- 0:01Speaker 1: Everybody.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Yes, I guess what. It's bitch therapist and your drama
- 0:06Speaker 2: darling bish wife. What's up?
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm Alissa, what's hi, Amy, my bitch wife. Hello therapist.
- 0:15Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 0:16Speaker 2: I love talking to my bitch therapist. I love it.
- 0:18Speaker 2: I love it, you.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Know, Amy, I have to say that it with Real
- 0:22Speaker 1: Housewives of Rhode Island. I don't know if you're watching,
- 0:25Speaker 1: but I feel like Brian Rulis's husband gives me Joe
- 0:30Speaker 1: Gorga mixed with Louis vibes and so wow. Yes, I've
- 0:36Speaker 1: been saying a lot of like, you know, your bitch wife,
- 0:39Speaker 1: your bitch you know. I've been doing all of that.
- 0:42Speaker 1: It's maybe so reminiscent.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Oh my god, that's so funny. It is reminiscent of Jersey,
- 0:48Speaker 2: and I have been calling him more of Joe Judae actually,
- 0:52Speaker 2: but I can see he's he is. He's like just
- 0:55Speaker 2: an amalgamation of all of the Jersey husbands. And that's
- 1:00Speaker 2: why we're here. That's why we're loving it. Are you lovingly?
- 1:03Speaker 2: Are you loving Rhode Island?
- 1:04Speaker 1: I am loving get so. Initially I was so behind
- 1:11Speaker 1: because I've been dealing with stuff, like with some family stuff,
- 1:13Speaker 1: and I. It was like a lot of Bravo stuff
- 1:16Speaker 1: on at one time, and I was like, I can't
- 1:18Speaker 1: keep up. But I went on Lindsay and Brady's podcast,
- 1:22Speaker 1: Recap Rodeo, and so I watched it and as soon
- 1:24Speaker 1: as I got to episode three, I was hooked. Honey,
- 1:28Speaker 1: can you look?
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a good because right right there, Rula
- 1:32Speaker 2: is just like, you know, I don't but you can
- 1:35Speaker 2: bring me anything, bring me the receipts, bring me pictures, anything,
- 1:39Speaker 2: just bring me the truth. But what is this nonsense?
- 1:42Speaker 2: It's the truth. It's the truth. That's what's been brought
- 1:45Speaker 2: to you.
- 1:46Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:47Speaker 1: He calls the truth AI and I was like, ma'am, ma'am,
- 1:51Speaker 1: you are in denial, ma'am. So yes, I posted a
- 1:54Speaker 1: lot about that, but you've been on my mind because
- 1:57Speaker 1: of that whole thing. And I love that we're on
- 1:59Speaker 1: the Stane page about that because Brian definitely gives Jersey
- 2:03Speaker 1: Husband Jersey Husband an amalgamation of all the crappiest gorgeous
- 2:08Speaker 1: Jersey Husband gorgeous, right, gorgeous, gorgeous gorgeous.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I actually just saw over the weekend that the news
- 2:18Speaker 2: is out that's something like Brian there's an nda with
- 2:22Speaker 2: the mistress because he gave her a part of the company. Yep,
- 2:31Speaker 2: oh my god, just what you think it's that we've
- 2:35Speaker 2: That's just an affair, it's not a business.
- 2:38Speaker 1: It's like, wow, the goal of this man to be
- 2:42Speaker 1: trying to deny something that's so obvious, and you gave
- 2:45Speaker 1: this woman part of your business, like what betrayals to
- 2:48Speaker 1: his wife? So listen, at some point we're gonna have
- 2:51Speaker 1: to talk real housewives a Rhode Island. I know we
- 2:54Speaker 1: have bigger fish to fry today, but it is it
- 2:57Speaker 1: is great. And you know what the other thing is,
- 3:00Speaker 1: Joe Allen has entered my chats. She's entered you're a
- 3:04Speaker 1: bish that yes, in a good way? Mm hmm. Well okay,
- 3:09Speaker 1: so here's in a gorgeous way.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Post in a gorgeous way. Either it's either a gorgeous
- 3:14Speaker 2: way or a non gorgeous way. So which one is it?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Is it gorgeous and non gorgeousness or.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Is it a whoa way? Are you a hua? Go away?
- 3:23Speaker 1: I love how they say horror like hula.
- 3:25Speaker 2: I love how they say wandered, wanted, he's wanted. Okay, wait,
- 3:32Speaker 2: so what you get a lot of brav celebrities in
- 3:34Speaker 2: your DMS and in your just main feed, so like,
- 3:37Speaker 2: what how is Joe Ellen showing up?
- 3:41Speaker 1: Okay, so Joe Allen showed up and it's like, I
- 3:43Speaker 1: don't know how they find me so fast, but like,
- 3:46Speaker 1: I'll post something so the Valley. I posted the Valley,
- 3:48Speaker 1: Kristen Dodi liked it. I posted another thing from the Valley.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Janet liked it. Then I posted about Rula's husband being
- 3:56Speaker 1: a absolute manipulative, abuse, use of terrible person, and.
- 4:02Speaker 2: She liked it. She liked it. She's like, I mean,
- 4:06Speaker 2: you're not wrong.
- 4:08Speaker 1: She's like this bitch gets it, this therapist. But I'm like, so,
- 4:14Speaker 1: but what gives me like such bad stomach issues? As like, well,
- 4:18Speaker 1: just wait till she has an episode and then I
- 4:20Speaker 1: have to be like, well that Joe Allen, and then
- 4:22Speaker 1: she's not going to like me so much anymore. So,
- 4:24Speaker 1: but yeah, there have been a lot of Bravo labs
- 4:27Speaker 1: up in my business recently and it's been wild.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Yes, thank you for sharing that. It's something that I
- 4:35Speaker 2: always need to be reregulated on because I can't believe
- 4:39Speaker 2: how many come to you. It's just so wild. Yes, Okay,
- 4:43Speaker 2: so we are doing our regular monthly collab, the Darling
- 4:47Speaker 2: Bisch Collab, here today, and we're going to be talking
- 4:49Speaker 2: about Beverly Hills. Before we get into that, we have
- 4:52Speaker 2: two things to discuss. One a personal update for me,
- 4:55Speaker 2: and two, Melissa's going to talk a little bit about
- 4:58Speaker 2: Southern hospitality and I'm here for that journey. So first
- 5:02Speaker 2: of all, I had jury duty. I was summoned to
- 5:05Speaker 2: go in. I went in on Friday, and I had
- 5:09Speaker 2: a really great experience. I know that people are like,
- 5:12Speaker 2: oh my god, jury duty. That's awful. Yes, it's awful
- 5:15Speaker 2: because it interrupts the regular flow of your life. No
- 5:19Speaker 2: one has time to do jury duty. No one does,
- 5:22Speaker 2: and you don't have the money and the resources to
- 5:25Speaker 2: stop your job for however long the commitment is. But
- 5:29Speaker 2: I've always wanted to serve because I find that world fascinating. Obviously,
- 5:34Speaker 2: I think we all do on some level. But when
- 5:36Speaker 2: it comes down to it, it's just really inconvenient. And
- 5:39Speaker 2: as of right now, they had to postpone the full
- 5:43Speaker 2: jury selection until Monday morning, so I don't actually know
- 5:47Speaker 2: if I'm going to be on the jury or not.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I was there all day and there's a lot of
- 5:52Speaker 2: people a lot of interviewing process and we should we
- 5:55Speaker 2: shall see. So Monday I go back, I will find
- 5:57Speaker 2: out if I do get selected, I stay there and
- 6:00Speaker 2: start the whole jury commitment of whatever you call it.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I don't know for the rest of however long it
- 6:06Speaker 2: will be. So I will absolutely give you guys an
- 6:08Speaker 2: update on that. Not to panic because from what I understand,
- 6:12Speaker 2: the hours are eight thirty to three thirty, and this
- 6:15Speaker 2: is downtown, so like, this is the Superior Court of
- 6:17Speaker 2: Los Angeles. This is not you know, San Fernando Valley.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I'm not. I know I live in Santa Clarita.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I you Santa Clarita.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I know you guys know how far away I am
- 6:27Speaker 2: from everything? Amy?
- 6:30Speaker 1: Wait, can I just tell you when they when they
- 6:34Speaker 1: acted like going to Santa Clarita was like traveling the
- 6:37Speaker 1: Oregon Trail. I thought of you immediately, and I was like,
- 6:41Speaker 1: how dare they, I know, how dare they treat Amy's home.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Of my town, my town like.
- 6:48Speaker 1: It is so far away?
- 6:51Speaker 2: That is, this town is the farthest town. And I'm
- 6:55Speaker 2: gonna do a whole like parody of the Frank Sinatra song,
- 6:59Speaker 2: Look I am from Michigan. I am not from Santa Clarita.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I won't take it that personally. However, their points were valid.
- 7:07Speaker 2: I had all the same questions they did. And before
- 7:09Speaker 2: it became like a suburban gal up here working from
- 7:13Speaker 2: home WFH, and I was the hipster like them, living
- 7:17Speaker 2: in the heart of Los Angeles, I would say the
- 7:20Speaker 2: hip is part And for the upwards of like thirteen
- 7:23Speaker 2: years before I headed over here, I, like them, did
- 7:27Speaker 2: not know about it. So their questions were valid. Their
- 7:31Speaker 2: concerns were absolutely valid. And it's true it can't take
- 7:33Speaker 2: a very long time to get up here. That being said,
- 7:37Speaker 2: I live up here, and they wanted to throw a
- 7:39Speaker 2: wide net because for people all over to be a
- 7:43Speaker 2: part of this jury. That is why I, you know,
- 7:46Speaker 2: was selected. Now that being said, hours are eight thirty
- 7:50Speaker 2: two three thirty, though it will take me probably upwards
- 7:54Speaker 2: of an hour, possibly more to get home. I will
- 7:56Speaker 2: be doing if I get selected, I will be doing
- 8:00Speaker 2: drama after dark. For the month of May, I will
- 8:03Speaker 2: be doing. I will be you know, lessening my recaps.
- 8:07Speaker 2: It will be three a week, it won't be five,
- 8:10Speaker 2: So I will be doing that and I will be
- 8:12Speaker 2: able to keep up with the shows. So it will
- 8:15Speaker 2: be a little bit nuts, but I'm happy to do it.
