- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Beyond Limits podcast.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Today we are diving into the energy that makes you magnetic, right?
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: How to be irresistible.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Everyone wants to be magnetic, to have people lean in, to want to be around you, to buy from you, to feel you're irresistible, like a moth to a flame.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: So that's what we're diving into today.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: Now, most people misunderstand magnetism.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: They think it's hype, just some sort of loud confidence, but it's not.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Magnetism comes from your nervous system.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: And when you understand that, you stop trying to be magnetic because what people call magnetic, or where they have like a magnetic energy or a magnetic aura, is actually just a regulated nervous system.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: A nervous system with personal power that then radiates.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: And you know who you are, right?
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: When you're in your power and you're solid in it.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: That's what creates that magnetism.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: When you're in your power, you have that charisma, you have that confidence, you look different, you speak different.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: And there is this je ne sais quoi about you.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: So magnetism is when someone's nervous system settles around you.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: When they feel this is solid, this is safe, this is certain, and I can trust this.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: And this is a parasympathetic signaling, right?
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: It sends a signal to their nervous system that this person is solid.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: And when people feel that on a nervous system level, on a subconscious level, they move towards you.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: They want to be around from you, they want to buy from you because people want people that aren't volatile, that aren't up and down and all over the place.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: People enjoy being around people who are regulated.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: So, what will create this stability right in your nervous system?
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: That's just going to make you ooze magnetism.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: And this is what I'm going to call the invisible magnetizer.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Now, your heart and your brain are in constant communication.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Your heart actually sends out more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart, believe it or not.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: And when your nervous system is dysregulated, your heart rhythm becomes erratic.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: And sometimes you can even feel it in your body.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: It's maybe pounding, it's up and down.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: And this ends up sending chaotic signals to the brain.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: However, when your heart rhythm is smooth, it signals to the brain that you're calm.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: And that is where magnetism lives.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: It's actually in this connection between your heart and your brain.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: When someone is in heart-brain coherence, their micro expressions, right, stabilize, their gaze softens, their voice is regulated, their emotional tone is smooth.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: And other nervous systems feel that.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: And this is important because the nervous system always wins.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: This is something I say often.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: And so that will overpower your natural magnetism if your nervous system is dysregulated.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Because the thing is, you are naturally magnetic.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: You just slip into dysregulation, which dulls that signal.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: And you see this with mirror neurons, right?
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Humans are wired from mimicry.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: Mirror neurons fire when we observe someone else's behavior or emotional state.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: So if you're anxious, others will mirror your anxiety and vice versa.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: If you're scanning, other people are going to feel unsettled.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: If you're grounded, they settled, which is why when you're anxiously attached, whether that's even to men or to money, you repel it, right?
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Versus when you're secure, you end up quote unquote magnetizing it.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: But what it really is, is just mirror neurons, right?
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: It's your nervous system.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: It's this biological process, right?
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: The most regulated nervous system in the room often becomes the reference point.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: And that's why people are magnetized to certain people when they walk into the room.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: That's why when they walk into the room, people soften or people are drawn.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: It's not dominance through force, it's power through regulation.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: There's an actual hormone signaling going on.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: And this is important because when you are chronically in sympathetic mode, right?
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: When you are dysregulated, you are cortisol dominant, right?
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: Cortisol is that stress hormone.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: It increases.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: So when cortisol is high, your system is naturally very vigilant because it's trying to look out for stresses, it's trying to look out for danger.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: But scamming deles your magnetism because in that state, oxytocin and serotonin lower.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: And this is important because you can actually see magnetism is really just a neurochemical process.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: When you are regulated, oxytocin and serotonin increase.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: So we have lower cortisol, higher oxytocin, higher serotonin.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: Oxytocin increases trust and happiness in humans.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: Serotonin stabilizes your mood.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: People feel the difference between cortisol energy, right, which is very urgent, very scanning, very pressured, and oxytocin energy, which is very grounded, it's very warm, it's very stable.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: Magnetism is just oxytocin energy.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: It is regulated neurochemistry.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: And this is why some women feel like a force of nature.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: A force of nature does not react to the weather, it creates the weather, right?
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Women with magnetic auras do not contract at rejection, but they also don't soften at objection.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: They don't inflate with praise and they don't fragment at comparison because they're not having that cortisol response.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: They remain balanced.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: And when your nervous system is internally balanced, you don't outsource any safety around you, and then you don't need anything.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: The woman who doesn't need anything to complete her becomes the most magnetic person in the room.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: She becomes irresistible.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: You become so magnetic because, on a biological and neurochemical level, other people's nervous systems are pulled towards you.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: They feel the pull to go there.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: Because also they want to co-regulate with you.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: And this is important because, as humans, you naturally co-regulate around the people you are with.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: That's why if someone's energy is off and they're dysregulated and they're full of cortisol, your system naturally wants to like separate yourself.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: So if you're constantly surrounding yourself with people like that, you're also going to unfortunately regulate down with them in terms of your system will naturally get dysregulated because of our mirror neurons.
