- 1:08Speaker 1: I love the personal big money always.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Donna Baxter.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Dona Baxter.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Is suing trey something such, how something such you get
- 1:27Speaker 2: to sounded out? Uh? Did you ever get mad when
- 1:30Speaker 2: your teacher was like you'd be like, how do you
- 1:31Speaker 2: spell something? She was like, go look it up in
- 1:33Speaker 2: the dictionary. Did you ever hear of one of those teachers?
- 1:35Speaker 1: I never had. I mean I always know.
- 1:36Speaker 2: It always made sense to me because I never want
- 1:38Speaker 2: I never asked that question go on, but but the
- 1:40Speaker 2: teacher would say and the kid would always be like.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I don't know how to I don't even know how
- 1:45Speaker 1: to find that.
- 1:45Speaker 2: But I at the time I was like, yeah, the
- 1:48Speaker 2: teacher's not right. But now I realize the teacher is
- 1:50Speaker 2: telling you. That's how you'll learn how to spell it
- 1:52Speaker 2: is if you know what it starts with and then
- 1:53Speaker 2: try to find it from there. But if you said
- 1:56Speaker 2: a word like senile or cynical, like you could be
- 1:59Speaker 2: in the es is her season be out of luck? Yeah?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Out of long?
- 2:04Speaker 2: Hono baxterra is suing Tray something such for fifty thousand medical,
- 2:12Speaker 2: one hundred thousand past in future earnings, and three hundred
- 2:17Speaker 2: and fifty thousand in pain and suffering. Is that half
- 2:19Speaker 2: a million, half a million dollars five hundred thousand dollars. Okay,
- 2:25Speaker 2: Donna Baxer says, your honor, the defendant is my ex boyfriend. Huh,
- 2:30Speaker 2: And Judge Gino goes, this is where a personal injury
- 2:33Speaker 2: court gets personal. Thanks Gino. He's a good guy, says Donna.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Back's a good guy, loves his MoMA. Just not for me,
- 2:42Speaker 2: she says, just not for me. It didn't work out.
- 2:44Speaker 2: That really is a good man.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That happens somehow.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And he owns a bar, and he owned the bar
- 2:48Speaker 2: when we were together, but he still owns it now.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I had a long day at work. I wanted to relax.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I went to his bar while they're still together.
- 2:55Speaker 3: No post post breaking us got it post breakup?
- 3:00Speaker 1: Yes?
- 3:00Speaker 2: And this guy comes over to have a drink, like,
- 3:03Speaker 2: just buys me a drink. Yeah, uh, I got money
- 3:11Speaker 2: in the bank. Uh yeah, it's good. That's not an
- 3:13Speaker 2: auto tune. That's just me, if you can believe us,
- 3:15Speaker 2: it's just me. While I'm having a drink with this dude,
- 3:20Speaker 2: his girlfriend comes over and starts getting up all in
- 3:23Speaker 2: my business and I and giving me all kinds of
- 3:25Speaker 2: This guy.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Came over to buy her a drink while his girlfriend
- 3:28Speaker 1: was there.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Yeah, bowl bro, and she she said, and I told
- 3:32Speaker 2: this this woman to come correct or do not come
- 3:35Speaker 2: at all. That's not how you speak to me. I
- 3:36Speaker 2: didn't know anything about this. I'm just sitting here having
- 3:38Speaker 2: a drink, trying to relax.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Come to correct or don't come at all.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, so yes, that's exactly right to come correct
- 3:45Speaker 2: or not coming all. So uh. Gino then says to Trey,
- 3:50Speaker 2: were you there? And Trey's like, yeah, I was there,
- 3:52Speaker 2: and Donnad was like no, he was across the room.
- 3:54Speaker 2: He heard its starting to get out of hand, and
- 3:57Speaker 2: he came over and he saw me. He just kicked
- 4:00Speaker 2: me out of the bar. Oh, he just kicked me
- 4:02Speaker 2: out of the bar. He didn't ask for my side,
- 4:03Speaker 2: he just kicked me out of the bar. And she
- 4:05Speaker 2: was like, I wasn't gonna let that ruin my night.
