Mega Edition: Epstein Was Supposed To Be In Jail. Instead he Was Still Abusing Victims (7/22/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up everyone, This is a look back episode. Today
0:04
Speaker 1: we're going to talk about an investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
0:08
Speaker 1: and his traveling while he was a sex offender. Now,
0:13
Speaker 1: when you're a registered sex offender, you have to let
0:17
Speaker 1: the registry know that you're going overseas to travel. And
0:21
Speaker 1: as we all know, Jeffrey Epstein, while he was a
0:24
Speaker 1: registered sex offender was still jet setting all over the world.
0:29
Speaker 1: So there was a secondary investigation opened up into Jeffrey
0:32
Speaker 1: Epstein and his behavior while he was a convicted sex
0:37
Speaker 1: offender and under the I don't know auspices of the
0:41
Speaker 1: US Marshall Service. And according to a witness, a traffic
0:47
Speaker 1: control person, Jeffrey Epstein was still gallivanting with girls as
0:52
Speaker 1: young as eleven and twelve. So let's jump into this
0:55
Speaker 1: article from The Guardian and let's get an idea of
0:59
Speaker 1: what is going on here. Headline US investigated whether Epstein
1:04
Speaker 1: traveled with underage girls in twenty and eighteen. In a
1:09
Speaker 1: previously undisclosed inquiry, air traffic controller told Marshalls she saw
1:13
Speaker 1: the financier pedophile with girls who appeared to be pre teens.
1:18
Speaker 1: And now this fits with what we heard about in
1:20
Speaker 1: Santa Fe as well. Right, we heard down in Santa
1:23
Speaker 1: Fe that Epstein and Maxwell would show up at the
1:25
Speaker 1: airport with a bunch of girls and they'd ferry him
1:28
Speaker 1: off either a helicopter or in the fleet of Yukon's
1:33
Speaker 1: and Escalades and other SUVs that would come from Zoro.
1:37
Speaker 1: So this is right in line with everything we know
1:39
Speaker 1: about Jeffrey Epstein, and we all know that he was
1:42
Speaker 1: still active during the time he was supposedly arrested. So
1:46
Speaker 1: what you think he just stopped? How many times do
1:48
Speaker 1: we have to discuss this? Guys like Epstein do not
1:50
Speaker 1: just stop a previously undisclosed federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein,
1:56
Speaker 1: including an examination of whether he was traveled with underage
2:01
Speaker 1: girls as recently as last year newly released document show So, look,
2:06
Speaker 1: there was a lot of stuff going on behind the
2:08
Speaker 1: scenes when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. But the problem
2:11
Speaker 1: is it never went anywhere, right. How many of these
2:14
Speaker 1: investigations just died on the vine. And while these investigations
2:19
Speaker 1: were dying on the vine, Jeffrey Epstein was continuing to rape,
2:23
Speaker 1: he was continuing to launder money, and he was continuing
2:27
Speaker 1: to do what he has always done. US Marshall Service
2:32
Speaker 1: investigators spoke in July with an air traffic controller who
2:36
Speaker 1: said she saw Epstein get off his private jet at
2:39
Speaker 1: an airport near his US Virgin Island's retreat with two
2:43
Speaker 1: girls who appeared to be eleven or twelve, according to
2:46
Speaker 1: the documents. Now, the question is, why would Jeffrey Epstein
2:50
Speaker 1: be traveling with two young girls out are eleven and twelve.
2:55
Speaker 1: There's no good reason for that. This dude is not
2:59
Speaker 1: a man who should be around any children or teenagers,
3:02
Speaker 1: hell around anyone. Yet he's traveling with girls who are
3:07
Speaker 1: eleven and twelve, and we don't want more answers. The
3:10
Speaker 1: Marshal Service isn't digging hard to find out who these
3:13
Speaker 1: girls are, who are their parents, where did they come from,
3:15
Speaker 1: what's their story? What happened to them? You see, these
3:19
Speaker 1: are the things that are never answered when it comes
3:21
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. The air traffic controller said she saw
3:28
Speaker 1: Epstein another time with a girl who looked to be sixteen,
3:31
Speaker 1: seventeen or eighteen years old according to the reports. She
3:35
Speaker 1: said both instances happened between June and November of twenty
3:39
Speaker 1: and eighteen, so this is right before the doors got
3:42
Speaker 1: blown off of the Epstein story the second time, and
3:47
Speaker 1: he was still running around in a brazen fashion with
3:50
Speaker 1: all of his hubris, shoving it in everybody's face. Not
3:54
Speaker 1: only did I get away with this is what he's saying,
3:57
Speaker 1: I am going to continue to do it, and there's
3:59
Speaker 1: not a damn thing any of you can do to
4:01
Speaker 1: stop me because I have all of this compromand on
4:04
Speaker 1: all of you as well. That was his thinking, right,
4:07
Speaker 1: that was his psyche, and so he was very brazen
4:12
Speaker 1: with his behavior. He continued on this path of molestation
4:16
Speaker 1: and abuse even after being arrested the first time. The
4:21
Speaker 1: Marshall Service interviewed the air Traffic Controller on July tenth,
4:25
Speaker 1: four days after Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges, as
4:29
Speaker 1: part of a parallel investigation into whether he violated his
4:32
Speaker 1: status as a registered sex offender by not disclosing certain
4:36
Speaker 1: overseas travel. So look, we all know he wasn't disclosing anything,
4:41
Speaker 1: and we all know that the Marshall Service really doesn't
4:43
Speaker 1: care about these rich people. They could do whatever they want.
4:46
Speaker 1: If it was a regular person, you know, you were
4:48
Speaker 1: I or your friend, big difference, they'd be in prison,
4:51
Speaker 1: maybe down on Guantanamo or sent to some CIA black
4:55
Speaker 1: site in insert country here. All right, maybe that wouldn't happen,
4:58
Speaker 1: but you get my drift. When somebody has these kinds
5:02
Speaker 1: of charges against them an average person, all precautions are taken.
5:08
Speaker 1: They go off of the thought that you are as
5:11
Speaker 1: guilty as shit and you're a monster, right, and they should.
5:15
Speaker 1: But not with Epstein. He was able to gallivant around,
5:19
Speaker 1: fly around, go wherever he wants, you know, just live
5:22
Speaker 1: his life as normal. Records related to that investigation were
5:31
Speaker 1: made public this week by the Marshall Service as a
5:35
Speaker 1: result of a Freedom of Information Act request filed by
5:38
Speaker 1: muck Rock News, an online repository for public records. And
5:43
Speaker 1: it's crazy that people have to use Freedom of Information
5:46
Speaker 1: Act so often in this country. You would think that
5:49
Speaker 1: the government who is out here talking about all of
5:52
Speaker 1: these other authoritarian regimes and this one has to go
5:55
Speaker 1: and that one has to go. Yet our own government
5:58
Speaker 1: is so secretive and hiding so many things from us. Now.
