Ukraine, France ink deal for jets and missile defenses, Elysee Palace announces
French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a letter of intent on Monday, November 17, 2025, for Ukraine to acquire up to 100 French-made Rafale fighter jets, as well as air defense systems, drones, and other military equipment. The deal was announced by the Elysée Palace following the meeting in Paris.