- 4:07Speaker 2: So I went out with a few friends to another bar.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Would you go to your ex's bar?
- 4:11Speaker 2: I don't think you want to. I mean, like, I'm
- 4:14Speaker 2: all about efficiency and convenience. So if my ex's bar
- 4:17Speaker 2: was across the street and from where I worked, I'm
- 4:19Speaker 2: not gonna it's not gonna be uncomfortable for me. You know,
- 4:22Speaker 2: I'm gonna go and have a drink. I don't care.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It might be uncomfortable for them, but that's not my problem.
- 4:28Speaker 2: That's who I am as a human being. So uh, she.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Let us thinks it's common. It's common, knowledgy, Do you try.
- 4:35Speaker 2: To avoid the my way? Sure, but like, you know,
- 4:39Speaker 2: want a beer. There's only one bar nearby. I'm not
- 4:41Speaker 2: gonna go out of my way to.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Not got to go drinking. Yeah, you going drink.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I love going drinking. So anyway, She's like, I go
- 4:49Speaker 2: out with my friends drinking that night, and we had
- 4:51Speaker 2: a few drinks, and then towards the end of the night,
- 4:54Speaker 2: I realized I had left my keys because we've been
- 4:57Speaker 2: uber and around at Trey's bar.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So there are more bars.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yes, got it? She gets kicked out, she's been going drinking.
- 5:06Speaker 2: She realizes my keys are there, left at the bar,
- 5:08Speaker 2: and I go back over there bars.
- 5:11Speaker 1: She shouldn't need her keys.
- 5:13Speaker 2: No, no her bar, the bars, she says, they had there,
- 5:16Speaker 2: her house keys. She can't get in her bars closed,
- 5:20Speaker 2: she says, Now, you're honor. When we were dating, here
- 5:25Speaker 2: we go, the side door was always open, and if not,
- 5:30Speaker 2: the window on the side of the bar was always open,
- 5:32Speaker 2: and I have gotten in there numerous times when we
- 5:35Speaker 2: were dating. For what reason, I don't know. We don't
- 5:37Speaker 2: get into this, okay, but Trey is like, when we
- 5:41Speaker 2: were dating one and two, that's still breaking and entering.
- 5:44Speaker 2: That's what he says. And and and Gino's like, just
- 5:46Speaker 2: calm it down. So she then says, the back door
- 5:50Speaker 2: of the side door is locked. I go to the window.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I touched the window and as I pull it open,
- 5:56Speaker 2: my hands were shocked and I was electrocuted.
- 5:59Speaker 1: And I she's not gonna die.
- 6:01Speaker 2: I was thrown to the ground.
- 6:03Speaker 1: She's not getting to die.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Her hands are bandaged. She can't move her hands. They're
- 6:07Speaker 2: bandage completely up, just like this little loves her hands.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Social uh they Gene's like, go over the plasma if
- 6:15Speaker 2: you could, and and point to where you're gonna slide
- 6:18Speaker 2: the window open with your busted hands. She goes over
- 6:21Speaker 2: there and she points to it. On the window in
- 6:24Speaker 2: the picture is a giant sticker that says danger high voltage.
- 6:33Speaker 2: She said, once I opened up half an inch, I
- 6:35Speaker 2: was thrown to the floor, shocked and shaking. And her
- 6:37Speaker 2: voice starts to quick, I've never heard about this type
- 6:40Speaker 2: of alarm that is get ready for it electrocution. Her
- 6:43Speaker 2: voice starts to quiver and she goes, I'm having a
- 6:45Speaker 2: flashback right now. But and so judge Gina goes, mister
- 6:53Speaker 2: just such and such, Uh, someone got shocked on the window.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Is that not what you wanted? And Trey goes, my
- 6:58Speaker 2: club's been robbed three times in the last six months,
- 7:02Speaker 2: so I put up a system to catch the bleep,
- 7:06Speaker 2: so you know. And Geno correct someone's language, like you're
- 7:08Speaker 2: not going to talk to anybody like about that, and
- 7:10Speaker 2: he says, I have the invoice right here. Here's where
- 7:13Speaker 2: I installed the system. A company installed it for me,
- 7:16Speaker 2: and it yes, if you try to open that window,
- 7:18Speaker 2: it will shock you.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I never heard of this.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah, neither. So you see his name on the invoice.
