the chat said,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I love the smell of liberal meltdowns in the morning.
- 5:13Speaker 1: That is a word that makes them go apoplectic. It's
- 5:16Speaker 1: a lot of fun. So I try it, try it.
- 5:17Speaker 1: If you're on social media and you deal with a
- 5:20Speaker 1: lot of liberals, it's like, Hey, why are you melting
- 5:21Speaker 1: down to be like, I'm not melting down. You worship
- 5:24Speaker 1: an orange turd. And I'm like, what is that?
- 5:27Speaker 2: What do you call that? I call that a meltdown.
- 5:30Speaker 2: It's not a meltdown, man. It's just a temper tantrum.
- 5:33Speaker 2: These people are absolutely crazy. But the left, I believe,
- 5:37Speaker 2: is admitting now, as they do, they generally... What do
- 5:40Speaker 2: they like to do? They love to show their asses
- 5:42Speaker 2: to the world. There's a full moon on display every
- 5:45Speaker 2: time the left comes out and starts... You know, they
- 5:49Speaker 2: have no standards.
- 5:50Speaker 1: They have... They have no, well, standards, I guess is
- 5:54Speaker 1: the word. I don't have to say anything else. They
- 5:55Speaker 1: have no standards. They have, there's nothing, no principles, nothing
- 6:00Speaker 1: whatsoever other than their constant quest to acquire power, to
- 6:05Speaker 1: accumulate power, to consolidate power. That's all they're about. They're
- 6:08Speaker 1: only about power. So the left, will do anything to
- 6:12Speaker 1: get themselves into power. If that means lying, if that
- 6:15Speaker 1: means cheating in elections, whatever that means, they're going to
- 6:18Speaker 1: do it. As a matter of fact, Barack Obama yesterday
- 6:20Speaker 1: was saying that voter ID would disenfranchise millions of Americans.
- 6:25Speaker 1: So I asked him, of course he didn't answer because
- 6:28Speaker 1: he's a scaredy cat. He's very scared. He's a coward.
- 6:31Speaker 1: You look at Barack, he's a coward. But I asked,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I replied to him on X and I said, Barack,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I said, hey, B.O., you stink. You're a stinky person, B.O.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I said, Barack. When I buy beer and they ask
- 6:45Speaker 1: me for ID, am I disenfranchised too? Are millions of
- 6:49Speaker 1: Americans disenfranchised when they buy alcohol? In the state of Tennessee,
- 6:53Speaker 1: the ABC is what it's called. I think it's the
- 6:55Speaker 1: Alcoholic Beverage Commission or the Alcohol and Beer Commission, whatever
- 6:58Speaker 1: it is. They have very strict rules here where even
- 7:02Speaker 1: if you got gray in your beard like I do,
- 7:04Speaker 1: I'm aging like seven years every single day. You know
- 7:08Speaker 1: what I mean? I'm going to wind up looking like
- 7:10Speaker 1: Obi-Wan Kenobi in... The first episode four of Star Wars
- 7:14Speaker 1: with the gray hair, and of course I know him.
- 7:16Speaker 1: He's like the old wizard guy in the desert. And
- 7:20Speaker 1: then they'll still card me in Tennessee. Is that racist, right?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Are millions of Americans being disenfranchised because they're being asked
- 7:27Speaker 1: to present ID when they buy alcohol? Of course not.
- 7:30Speaker 1: It's a stupid argument. But the left has been going
- 7:35Speaker 1: crazy over what? Over ICE, right? And you have to
- 7:38Speaker 1: ask yourself the question, why every time when Republicans, the
- 7:43Speaker 1: Trump administration, people on the right start to kind of
- 7:46Speaker 1: circle the drain on zeroing in on a high concentration
- 7:51Speaker 1: of illegal aliens, whether it's ICE, whether it's. customs and
- 7:54Speaker 1: border patrol, whether it's passing new laws or pushing new
- 7:59Speaker 1: executive orders and policies that would further crack down on
- 8:04Speaker 1: illegal immigration. Why do they go nuts? Why do they
- 8:07Speaker 1: go absolutely nuts? Why is that like that sore spot
- 8:10Speaker 1: when when you touch it, they go crazy and they
- 8:13Speaker 1: start screaming and throwing a temper tantrum? Well, you have
- 8:15Speaker 1: to ask maybe that's because the illegals that they've brought
- 8:20Speaker 1: into this country are being used. They're being counted in
- 8:23Speaker 1: the census. They're being counted as members of the population.
- 8:26Speaker 1: And maybe, just maybe, they're voting in our elections. So
- 8:31Speaker 1: I remember a couple of years ago, even as early
- 8:34Speaker 1: as last year, but when the SAVE Act first started
- 8:37Speaker 1: getting pushed through the House back in 2024, the first iteration,
- 8:40Speaker 1: the first edition of the SAVE Act, you heard them saying, well,
- 8:43Speaker 1: illegal aliens don't vote in elections. That's not something that happens.
- 8:47Speaker 1: And then Republicans demonstrated that it is something that happens.
- 8:50Speaker 1: They were like, hey, here's an illegal alien who voted
- 8:53Speaker 1: in elections, so it does happen. And then the left goes, well,
- 8:55Speaker 1: it's not happening that much. It's not happening enough To
- 8:58Speaker 1: the point where it's going to sway elections. Well, how
- 9:01Speaker 1: do you know that? If I remember correctly, I think
- 9:04Speaker 1: it was either 2023 or 2024. I'm almost certain that
- 9:05Speaker 1: it was in 2023. There was an election in Louisiana.
- 9:12Speaker 1: for the sheriff of one of the parishes out there.
- 9:15Speaker 1: And the election was decided quite literally by a vote, right?
- 9:19Speaker 1: Or like 10 votes, something like that. But it was
- 9:21Speaker 1: something very small. And they found out that like 10
- 9:25Speaker 1: or so of the ballots, there were more ballots that
- 9:27Speaker 1: were cast illegitimately that had questions. So they had to
- 9:31Speaker 1: redo the election. So even if one, illegal alien votes
- 9:36Speaker 1: in our elections, all of us are a victim of that.
- 9:40Speaker 1: All of our votes are diluted because somebody is participating
- 9:45Speaker 1: in a process that they have no legal right to
- 9:47Speaker 1: participate in. You get it? This is something that means
- 9:51Speaker 1: a lot to me. It should mean a lot to anybody.
- 9:53Speaker 1: We should want only American citizens voting in our elections.
- 9:58Speaker 1: That's not a tough ask. That's not unreasonable. That's not racist.
- 10:03Speaker 1: That's just, you know, if you don't enforce the laws
- 10:05Speaker 1: and you don't have citizens of a country, only citizens
- 10:09Speaker 1: of a country participating in that country's election, you really
- 10:11Speaker 1: don't have a country. You're just asking the rest of
- 10:13Speaker 1: the world to pick who they want to be the
- 10:15Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. instead of the
- 10:18Speaker 1: people who pay the salary of the president, pay the
- 10:21Speaker 1: taxes into the system, et cetera, et cetera. So when
- 10:25Speaker 1: you have, whether it's one illegal, whether it's 10, 100, 100,000,
- 10:29Speaker 1: a million, however many participating in elections, it's just not okay, period.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And I don't think it's a tough ask. I don't
- 10:37Speaker 1: think it's an unreasonable ask. I certainly don't think it's racist.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I certainly don't think it disenfranchises voters because they're not
- 10:44Speaker 1: supposed to be voters. If you're kicking illegal aliens off
- 10:47Speaker 1: of the voter rolls, you're not doing anything wrong. They're
- 10:51Speaker 1: not supposed to be voting, so get them off the
- 10:53Speaker 1: voter rolls. So remember, it started off with when the
- 10:56Speaker 1: SAVE Act was first being introduced back in 2024. It
- 10:58Speaker 1: was an election year, right? That illegal aliens, they don't
- 11:02Speaker 1: vote in elections. Why not? Because it's illegal. Okay, well,
- 11:06Speaker 1: let's apply that logic to other illegal things that illegal
- 11:09Speaker 1: aliens do. And if you notice, I'm using the word
- 11:11Speaker 1: illegal a lot. It's on purpose, right? It's like the
- 11:14Speaker 1: same thing as saying, well, illegal aliens don't illegally enter
- 11:17Speaker 1: the United States of America because it's illegal. Well, but
- 11:19Speaker 1: they do that.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:20Speaker 1: They come in illegally. We've seen what happened under the
- 11:24Speaker 1: Biden administration over the four years that that he was
- 11:28Speaker 1: the president. Right. You know, by the way, I don't
- 11:30Speaker 1: know how we made it through those four years. You
- 11:34Speaker 1: had a guy and this was insane. I remember in 2022,
- 11:37Speaker 1: there was a he did an interview on 60 Minutes
- 11:42Speaker 1: with Scott Pelley. And, you know, Scott Pelley was nibbling
- 11:44Speaker 1: on his glasses.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:46Speaker 1: And he says, you know, how would you and there's
- 11:48Speaker 1: a there's a clip on, I think, Instagram went viral.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And it's how would you say your mental focus is?