- 8:17Speaker 2: So don't anybody pany That's all I have to say
- 8:19Speaker 2: about that.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Wow, yeah, Amy, Can I just say number one, I
- 8:23Speaker 1: admire you so much because I think that while jury
- 8:27Speaker 1: duty is, I don't know that anyone looks forward to that.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I think part of being a good citizen is doing
- 8:35Speaker 1: your role. And quite frankly, you are someone we would
- 8:39Speaker 1: want on a jury. We've seen what jury's can be,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and my goodness, sometimes they are lacking in common sense
- 8:50Speaker 1: and some other things.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And if you've seen what they wear, I mean, please kidding.
- 8:56Speaker 1: So not only will you be bringing fast, bringing your
- 9:02Speaker 1: brave right, I mean just like I'm proud of you
- 9:04Speaker 1: for being someone who's like, let me engage in this
- 9:08Speaker 1: process and because we're all busy, like we all have things.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Oh and I just think it's it's cool for you
- 9:14Speaker 1: to to really take that seriously. And I cannot wait.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I am seated waiting to see it.
- 9:20Speaker 2: You are seated like a juror. You know you're right, okay,
- 9:25Speaker 2: Well in other news, and this is very exciting. As
- 9:31Speaker 2: you all know, bish therapist you know, has has all
- 9:34Speaker 2: of the angles on the shows that we watch here,
- 9:37Speaker 2: on Bravo and Beyond, and one of the shows that
- 9:40Speaker 2: she partakes in which I do not is Southern Hospitality,
- 9:43Speaker 2: And I know you guys have told me all about it.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I will get on board. In fact, i'll get on
- 9:47Speaker 2: board this summer. I won't be able to do it
- 9:49Speaker 2: before the end of this season. So Melissa there, it
- 9:53Speaker 2: looks like things are fire right now. Can you give
- 9:55Speaker 2: me an update and what's going on with your opinion
- 9:59Speaker 2: of what's happening?
- 10:01Speaker 1: Okay, So this is what is so crazy, Amy, is
- 10:04Speaker 1: that a couple of weeks ago, I did a poll
- 10:07Speaker 1: about because Southern Hospitality and The Valley are on on
- 10:10Speaker 1: the same night, and I have trouble covering two shows
- 10:13Speaker 1: on the same night. My chronically ill, foggy brain just
- 10:16Speaker 1: cannot do it. However, I've been watching Southern Hospitality and
- 10:21Speaker 1: there is such a major storyline going on over there
- 10:24Speaker 1: that I decided to post about it, and it was
- 10:28Speaker 1: here's just to help other people and content creators understand
- 10:32Speaker 1: that the algorithm makes no sense. This post about this
- 10:36Speaker 1: show that I don't even cover is the biggest posts
- 10:38Speaker 1: that I've ever done ever since I've been Yeah.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Literally, hm, oh my gosh, you don't recap it.
- 10:47Speaker 1: No, I don't recap it, but you've been watching it.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I've been watching it because they're okay, So I'll explain
- 10:55Speaker 1: to you all what's going on. And then Leva Bonaparte
- 10:59Speaker 1: has entered my comments like a lot, and this has
- 11:04Speaker 1: been all over the internet.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I think that's gorgeous. That's gorgeous.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Gorgeous. So hare has what's been going on on Southern hospitality.
- 11:16Speaker 1: There is a man his name is Bradley Carter, and
- 11:19Speaker 1: then there's a woman named Emmy. I don't even care
- 11:22Speaker 1: about her last name. I forget what it is. And
- 11:24Speaker 1: to be honest, she's problematic. And so my post was
- 11:29Speaker 1: about how Emmy essentially has been Initially it was microaggression.
- 11:34Speaker 1: So Bradley Carter is a black man and Emmy is
- 11:36Speaker 1: a white woman, Okay, okay, and they all work at
- 11:40Speaker 1: the Oh god, what is the name of a reppublic
- 11:44Speaker 1: Lev's I think that's what it is. Yeah, and so
- 11:47Speaker 1: it's kind of like vander Pump Rules, but lev is
- 11:51Speaker 1: the boss and it's in Charleston and that whole thing. Okay.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So Emmy initially with brad was she was talking about
- 12:00Speaker 1: him in a hotel room they were in New York
- 12:02Speaker 1: City for something. She was talking loudly, he overheard her.
- 12:06Speaker 1: He texted her that he was not happy, and she
- 12:09Speaker 1: basically was saying, this man stalked me, he threatened me,
- 12:14Speaker 1: he harassed me. And then when she didn't get enough
- 12:17Speaker 1: attention from that, she started amping things up, saying I
- 12:21Speaker 1: was naked behind the door. So it was this big look,
- 12:25Speaker 1: the huge thing. But what happened is Southern hospitality is
- 12:29Speaker 1: a pretty diverse group. There's different races, different sexual orientations,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and people are more aware, let's say, of racial issues,
- 12:42Speaker 1: like this is no Southern charm. Southern charm is like
- 12:46Speaker 1: completely unaware of racial dynamics Southern hospitality. They're telling Emmy
- 12:52Speaker 1: this is a real problem, okay, and Emmy is saying, no,
- 12:57Speaker 1: it's not. He's wrong, I'm upset, just like whatever, okay.
- 13:02Speaker 1: So what happened in the last episode is that Emmy
- 13:08Speaker 1: just kept doubling down and then instead of she was
- 13:13Speaker 1: like being accused of microaggressions. But then it crossed the
- 13:17Speaker 1: bridge into full blown racism on the show and on
- 13:24Speaker 1: the show w Yes on the show racism trying to
- 13:27Speaker 1: say that Bradley is dangerous, he's aggressive, he has stalked her,
- 13:32Speaker 1: he's harassed her, and he has done nothing of the sort. Okay,
- 13:40Speaker 1: so she I posted about how talking about in the
- 13:45Speaker 1: South with Emmett Till who. I don't know if you
- 13:48Speaker 1: know the story of Emmett Hill in nineteen fifty five
- 13:51Speaker 1: in Mississippi. This was a fourteen year old child, a
- 13:55Speaker 1: black child, who was heinously murdered in ways that I
- 14:01Speaker 1: can't even completely express for allegedly flirting with a white
- 14:06Speaker 1: female grocery owner. And that likely never happened. And so
- 14:11Speaker 1: the point of this is that when white women make
- 14:15Speaker 1: things up about black men, historically, there have been dire consequences.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Now they were. So the main thing that happened last episode,
- 14:23Speaker 1: and I'm sorry I forgot this part, is that we
- 14:26Speaker 1: find through text messages that Emmy called hotel staff and
- 14:32Speaker 1: tried to get legal intervention against Bradley. This is the
- 14:38Speaker 1: part that tipped over into full blown racism, where she's
- 14:41Speaker 1: trying to contact hotel staff saying that he's dangerous, he
- 14:45Speaker 1: you know, we need to call the police. All these
- 14:47Speaker 1: other things, and they if they were not in New
- 14:51Speaker 1: York and in Charleston, that could have had very different
- 14:54Speaker 1: repercussions for Bradley. Wow, So I post about what a
- 15:00Speaker 1: microaggression is, what is racism? What is microaggression? What does
- 15:05Speaker 1: this mean? I post about Emmett Till and why what
- 15:08Speaker 1: white women say about black men matters, like just this
- 15:11Speaker 1: whole thing, and it blew up on social media, absolutely
- 15:16Speaker 1: blew up. And now I was angry at Emmy because
- 15:18Speaker 1: I'm like, I said, it should be a felony to
- 15:21Speaker 1: bring this person back. Her behavior has been so racist
- 15:25Speaker 1: that you remember on below deck when there was allegations
- 15:29Speaker 1: of racism and they just edited the person out, I forget.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Yes, it was yep, okay, So I don't remember his name,
- 15:37Speaker 2: and I think that he was like a one stew person,
- 15:40Speaker 2: you know, one stew season person.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Yeah, right right. So people, because Leva is a person
- 15:47Speaker 1: of color and she's married to a black man and
- 15:50Speaker 1: she's raising a son of color, people were angry at
- 15:54Speaker 1: Leva about how is this person not fired? How has
- 15:59Speaker 1: she not been edited out? Because while I understand you
- 16:02Speaker 1: haven't watched, the behavior is so egregious to watch, Like
- 16:06Speaker 1: when you do eventually go back and watch, you'll be like,
- 16:08Speaker 1: oh wow, this is insane that this was allowed to
- 16:10Speaker 1: be on TV. It's so dangerous, and everyone is telling her, Emmy,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you're wrong, Emmy, this is important. You need like her friends,
- 16:18Speaker 1: people of color are saying you have to listen, and
- 16:21Speaker 1: she just won't listen. Really, so wow, yep, I posted
- 16:24Speaker 1: about this. It was my biggest post ever, which I
- 16:27Speaker 1: was like, this is so rude and offensive. I spend
- 16:30Speaker 1: hours doing these interpretations and I did this post in
- 16:33Speaker 1: like ten minutes and everyone is obsessed with it. But
- 16:35Speaker 1: then Leva not only did she start following me, but
- 16:40Speaker 1: she came into my comments to respond for hours hours.
- 16:47Speaker 1: This happened. Wow, to the point where so I don't
- 16:52Speaker 1: know if do you want me to read some of
- 16:55Speaker 1: what she said.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I would love to hear Leva's feedback on this.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Yes, there's a lot, so all kind of narrow it
- 17:04Speaker 1: down to a couple of the most important things she said.
- 17:07Speaker 1: And I also did a post about what she said
- 17:09Speaker 1: because when she responded in my comments, I thought, let
- 17:13Speaker 1: me let me do another separate post about this, and
- 17:16Speaker 1: I screenshoted her comments and she liked that. She appreciated it. Okay,
- 17:21Speaker 1: So it starts off with her talking in third person
- 17:24Speaker 1: and Amy, this is something that I'm like, is this
- 17:26Speaker 1: really Leva or is this her social media person? Because
- 17:31Speaker 1: she goes from talking in the third person, you'll see, Okay,
- 17:34Speaker 1: so Levis is Unfortunately Leva was kept in the dark.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I'm watching this it well, and there's a lot of typos.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I'm watching this in real time like you all are,
- 17:45Speaker 1: despite what you all think. I don't see raw footage,
- 17:48Speaker 1: and I don't have creative control on this show. I
- 17:52Speaker 1: don't control NBC. I heard of the original microaggression and
- 17:56Speaker 1: I was told it was rectified and the apology was
- 18:00Speaker 1: sherely accepted. So what happened with this was before I
- 18:03Speaker 1: go on with what she said is that Brad they
- 18:07Speaker 1: all had a meeting where he said, this was the microaggression.