6:03
Speaker 1: I get it when it's something that has to do
6:05
Speaker 1: with national security, right, but why does somebody have to
6:08
Speaker 1: get a Freedom of Information Act pulled to find out
6:11
Speaker 1: if there's an investigation into Epstein. That has nothing to
6:14
Speaker 1: do with national security, or does it. Epstein's lawyers did
6:21
Speaker 1: not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. Epstein, sixty six,
6:27
Speaker 1: was found dead on August tenth in his cell out
6:30
Speaker 1: of federal jail in Manhattan after a July arrest on
6:33
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. Epstein was required to register as a
6:38
Speaker 1: sex offender because he had pleaded guilty years ago to
6:41
Speaker 1: state charges of soliciting of a minor for prostitution under
6:46
Speaker 1: a plea deal that at the time was thought to
6:48
Speaker 1: have ended a broader investigation into more serious charges involving
6:53
Speaker 1: numerous underage girls in the early two thousands. Well, that's
6:57
Speaker 1: what they hoped, right. They hope that that deal, the
7:00
Speaker 1: non prosecution agreement that all of these clowns were protected by.
7:04
Speaker 1: They hoped that that would protect them forever. What they
7:08
Speaker 1: didn't bank on was that a new investigation would be
7:10
Speaker 1: opened up in a different jurisdiction. You see, they didn't
7:14
Speaker 1: go after Maxwell for the crimes that she was allegedly
7:19
Speaker 1: protected against as far as the n dieges, I mean,
7:21
Speaker 1: the NPA goes. But they had new charges, right, They
7:25
Speaker 1: had different witnesses, different girls. And the crazy part is
7:28
Speaker 1: they probably could have found ten, fifteen, twenty more. That's
7:33
Speaker 1: how prolific Epstein and Maxwell were. That's how many girls
7:37
Speaker 1: were molested by these sick, fucking people. And yet Epstein
7:42
Speaker 1: was able to go on with his business for how long,
7:44
Speaker 1: even after being clipped, even after getting arrested, even after
7:48
Speaker 1: being a sex offender, he was still allowed to fly
7:52
Speaker 1: around the world, go to different countries. And who knows
7:55
Speaker 1: what he was doing in these other countries. Folks. We
7:57
Speaker 1: all know, when you're a depraved lunatic like Jeffrey Epstein
8:01
Speaker 1: and you have a bank roll like he does, the
8:04
Speaker 1: sky's the limit for your depravity. And we know that
8:08
Speaker 1: when he was in other countries, he most certainly was
8:10
Speaker 1: being a depraved, disgusting lunatic. According to the documents, federal
8:17
Speaker 1: prosecutors in New York asked the Marshall Service in January
8:21
Speaker 1: to investigate Epstein's overseas travel, a window into how long
8:25
Speaker 1: federal authorities were looking at Epstein before his arrest. Well,
8:30
Speaker 1: that's all fine and well, but let's not act like
8:32
Speaker 1: they were about to arrest him or anything. That's certainly
8:34
Speaker 1: not the case if it wasn't for them being completely
8:37
Speaker 1: embarrassed by a the survivors taking their story and their
8:43
Speaker 1: issue to social media, and then be Julie Brown amplifying it.
8:50
Speaker 1: Epstein would have never, ever, ever, ever been arrested a
8:54
Speaker 1: second time. So to act like the American government or
8:58
Speaker 1: the FEDS were hard at work trying to track down
9:01
Speaker 1: leads is ridiculous. All the leads are there for them,
9:05
Speaker 1: all the evidence is there for them. They've just chose,
9:07
Speaker 1: They've chose not to take action for this long, and
9:12
Speaker 1: they chose to let Jeffrey Epstein continue to do what
9:15
Speaker 1: he did. Under a twenty sixteen federal law known as
9:23
Speaker 1: International Megan's Law, registered sex offenders are required to report
9:27
Speaker 1: planned international travel to the authorities at least twenty one
9:31
Speaker 1: days before they are to leave the US. Did you
9:35
Speaker 1: think you think Jeffrey Epstein followed those rules, mister? The
9:39
Speaker 1: rules aren't made for me. Of course, he didn't. Did
9:43
Speaker 1: what he wanted, when he wanted, how he wanted. Epstein
9:48
Speaker 1: informed authorities in the Virgin Islands of a March trip
9:51
Speaker 1: to Paris just four days before departing. According to the
9:54
Speaker 1: Marshall Service records, what was he doing in Paris? Where
9:57
Speaker 1: was Jean Luke brunel at at this point, was Epstein
10:01
Speaker 1: abusing people there? Again? Every single place he went, an
10:05
Speaker 1: investigation should open up. Epstein didn't list any other destinations
10:14
Speaker 1: on his disclosure form, but a public flight tracking website
10:18
Speaker 1: located his plane in Vienna, Austria, on March twenty second,
10:22
Speaker 1: and on Monaco on March twenty seventh. Look what was
10:26
Speaker 1: he doing over there? Just over there to hang out
10:29
Speaker 1: over there for a good time? Who was he with,
10:31
Speaker 1: who went with them? And how many girls were abused?
10:33
Speaker 1: Because I'm of the opinion everywhere this guy went so
10:36
Speaker 1: on was abused. Investigators sought information from France, Monaco, Austria,
10:44
Speaker 1: and Morocco, got flight plan records from the Federal Aviation
10:48
Speaker 1: Administration showing Epstein's travel to numerous countries, and drafted a
10:53
Speaker 1: search warrant for phone number for a phone number Epstein
10:56
Speaker 1: listed as a point of contact whenever he traveled internationally.
10:59
Speaker 1: The record show they also met at a diner in
11:03
Speaker 1: Florida with a Miami Herald reporter whose stories last year
11:07
Speaker 1: spurred the criminal investigation that led to Epstein's arrest, walking
11:11
Speaker 1: away from the sit down with the air traffic controller's
11:14
Speaker 1: phone number and other leads. According to the documents. How
11:18
Speaker 1: pathetic is that? So in this article, the FBI is
11:22
Speaker 1: telling you that they weren't doing real work. They weren't
11:24
Speaker 1: really investigating this, and until Julie Brown's story blew up,
11:28
Speaker 1: they had no desire to pursue it. That's what the
11:31
Speaker 1: FBI thinks about us. That's what the FBI thinks about
11:34
Speaker 1: the most vulnerable. Ah. So what it's over and done with.
11:37
Speaker 1: We arrested him one time, but yet he's left to
11:41
Speaker 1: do whatever he wants for as long as he wants.
