Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Video That Vanished (7/5/25)

- 0:00Speaker 1: Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. The other
- 0:05day we were talking about a article about conspiracy theories
- 0:09surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and how all of the people that
- 0:12are always claiming, oh, this is a conspiracy theory, that's
- 0:15a conspiracy theory, can never answer any of the real
- 0:18questions at the heart of the matter, such as why
- 0:22doesn't the video of Epstein's alleged suicide no longer exist?
- 0:26And furthermore, where were the people who were in charge
- 0:30of the chain of custody of that video and how
- 0:32come they haven't been brought up on charges. So, all
- 0:35of the anti conspiracy theory knuckleheads in the legacy media,
- 0:40how about you start answering some questions for your run
- 0:43around and start painting people with your big ass broad brush.
- 0:47And instead of looking for conspiracy theories around every bush,
- 0:51how about you some of those resources to dig into
- 0:54some of these real questions that people have. But instead
- 0:58these outlets would rather spend their time in their resources
- 1:01maligning people who have legitimate questions. Now, look, I'm not
- 1:05talking about the crazy conspiracy theories. You know, Jeffrey Epstein's
- 1:08Alive on an Island with Elvis all the other weird
- 1:12stuff that we've heard, that's not what I'm talking about.
- 1:14That shit is all lululand crazy, no doubt about it.
- 1:18I'm talking about the real heart of the matter here,
- 1:21the real issue at hand. How did all of this
- 1:24go down? And in the aftermath, how is it that
- 1:27this video just disappears without anyone being the wiser? You
- 1:32mean to tell me this doesn't cause more of an uproar.
- 1:35And the real thing that cracks me up about this
- 1:38whole entire thing is we're basically relying on Bill Barr
- 1:42as the only person who has seen the so called video,
- 1:45and we're relying on Darth Barr. To be honest with us,
- 1:49I think it's been well established at this point that
- 1:52Bill Barr is part of the problem. And I don't
- 1:55care if you're a Republican or a Democrat. I don't
- 1:58know how anyone can look at Bill Barr and be like, like, ah,
- 2:00you know what, this is a good individual who has
- 2:03our best interest at heart. Let me be clear, anyone
- 2:06left over from the Bush administration is certainly not somebody
- 2:09we should trust. I've been saying that since Bill Barr
- 2:12became Attorney General, and I'll say it until the cows
- 2:16come home. The guys smarmy. He's up to something, and
- 2:20he is not trustworthy. And I don't believe a word
- 2:23he has to say when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 2:26If you want to believe him, you're more than welcome
- 2:29to do so. Me personally, I don't put any stock
- 2:32in what the man has to say. All right, So
- 2:35today we have an article from Fox Business, and this
- 2:38article is from January tenth of twenty twenty, headline Epstein's
- 2:44alleged suicide attempt to video no longer exists. Oh that's convenient. Huh.
- 2:48How does that happen? I guess it's just a coincidence,
- 2:51just another issue that we should chalk up to coincidence.
- 2:56The footage does not exist on the jails backup video
- 2:59system as a result of technical errors. There sure were
- 3:02a lot of errors that day. A lot of things
- 3:04went wrong, all at the right time. Huh. Talk about
- 3:07a perfect storm. Video footage of the area around Jeffrey
- 3:12Epstein's jail cell on a day he survived an apparent
- 3:15suicide attempt no longer exists, federal prosecutors told a judge
- 3:19on Thursday. So it's pretty convenient that he gets put
- 3:23in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni. Then all of a
- 3:27sudden he has this quote unquote suicide attempt and there's
- 3:30no video of it. The video no longer exists. So again,
- 3:34who was in charge of that video? Who was in
- 3:36charge of making sure that it stayed saved and was
- 3:40put away for later? And did that person face any
- 3:43penalties for being bad at their job? Of course they didn't.
- 3:49Officials at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York believe
- 3:52they had preserved footage of guards finding Epstein after he
- 3:55appeared to have attempted suicide but actually saved the video
- 3:59from a different part of the jail. Prosecutors said, you know,
- 4:02just operator error here, folks, nothing to see here. Just
- 4:05keep moving along. Stop asking questions. How dare you ask questions?
- 4:10You conspiracy theorist. The FBI has also determined that the
- 4:15footage does not exist on the jail's backup video system
- 4:18as a result of technical errors. Assistant US attorney Maureen
- 4:22Comy and Jason Swergold wrote in a court filing, So
- 4:26the original video doesn't exist, there's no backup footage of it,
- 4:30and you know we should just accept that and chalk
- 4:32it up as a failure. Well, that's unacceptable to me.
- 4:37It's been unacceptable since the time had happened, and it
- 4:40remains unacceptable. Is there no accountability for these people? You
- 4:44and I are the only ones that have to be
- 4:45accountable for our behavior. I guess if you get a
- 4:48job at the FBI, it's no big deal, right. I mean,
- 4:51I shouldn't be shocked, considering we had two of the
- 4:55hijackers from nine to eleven living with an FBI informant
- 4:58before nine to eleven happened, and these idiots weren't none
- 5:01the wiser, So I guess I shouldn't be too shocked.
- 5:03Here the revelation came despite assurances prosecutors made that jail
- 5:10officials were preserving the footage at the request of a
- 5:13defense attorney for Nicholas Artaglioni, a former police officer who
- 5:18shared a cell with Epstein in July when the wealthy
- 5:21financier pedophile was discovered with bruises on his neck and
- 5:24then placed on suicide watch. So here's the biggest issue.
- 5:28He was put in this jail cell with Nicholas Artaglioni,
- 5:31who was alleged murderer of three four people, and Epstein
- 5:36was supposed to be one of the most guarded prisoners
- 5:39at this time. Yet he's put in general population with
- 5:43Nicholas Artaglioni, and just magically the video doesn't work. That's
- 5:48supposed to be recording footage on his jail cell. I mean,
- 5:52there's a whole lot that you want me to accept
- 5:54as coincidence here, folks, and me being a realist, it's
- 5:59very difficult to accept all of it as coincidence. Some
- 6:03of it, for sure, just the technical error, maybe on
- 6:06the backup, all right, I get it. But all of
- 6:08it going wrong at the most opportune time seems like
- 6:12a bit of a stretch. Epstein later hanged himself allegedly
- 6:17in jail on August tenth, while awaiting trial on sex
- 6:20trafficking charges. Officials said. Tartaglioni's defense attorney, Bruce Barkett told
- 6:26the Associated Press he intends to ask US District Judge
- 6:30Kenneth Carris to hold a hearing with live testimony to
- 6:33determine what happened to the missing video or and now
- 6:38I'm just guessing here was Tartaglioni put into that jail
- 6:42cell on purpose? And was that video lost on purpose?