- 18:12Speaker 1: You're saying, I'm an aggressive man that has different implications
- 18:16Speaker 1: for black men. Okay, So the whole group kind of
- 18:19Speaker 1: intervened on her, and what Emmy did was she said
- 18:22Speaker 1: I understand, she apologized, and then she went outside said
- 18:26Speaker 1: she's not sorry, said she's scared of Brad, and she
- 18:29Speaker 1: said she's basically like afraid of being canceled. So this
- 18:34Speaker 1: is the apology that we're talking about. So she apologized
- 18:38Speaker 1: and then was like, no, I'm not sorry. I'm just
- 18:40Speaker 1: sorry that people are mad at me.
- 18:43Speaker 2: So what in the world, may I ask? She's accusing
- 18:47Speaker 2: him of harassing, stalking, all this stuff. Do you know
- 18:53Speaker 2: over what? And what is it that she's actually saying
- 18:55Speaker 2: that he did. You can get to that later, but
- 18:57Speaker 2: I just want to so you know what she's saying
- 18:59Speaker 2: that he did.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, so essentially what she's I'll give a little snippet.
- 19:04Speaker 1: So what I'm saying is what she he in this
- 19:07Speaker 1: hotel room, she was like yelling about Bradley. She was like,
- 19:12Speaker 1: he is dead to me, Like, fuck this guy, just
- 19:15Speaker 1: like raging about him. And I guess he was walking
- 19:18Speaker 1: past her room and she was yelling so loud he
- 19:20Speaker 1: heard it, and he did send her a text that
- 19:22Speaker 1: said you're dead to me too, bitch because he heard.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, gotch So they were dating, they were together.
- 19:29Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no, no, nope, not together, just friends.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Okay.
- 19:34Speaker 1: And by the way, Emmy's fiance was supposedly in the
- 19:39Speaker 1: room with her, So keep this in mind. She's saying
- 19:41Speaker 1: she's afraid of Bradley, who just basically heard her yelling
- 19:44Speaker 1: about him. Sit back yelling.
- 19:47Speaker 2: So loud that someone could hear her outside of a
- 19:50Speaker 2: hotel door, like yes, that's insane.
- 19:54Speaker 1: And all he did and her fiance was there by
- 19:56Speaker 1: the way, and all he did was said you're dead
- 19:59Speaker 1: to me, to bitch, and that's what this is all about.
- 20:03Speaker 1: That and then just that, just that. So when Leva
- 20:09Speaker 1: talks about this apology, that's why it's really important to
- 20:11Speaker 1: note there was real So she thought there was an
- 20:14Speaker 1: apology given and that it was accepted.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Okay, that Emmy apologized, yes, okay, but.
- 20:21Speaker 1: She didn't really like she apologized. And then she's like, well,
- 20:24Speaker 1: I just said that so people would leave me alone,
- 20:26Speaker 1: right yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay. So then Leva continued,
- 20:34Speaker 1: what this shit show is that we are all watching
- 20:37Speaker 1: is completely left field for me and my husband and
- 20:41Speaker 1: my staff. She said, brad doesn't work for us anymore,
- 20:46Speaker 1: which is like, why does Bradley no longer work there?
- 20:51Speaker 1: But okay, doesn't work for us anymore. He throws events
- 20:54Speaker 1: and will continue to do, so Emmy is off the schedule.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Let's see what else she say. Okay, So then she
- 21:03Speaker 1: said I'm not because people kept responding to her in
- 21:06Speaker 1: my comments, and then she kept responding to them and
- 21:08Speaker 1: she said, I'm not ignoring it, simply trying to understand
- 21:13Speaker 1: the expectations. Do we double down on the obvious? I
- 21:18Speaker 1: shown character for years on TV. I don't know what
- 21:21Speaker 1: that means. I can't say that for I can't say
- 21:25Speaker 1: that for most people on Bravo. I think she's saying
- 21:29Speaker 1: that she has shown her character over the years on TV,
- 21:32Speaker 1: and she can't say the same for other people. Oh right, right,
- 21:36Speaker 1: she's saying, I won't double down on Emmy either, who
- 21:39Speaker 1: is now being threatened left and right. You all don't
- 21:42Speaker 1: understand how scary the internet can be when they know
- 21:45Speaker 1: where to find you. This is not any other show
- 21:49Speaker 1: where people go to their discreet homes. We go to
- 21:53Speaker 1: work in public. And then she ended with and yet
- 21:57Speaker 1: also not one blogger, which I hate that phrase. I'm
- 22:01Speaker 1: not a freaking blogger. And yet also not one blogger
- 22:05Speaker 1: or person put Lisa vander Pump under fire for this
- 22:10Speaker 1: notice this pattern as well?
- 22:13Speaker 2: And why would Lisa Vandercump have meaning what happened in
- 22:18Speaker 2: her on vander Pump Rules is that?
- 22:21Speaker 1: What I think Lev's trying to compare herself to another
- 22:25Speaker 1: white woman in her position, saying that like lvp didn't
- 22:30Speaker 1: get the flack that Leva's getting for her employee's bad behavior,
- 22:36Speaker 1: right when like scandal all happened and all these things happened.
- 22:40Speaker 1: What she's saying is, I didn't see Lisa getting that flack.
- 22:44Speaker 2: So Leva's getting a lot of like hate and stuff.
- 22:47Speaker 2: That's what she says, yes, and oh wow.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yes. And what's frustrating is in my comments, which my
- 22:53Speaker 1: community of people, they are thoughtful, loving, beautiful humans that
- 22:58Speaker 1: just like have great discs course, but this post has
- 23:02Speaker 1: gotten so viral that now there's just people in my
- 23:05Speaker 1: comments just like tagging her and being like, well, love
- 23:08Speaker 1: what about this? And they're just like arguing with her.
- 23:10Speaker 1: She's arguing with them back.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Right Wow. The fact that they're coming after Leva as
- 23:15Speaker 2: if she has something to do with this is insane.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Well, and so it's like I understand what people are saying.
- 23:23Speaker 1: It's like she as a woman of color and you
- 23:27Speaker 1: know all of these other things, like she clearly is
- 23:30Speaker 1: going to have issues with this. But I think that
- 23:33Speaker 1: my interpretation is that Leva has like one foot in
- 23:37Speaker 1: being a business owner, but like also one foot in
- 23:39Speaker 1: being a Bravo leberty. And I imagine that's an odd
- 23:44Speaker 1: set up scenarios to manage like Leva doesn't support. For example,
- 23:50Speaker 1: do we remember when Catherine sent like a racist like
- 23:54Speaker 1: monkey emoji? Yeah, and Leva had a lot to say
- 23:58Speaker 1: about that. I think people are like, well, where are you?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Where are you on this? Why are you not shouting
- 24:05Speaker 1: it from the rooftops? Is this because you're the boss?
- 24:09Speaker 1: Or do you know what I mean? It's so complex
- 24:12Speaker 1: and Laird. I know it's hard to explain, and I
- 24:15Speaker 1: don't want to spend a whole time. I get doing it,
- 24:17Speaker 1: but you've done it.
- 24:18Speaker 2: You're doing a great job explaining, especially because I don't
- 24:20Speaker 2: watch the show and I am following this and I
- 24:23Speaker 2: see the weight of this, and that is no wonder
- 24:26Speaker 2: she's fighting so hard. I understand that. And also at
- 24:30Speaker 2: the same time, am I right to say she's also
- 24:33Speaker 2: trying to say, even though Emmy was completely wrong, please
- 24:40Speaker 2: don't send death threats? Is that what she's trying to
- 24:42Speaker 2: say as well? Yes, and she's off the schedule and
- 24:46Speaker 2: we're not dealing right.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Correct, That's what she's trying to tell us. And so
- 24:52Speaker 1: what I reposted was because the fact is that Leva
- 24:56Speaker 1: is right in that people like Amanda, for example, her
- 25:00Speaker 1: mental health does matter, Sierra's matters, Kyle's matters, everyone's mental
- 25:04Speaker 1: health matters. And when people get angry at someone, they
- 25:09Speaker 1: I think, disregard that. They don't forget it, they disregard it.
- 25:12Speaker 1: And so my point when I reposted this was Leva
- 25:16Speaker 1: has points I believe, and we can't be threatening anyone.
- 25:20Speaker 1: You can be upset with Emmy, that's fine, but to
- 25:23Speaker 1: threaten someone then you're a human troll and you just
- 25:26Speaker 1: have to not do that, right, So I posted about
- 25:29Speaker 1: here's what lev had to say because I wanted It's like,
- 25:32Speaker 1: how am I giving lev a platform? Doesn't she have
- 25:35Speaker 1: a bigger one than me? But nevertheless, here we are.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Amy, I mean, isn't that well. I think what's important
- 25:41Speaker 2: is that you've opened up an important discussion and you
- 25:45Speaker 2: have very good points that aren't on any other page necessarily,
- 25:51Speaker 2: So it's a launching place. It's a launching point for
- 25:55Speaker 2: a discussion to be had, and I think that's what
- 25:59Speaker 2: you know, you fostered that environment, which is as you
- 26:02Speaker 2: said in the past, when you know with your regular
- 26:06Speaker 2: posting and stuff like that, it's such an amazing place
- 26:08Speaker 2: for discourse and for compelling arguments and points of view
- 26:12Speaker 2: and experiences. And then of course when you open the
- 26:15Speaker 2: floodgates to something that's so it's just a hot pot,
- 26:19Speaker 2: and then you get someone who's in the middle of
- 26:21Speaker 2: all of it, like Leva. I think it's it says
- 26:25Speaker 2: a lot that she feels that your space is a
- 26:29Speaker 2: good place to speak to this because you are getting
- 26:32Speaker 2: people who want to have a conversation about it. It's
- 26:35Speaker 2: not just on her page where they're going to say
- 26:37Speaker 2: hateful things and then leave. It's a space where you
- 26:40Speaker 2: can actually have something to say and people might take
- 26:43Speaker 2: it in and be able to speak on it and respond.