11:47
Speaker 1: It will be investigated further, they wrote. In August, oh
11:50
Speaker 1: about time, two days after Epstein's suicide, allegedly, investigators met
11:54
Speaker 1: with federal prosecutors in the Virgin Islands and agreed to
11:58
Speaker 1: drop the Megan's Law investmentstigation. The search warrant and requests
12:02
Speaker 1: for international assistance were canceled. A judge formally ended the
12:06
Speaker 1: criminal case against Epstein on August twenty ninth, two days
12:10
Speaker 1: after an extraordinary hearing in which sixteen women spoke about
12:14
Speaker 1: his abuse. Sixteen women, and that's just a drop in
12:18
Speaker 1: the bucket. Unfortunately, you know how many women were abused
12:21
Speaker 1: by this sick dude? How many women? And we're not
12:24
Speaker 1: talking about five or six. We're not talking about seven
12:27
Speaker 1: or eight, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds. Epstein was making
12:33
Speaker 1: preparations for his own death in the days before he
12:36
Speaker 1: killed himself, allegedly including signing a will two days before
12:40
Speaker 1: his death an amending a trust he'd established in January
12:44
Speaker 1: that held many of his assets, according to court records
12:47
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands, where Epstein had a home. A
12:51
Speaker 1: state lawyers and other experts have told the Associated Press
12:54
Speaker 1: that the trust could make it more difficult for Epstein's
12:58
Speaker 1: survivors to try to collect damages from him. Well, that
13:02
Speaker 1: was certainly the goal, right, He wanted to make it
13:04
Speaker 1: out so nobody got any dough from him. But that's
13:07
Speaker 1: not the case. We all know the story. We all
13:10
Speaker 1: know that the compensation fund kicked in, and we all
13:12
Speaker 1: know that these girls got paid out. While I don't
13:16
Speaker 1: think they got paid out enough, his plan to try
13:19
Speaker 1: and hide his money didn't work out. So well. Well, folks,
13:23
Speaker 1: there you have it. Another look back episode, more pieces
13:28
Speaker 1: on the puzzle board, and more questions. You would think
13:32
Speaker 1: that at this point we'd be getting some answers, but
13:34
Speaker 1: it seems all we get are more questions. All right, everybody.
13:39
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that

Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at bo bbuy underscore cap u Cci.
13:57
Speaker 1: The link that goes along with this episode can be
13:59
Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, everybody, I'm buddy
14:03
Speaker 1: and welcome to the program. So it looks like there
14:07
Speaker 1: has been another lawsuit filed against Jeffrey Epstein and is
14:12
Speaker 1: a estate. According to this lawsuit, it was two girls,
14:18
Speaker 1: one eleven and one thirteen. Shouldn't come as a shock
14:23
Speaker 1: to anybody. We're going to continue to hear about girls
14:25
Speaker 1: who are abused by Jeffrey Epstein time and time again.
14:29
Speaker 1: Keep as we keep moving into the future. This is
14:32
Speaker 1: what I've talked about, the unnamed girls, the girls we
14:35
Speaker 1: don't know about, the girls we've never heard of, the
14:37
Speaker 1: girls we've never seen. How many of them are out there?
14:41
Speaker 1: If one hundred and twenty five girls got cash payouts
14:46
Speaker 1: from the Survivor's Fund, can you imagine how many out
14:50
Speaker 1: there there really are. Ones that might not have even
14:55
Speaker 1: known about the fund, ones that are from were torn broken,
14:59
Speaker 1: down on countries, and every time we hear of new
15:04
Speaker 1: lawsuits like this that come out, it just goes to
15:09
Speaker 1: the point that there is so much more out there
15:12
Speaker 1: that we still do not know about Jeffrey Epstein's crimes
15:15
Speaker 1: and the people he abused, so vast folks. The size
15:23
Speaker 1: of this is it's almost impossible to explain the size
15:27
Speaker 1: and scope of all of this. But as we keep
15:32
Speaker 1: moving forward, we're going to keep getting reports like this,
15:34
Speaker 1: We're going to keep getting lawsuits filed, and it's going
15:37
Speaker 1: to be sadder and sadder as the information comes out.
15:47
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from the Toronto Sun and
15:50
Speaker 1: author Brad Hunter, and let's see what's up headline Jeffrey
15:56
Speaker 1: Epstein's sexually Abused Girls eleven and thirteen. The twisted world
16:02
Speaker 1: of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein just got sicker. And you know,
16:07
Speaker 1: whenever you hear that, you gotta perk up a bit.
16:10
Speaker 1: How could it possibly get any sicker? Right, you say
16:12
Speaker 1: to yourself, I know, I feel like taking a bleach
16:15
Speaker 1: bath after every article. I feel like drowning myself in
16:19
Speaker 1: bleach when I read these articles about this fucking guy
16:22
Speaker 1: and the things that he did and the people that
16:24
Speaker 1: he heard. The estate of the Hedge Fund head case
16:31
Speaker 1: has been hit with three more lawsuits from women claiming
16:34
Speaker 1: Epstein sexually abuse them. And now remember this is the
16:37
Speaker 1: actual estate that's getting clipped with these, so it's not
16:41
Speaker 1: part of the fund. These are actual lawsuits, standalone lawsuits
16:46
Speaker 1: that these girls are filing against the estate looking for redress. Right,
16:52
Speaker 1: they didn't feel like the compensation fund was right for them,
16:57
Speaker 1: so they chose not to opt in, and instead they're
17:00
Speaker 1: going after the estate. Now the Survivor's Fund, like I said,
17:05
Speaker 1: is I think it was a great idea and one
17:07
Speaker 1: hundred and twenty five million dollars is really nothing to
17:09
Speaker 1: sneeze at. But that said, Jeffrey Epstein gave more money
17:13
Speaker 1: to Leon Black for advice. I'm using air quotes here
17:17
Speaker 1: than they paid out in survivors restitution. See that doesn't
17:22
Speaker 1: sit well with me, and I don't understand or like
17:26
Speaker 1: that at all. Every single dollar of this estate should
17:31
Speaker 1: have been dispersed to these survivors. Epstein killed himself in August,
17:39
Speaker 1: allegedly twenty nineteen, while a waiting trial on a slew
17:42
Speaker 1: of sex trafficking charges. Today, his fifty nine year old
17:47
Speaker 1: former muse, co conspirator, general, all around scusbag, fellow child abuser,
17:51
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent. Glenn Maxwell is caged in Brooklyn while
17:55
Speaker 1: she waits for her in a November sex trafficking trial.
17:59
Speaker 1: So oh, it's it's definitely interesting to think about, right,
18:08
Speaker 1: how many more of these kind of lawsuits we're going
18:10
Speaker 1: to see? You know, you got Gallan Maxwell rodding away
18:14
Speaker 1: in this jail cell. Her trial's on its way. Things
18:18
Speaker 1: aren't looking good for her. You have the unraveling of
18:21
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew occurred, now you have these other lawsuits coming down.
18:25
Speaker 1: And like I said, how many times did I tell
18:27
Speaker 1: you guys, it's like a damn that breaks. Right first,
18:30
Speaker 1: you have a little hole, a crack, a little bit
18:32
Speaker 1: of water's coming through, and then before you know it,
18:35
Speaker 1: bust city and the dam's gone and we're overflown with
18:39
Speaker 1: water in our case information. And that's what's happening, folks.
18:43
Speaker 1: And the closer we get to glean Maxwell's trial, the
18:46
Speaker 1: more it's going to occur. Now more lawsuits have bombarded
18:54
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate, believed to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
18:58
Speaker 1: According to Patch, The plaintiffs in the three separate lawsuits
19:01
Speaker 1: identified New York Supreme Court papers as Jane Doe thirteen,
19:06
Speaker 1: Jane Doe fifteen, and Jane Doe eighteen say they were
19:11
Speaker 1: assaulted by Epstein at the ages of eleven, thirty two,
19:15
Speaker 1: and thirteen. Record show Dough thirteen was just eleven, I mean,
19:24
Speaker 1: so it's hard to even talk about that eleven and
19:29
Speaker 1: thirteen years old. Dude, really, you sick fuck. And honestly,
19:38
Speaker 1: the way he died wasn't brutal enough for me. He's
19:42
Speaker 1: exactly where he deserves to be in hell. And if
19:45
Speaker 1: it wasn't for justice not being served, I wouldn't believe me.