- 11:53Speaker 1: And Biden's like, oh, it's focused. Watch me. And then
- 11:58Speaker 1: and he said he said these words and I quote.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I know, this is in 2022, okay? When they said
- 12:04Speaker 1: he was sharp as a tack. The only person I
- 12:06Speaker 1: know that was a, you know, Senator John Kennedy. President
- 12:09Speaker 1: Biden is as sharp as a marble, right? So I
- 12:13Speaker 1: remember Joe Biden, they were saying he's sharp as a tack.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Jen Psaki ain't no circle back girl, right? Talking about
- 12:19Speaker 1: he's perfect. Everything's great. Nobody's in better shape. And Joe
- 12:23Speaker 1: Biden in this 60 Minutes interview said, and I quote,
- 12:27Speaker 1: I no more think of myself as being as old
- 12:30Speaker 1: as I am than fly. Nobody has been able to
- 12:33Speaker 1: translate that for me to this day. I don't know
- 12:35Speaker 1: what it means. And Scott Pelley was like, how profound. Wow.
- 12:39Speaker 1: The wisdom that is being spewed by this wonderful guy.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I no more think of myself as being as old
- 12:45Speaker 1: as I am than fly. What does it mean? Can
- 12:49Speaker 1: anybody help me out here? I have no idea. I'd
- 12:51Speaker 1: approve for the pardons in the Eden, man. Like what?
- 12:54Speaker 1: I don't know how he's drunk at the drunk at
- 12:57Speaker 1: the brewery. It's a bear brood here. Oh, horse rider.
- 13:02Speaker 1: The hell was this guy doing?
- 13:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:04Speaker 1: It's Brennan's favorite. She laughs every time. Cause he's like, clearly,
- 13:07Speaker 1: clearly like hammered. something's going on. But under the four
- 13:12Speaker 1: years of Joe Biden was that we allowed this law breaking.
- 13:16Speaker 1: We were like, well, illegals don't vote in elections because
- 13:18Speaker 1: it's illegal. Well, that's like saying illegals don't come into
- 13:20Speaker 1: the United States illegally because it's illegal. Well, they clearly
- 13:23Speaker 1: have no respect for the law. If they're willing to
- 13:26Speaker 1: break into the country, I would bet they'd be willing
- 13:29Speaker 1: to vote in our elections too. And wouldn't you know it,
- 13:32Speaker 1: they do that. So here we go. This is an
- 13:34Speaker 1: interesting article on red state. The Democrats are are trying
- 13:38Speaker 1: to ban immigration enforcement in some very specific locations. And
- 13:45Speaker 1: it begs the question, right? Why are they talking about
- 13:49Speaker 1: these specific locations if on the other, so one hand
- 13:53Speaker 1: they're saying, we don't want immigration enforcement to happen Location X.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And they say, but illegals aren't voting in elections. This
- 14:01Speaker 1: is what I'm talking about, right? It makes no sense.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Both can't be true. Dems, this is on red state.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Dems continue to insist that the hill they're willing to
- 14:08Speaker 1: die on is to do everything possible to keep illegal immigrants,
- 14:12Speaker 1: even those who have committed violent crimes illegal. in the country, right?
- 14:16Speaker 1: Their latest strategy is to shut down the government to
- 14:19Speaker 1: avoid funding for ICE. On Tuesday, a couple of days ago,
- 14:23Speaker 1: Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso, who we should be calling,
- 14:26Speaker 1: by the way, everybody should be calling John Barrasso. He
- 14:30Speaker 1: is the one who is in charge of whipping up votes.
- 14:33Speaker 1: If we want to have the standing filibuster brought back
- 14:35Speaker 1: in order to pass the SAVE Act, He's a guy
- 14:38Speaker 1: you got to call. Call your senator. Call John Thune.
- 14:41Speaker 1: If you don't have their information, you can find it
- 14:43Speaker 1: on the Google machine. Mayor Eric Adams in New York City.
- 14:47Speaker 1: You can Google that. So you can go on the
- 14:49Speaker 1: Google machine and you could post, you know, who is
- 14:52Speaker 1: my congressman? Who is my senator? You can get the
- 14:54Speaker 1: information to all these folks. But John Barrasso, who is
- 14:57Speaker 1: from Wyoming, somebody we should be calling. He took to
- 15:00Speaker 1: the Senate floor to slam what he called the Democrats, quote,
- 15:02Speaker 1: Christmas list of demands to force Republicans' hands and shut
- 15:06Speaker 1: the government down for the second time in six months.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Remember six months ago in October? I put a sombrero on.
- 15:12Speaker 1: The president reposted my video. It was the Schumer siesta.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Remember that?
- 15:16Speaker 2: Crying Chuck. You look at Crying Chuck. You look at
- 15:19Speaker 2: Al Hakim, all right? Peso store Obama. We call him
- 15:23Speaker 2: dollar store, but we also call him peso store, right?
- 15:25Speaker 2: Because it was... You know, we were doing things Spanish themed.
- 15:28Speaker 2: He had that beautiful sombrero. And they have the smallest
- 15:32Speaker 2: sombreros in the history of the world. I have a big,
- 15:33Speaker 2: beautiful sombrero. You know what I'm talking about. And they're
- 15:36Speaker 2: very unhappy about it.
- 15:38Speaker 1: But you looked at what they did six months ago,
- 15:40Speaker 1: and it was about giving illegal aliens health care. And
- 15:42Speaker 1: this is, again, illegal aliens don't get health care. They
- 15:45Speaker 1: don't get free health care. And then you look into
- 15:47Speaker 1: states like California. You look into states like New Jersey.
- 15:50Speaker 1: You look into states like New York. New York. And
- 15:53Speaker 1: you find out that that illegal aliens are on those
- 15:56Speaker 1: state-run Medicaid programs, and those state-run Medicaid programs have a
- 16:01Speaker 1: federal matching fund. So yes, your federal tax dollars were
- 16:05Speaker 1: being spent to give illegal aliens, you know, people who
- 16:07Speaker 1: shouldn't be in the country right now, healthcare. Well, you're
- 16:10Speaker 1: paying through the nose, right? The Unaffordable Care Act, you're
- 16:13Speaker 1: paying through the nose. So they've gone above and beyond, right?
- 16:18Speaker 1: Above and beyond to... acquiesce to the demands of illegal aliens,
- 16:23Speaker 1: to accommodate illegal aliens, to represent illegal aliens. And so
- 16:27Speaker 1: it's no, it is no shock to anybody that they
- 16:31Speaker 1: wouldn't want illegal aliens voting in elections, right? Think they're
- 16:36Speaker 1: clearly not serving the American people. They clearly care more
- 16:40Speaker 1: about serving illegals than they care about serving the American people.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And they want their return on investment because they want
- 16:47Speaker 1: those illegal aliens voting in elections. So here we go.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Here's the hoops that the Democrats were willing, were trying
- 16:53Speaker 1: to make Republicans jump through. They don't want illegal aliens, sorry,
- 16:58Speaker 1: they don't want ICE to be enforcing immigration law at
- 17:02Speaker 1: places like schools, at places, I don't know, if I
- 17:07Speaker 1: robbed a bank, right? If I robbed a bank for
- 17:11Speaker 1: a lot of money, let's say, right? And then I
- 17:13Speaker 1: went to a school And say, well, the school is
- 17:16Speaker 1: the safe zone. You know, olly olly oxen. Remember you
- 17:19Speaker 1: played tag? You had to say olly olly oxen. You
- 17:21Speaker 1: couldn't be tagged it, right? The school is the safe zone.
