- 0:09Suze: May 14th, 2026, kinda.
- 0:14Suze: The reason I say kinda is because you know, we're
- 0:17Suze: in Japan. We've pre-recorded this.
- 0:19KT: We're actually in Japan.
- 0:21Suze: Where would we be today on the 14th?
- 0:23KT: Today in Japan, Suze is going to a place she's
- 0:28KT: been wanting to see forever. Osaka.
- 0:32Suze: The Castle, yes.
- 0:35KT: And this was actually built by one of the great
- 0:38KT: samurais of all time. And when she saw
- 0:41KT: this in what was the series we watched that we loved?
- 0:43Suze: I don't know, but listen, everybody, I love samurai. I
- 0:48Suze: love the tradition of it. I love everything.
- 0:51KT: She's about to go to what they call the White Castle.
- 0:54KT: It's beautiful.
- 0:55Suze: And here's what's interesting. Fitzy is fascinated as well with samurai.
- 1:01Suze: Fitzy and I are so much alike, I can't even
- 1:03Suze: stand it.
- 1:04KT: You're like brother and sister.
- 1:05Suze: I know, but I'm older than him. Irritates me.
- 1:08KT: He's like the little brother, he's fun. He calls her
- 1:10KT: every day. I think he calls you more than you
- 1:13KT: call him. He like checks in with big sister.
- 1:16Suze: No, I, I FaceTime.
- 1:17KT: They call each other every day, right?
- 1:19Suze: But anyway, welcome everybody to the Women and Money podcast,
- 1:23Suze: as well as everybody smart enough to listen. This is
- 1:26Suze: the Ask KT and Suze Anything edition. As you may know,
- 1:30Suze: we have a new email so that if you want
- 1:33Suze: to send in a question,
- 1:35Suze: that maybe KT will choose and we'll answer it on
- 1:38Suze: the podcast. Send it into what KT?
- 1:41KT: Podcast at ask Suze.com.
- 1:45Suze: Are you sure?
- 1:46KT: Very simple. Just send an email podcast@ ask Suze.com.
- 1:52Suze: Yes, thank you.
- 1:53KT: And KT... put in the subject area KT choose me.
- 1:56KT: That's my first one I'm reading.
- 1:59Suze: But let me just finish this, my love. Please don't
- 2:02Suze: worry if you sent in an email a while ago
- 2:05Suze: because we're kind of behind on emails because there's so
- 2:08Suze: many of them.
- 2:09KT: If you sent it to the original email address, we
- 2:12KT: still get it. That's what she's trying to say.
- 2:14Suze: Yeah, there you go. Sorry. All right.
- 2:17KT: All right, I'm getting a little punchy. I had too
- 2:20KT: much sake. Suze doesn't drink, but I do.
- 2:23Suze: I try. All right, go on, KT.
- 2:25KT: All right, so my first question is from Katrina, and,
- 2:30KT: and she did say, she said, KT choose me. That's
- 2:34KT: what it says in the subject.
- 2:36KT: She said, Dear Suze and lovely KT, of course. I'm 37....
- 2:42Suze: Why does everybody think, no wait, I wanna talk to
- 2:45Suze: you for a second.
- 2:46KT: This is...
- 2:47Suze: Put that down just for a second. I need to
- 2:49Suze: talk to you. Why is it, KT, that everybody says,
- 2:53Suze: Darling KT? KT is so nice. You're so hard on KT.
- 2:58Suze: Don't be so brutal on her. Don't put her down.
- 3:01KT: Well wanna hear my first one, how it ends. Let
- 3:03KT: me read the ending to everyone first. I would really
- 3:06KT: appreciate your wisdom, Suze, and love from KT.
- 3:11Suze: Oh And you want me to answer this person?
- 3:14KT: No, this is a, this is a very interesting, question.
- 3:19Suze: And just in case you wonder. I love KT more
- 3:22Suze: than life itself. We couldn't be more supportive of each other, right, KT?
- 3:26KT: Yes, of course.
- 3:28Suze: Do you ever feel like I put you down?
- 3:30KT: Never. All right, never, never.
- 3:32Suze: It's just how we are with each other.
- 3:33KT: No, she lifts me up, if anything. All right, so
- 3:36KT: this is from Katrina.
- 3:38KT: Dear Suze and lovely KT, of course. I'm 37, I
- 3:42KT: have a baby girl 8 months old, and the only
- 3:45KT: podcast we listen to is yours.
- 3:48Suze: Thank you, Katrina.