19:49
Speaker 1: I wouldn't miss one single wink of sleep over this
19:52
Speaker 1: scumbag dying. And I don't say that lightly because I
19:56
Speaker 1: don't wish death on anybody really, man, that's you know,
20:00
Speaker 1: it's not up well some kind of I'm not really
20:03
Speaker 1: a resentment kind of guy, right, I don't try and
20:06
Speaker 1: do that kind of thing. But people like this, there's
20:09
Speaker 1: no place for them around normal folk, no place no
20:12
Speaker 1: place for them around our children. So I'm glad he died.
20:16
Speaker 1: The only thing that sucks, obviously is the justice, right,
20:19
Speaker 1: so I wish he would have been able to stand trial.
20:22
Speaker 1: I wish he would have never died in that jail cell,
20:26
Speaker 1: and I wish that he would have had a life
20:29
Speaker 1: full of sitting in a penitentiary. But that said, certainly
20:34
Speaker 1: not sad that this scumbag is not stealing our air
20:37
Speaker 1: anymore or hurting our children. Her suit claims at Epstein
20:44
Speaker 1: sexually assaulted her multiple times at South Carolina's Hilton had
20:47
Speaker 1: Island in nineteen ninety three. Dough fifteen said Epstein raped
20:52
Speaker 1: her in his beachfront Palm Beach mansion in two thousand
20:55
Speaker 1: and four when she was thirty two, while Doe ten
21:00
Speaker 1: said Epstein, excuse me. Dough eight said Epstein abused her
21:04
Speaker 1: in Palm Springs, California, in two thousand and three when
21:08
Speaker 1: she was thirteen years old. So again, another state, more
21:12
Speaker 1: abuse allegations. Pretty sure that when all is said and done,
21:15
Speaker 1: there's gonna be allegations of him abusing people in every
21:18
Speaker 1: single state in the Union. It's disgusting to think about, really,
21:26
Speaker 1: really really disheartening. Epstein's predatory, sexual, and unlawful acts against
21:34
Speaker 1: plaintiff amounted to a series of harmful and offensive contacts
21:39
Speaker 1: to Plaintiff's person. The thirteen year old dough Suit said,
21:43
Speaker 1: all of which were done intentionally by him to her
21:46
Speaker 1: without her consent. Oh yeah, she's a child, she couldn't consent. Okay,
21:51
Speaker 1: this sick, disgusting man. Dozens of women have accused Epstein
21:56
Speaker 1: and in some cases, Maxwell, of sex trafficking them to
21:59
Speaker 1: wealthy pals of the financier. Pedophile. Maxwell is alleged to
22:03
Speaker 1: have helped groom Epstein's underage survivors. Meanwhile, billionaire philanthropist Bill
22:09
Speaker 1: Gates has called meeting Epstein a huge mistake. Talk about
22:12
Speaker 1: an understatement, a huge mistake. And furthermore, it's not that
22:16
Speaker 1: he met Epstein that's a huge mistake. It's the fact
22:18
Speaker 1: that he was called out on it that's the huge mistake.
22:24
Speaker 1: The Microsoft founder told CNN that he was trying to
22:27
Speaker 1: get Epstein to cough up some cash for philanthropy. Epstein
22:31
Speaker 1: wasn't known to support charitable causes out of the kindness
22:34
Speaker 1: of his heart. Gates regrets ever meeting with Epstein and
22:38
Speaker 1: recognizes it was an error in judgment to do so.
22:41
Speaker 1: The New York Times quoted a spokesperson for Gates is saying, well,
22:45
Speaker 1: we've talked about sick ass Bill gates ad nauseum. Here
22:49
Speaker 1: guy's a sick prick, guy's a liar, and another one
22:52
Speaker 1: I don't trust as far as I can throw, another
22:55
Speaker 1: one of these arbiters of the truth, another one of
22:58
Speaker 1: these silly con Valley so called masters of the universe.
23:05
Speaker 1: I don't want anything to do with any of these people.
23:07
Speaker 1: I don't want them in control of any part of
23:09
Speaker 1: my life. And they could all take their censorship and
23:13
Speaker 1: shove it right up their asses. As far as Jeffrey
23:18
Speaker 1: Epstein and these new allegations, I hope you're rotting in hell,
23:22
Speaker 1: my friend. And I hope that these ladies who were
23:27
Speaker 1: abused by Epstein, who had their lives room by Epstein,
23:32
Speaker 1: take the estate to the cleaners for every last goddang
23:37
Speaker 1: scent that it has, because not one single dollar of
23:42
Speaker 1: this man's fortune should go anywhere besides into the bank
23:47
Speaker 1: account of those he abused. If you'd like to contact me,
23:52
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.

24:14
Speaker 1: All right, what's up, everyone, and welcome back to the
24:17
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. While Jeffrey Epstein was allegedly in jail, he
24:24
Speaker 1: was still preying on women. And we know this because
24:27
Speaker 1: we've heard it in court documents, we've heard it alleged
24:32
Speaker 1: in lawsuits, and in fact, the estate admitted to it.
24:36
Speaker 1: So we know that Epstein was up to all this
24:38
Speaker 1: disgusting bullshit even after he was arrested. So the question,
24:43
Speaker 1: once again is how is it that the federal authorities
24:46
Speaker 1: and the local authorities could fail so miserably and then
24:50
Speaker 1: run around and act like they didn't fail, because that's
24:54
Speaker 1: certainly what they did. They'll tell you that they did
24:58
Speaker 1: everything under the sun to make sure that Jeffrey Epstein
25:01
Speaker 1: paid restitution and that he was a sex offender. Meanwhile,
25:05
Speaker 1: he was able to travel all over the place, didn't
25:08
Speaker 1: have to check in, got caught breaking his probationary rules,
25:13
Speaker 1: nothing happened to him. It's just been a big, gigantic
25:17
Speaker 1: joke since day one, and it continues to be a
25:20
Speaker 1: big joke. What happened down here and what happened in general,
25:26
Speaker 1: as far as no investigations in all of the places
25:30
Speaker 1: this dude was active. It can never happen again. And
25:34
Speaker 1: that's why I'm so adamant about airing this shit out
25:37
Speaker 1: and exposing it for what it is, or else what
25:40
Speaker 1: We're just supposed to sit back and wait for the
25:42
Speaker 1: next one to happen, for the next group of sick
25:44
Speaker 1: fucks to come through and start molesting children. Yo, I've
25:49
Speaker 1: had my fill of that shit, folks. There's a lot
25:52
Speaker 1: of things I'm willing to look away from. There's a
25:54
Speaker 1: lot of things I'm willing to just shrug my shoulders
25:56
Speaker 1: at this sort of shit. It's not one of those
25:59
Speaker 1: things when you're hurting children, you're hurting the underprivileged, you're
26:05
Speaker 1: hurting women. I mean, really, we're just gonna sit back
26:09
Speaker 1: and shrug our shoulders about that. We all expect these
26:13
Speaker 1: people to steal from us, We all expect these people
26:16
Speaker 1: to make our lives more difficult with their bullshit laws.
