Teen Pleads Guilty to Capitol Gun and Child Porn Charges | Oakland News
An 18-year-old from Georgia rolled up to the U.S. Capitol armed with a loaded shotgun, intent on scaring lawmakers into speaking truth — but got caught instead. He pleaded guilty to illegally carrying a firearm on Capitol grounds and, shockingly, also admitted to possessing child pornography. Surveillance caught him sprinting toward the building before officers stopped him; he claimed the gun was for home defense. Now, he faces prison time on December 8th for both crimes.