- 17:25Speaker 1: You can't arrest me even if I rob the bank
- 17:27Speaker 1: because I'm out of school. There's no like sanctuary zones here.
- 17:32Speaker 1: But the Democrats want these sanctuary zones. They don't want
- 17:35Speaker 1: immigration enforcement to happen at what they're calling... sensitive locations
- 17:39Speaker 1: at any place of worship, at a hospital, at a school,
- 17:43Speaker 1: but now they're adding one more sensitive location. And by
- 17:47Speaker 1: the way, again, if I robbed the bank and then
- 17:50Speaker 1: ran into a hospital and sat in the emergency room
- 17:53Speaker 1: with $ 100, 000 in cash sitting in a brown paper bag,
- 17:57Speaker 1: I'm not like safe from the cops. They can come
- 17:59Speaker 1: in there and drag me out. That's what they should do.
- 18:02Speaker 1: There's no like safe zones where laws can be enforced
- 18:05Speaker 1: and not be enforced. This is ridiculous. But the one
- 18:08Speaker 1: more place that they've added are polling places. They say, okay,
- 18:15Speaker 1: so if illegal aliens aren't voting in our elections, then
- 18:21Speaker 1: why does it matter if Immigration and customs enforcement is
- 18:26Speaker 1: enforcing immigration law at polling places. If it's not happening,
- 18:29Speaker 1: then why does it matter if ICE is at polling places, right?
- 18:33Speaker 1: Do you see what I'm getting at? The logic here?
- 18:35Speaker 1: They don't think these many steps ahead. They're not capable
- 18:38Speaker 1: of doing things like that. We call them slow on
- 18:41Speaker 1: intake liberals. They soil, right? That's what we call them.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Somebody yelled at me once and was like, it's uptake,
- 18:46Speaker 1: not intake. By the way, the grammar Karens are coming
- 18:49Speaker 1: after me on X now. You know, I made like
- 18:51Speaker 1: one little mistake and they were like, it should say this.
- 18:53Speaker 1: And I was like, you're blocked. Yeah, the point of
- 18:56Speaker 1: the post still remains. Don't be a grammar Karen. But
- 19:00Speaker 1: these slow on intake liberals, the soil community, they don't
- 19:04Speaker 1: think many steps ahead. They're not capable of thinking that
- 19:07Speaker 1: many steps ahead. You know, their IQ hovers around 30,
- 19:09Speaker 1: right around like the average Somali IQ, right? So if
- 19:15Speaker 1: illegals aren't voting... in elections, if illegals aren't participating in
- 19:22Speaker 1: our elections, then it wouldn't matter if ICE is conducting
- 19:26Speaker 1: immigration or is enforcing immigration law at polling places, because
- 19:31Speaker 1: you're telling me that those who are violating immigration law
- 19:35Speaker 1: aren't showing up to polling places, right? So it shouldn't matter.
- 19:38Speaker 1: This to me right here is an admission. This is
- 19:44Speaker 1: an admission. They're saying, yeah, all right. You're right. Illegals
- 19:49Speaker 1: are voting in election. and we don't want them to
- 19:51Speaker 1: get caught. So we're adding polling places as a safe zone,
- 19:55Speaker 1: a sanctuary zone for illegal aliens. So you can't arrest
- 19:59Speaker 1: anybody who's in the country illegally at a polling place.
- 20:03Speaker 1: what is somebody who's in the country illegally doing at
- 20:05Speaker 1: a polling place in the first place, right? So you
- 20:08Speaker 1: see how we're kind of chasing our tail here. And
- 20:10Speaker 1: this is a very common liberal exercise. They chase their
- 20:13Speaker 1: tails around and around and around, and they go through
- 20:16Speaker 1: the four steps of when something is happening, they first
- 20:18Speaker 1: tell you it's not happening, then it's only happening a
- 20:20Speaker 1: little bit, then it's happening a lot. And if you
- 20:23Speaker 1: don't like that, it's happening a lot. You're a racist.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I'm going to get to an even better example of
- 20:27Speaker 1: that in just a second. But but before we do that,
- 20:31Speaker 1: I got to get to a very quick word from
- 20:33Speaker 1: our friends over at Trust and Will. Let's talk about
- 20:37Speaker 1: something nobody wants to talk about. What happens when you die?
- 20:41Speaker 1: It's uncomfortable talking about it's uncomfortable. but being prepared matters.
- 20:46Speaker 1: That is why I finally sat down and used Trust
- 20:48Speaker 1: & Will for my online estate planning. Even though I
- 20:51Speaker 1: knew how important it was, especially naming a guardian, making

- 21:37Speaker 1: That's all spelled out.. com slash Vince for 20% off.

- 21:44Speaker 1: not provide legal advice. Our online forms are designed to
- 21:47Speaker 1: help you create a valid estate plan or not a
- 21:50Speaker 1: substitute for personalized legal counsel. Thank you, Trust and Will,
- 21:54Speaker 1: for being a part of the show. So if illegal
- 21:57Speaker 1: aliens aren't voting in elections, if illegal aliens aren't showing
- 22:01Speaker 1: up to polling places to cast a vote in elections,
- 22:04Speaker 1: why does it matter whether or not immigration and customs
- 22:07Speaker 1: enforcement is enforcing immigration law at polling places? If it
- 22:11Speaker 1: wasn't happening, that wouldn't matter, right? What is the old phrase? Brennan,
- 22:15Speaker 1: this is a great one from our show. People with
- 22:17Speaker 1: nothing to hide do what? Hide stuff. Hide stuff, right?
- 22:20Speaker 1: Obviously wrong. People with nothing to hide hide nothing. That's
- 22:22Speaker 1: not wrong. But she says hide stuff. That's an old
- 22:24Speaker 1: joke from our show. By the way, I have the
- 22:26Speaker 1: toughest job in the world because we stream at the
- 22:28Speaker 1: same time as Dan Bongino. So it's the toughest job
- 22:30Speaker 1: in the world, but it's the best job in the
- 22:32Speaker 1: world because all the great people stream at 10 o'clock.
- 22:34Speaker 1: The greatest, right? The number one people. But people with
- 22:38Speaker 1: nothing to hide, hide nothing. That's the old cliche. So
- 22:43Speaker 1: if there was truly nothing to hide regarding illegal aliens
- 22:47Speaker 1: and participating in elections, the left wouldn't care that ICE
- 22:51Speaker 1: may be at polling places to see if illegal aliens
- 22:54Speaker 1: are voting in elections, right? They would say, well, it's
- 22:56Speaker 1: not happening, so we don't care if you go there, okay?
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's like me. I got pulled over for speeding yesterday
- 23:01Speaker 1: because I speed a lot. It's just the law of averages.
- 23:03Speaker 1: It happens, right? I knew it was going to happen
- 23:05Speaker 1: at some point. But I'm like, I'm anti-speed limit. I
- 23:09Speaker 1: don't think they should be a thing because I like
- 23:12Speaker 1: the speed, right? So it's like the left wants, I
- 23:15Speaker 1: used to stay away from polling places because they know
- 23:18Speaker 1: that illegal aliens are voting in elections. And by the way,
- 23:21Speaker 1: as Dan's been pointing out for years, he keeps citing
- 23:24Speaker 1: this article from the New York Times, right? Back in 2012,
- 23:28Speaker 1: they wrote an article slamming the use of mail-in ballots
- 23:31Speaker 1: because back in 2012, Republicans used mail-in ballots more than Democrats.
- 23:35Speaker 1: But once, you know, they said that mail-in ballots are
- 23:38Speaker 1: more prone to fraud and more vulnerable to being abused
- 23:43Speaker 1: in fraudulent ways because the military and older people were
- 23:47Speaker 1: using them to vote places like Florida, obviously the military overseas.
- 23:50Speaker 1: And those were generally, you know, voting blocks that would
- 23:54Speaker 1: lean towards more to the right than they were to
- 23:56Speaker 1: the left. Now that the Democrats have figured out how
- 23:58Speaker 1: to abuse the mail-in ballot system, they're like, it's fine.
- 24:00Speaker 1: It's great. There's no reason to, there's no reason to, uh,
- 24:04Speaker 1: to worry about any of it, right? It's, it's the
- 24:06Speaker 1: most secure election in history. There's no issues with mail-in ballots, right?