- 26:47Speaker 2: What's discouraging is and it makes me really sad that
- 26:52Speaker 2: she's got such a burden in all of this.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, yeah, I mean because women of color they
- 27:00Speaker 1: have enough burden, you know, they don't need all the
- 27:03Speaker 1: you know, I can't speak for them because I'm not
- 27:05Speaker 1: a woman of color, but I'm saying as an ally
- 27:07Speaker 1: and an advocate, it's like I want to use my
- 27:10Speaker 1: voice to support and really be an ally and not
- 27:14Speaker 1: just performatively. And so I appreciate that people are appreciating that,
- 27:19Speaker 1: and I appreciate that Leva feels like my page is
- 27:23Speaker 1: different in that it really is a safe space and
- 27:26Speaker 1: there is discourse. It's not just people being like cancel
- 27:29Speaker 1: her or screw her or rude or whatever. There are
- 27:31Speaker 1: people who have real, like real intelligent, smart things to
- 27:35Speaker 1: say and ideas. I'm just sometimes I pinch myself feel
- 27:39Speaker 1: like I'm so grateful and lucky to have all this
- 27:42Speaker 1: that I have. And I do feel grateful that she
- 27:45Speaker 1: came into that space to have those discussions. And then
- 27:48Speaker 1: she started following me, and I was like, oh god, oh,
- 27:55Speaker 1: I think it's I think it's wild.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I think it's so great, and I love that it's
- 28:03Speaker 2: a nice place. It's a nice place. You know, you
- 28:06Speaker 2: make it nice, you bitch there fish make it.
- 28:09Speaker 1: That's right.
- 28:09Speaker 2: It's good. It's good to be able to become that
- 28:13Speaker 2: she wants to be part of the conversation with you
- 28:17Speaker 2: and with others that follow And it is such an
- 28:20Speaker 2: important thing to talk about mental health within this space.
- 28:24Speaker 2: It's like, we can't talk about it enough, which is
- 28:27Speaker 2: why you know we're here. So at what point in
- 28:31Speaker 2: the season is it. Are we close to being wrapped
- 28:33Speaker 2: with Southern Hospitality?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Yeah, So they filmed the reunion already, which means that
- 28:40Speaker 1: we're probably, I don't know, two three episodes away.
- 28:45Speaker 2: I would think, did they film the reunion while this
- 28:49Speaker 2: whole thing has already taken place?
- 28:51Speaker 1: Yep, okay, and that's good. Bradley has a lot to
- 28:55Speaker 1: say about it. So the text that I was mentioning
- 28:59Speaker 1: people basically like, there are no greater detectives than Bravo Sleuth's.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Bravo Sleuths can solve any unsolved mystery.
- 29:08Speaker 2: I will solve the.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Well exactly, That's what I'm saying. You want something solved,
- 29:14Speaker 1: give the Epstein files. We need the Bravo people on this.
- 29:18Speaker 1: We'll hang it in no time. That'll be whatever. So
- 29:21Speaker 1: what happened was on TV there were screenshots shown and
- 29:25Speaker 1: people went and made them bigger and then transcribed them.
- 29:30Speaker 1: You gotta love the community, and so going into the reunion,
- 29:34Speaker 1: apparently Bradley didn't see those text messages where we find
- 29:38Speaker 1: out that she actually tried to get police involved potentially
- 29:42Speaker 1: or tried to get hotel staff involved and try and threatened.
- 29:47Speaker 1: She said that she could sue Bradley. All of that
- 29:49Speaker 1: he didn't see. Who did she want to text to
- 29:53Speaker 1: her co worker who is one of the few Latino men.
- 29:58Speaker 1: By the way, on Bravo, his name is Michaels. She
- 30:02Speaker 1: sent those texts to him and Bradley. What I saw
- 30:06Speaker 1: online is that he said I didn't see those texts,
- 30:10Speaker 1: and so I'm glad that I lit her ass up
- 30:12Speaker 1: at the reunions it.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Oh wow wow yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so that's what
- 30:22Speaker 2: he did. Yeah, that's good.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Okay, And honestly, I may end up ditching covering the
- 30:30Speaker 1: Valley and cover Southern Hospitality because for me this is
- 30:34Speaker 1: so much more important.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Did Michaels, sorry, did Michaels leak the texts? Or who
- 30:40Speaker 2: leaked those texts? Obviously Emmy didn't, but.
- 30:43Speaker 1: He in a confessional he had his phone out and
- 30:46Speaker 1: he just lifted it up and.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Oh oh oh oh oh oh yeah, oh wow, hot stuff. Okay,
- 31:00Speaker 2: I just right up, all right, let's go.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And then but then guess what. Guess who also came
- 31:07Speaker 1: to like my post? Michaels, Michaels, all these people are
- 31:11Speaker 1: up in my post. Yeah and yeah, listen, for me,
- 31:16Speaker 1: the valley is both dark and boring, and I don't
- 31:20Speaker 1: know how it can out.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Of like it's like the was all drifted up from
- 31:24Speaker 3: a Baptist board into that doubt, but I leave. That'll
- 31:27Speaker 3: baith me, that guy, Brittany.
- 31:33Speaker 2: It's no, I know. The valley is like, you know, yeah,
- 31:41Speaker 2: what are you gonna do?
- 31:43Speaker 1: But yeah, anyway, so that's the long and the short
- 31:45Speaker 1: of it.
- 31:46Speaker 2: And that's the lev and the short of it.
- 31:51Speaker 1: But I'm bump, Well, I'm really.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Happy to be filled in. This is what I needed.
- 31:56Speaker 2: This is what I needed, So yeah, you should keep
- 31:58Speaker 2: covering this. Okay, good, Well, well now I have to.
- 32:03Speaker 1: It's like my biggest engagement and I'm like, how dare
- 32:06Speaker 1: I've worked so hard for years and this is what
- 32:09Speaker 1: big gets engaged.
- 32:10Speaker 2: No, you know what, I think it's really great. And
- 32:12Speaker 2: that's that's what all the hard work is for you.
- 32:16Speaker 2: It's usually like the stuff that feels not like a throwaway,
- 32:19Speaker 2: because your work is never anyone's creative work is never
- 32:22Speaker 2: like a throwaway. But it's the stuff where it doesn't
- 32:26Speaker 2: take that much effort, you know that, that's when you
- 32:30Speaker 2: know you're in the right spot. That's all. That's what
- 32:35Speaker 2: I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. You know, you know
- 32:37Speaker 2: you're doing gorgeous work. So why don't we talk about
- 32:44Speaker 2: the Beverly Hills Reunion Part two. Okay, so now that's
- 32:53Speaker 2: what it felt like.
- 32:55Speaker 1: I literally was just gonna say.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Kyle's like actually instead of like hmm, it's more like
- 33:10Speaker 2: I am was that not like the entire this is
- 33:15Speaker 2: how we know Kyle is not at the end of
- 33:17Speaker 2: her She is like still in the middle of this journey.
- 33:20Speaker 2: We don't have a ever like now more than ever
- 33:24Speaker 2: this reunion, she's getting there. I think she is very
- 33:30Speaker 2: not ready to say much still and that's okay, but
- 33:36Speaker 2: I think that, like, you know, there were rumors of
- 33:39Speaker 2: people saying like this is Kyle's like last season, or
- 33:42Speaker 2: she's going to take a break, She's going to take
- 33:43Speaker 2: a break. Well you know how last yeah, you know,
- 33:47Speaker 2: a last reunion. We understood like this what She's the
- 33:52Speaker 2: longest running housewife of all time. Huge, that's huge, hu
- 33:57Speaker 2: huge huge.
- 33:58Speaker 1: I mean absolutely, she's pop culture icon. Whether you don't,
- 34:03Speaker 1: whether you love call or not, she is absolutely a
- 34:05Speaker 1: pop culture icon and for that she deserves.
- 34:09Speaker 2: And for that I'm in I'd like to invest. But
- 34:13Speaker 2: I honestly could see I don't you said no, she's
- 34:17Speaker 2: not going to take a break. I could actually see
- 34:19Speaker 2: her taking a break. Or even quitting the show, to
- 34:23Speaker 2: be honest with you, and in that time, the second
- 34:26Speaker 2: she's off the show, her divorce is final. She finally
- 34:31Speaker 2: gets that all settled up and does that completely off
- 34:35Speaker 2: camera so that's hidden. And then she gets back together
- 34:41Speaker 2: with Morgan. She moves down to Nashville, or at least
- 34:45Speaker 2: she's there part time, back and forth, and you know
- 34:50Speaker 2: she's spending time and aspen Veil wherever. So you know,
- 34:57Speaker 2: I don't know, but here I have a bish therapist
- 35:00Speaker 2: question when somebody says, sorry to laugh, but like when
- 35:07Speaker 2: someone's like, no, no, no, I no, I don't have
- 35:16Speaker 2: feelings for that person. No, no, we would still be
- 35:21Speaker 2: together if we were if he was a ski instructor.
- 35:24Speaker 2: And by the way, it would probably be worse if
- 35:26Speaker 2: he was a ski instructor, to be honest with you. So,
- 35:30Speaker 2: all right, what do you see as a therapist when
- 35:34Speaker 2: someone answers a question with you? No? No, yeah, no, no,
- 35:40Speaker 2: yeah no. What does that mean?
- 35:42Speaker 1: Yeah, they're buying they're buying time to think, they're buying
- 35:45Speaker 1: time to think about. Now, listen, some people process differently
- 35:50Speaker 1: than others. Okay, so some people who do that. It's
- 35:53Speaker 1: a function of processing. I do not think that's the
- 35:55Speaker 1: issue for Kyle.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Okay, think for Kyle.