- 3:49KT: So Katrina said, I work full time, and she's at
- 3:52KT: the same job that she loves. She's been there for
- 3:56KT: 11 years, loves her job. Her husband was let go
- 4:00KT: along with his entire division about a year and a
- 4:03KT: half years ago.
- 4:05KT: Around the same time they were expecting a baby, so.
- 4:11KT: This is the dilemma. He's an expert in his field.
- 4:14KT: He's a game designer. He's always had a great job, Suze,
- 4:19KT: extraordinary job, and all of a sudden everything has changed
- 4:24KT: since 2025.
- 4:28KT: So, what Katrina writes is money has always meant security
- 4:32KT: to me, and now Suze, I don't feel secure. So
- 4:37KT: she said, I've always lived below my means. My mom
- 4:41KT: and I saw your start on Oprah. This is a
- 4:45KT: true blue Suze loyal listener.
- 4:49KT: And then she, you know goes on to say...
- 4:50Suze: You know what gets me already? It's all I, my mother.
- 4:54Suze: I want to listen to you with my daughter.
- 4:57KT: It gets even more.
- 4:58Suze: I don't hear the we in there at all.
- 5:00KT: OK, ready for this. She writes me. She's 37.
- 5:04KT: She says me, she gives me a whole list, a
- 5:07KT: whole list of her finances, and I have to say
- 5:11KT: I'm impressed, Suze, she has everything in place and a
- 5:16KT: very handsome, uh, Roth 403B. Then she lists spouse, 41
- 5:22KT: years young, he's a little bit older than her.
- 5:26KT: Uh, his list has 4 things on it. That's it.
- 5:29KT: His entry is very small, and then she lists their expenses,
- 5:32KT: but here's the dilemma. I love my husband so much
- 5:37KT: and I see he loves me and our daughter just
- 5:39KT: as much, if not more. All right, this is a...
- 5:43KT: She said we've been together for 6 years. He's never
- 5:46KT: worked this hard. He uses AI to create an app
- 5:50KT: that is now live with great performance numbers and user stats,
- 5:55KT: but ready, but his angel investors are running out of
- 6:00KT: funds next month. He's used his entire emergency fund, sold
- 6:05KT: his stocks, and now she's been selling hers. So here's
- 6:09KT: where she said.
- 6:10KT: I would really like your wisdom, Suze and love from KT.
- 6:15KT: I want the best for my family, in particular my
- 6:19KT: daughter and my health. Katrina has long COVID. She said,
- 6:24KT: I finally gathered my courage to write to you. I'm
- 6:28KT: trying to maintain my warrior mindset while navigating all of this.
- 6:33KT: What am I missing?
- 6:35KT: And then she goes on to say there's some things
- 6:38KT: in life I just can't control. I just want our
- 6:42KT: health to be together, a roof over our heads, food,
- 6:47KT: and the necessities. Thank you for inspiring me since I
- 6:51KT: was a very young girl. So this is, I, I
- 6:55KT: just wanna share with you all, Katrina and her husband
- 6:58KT: are from Silicon Valley.
- 7:00KT: And I fear that this story is one that may
- 7:04KT: be repeated more than we wanna hear. What do you think, Susie?
- 7:09KT: I mean, this is a really sad dilemma in my,
- 7:12KT: in my, you know...
- 7:14Suze: Opinion, yeah, um, here's the thing, Katrina.
- 7:19Suze: When you're doing something that you really, really believe in,
- 7:24Suze: that you really, really think is going to help people,
- 7:29Suze: you have to set a limit as to how much
- 7:32Suze: of your own money you are going to put into it.
- 7:37Suze: How do I know that? Because quite a few years ago,
- 7:42Suze: I really believed in something that I had created, funded
- 7:46Suze: with our own money,
- 7:48Suze: called the approved card, and the approved card was a
- 7:53Suze: prepaid card that actually was to give you a credit score,
- 7:58Suze: and I had this whole idea of how to help
- 8:01Suze: people that didn't have money, and I knew it was
- 8:03Suze: going to help them. I knew it.
- 8:07Suze: $1 million into it, $2 million. I put $4 million
- 8:12Suze: seriously of our money into it, and we were so close,
- 8:17Suze: so close. We just needed a few more people to
- 8:20Suze: adopt it, and we would be on our way, and
- 8:24Suze: I closed it down because that was the limit I set.