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, you can use that to activate your magnetism.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: And our brains, right, are on some level, they are always, always accessing and trying to assess for threat.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: Before you even say your word, your brain is detecting whether you're you're in your power or whether you're not, right?
- 8:22SPEAKER_01: Whether you are in that reaction mode, in that cortisol mode, or whether you are in that oxytocin mode, right?
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: Whether you are more regulated.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: And so if your nervous system is braced, even subtly, other people's amygdala can pick that up.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: There are these signs that they say, oh, I'm seeking approval, like I'm managing the room, I need something, right?
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: That's what you're sending out.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And that neediness does magnetism.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure everyone either listening or watching this can think of someone in their life or that they see of like, oh my God, this person is like screaming neediness.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: It's like they need something, they're seeking approval or they want to be seen.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: Notice how you don't naturally get pulled towards that person.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: So this is why personal power is important when it comes to your magnetism, because it is your personal power that prevents that cortisol spike from happening.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: And if we can prevent that cortisol spike, then we can keep you in your magnetism.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: When you are offering certainty, when you're in your power, the cortisol doesn't rise and instead you remain certain.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: And that certainty feels like gravity.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: It feels like a weight, there's a density to it.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: You are leaned back because you don't need confirmation.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: You're good.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: That's magnetic.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: That's how you become irresistible.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: That level of presence makes other people lean forward.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Versus when your personal power is conditional, your magnetism leaks out because your nervous system is asking, Am I okay?
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: Are they responding?
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: And is this working?
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: And people feel that.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: They feel that it's not coming from wholeness, not consciously, although, like I said, we can probably all think of someone who's radiating that energy, but even unconsciously below the surface, if that's present, people feel it.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: And when they feel that, they feel that you need something from them, they hesitate.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: Magnetism collapses when you don't need the room to regulate you and you don't need the room to confirm who you are.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: So the woman with a magnetic aura, right?
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: And how you're going to cultivate this, what I want you to think about is the energy that makes you magnetic is you don't need the outcome to feel powerful.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: You do not need the outcome to feel powerful.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: If money confirms your power, your power is conditional.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: If silence threatens your power, your power is conditional.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: If comparison drops your power, your power is conditional.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: That conditional power deals the magnetism.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: Versus the woman with a magnetic aura, she's not trying to be chosen.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Her nervousism doesn't spike when other people notice her when she's being seen.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: Her eye contact doesn't break when someone hesitates.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Her identity doesn't waver when someone else wins.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: She's magnetic because it's who she is.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: It's not I am magnetic because of these things, or I am magnetic because of this.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: It's I am, period.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: So let's take this a layer deeper in terms of like the physics behind magnetism.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: When we think about actual magnetism, right?
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: A magnet does not chase, like a physical magnet, positive, negative end does not chase.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: It does not negotiate, it does not perform, but it does have a field, right?
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: It has an electromagnetic field.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: And things are pulled towards it because its field is constant, right?
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: If we think about the negative end of a magnet, it's always the negative end.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: So it's always going to pull in.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: It doesn't drop.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: Your nervous system is your energy, is your frequency.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: But when your power is conditional, i.e., you only feel good when something happens or until something happens, then your magnetism flicks on and off like a light switch.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: Because it's sometimes there and sometimes not.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: It's good when, I don't know, you're feel magnetic when you're ovulating and you feel this way, but you don't in other phases of your cycle.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: You feel magnetic when people are validating you, but you don't otherwise.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: Magnetism is not cultivated from outside validation.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: Magnetism is an internal energy that you cultivate in your body every single day that oozes out of you independently.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: It's you lead that energy.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: And because you are leading that energy, it's like people want to come near.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: It's like, oh, I want to go there.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: I want to go there.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: Because it's self-resourced.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: People don't move towards the most loud or exciting person.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: They move towards the most stable person, right?
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: The person with the most unwavering personal power.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: You don't become magnetic by trying to be, you become magnetic by regulating your nervous system and anchoring a level of personal power that isn't conditional.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: And when your power isn't dependent on response, right, and your conviction doesn't wobble, then that identity locks in.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: Because the identity is no longer tied to, well, I'm magnetic if this happens, or I'm magnetic when this happens.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: You stop chasing and then things start to move towards you.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: Not because you force them, but because your energy stopped fluctuating up and down.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: If you want to become magnetic, and remember you're a DR, but if you want to strengthen that magnetism, your energy has to stop fluctuating.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: So I want you to use this to audit where your magnetism has been fluctuating based on things outside of you and where you need to anchor more of that personal power in your nervous system that will actually make you irresistible to everything.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: Because when you do that and it's no longer dependent and you detach, and I will have an upcoming episode all on how exactly to detach.
- 13:57unknown: Right.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: But you stop looking at the external, you will become magnetic because you are so whole and complete, independent of those things.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: And that is the woman who becomes magnetic.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys for listening to this episode.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: If you enjoyed it, don't forget to leave a review on Spotify or Apple.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: And I will see you guys in the next episode.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: Bye.