- 24:11Speaker 1: If illegal aliens were voting heavily in favor of Republicans,
- 24:15Speaker 1: or there was a reasonable suspicion that illegal aliens were
- 24:19Speaker 1: voting heavily in favor of Republicans. You think Democrats would
- 24:23Speaker 1: want them voting in elections? Of course not, right?
- 24:25Speaker 2: The Democrats would be the ones to be like, pass
- 24:27Speaker 2: the SAVE Act. We need ID. Everyone's got to show ID.
- 24:31Speaker 2: ID is not racist.
- 24:34Speaker 1: What a stupid talking point that was too, right? So
- 24:37Speaker 1: imagine this, right? Imagine you are a person of color,
- 24:41Speaker 1: which by the way, I hate that term. It's a
- 24:45Speaker 1: stupid term. How is, by the way, it's the same words.
- 24:47Speaker 1: How is the term person of color different than the
- 24:52Speaker 1: term colored person because colored person is bad but person
- 24:55Speaker 1: of color is like oh politically correct same words it's
- 24:59Speaker 1: the exact same term right but how if i were
- 25:03Speaker 1: well i could identify as a person of color i
- 25:05Speaker 1: can identify as a person of many colors right now
- 25:08Speaker 1: i could be like a a tri-colored pixie person and
- 25:12Speaker 1: you have to affirm my identity so If I were
- 25:17Speaker 1: legitimately a quote-unquote person of color and in a minority class,
- 25:22Speaker 1: I would be livid that the Democrat Party in this
- 25:26Speaker 1: country thinks I am incapable of obtaining some form of
- 25:31Speaker 1: photo identification. You can't enforce these ID laws because, you know,
- 25:36Speaker 1: black people can't get IDs. They can't. That's like one
- 25:39Speaker 1: of the most racist things you can say. Well, they
- 25:42Speaker 1: can't get IDs.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Why?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Because they're black. excuse me, the soft bigotry of low expectations.
- 25:49Speaker 1: That's what that's called. And this comes back to what
- 25:51Speaker 1: I was going to touch on, you know, to wrap
- 25:53Speaker 1: up this whole, it's not happening. Illegals aren't voting, but
- 25:57Speaker 1: they are voting, but they're not. So don't go to
- 25:59Speaker 1: the polling places because you don't need to, but they are.
- 26:01Speaker 1: So don't go to the polling places because we don't want,
- 26:03Speaker 1: we don't want them getting caught. We don't want to
- 26:04Speaker 1: lose votes. When I lived on Long Island, we did
- 26:07Speaker 1: a lot of work with school boards, right? And we
- 26:12Speaker 1: dealt with the very beginning in 2021 of the diversity, equity,
- 26:17Speaker 1: and inclusion nonsense. And I'm going to read to you
- 26:21Speaker 1: from the New York State's Education Department, their de facto
- 26:27Speaker 1: mandate from April of 2021. I saved this because it's
- 26:32Speaker 1: one of my favorite documents. It's gross. It's disgusting. Page two,
- 26:37Speaker 1: lines 19 and 20. Of the de facto document descent,
- 26:42Speaker 1: a confluence of events has brought us to this point
- 26:44Speaker 1: of reckoning, including the senseless, brutal killing of black and
- 26:49Speaker 1: brown men and women at the hands of law enforcement
- 26:52Speaker 1: and the ensuing demands for real and enduring racial justice
- 26:55Speaker 1: in this face and the face of this inhumanity. This
- 26:59Speaker 1: document that I have here in front of me, it's
- 27:02Speaker 1: from April of 2021, and you can look this up.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Just punch into the Google machine, NYS DEI, April 2021,
- 27:10Speaker 1: and you will find this document in the Google machine.
- 27:14Speaker 1: This was the state education department saying, we want all
- 27:18Speaker 1: of our state's public schools to teach this material to
- 27:23Speaker 1: all public school students in New York state. And when
- 27:27Speaker 1: parents got wind of this and when we got wind
- 27:29Speaker 1: of this with our group, the loud majority, we started
- 27:31Speaker 1: flooding school board meetings all over Long Island. And it was,
- 27:35Speaker 1: you know, it was the same thing that we used
- 27:37Speaker 1: to see that we're seeing now with these illegals. Well,
- 27:39Speaker 1: it's not happening. There's no critical race theory in New
- 27:42Speaker 1: York schools. And then we were like, what is this?
- 27:45Speaker 1: And you're like, well, well, there is critical race theory
- 27:48Speaker 1: in New York schools, but it's not, it's not happening
- 27:51Speaker 1: like a lot. And then we looked at like all
- 27:53Speaker 1: the districts and And then the mandate here in this
- 27:55Speaker 1: document where it says they expect it to be implemented
- 27:58Speaker 1: with urgency and fidelity. And I'm like, they're mandating it
- 28:01Speaker 1: across the state. You're like, well, if you don't want
- 28:04Speaker 1: to teach about racial injustice, you must be some sort
- 28:07Speaker 1: of bigot. And it's like, whoa, how did we get here?
- 28:14Speaker 1: How did we get to this point where you said
- 28:17Speaker 1: it wasn't happening and it's only happening a little bit. Actually, sorry,
- 28:20Speaker 1: joke's on you. It's happening a lot. And if you
- 28:22Speaker 1: don't like that, it's happening a lot. you're a racist
- 28:25Speaker 1: or you're some sort of bigot, right? They're literally hammering
- 28:29Speaker 1: into the heads of students in New York state. They're
- 28:31Speaker 1: still doing this. The soft bigotry of low expectations. They're
- 28:35Speaker 1: teaching these children for 13 straight years, K through 12.
- 28:38Speaker 1: They're teaching these children for 13 straight years that if
- 28:40Speaker 1: you have darker skin than me, you are born at
- 28:44Speaker 1: a disadvantage. It's terrible. Could you imagine, I make this
- 28:48Speaker 1: analogy a lot, and I actually said this to a
- 28:49Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter protester who get kind of, I don't
- 28:54Speaker 1: want to say stalked me, but showed up to a
- 28:55Speaker 1: school board meeting to confront me there. And I was like, look,
- 28:58Speaker 1: I'm going to have a conversation with you. Okay. That's
- 29:00Speaker 1: what I like to do. If you have a shape
- 29:03Speaker 1: that you would commonly refer to as a rectangle, right?
- 29:07Speaker 1: But for 13 years, you tell students that that rectangle
- 29:12Speaker 1: is actually a circle. At the end of that 13
- 29:15Speaker 1: years of education, they're going to look at the shape
- 29:17Speaker 1: that you know is a rectangle. They're going to call
- 29:19Speaker 1: it a circle, right? That's the essence of brainwashing. Now,
- 29:23Speaker 1: Apply that to something far more serious. If you tell
- 29:26Speaker 1: students who have darker skin than their white counterparts in
- 29:31Speaker 1: public school that they're oppressed, that they're born oppressed, that
- 29:35Speaker 1: they can't help it, that they're being oppressed by their
- 29:38Speaker 1: white classmates, And you tell them that for 13 straight
- 29:42Speaker 1: years in accordance with what I just read to you,
- 29:44Speaker 1: which was a New York State de facto mandate, but
- 29:46Speaker 1: they call it guidance, but it was a mandate, right?
- 29:50Speaker 1: If you tell children who are Latino, black, brown, whatever, non-white,
- 29:57Speaker 1: that they're oppressed for 13 straight years, well, they're going
- 29:59Speaker 1: to come out of school believing that. You're creating victims.
- 30:02Speaker 1: You're creating people who believe they're not capable of things
- 30:06Speaker 1: because somebody told them that's how it is. It's disgusting.
- 30:11Speaker 1: And you're forcing them to hate their classmates because of
- 30:15Speaker 1: the color of their skin. You're creating a racial divide
- 30:19Speaker 1: and you're cementing that, you're pounding that into the heads
- 30:23Speaker 1: of these students for 13 straight years of their lives.
- 30:27Speaker 1: So this all boils down and we'll tie it all
- 30:30Speaker 1: up here. The left, just like with critical race theory,
- 30:33Speaker 1: they said it wasn't happening. Eventually, like I said, they
- 30:36Speaker 1: show their ass to the world, right? It's a big
- 30:39Speaker 1: full moon. It's disgusting, right?
- 30:41Speaker 2: And.