- 8:31Suze: Now thank God it was only our money that we
- 8:33Suze: lost and not investors' money because partially I would probably
- 8:38Suze: feel like I would have to pay everybody back.
- 8:42Suze: Now, I tell you that because I believed in this
- 8:46Suze: so much and I know how much it would have
- 8:48Suze: helped the world. What I didn't know is how the
- 8:51Suze: world didn't want it because they were wanting to make
- 8:54Suze: money off of you versus to help you. Just that
- 8:58Suze: simple will go on. You have got to set a
- 9:01Suze: limit with your husband. You have to sit down with him,
- 9:05Suze: go over all the numbers that you presented to KT.
- 9:11Suze: And you have to say, this is where we are.
- 9:15Suze: If this doesn't work, buy this with this much more money,
- 9:20Suze: it's over, sweetheart.
- 9:22Suze: It's just over.
- 9:23KT: She has to be that warrior right now.
- 9:25Suze: You have to, and otherwise what's gonna happen is this
- 9:29Suze: will continue and continue. All of his money will be gone.
- 9:34Suze: All of your money will be gone, and then you're
- 9:36Suze: not gonna feel the same way towards him.
- 9:39Suze: Because you're gonna be angry at yourself that you allowed
- 9:44Suze: all of your money to go down the drain when
- 9:47Suze: you already know that is probably what's going to happen.
- 9:51Suze: So you say that it took a lot for you
- 9:54Suze: to write here. All your courage you had to muster,
- 9:58Suze: and how many times have I said you never ask
- 10:01Suze: a question in most cases like this that you don't
- 10:05Suze: already know the answer to.
- 10:08Suze: So, you sometimes have to just let it go, but really,
- 10:15Suze: you have to put a limit on it, a date
- 10:18Suze: on it, and I think that date is going to
- 10:20Suze: be set, I have to tell you, by his angel investors.
- 10:24Suze: When they stop investing, it is over. So I would
- 10:29Suze: be making a deal with him when their money is gone.
- 10:32Suze: This is over. You're not putting any more of our
- 10:35Suze: money into this. We will figure this out together, but
- 10:39Suze: this is not the answer. Let's hope their money doesn't
- 10:43Suze: run out. Let's hope it all turns out like he
- 10:46Suze: needs it to and he wants it to.
- 10:49Suze: But in case it doesn't, you know what to do.
- 10:52Suze: Next question, KT, Little angel, love, what did she say?
- 10:57Suze: You wanted to give her love...
- 10:58KT: From KT.
- 10:59Suze: I just gave her love.
- 11:01KT: You did. You did.
- 11:03Suze: I know how to give love.
- 11:04KT: All right, this is from Wendy. Hi, KT and Suze.
- 11:08KT: Thank you so much. Does that remind you of something?
- 11:12Suze: No.
- 11:13KT: Hi Suze.
- 11:14KT: Hi Suze. Hi Suze.
- 11:16Suze: Oh Colo.
- 11:16KT: Hi Suze. Colo, our little Colo, our
- 11:19KT: Colo. I miss that Colo. If you're listening because I
- 11:22KT: know you listen to Suze's podcast. I so miss every
- 11:26KT: morning your little, I'm not gonna cry. His little head
- 11:30KT: would stick in the door and he'd go, Hi Suze.
- 11:34Suze: There I'd be in bed still. All right, go on.
- 11:36Suze: I got up at like 4 in the morning. All right,
- 11:39KT: So we say hi Suze. So hi KT and Suze.
- 11:43KT: Thank you so much for all that you do for
- 11:45KT: us with your help. I never feel like I'm alone
- 11:49KT: trying to navigate my financial life. Your advice about finances
- 11:54KT: and life have been a true blessing. So I was
- 11:58KT: going to roll over my 401k from a
- 12:01KT: previous employers into my traditional so that I could consolidate
- 12:06KT: and have more investment options. Also, I'm charged $290 a
- 12:12KT: year for the 401k. While this isn't a lot, you
- 12:16KT: have taught me that it all adds up. My question
- 12:20KT: is regarding...
- 12:22KT: I don't know how to say this. ERISA?
- 12:25Suze: ERISA.
- 12:26KT: E R I S A. I don't know what that
- 12:29KT: means and the extra protection you get from creditors. Do
- 12:33KT: you wanna tell them what it is yet?
- 12:34Suze: I will...
- 12:34KT: All right, ERISA, remember that, everyone. I've been reading about
- 12:38KT: the cons for rolling over, and this one comes up.