- 6:46You want to talk about coincidences, Well, we have to
- 6:50talk about all scenarios, right, And once again, let's be
- 6:53very clear, the FBI and the Department of Justice is
- 6:57still being very hesitant in releasing information around this guy's death.
- 7:03There's no ongoing investigation anymore. Epstein's dead, Maxwell's and jail
- 7:07what are you guys talking about? And then you wonder
- 7:11why people have questions in the lack of transparency, folks,
- 7:15conspiracy theory shows up. The various and inconsistent accounts of
- 7:22what happened to that video are deeply troubling, Barket said
- 7:25in an email. Tartaglioni is charged in what prosecutors have
- 7:28described as the gangland style killings of four men who
- 7:32disappear during a cocaine related dispute. So this is the
- 7:36guy you put Epstein in in the cell with. You
- 7:39don't get at one of the jailhouse snitches to go
- 7:42and be his cell mate to try and glean some
- 7:44information from him. Now, let's put him in with a
- 7:47guy facing four homicides who really could use some clout
- 7:51in jail right now, An ex cop. Imagine getting the
- 7:53cloud of killing Epstein. Oh, I killed the child molester.
- 7:57I might be a cop, but let me get my stripes.
- 8:02Barkett said the jailhouse video would have supported his position
- 8:06that Tartaglione acted appropriately on the day in question, alluding
- 8:10to questions about whether Epstein had been attacked. Now, let's
- 8:13remember Epstein said that he was attacked. Okay, that's what
- 8:16he originally said. A spokesman for the Bureau of Prisons
- 8:21declined to comment, citing an ongoing investigation. It's always an
- 8:25ongoing investigation. Your radar should be up anytime you hear
- 8:29it's an ongoing investigation, and they don't want you, the citizen,
- 8:33to have information. We're not supposed to live in this
- 8:36closed ass society. Now, if it's national security, I understand
- 8:40this is not national security. This is the FBI trying
- 8:43to whitewash their involvement. One of Epstein's attorneys, Mark Furnich,
- 8:49said the missing video only adds to the unanswered questions
- 8:53and deepens the air of mystery surrounding Epstein's death, feeding
- 8:56the perception that the public will never really know what
- 8:59happened and that the powers that be really aren't interested
- 9:02in finding out. I guess Mark Furnish is a conspiracy
- 9:05theorist too, because that's really at the end of the day,
- 9:09we want real answers, and for me anyway, it's about
- 9:13making sure this shit doesn't happen again. If they're systemic errors,
- 9:16let's fix them. But we just go round and round
- 9:20and round all these stupid internal reports, all of this
- 9:23dumbass nonsense, and nothing real ever gets done. Nothing about
- 9:29Jeffrey Epstein's prosecution and death in federal custody surprises or
- 9:33could surprise me at this point, Furniture added. The US
- 9:36Attorney's Office in Manhattan said in Thursday's court filing that
- 9:39jailhouse officials had preserved the video for the correct day
- 9:43and time, but captured the wrong part of the jail.
- 9:46They said the jail's computer system listed a different, incorrect
- 9:49cell for TARTAGLIONI oh, well, isn't that nice. Does anyone
- 9:55really believe that? I mean, let's be honest. I know
- 9:59they're people out there that'll believe anything the government tells them,
- 10:03but man, oh man, this is a serious, serious stretch.
- 10:08The government further understands from the Federal Bureau of investigation
- 10:13that it has reviewed that backup system as part of
- 10:15an unrelated investigation and determined that the requested video no
- 10:20longer exists on the backup system and has not since
- 10:23at least August twenty nineteen as a result of technical errors.
- 10:27The prosecutors wrote, boy, sure is convenient for the federal
- 10:32government that there's some technical errors that go in their favor.
- 10:35Sure seems that happens for them quite a bit, especially
- 10:38in this case. Let me ask you a question, when's
- 10:41the last time the technical error went in your favor.
- 10:45The footage in question involves the July twenty third episode
- 10:48in which correctional officers say they found Epstein on the
- 10:51floor of his cell with a strip of bed sheet
- 10:54around his neck. Michael Thomas, one of the officers charged
- 10:57with falsifying records the knight Epstein died, was one of
- 11:00the officers who responded to that scene. Oh, isn't that convenient?
- 11:04So the officer responds to the scene of the first suicide,
- 11:07and the same officer as the guy watching Epstein the
- 11:09night he dies. Nah, let's make sure that these guys
- 11:12don't have any charges thrown against him. Do you guys
- 11:15not see what's wrong here? You not see the glaring problem.
- 11:22Epstein was moved out of that cell and placed on
- 11:24suicide watch. He was transferred back to the jails Special
- 11:27Housing Unit July thirtieth, meaning he was less closely monitored
- 11:31but still supposed to be checked every thirty minutes. He
- 11:34was also required to have a cell mate, but he
- 11:37was left with none after his cell mate was transferred
- 11:40out of the jail August ninth, the day before his death.
- 11:43Authorities have said, and I've said it a million times,
- 11:47was TARTAGLIONI there to send a message to Epstein? Look,
- 11:51this is the result. Bro. If you don't kill yourself,
- 11:54someone will kill you. So get to work against speculation
- 11:59on my part. But who who knows? Prosecutors charge the
- 12:04two officers responsible for guarding Epstein the night he died
- 12:07with falsifying prison records to conceal they were sleeping and
- 12:11browsing the Internet during the hours they were supposed to
- 12:13be keeping a close watch on prisoners. So again, all
- 12:17of this just happens to happen at the same exact time.
- 12:21It's almost a conspiracy theory to think that the narrative
- 12:24that they're pitching to you is real, But there's these
- 12:27stooges out here in the legacy media who refuse to
- 12:30go further than surface deep, and the result is a
- 12:34lot of misinformation gets pumped out there, and a lot
- 12:36of you get misinformation. The falsification of records has been
- 12:43a problem throughout the federal prison system. And here's the whitewash.
- 12:47You notice how they have to add that, well, it's
- 12:48a problem throughout the system, so it's not really an
- 12:51issue here. And that's what they try to do, and
- 12:54they try and manipulate the way things go right by
- 12:58telling you, well, it's stomach error and this is something
- 13:01that usually happens here. But they won't tell you. Is
- 13:04this that there was only one other suicide at the
- 13:07lockup Epstein was at in like twenty one years, so
- 13:11it's not like a common occurrence there, like they tried
- 13:13to make it out to be. The Federal Bureau of Prisons,
- 13:18which for years has been plagued by extensive staffing shortages,
- 13:21chronic violence and serious misconduct, has come under increased scrutiny
- 13:25since Epstein's death in August. Here we go again, it's always, oh, well,
- 13:30we staffing shortages, This that the other thing. The Bureau
- 13:34of Prisons has the biggest budget out of all of
- 13:37these agencies. How is it that you have staffing shortages.