- 30:43Speaker 1: the truth comes out that yes, there is critical race
- 30:46Speaker 1: theory being mandated in New York state schools. Yes, there
- 30:49Speaker 1: are illegal aliens voting in elections because if the illegal
- 30:52Speaker 1: aliens weren't voting in elections, the left wouldn't care that
- 30:55Speaker 1: immigration laws were being enforced at polling places, right? Because
- 30:59Speaker 1: if there were nobody violating immigration laws at polling places,
- 31:02Speaker 1: it wouldn't matter. Nobody would be arrested. So clearly they
- 31:06Speaker 1: feel like someone is at risk of being detained at
- 31:10Speaker 1: a polling place. And the only people who are at
- 31:13Speaker 1: risk of being detained at a polling place by immigration
- 31:17Speaker 1: enforcement are people who are breaking immigration law. And if
- 31:20Speaker 1: you're breaking immigration law, then you shouldn't be at a
- 31:22Speaker 1: polling place in the first place. The left seems to
- 31:26Speaker 1: be admitting that by trying to put these sanctuary zones
- 31:31Speaker 1: in place and including polling places in that list of
- 31:34Speaker 1: sanctuary zones. It's nasty. It's disgusting. And I, for one,
- 31:39Speaker 1: am happy that they're starting to admit it. All right,
- 31:42Speaker 1: quick break. And then we're going to jump into Save
- 31:44Speaker 1: Act stuff. We all are also going to laugh at
- 31:47Speaker 1: Gerald Nadler. You know, there's like a rumor that he
- 31:51Speaker 1: like crapped himself. You know, that he had the Hershey
- 31:54Speaker 1: squirts because you see her waddling off like away from the,
- 31:57Speaker 1: I don't know. And you can kind of see other
- 31:59Speaker 1: people like, right. But before we do that, I wanted
- 32:02Speaker 1: to get to a word from our friends over at Helix. Listen,
- 32:06Speaker 1: I just realized how important good quality sleep is for
- 32:08Speaker 1: my overall well-being. It affects my mood. It affects my
- 32:12Speaker 1: energy and it even affects how productive I am. That
- 32:15Speaker 1: is why switching to a Helix mattress was a game changer.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Before Helix, I suffered from back pain, tossing and turning.
- 32:22Speaker 1: And every time my wife moved, I felt it. I'd
- 32:25Speaker 1: wake up exhausted. Then I tried Helix Sleep Quiz and
- 32:30Speaker 1: it matched me with the perfect mattress for how I sleep.
- 32:32Speaker 1: No guessing, no stress. From the first night, I noticed
- 32:36Speaker 1: the difference. I wake up feeling rested. Honestly, it's amazing
- 32:39Speaker 1: how much better my days are when I actually sleep well.

- 33:23Speaker 1: That is helixsleep.com slash Vince. And next up, a word
- 33:29Speaker 1: from our friends over at Fatty15. Do you think about
- 33:33Speaker 1: aging as much as I do? I've noticed as I've
- 33:36Speaker 1: been getting older, my energy has definitely gone down and
- 33:39Speaker 1: I've been trying to figure out ways to get my
- 33:41Speaker 1: energy back. I'm so excited to share with you guys
- 33:44Speaker 1: C-15 from Fatty 15, the first essential fatty acid to
- 33:48Speaker 1: be discovered in more than 90 years. Fatty 15 co-founder, Dr.

- 34:58Speaker 2: How's about, what do we think? We started off hot,
- 35:02Speaker 2: guns blazing. I feel like Yosemite Sam, Yosemite.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Ooh, I hate that rabbit. We should have done that
- 35:07Speaker 1: with Bad Bunny, by the way. Ooh, I hate that rabbit. Right?
- 35:12Speaker 1: How about a little bit of a laugh break, folks?
- 35:14Speaker 1: How about a little laugh break? We'll change the pace here.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Did you see yesterday the Pam Bondi hearing? I'm not
- 35:22Speaker 1: the biggest fan of Pam Bondi. I've been very vocal
- 35:26Speaker 1: about that. I'm not saying we're dooming or anything. I'm just, eh.
- 35:31Speaker 1: She's she's not my cup of tea. However, yesterday, I
- 35:35Speaker 1: think she was great the way she smacked around a
- 35:37Speaker 1: couple of Democrats. It was very it was a fiery hearing.
- 35:41Speaker 1: And somehow, despite the fact that the hearing was fiery
- 35:43Speaker 1: and that Pam brought a bunch of energy, Gerald Nadler,
- 35:47Speaker 1: who is, you know, he looks a lot like the
- 35:49Speaker 1: penguin from Batman, you know, Danny DeVito, found it within
- 35:53Speaker 1: himself somehow to to fall asleep. And it's not like
- 36:00Speaker 1: he was trying to hide it. Dude was just out cold.
- 36:03Speaker 1: All right. So I want to take a quick laugh break.
- 36:07Speaker 1: We're going to laugh at Gerald Nadler, Jerry Nadler. He
- 36:11Speaker 1: is retiring. The old, I guess rumors are allegedly incontinent
- 36:18Speaker 1: congressman from New York. Let's roll this clip yesterday of
- 36:23Speaker 1: Jerry Nadler. Just the lights are out. He is out
- 36:27Speaker 1: cold during this Pam Bondi hearing. Let's roll that. Like
- 36:37Speaker 1: Richard Attenborough. Here you see the penguin in his natural habitat.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Full hibernation. Look at this. Raskin is clearly shouting. Gary
- 36:49Speaker 1: Nadler is just out cold. Lullaby and good night.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Go to sleep, little Nadler.
- 37:01Speaker 1: He's just He just looks so, yeah, the left is
- 37:13Speaker 1: much more peaceful when they're asleep, aren't they? Look at him. Oh,
- 37:16Speaker 1: he just twitched. She must be having a bad dream.
- 37:23Speaker 1: And this is not, see the stuff moving in the background?
- 37:25Speaker 1: This ain't freeze-framed. Out cold. Has there, let me ask
- 37:31Speaker 1: you this question in the chat. Has there ever been
- 37:35Speaker 1: a stronger case for term limits than what we just showed?
- 37:38Speaker 1: Has there ever been a strong case? Maybe Mitch McConnell,
- 37:41Speaker 1: where he's like, we're going to handle everything on the...
- 37:44Speaker 1: You know what he needs? What? Those glasses with the
- 37:46Speaker 1: eyeballs that make them look like they're open. Oh. The
- 37:53Speaker 1: FAFO squad says he thinks he sugar honey iced teed
- 37:55Speaker 1: himself while he was sleeping. He might have. This is
- 37:59Speaker 1: Jerry Nadler who said Antifa wasn't real. This is Jerry
- 38:02Speaker 1: Nadler who apparently has problems. I don't know. I guess
- 38:07Speaker 1: that happens when you're old, you know, but he was
- 38:10Speaker 1: just like completely out cold. Has anybody seen, have you
- 38:13Speaker 1: ever seen anything like this? There it is. Look at this.
- 38:16Speaker 1: The clip is on here. Waddling away. Look at this.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Look at him waddling away. Who walks like that? Who
- 38:25Speaker 1: walks like that? Oh, that guy definitely. And do you
- 38:28Speaker 1: see who's standing next to him? That would be the
- 38:30Speaker 1: honorable Nancy Pelosi, who, if you don't know, I have
- 38:34Speaker 1: a pair of her teeth always ready to go here
- 38:37Speaker 1: on my desk. There they are. This is the Nancy
- 38:40Speaker 1: Pelosi dentures. Nancy Pelosi, right? Look at this. It's Nancy.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Remember when she rubbed her wrist? So I don't know
- 38:47Speaker 1: what she meant. Nancy Pelosi, you have to stop saying
- 38:50Speaker 1: that I look like a chimpanzee. You get baptized with
- 38:53Speaker 1: her spit every time you're around. You need windshield. We
- 38:55Speaker 1: call her a spitter. We call her Spittin' Nancy.
- 38:58Speaker 2: Right?
- 38:58Speaker 1: Spittin' Nancy.
- 38:59Speaker 2: I had to get new windshield wipers from, you know,
- 39:02Speaker 2: Pep Boys. We had to put them on maximum when
- 39:04Speaker 2: you're talking until you had to put them on maximum.
- 39:06Speaker 1: You guys like my Nancy teeth? Look at that. This
- 39:09Speaker 1: is a great idea. Our buddy, what is that, Bad Moon?
