SPEAKER_04: Put a rope around them and pull them back in.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_04: Got some recalls to tell you about.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_04: And here we go.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_04: This particular or these particular vehicles uh might have a missing rivet on the front seat belt buckles.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_04: Well, there goes Anne Edna.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_04: Audi Q7 for 25.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_04: These are all 2025 models.
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_04: Audi Q8, Audi RSQ8, Audi SQ8.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_04: All for 2025 being recalled.
• 1:35
  SPEAKER_04: Edna.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_04: It's that time of the year that we can talk about Anne Edna.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_04: Uh loss of drive power from a software error in the Honda Accord hybrid 23 to 25 model years.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_04: If you own a 25 model year Ford Escape or Ford Maverick, there's a loss of stability, vehicle stability control, and brake power assist.
• 1:58
  SPEAKER_04: Not good.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_04: Oh, we're not done with Ford yet.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_04: Just a moment.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_04: Oh contrary.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_04: Ford Bronco, Ford Bronco Sport, 25 to 26, instrument panel display failure.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_04: These Fords are also being recalled because of a high voltage battery that may short circuit.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_04: The Ford Escape PHEV, plug-in hybrid electric, 2020 to 2024, and the Lincoln Corsair PHEV, same vehicle, 2021 to 2024.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_04: High voltage battery may short circuit.
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_04: Call the fire department.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_04: And then uh I think I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago when it first came out.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_04: The Hyundai Sonata for 2020 to 2023, the fuel tank may leak.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_04: Oh.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_04: Hate that when that happens.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_04: And in the Hyundai Ionic 5 for 2025, the seatbelt retractors are not secured properly.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_03: Add rivets and then she backers and the back there.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_03: Just get roped.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_03: And then seat belts are getting in trouble.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the clampets use rope tied around candy and all that.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they use rope instead of uh hand on top of the roof?
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_04: They did, yes.
• 3:15
  SPEAKER_04: In the rocking chair.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_04: So those are the recalls.
• 3:20
  SPEAKER_04: All right.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_04: What would you like to do now, Mr.
• 3:23
  SPEAKER_04: Mars?
• 3:25
SPEAKER_03: I would like to introduce Antron, but he's not here.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_03: But that's what I'd like to do.
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_02: Hey, I've got a I've got a uh I've got a thing here.
• 3:35
  SPEAKER_02: I bet you do.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_02: It is a recall, and it's Honda.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_02: They re recalled over 400,000 vehicles for potential wheel detachment.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_02: And as the story goes, if you read into this has been out a couple weeks, but it wasn't in your group.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_02: Uh they were the the spare tire rims.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_02: Well, there's some that go into the trunk and then they use some of those rims, they remodify them to put them actually on the car.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_02: Well, they didn't mod they they've got a stack of these over here that go on the car, they've got a stack of these that need to be modified for going the trunk.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_02: Well, they were divided by a wall.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_02: Well, during some kind of maintenance schedule at this factory, they removed the wall to do some maintenance on the building.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_02: They didn't put the wall back up, so then all of these wheels got mixed together.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_02: So there was a housing or some type of grommet or a scutcheon or something they put on the wheel to make it fit onto the car.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_02: Well, they weren't doing that.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_02: So now they're all intertwined and 400,000 vehicles are being recalled to have the wheels replaced.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_04: Or find out whether find out which wheels are on which car and where they are on the car.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but that's just it.
• 4:38
  SPEAKER_04: They don't know.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_04: That's it.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_04: Let me take a look at that.
• 4:41
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_04: You know, did you notice, Jeff, that we were sitting by the pool this afternoon?
• 4:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we are, because I did that on purpose.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_02: I talked to Mike this morning.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_02: We're supposed to get some heavy weather.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_02: There's you know snow flurries in Dallas, Oklahoma's gonna get, and Great Lakes are getting pounded.
• 4:55
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_02: So I just wanted to get a little summertime action before all that.
• 4:58