- 13:43Staffing shortages within the Bureau are so severe that guards
- 13:47are regularly forced to work mandatory over time, sometimes day
- 13:50after day, and violence leads to regular lockdowns at prison
- 13:54compounds across the nation. A congressional report also found that
- 13:58bad behavior is ignored or covered up on a regular
- 14:01basis within the Bureau. So they find all of this out,
- 14:05they have their meetings, and then Congress does nothing about it.
- 14:10Then you wonder why people look at them holding all
- 14:12of their committees and this, that and the other thing,
- 14:14and look at it as bredon circus. After Epstein's death
- 14:20in August, Attorney General William Barr said the financier pedophile's
- 14:24ability to take his own life inside one of the
- 14:26most secure jails in America raised serious questions that must
- 14:30be answered. Barr removed the agency's acting director in the
- 14:33wake of Epstein's death and named Kathleen Hawk Sawyer, the
- 14:37Prisons Agency director from ninety two until two thousand and three,
- 14:40to replace them another retread, somebody who has already been
- 14:44there and done it. And has proved that they don't
- 14:45know what they're doing, So let's just have another retread
- 14:48come through again. It's like the NFL. If you have
- 14:50a team, how many times are you gonna have Wade
- 14:52Wilson as your head coach before you figure out the
- 14:55dude sucks. Bill Barr told the AP he had personally
- 15:01reviewed security footage from the night Epstein took his own life,
- 15:04which confirmed that no one entered the area where Epstein
- 15:07was housed on the night he died. I do not
- 15:10believe one word coming out of Bill Barr's mouth. If
- 15:13you want to believe Darth Barr, that's your business. Me.
- 15:17I don't like liars, and I don't like people who
- 15:19have not shot straight from day one, and that most
- 15:21certainly is Bill Barr. This whole entire thing is foo bar, folks.
- 15:26It stinks to high ovan. And the people out there
- 15:29yapping about conspiracy theories, well how about they do some
- 15:33articles and dig a little bit deeper about what went
- 15:35on here? And I don't want to hear about systemic
- 15:39failures anymore. We've known about it for years and years
- 15:43and years, and you continue to let it happen. So
- 15:46at what point do you become culpable for letting it
- 15:48occur even right under your nose. And I'd say, folks,
- 15:52we are at that point. It is about time we
- 15:54have some accountability from all of these agencies, the FBI,
- 15:58the Bureau of Prison, and our elected officials. All right, folks,
- 16:04it's gonna do it for this episode. If you'd like
- 16:06to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapucci
- 16:09at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo Bby c ap u

- 16:17on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. The
- 16:23link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
- 16:28What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 16:33Nicholas Tartaglioni's lawyer, Bruce Barkett was demanding to know who
- 16:37destroyed the tape that allegedly had Jeffrey Epstein's first suicide
- 16:43attempt on it. Now, it's pretty convenient that Tartaglioni's lawyer
- 16:48would be demanding this tape when he probably knew it
- 16:51didn't even exist. Typical lawyer stuff, right, get out there,
- 16:56be brazen about things. Oh, my client didn't do anything.
- 16:59In fact, he's a hero. But I will say this
- 17:02for mister Barkett, he is not wrong when he asked
- 17:05for a list of who was in charge of these tapes.
- 17:08When we talk about the chain of custody, this is
- 17:10exactly what I'm talking about. How is it possible that
- 17:14somebody or bodies could be involved with the chain of
- 17:18custody here and they don't get in trouble, they don't
- 17:21get fired. The guy who's in charge of the technical
- 17:23part of the surveillance, he doesn't get in trouble, or
- 17:27she doesn't get in trouble. We just have to accept
- 17:30that there was a systemic failure of epic proportions that
- 17:33all happened at the same time. That's what we should
- 17:36just accept. Well, sorry, I refuse to do so. Today
- 17:40we have an article from Law and Crime and the
- 17:43headline lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein's former cellmate demands to know
- 17:47who destroyed the suicide attempt video. This article was authored
- 17:52by Matt Naham and was originally published on January fourteenth,
- 17:57twenty twenty. Last week, the government said that surveillance video
- 18:04from outside of Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell on the night
- 18:07of his first reported suicide attempt is gone forever. A
- 18:11lawyer for Epstein's former cellmate Nicholas Tartaglioni, is now demanding
- 18:16to know why. And it's funny because Tartaglioni's family they
- 18:19own a dog rooming business, and one of the dogs
- 18:23escaped from the dog rooming business and when asked about it,
- 18:26the brother said, well, there was a skip in the
- 18:29video and the dog just ended up outside. Sure is
- 18:32convenient that this family has all kinds of issues when
- 18:35it comes to surveillance video. Huh. Now, obviously the two
- 18:38aren't connected, but just pretty ironic if you ask me.
- 18:42But as far as that tape goes, it should have
- 18:45never been destroyed. And then the real clincher for me
- 18:48is the backups destroyed as well. How is that even possible?
- 18:52How is that even possible? Not only is the original destroyed,
- 18:56but the redundancy is broken as well. Oh okay, Sure
- 19:00Only's lawyer, Bruce Barkett requested in a Monday letter that
- 19:03US District Judge Kenneth Carris conduct an evidentiary hearing to
- 19:08determine how the video was destroyed, who was responsible, and
- 19:12whether the government has acted in bad faith. Now again,
- 19:16these are all these requests that have been asked for,
- 19:18and what has come of it all. So they have
- 19:21all of these investigations, there's never any transparency. And then
- 19:24when anyone tries to get a Freedom of Information Act
- 19:27or get any kind of information, Oh, you're a conspiracy theorist.
- 19:31What are you doing. The real conspiracy here is that
- 19:35they're not being transparent. The real conspiracy here is that
- 19:38they're lying to you. I write to request that the
- 19:43Court promptly conduct an evidentiary hearing to ascertain the circumstances
- 19:47surrounding the government's failure to preserve the video surveillance footage
- 19:51at the Metropolitan Correctional Center which captured the hallway outside
- 19:55the cell that mister Tartaglioni shared with mister Jeffrey Epstein
- 20:00at the time. Mister Epstein attempted to commit suicide between
- 20:04the late hours of July twenty second, twenty nineteen and
- 20:07the early morning hours of July twenty third, twenty and nineteen.
- 20:11According to the official narrative and according to Bruce Barkett
- 20:14and Nicholas Tartaglioni, he came in with the green lantern
- 20:18ring and saved Jeffrey Epstein's life because he's a superhero.
- 20:22Nicholas Tartaglioni is a real life superhero. That's what they
- 20:25want you to believe. Since the date of the incident,
- 20:30mister Tartaglioni has firmly and consistently maintained that he acted
- 20:34appropriately in all respects, and footage of the incident therefore
- 20:38would have been exculpolatory as it would have corroborated mister
- 20:42Tartaglioni's account of events. Very convenient that it's gone, huh,
- 20:46And it's pretty convenient that he's up here crowing so much. Oh,
- 20:49I'm the good guy. I tried to save Jeffrey Epstein.