- 39:11Speaker 1: Was that the one who said to do this?
- 39:13Speaker 3: Right?
- 39:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Nancy teeth. Right there. Nancy Pelosi's teeth. By the way.
- 39:19Speaker 1: You know, for everybody who raced to clutch their pearls
- 39:22Speaker 1: over the, uh, the, the meme that, uh, was posted
- 39:25Speaker 1: with the Obamas and all this, I, compared Nancy Pelosi
- 39:29Speaker 1: to a chimpanzee all the time. Nobody thinks that's racist.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Why?
- 39:32Speaker 1: You should stop calling me a chimpanzee. Remember when she
- 39:36Speaker 1: yelled at a reporter? Shut up! I was like, boy.
- 39:39Speaker 1: And that reporter got doused. Probably was drenched. All right.
- 39:42Speaker 1: She's like Sid the Slaw. Nancy Pelosi. People think the
- 39:46Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi impression is pretty good too. It's not bad.
- 39:49Speaker 1: All right, the SAVE Act has passed the House of
- 39:52Speaker 1: Representatives yesterday, despite some shenanigans from one Thomas Massey. He
- 39:57Speaker 1: was reluctant to vote on a rules package that brought
- 40:00Speaker 1: it to the floor because of something in here that
- 40:03Speaker 1: he didn't like and whatever. We'll get to that another day.
- 40:06Speaker 1: But more importantly now is the fact that it did
- 40:09Speaker 1: pass the House. One Democrat voted in favor of the
- 40:12Speaker 1: SAVE America Act and it is headed to the Senate.
- 40:15Speaker 1: The real question now is what is going to happen
- 40:19Speaker 1: when it gets to the Senate? That's the real question, right? Uh,
- 40:23Speaker 1: there are, I think 44 co-sponsors. Mike Lee has been
- 40:26Speaker 1: posting about this. The Senator from Utah, he's been posting
- 40:29Speaker 1: about this, uh, pretty, pretty much, uh, consistently over the
- 40:33Speaker 1: course of this entire, um, the course of this entire process,
- 40:37Speaker 1: but it now heads to the Senate and here's, where
- 40:42Speaker 1: we are in the Senate. So you had Congresswoman Anna
- 40:44Speaker 1: Paulina Luna last week who said that they got assurances
- 40:48Speaker 1: that they were going to have the standing filibuster brought
- 40:51Speaker 1: back to pass the Save America Act. Unfortunately, as what
- 40:56Speaker 1: happens a lot with Anna Paulina Luna, that wasn't necessarily
- 41:00Speaker 1: accurate because John Thune over the course of this week,
- 41:03Speaker 1: earlier this week, said that there have been no guarantees,
- 41:06Speaker 1: no commitments, and there is not enough support right now
- 41:09Speaker 1: to go to the standing filibuster in order to get
- 41:12Speaker 1: the Save America Act passed. Why should we do the
- 41:15Speaker 1: standing filibuster? Here's the deal. And for those of you
- 41:18Speaker 1: who don't know the process, this is how it's supposed
- 41:19Speaker 1: to work out. When you have a standing filibuster or
- 41:23Speaker 1: a talking filibuster, as Senator Mike Lee likes to call it,
- 41:27Speaker 1: what happens is in order to delay legislation, members of
- 41:31Speaker 1: the opposition party or the party, the group, the coalition
- 41:34Speaker 1: that is opposed to that piece of legislation have to
- 41:37Speaker 1: actually get up stand on the floor of the Senate
- 41:41Speaker 1: and speak and speak and go on and on and
- 41:44Speaker 1: on and on and on. Senate rule 19. Also, the
- 41:47Speaker 1: two speech rule says that senators are only allowed to
- 41:51Speaker 1: to to make two speeches. Right. So two separate speeches
- 41:55Speaker 1: per legislative day. So the the the. The goal of
- 42:00Speaker 1: the talking filibuster essentially is what usually would happen or
- 42:03Speaker 1: the idea concept is, let's say I'm a member of
- 42:06Speaker 1: the Senate. I oppose some legislation that's being proposed. It
- 42:11Speaker 1: looks like it's going to pass, so I want to
- 42:12Speaker 1: delay it. I take a phone book. Remember phone books?
- 42:15Speaker 1: We don't use phone books anymore, but those big old,
- 42:17Speaker 1: you take a phone book up to the front of
- 42:18Speaker 1: the Senate and you just start reading names out of
- 42:20Speaker 1: that phone book. That's totally fine. It's called debate. That's not,
- 42:24Speaker 1: they're not actually debating the legislation. The point of the
- 42:27Speaker 1: filibuster is to endlessly speak so that the party that's
- 42:30Speaker 1: trying to push the legislation says, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
- 42:34Speaker 1: What do you want? How can we compromise to move
- 42:36Speaker 1: this along? My question is, when you look at the
- 42:39Speaker 1: makeup of some of these people in Congress. Do you
- 42:41Speaker 1: really think Bernie Sanders has the stamina to stand on
- 42:46Speaker 1: the Senate floor for 24 hours straight?
- 42:49Speaker 2: We will not allow you to ask for voter ID.
- 42:55Speaker 1: Our health care system System is broken. I will not
- 43:00Speaker 1: eat healthcare over here or over there. Bernie, what are
- 43:04Speaker 1: you talking about? You can't eat healthcare. Do you really
- 43:06Speaker 1: think Bernie Sanders, do you really think, who's some of
- 43:09Speaker 1: the other old Democrats that are in the Senate, that
- 43:13Speaker 1: folks like this have the stamina to stand up on
- 43:15Speaker 1: the floor of the Senate for hours on end? There's
- 43:18Speaker 1: no way. So the way the standing filibuster is supposed
- 43:22Speaker 1: to work is eventually they stop talking, right? Once the debate,
- 43:29Speaker 1: the debate, the standing filibuster, the talking is over, you
- 43:32Speaker 1: don't need 60 votes. OK, the 60 vote threshold is
- 43:37Speaker 1: only needed to block the filibuster. Right. So in this case,
- 43:43Speaker 1: if the standing filibuster was in place and you had
- 43:46Speaker 1: Democrats saying we're going to filibuster. If you muster up
- 43:50Speaker 1: 60 votes, they can't filibuster. If you don't muster up
- 43:54Speaker 1: 60 votes, they can filibuster. If they get up in
- 43:57Speaker 1: front of the Senate and they speak for hours on
- 44:00Speaker 1: end and days on end, once they're done, you don't
- 44:04Speaker 1: need to block the filibuster anymore because the filibuster would
- 44:07Speaker 1: have run its course, okay? Once the filibuster has run
- 44:10Speaker 1: its course, all you need is 50 plus one to
- 44:13Speaker 1: pass the legislation. Now, I don't understand why and maybe
- 44:18Speaker 1: I'm just being naive on this point, why there are
- 44:22Speaker 1: Republicans that oppose bringing back the standing filibuster. Because right now,
- 44:29Speaker 1: you're not actually filibustering, right? You're threatening to filibuster, but
- 44:35Speaker 1: you're not actually filibustering. This is what Mike Lee refers
- 44:38Speaker 1: to as the zombie filibuster. Unfortunately, it looks like right now,
- 44:44Speaker 1: John Thune is saying that there's not enough support to
- 44:48Speaker 1: go back to the standing filibuster. And that just boils
- 44:51Speaker 1: down to me, I think, to the point that politicians
- 44:54Speaker 1: are just lazy, right, that they don't want to actually
- 44:57Speaker 1: do their jobs. They're not actually working for the American people.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Did you know that voter I.D. has an 84 percent
- 45:06Speaker 1: approval rating, 84 percent voter I.D.? This isn't like one
- 45:12Speaker 1: of those things where I say, okay, a majority of Americans,
- 45:15Speaker 1: and you look at the polling data, and it's like 50.00001%.
- 45:18Speaker 1: And it's like, well, technically, it's a majority because it's
- 45:23Speaker 1: 50 plus one. No. Okay, it is 84%.
- 45:28Speaker 2: That's like one of the clearest issues where like the
- 45:35Speaker 2: majority of the country agrees on something is voter ID.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Because it's not unreasonable to ask for ID to vote.
- 45:42Speaker 1: It's not unreasonable. If you could ask me, remember in
- 45:44Speaker 1: New York, for like a week, you had to show ID?