- 35:58Speaker 1: It's an issue of trying to choose her words very carefully,
- 36:02Speaker 1: trying to be strategic, trying to be parse out her
- 36:07Speaker 1: words to create a facade that is different from what
- 36:12Speaker 1: she's really living. Because truly, one of the things that
- 36:15Speaker 1: I saw, Amy, I don't know if you saw this,
- 36:17Speaker 1: is that there someone had posted a TikTok or something
- 36:21Speaker 1: on social media. It was like a real house. Was
- 36:24Speaker 1: a Beverly Hills fan that was in Nashville, and she
- 36:26Speaker 1: saw Kyle and more wade to Leah at lunch, right,
- 36:32Speaker 1: and this was this was just like a couple months ago,
- 36:37Speaker 1: maybe two months ago or something like that, right. So clearly,
- 36:43Speaker 1: basically what I heard from Kyle heard what I read
- 36:47Speaker 1: between the lines, because when you know, I can kind
- 36:50Speaker 1: of see past, like the BS, what I think I'm
- 36:53Speaker 1: hearing from her is like that part of her life
- 36:56Speaker 1: with Morgan, She's never going to be public with it.
- 37:00Speaker 1: She doesn't feel like that's something that she needs to do,
- 37:05Speaker 1: and fans need to calm down and let her have privacy,
- 37:08Speaker 1: and for better or for worse, she claims that she
- 37:13Speaker 1: is not heartbroken and that she is single. I personally
- 37:17Speaker 1: doubt that. I mean, she owns a home in Nashville,
- 37:21Speaker 1: which she also slipped up and mentioned this season, right,
- 37:24Speaker 1: she said, I have a home in Nashville, and then
- 37:26Speaker 1: someone asked her like, well, why do you have a
- 37:28Speaker 1: home there? And Kyle just looked at them and they
- 37:30Speaker 1: were like, oh. It was like this conversation that was
- 37:33Speaker 1: so talent. And so I think that Kyle is figuring out.
- 37:40Speaker 1: You know, I don't think she wants to get back
- 37:42Speaker 1: with Mauricio. I think she does have grief about how
- 37:47Speaker 1: did things get here and if we could have lived
- 37:51Speaker 1: a different life, perhaps this could have been different. But
- 37:54Speaker 1: that's not true because unfortunately, what she confirmed in this
- 37:58Speaker 1: reunion is what that's I kick said back on season
- 38:01Speaker 1: one or two Alison Duboa, is that Moe never was
- 38:05Speaker 1: gonna emotionally fulfill her. And that's part of why is
- 38:09Speaker 1: this huge disconnect. It's it doesn't it's not the fame,
- 38:12Speaker 1: it's not the money, it's not the TV, it's not
- 38:15Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure that didn't help, but it's the
- 38:18Speaker 1: fact that he is who he is and he will
- 38:19Speaker 1: never emotionally fulfill herse.
- 38:21Speaker 2: He is disconnected I mean, he does look so disconnected
- 38:24Speaker 2: all the time, and it is heartbreaking to see. You know,
- 38:28Speaker 2: I want better for Kyle. I you know, we know
- 38:32Speaker 2: what she wants. She wants. She wanted to go to
- 38:34Speaker 2: go the distance. She wanted to go the distance. And
- 38:37Speaker 2: who's the blame her for wanting that, you know, and
- 38:41Speaker 2: especially now with her first child getting married and they
- 38:44Speaker 2: thought that they were going to be there together as
- 38:47Speaker 2: married is a well they are married, but not like
- 38:50Speaker 2: separated like this, and you know it's it's a it
- 38:54Speaker 2: is it's she's We see her grieving this process this
- 38:58Speaker 2: entire time, over the course of any many seasons, which
- 39:01Speaker 2: is why you know, when Durite said, are you waiting
- 39:05Speaker 2: for him? Are you waiting for him to come back?
- 39:08Speaker 2: And she's like, fuck you. To read her saying that,
- 39:12Speaker 2: fuck you, fuck you. You know the answer that fucking bitch.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Fuck No. I think I'm good like I'm not. But
- 39:21Speaker 2: I think that even her kind of wavering a little
- 39:24Speaker 2: bit says that maybe she has been waiting and at
- 39:28Speaker 2: the end of the day, maybe she's holding out like
- 39:30Speaker 2: a little bit of hope. And I understand that completely.

- 43:16Speaker 2: Your hair and skin will thank you.
- 43:22Speaker 1: You know. Here's the thing. I would get that too,
- 43:25Speaker 1: but I don't. My perspective is different. I don't think
- 43:28Speaker 1: she wants that. I think now that she understands what
- 43:32Speaker 1: it is to have love and emotional connection and hopefully
- 43:36Speaker 1: the best sex of her life with Morgan, I hope maso, please,
- 43:39Speaker 1: I think she I don't think she wants mo. I
- 43:43Speaker 1: think sometimes people I notice this clinically speaking, is that
- 43:48Speaker 1: when we have a picture of what our life is
- 43:51Speaker 1: supposed to be, sometimes our commitment to that can create
- 43:58Speaker 1: such problems for a us like it for God.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Yes, I mean, I am guilty, guilty, guilty in the past.
- 44:05Speaker 2: It's so hard to break that.
- 44:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I mean like for me, I thought by
- 44:11Speaker 1: now i'd be I'd own a private practice. I thought
- 44:13Speaker 1: I was going to be a therapist forever, own a
- 44:15Speaker 1: private practice, And now look at what I'm doing, and
- 44:17Speaker 1: I'm chronically and I'm just trying to like.
- 44:19Speaker 2: Well, what you're doing is even better than that. Well
- 44:23Speaker 2: that's sweet, I mean I think so, but.
- 44:27Speaker 1: But I think the point but to your point is
- 44:30Speaker 1: what I'm doing now is amazing. And if I hadn't
- 44:32Speaker 1: been able to change that script in my brain, I
- 44:36Speaker 1: would be really maybe not able to reach my full
- 44:39Speaker 1: potential or clinging to something that no longer serves me.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Just using this as an example. So, I think part
- 44:45Speaker 1: of what Kyle's saying is that she wants her family
- 44:49Speaker 1: unit intact, but she doesn't really want to be with mo.
- 44:53Speaker 1: I think she's just afraid about like she said, well
- 44:56Speaker 1: if we divorce, things will be different. We want stay
- 45:00Speaker 1: together at the Aspen House. We right be doing this.
- 45:03Speaker 2: I mean when she talks about right like I remember her.
- 45:06Speaker 2: You know, she's saying, we wake up in the morning,
- 45:08Speaker 2: we have coffee, we do this, and we do that.
- 45:10Speaker 2: It's got of what's amazing to me is that she's
- 45:13Speaker 2: able to do that and she actually takes joy in
- 45:16Speaker 2: that in his presence and being around him, Whereas with me,
- 45:20Speaker 2: there's no way I would be seething with anger either
- 45:23Speaker 2: I will either I would have begun moving on and
- 45:28Speaker 2: being healing apart from this person and not being able
- 45:31Speaker 2: to be around them. So I still she is such
- 45:34Speaker 2: an enigma to me. I don't know how she actually
- 45:37Speaker 2: does it, how she's even around him.
- 45:40Speaker 1: But I think the answer is because she's not in
- 45:43Speaker 1: love with him. That's what I think the answer is. Yes,
- 45:47Speaker 1: I don't think she's with him. I don't think she
- 45:49Speaker 1: wants what they had, but I think she still wants
- 45:52Speaker 1: this family unit and.
- 45:54Speaker 2: She wants love.
- 45:55Speaker 1: That makes sense to I think if she was still
- 45:58Speaker 1: in love with him, this would be and listen, I
- 46:01Speaker 1: don't know. I have no idea. I can't speak for her.
- 46:04Speaker 1: That's just my assessment of the situation, where if she
- 46:08Speaker 1: did have stronger feelings, that may be more adversarial or
- 46:12Speaker 1: more problematic. I think she just wants him back as
- 46:15Speaker 1: her best friend.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Wow, that's amazing.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Last husband, more best friend and saying like, how can
- 46:21Speaker 1: we continue to be best friends and have this cohesive
- 46:23Speaker 1: family unit without completely shattering that.
- 46:27Speaker 2: That's why I think she's worried about and she's afraid
- 46:30Speaker 2: of him, like really going off and just her not
- 46:33Speaker 2: having any tie, real strong tie to him. Why do
- 46:38Speaker 2: you think that this divorce is taking so long because
- 46:41Speaker 2: they did discuss this on the show. Bo's made such
- 46:44Speaker 2: a great point, and it really looked like Kyle was
- 46:46Speaker 2: taking that in. And I know that she's a good actress,
- 46:50Speaker 2: and I know that we see a lot of her
- 46:52Speaker 2: amazing acting a show, But like bo'se made the point
- 46:57Speaker 2: that if you guys are actually in some way out
- 47:00Speaker 2: of a good place, why not take advantage of that.
- 47:02Speaker 2: You know, bird in the hand better than do in
- 47:05Speaker 2: the bush. Why don't you pull the trigger, you know,
- 47:10Speaker 2: separate your assets and move your asses away and like
- 47:14Speaker 2: get it done. And she was like, huh, so, why
- 47:22Speaker 2: why haven't they gotten divorced? Is this because it's a
- 47:25Speaker 2: financial thing and there's financial stuff that we don't know
- 47:30Speaker 2: about that they're working on behind the scenes.
- 47:33Speaker 1: My honest take is it's two things anxiety and control.
- 47:38Speaker 1: And anxiety and control also are BFFs, and they go
- 47:41Speaker 1: hand in hand together, to be honest. But here's here's
- 47:44Speaker 1: why I believe this.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Anxiety and control are BFFs.
- 47:48Speaker 1: Wow, Oh yes, because when we have anxiety about something,
- 47:52Speaker 1: we're like and we're trying it's like you're always trying
- 47:55Speaker 1: to maintain control.
- 47:57Speaker 2: God, that makes so much sense. God, you must be
- 47:59Speaker 2: a really good therapist. I mean, not that I didn't
- 48:01Speaker 2: know that obviously, but like, that's like that just blew
- 48:04Speaker 2: my mind. I never heard it explain like that. That's great.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, my self awareness is great, but it also
- 48:11Speaker 1: ruins my life.
- 48:14Speaker 2: Because you can't get away with anything and you're constantly like.