- 7:24Speaker 2: You see it was like three grand, which doesn't seem
- 7:27Speaker 2: like that much money, but whatever. And Gino's like, so
- 7:30Speaker 2: this wasn't to keep your ex out. This is a
- 7:31Speaker 2: classic obvious question. This is to like keep your club safe. Yeah,
- 7:36Speaker 2: He's like, I want to keep everybody out if it's closed,
- 7:39Speaker 2: I don't want anybody go in. And and Gino's like,
- 7:41Speaker 2: did you try to contact him? And she said, yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 2: I tried to call him to ask if I could
- 7:46Speaker 2: get my keys. He didn't answer. Trey was like, I
- 7:48Speaker 2: was with an at home with another female at that time,
- 7:52Speaker 2: so I wasn't looking at my phone at all. And
- 7:54Speaker 2: in fact, the first time I looked at my phone,
- 7:57Speaker 2: I got a security alert saying that there had been
- 7:59Speaker 2: a break in. At that point, the police had already
- 8:01Speaker 2: been called, and I went down there immediately. So Gino says,
- 8:05Speaker 2: when did you realize your hands were injured? This is
- 8:07Speaker 2: gonna take a turn. I'm just letting you know right now,
- 8:10Speaker 2: because this is pretty cutting, dry, pretty cutting. It always does,
- 8:12Speaker 2: doesn't it When you realize your hands were injured. Donna says,
- 8:16Speaker 2: I immediately started to feel and burn and blister up.
- 8:20Speaker 2: And then you see a picture of her hands. They
- 8:21Speaker 2: are I like, it looks like her hands has been
- 8:24Speaker 2: through war.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Like, why is she not suing the company? Though?
- 8:27Speaker 2: We'll get to okay. So she's like, and I'm a
- 8:31Speaker 2: business analyst that uses a keyboard all day. I no
- 8:34Speaker 2: longer no longer can type, and it's cost me a lot.
- 8:39Speaker 1: They look at my hands.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Yeah, And and Gino looks at Tray and goes, you see,
- 8:45Speaker 2: she's going through a tough times. A classic like, has
- 8:48Speaker 2: anybody you see that that's any Yeah, has anybody been
- 8:51Speaker 2: hurt on this alarm system? And Tray says, no, nobody's
- 8:53Speaker 2: tried to break an enter because of the clear signs
- 8:57Speaker 2: on the glass that say danger high voltage. Don't try that,
- 9:02Speaker 2: like just massive signs like say danger high voltage on it.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Gino brings in a master Electric brings Sure, this guy says,
- 9:15Speaker 2: alarm system voltages should be around two thousand watts. That
- 9:19Speaker 2: would be a successful deterrence to anyone trying to enter.
- 9:23Speaker 2: And he brings in the courtroom a glass case with
- 9:26Speaker 2: a pickle in it, and he has the pickle wired
- 9:28Speaker 2: up and he shocks the pickle at two thousand watts. Sure,
- 9:34Speaker 2: pickle is shocked. Yeah, and you see the pickle a
- 9:37Speaker 2: little part of it turn orange and start and start
- 9:40Speaker 2: to like you can tell it's electrocuted. Yeah, pickles have
- 9:43Speaker 2: it tough. Go and everybody's like whoa, whoa, And he goes, now,
- 9:46Speaker 2: I didn't do this here, but here's a video on
- 9:49Speaker 2: the plasma of the pickle at ten thousand watts. So
- 9:53Speaker 2: he does a different one. Why why Because the pickle
- 9:56Speaker 2: at ten thousand watts explodes.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Okay, would have been too much.