- 20:54Did he know that that footage was gone? Look we're
- 20:56going to speculate here for a minute. But on July
- 20:58third or whatever, right before this happens, he was found
- 21:02with a contraband cell phone in his jail cell. He
- 21:05said it wasn't his, he said another inmate gave it
- 21:07to him. Then fast forward to what happened in the
- 21:11cell with Epstein, and he's a hero here again. What
- 21:14is he doing in a cell with Epstein? Got nailed
- 21:16with contraband quadruple homicide, and then you put him in
- 21:20this jail cell with Epstein and want me to believe
- 21:23that he stepped up and he tried to save Epstein's
- 21:25life after letting Epstein supposedly put a noose around his
- 21:30neck and choke himself. How does that make sense to anyone?
- 21:33And how is anyone sucking that bullshit down? Accordingly, we
- 21:39asked the court to conduct a hearing to determine one
- 21:42how the video was destroyed, who was responsible for its destruction,
- 21:46and why it was not preserved. Two were there any
- 21:49witnesses who reviewed the video prior to its destruction who
- 21:53can describe what they observed and in turn preserve at
- 21:56least some of the video's exculplatory value. Three, Where and
- 22:01to what extent the destruction of the video was deliberate
- 22:04or reckless, And whether there was any bad faith on
- 22:07the part of the government in connection in the videos destruction.
- 22:11I mean, for real, how is it that this video
- 22:14gets destroyed in the first place. I can't get over that.
- 22:18I know, I keep asking that question and it's become
- 22:20redundant at this point, But folks, these are the questions
- 22:24that need to be asked, and so far besides a
- 22:28few content creators and hard charging investigative journalists, nobody has
- 22:32had the hutsbah to do it. The government's explanation up
- 22:40to now, Barkett wrote, is inadequate as it is nonspecific, unsworn,
- 22:44and untested. Respectfully, the government's fluid account of the efforts
- 22:50that were made to preserve this critical mitigating evidence are
- 22:53deeply troubling and demand that an explanation be given via
- 22:57sworn testimony. Barkett continued, but again emphasizing the exculplatory value
- 23:03of the video footage for his client. And whenever I
- 23:06see a lawyer going this crazy about something, my Spidey
- 23:10senses start to tingle, and I say to myself, this
- 23:12lawyer knows what's up. He knows this video doesn't exist,
- 23:15and he's pushing hardier because he knows it doesn't exist,
- 23:18and he knows that his client will never gets smashed
- 23:20for it. So it just looks bad for everybody involved,
- 23:23doesn't it. In case you missed it, Prosecutors in New
- 23:28York City previously announced that they were able to locate
- 23:31lost surveillance footage from outside of the deceased pedophile cell
- 23:35on December nineteenth, which was one day after prosecutors told
- 23:39the federal court that video from the night of July
- 23:41twenty second and early morning of July twenty third in
- 23:44twenty nineteen had not been properly preserved by Manhattan MCC authorities.
- 23:50On January ninth, prosecutors once again said the video was gone. Now.
- 23:56Nobody got fired, nobody was sanctioned, nobody got Purp Wall
- 24:00out of the building. So it's okay to just go
- 24:02to your job and delete this kind of video. Here's
- 24:05an idea, go to your job on Monday, screw everything up,
- 24:09and see how quickly you get your ass fired. After
- 24:14the first Epstein jail incident, the microscope quickly shifted to
- 24:17Epstein's former cellmate, the aforementioned Nick Tartaglioni. As Long Crime
- 24:22previously reported, Tartaglioni claims to have saved the elite pedophiles
- 24:27life on the night in question. The ex cop behind
- 24:30bars on quadruple murder charges reportedly alerted Manhattan MCC officials
- 24:35after Epstein attempted to hang himself again. After Epstein attempted
- 24:39to hang himself. After Epstein attempted to hang himself, why
- 24:43not before why not stop it before you see how
- 24:47big Tartaglioni is. Old boys, his arms are as big
- 24:50as my torso. After that incident, Epstein was transferred to
- 24:56a different section of the MCC placed on so called
- 24:59suicide walk, which promptly taken off, and then left alone
- 25:02in his cell before eventually dying under somewhat disputed circumstances.
- 25:07During the second week of August twenty nineteen. Epstein's death
- 25:12was officially ruled a suicide by hanging. I mean, since
- 25:15that's the official narrative in all, it's obviously he hanged himself.
- 25:18We should all just pack it up, you conspiracy theorists.
- 25:24Parket told the New York Daily News why the video
- 25:26matters to him and Tartaglioni. We're not looking to point
- 25:29fingers at anybody. We'd like to have a record of
- 25:32what took place with the video, he said. We want
- 25:35to be able to show that incarcerated, he's still acting
- 25:38appropriately and doing the right thing. Oh yeah, because you
- 25:42know he's always doing the right thing. Mister Tartaglioni is
- 25:45a man of honor, a man who does the right
- 25:47thing at every moment. Here's what the government said about
- 25:51the destroyed video last week. The government respectfully submits this
- 25:56letter to provide a further update to the Court regarding
- 25:59the defenses were request for video footage from outside the
- 26:02defendant cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on July twenty
- 26:06second July twenty third, twenty nineteen. On or about December nineteenth,
- 26:12twenty nineteen, the government informed the Court and Defense Council
- 26:16that it had confirmed with MCC staff that the requested
- 26:20video had been preserved and that the government was working
- 26:24to obtain a copy from MCC. As set forth in
- 26:28greater detail below, the Government has learned that the MCC
- 26:32inadvertently preserved video from the wrong tier within the MCC
- 26:37and as a result, video from outside the defendant cell
- 26:40on July twenty second, twenty third, twenty nineteen. I either
- 26:44requested video no longer exists, so everything else was preserved, right,
- 26:48It was only this video that wasn't preserved. How isn't
- 26:52that suspect to people? How aren't people going crazy about
- 26:56that shit? On or about July twenty third, twenty nineteen,
- 27:03at approximately one twenty seven am, MCC corrections officers responded
- 27:07to the cell cell one that the defendant shared with
- 27:10Jeffrey Epstein on or about July twenty fifth, twenty nineteen,
- 27:15Defense Council requested that MCC preserve video footage from outside
- 27:20the defendant cell from July twenty second, twenty nineteen, at
- 27:24eleven pm through July twenty third, twenty nineteen, at four am.
- 27:29From speaking with MCC Legal Council, the government understands that
- 27:34its response that in the response to this request, MCC
- 27:38Legal Council looked up the defendant cell number and the
- 27:41MCC computer system, and thereafter requested that MCC staff preserved
- 27:46video from outside of that cell for the requested time period.