- 12:42KT: We have no debt, so I'm not concerned about credit
- 12:45KT: cards or bankruptcy. However,
- 12:47KT: if we're ever in a car accident and we're sued,
- 12:51KT: would a 401k be protected? Is this a reason I
- 12:55KT: should keep my 401k instead of doing a rollover? ERISA,
- 13:01KT: tell us what that means, Suze.
- 13:03Suze: I hope I remember this, KT, right? ERISA stands for
- 13:08Suze: Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
- 13:12Suze: And it was passed in I think 1974 and it
- 13:16Suze: was to protect plans that were held under like a 401k, 403b,
- 13:22Suze: all of those plans. So when you have an employer
- 13:27Suze: sponsored plan, right, you are normally under ERISA. Now listen
- 13:33Suze: to me closely, everybody, when you have money in a
- 13:37Suze: 401k or any plan under ERISA for that matter.
- 13:41Suze: You have unlimited bankruptcy protection. It does not matter if
- 13:47Suze: you have $100 million in one of those plans. If
- 13:53Suze: you claim bankruptcy, they cannot come after it. There is
- 13:58Suze: no limit at all. If, however,
- 14:02Suze: you have money in an IRA, a Roth IRA, all
- 14:06Suze: of those. Your limit all the way, I think it's
- 14:10Suze: through the year 2028, is about $1.7 million. And so
- 14:17Suze: if you have seven different IRA accounts, the total is
- 14:21Suze: $1.7 million for bankruptcy. But let me tell you this,
- 14:26Suze: because this is very important for you to understand,
- 14:30Suze: money that is in a 401k or an ERISA plan
- 14:36Suze: is not only protecting you against bankruptcy, it protects you
- 14:40Suze: against creditors as well.
- 14:44Suze: So in this case if she's in a car accident
- 14:47Suze: they sue her and all her money is in a
- 14:50Suze: 401k she is absolutely protected.
- 14:55KT: Yeah, that's what Wendy asked.
- 14:57Suze: So she is, however.
- 15:01Suze: There are other ways to protect money. You could have
- 15:03Suze: liability insurance and the fact that they're charging her money
- 15:08Suze: to be in the plan and that she wants to
- 15:12Suze: do an IRA rollover. She has no debt. She's very
- 15:16Suze: responsible and she wants to invest that money in individual stocks.
- 15:22Suze: Just to be protecting that money isn't enough reason in
- 15:26Suze: my opinion to keep it in a 401k, believe it
- 15:30Suze: or not. Now doesn't mean that she can't keep some
- 15:34Suze: of it in a 401k for that reason to protect her. However,
- 15:40Suze: I wouldn't be keeping all of it in a 401k.
- 15:44Suze: Now listen.
- 15:45Suze: If you have an inherited IRA, it is not protected
- 15:52Suze: against bankruptcy. If you have money that came from a
- 15:56Suze: 401k and rolled it into an IRA that is protected
- 16:03Suze: in addition to the 1.7 million, all your other money
- 16:08Suze: is protected up to, but it's no longer, once it
- 16:11Suze: goes into an IRA protected against creditors, did that confuse you?
- 16:17KT: How do you remember all these things? I never heard
- 16:21KT: of this ERISA. Interesting.
- 16:24Suze: Well, you wouldn't have because you haven't had for a
- 16:27Suze: long time, KT, you haven't had a 401k or 403b, right?
- 16:33Suze: SEP IRAs and all of those are also protected.
- 16:36Suze: The main protection over an IRA versus an ERISA plan
- 16:43Suze: is unlimited bankruptcy and protection against creditors. Again, in an IRA,
- 16:49Suze: it's 1.7 million, a little bit more than that, against bankruptcy,
- 16:54Suze: no protection against creditors, and inherited IRAs, nothing. All right,
- 16:59Suze: go on.
- 16:59KT: So Suze, just to make this clear for Wendy and
- 17:02KT: for me, yeah.
- 17:04KT: If you have money in an IRA, is it protected
- 17:09KT: from creditors?
- 17:10Suze: So I just said no. So in some states it's
- 17:13Suze: protected against federal bankruptcy up to 1.7 million.
- 17:17Suze: But in some states individual creditors can go after money
- 17:22Suze: in an IRA. They cannot in a 401k. All right, KT, really,
- 17:27Suze: next question.
- 17:28KT: OK, from Alana. Hi KT and Suze, thank you so
- 17:32KT: much for all of your practical advice and generosity and
- 17:36KT: sharing your wisdom. I am 41 years old, a new
- 17:41KT: listener for the last year and a half, but I
- 17:44KT: have been a consistent listener.