  SPEAKER_02: It's the fan.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_02: If you know what I mean.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_04: Well, um, is that a volleyball net that's up out there?
• 5:05
  SPEAKER_04: Is that a child?
• 5:06
SPEAKER_02: Do whatever you want with that net.
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_02: No, that's a wall.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_02: That's a glass wall divider.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, it is?
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_04: So you don't fall in when you're listening we we don't hold back on the bucks here.
• 5:18
  unknown: Mr.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_04: Mars got a wreck behind him.
• 5:20
  SPEAKER_03: That's his big booty.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_03: No, man, that's a classic.
• 5:22
  SPEAKER_03: I'm saving it.
• 5:23
  SPEAKER_03: That's a fixer upper.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_03: Well, get out of the way so we can see.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_01: I got the transmission in the tub.
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_02: There you go.
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_01: Check it out.
• 5:29
  SPEAKER_01: That's classic.
• 5:31
  SPEAKER_01: It's a junkyard dog.
• 5:32
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 5:33
  SPEAKER_01: It's a fixer upper for a rat rod.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_04: I'll tell you what, I'll I want you to you, you you need to go and fix that up this week.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_01: I bet you this hold a lot of donkey in his day.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_01: A lot of anybody I'll work on that.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_01: Oh, what's going on there?
• 5:47
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_01: Our video sources have been.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_01: We've got a little glitches in the system this morning.
• 5:52
  SPEAKER_01: Glitches and something.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_03: Did I tell you speaking of cars that are easy to work on that are not easy to work on, did I tell you about changing my granddaughter's headlight?
• 6:00
  SPEAKER_02: You did.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_02: Did you ever get it done?
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_02: Or she had lights.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_03: I thought it would be the whole bumper.
• 6:06
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's right.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, no, I had to take off the grill, the bumper, and all that stuff.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_03: And I put the replacement unit in there because I had to replace the whole housing.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_03: And it didn't work.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you're telling us there's different kinds of things.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_03: Send it back.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_03: Got ordered a different one.
• 6:20
  SPEAKER_03: It didn't work.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_03: And what I learned was that.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_03: Don't edge the car yourself again.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_03: Besides that, yes, absolutely that.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_03: But I'm in my I did not know that they're now some of them are using LEDs, like for the low beam, and they're using regular halogen for the high beam.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_03: So it's kind of a hybrid.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_03: It's not a one or the other.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_03: So the wiring system on it is a little different to compensate for that LED.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_03: For example, I learned last night that there's a different fuse for the low beam on both sides, and a different you know, uh on the left side, a different fuse for the right side, the high beam left, and the high beam right.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_03: So there's all kinds of fuses in there where in the old days, if both headlights worked, great, if one of them was out, the fuse was good.
• 7:08
  SPEAKER_03: The relay was good.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_03: So what so what what what do you say?
• 7:16
SPEAKER_03: Well, so now I'm I'm chasing fuses to see if we got good fuses.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_03: I gotta get her, she's still at school and all that stuff.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_03: Did you put it back together or is it still in the city?
• 7:24
SPEAKER_03: I had to put it back together so she could drive it to get to school and work.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_03: But the lights don't work.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_03: Well, that one side, the high beam works.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_03: The halogen portion of it works, the LED doesn't work.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_02: Just tape a flashlight to the fender.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_03: But what it did was I left the little side marker light dangling, so it's kind of like a little ghost light where there's a hole in the back of the housing.
• 7:42
  SPEAKER_01: Oh dear God.
• 7:44
  SPEAKER_01: Ghost light.
• 7:46
  SPEAKER_03: It's not my car.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_03: It looks good from here.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was safety first.
• 7:50
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_04: But anyway, it just got this, this, this, this that don't work.
• 7:57
  SPEAKER_04: So there's a$10,000 ticket.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_04: And who's working on this car?
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, my grandpa.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you got a dangler.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_04: You got yourself a dangler.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_03: It's uh it just it amazes me some of the stuff they do with these new cars and how they put them together.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_04: Hey, I wanted to tell everybody while I'm thinking about it that the automotive show is coming up in a couple of months, January 28th through February 1st at NRG Center.