- 48:16Speaker 1: No, yeah, even with myself. I'm like, I don't get
- 48:19Speaker 1: away with shit, even with myself, because it's like Melissa,
- 48:22Speaker 1: you know, you're being religious, rude or whatever. You got
- 48:25Speaker 1: to do this. It's like, God, damn it, Okay, I know,
- 48:27Speaker 1: can't I just have a tantrum. No, we can't. We
- 48:31Speaker 1: have to be too mature. Oh yeah, sometimes I just
- 48:34Speaker 1: want to wild out.
- 48:35Speaker 2: But wild out this is the place. Come on now,
- 48:37Speaker 2: all right, go on.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I think that Kathy and Kim and Kyle were raised
- 48:45Speaker 1: in an environment where there was a lot of anxiety
- 48:47Speaker 1: and a lot of avoidance, and also avoidance and anxiety
- 48:52Speaker 1: go hand in hand, and so what I see from
- 48:54Speaker 1: Kyle is avoidance due to the anxiety of the known
- 49:01Speaker 1: and her wanting to maintain control over the family dynamic
- 49:05Speaker 1: as she knows it. But what she doesn't realize is
- 49:07Speaker 1: the reason why it's hard is because she can't do that.
- 49:10Speaker 1: You cannot keep this family dynamic together without Mauricio's help.
- 49:15Speaker 1: So she's trying to do things that aren't hers to do.
- 49:18Speaker 1: She's trying to do things that she, quite frankly, she
- 49:21Speaker 1: can't do. And this is the process that will make
- 49:25Speaker 1: us anxious, overwhelmed and just like feeling unable, and also
- 49:32Speaker 1: some of the like some of it may be, and
- 49:36Speaker 1: an anxious level of like I'm anxious in avoiding this,
- 49:40Speaker 1: so I don't actually know how I feel about it.
- 49:42Speaker 1: I think sometimes that's part of it too. She's like,
- 49:45Speaker 1: I don't know when when Bose is asking those questions
- 49:48Speaker 1: and facing her with that, I don't know that. She
- 49:51Speaker 1: has a lot of people in her life who are
- 49:52Speaker 1: helping her look at at like this is how I
- 49:55Speaker 1: describe it. As humans, sometimes we like to lay in
- 49:58Speaker 1: our pile of garbage because it's comfortable, it's warm, it
- 50:02Speaker 1: smells the way that we're used to it smelling, and
- 50:05Speaker 1: then someone hands us their hand. We get out of it,
- 50:07Speaker 1: and we look at it and we think, how did
- 50:09Speaker 1: I lay there for so long? And that's kind of
- 50:13Speaker 1: anxious avoidance. That's sort of the way that I describe
- 50:16Speaker 1: it because she doesn't realize that she could have an
- 50:19Speaker 1: amazing life on the other side of this if she
- 50:22Speaker 1: just lets go of what doesn't serve her anymore. Wow.
- 50:25Speaker 2: Wow, you know that's just I mean preach, and we
- 50:28Speaker 2: want that. We want that for her so badly. We
- 50:31Speaker 2: all want to say, like jump off, jump out, and
- 50:34Speaker 2: just like live your life. She is she does seem
- 50:38Speaker 2: like a very controlling person, you know, and it's just
- 50:41Speaker 2: it's it's veiled in such a fun gal that's the thing.
- 50:46Speaker 2: So like you know what I mean. So that makes
- 50:48Speaker 2: it even harder probably for her to even see it
- 50:52Speaker 2: and for us to even recognize it because she's just
- 50:56Speaker 2: trying to do like all the things and there's no
- 51:00Speaker 2: red flags when you're watching it necessarily, like I mean,
- 51:03Speaker 2: over the course of how many years. I mean, obviously
- 51:05Speaker 2: we all have our opinions, but that is that really
- 51:10Speaker 2: does make sense now the friends that she does have,
- 51:13Speaker 2: like outside of reality TV, I do feel like and
- 51:17Speaker 2: let's also remember that she lost her best friend. You know.
- 51:21Speaker 2: Oh that's huge, so that has got to have her.
- 51:25Speaker 2: We we don't talk about that, you know, and I
- 51:27Speaker 2: think that's something that that just didn't go away.
- 51:31Speaker 1: So oh, sure, and Amy is grief begets grief. Meaning
- 51:37Speaker 1: so the grief of losing her best friend Lorraine, now
- 51:41Speaker 1: that she's losing Mo was also her best friend, I guarantee,
- 51:46Speaker 1: even if she cannot put words to it, this grief
- 51:49Speaker 1: is compounding on that grief and is making the process
- 51:52Speaker 1: even harder to resolve or move through in ways that
- 51:58Speaker 1: are healthy for her. I think she's a little stuck.
- 52:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know, compartmentalization. I would love for you
- 52:05Speaker 2: to even I know we need to move off of Kyle,
- 52:07Speaker 2: but I see somebody who's compartmentalizing. So it's like she's
- 52:11Speaker 2: trying to do all the things. Go to Nashville, have
- 52:14Speaker 2: this whatever the relationship is, but that fulfills her on
- 52:17Speaker 2: some level, even if they're not together and they're just
- 52:20Speaker 2: in each other's lives whatever that is. And I don't
- 52:23Speaker 2: really even care to know. I mean, like, whatever her
- 52:26Speaker 2: answer is, it doesn't even matter. What matters is that
- 52:30Speaker 2: that this person is really important to her and she
- 52:33Speaker 2: needs to have this person in her life. So there
- 52:36Speaker 2: she goes, and she is able to celebrate and feel
- 52:38Speaker 2: comfortable and happy and joy there, but then comes back
- 52:42Speaker 2: to a totally different state and a totally different set
- 52:45Speaker 2: of circumstances and then has to like juggle all of this,
- 52:48Speaker 2: then goes over here and experience. So it's like, when
- 52:51Speaker 2: will these two worlds start to level out and merge
- 52:56Speaker 2: into where she can get to a stabilized person post divorce.
- 53:04Speaker 1: Right, Because to your point, having those two different worlds
- 53:07Speaker 1: is going to create some serious psychological issues for her.
- 53:11Speaker 1: We can't live two separate lives. That's not sustainable. And
- 53:15Speaker 1: I think you know to kind of I know, we
- 53:18Speaker 1: want to wrap Kyle up here, But I think what
- 53:20Speaker 1: she misunderstands too, is that fans don't necessarily want all
- 53:25Speaker 1: the details about her and Morgan. It's not sensational. It's
- 53:28Speaker 1: more of like, we want you to be happy. Yeah,
- 53:31Speaker 1: that's part of you, to find who you are and
- 53:34Speaker 1: be emotionally fulfilled and have these amazing things. That's what
- 53:38Speaker 1: we want to see from you. We don't want to
- 53:40Speaker 1: see these two separate lives one on screen one off screen.
- 53:44Speaker 1: That feels disingenuous, that feels icky.
- 53:47Speaker 2: And you know what, I think she tried to integrate
- 53:50Speaker 2: Morgan into this and then it backfired. So honestly, in
- 53:55Speaker 2: her defense, even though she was saying she was doing
- 53:58Speaker 2: all the things except for saying it. She was trying
- 54:02Speaker 2: to integrate in her way and then and then it
- 54:06Speaker 2: just got sucked away for whatever reason. For what you know,
- 54:09Speaker 2: Morgan didn't want to be on it, and she's denying it,
- 54:12Speaker 2: and you know, Andy's asking her. She's saying no, no, no, no,
- 54:15Speaker 2: or not even answering the question and just saying, well,
- 54:18Speaker 2: I didn't choose a TV show over this person, if
- 54:20Speaker 2: that's what you're saying, And like the bottom line is
- 54:22Speaker 2: I'm here. You know, she's giving these half answers, and really,
- 54:26Speaker 2: at the end of the day, I think that she's like,
- 54:29Speaker 2: let's talk about the past and how much I've shared
- 54:32Speaker 2: and let's just leave it there and let's move on.
- 54:35Speaker 2: And meanwhile she's also bringing that up with Durret and
- 54:38Speaker 2: we can talk about durit now, which is that like
- 54:41Speaker 2: Durrete is saying, stop bringing up the past, and She's like,
- 54:44Speaker 2: but like, there is the past. I think the past
- 54:47Speaker 2: and where we've been is so important to Kyle more
- 54:51Speaker 2: than it is to some of the people there in
- 54:55Speaker 2: that room. They're living in the present, whereas she, I mean,
- 54:59Speaker 2: I know she's kind of living in the present, but
- 55:01Speaker 2: she is saying like, this is what I've given to
- 55:03Speaker 2: this show in the past. Let's look at that. This
- 55:06Speaker 2: is Deurit, this is what I've done for you in
- 55:08Speaker 2: life on the show, Let's look at that. I mean,
- 55:11Speaker 2: it is important to look at the past. But I
- 55:14Speaker 2: think what Durita is trying to say is, you know,
- 55:18Speaker 2: you didn't come to my picture reveal, and that's what's
- 55:21Speaker 2: happening now. But on the flip side, and we'll go,
- 55:25Speaker 2: we'll pingpong this back and forth. But I can't get
- 55:28Speaker 2: behind Deit. And I also have problems with Kyle, you know,
- 55:33Speaker 2: with regard to their relationship. And at the end of
- 55:36Speaker 2: the day, I honestly do not think that Kyle likes
- 55:40Speaker 2: Deria stop period stop. And I think that she's done
- 55:44Speaker 2: and was done a long time ago, and it's just annoying.
- 55:48Speaker 2: And that's kind of like where I land. How about you,
- 55:51Speaker 2: I Amy.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I completely agree with that. I think they're just not
- 55:54Speaker 1: that into each other. I think that Moe and p
- 55:56Speaker 1: K were real friends, and Deree and Kyle had a
- 55:59Speaker 1: friendship of convenience and right and work right coworkers and convenience.
- 56:05Speaker 1: But I agree that right now they're just not that
- 56:08Speaker 1: endto each other. But to your point, I think you
- 56:10Speaker 1: made a really important point, which is, you know, Kyle
- 56:13Speaker 1: is a little stuck in the past, and that is
- 56:15Speaker 1: reiterates what I was saying, is that when we're laying
- 56:18Speaker 1: in our own pile of garbage and we have our
- 56:20Speaker 1: feet in two worlds, we can be stuck in the
- 56:22Speaker 1: past and that doesn't let us be in the present moment.
