- 0:00$431.00 silver. What about over $1500 silver, A
- 0:09key ratio that measures the relationship of this paper money
- 0:14to this real silver is exploding right now, right before our very
- 0:21eyes. And not too long ago, this same
- 0:24measure was at zero and causing a major uproar in the silver
- 0:29community. We're going to talk about in
- 0:31this video what is going on right now with this measurement,
- 0:36why it's happening, why is it exploding, and what we can
- 0:40expect as we head into the coming months, quarters and
- 0:44years. Will the actual silver price
- 0:47catch up with this measurement, $431.00 silver.
- 1:02This is real, guys, and this is happening right now.
- 1:05But first let's talk about what is going on.
- 1:08Here we are at the US debt clock.
- 1:09We're gonna go down to the lower right corner to the dollar to
- 1:12silver ratio, currently sitting at 431 dollars.
- 1:18It wasn't too long ago, just months back when this ratio was
- 1:22at zero, it caused a huge uproar within the precious metals
- 1:28community. I received hundreds of emails
- 1:30from people saying why is this dollar to silver ratio sitting
- 1:35at zero? And since then it has exploded.
- 1:39Let's explain why this is real. This basically compares the
- 1:43number of paper dollars, electronic dollars that are
- 1:47being printed on an annual basis for each one ounce of silver
- 1:53that is being produced. So let me give you a quick
- 1:55visual. Yes, that means that for each
- 1:58one of these that is being produced on an annual basis, 431
- 2:04of these and paper or electronic form are being created.
- 2:09But it gets even a little crazier when we move to the
- 2:12right and look at the dollar to silver ratio on A5 year basis.
- 2:17If we go to the top middle to get a definition, it says the
- 2:20five year average of the yearly increase in the USM two money
- 2:25supply divided by the yearly world production of silver in
- 2:31oz. That means on A1, on A5 year
- 2:34average, the average amount of money that was created per year
- 2:38over the last five years, there's been $1500 created for
- 2:44each one ounce of silver on an annual basis.
- 2:49They're looking over here at the M2 money supply.
- 2:52Let me pull that up for you. There it is on the lower left
- 2:56corner. As you can see, that is
- 2:58increasing and increasing. Again, this is astounding.
- 3:03It really does show us how much money is being printed even
- 3:07right now. And when we look at it over A5
- 3:10year basis, it's even more astounding.
- 3:13Guys, you can't print silver. You can, as our government has
- 3:18proven, print U.S. dollars. Why is this happening and what
- 3:24to expect? Why?
- 3:26Quite simply, we are in the beginning phases of a debt
- 3:30spiral. the US government has to print more money just to deal
- 3:35with the overwhelming amount of debt that we have in our economy
- 3:39right now. And as part of that debt spiral,
- 3:42we're starting to feel the ramifications in the overall
- 3:46economy. The last thing thing that the
- 3:49Fed or the government wants is, God forbid, for the United
- 3:53States to have lower prices, deflation.
- 3:56And the number one way they can fight deflation is by printing
- 4:01more and more money. You and I know that in the end,
- 4:04what that means is the value of the dollar, the real value of
- 4:08the dollar goes down, down, down.
- 4:12And does it make sense to you when you look at these ratios
- 4:16that they can print dollars into Infinity, but you can't print
- 4:21silver? And that's starting to be
- 4:23reflected in these numbers. Remember, it was at 0 not too
- 4:27long ago when the M2 money supply was temporarily going
- 4:32down. And the only other times in
- 4:33history when the M2 money supply went down were periods right
- 4:38before major economic crisis, things like the Great
- 4:42Depression. So what do we have to look
- 4:44forward to as we move into the coming months, quarters and
- 4:48years? Will silver eventually catch up
- 4:52with this ratio, 431 dollar silver?
- 4:56I think there's a very good chance that it could.
- 4:59Look, it's not going to happen most likely overnight, but over
- 5:03a number of years, maybe a decade, eventually the laws of
- 5:08mathematics will catch up with the financial mismanagement that
- 5:12our leaders in Washington have have have have taken against us
- 5:18over the last number of years. And as the dollar continues to
- 5:21go down in real value, the price of silver can go up.
- 5:25Look, there's people out there that are calling for $600.00
- 5:28silver. Why would $431.00 silver be out
- 5:32of the question? And I suspect that this ratio
- 5:36will continue to move higher and higher the deeper into the debt
- 5:41spiral that we get. Look, I could be dead wrong.
- 5:43Don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
- 5:47saying. But if you want to get your
- 5:49hands on some silver, gold or platinum group metals before
- 5:52this potential, I'll emphasize potential.
- 5:55Always stack responsibly. Spike in the metals prices
- 5:59occurs. Do yourself a favor, wrong