26:19
Speaker 1: But this, I'll tell you what, This is a bridge
26:22
Speaker 1: too far for me. And I'll continue to talk about
26:25
Speaker 1: this and continue to try and hammer this message home
26:29
Speaker 1: until there's some accountability for all of the people who
26:32
Speaker 1: are involved here. Today's article is from NBC News Headline
26:39
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein prayed on women during jail sentence, forced survivor
26:44
Speaker 1: to marry women. Lawsuits allege. Three lawsuits allege a complex
26:49
Speaker 1: web of companies employing disciples who saw to it that
26:52
Speaker 1: Epstein's sexual desires were met. Now we know who they are.
26:56
Speaker 1: I call them the Core four. That's what I dubbed
26:59
Speaker 1: them a very long time. And those were all of
27:01
Speaker 1: the women who were working underneath Jeffrey Epstein to facilitate
27:05
Speaker 1: all of his bs. Today's article is authored by Alex
27:12
Speaker 1: Johnson and it was first published on August twentieth of
27:16
Speaker 1: two thousand and nineteen. Jeffrey Epstein employed an army of
27:21
Speaker 1: disciples through a complex network of companies for many years
27:25
Speaker 1: to recruit girls and young women to have sex with them,
27:28
Speaker 1: according to allegations in three lawsuits filed on Tuesday. And
27:34
Speaker 1: you notice here, folks, how we always hear about these disciples.
27:37
Speaker 1: We always hear about co conspirators. And during the whole
27:40
Speaker 1: build up to this, we were being told that these
27:43
Speaker 1: co conspirators were going to be held accountable. But we
27:46
Speaker 1: haven't heard anything about that, have we. We haven't heard
27:49
Speaker 1: anything about the accountability of Sarah Kelln Vickers or Adriana Ross,
27:54
Speaker 1: what's up with Leslie Roff, what's up with Endyke, what's
27:57
Speaker 1: up with Kahn? None of this stuff Yet in twenty nineteen,
28:04
Speaker 1: Congresswoman Jackie Spear, well, she basically promised that there would
28:08
Speaker 1: be hearings and that the Congress and the Senate would
28:11
Speaker 1: be looking into this. Well, my question is as where, oh,
28:15
Speaker 1: I don't know, less than a month out from the
28:17
Speaker 1: midterm elections, has Congress done their job throughout this whole
28:22
Speaker 1: entire thing? Have they called meetings? Have they had hearings?
28:26
Speaker 1: Has there been anything that you would be comfortable with
28:29
Speaker 1: and say, ah, you know what, they've really looked into this.
28:32
Speaker 1: They've exposed this for what it is. They haven't had
28:35
Speaker 1: any sort of hearing where they've subpoenaed people, the guards,
28:39
Speaker 1: the captain of the guard who was on duty the
28:42
Speaker 1: night Epstein died or was killed. None of that happened.
28:46
Speaker 1: But in twenty nineteen Jackie Spear said it was going
28:50
Speaker 1: to happen. They were adamant, they were demanding answers, Well,
28:53
Speaker 1: what happened? Why does this always die on the vine?
28:56
Speaker 1: And it doesn't matter what political parties in power, folks,
29:00
Speaker 1: because what's the excuse When Trump and the Republicans had
29:06
Speaker 1: the House, they had the Senate, they had the presidency.
29:09
Speaker 1: There are no hearings about this. Now you've the flip side.
29:12
Speaker 1: What Joe Biden's out here so worried about people? Yeah, right, man,
29:17
Speaker 1: Not one single hearing, not one single change that we
29:21
Speaker 1: know about after all of this occurred, And then you
29:26
Speaker 1: wonder why people have no faith in what's going on.
29:31
Speaker 1: Among the allegations is that Epstein arranged to have one
29:34
Speaker 1: of the women marry another woman so the woman could
29:37
Speaker 1: get permanent US residents, allowing her to stay in the country.
29:42
Speaker 1: One of the suits alleged that Epstein continue to have
29:44
Speaker 1: sex with underage girls while he was on work release
29:48
Speaker 1: serving a Florida jail sentence and under the watch of
29:51
Speaker 1: sheriff's deputies. Now this tracks. We know that the Palm
29:55
Speaker 1: Beach police officers who were watching Epstein, they destroyed evidence,
29:59
Speaker 1: and and we also know that his probation officer, Carmen Sloane,
30:03
Speaker 1: was very, very favorable to the term she laid out
30:06
Speaker 1: for Epstein. So they were all in on it, right,
30:10
Speaker 1: They were all in on making sure this guy had
30:13
Speaker 1: a soft landing. Unlike the economy by the way. The suits,
30:20
Speaker 1: filed in the US District Court in Manhattan by women
30:23
Speaker 1: identified only as Caitlin Doe, Lisad Doe, and Priscilla Doe
30:27
Speaker 1: named seven businesses or foundations alleged to have assisted Epstein
30:32
Speaker 1: as respondents, in addition to the estate of Epstein, who
30:35
Speaker 1: was found dead by suicide allegedly in his Manhattan jail
30:39
Speaker 1: cell this month. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages at jerry trials.
30:46
Speaker 1: Now there are some trials still making their way through
30:49
Speaker 1: the court as far as against the estate and against Epstein.
30:53
Speaker 1: Not all of the women accepted the money from the
30:56
Speaker 1: compensation fund, so there are some other court proceedings that
31:01
Speaker 1: are making their way through the system still and we'll
31:04
Speaker 1: see what comes of it. But my guess is they're
31:06
Speaker 1: going to get restitution. The question is how much are
31:10
Speaker 1: they going to get. Two of the suits allege activities
31:14
Speaker 1: similar to those claimed in actions brought against Epstein by
31:18
Speaker 1: other women, allegations of sex procured from teenagers with charm gifts,
31:23
Speaker 1: promises of money and lucrative careers, and threats. The most
31:28
Speaker 1: explosive allegations are detailed in the third suit, filed by
31:32
Speaker 1: Caitlin Doe, which claims that Epstein blackmailed her when she
31:35
Speaker 1: was seventeen to have sex with them by promising to
31:38
Speaker 1: pay for expensive surgery she needed and then threatening to
31:42
Speaker 1: see to it that she would never get treatment if
31:45
Speaker 1: she refused. Imagine holding someone's health over their head to
31:48
Speaker 1: have them do what you want them to do. What
31:51
Speaker 1: sort of devious, disgusting piece of shit engages in that
31:54
Speaker 1: kind of behavior? You know, you would think you have
31:58
Speaker 1: a lot of money, you're rich, you want to help people,
32:00
Speaker 1: then you just do it with nothing expected on the
32:03
Speaker 1: back end. But not Epstein. Everything this guy did there
32:07
Speaker 1: was a plan and a plot for how he was
32:09
Speaker 1: going to recoup that favor on the back end. According
32:14
Speaker 1: to the lawsuit, the activities began before and continued during
32:18
Speaker 1: and after Epstein's jail sentence in Florida, where he was
32:22
Speaker 1: granted generous work release privileges to conduct business affairs at
32:26
Speaker 1: the Florida Science Foundation. Oh yeah, business affairs like raping
32:30
Speaker 1: girls and laundering money. Hell of a job down there
32:34
Speaker 1: by the Palm Beach Police Department. Hell of a job, folks.