- 9:59Speaker 2: So you want to show you the difference between twenty
- 10:01Speaker 2: ten thousand and he says that the alarm system that
- 10:06Speaker 2: they installed based upon her injury, looks like it was
- 10:10Speaker 2: set to about seven thousand ontts, so closer to exploding
- 10:14Speaker 2: hands than an estimation based on what her hand upon
- 10:19Speaker 2: the system that he researched, and her hands, her hands
- 10:23Speaker 2: look rough man like, they are not gonna be they're
- 10:25Speaker 2: not repaarable.
- 10:27Speaker 4: So it is his conclusion that the the the system
- 10:34Speaker 4: was set to two or three, three or four times
- 10:37Speaker 4: the level needed to shock someone and deter them, right, okay,
- 10:41Speaker 4: way higher.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Gina's like, did you know that? Trey said, I don't
- 10:46Speaker 2: know anything about the voltage. I was just told they
- 10:49Speaker 2: would install it and that I told them to put
- 10:51Speaker 2: stickers on it and people would stay off.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Like you don't know, you don't know how loud your
- 10:56Speaker 3: alarm system is, Like you're not gonna be like is
- 10:58Speaker 3: that going to be safe the decibel? Yeah, for the
- 11:00Speaker 3: person who breaks in, Like you don't do that for
- 11:02Speaker 3: your alarm? Sure you're not gonna ask about this? And
- 11:05Speaker 3: then he says, your honor, I don't know the voltage.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Just stay off of the window. Yeah, And then Gino looks.
- 11:12Speaker 2: At me and goes, that's as cold as I've ever heard. Oh,
- 11:14Speaker 2: come on, Gino, I know, I know, I know, I know,
- 11:17Speaker 2: and he says, your honor, it's not cold. I put
- 11:20Speaker 2: it there so no one would touch it. I didn't
- 11:22Speaker 2: know it was that much voltage. But there's a sticker
- 11:24Speaker 2: so no one touches it. It's designed to keep you
- 11:27Speaker 2: from touching the window. Gino says, Now, if you didn't
- 11:32Speaker 2: go back there, Donna, if you didn't go back there,
- 11:37Speaker 2: you could have gotten your keys. The next day, she goes,
- 11:39Speaker 2: my house keys are on there. And Gina's like, Trey,
- 11:42Speaker 2: what's she supposed to do? What's she supposed to do?
- 11:45Speaker 2: And Trey goes not to have too many drinks and
- 11:47Speaker 2: forget her keys, and Donna's like, I'm in a lot
- 11:51Speaker 2: of pain. And he won't even speak to me about
- 11:53Speaker 2: it at all. He won't even acknowledge that I've been injured.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Trey's like, I won't talk to her. It's plain and simple.
- 11:59Speaker 2: You try to break into my place of business. Gino
- 12:04Speaker 2: at this point decides to reference Paul abdul A. He says,
- 12:08Speaker 2: Paul Abdul talked about cold hearted snakes and today, mister Jones, Jones,
- 12:13Speaker 2: you might take the cake. You used to call her
- 12:17Speaker 2: your baby. Will you turn to her and just apologize?
- 12:22Speaker 2: And he turns to her and he goes, I'm sorry
- 12:25Speaker 2: that you broke into my place and got electrocuted. Gina says, well,
- 12:30Speaker 2: I'm a bit disappointed in that. I thought you had
- 12:32Speaker 2: a little bit of heart and some feelings. But now
- 12:35Speaker 2: I'm ready to rule.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Your disappointment in this man's lack of compassion for somebody
- 12:45Speaker 3: getting injured trying to break into his place does not matter.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Someone tried to break into his place of business. And
- 12:55Speaker 3: I gotta be honest, I've lived in the South long
- 12:58Speaker 3: enough to know could have.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Been way freaking worse. Man.