SPEAKER_04: And right now, this weekend, and through February 1st.
• 8:25
  SPEAKER_02: No, it can't be February 1st.
• 8:27
  SPEAKER_04: Let me see.
• 8:27
  SPEAKER_04: So January 28th.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's when the show is.

  SPEAKER_04: Expert-led tours.
• 9:23
  SPEAKER_04: Huh.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_04: There's a group out there uh for serious shoppers that uh some people that are not with the factory but think that they know it all about these cars.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_04: Like us that they are going to uh they're going to lead uh, I guess a personal tour of certain cars.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_04: Are they gonna walk around with the little sign?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_04: I don't know, but I'm not gonna even mention this organization at all because uh just not on the Don Armstrong popular list.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_04: Uh but there'll also be family fun activities, fights here and there, modern luxury lane, and classic car collection.
• 9:59
  SPEAKER_04: They all return.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_04: Um, it ought to be a great night.

  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, two tickets for$20.
• 11:01
  SPEAKER_04: It's$10 a person.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_04: Be there or be square.

SPEAKER_04: You know, you're all gonna dress up in your Christmas jammies as a family.

SPEAKER_01: You know, somewhere somebody's got a green screen.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_01: And now, ladies and gentlemen, called me Gumby when I was wearing it.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_01: I know you did.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_03: We could we could take and put rollers on one of these green screens and just kind of walk around behind him.
• 11:34
  SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_03: Okay, yeah, you do that.
• 11:36
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_04: And how many people would that take to clear the aisle?
• 11:39
SPEAKER_04: And people are going, no, this isn't right.
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_04: Something's wrong.
• 11:42
  SPEAKER_04: Are you kidding me?
• 11:43
SPEAKER_03: They turn around and see us coming with a big green screen and him walking in front of it, they're gonna move out of the way.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_03: They're gonna go hide in the bathroom.

• 11:58
  SPEAKER_03: My bad.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_03: Next guest, not the one we want right at the moment.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_02: If if you haven't been to the Autopodice show and you haven't done Camp Jeep, you gotta get out there.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_02: When we're there and the doors open, people flock to it and they line up to get that going.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_02: So uh we've got phones coming up.
• 12:14
  SPEAKER_02: That's okay, go ahead.
• 12:15
  SPEAKER_02: But it's it's a it's a cool event.

• 12:23
SPEAKER_02: So give it a give it a go.

  SPEAKER_03: I don't know why.
• 12:44

• 12:47
SPEAKER_03: Is that what it was?
• 12:48
SPEAKER_03: Well, that and a lot of groveling was involved.
• 12:51

• 13:01
  SPEAKER_04: Groveler.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_02: Groveler right across the face of groveler.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_02: Write that down in his titles People Finder and Groveler.
• 13:07
  SPEAKER_02: Where's my pen?
• 13:08
SPEAKER_02: There, you got a pen?
• 13:08
  SPEAKER_02: I got a pen.
• 13:09
  SPEAKER_02: I got that down.
• 13:09
  SPEAKER_02: People finder and groveler.
• 13:11
  SPEAKER_02: Groveler.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 13:13
  SPEAKER_04: Exclamation, exclamation.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but uh how do you you can't really that doesn't relate in in a verbal kind of sense.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_04: That's a written thing.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_04: So let's do say it forcefully.
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_04: Mike onto this dancer at deja vu.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_04: That's an old one there.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_04: That's an old one there.
• 13:31
  SPEAKER_04: Video editor and groveler.
• 13:36
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_04: This is gonna come back to haunt you.
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_04: Haunt all of us.