32:39
Speaker 1: Epstein created the foundation a few months before he began
32:42
Speaker 1: serving his sentence, in two thousand and eight on state
32:45
Speaker 1: charges of soliciting a prostitute end of procuring an underage
32:49
Speaker 1: girl for prostitution. He dissolved it shortly after he finished
32:53
Speaker 1: serving the community service requirements of his sentence through the foundation.
32:57
Speaker 1: So he created this foundation all with the the implicit
33:01
Speaker 1: purpose of beating this house arrest and the community service
33:07
Speaker 1: portion of his sentence, and then right after that's all done,
33:11
Speaker 1: all of a sudden, this new foundation is defunct. Yeah,
33:15
Speaker 1: that has nothing to do with the fact that he
33:17
Speaker 1: was using it just to facilitate his bullshit here. Yeah,
33:21
Speaker 1: this was all on the up and up way to
33:22
Speaker 1: go down there in Florida. You folks, are you rocking
33:25
Speaker 1: it out down there? Really make me confident that the
33:29
Speaker 1: law enforcement in Florida's top notch. Considering what we have
33:33
Speaker 1: seen over the last few years down in Florida. Yikes,
33:37
Speaker 1: I mean wow, from Gabby Petito to this case to
33:41
Speaker 1: many many others, it's been an absolute shit show down there,
33:45
Speaker 1: and the prosecutors in Florida they need to get a
33:48
Speaker 1: reality check. According to the lawsuit, the main purpose was
33:55
Speaker 1: to give Epstein a haven from jail where he could
33:57
Speaker 1: pray on young women under the watch of the Beach
34:00
Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office, which provided off duty deputies to guard them.
34:05
Speaker 1: The Sheriff's office said last month that it was reinvestigating
34:08
Speaker 1: the arrangement. Oh, I'm sure they are, just like the
34:10
Speaker 1: met Police reinvestigated the Jeffrey Epstein situation. There such a joke,
34:16
Speaker 1: all of these groups, all of these law enforcement agencies,
34:21
Speaker 1: that's screwed up the way they did. There was never
34:24
Speaker 1: any accountability. And I know we're going back now in hindsight,
34:28
Speaker 1: and this was years ago, and it's very difficult to
34:29
Speaker 1: get accountability now, but at the very least it has
34:33
Speaker 1: to be exposed to the light of day. Caylen continued
34:40
Speaker 1: to have sex with Epstein, believing he would eventually pay
34:43
Speaker 1: for her medical treatment, according to the lawsuit. Then in
34:47
Speaker 1: twenty thirteen, he made a new request, it says. According
34:51
Speaker 1: to the suit, a woman described as a non United
34:54
Speaker 1: States citizen and recruiter of females for Jeffrey Epstein needed
34:58
Speaker 1: permanent US residents she could remain in the country, and
35:02
Speaker 1: to get it, Epstein arranged for Caitlin to marry the
35:05
Speaker 1: woman in New York, where same sex marriage had been
35:08
Speaker 1: legalized two years earlier. He continued to have sex with
35:12
Speaker 1: Catlin during the first few months of the marriage. The
35:15
Speaker 1: suit alleges, so anything to keep people in this country.
35:19
Speaker 1: We've talked about these sham marriages before yesterday, I had
35:23
Speaker 1: a whole article about it. That way we could lead
35:25
Speaker 1: into this episode. And they were definitely doing this. This
35:31
Speaker 1: was one of their favorite moves. By the next year, however,
35:35
Speaker 1: Catlin had turned twenty five and was too old for Epstein,
35:38
Speaker 1: who forced her to move out of one of his
35:40
Speaker 1: apartments in Manhattan, leaving her homeless. It says. Catlin and
35:44
Speaker 1: her wife remained married until twenty seventeen, when they divorced,
35:48
Speaker 1: having fulfilled Epstein's conditions, according to the suit, but Epstein
35:54
Speaker 1: stiffed Catlin, refusing to pay the balance of ten thousand
35:57
Speaker 1: dollars that they had agreed upon, it says, to make
36:00
Speaker 1: matters worse, The suit alleges Epstein also refused to follow
36:04
Speaker 1: through on his promise to pay for Catlin's medical care.
36:08
Speaker 1: She still has never had the surgery she needs, says
36:10
Speaker 1: the lawsuit. So Epstein once again screwed people over, told
36:14
Speaker 1: her she was going to get this, you know surgery,
36:17
Speaker 1: this that the other thing, and then the reality is
36:20
Speaker 1: she's getting none of that. None of that's going to happen.
36:25
Speaker 1: The three lawsuits drafted and filed by the same law
36:27
Speaker 1: firm describe a far reaching network of Epstein controlled companies
36:31
Speaker 1: and foundations that employed scores of disciples devoted to serving
36:35
Speaker 1: his desires. That's all true. Now, Remember this is twenty
36:39
Speaker 1: nineteen before we had a full scope of what was
36:42
Speaker 1: going on. But now we certainly have a full scope
36:44
Speaker 1: and a full view of how this all went down,
36:47
Speaker 1: how he was operating, and just how vast this empire was.
36:54
Speaker 1: The main in many instances only function of each of
36:57
Speaker 1: the associates, who are acted at the instruction or direction
37:00
Speaker 1: of Epstein, was to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtained, maintain,
37:06
Speaker 1: or solicit young females, knowing that fraud or coercion would
37:11
Speaker 1: be used to cause each female, including plaintiff, to engage
37:15
Speaker 1: in a commercial sex act. According to the suit filed
37:18
Speaker 1: by Priscilla Doe. So that's all kinds of stuff right there. Right,
37:21
Speaker 1: you have the Man Act, you have crimes against children,
37:25
Speaker 1: human trafficking, crimes. I mean, the list goes on. This
37:32
Speaker 1: team of individuals included chefs, butlers, receptionists, schedulers, secretaries, flight attendants, pilots, housekeepers, maids,
37:40
Speaker 1: sex recruiters, drivers, and other staff members. It says, all
37:44
Speaker 1: of those people, as uncomfortable as it might sound, in
37:48
Speaker 1: one way or the other, enabled all of this shit
37:50
Speaker 1: for all of these years. If you worked for Jeffrey
37:52
Speaker 1: Epstein and Glene Maxwell and you kept quiet, you really
37:57
Speaker 1: need to look in the mirror and ask yourself, are
37:59
Speaker 1: you comfortable with that? The lawsuits are filed against Epstein's estate,
38:05
Speaker 1: which he bequeathed to a trust he apparently created on
38:07
Speaker 1: August eighth, two days before he was found dead. Probate
38:11
Speaker 1: documents obtained by NBC News show that the bequest was
38:15
Speaker 1: made under a new will that he executed the same day.