- 45:47Speaker 1: This is a real thing. In New York, for a week,
- 45:50Speaker 1: you had to show ID to buy whipped cream. Because
- 45:53Speaker 1: they were like, if you're going to do, what, you
- 45:54Speaker 1: think I'm going to do whippets? And start walking around
- 45:57Speaker 1: all zooted on, ready, whip? What are we, are you
- 46:00Speaker 1: kidding me? But New York State was pushing that for
- 46:04Speaker 1: like a week, and then they realized it was ridiculous
- 46:06Speaker 1: and stopped. But I guess it was racist. I guess
- 46:08Speaker 1: they didn't want to sell black people whipped cream, right?
- 46:10Speaker 1: Because they were asking for ID. 84%, 71% of Democrats,
- 46:16Speaker 1: 76% of black voters, according to a very recent Pew
- 46:19Speaker 1: Research poll, support voter ID. So let's just break this
- 46:23Speaker 1: down again for the slow on intake liberals. This is
- 46:25Speaker 1: the way our system is supposed to work, okay? You
- 46:30Speaker 1: elect somebody to represent you in Washington, D.C., In Congress
- 46:36Speaker 1: and in the Senate. In the Senate, your state gets
- 46:39Speaker 1: two of them each. In Congress, it's allocated by population.
- 46:42Speaker 1: You live in a congressional district. Your representatives are there
- 46:45Speaker 1: to represent you, not themselves. It's like Tom Tillis in
- 46:49Speaker 1: North Carolina when he tanked Ed Martin's nomination for D.C. U.S. Attorney.
- 46:53Speaker 1: He was like, well, I don't like the way he
- 46:55Speaker 1: talked about January 6th. I can't feel comfortable. It's not
- 46:58Speaker 1: about you. Ask your people. Ask your constituents. Poll your constituents.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Have a town hall. Nobody does that anymore. They go
- 47:09Speaker 1: into Washington, D.C., and then they vote about how they feel.
- 47:12Speaker 1: You're not there to represent yourself. You're there to represent
- 47:15Speaker 1: the people who pay your salary. Okay? Anybody who's in
- 47:19Speaker 1: this chat, we've got, what, thousands of people watching right now. 16,000
- 47:23Speaker 1: people watching right now. You. Do you understand that you're
- 47:26Speaker 1: their boss? That these people work for you? That you
- 47:30Speaker 1: are their supervisor. That you are their superior. That you
- 47:34Speaker 1: are not their subjects. You are not peasants. You're not
- 47:41Speaker 1: below them. You're not beneath your politicians. They're technically beneath you.
- 47:49Speaker 1: You're telling them how you want your meal cooked. They
- 47:51Speaker 1: better come out of the kitchen with it cooked the
- 47:53Speaker 1: right way. Or you're going to find someone else to
- 47:55Speaker 1: cook your meal, right? The restaurant? I love that. You know,
- 47:59Speaker 1: you go to a restaurant, you say, how do you
- 48:01Speaker 1: want your steak cooked? Donald Trump says medium well. It's
- 48:03Speaker 1: the one thing I disagree with him on. Obviously, everyone
- 48:05Speaker 1: knows the correct answer is rare.
- 48:08Speaker 2: Okay?
- 48:09Speaker 1: But you don't tell the chef, surprise me.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Right?
- 48:13Speaker 1: So we got to play a role in this process too.
- 48:16Speaker 1: But remember that your senators, your congressmen, your congresswomen, they
- 48:19Speaker 1: work for you. They work for you. They don't work
- 48:25Speaker 1: for themselves. They're not supposed to be getting rich while
- 48:28Speaker 1: in office. They work for you. Okay? And they're not
- 48:32Speaker 1: representing you if they're not willing to vote for a
- 48:36Speaker 1: voter ID act. Because 84% of Americans want it. 84%
- 48:43Speaker 1: of Americans support it. 84% of Americans believe it's not
- 48:47Speaker 1: unreasonable to ask for ID when you're voting. The Senate
- 48:51Speaker 1: doesn't seem to care about that. This week, and into
- 48:55Speaker 1: next week, and until this thing comes to a vote,
- 48:57Speaker 1: we've got to dial up the pressure, okay? I know
- 49:00Speaker 1: Dan talks about being an activist first. That's the way
- 49:03Speaker 1: it should be. Same here, okay? We got to dial
- 49:05Speaker 1: up the pressure. I'm a member of National Right to Congressman, right?
- 49:09Speaker 1: It's a pretty cool organization. It's a little pricey, 300
- 49:12Speaker 1: bucks a year. By the way, full disclosure, I don't
- 49:14Speaker 1: get anything for talking about it. I'm just saying I'm
- 49:16Speaker 1: a member. I've written to my senators before. I've written
- 49:19Speaker 1: to my congressman before. I've gotten responses back before because
- 49:22Speaker 1: there's like a little bit more credibility when it comes
- 49:24Speaker 1: through NWIC, right? So we've got to dial up the
- 49:29Speaker 1: pressure on our senators because it's already passed the House.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Dial up the pressure on John Thune. Just let your
- 49:37Speaker 1: voice be heard. Dial up the pressure on John Barrasso,
- 49:40Speaker 1: who's the Senate majority whip, who is in charge of
- 49:42Speaker 1: getting votes behind legislation. To let them know, go to
- 49:48Speaker 1: the talking filibuster. Make the Democrats work to block this
- 49:52Speaker 1: legislation that is supported by 84% of the American people.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Here's a layup, right? Center cut fastball. For you baseball
- 50:01Speaker 1: fans out there, middle, middle. The pitcher's like, hey, I'm
- 50:05Speaker 1: going to lob a center cut fastball and get ready
- 50:07Speaker 1: to take a big swing. It's right there. This is
- 50:09Speaker 1: so easy for Republicans to say, we're bringing this back,
- 50:13Speaker 1: the talking filibuster, because we believe that gives us the
- 50:18Speaker 1: best chance to pass legislation that 84% of the country wants.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Their excuse is literally, we're not doing it for us.
- 50:29Speaker 1: We're doing it for the people. It's their job. It's
- 50:32Speaker 1: their job. Just do your job. And you have Republican
- 50:38Speaker 1: senators in the Senate who are refusing to get behind
- 50:44Speaker 1: the talking filibuster. And it drives me up a wall.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Straight up the wall.
- 50:50Speaker 2: I was like, why would you? This is so easy.
- 50:54Speaker 2: This is such a layup of a win. And they're
- 50:57Speaker 2: not taking it.
- 50:59Speaker 1: So we have to be heard. Respectfully. Politely, do not threaten,
- 51:06Speaker 1: don't cuss them out as bad as you want to
- 51:09Speaker 1: do that. Trust me, I want to do that, but
- 51:12Speaker 1: don't do that. Because that's all they're going to do
- 51:14Speaker 1: is they're going to highlight that and go, oh, you see,
- 51:16Speaker 1: they're like trying to bully us. No, we're not bullying.
- 51:20Speaker 1: We're participating. The people's duty is, it is our responsibility
- 51:25Speaker 1: to participate in this process. If we want to save America,
- 51:28Speaker 1: act fast, because this could be so generationally significant. If
- 51:34Speaker 1: voter ID is required in all 50 states to participate
- 51:38Speaker 1: in federal elections, state elections, that's up to the states,
- 51:42Speaker 1: federal elections. It can be argued constitutionally and otherwise that
- 51:47Speaker 1: the federal government has jurisdictions or jurisdiction over federal elections. Okay.
- 51:53Speaker 1: If you have, it's just ID. Why do the Democrats
- 51:55Speaker 1: not want ID? But obviously, asking for ID makes it
- 51:59Speaker 1: tougher to cheat. And again, cheating benefits them. If the
- 52:02Speaker 1: cheating benefited Republicans, they would be all for the SAVE Act.
- 52:05Speaker 1: The cheating obviously benefits Democrats. That's why they don't want
- 52:08Speaker 1: ICE upholding places. That's why they don't want voter ID.
- 52:11Speaker 1: You know, in New York, I could have voted as anybody.