- 17:47KT: We are working our way out of over $80,000 in
- 17:52KT: credit card debt, and I have a credit card that
- 17:55KT: is maxed out at $16,000 that I enrolled with a
- 18:00KT: law firm that negotiates a payoff at a lower rate.
- 18:04KT: I set this up and I've been making payments since
- 18:08KT: before I started listening to Suze's podcast and YouTube channel.
- 18:13KT: Since then, I believe I heard you talking about how
- 18:17KT: if you're unable to pay a credit card, you might
- 18:21KT: just wanna wait 5 years and do nothing, and the
- 18:24KT: card will be closed and just forgiven.
- 18:28KT: Can you please correct me if this is not the
- 18:30KT: case and explain the best way to get out from
- 18:34KT: under credit card debt?
- 18:36KT: And then this is so sweet. She said, you've both
- 18:39KT: been a lifeline. Thank you. So Alana listens to you faithfully.
- 18:44Suze: So, Alana, here's, let me just first straighten out something
- 18:48Suze: about this five-year rule. There's something known as the statute
- 18:52Suze: of limitations, that if you have credit card debt on
- 18:56Suze: your credit report that has been charged off.
- 19:00Suze: If a collection agency has not come after you, if
- 19:04Suze: nothing has happened with it, you haven't heard from anybody
- 19:08Suze: within a five-year period of time or whatever the statute
- 19:11Suze: of limitation is for your particular state.
- 19:15Suze: Then it's over. Nobody can come after you any more.
- 19:20Suze: So normally what happens is right before the statute of
- 19:24Suze: limitations is up, that's when you start hearing from creditors
- 19:28Suze: who bought your debt for pennies on the dollar. They
- 19:32Suze: contact you in the hopes that you'll say, Oh, I'll
- 19:36Suze: send in a little money. I'll do this, and if
- 19:37Suze: you do that, the statute of limitations starts all over again.
- 19:43Suze: You should not simply not pay the $80,000 or something
- 19:48Suze: in the hopes that in 5 years or whatever the
- 19:50Suze: statute of limitation is, passes, and then you got away
- 19:53Suze: with it.
- 19:55Suze: It's your debt, you accumulated it, you bought something with it.
- 20:00Suze: If you have the money to pay for it, then
- 20:03Suze: you should be paying for it. The best way to
- 20:07Suze: do it again is if you have a high FICO
- 20:11Suze: score or a good one, then look to get a
- 20:14Suze: balance transfer.
- 20:15Suze: Card, transfer all of that to a 0% balance transfer
- 20:20Suze: for 21 months. Pay it off little by little, or
- 20:24Suze: contact the NFCC.org and they'll work out a payment program
- 20:30Suze: for you. The $16,000 that you're paying off via a lawyer,
- 20:35Suze: I'm afraid they probably stopped paying your debt off altogether,
- 20:42Suze: ruined your FICO score. You're giving them little bits of
- 20:46Suze: money at a time that they're accumulating for you, and
- 20:50Suze: then eventually what they will do is call the credit
- 20:53Suze: card company and say, hey, she owes you 16,000. Will
- 20:57Suze: you settle for 8? And they'll say, OK.
- 21:00Suze: But it hurt your FICO score. So, please find out
- 21:03Suze: from your lawyer exactly how it works. And again, for me,
- 21:09Suze: I would rather see you do a zero interest balance
- 21:12Suze: transfer card or NFCC.org. Next question, KT.
- 21:18KT: This is from Julia. Julia said, Dear Suzi, one of my dear...
- 21:22Suze: Wait, no, KT, just to me?
- 21:24KT: Yeah.
- 21:25Suze: I love you, girlfriend. I might have to answer you personally.
- 21:28Suze: Go on.
- 21:28KT: Well, this is about her friend. It's not even about her.
- 21:31KT: She said, Dear Suze, one of my dear friends finally
- 21:35KT: got granted 100% disability from her military service. Is there
- 21:42KT: a way for her to open a Roth IRA, or
- 21:46KT: does she need at least to have a part-time job
- 21:50KT: to be eligible?
- 21:51Suze: She needs a part-time job to be eligible.
- 21:54Suze: Disability from military that's 100% tax free does not count
- 21:59Suze: as earned income. Next question, KT.
- 22:02KT: Good morning. Quizzy time. This is from Deanna.