38:19
Speaker 1: Actions by his alleged survivors will now presumably have to
38:22
Speaker 1: proceed against the trust, few details of which have been
38:25
Speaker 1: made public. Representatives of the estate told NBC News that
38:30
Speaker 1: appropriate procedures would be put in place to ensure that
38:33
Speaker 1: the interest of potential creditors and beneficiaries alike are resolved
38:38
Speaker 1: in compliance with the laws of the United States. Virgin Islands,
38:42
Speaker 1: where Epstein maintained their residence, Basically saying we're going to
38:45
Speaker 1: hide this money. You're not getting any but folks, another
38:48
Speaker 1: look into the past where you see what these people
38:52
Speaker 1: were really up to and just the absolute scope of
38:55
Speaker 1: what was going on. You know, when this all first broke,
38:59
Speaker 1: they were making it out like he was just some dibbler, right, Well,
39:02
Speaker 1: it's a lot more than that. And the people that
39:04
Speaker 1: were caught up in this, all of these movers and shakers,
39:07
Speaker 1: these power brokers, these men of always well, your time
39:11
Speaker 1: is coming. The exposure, the spotlight, and the curtain have
39:16
Speaker 1: all been drawn back, and it's time for you to
39:20
Speaker 1: answer for the bullshit you were involved in. If you'd
39:23
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
39:25
Speaker 1: Kapouci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo Bby capu Cci
39:32
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
39:35
Speaker 1: Twitter at Bobby underscore cap Ucci. The link that I
39:41
Speaker 1: discussed can be found in the description box. What's up everyone,
39:45
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One
39:49
Speaker 1: of the most fatal flaws when it comes to the
39:52
Speaker 1: investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and then the pursuit of a
39:56
Speaker 1: conviction is the fact that they entered into this non
39:59
Speaker 1: prosecutor agreement and the fact that they'd even negotiate this
40:02
Speaker 1: thing is a scandal unto itself. But even worse than that,
40:09
Speaker 1: and more egregious, is the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was
40:12
Speaker 1: in breach of the terms of the NPA, and that
40:16
Speaker 1: of course makes the NPA invalid. And that's why I've
40:19
Speaker 1: talked about the NPA so often, and keeping in mind
40:23
Speaker 1: the fact that all the evidence has already been provided
40:26
Speaker 1: that Epstein was in breach, the DOJ could rip that
40:30
Speaker 1: NPA up today if they wanted to. But the truth
40:32
Speaker 1: is the DOJ has no desire to get rid of
40:35
Speaker 1: the NPA. They've had many chances to go in there
40:41
Speaker 1: and readjust the NPA or get rid of it completely,
40:44
Speaker 1: considering all the evidence that's been provided, and what have
40:47
Speaker 1: they done. Not a damn thing. Instead, we've seen them
40:51
Speaker 1: defend the NPA and act like it was all on
40:54
Speaker 1: the up and up. But the truth is it's never
40:57
Speaker 1: been on the up and up, not then and certainly
41:00
Speaker 1: not now. And unlike the rest of these people out
41:03
Speaker 1: here that are just telling you, well, trust me, bro,
41:06
Speaker 1: I have some receipts to back me up. So in
41:09
Speaker 1: this episode, We're going to dive into an email sent
41:11
Speaker 1: by Alex Acosta to Roy Black all the way back
41:15
Speaker 1: in two thousand and eight saying directly that Jeffrey Epstein
41:19
Speaker 1: was in breach of the non prosecution agreement. So if
41:23
Speaker 1: alex Acosta was saying it and the DJ was saying it,
41:27
Speaker 1: how come nobody enforce the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was
41:30
Speaker 1: breaching the contract that he signed with the federal government.
41:34
Speaker 1: So not only did they give him a sweetheart deal,
41:36
Speaker 1: nobody enforced anything on the back end when he was
41:40
Speaker 1: quote unquote serving his sentence. And as we all know now,
41:43
Speaker 1: while he was under the supervision of the Palm Beach
41:47
Speaker 1: Police Department and probations, he was still abusing people, according
41:51
Speaker 1: to multiple reports. So just right there, I've brought up
41:55
Speaker 1: two situations that should have made the whole entire NPA invalid,
41:58
Speaker 1: but somehow it's still kicking around and nobody wants to
42:02
Speaker 1: talk about it. So, like usual, that's exactly what we're
42:06
Speaker 1: going to talk about, Dear Roy. On Thursday, I learned
42:10
Speaker 1: that mister Epstein applied for and was admitted to the
42:13
Speaker 1: Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Work Release program and that
42:17
Speaker 1: he has been on work release for the past several
42:19
Speaker 1: weeks for the following reasons. The Office believes that mister
42:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's application to and participation in work release program is
42:27
Speaker 1: a material breach of the non prosecution agreement. Not me
42:31
Speaker 1: telling you, alex Acosta, saying it, and not only saying it,
42:34
Speaker 1: but putting it in an official DOJ email. Accordingly, the
42:38
Speaker 1: United States demands that mister Epstein withdraws application to participate
42:42
Speaker 1: in the program and complete his eighteen month term of
42:45
Speaker 1: imprisonment in accordance with the non prosecution agreement. That never happened.
42:53
Speaker 1: So who's the asshole here, me for demanding accountability or
42:58
Speaker 1: the idiots that are still covering it up. I'll leave
43:01
Speaker 1: that up to you to decide. The non prosecution agreement
43:04
Speaker 1: provides that Epstein shall be sentenced to consecutive terms of
43:08
Speaker 1: twelve months and six months in county jail for all charges,
43:12
Speaker 1: without any opportunity for withholding adjudication or sentencing, and probation
43:17
Speaker 1: or community control in lieu of imprisonment. I have more
43:20
Speaker 1: than a dozen emails between myself and Jay Lefkowitz discussing
43:24
Speaker 1: the US Attorney's insistence on eighteen months of incarceration. You
43:28
Speaker 1: will recall. At one meeting, you and miss Sanchez raised
43:31
Speaker 1: the idea of mister Epstein hiring sheriff deputies to guard
43:35
Speaker 1: them as equivalent to imprisonment. Mister Acosta specifically rejected that suggestion.
43:41
Speaker 1: It's our understanding from the Sheriff's office that mister Epstein's
43:45
Speaker 1: paying off duty sheriff's deputies to guard them while he
43:48
Speaker 1: works at mister Goldberger's office building each day. As you remember,
43:52
Speaker 1: shortly before mister Epstein's change of plea, mister Goldberger sent
43:56
Speaker 1: me a copy of the proposed plea agreement with the state.
43:59
Speaker 1: On June twe twenty seven, two thousand and eight, I
44:01
Speaker 1: sent a letter containing the following language to you and
44:05
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger. The US Attorney's Office hereby provides notice that
44:09
Speaker 1: the proposed sentencing provision does not comply with the terms
44:13
Speaker 1: of the non prosecution agreement. The second sentencing paragraph of
44:17
Speaker 1: the proposed plea agreement reads on zero eight cf. Zero
44:22
Speaker 1: Zero nine three eight to one amb. The defendant is
44:25
Speaker 1: sentenced to eighteen months of community control. One. As a
44:29
Speaker 1: special condition of this community control, the defendant must serve
44:33
Speaker 1: the first six months in the Palm Beach County Detention Facility.