- 13:02Speaker 3: The amount of people that you and I know that
- 13:05Speaker 3: in this situation been like the good thing I wasn't
- 13:08Speaker 3: there or I would have shot him.
- 13:10Speaker 2: That's colder. That's colder, correct, Correct.
- 13:13Speaker 3: She should be suing the company that set the voltage
- 13:17Speaker 3: too high.
- 13:18Speaker 2: This is not his problem.
- 13:20Speaker 1: If she gets a scent from.
- 13:22Speaker 3: This man, I will boycott personalitory court for a long time. Listen,
- 13:26Speaker 3: I am I understand wanting this guy to be like, hey,
- 13:30Speaker 3: I'm sorry that you got hurt.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Is that you're down backwards so it looks like you
- 13:36Speaker 2: got a little v neck with.
- 13:37Speaker 1: A little I'm sorry that you got injured.
- 13:39Speaker 2: But that doesn't it doesn't matter. That doesn't matter. She tried,
- 13:44Speaker 2: It doesn't matter.
- 13:45Speaker 1: She didn't.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Like, here's the question, like if they weren't ex's, would
- 13:50Speaker 3: that matter.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Like if it was a random person, you shouldn't matter.
- 13:55Speaker 2: She tried to break in. Thanks, they'll know where the
- 13:57Speaker 2: line is. It's this is ridiculous.
- 14:00Speaker 3: If if he and I know he's going to I
- 14:03Speaker 3: know he's gonna give money because it's just what he does.
- 14:07Speaker 1: No money.
- 14:08Speaker 2: She's gonna get some money, he says. He explains the
- 14:14Speaker 2: fifty to fifty premise classic. If it's fifty percent your
- 14:18Speaker 2: fault and fifty percent his fault, then it is zero
- 14:21Speaker 2: percent his fault. Let me finish. Then you would get
- 14:25Speaker 2: nothing because that basically the tie goes to the owner,
- 14:29Speaker 2: the guy that yeah, yeah, ty ty, you died, but
- 14:32Speaker 2: I find that you're only forty nine percent responsible. And
- 14:36Speaker 2: mister Jones Trey Jones is his name, not something such.
- 14:39Speaker 2: The owner of the place that is getting broken into
- 14:41Speaker 2: fifty one percent responsible, and he turns to mister Jones
- 14:44Speaker 2: and he says, the law doesn't allow you to set
- 14:47Speaker 2: a man trap. You can't injure someone, even someone trying
- 14:53Speaker 2: to break into your place. I don't believe that for
- 14:56Speaker 2: us suck. I don't either. I don't believe that's warm,
- 15:00Speaker 2: he says. And he says, because of that, I'm giving
- 15:04Speaker 2: you fifty one percent of your ask. She gets what
- 15:06Speaker 2: state did this happen is? I don't know. This is ridiculous.
- 15:09Speaker 2: She gets too, I was pissed. She gets two hundred
- 15:12Speaker 2: and fifty five thousand dollars. She's smiling ear to ear.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Cut to Trey Jones and he goes, man, this is
- 15:21Speaker 2: some and you know exactly what he says afterwards. It
- 15:24Speaker 2: still's out of the courtroom, and he is right on
- 15:26Speaker 2: this one. I couldn't believe it.
- 15:28Speaker 3: But again, I don't want to get into the weeds here.
- 15:31Speaker 2: So sorry, her hands were don't try to break into
- 15:34Speaker 2: a place. You know who.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Wishes that they had to deal with this rather than
- 15:39Speaker 3: another thing. I don't know a lot of people that
- 15:42Speaker 3: have been shot and killed because they were trying to
- 15:44Speaker 3: bring it or freaking do you want to know who's
- 15:48Speaker 3: walking free right now, George Zimmerman. George Zimmerman's walking free
- 15:53Speaker 3: right now.
- 15:54Speaker 2: And he literally, this is ridiculous, Yes, a ridiculous she
- 15:58Speaker 2: giving her over a quarter million. I couldn't. I was
- 16:01Speaker 2: just like this. I couldn't believe it. It is just
- 16:05Speaker 2: a complete miscarage of justice. I just she tried to
- 16:09Speaker 2: break in.