- 56:25Speaker 1: So I think that is part of Kyle's issue. But
- 56:29Speaker 1: Derey is just being an asshole.
- 56:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna be honest, full full asshole, like twenty just
- 56:35Speaker 2: stop being an out for one second, like this entire
- 56:39Speaker 2: season into the reunion, full blown assholeness, like stop.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Yeah, It's like I understand, Like at first I was
- 56:49Speaker 1: supporting dre because it's like what I feel happens is
- 56:52Speaker 1: when people free themselves of things that don't serve them,
- 56:55Speaker 1: they use their voice very loudly, and it's like it's
- 56:58Speaker 1: almost overcorrect, right, And we know Durid already likes to
- 57:02Speaker 1: talk a lot, so her are using that voice even more,
- 57:05Speaker 1: my god, louder.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Yes. Sometimes I'm like part of me is kind of
- 57:10Speaker 2: I am into it. At times I'm like, yes, to read,
- 57:12Speaker 2: go to eat, you found that voice. Let's go. I
- 57:16Speaker 2: do appreciate that about her.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Sometimes I wanted to use it.
- 57:18Speaker 2: That's the thing. It's like, you know that bell, that
- 57:22Speaker 2: really annoying bell on selling Sunset that it's so loud.
- 57:25Speaker 2: It's like the biggest cow bell you've ever seen in
- 57:27Speaker 2: your life, you know, ring the bell when you sell
- 57:29Speaker 2: a property or you close whatever. And they're also like,
- 57:33Speaker 2: oh my god, shaving the bell, shaming the bell like
- 57:35Speaker 2: a clunkitty clunk clunk, and it's so faint, but it's
- 57:39Speaker 2: still really loud because it's such an huge bell. She
- 57:42Speaker 2: is ringing that bell. She was like clinkity clink, and
- 57:45Speaker 2: now it's like bampoo, bamp, bamp, and she doesn't stop.
- 57:49Speaker 2: She is burdened. She is burdened with that bell.
- 57:54Speaker 1: She's burdened with her own self. She's burdening herself.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Yes, she is burdening herself.
- 58:01Speaker 1: That's what Kyle's trying to say. But because Kyle's going
- 58:05Speaker 1: about it in ways that are counterproductive, and because they
- 58:08Speaker 1: don't have a real kinship. If they had a real kinship,
- 58:10Speaker 1: deit would hear her. But I think Kyle had points
- 58:14Speaker 1: and Dereet has points. But Deree is using her voice
- 58:18Speaker 1: too much, too loud, She's talking over people, she is
- 58:21Speaker 1: not listening. And what I did not like is at
- 58:23Speaker 1: the end, because for me, this has been Erica's best
- 58:26Speaker 1: reunion that I've ever seen ever.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Yeah, she showed up, she showed up.
- 58:31Speaker 3: I'm ready to talk about what happened four seasons ago.
- 58:37Speaker 3: I'm ready to be transparent and vulnerable, what happened eight
- 58:41Speaker 3: eight hundred years ago.
- 58:43Speaker 1: Literally, And it's like, okay, well, better late than ever,
- 58:46Speaker 1: and thank you for joining the show, Thank you right right,
- 58:50Speaker 1: this is all we've ever wanted from you. So I
- 58:53Speaker 1: but I think that like when Erica is saying, you know,
- 58:57Speaker 1: Erica doesn't love easily or often, but she did love Derea,
- 59:00Speaker 1: And when Durite saying you used me for a storyline,
- 59:04Speaker 1: and Erica lost her mind, and then like Andy's like, well, Durit,
- 59:06Speaker 1: do you want to apologize? And She's like for what, Andy,
- 59:09Speaker 1: And it's like for what, what do you mean? So
- 59:12Speaker 1: that's that's the problem. It's like Derey is doing too much,
- 59:16Speaker 1: Kyle is doing too much. Erica is the only one
- 59:19Speaker 1: in this who I think is keeping it calm, cool
- 59:21Speaker 1: and collected and trying to have Dura hear her, but
- 59:25Speaker 1: Dury isn't capable of hearing anyone or anything. And it's
- 59:28Speaker 1: just like it's enough already. She needs to understand that
- 59:31Speaker 1: she does not have the most important voice in that
- 59:33Speaker 1: room that other people deserve to talk and she needs
- 59:37Speaker 1: to cool it.
- 59:39Speaker 2: She's cool, she needs to cool it, Yeah, because at
- 59:43Speaker 2: this point, it's it's a it's a wrap on Dereit
- 59:47Speaker 2: and Kyle, and that's you know, part and partial to
- 59:52Speaker 2: Durit not having any chill, okay, And I'm like, look,
- 59:58Speaker 2: you can be going through a tough time I'm in
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: your life, like the hardest time, and you can have
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: moments of chill, not one glimpse of chill to be
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: able to hear anybody. And then like they got off
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: I think I said this last week, but they really
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: got off on the wrong foot when Kyle did not understand,
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Like Kyle didn't get it when Derey did have that
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: first breakdown at the beginning of the season where she
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: was freaking out about her kids and pque and stuff
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: like that, and Kyle was like, well, I mean, PK
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: maybe like he's like for the greatest maybe he's like
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: the greatest husband, you know, I mean, I'm kidding, but
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: she just didn't. Her timing was so off and the
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: things that she said were not the best things to
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: say for that moment. And I understood at times what
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: she was trying to get at, but like she was
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: phoning in any kind of empathy and that just really
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: screwed things up, and then we could not bounce back
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: from there, and Durrey just like took it.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: No, yeah, Deree, Right now she's just burning all the
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: bridges where she's like if you don't hear me the
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: first time, fuck.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: You, yeah, and that.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: But that's not healthy, right, Like, that's not healthy at
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: all because people are human and humans make mistakes and
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: all we can do is own that. Like, to repair relationships,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: you have to have three concepts. You have to have
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: awareness to understand your role, you have to acknowledge it,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: and then you have to talk about what am I
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: going to do different next time? Those are really kind
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: of the three major components for repairing a relational rupture,
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: and neither of them are capable of either any of them.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, because you never saw either one of them. Really,
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: like take a second and be like, okay, hold on
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: a second, Deree. I honestly do love you, and I'm
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: really sorry. I know I may have said things. Is
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: there any way we can possibly possibly please? I'm like
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: begging you. You never saw that like humility and love,
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: you know who?
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You saw that with Erica Erica. That is why I
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: think that Dereet has She's she didn't make a mistake
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: with Kyle, because I don't think that relationship is authentic.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: But she did make a mistake with Erica. Erica was like, Deree,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: I love you, I know that I've done some things
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: I want you to hear. Like, in my opinion, Erica
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: did that, and but Dereet was so blinded by her anger,
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: like because she.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Thought that she was like on a team with Kyle.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: She kept saying that, you know, like your issue with me,
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Erica has nothing to do with me. It's because you
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: want to team up with Kyle. Like That's what she
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: was ultimately saying, which was so absurd.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: It is absurd because it's like if you put down
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: your sword long enough to hear your friend, Erica is
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: trying to tell you you've wounded her gravely. She loves you,
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: but now you're letting your anger for Kyle blind you
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: and you're put her and Erica together, and now you're
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: destroying that relationship too. Like Deurite has no idea how
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: wrong she is. And you know that's a shame because
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: you can't grow until you're able to say, Okay, here's
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: how I messed up, and here's what I need to
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: do different. She can't just continue to blame everybody else
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: and burn bridges. That's that way lies madness.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, And by the way, we do have like
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: we do have to talk about Amanda before we before
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: we wrap if her package was bamboozle. Sorry, her package
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: was steamrolled by the rest of the cast, which was
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: pretty funny.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: She was like, guys, it's my package. Pay attention, and
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: we're like everyone's like.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Oh yeah, right, okay, like okay, but also her being
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: like at one point I saw that back and I
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: was like, I don't have any regrets about it. In fact,
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: I felt even better about what I said. I was like,
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: oh my god, what I have to say is that
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: I just I really did hate like when we picked
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: up at the beginning with Erica and everybody really just
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: slamming her business again and again and again. I'm just like,
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: you guys, you really need to get over it. Like
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: you're calling it a cult, and I have yet to
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: see your proof. Not a one of you has come
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: with a receipt, a timeline, or a screenshot to this
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: reunion or throughout the season telling me why exactly this
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: is a cult and how she's hurting people. So shut up.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: You know. It's really annoying, and it just it just
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: seems like mean girly when they start going down that path.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: And I'm not here to say I agree with whatever
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: it is that she's doing. It's not even about that.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: Quite frankly, I don't like having to sit here and
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: be like step off of Amanda, but it is, you know,
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: because I sit here and I'm like, I I roll
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: all day. But like, seriously, you know you guys are
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: so they're very shallow when it comes to this Bose's
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: point about her business. I did see what she was saying,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: and it did sound like a major miscommunication Amanda thought,
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: and she still doesn't get it. She thought that she
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: heard I'm losing money. I think what bos was saying
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: is if she was in it for money, she would
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: be losing money because that's not what it's about for her,
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: and she just did not get it, and so now
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: here we gott to waste time bozas to explain to
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: Amanda from A to Z you know, basically put on
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: a PowerPoint presentation as to this is what's different about
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: what I am doing? And Amanda's toll like, h she's
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: not quite getting it. What are your thoughts? Where we
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: landed with the Amanda package with reunion too well.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: To be honest, I had a hard time watching it
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: because I had takacardia waiting to see if they would
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: use my post, which they didn't, which was, oh.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: That's right, you were, but hold on, it's we still
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: have no other person.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: So here's the thing the post. And for people who
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: don't know what I'm talking about, I was contacted by
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: producer production from Beverly Hills that they had looked at
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: taking a screenshot on my post. Created a post to
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: you have used Andy used at the reunion as part
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: of quote unquote the creative. I gave permission. I was
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: like in episode two, like aut Amanda's package, literally flap sweating,
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: full on tacocardia, like just what is I just could
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: not focus. I'm being honest about that, but it's possible
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: that they could use it in the third episode, but
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: it was about Amanda kind of weaponiz like two things
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: being true, that the anniversary of her son's death was hard,
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: and she also used it to get out of a
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: hard conversation, like talking about the duality of two things
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: can be true. So my feeling is that they would
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: have used it when they were talking.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: About right right.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: Yes, so they're probably not going to use which find
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: their loss because it was a great point. But anyway,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I do think that Amanda what I can appreciate. It's
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: like she was able to hear things and own things
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: in a way that I did appreciate when people were like,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: you're wrong about this, and she's like, Okay, yes I
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: need to apologize. That was pretty cool. But to your point,
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: when you are all out here making me defend Amanda,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: we have problems.