- 52:14Speaker 1: I could have given a name, hoped that it was
- 52:16Speaker 1: on a voter roll, and voted as that person in
- 52:19Speaker 1: New York as long as I knew their address. That's
- 52:22Speaker 1: how unsecure it was. In Tennessee, what do we have
- 52:25Speaker 1: to do? We have to show a driver's license when
- 52:27Speaker 1: we vote in Tennessee. Tennessee is ranked, by the way,
- 52:30Speaker 1: just want to say it, number one in election integrity
- 52:33Speaker 1: in the entire United States. Just saying.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Wow.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Number one.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Smitty Werb and Jigga Van Jensen, right? For you SpongeBob
- 52:41Speaker 2: fans out there. He was number one.
- 52:43Speaker 1: He was number Juan. Whipped that out nicely. Yeah, that
- 52:47Speaker 1: was a good... Careful. Goodness gracious. See, I told you
- 52:52Speaker 1: she gets me in trouble. All right. Folks, I want
- 52:55Speaker 1: to ask you a question. What is one of the issues?
- 52:59Speaker 1: Let's see if the chat catches up, if the chat
- 53:01Speaker 1: can answer this one. What is one of those issues
- 53:05Speaker 1: where we hear about every election cycle that means the
- 53:08Speaker 1: most to the American people? This is a pop quiz
- 53:11Speaker 1: to the chat. What is one of those issues? James
- 53:13Speaker 1: Carville said, it's the blank stupid. What is that? What
- 53:16Speaker 1: is that issue? That I'm referring to in that blank.
- 53:20Speaker 1: It's the stupid. What issue usually matters the most or
- 53:25Speaker 1: analysts and pundits say matters most? 20sunflower73 says the economy. Yes,
- 53:31Speaker 1: it's the economy, stupid. It's the economy, stupid.
- 53:33Speaker 2: Look at that. Look at that.
- 53:34Speaker 1: Look, the chat's going crazy. Love it. It's the economy.
- 53:39Speaker 1: All right, you're right. It is the economy. The economy
- 53:42Speaker 1: is one of those issues that matters the most. They
- 53:44Speaker 1: say it's the economy, stupid. I have a new phrase.
- 53:48Speaker 1: And I think this is either just as or maybe
- 53:54Speaker 1: slightly less important than the economy. The economy is important
- 53:57Speaker 1: because that's how much money people are making, how much
- 54:00Speaker 1: money people are saving, the overall affordability of everything, right?
- 54:05Speaker 1: I say now it's your community, stupid. I don't hear
- 54:08Speaker 1: a lot of people saying this. It's your community, stupid.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Do you know in the chat, do you know anybody
- 54:17Speaker 1: Question for the chat. Who wants to intentionally live in
- 54:23Speaker 1: an unsafe community? You know anybody who's like, hey, Memphis, Tennessee,
- 54:26Speaker 1: one of the most dangerous places in the country? I
- 54:28Speaker 1: want to live there because it's dangerous. I know people
- 54:31Speaker 1: who live in dangerous places because there's a job there.
- 54:35Speaker 1: I know people who live in dangerous places because they
- 54:42Speaker 1: can't afford to live in a nicer place. I don't
- 54:44Speaker 1: know anybody. not a soul who says, I want to
- 54:49Speaker 1: live in a dangerous city because it's a dangerous city, right?
- 54:53Speaker 1: I don't know anybody who believes that. It's your community, stupid.
- 55:01Speaker 1: So would you rather, this is one of my favorite things.
- 55:03Speaker 1: If you're talking to, let's say an independent offense sitter,
- 55:07Speaker 1: because economics is kind of, it's important. Don't get me wrong,
- 55:12Speaker 1: but it's, uh, Like bringing it up. Like, did you
- 55:14Speaker 1: see the unemployment numbers yesterday? Trump's doing a great job. Fine. Important. Valid.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Cool.
- 55:21Speaker 1: But relatability matters. I used to sell DirecTV. I used
- 55:23Speaker 1: to have to relate to each customer that I was
- 55:26Speaker 1: selling cable to and then paint. I used to have
- 55:28Speaker 1: to relate, be relatable, right? That's how I learned how
- 55:31Speaker 1: to do Trump. Someone's like, am I going to be
- 55:33Speaker 1: able to keep Fox News? And I would look at
- 55:35Speaker 1: that customer right in the face and I said, do
- 55:36Speaker 1: I look like or sound like somebody who would ever
- 55:38Speaker 1: take that away? We're not going to let it happen.
- 55:40Speaker 1: We're not going to let it happen. Then I would
- 55:42Speaker 1: have people like, am I going to get an MSNBC?
- 55:44Speaker 1: And I was like, don't say fake news.
- 55:47Speaker 2: Don't say fake news.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Don't say fake news.
- 55:48Speaker 2: All right.
- 55:51Speaker 1: This is an easier conversation to have than trying to
- 55:53Speaker 1: convince somebody who's still struggling to pay for groceries that
- 55:56Speaker 1: the economy is doing well. It's your community. Stupid, right?
- 56:02Speaker 1: Ask your independent left-leaning friends. Would you rather live in
- 56:07Speaker 1: a safe community or an unsafe community? You don't have
- 56:11Speaker 1: to ask it with a political angle. Just ask them
- 56:13Speaker 1: that question. They'll say, I'd rather live in a safe community. Obviously,
- 56:16Speaker 1: 99% of people would say that. We just did that
- 56:18Speaker 1: experiment here in the chat, okay? And then you show
- 56:22Speaker 1: them this website. It's called dhs.gov slash wow, W-O-W. dhs.gov
- 56:31Speaker 1: slash wow is the worst of the worst database. That
- 56:34Speaker 1: shows you all the illegal aliens and the violent crimes
- 56:37Speaker 1: that they've committed. Drug trafficking, which they don't classify as
- 56:40Speaker 1: a violent crime, but solicitation of sex from a minor,
- 56:45Speaker 1: human smuggling, assault, murder, carjacking, DUI, DUI, you know, all
- 56:50Speaker 1: sorts of all sorts of these nasty things. And then
- 56:54Speaker 1: you ask that person, you got kids? If you have kids,
- 56:57Speaker 1: do you want your child riding his or her bike
- 57:00Speaker 1: around your neighborhood with that guy roaming around? Of course not. Well,
- 57:06Speaker 1: which party wants to keep that guy here? And which
- 57:10Speaker 1: party wants to get that guy out of our country?
- 57:12Speaker 1: It's your community, stupid. If you want a safe community,
- 57:17Speaker 1: if you want a safe place for your kids to
- 57:19Speaker 1: grow up, if you want a safe place for you
- 57:22Speaker 1: to live, you only have one choice. It's your community, stupid.
- 57:29Speaker 1: It's so easy. Show them the crime numbers. Show them
- 57:33Speaker 1: the fact Axios said something ridiculous. All crime numbers have
- 57:36Speaker 1: decreased despite Trump's crackdown. Are you nuts? That's why the
- 57:41Speaker 1: numbers have decreased because there was a crackdown. Well, his rhetoric,
- 57:45Speaker 1: his rhetoric, his rhetoric was if you break the law,
- 57:47Speaker 1: you're going to jail. If you're an illegal alien, you're
- 57:49Speaker 1: getting deported. So, of course, there was a decrease in
- 57:54Speaker 1: violent crime because folks like Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, when
- 57:58Speaker 1: he was the deputy director of the FBI, the Department
- 58:00Speaker 1: of Justice, executive initiatives to target violent crime have been
- 58:04Speaker 1: put in place. It's your community, stupid. Tell that to
- 58:10Speaker 1: your liberal friends.
- 58:11Speaker 2: Don't call them stupid or your independent friends, but just
- 58:13Speaker 2: say safe community or unsafe community.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Where would you rather live? The answer is very clear.
- 58:19Speaker 1: This hour flew by. And I hope you really enjoyed
- 58:22Speaker 1: everything that we brought to you here today. I want
- 58:24Speaker 1: to give a big time shout out to Vince for
- 58:28Speaker 1: obviously letting me fill in here. I know this is
- 58:30Speaker 1: not something that they give an opportunity to everybody for.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Shout out to Guy and to Justin and Joshua who
- 58:37Speaker 1: helped put this together. It's been fun going live with
- 58:39Speaker 1: you for the first time ever. Listen, we're going to
- 58:41Speaker 1: rate out to Graham Allen in a second. I will

- 59:45Speaker 3: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 59:47Speaker 3: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 59:51Speaker 3: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:53Speaker 3: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:56Speaker 3: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