44:37
Speaker 1: The non prosecution agreement specifically provides Epstein shall be sentenced
44:42
Speaker 1: to consecutive terms of twelve months and six months in
44:45
Speaker 1: county jail for all charges without probation or community control
44:50
Speaker 1: in lous of imprisonment. How that workout and how come
44:53
Speaker 1: these terms were never enforced and who made the decision
44:57
Speaker 1: not to enforce them? Those are the questions that need
45:00
Speaker 1: to be answered. Thus, the proposed plea agreement with the
45:05
Speaker 1: State Attorney's Office does not comply with the terms of
45:08
Speaker 1: the non prosecution agreement. To comply with the agreement, mister
45:11
Speaker 1: Epstein must make a binding recommendation of eighteen months imprisonment,
45:17
Speaker 1: which means confinement twenty four hours a day at the
45:19
Speaker 1: county jail, and the judge must accept that recommendation. Community
45:24
Speaker 1: control must follow that term of incarceration. As I specified
45:29
Speaker 1: in the letter, the non prosecution agreement calls for confinement
45:32
Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day. In response to that letter,
45:35
Speaker 1: mister Goldberger agreed that he would revise the state plea
45:38
Speaker 1: agreement to include the word imprisonment to make clear that
45:41
Speaker 1: mister Epstein would be incarcerated for the full eighteen months
45:45
Speaker 1: and which change the language of the state agreement to
45:48
Speaker 1: match the language of the federal agreement. Mister Goldberger and
45:52
Speaker 1: I also discussed the situation, and he made clear that
45:55
Speaker 1: mister Epstein would not be asking for or receiving work
45:58
Speaker 1: release and would remain in around the clock. In early August,
46:03
Speaker 1: redacted and I raised the same issue with you when
46:06
Speaker 1: we heard that mister Epstein was considering applying for work release.
46:10
Speaker 1: On August sixth, two thousand and eight, misredacted and I
46:14
Speaker 1: had a conference call with you, wherein you again stated
46:17
Speaker 1: that mister Epstein would not apply for or receive work
46:20
Speaker 1: release and would spend his eighteen months incarcerated twenty four
46:25
Speaker 1: hours a day in the Palm Beach County Stockade. In
46:27
Speaker 1: preparation for this letter, I obtained a certified copy of
46:30
Speaker 1: mister Epstein's state court file. On June thirtieth, two thousand
46:34
Speaker 1: and eight, on the procurement of minor charges, Judge Bachullo
46:38
Speaker 1: entered the following sentence. The defendant is hereby committed to
46:41
Speaker 1: the custody of the Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida,
46:44
Speaker 1: for a term of six months. It's further order that
46:47
Speaker 1: the defendant shall be allowed a total of one day
46:50
Speaker 1: as credit for time incarcerated prior to the imposition of
46:54
Speaker 1: this sentence. It's further ordered that the composite term of
46:57
Speaker 1: all sentences imposed for the court's best in the order
47:01
Speaker 1: shall run consecutive to the following specific sentences two zero
47:05
Speaker 1: zero six cf. Nine four five to four axx. The
47:11
Speaker 1: following provisions applied to the sentence imposed followed by a
47:15
Speaker 1: period of twelve months on community control. I under the
47:18
Speaker 1: supervision of the Department of Corrections. As I learned on
47:23
Speaker 1: Friday when I received the State Court file, you neglected
47:26
Speaker 1: to inform our office that on July twenty one, two
47:29
Speaker 1: thousand and eight, Judge McSorley modified the judgment to an
47:33
Speaker 1: order of community control one. This same language was the
47:37
Speaker 1: basis for the objection in my letter of June twenty six,
47:41
Speaker 1: two thousand and eight, and directly contradicts the language of
47:44
Speaker 1: the non prosecution agreement. I also note that the state
47:48
Speaker 1: plea agreement mister Goldberger did not insert the word imprisonment
47:52
Speaker 1: as agreed prior to the change of plea. Instead, the
47:55
Speaker 1: words jail sentence are included. The office agreement, not the
47:59
Speaker 1: prosecute mister Epstein was based upon its determination that eighteen
48:03
Speaker 1: months incarceration ie confinement twenty four hours a day was
48:07
Speaker 1: sufficient to satisfy the federal interest in mister Epstein's crimes. Accordingly,
48:12
Speaker 1: the US Attorney's Office hereby gives notice that mister Epstein
48:16
Speaker 1: has violated the non prosecution Agreement by failing to remain
48:19
Speaker 1: incarcerated twenty four hours a day for the eighteen month
48:23
Speaker 1: period and term of imprisonment. The United States will exercise
48:28
Speaker 1: any and all rights it has under the non prosecution
48:30
Speaker 1: Agreement unless mister Epstein immediately ceases and desists from this
48:35
Speaker 1: breach of agreement. Sincerely, Alexander Acosta and redacted. So look
48:41
Speaker 1: right there, it tells you he was in breach. What
48:44
Speaker 1: more do we need? Does somebody have to show up
48:48
Speaker 1: with some crayons and put it on a board for everybody,
48:51
Speaker 1: Because if that's what's required, give me the crayons, I'll
48:55
Speaker 1: draw you a picture. But what I refuse to do
48:57
Speaker 1: is accept the narrative that they're trying to pitch. Certainly,
49:00
Speaker 1: don't accept the nonsense they're telling us about the non
49:02
Speaker 1: prosecution agreement. And here's exactly why I told you years ago,
49:07
Speaker 1: that he was in breach of that non prosecution agreement,
49:11
Speaker 1: that he was in breach of probation, that he was
49:14
Speaker 1: in breach of his registration, and nothing ever happened. They
49:18
Speaker 1: want to talk about the cases closed. There's nothing left
49:20
Speaker 1: to see. There's no accountability. Fuck that. There needs to
49:24
Speaker 1: be accountability. Who made these decisions, who signed off on it,
49:28
Speaker 1: who o who decided to ignore it. When you have
49:31
Speaker 1: a strongly worded letter like this, you would think that
49:34
Speaker 1: main Justice is going to act right. Well, they didn't. Instead,
49:37
Speaker 1: they sat on their hands, ignored it, and let Epstein
49:40
Speaker 1: do whatever he wanted, even though he was in breach
49:43
Speaker 1: of his agreement. Can you imagine them doing that for
49:46
Speaker 1: anybody else, for you or me, John Gotti, El Chopo,
49:50
Speaker 1: El Mayo, Luigi Mangioni. They wouldn't do it for anybody,
49:55
Speaker 1: But when it comes to Epstein, they can't wait to
49:57
Speaker 1: bend over backwards and give them special circumstances. So once
50:01
Speaker 1: again the question is why and who made the decision
50:05
Speaker 1: to do so, And that, my friends, is what they
50:08
Speaker 1: really fear. They fear us having that knowledge, They fear
50:11
Speaker 1: us having those receipts because their narrative dies where those
50:14
Speaker 1: receipts begin, and if this isn't a receipt, I don't
50:19
Speaker 1: know what is. All of the information that goes with
50:22
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