- 22:06Suze: Quizzy time for you?
- 22:06Suze: No, for you.
- 22:07Suze: All right.
- 22:08KT: We want to remodel our bathrooms. The total cost for
- 22:11KT: the remodel is about 25,000.
- 22:14KT: So here's the quizzy, how should we pay for this?
- 22:18KT: We have an emergency fund with $15,000 invested in ETFs.
- 22:24KT: We have a Roth with $87,000 also invested in ETFs.
- 22:30KT: She said we're working, we have a house that's paid off,
- 22:33KT: which means we have an extra 4,000 each month to
- 22:37KT: replenish the emergency fund. We've maxed out the Roth contributions
- 22:43KT: this year already. I'll be retiring at the end of October.
- 22:48KT: Ready. Our total retirement savings is $1 million. I think
- 22:54KT: I'll take it from the Roth. So she's asking, Am
- 22:57KT: I making a mistake? What about an Alliant HELOC, Suze?
- 23:02Suze: Oh God, um, here's the thing. I would not be
- 23:06Suze: doing a remodel at all.
- 23:09KT: Why not?
- 23:09Suze: Because she doesn't have the money to do it. Listen
- 23:11Suze: to me closely, KT. She has an extra $4,000 a month.
- 23:16Suze: But she only has $15,000 in an emergency fund. I
- 23:21Suze: don't know what her expenses are, but a $15,000 emergency
- 23:27Suze: fund means that if it was going to be a
- 23:30Suze: 12 month emergency fund, which is what I want her
- 23:33Suze: to have, she'd have expenses of like $1,200 a month, which,
- 23:37Suze: you know, she doesn't. So therefore something is wrong.
- 23:42Suze: She is not to take it from her emergency fund.
- 23:45Suze: She's going to retire in a few months from now, really.
- 23:49Suze: The rest of the money, the 4,000 extra right now,
- 23:52Suze: should go into her emergency fund. So over the next
- 23:57Suze: x amount of months, maybe she'll have about 50,000, some
- 24:02Suze: amount of money in there that makes sense, and it
- 24:06Suze: stays in there in case of an emergency.
- 24:09Suze: So, you're not going to touch your emergency fund, you
- 24:12Suze: are not going to take money from your Roth retirement account,
- 24:15Suze: that is just stupid. If you want,
- 24:18Suze: I would do a HELOC loan from Alliant Credit Union
- 24:23Suze: and if you happen to live in one of the
- 24:25Suze: states that they offer it in, because it really is
- 24:28Suze: one of the best deals out there for a HELOC.
- 24:32Suze: So go to MyAlliant.com and look at the HELOs there
- 24:36Suze: and look at the states that it's allowed. If you qualify.
- 24:41Suze: And that's how you wanna do it, OK. But you're
- 24:44Suze: gonna be paying that off for quite some time, cause
- 24:47Suze: the extra money isn't gonna go to pay that off.
- 24:50Suze: It's gonna go into your emergency fund until you have
- 24:55Suze: at least 12 months of expenses.
- 24:59KT: I was gonna say denied, but the HELOC might be approved.
- 25:03Suze: Might be, but it becomes very difficult. But if she
- 25:06Suze: wants to do that HELOC, she better do it now
- 25:09Suze: before she no longer has a job.
- 25:11Suze: I mean that's what I was kind of telling people
- 25:13Suze: that if you're lucky enough to live in one of
- 25:15Suze: those 28 states, now is the time to get that
- 25:19Suze: home equity line of credit, not really gonna cost you anything.
- 25:23Suze: It's there. It's at a 3.99%, I think, fixed rate,
- 25:27Suze: for 6 months it's a great, great deal, but go
- 25:30Suze: to my Alliant.com and check it out. All right, KT,
- 25:34Suze: I know we're pre-recording this. I know that very shortly
- 25:38Suze: we're gonna be on a plane in 2 or 3
- 25:41Suze: days heading back. Do I have any more surprises after
- 25:45Suze: wherever I see that White Castle today?
- 25:48KT: One more, but I can't tell you.
- 25:50Suze: Why can't you tell me?
- 25:51KT: It's really a great surprise.
- 25:54KT: No, everyone has to wait.
- 25:58Suze: OK. All right, so until Sunday, there's only one thing
- 26:02Suze: that we want you to remember when it comes to
- 26:04Suze: your money, and it is this. Take it away, my love.
- 26:07KT: People first, then money, then things. Now you stay safe.
- 26:12Suze: Bye bye.