- 27:51An MCC staff member confirmed that the video had been preserved.
- 27:55So that staff member, whoever that is, who is it, Oh,
- 27:58a staff member, oh, an anonymous source. So this person
- 28:02didn't preserve the video then said they did. And there's
- 28:05nobody who's wanting to look deeper into that. Again, this
- 28:09is why we need congressional commissions here, congressional hearings. If
- 28:13your congressmen and women really cared about you, and they
- 28:15really cared about survivors of human trafficking, they'd be all
- 28:18over this shit honor. About January third, twenty twenty, the
- 28:25MCC provided the government with a copy of the video
- 28:27that it had preserved, which the government then converted into
- 28:31a playable format. After reviewing the video, it appeared to
- 28:35the government that the footage contained on the preserve video
- 28:38was for the correct date and time, but captured a
- 28:41different tier than the one where Cell one was located.
- 28:45Because the preserved video did not show corrections officers responding
- 28:49to any of the cell scene on the video, so
- 28:52they had it directed at the wrong tier. Even you
- 28:55guys can't even get it correct and have the camera
- 28:59pointing out the right cell. After speaking with MCC Legal Council,
- 29:05the government was informed that the MCC computer system listed
- 29:08a different, incorrect cell for Tartaglione Cell two. Therefore, when
- 29:13MCC Legal Council asked that the video outside of the
- 29:16defendant cell be preserved, the MCC preserved video outside of
- 29:20cell two instead of Sell one. Why isn't it all preserved?
- 29:25Why are you getting rid of it? What is this
- 29:26surveillance footage over at the bodega where you only have
- 29:29one VHS tape for the whole month. The government understands
- 29:35from speaking with MCC Legal Council that there was a
- 29:38backup system in place that housed all video for Special
- 29:41Housing Unit, including the video requested by Defense Council. The
- 29:45government further understands from the Federal Bureau of Investigation that
- 29:49it has reviewed that backup system as part of an
- 29:53unrelated investigation and determined that the requested video no longer
- 29:57exists on the backup system, and not since at least
- 30:01August of twenty nineteen, as a result of technical errors.
- 30:05So how many other videos were destroyed just that one?
- 30:09Nobody else finds this a little bit suspect I'm the
- 30:12only one over here. Maybe I ate some mescalin before
- 30:15I when I woke up this morning. Maybe there was
- 30:17some mescalin in my coffee, and I'm just on some
- 30:19kind of you know, uh trip, some kind of psychedelic
- 30:23trip right now. But it sure seems to me that
- 30:26this is all bad, and the fact that nobody was
- 30:28ever held accountable makes it even worse. The government will
- 30:34make the video of the tier containing Cell two available
- 30:37for Defense Counsel's review at the United States Attorney's Office. Boy,
- 30:41isn't that nice of them. Let's see a video of
- 30:43the wrong tier, the wrong cell block, Because you guys
- 30:46do such a great job. But it's just a perfect storm, folks.
- 30:49Nothing to see here, No more investigations needed. Bill Barr
- 30:54told you what happened. The state told you what happened.
- 30:56The government told you what happened. Now sit down, shut up,
- 30:59and accept their narrative. If you'd like to contact me,
- 31:03you can do that at Bobby Kapouchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 31:07That's Bo bbu Y c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 31:12You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 31:16c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
- 31:20be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
- 31:25welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. As the
- 31:29nuclear fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein debacle continues to rain
- 31:33down around the DOJ, the FBI, and the country as
- 31:37a whole. We're now learning that metadata shows that the
- 31:41FBI is raw. Jeffrey Epstein prison video wasn't so raw
- 31:45after all, and according to metadata, that video was modified.
- 31:51So why are they modifying the video? That's not what
- 31:53anybody asks for. Nobody asked you to curate the truth.
- 31:57We just want the truth, whatever it is, and if
- 32:00that means powerful people have to fall, then, so be it.
- 32:04I don't think anybody cares about the so called elite
- 32:06at this point, well besides the people that are still
- 32:09on their payroll. But at this point, I have zero
- 32:11confidence in the DJ. Certainly have no confidence in the FBI.
- 32:16But we have to be honest when we're talking about
- 32:18this subject. This is above the head of the DJ
- 32:22or the FBI. If you think the FBI or the
- 32:25DOJ has access to the videos and the information we
- 32:28all want, you're crazy. This information is stashed somewhere in
- 32:34a CIA black vault, in some location not known to
- 32:37anybody but the people involved. You see, I'm not one
- 32:40of these people that thinks that Epstein was being run
- 32:42on the books. I think that Jeffrey Epstein was a
- 32:45black project. I think he was being run off the books.
- 32:48That way, there's no ties leading back to them when
- 32:51it comes to Epstein, and the whole entire idea was
- 32:54to cause a bunch of misinformation and disinformation to hit
- 32:58the scene. That way, when people start talking crazy, they
- 33:01could have their inserted hills come out and say, look
- 33:05look at the kind of nonsense people are talking. This
- 33:07is nothing more than a conspiracy theory, and all these
- 33:10morons out here that talk about crazy stuff when we're
- 33:13talking about Epstein stuff that's not even close to being provable,
- 33:17are part of the problem. Now, look, you can say, hey,
- 33:20I believe this, this, this, or that, but that's not
- 33:23what a lot of these people are doing. Instead, you
- 33:25have people out here talking about crazy shit and saying
- 33:28that it's one hundred percent factually true, and then you
- 33:31have other people believing them because they don't really know
- 33:34what's true or what's not, or what to believe or
- 33:37who to follow. So a lot of times people follow
- 33:39wherever their bias leads them. But like I've told you
- 33:42a million times, if you're following somebody that is covering
- 33:46this story and they've never even bothered to read you
- 33:48a core document or talk about the actual facts of
- 33:51the case, that's somebody that's probably grifting and somebody that
- 33:55probably doesn't even care about real justice. Because the truth
- 33:58is a lot of people have cop this story to
- 34:01fit into whatever kind of weird ass narrative that they're building,
- 34:04And unfortunately, these are the cats that get platformed. They're
- 34:08the ones that get pushed And ask yourself why if
- 34:11they were really over the target. If they were really
- 34:14on point, do you really think they'd be getting that
- 34:16pushed by the algorithm, or do you think the algorithm
- 34:18would be trying to bury everything they're saying. Instead, it
- 34:21promotes it and pushes it forward. So you don't need
- 34:25to be a genius to figure out why. It's all
- 34:28part of the syop, all part of the disinformation campaign
- 34:31that they've been waging now for over six years. Today's
- 34:35article is from Wired, and the headline metadata shows the
- 34:39FBI's raw Jeffrey Epstein prison video was likely modified. Oh
- 34:44no shit, lots of shakhau. This article was authored by
- 34:48Drew Moroda. The United States Department of Justice this week
- 34:53released nearly eleven hours of what it described as full,
- 34:57raw surveillance footage from a camera positioned near Jeffrey Epstein's
- 35:01prison cell the night before he was found dead. The
- 35:04release was intended to address conspiracy theories about Epstein's apparent
- 35:08suicide in federal custody, but instead of putting those suspicions
- 35:12to rest, it may feel of them further. Yeah, no shit,
- 35:16they really stepped in it here, folks. I told you,
- 35:19I told you from the very beginning of this nonsense
- 35:22with the white binders, the idiot influencers, that this was
- 35:26nothing more than an op and now here we are,
- 35:29and unlike a lot of these other clowns out here,
- 35:31I have a catalog with like fifteen thousand episodes. The
- 35:35things that they're talking about now, oh, this is breaking
- 35:38news or that's breaking news we covered like three years
- 35:41ago on the podcast. So all of this stuff is
- 35:44basically a rehash for those of you who have been
- 35:46around for years, and for those of you who have
- 35:49been following the story, and for those of you who haven't.
