SPEAKER_00: Where does the caller go when you can't answer the phone?
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: Does it have some kind of an automated system?
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: Is it your regular press one for this, press two for that?
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: Is it maybe a voicemail system?
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: Does it go to your voicemail system?
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: If somebody's looking for your service, whether it's in real estate or some other endeavor that you happen to be involved in, even a dental office or even a HIPAA-controlled environment, a legal firm or whatever it may be, if you don't pick up the phone, if somebody doesn't interact with that client, more than likely they're going to go to the next result and whatever search engine they're using, whether it's an AI system or a regular standard search engine, but most of them are all enabled, enabled with artificial intelligence anyway.

SPEAKER_00: So they're probably going to move on.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: What we do is I came up with a simple solution.
• 0:47
  SPEAKER_00: Not simple.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: I came up with a solution where basically I build a system that's going to answer your phone.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to get new phone numbers or anything.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: Every single carrier, whether it's a VoIP, a voice over internet phone or cell phone, or however you have incoming calls coming into your business, that number is able to be forwarded to a number that I will get for your business that's going to be used specifically for this artificial intelligence voice system that we build out.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: The system itself is going to be something that I put together.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: I have 55 voices, I have many different accents, I have 63 different languages.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: So if you happen to have a Lithuanian business, an auto shop that's Lithuanian only, and that's all you cater to, we can make the AI voice speak in Lithuanian.
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: I think that's a language.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: And then Lithuanian also English as well, if you want to tack that on there, just in case you get that one caller every once in a while that speaks English.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: From that vantage point, they'll be able to answer questions on your behalf.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: And at the very beginning, we don't hide the fact, we don't gate it, we don't say this is a real human.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: We say this is AI, but it's AI that's put together sensibly so they understand that you, the owner, the person running the business, you happen to be with other clients or asleep.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: Or other than that, you would be picking up their call.
• 2:06
  SPEAKER_00: This helps.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: They can book a calendar with you, they can even upgrade the call.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's something that you might deem somewhat important.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: They can actually step it up with the AI.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: The AI can then buzz your cell phone or whatever device or ring through on that same number so you get on the phone.
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_00: It'll send text messages.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: It books calendar appointments ascribed to your calendar.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: So it has all of that information.
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_00: And I build these.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: I put these together for businesses, and it's nowhere near as expensive as you might think.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: In addition to that, the auditing process, whenever I look at a person's business, I need to go through the whole thing.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: I need to find out where your leads are coming from, and maybe we can fix some, make some small changes to the way that your business is presented in front of the people.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: Google My Business and these other things, that'll help you out.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_00: Happy to do it.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_00: Connor with honor, hireaivoice.com.