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: Yeah, don't mean that means you're doing something wrong.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Yes, you're doing something wrong because Amanda is I think
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: one of Boza's points, which is real, is that Amanda
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: was like, I try to teach women how to think
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: for themselves, and it's like, you don't you get your
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: friends and family and everyone you know to pay for
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: your courses to teach them what you think about manifesting
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: money and wanting to do it your way and having
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: your own exercises. You're doing the opposite of teaching people
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: to think for themselves. You are saying. Amanda is saying,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: I'm the product, right. I left my PhD program in
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: psychology to do this, like to be able to have
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: this business where it's like more wishy washy and less rules,
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: And that's always a red flag to me. That's a
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: huge red flag. She went and she got her master's degree,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: she got a license, and then she was in graduate
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: school and she stopped doing that to do this business.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: So for me, huge red flags. She's definitely teaching people
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: be like me because I manifested my life from being
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: in a cult to now being a Malibu Barbie. And
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: if you want to have my life, then I'm going
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: to tell you how to do it. That's her product,
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: and so I understand why people have problems with that,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: because what is that That's like I could easily right
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: now be like, oh, well, you all think I'm fabulous.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: We'll sign up for this and we'll talk. We'll have
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: an hour zoom session and I'll teach you how to
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: be just like me, I'd be rich overnight. Well I
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: mean literally people would sign up for that.
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: But okay, not I have to I have to push
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: back because I guess I'm not really getting that in
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: the sense that when I look at all of the
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: people out there that have businesses based on self help,
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: other people who are trying to lead by example, how
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: is that are those Are you saying that those are
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: also in the same camp.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no no. Well, first
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: of all, I'm not like a lot of these people
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: that you're talking about, Like Mel Robbins.
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: She's Mel Robin's perfect.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, but she and she's terrible. Mel Robins
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: stole to let them theory. She stole it. I'm not kidding.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: If you don't know that, no, I don't know.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: I'm not joking. Mel Robbins let them theory is not hers.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: She stole it, and she chopped it up into bite
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: sized bits, leaving out the most important part of the thing,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: which is let me. It's let them and then let me.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: And there's two parts of the theory. Who came up
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: to a further episode on this author Cassie.
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: Phillips, Wow, my aunt, damn it.
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: I follow her on Instagram, I tag her all the time.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: Robin stuffs, I'm sorry, but has there been a lawsuit
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: or no.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: That I'm not sure. I imagine probably not because she's
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: just like a regular galon Mel Robbins has like a
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: million high powered people behind.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: Her, right and right. Okay, So anyway, to your.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: Point, it's a very valid one. Leading by example is
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: a beautiful thing. But leading by example and then giving
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: somebody a product or something to work on or something
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: to achieve is another important part of that. It's not
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: just in my opinion, right, It's not just look at
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: me and all these amazing things I'm doing and I'm
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: manifesting this and just do what I'm doing. Right to me,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: there's a difference between leading by example and that. But
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: also I may not be right, and this is certainly
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: just my opinion, and so I completely see other pieces
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: of that.
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: She's not necessarily leading by example. Her program is different
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: in that what she's taking advantage of people because this
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: is where I need somebody to close the loop for me.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Okay, let me try to close the loop. From what
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: I see. What I feel like Bose and everyone else
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: is saying, is that her. The product she's selling is
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: her herself saying here's how you manifest money. There's no
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: actual and again, like Sutton said, she was going to
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: be like a mole in the program to see what
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: it actually was, because I think the problem is there's
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: so much ambiguity around it that it is hard to fully.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: Under Yet that's what's tough, because people are speaking out
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: of turn because they don't actually know what it is, right,
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: and aman is.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: Not being super clear about it either, because she's just
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: like going on me more facts and figures. People ninety
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: eight percent come back murmur and it's like that's not right.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: Yes, I agree with that.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: So at some point we got to let this woman
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: do what she's going to do, live her life, because
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Amanda deserves to be successful and good. I hope she is.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: My opinion is that she's selling the product that's her.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: She's saying, you want to be successful, I'm going to
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: teach you. I'm going to coach you how to do
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: the things that I did to manifest this, and I'm
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: going to do it. There is one lane to do it,
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: and it's through through this. Whereas other things or approaches,
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: like with psychology, for example, and its apples and oranges.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: But it's like, okay, so to get to this goal,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: there's a million different ways to do it. You don't
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: just have to do it the one way. But like,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: do you remember that scene where Amanda was trying to
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: get the ladies to do her exercise and she was
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: mad that they wouldn't do it her way. That's what
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: I mean. You're a business owner. If you're trying to
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: teach people something, then you have to be resourceful and pivot.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: And it's not just one trick pony. This is what
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: you do, and this is all I know how to do. Right.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: You have to assess someone, see what's going to work
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: for them, and then do a treatment plan accordingly, so
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: to speak. So I know it's a lot. It's very confusing.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: That's just my thought on.
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: I think at the end of the day, people don't.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: I think at the end of the day, what it
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: seems more like that people have a problem with just
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: her than what she's actually doing in her business, to
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: be honest, because it's like people just don't She doesn't
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: come across genuine. You don't really trust her. She seems
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: pretty fake and she doesn't speak out of passion. Like
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: you said, she speaks out of facts and figures, and
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: so that's why nothing about it is attractive. Whereas I'm
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: and I'm compartmentalizing because I'm going, I don't see anything
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: wrong with what she's doing, because it's just like any
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: old you know, any Facebook page or Instagram account that
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: I'm following, that's that's telling just trying to tell me
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: how they live life. So here's their advice. But I
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: think what's the biggest problem is that people just aren't
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: that into her, you know what I mean.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: So it's like, yeah, and there we had and now we.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: See and now we said it. I'm saying, I'm sorry,
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: but it you know, and then it becomes extremely unattractive,
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: and then it seems like a scam, and maybe it is,
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: but I need to know it seems like a scam
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: because she's so disingenuous. That's part of what I think.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: But I would love to see more about what it
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: is so that we could actually be speaking from a
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: platform of like understanding.
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: That's so fair, that's such a fair point.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: But all right, is there anything else that we should
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: discuss about the reunion before we move on and before
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: we close.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: Us yes, yes, So I had two short points that
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: it really stood out to me. Is that Number one
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Jennifer Tilly when they showed her talking about Sutton to Kyle,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: she said a couple of things that I was like,
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: this woman is so amazing. So do you remember when
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: she told Kyle she was upset with Sutton and she
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: said those things to Kyle. We watched Jennifer Tilly sincerely
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: own her shit, apologize no butts and just said I
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: love you. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that. And
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: she what she said, which was so brave to me,
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: She said, I had a horrible childhood and I have
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: trigger points.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: Yeah. That hit me. Oh my god, I could. I
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: did not expect that from her to say that, right.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Right, And it makes sense because people who usually have
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: a lot of childhood trauma, they tend to be people
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: who use a lot of hugh. They tend to be
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: people who are so kind and loving. Oh thank you.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Don't forget Amy, I'm talking about me.
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: I know, I know. I was just gonna say, I'm
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: looking we're looking at each other. Gun, Oh, we.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: See each other, amy each other. And so I think
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: for her to bring up that this is an example
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: where Jennifer Tilly was triggered because she was upset because
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: Sutton was. Sutton can be very mean and very harsh,
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: and as someone who lived a childhood where people treated
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: me very badly, that would trigger me too, And so
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: I appreciated Jennifer saying I own it, I apologize, here's
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: why I reacted this way, which was totally appropriate, and
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: I'm working on doing that. And when she said trigger points,
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: I just felt that was so brave because people, you know,
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: being triggered isn't just being upset. Being triggered is a
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: physiological response that involves neuropathways, neurology, biology, physiology. It is
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: a major thing, and when you're triggered, that's very real.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: So I loved that she said that owned that, and
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: she to me, top to your housewife, I want her
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: to be just like forever.
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: I talked you and you know what too, we know
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: that that wasn't the first conversation they had about it.
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: That was, you know, and they it's probably so much
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: deeper where they've had a conversation many times about maybe
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: even like Sutton maybe even said to her, I've stopped drinking,
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: you know, part and partial because of how I've acted
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: towards you in the past, and I don't want to
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: do that. Maybe Jennifer has even sat down with her
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: and said, I don't think that you should be doing
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: this during the afternoon. I mean, I can because I
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: don't lose my shit, but you shouldn't sat And I'm
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: saying this with love, you know, like there could have
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: been that.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: Right, and you know, it's so funny. That was the
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: other The only other thing that I want to mention
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: was Sutton kind of talking about how her alcohol use.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: You know, Andy was like, do you think you had
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: a problem, and she she was like, she would have
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: said that it was a problem. Right.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: Kyle was like.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Right, which back to my point is that usually means yes.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: But she you know, listen, I worked in impatient rehab
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: long enough to know when people have unhealthy relationships with alcohol.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: But sometimes they're just not as comfortable saying yes, I'm absolutely,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: I'm this, yes I'm that. But what I appreciate Sutton
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: was able to say, you know what, it created issues
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: for me. There was an unhealthy relationship. I took a break,
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: and I'm now being more moderate and intentional, and that
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: I a thousand percent support.
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: Yes, a thousand, a million applause, And I love that
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: we had that moment for her. I mean it was great.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: And then the ri thing will never know because of
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: all the NDAs and all the paperwork that went between
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: the two of them. So that's that, you know, I mean,
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: that will never come to light.
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: Never.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: The Ebantine file is in its the Epstein files, in
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: its entirety, unredacted from beginning to end, will come out
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: before we find out what happened to Jean Suttoninari. And
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: that's the facts. You heard it here first, Yeah, you
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: sure did first. Yeah, Okay, Amy, this has been so
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: so so wonderful.
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: My god, we could do this for ten more hours.
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: I love talking to you.