- 16:09Speaker 3: So you're telling me you can't home alone somebody that's
- 16:12Speaker 3: breaking into your house?
- 16:13Speaker 2: Yeah, what is that?
- 16:14Speaker 3: Whole?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Man like? He said, you can't sit a man trip.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I didn't look the law up, but like, what, so
- 16:19Speaker 2: you're telling me, you're telling me or to break into
- 16:21Speaker 2: my house. And the alarm was so loud and they
- 16:23Speaker 2: had a tonight US in their ears, saying you.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Don't know the decibel level of your alarm.
- 16:27Speaker 2: And they had tonight US in their ear and it
- 16:29Speaker 2: pierced their ear drum and they lost their hearing forever.
- 16:32Speaker 2: I would be responsible for that. Just no way, no way.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I'm so mad right now. Yeah, that's tough. Try to
- 16:38Speaker 2: try to carry on, but it's tough. That was a
- 16:39Speaker 2: tough one. That was a tough gabble. That like the
- 16:42Speaker 2: way the gabble I almost never do.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I never like.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Man, Yeah, Judge, Joe Brown, I do all listen here
- 16:49Speaker 2: if you're going to be in my core room.
- 16:50Speaker 3: I got Tatiana Holmes is stewing her step mom, Latitia Holmes.
- 16:55Speaker 2: She's suing her stepmom.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yes, for an amount.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I don't know, classic, classic, it is a relatively large sum,
- 17:03Speaker 3: like thousands.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Uh so.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Basically, Tatiana claims that her step mom that her step
- 17:13Speaker 3: mom opened up a credit card under her name with
- 17:18Speaker 3: her social Security number and ran up a ton of debt.
- 17:24Speaker 3: She also claims that a cell phone account was opened
- 17:27Speaker 3: up under her name. She is now being sued by
- 17:31Speaker 3: the credit card company. Wages are being garnished, and she
- 17:37Speaker 3: says that she is now in need of a new
- 17:39Speaker 3: Social Security card.
- 17:43Speaker 2: So it's a lot of money. Yes, it's a lot
- 17:45Speaker 2: of money. Yeah.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Letitia the stepmom says, I haven't seen Tatiana in three years.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I don't know what she's talking about with this credit
- 17:54Speaker 3: card thing.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I will say I believe that.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Tatiana gave me permission to open up the cell phone
- 18:01Speaker 3: in her account. Okay, she was seventeen at a time.
- 18:04Speaker 3: We needed some phones. Me and her dad had bad credit.
- 18:08Speaker 3: We went to her seventeen year old credit Yes, yes
- 18:10Speaker 3: she did. I don't know anything about this credit card, frond.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Joe says, well, then, how is it that all of
- 18:19Speaker 3: the charges on this credit card are for places that
- 18:22Speaker 3: you frequent?
- 18:24Speaker 1: I don't know how.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Tatilla the stepmom frequents, She says.
- 18:30Speaker 1: I don't have an answer for that.
- 18:32Speaker 3: What I do know, though, is that she is jealous
- 18:36Speaker 3: that I married her dad, which is a weird thing
- 18:38Speaker 3: to say.
- 18:41Speaker 1: And Joe says this word for word. Here's Joe's quote
- 18:45Speaker 1: back to this, why would.
- 18:47Speaker 3: She be jealous for your broke, nefarious, low character backstab in?
- 18:55Speaker 2: N Can I tell you someth about jo Joe Brown?
- 18:58Speaker 2: He decides who the punk is in the courtroom before
- 19:02Speaker 2: he has none of the facts, and he just goes
- 19:05Speaker 2: hard in the paint.
- 19:06Speaker 3: He just can't mean it does seem like he has
- 19:09Speaker 3: a lot of information. Yeah, like knows where she frequents.