SPEAKER_04: The 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack heralds a new 550 horsepower Hurricane Six Pack engine meant to outperform the 5.7 liter and 6.4 liter Hemi V8s featured in the previous generation Dodge.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_04: It's banking on the Hurricane Inline 6 engine while attempting to build on the Scat Pack legacy with a new twist.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_04: The Hurricane has already been slotted in the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Wagoneer and the Ram 1500.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_04: Now it has to prove itself into performance enthusiasts who prefer a Hemi.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_04: Charger Scat Pack two-door goes on sale next month, December, which is a day away.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_04: Followed by a standard 420 horsepower car as well as a four-door version in 2026.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_04: The engine in the Scat Pack boasts 0 to 60 time of 30.9 seconds, tops 177 miles an hour.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_04: The charger scat pack will start at 56,990 with shipping, making it a vehicle one of the most basic for the buck horsepower under$55,000.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_04: Dodge said the six pack high output engine, and the scat pack is also the most powerful hurricane in production.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_04: How fun.
• 22:44
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:44
  SPEAKER_04: I'm a huge inline six fan.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:47
  SPEAKER_04: Not a torque.
• 22:48
  SPEAKER_04: Like it.
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_04: And they're hard to break.
• 22:51
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's a big point there.
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_04: Scout Motors.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_04: Remember Scout?
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_04: International Harvesters originally made the Scout back in the day.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_04: It was like the Bronco style.
• 23:03
  SPEAKER_03: Yes.
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_03: Kind of boxing.
• 23:05
  SPEAKER_03: Yep.
• 23:06
  SPEAKER_03: Utilitarian.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_04: Well, it's now Scout Motors.
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_04: It's not just the Scout brand, uh, Scout name.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_04: It's a brand onto itself.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_04: Set to take a significant step forward in 2026 when pre-production vehicles begin rolling down the line at a new factory in South Carolina.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_04: And some executives are just starting to get initial drive time with test mules as development of the Traveler SUV and TERRA pickup continues.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_04: They say we're very likely getting to something that looks and feels like a real production vehicle, according to Cody Thacker, Vice President of Commercial Operations, said while speaking during a fireside chat at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_04: You know, I think that we need to replace this show with a fireside chat show.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_04: We don't have a fireplace in here, but we've got a green screen back there.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_03: I bet we could put one back there.
• 24:02
  SPEAKER_03: We certainly can.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_04: Well, I think it's time to break out the fireplace, don't you?
• 24:06
SPEAKER_04: Maybe and the pokers and all that.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, maybe in a couple three weeks we could be making it.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_04: And but we have to have the fire crackling in the background.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_04: Not that kind of no, not that sound effect.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_04: That does not work for me.
• 24:22
  SPEAKER_04: And electric truck manufacturer.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_04: I remember when this thing first came out, I said, what?
• 24:29
SPEAKER_04: The Bollinger Innovations Company Incorporated is facing dozens of complaints over unpaid wages and a new stack of lawsuits by suppliers seeking millions of dollars in past due payments.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_04: And the state of Michigan is among those with money on the line.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_04: Southeast Michigan startup, which promised in 2023 to invest$44 million and create 237 jobs in Metro Detroit, is in default of its incentives agreement with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_04: The company was awarded$3 million by the state to help launch its Class 4 EV and has collected about a third of the cash.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_04: So do you think that we'll ever see a Bollinger?
• 25:12
  SPEAKER_04: No.
• 25:13
  SPEAKER_03: I saw a Bollinger one time.
• 25:15
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah?
• 25:16
SPEAKER_03: Actually, and uh it was here in Texas for an event, and it was very utilitarian and very I mean, yeah, square, very square, sharp edges, G-Wagon, yeah.
• 25:30
  SPEAKER_03: Yes, yes.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_03: And uh, you know, we actually had him on the show another time, and it was one of those deals with me.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_03: But I just like he didn't have the money to do what he was trying to do.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_03: He had a big dream.
• 25:44
  SPEAKER_03: Just not enough funds.
• 25:46
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 25:46
  SPEAKER_02: The old scout.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_02: If you're male driving it, you have to be a boy scout.
• 25:52
  SPEAKER_02: Say that again?
• 25:53
  SPEAKER_02: Nothing.
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_02: I just if you're a girl driving it, it's a girl scout.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_04: We try to be as politically incorrect as we can.
• 26:02
SPEAKER_02: We're trying to kill time.
• 26:03