- 35:52I'm sure it's eye opening because it sounds like this
- 35:55shit is nothing more than a fairy tale, like something
- 35:58out of a movie. But I assure you it's reality,
- 36:02and that reality has destroyed countless lives. Metadata embedded in
- 36:07the video and analyzed by wire and independent video forensic experts,
- 36:12showed that rather than being a direct export from the
- 36:15prison surveillance system, the footage was modified, likely using the
- 36:19professional editing tool Adobe Premiere Pro. The file appears to
- 36:23have been assembled from at least two source clips, saved
- 36:26multiple times, exported, and then uploaded to the DOJ's website,
- 36:30where it was presented as We're aw footage. Why lie?
- 36:34Why not just say this is stitch together video and
- 36:37we put it together from the initial videos that we had.
- 36:41But no, they can't do that, right, Oh, this is
- 36:44the raw video. This is the video that tells us
- 36:47the whole story. Nobody believes you. I didn't believe Bill Barr,
- 36:51and I don't believe you. Okay. At this point, I
- 36:55don't think there's anything that they could do to fix this.
- 36:59The dam is already done and their credibility is absolutely fried,
- 37:04especially these people that were out here talking all this
- 37:06nonsense leading up to the election only to get elected
- 37:09to take power and then drop this doozy on us,
- 37:12Especially when in the same memo you say that there's
- 37:15over a thousand victims. We only had a trial for
- 37:18a couple of those victims that only a few people
- 37:21had their say? What about the other girls? What about
- 37:24the girls with no names? Should we just move on
- 37:26from them too? I mean, I guess it's what they
- 37:29want us to do. Unfortunately for them, there will be
- 37:32no backing down. There will only be moving forward. Experts
- 37:37caution that it's unclear what exactly was changed, and that
- 37:40the metadata does not prove deceptive manipulation, that's not the point.
- 37:44Don't call it raw data. Just say you have a
- 37:46video that you mesh together. Be absolutely transparent. That's the
- 37:50problem here. The big problem is we have no truth,
- 37:54no transparency, and nobody has anyone they can rely on
- 37:57who's in a position of power. Look, if you don't
- 38:00want to take out Epstein's associates, who the fuck do
- 38:03you want to take out? Oh, that's right, people for
- 38:06selling drugs, drug addicts, people who might be engaged in
- 38:10illegal gambling. Forget them, they're going to prison forever. But
- 38:13if you were running around with Jeffrey Epstein, providing them
- 38:15with women, setting it up, facilitating it, enabling it. Yeah,
- 38:20I'm looking at you, Sarah Kellen Vickers. You're gonna have
- 38:24a nice life. Nobody's coming after you. You can go
- 38:27and live in your mansion, in your nice little condo,
- 38:30while these unnamed survivors are left to pick up the pieces.
- 38:33And we're talking about real people. We're not talking about
- 38:36people that are just you know, names on a page,
- 38:38or in this case, no names on a page. But
- 38:41these are real people with people who love them, fathers, mothers, brothers, children,
- 38:45and they deserve justice. They don't deserve to be told
- 38:49to move on, especially when nobody has been held to account.
- 38:53The video may have simply been processed for a public
- 38:55release using available software, with no modifications beyond stitching together
- 39:00the two clips, but the absence of a clear explanation
- 39:03for the processing of the file using professional editing software
- 39:07complicates the Justice Department's narrative. In a case already clouded
- 39:11by suspicion, The ambiguity surrounding how the file was processed
- 39:15is likely to provide fresh fodder for conspiracy theories. Well
- 39:20they did it to themselves again. Now look, I'm not
- 39:22going to sit here and tell you that this video
- 39:24was completely edited. That's well beyond my level of expertise.
- 39:29But I will tell you this. They weren't upfront with us.
- 39:32They weren't transparent. And when you call a video raw,
- 39:35I expect that video to be untouched. Is that too
- 39:38much to ask? You said it was raw, not me.
- 39:41So now that I'm holding you accountable for your own
- 39:43words on the asshole, Sorry, buddy, it's a you problem,
- 39:46not enough problem. You're the ones who said all this shit.
- 39:50You're the ones who said we're going to have this
- 39:52raw video and then provide a video that stitched together.
- 39:56So if you have anyone to blame, once again, it's
- 39:59the deal. They're the ones that are stepping in it
- 40:02every step of the way. Any aspect of the official
- 40:06story that isn't fully explained will be co opted by
- 40:10conspiracy theorists, says Mike Rothschild, an author who writes about
- 40:14conspiracy theories and extremists. So whatever your favorite of Epstein
- 40:18conspiracy is, the video will help bolster it. Oh another expert?
- 40:23Is it all these fucking experts out here that have
- 40:25a lot to say? Now, where have you been for
- 40:27the last six years, mister Mike Rothschild And that name
- 40:30alone is gonna get people fired up. I can already
- 40:33see the emails. All this guy's in the rothschilds he's
- 40:36a Luminati fuck he might be. I don't know. I
- 40:39have no idea, but I will tell you this bro's
- 40:42a bullshitter. Whatever your favorite conspiracy theory is, yeah, like
- 40:46this is a big conspiracy. It's so gross And that's
- 40:50why I get so mad at the misinformation pedlars and
- 40:54the disinformation jerkofs that are out there talking bullshit about
- 40:57the case. People that have no idea what they're talking about.