- 19:12Speaker 2: But like what we get is like one question is like,
- 19:15Speaker 2: let me tell you why you are a prostitute and
- 19:17Speaker 2: you're like Judge Stoppings.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Why would she be jealous for your broke, nefarious, low
- 19:26Speaker 3: character backstab in?
- 19:28Speaker 2: I can hear him reprobate reprehensible reprobate.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Reject from hell. Wow, she says, oh class reprobate. She says,
- 19:41Speaker 3: I'm not a low character woman. The cell phone accusation
- 19:45Speaker 3: was dropped in court. Now this is when we find
- 19:49Speaker 3: out that the cell phone incident has already gone to court.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Oh boy, this was ultimately reduced, judge says.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Judge Joe Brown says, it wasn't.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Draped, it was reduced, and he explains that after many
- 20:05Speaker 3: many times of this case getting pushed back because Letitia
- 20:10Speaker 3: wouldn't show up for court, they offer her a deal
- 20:15Speaker 3: to for her to plead guilty to a lesser.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Charge so that they can just if she can get something.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Went fifteen's charging for nine over you. It's exactly right,
- 20:25Speaker 2: it's exactly right. I'm going to do you a favor.
- 20:28Speaker 2: It's going to write it for nine over. But that's
- 20:30Speaker 2: the best that I can.
- 20:33Speaker 3: So he's basically like you you the only reason why
- 20:37Speaker 3: you're not uh, why that was reduced is because you
- 20:42Speaker 3: agreed to the lesser I know what that means.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Basically, he's ready to rule.
- 20:49Speaker 2: He clearly thinks one woman, this woman is like out
- 20:52Speaker 2: to get her. He's going to give the daughter in
- 20:55Speaker 2: law whatever, or the step daughter whatever she wants. I've
- 20:59Speaker 2: prosecuted rapist, oh.
- 21:01Speaker 3: My gosh, murderers, thieves, ho arsonist, embezzlers, and you should
- 21:10Speaker 3: be in their company.
- 21:14Speaker 1: So here's what he's gonna do. The credit cards.
- 21:18Speaker 2: You got it.
- 21:19Speaker 1: There's about fourteen seventy five on the credit card.
- 21:24Speaker 2: One seventy five dollars is what we're talking.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Says, I'm gonna round up to fifteen hundred, and I'm
- 21:30Speaker 3: also gonna add thirty five hundred and punitive damages.
- 21:33Speaker 2: So five grand, five grand, give him, give her the max.
- 21:36Speaker 1: For the cell phone. Uh, it's like, uh, it was
- 21:41Speaker 1: a little over fifteen hundred.
- 21:42Speaker 3: He's like, I'm gonna round down to fifteen hundred and
- 21:44Speaker 3: I'm gonna add thirty five hundred and punitive damage. Litisia says,
- 21:50Speaker 3: isn't that a bit much? And he says no, I
- 21:53Speaker 3: don't you.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Jack asked ten thousand dollars all in, all time, and
- 21:59Speaker 1: then does.
- 21:59Speaker 2: He hammer home.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Jack ass.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Yeah, that's great stuff, that's great. He was mad.
- 22:06Speaker 3: He clearly has a lot more information about this case
- 22:09Speaker 3: than we were privy to in this nine minute case.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Yeah, he seems like he had gotten real mad and
- 22:16Speaker 2: started real mad. Yeah, big man, I mean he the
- 22:19Speaker 2: huge just.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Uh the nefarious.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah, he's just like.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Leaning back, Yeah, reprehensible, low character, all all around battie.
- 22:38Speaker 2: And you know what, if Judge Joe Brown had been
- 22:40Speaker 2: in personal injury court, that woman would have gotten zero
- 22:43Speaker 2: dollars and would have gotten like just verbally acosted by
- 22:47Speaker 2: Judge Joe Brown. There's the way God and Grandon between
- 22:51Speaker 2: Joe Brown and Gino whatever his name, you know, Genos.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Everybody, Congratulations. We'll be back next week with another gavel.
- 22:58Speaker 3: Until then, buys.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Yo.