- 41:00They cause great damage, they have great reach. A lot
- 41:02of people listen to them, and before you know it,
- 41:05everybody has donn In Krueger syndrome and they're running around
- 41:08like they're a fucking expert breaking news. This is not
- 41:11the topic to show up to and act like you're
- 41:13an expert right away. You got to put in the work, homie,
- 41:17start with the core documents and go from there. And
- 41:19if you haven't read all the core documents, and I
- 41:22mean all of them, then you're operating from a place
- 41:24of speculation. You have to have a strong foundation before
- 41:28you even get started, right and then from there, of
- 41:31course you jump down rabbit holes. But there's a lot
- 41:34of people that don't even have a strong foundation of
- 41:36the basics of the case. They don't know the players,
- 41:38they don't know what happened. They don't know about Palm Beach.
- 41:41All they talk about is the island. They don't realize
- 41:43that Epstein was active multiple continents. They have no idea,
- 41:48and a lot of that blame falls on the legacy
- 41:50media and the jerkofs who have decided to try and
- 41:53co opt this story recently, who only want to talk
- 41:56about the salacious bullshit. For months up to the joint
- 42:00memo the DOJ and FBI published Monday, Attorney General Pam
- 42:05Bondi had promised the release of records related to Epstein,
- 42:08raising expectations that new, potentially incriminating details might surface about
- 42:14the disgraced financier's death and his ties to powerful individuals. However,
- 42:19rather than revealing new information, the memo largely confirmed conclusions
- 42:23reach years earlier that Epstein was found in a Manhattan
- 42:27prison cell on August tenth, twenty nineteen, and died by
- 42:30suicide while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Do you
- 42:35really think that's what happened. We just went through the
- 42:37OIG report. What about all the issues that were at
- 42:40the jail at the time that he died. What about
- 42:43all the coincidences? I mean, I guess you can write
- 42:46them off and say, Look, I believe the DOJ. They
- 42:49have never steered me wrong. The government always tells me
- 42:52the truth. And I'm going to go with what Cash
- 42:55and Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi said. And if that's
- 42:58who you are, I'm not here to change your mind.
- 43:02I feel like my job is to open the door
- 43:04and if you decide to walk through that door, then
- 43:06that's on you. If you don't walk through that door, well, hey,
- 43:10good luck, have fun being peddled a bunch of bullshit
- 43:13and not knowing the real story. To support its conclusions,
- 43:16the FBI reviewed surveillance footage overlooking the common area of
- 43:20the special housing unit as a Metropolitan Correctional center where
- 43:24Epstein was held. The FBI enhanced the footage by adjusting contrast, color,
- 43:28and sharpness, and release both the enhanced and what it
- 43:31described as the raw version. Both versions of the video
- 43:35appear to have been processed using Premiere and include much
- 43:38of the same metadata. According to the FBI, anyone entering
- 43:42the area containing Epstein's cell during the relevant timeframe would
- 43:46have been visible on that camera. Yeah, what about Tartaglione
- 43:49during the first attempt and the message I think he
- 43:52passed on to Epstein? You know, people want to speculate
- 43:55about a bunch of crazy stuff, but nobody ever wants
- 43:57to talk about that part of the story. Why was
- 44:00a man who was facing four homicides put in a
- 44:03cell with Jeffrey Epstein. Nobody's been able to answer that
- 44:06for me yet. And who made that decision at the jail.
- 44:09Can we get the paperwork on who signed off on that?
- 44:12I'm guessing we're never going to see that, either, you know,
- 44:15national security or whatever. Working with two independent video forensic experts,
- 44:19Wired examine the twenty one gigabyte files released by the
- 44:23DOJ Using a metadata tool. Reporters analyze both exchangeable image
- 44:29file format and extensible metadata platform data to identify signs
- 44:34of post processing. The raw file shows clear signs of
- 44:38having been processed using an Adobe product, most likely Premiere,
- 44:42based on metadata that specifically references file extensions used by
- 44:47the video editing software. All of this stuff is above
- 44:51my head, so I really don't have much to add
- 44:53when it comes to metadata or video editing. I'm not
- 44:56going to bullshit you and act like I know what
- 44:57I'm talking about. I have no idea. My biggest beef
- 45:01here is, don't tell me something's raw if it's not.
- 45:04I know what raw means, and if you've edited the video,
- 45:06well it's not raw, right. According to experts, Adobe software,
- 45:10including Premiere and Photoshop, leaves traces in exported files, often
- 45:15embedding metadata that logs which assets were used and what
- 45:18actions were taken during editing. In this case, the metadata
- 45:22indicates the file was saved at least four times over
- 45:26a twenty three minute span on May twenty third, twenty
- 45:29twenty five, by a Windows user account called MJ cole one.
- 45:34The metadata does not show whether the footage was modified
- 45:37before each time it was saved. So again, a lot
- 45:40to break down there, and I'll leave that to the experts.
- 45:43My big beef, just to be clear, is that you're
- 45:45telling me it's raw data when it's not. Why another
- 45:49self inflicted wound? Why open this can of worms for
- 45:53people to look at this and say, ah, you know what?
- 45:55Things aren't on the up and up again? The embedded
- 45:57data suggests a video is not continued US unaltered export
- 46:01from a surveillance system, but a con posite assembled from
- 46:05at least two separate m P four files. The metadata
- 46:09includes references to Premiere Project files and two specific source
- 46:13clips twenty twenty five five twenty two twenty one twelve
- 46:18forty eight dot MP four and twenty twenty five five
- 46:22twenty two sixteen thirty five twenty one MP four. These
- 46:26entries appear under a metadata section labeled ingredients, part of
- 46:30Adobe's internal schema for tracking source material used in edited exports.
- 46:36The metadata does not make clear where in the video
- 46:39the two clips were spliced together. Hanni Farreed, a professor
- 46:44at UC Berkeley whose research focuses on digital forensics and misinformation,
- 46:49reviewed the metadata at Wired's request. Freed is recognized expert
- 46:53in the analysis of digital images and detection of manipulated media,
- 46:58including deep fakes. He is testified at numerous court cases
- 47:02involving digital evidence. Freed says that metadata raises the media
- 47:06concerns about chain of custody, the documented handling of digital
- 47:11evidence from collection to presentation in a courtroom. Just like
- 47:15physical evidence, he explains, digital evidence must be handled in
- 47:18a way that preserves its integrity. Metadata, while not always precise,
- 47:24can provide important clues about whether that integrity has been compromised.
- 47:29If a lawyer brought me this file and asked if
- 47:31it was suitable for court, I'd say no, go back
- 47:34to the source. Do it right, Freed says, do a
- 47:37direct export from the original system. No monkey business. Is
- 47:41that too much to ask? Like I'm the asshole for
- 47:44asking them to just do the right thing, or at
- 47:46the very least, don't lie to us, don't tell us
- 47:49that it's a raw video clip when it's obviously not.
- 47:52Freed points to another anomaly, the videos aspect ratio shifts
- 47:56noticeably at several points. Why am I suddenly seeing a
- 47:59different as spec ratio? He asks. Freed cautions that while
- 48:03the metadata clearly shows the video is modified, the changes
- 48:07could be benign, for example, converting footage from a proprietary
- 48:12surveillance format to a standard MP four, while there may
- 48:15be un controversial explanations for the metadata artifacts, such as
- 48:19stitching together multiple days of footage during compilation or the
- 48:24routine export of surveillance footage to an MP four format.
- 48:27The FBI did not respond to specific questions about the
- 48:31files processing, instead referring wired to the DOJ. The DOJ,
- 48:36in turn referred inquiries back to the FBI and the
- 48:39Bureau of Prisons. The GOP did not respond to a
- 48:42request for comment. So not only are they bullshitting us,
- 48:46they're stonewalling us as well. We're not going to get
- 48:50any information here, I'm telling you, folks, now, get ready,
- 48:53nothing's on the way. According to a twenty twenty three
- 48:57report from the DOJ Office of the Inspector General, you
- 49:00know the one I just posted the one we've been
- 49:02talking about, Yeah, that report, MCC. The detention facility where
- 49:06Epstein was found hanged had around one hundred and fifty
- 49:09analog surveillance cameras, but starting on July twenty ninth, twenty nineteen,
- 49:14a technical error prevented roughly half of them from recording,
- 49:18including most inside the sachw Just a glitch, just another coincidence.
- 49:23The guards happened to be sleeping too when this all happened.
- 49:26The system was scheduled for repairs on August ninth, the
- 49:29night before Epstein was found dead, but the technician assigned
- 49:32to fix it couldn't access the necessary equipment because the
- 49:36corrections officer required to escortum was nearing the end of
- 49:39their shift. Can you imagine This is what we have
- 49:43to deal with. This is the excuse he was changing
- 49:46his shift. There's no boss there, where's the lieutenant? Where
- 49:50is his supervisor? As a result, only two cameras were
- 49:54operational near the SACHU at the time MCC staff found
- 49:58Epstein hanging in his cell, one covering the common area
- 50:02and stairwells near the entrance to the adjacent ten South unit,
- 50:05and another monitoring the ninth floor elevator bay, neither captured
- 50:09Epstein's cell door. But yeah, the video tells us the
- 50:12whole story, right, we know exactly what was going on.
- 50:17According to the DOJ's memo, the footage confirms that from
- 50:20the time Epstein was locked in his cell at approximately
- 50:24eight pm on August ninth, twenty nineteen, and between around
- 50:27ten forty pm and six thirty am the next morning,
- 50:31no one entered the tier where his cell was located. However,
- 50:35the recording includes a notable gap. Approximately one minute of
- 50:39footage is missing from eleven fifty eight fifty eight pm
- 50:42to twelve am, and the video resumes immediately afterward. The
- 50:47OIG's report found no evidence of a conspiracy to kill Epstein. Instead,
- 50:52at documented years of chronic staffing failures and system breakdowns
- 50:56at MCC. The facility was temporarily closed in one after
- 51:01the DOJ essentially deemed conditions unfit for incarceration. That is
- 51:06the excuse. After this DOJ report, the OIG report was filed,
- 51:12nothing was changed. Everything's still the same. So the whole
- 51:16entire idea of the OIG report was to get you
- 51:19to think that everything's on the up and up. But
- 51:22when you read that report like we have, you know
- 51:25that that's not the case, that there is so much
- 51:27more going on there. The big problem is we're never
- 51:30going to be able to get the court documents or
- 51:32any of the documents from the GOP to prove it,
- 51:36and that's all part of the cover up. Unfortunately. At
- 51:41a press conference on Tuesday, Bondi attributed the missing minute
- 51:44to a flaw in the surveillance system's daily cycle, claiming
- 51:48that one minute is missing from every night's recording. Given
- 51:51the year as a high profile conspiracy theory surrounding Epstein,
- 51:55any perceived inconsistency in the official narrative is likely to
- 51:58draw intense scrutiny. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones called the DOJ
- 52:03memo sickening. Next the DOJ will say, actually, Jeffrey Epstein
- 52:07never existed, he wrote a post on X. In the
- 52:11world of conspiracy theories, evidence that disproved something happened becomes
- 52:16proof that something happened, says Roth's child. He explains that
- 52:19the case of Epstein's death is a good example of
- 52:22this phenomenon. Every piece of evidence points to him taking
- 52:26his own life, the negligence of the prison staff, the
- 52:28disrepair of the cameras. The coroner's report is turned into
- 52:32evidence that he was killed by powerful figures who weren't
- 52:36competent enough to cover up the crime correctly, or they
- 52:39just let it happen and they knew that the disinformation
- 52:42would take hold when people like mister Rothschild came out
- 52:44here and massage their story. And that's the whole point.
- 52:48Have just enough confusion, just enough disinformation out there to
- 52:52make everybody say to themselves, well, what's true and what's not.
- 52:56But when you really get down to it, I guess
- 52:59if you believe in all those coincidences, fine, But for me,
- 53:02there seems to be a lot more going on here.
- 53:05And until I have all the truth, all the evidence,
- 53:07all the core documents, and I know who signed off
- 53:10on Jeffrey Epstein being in to sell with Nicholas S. TARTAGLIONI,
- 53:13none of your bullshit gas lighting is gonna work. The
- 53:17apparent gaps in the video Rothschild says, will naturally inflame
- 53:20these suspicions. One media forensic expert who reviewed the metadata
- 53:25and agreed with Wired's analysis, but requested anonymity due to
- 53:29privacy concerns and a desire to avoid having their name
- 53:32publicly associated with anything related to the Epstein case. Put
- 53:36it bluntly, it looks suspicious, but not as suspicious as
- 53:39the DOJ refusing to answer basic questions about it. And
- 53:43that's really where I'm at. Why won't they answer basic
- 53:46questions about the story, but instead you act like nothing's wrong,
- 53:50like nothing's going on, and like no one should have
- 53:52any questions. And you know what that does. It makes
- 53:56people ask even more questions. And if they think that
- 53:59we're going on and that we're gonna stop asking questions,
- 54:02but that's not gonna happen. In fact, they've really opened
- 54:06Pandora's box here. And not only that, but when they
- 54:09open Pandora's box, they lost control of the narrative. And
- 54:12now they're a scrambling to try and regain control. But
- 54:16I think at this point they've lost the narrative so
- 54:18completely that they're not gonna be able to do it now.
- 54:21Of course, they're gonna have their disinformation merchants out there
- 54:24spreading all kinds of bullshit, but I think people are
- 54:27hit and I think people are now focused on what's
- 54:30going on, and I don't think a simple case closed
- 54:33is gonna cut it at this point. And guess what,
- 54:36Even if everybody else shuts up and moves on to
- 54:39the next shiny object, We'll still be here raising the
- 54:42flags of discontent every single day because the storms they
- 54:47come and go, the big fish eat the little fish,
- 54:50and I keep on paddling. All of the information that
