- 0:00All men are. Created equal, but they are
- 0:02endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, by
- 0:09liberty. If liberty means anything at
- 0:15all, it means right to tell people what they do not want to
- 0:19hear. Make America great again.
- 0:42All right, welcome back to the Big Make Show.
- 0:45Here we host George Ballantine. Lance Migliacho is with me.
- 0:50He just got on. If y'all give me a second, I'm
- 0:53going to bring him in. Take me like 2 seconds.
- 0:57He must have got hit by the CIA or something.
- 0:59They didn't want him talking today so they shot something.
- 1:02A bullet to his system. Here he is.
- 1:05Hey apologize for being late guys.
- 1:06My computer had to reboot it and it was being.
- 1:08Acting. Don't worry about CIA bro.
- 1:10Yeah, listen, it happens. Whatever.
- 1:12You know how it is with the tech anyway.
- 1:13So welcome back to the big big show.
- 1:15Of course, I'm your host, Lance Miliantzo with George B.
- 1:18Here he is rise and grind, tip of the spear, doing what we do.
- 1:21Of course this is a truth telling show.
- 1:24We try to do all the research. You don't have to bring you the
- 1:26right guests and the rest of it. George, how are you man?
- 1:29How are you this? Oh, I'm good.
- 1:30I've been watching the clown clown show hearings all morning
- 1:33with Tim Waltz and Keith Ellison.
- 1:37You know, just more waste of time and money as they just, you
- 1:40know, banter back and forth and, you know, no consequences,
- 1:43nothing gets done. Waste of time.
- 1:46Then we have, you know, Iran getting bombed to hell.
- 1:51The one of our one of our submarines sank one of their
- 1:58ships with a with a torpedo and that hasn't been done since
- 2:03World War 2. I talk about making headway.
- 2:07Yeah, I saw, I saw that this morning.
- 2:09There's a lot going on, you know, and it's it's funny, the
- 2:11news cycles are so full of phony stuff.
- 2:15Guys, be careful out there. Don't get sucked into any of
- 2:17these videos. A lot of game footage is being
- 2:19repurposed with AI. They're putting out a lot of
- 2:22false narratives, so watch what you're assuming is truth.
- 2:27I'm not even sure what to believe on some of it.
- 2:28You know, we heard some stuff from Colonel McGregor last
- 2:30night. He was talking to Matt Gaetz and
- 2:32said that a lot of our bases have been destroyed.
- 2:35We haven't seen that in the news.
- 2:36I don't know if it's true. A lot of our bases.
- 2:39Yeah, Colonel McGregor was on Matt Gaetz destroyed.
- 2:42Yeah. Not destroyed.
- 2:43I mean, they hit in Qatar the base.
- 2:47I'm going off just what I heard of the show.
- 2:49I don't care what? Yeah, I'm just telling you what
- 2:51I know. McGregor's sources, But he does
- 2:53have some pretty good sources you.
- 2:55Know he's been wrong too. He's a great guy, but he's been
- 2:57wrong too. But no, our base has not been
- 2:59destroyed. It was hit in a one in Qatar,
- 3:02but it's not destroyed. No, no lie.
- 3:05Nobody was injured or nothing. CI State CIA stationed in South
- 3:10in Saudi Arabia was stung. Off of what McGregor says, he
- 3:13still got contacts within the military.
- 3:15He made a comment that seemed pretty on on, you know, I
- 3:19watched the interview, got to tell you.
- 3:21I'm just going to say that it's possible.
- 3:23I don't know what they're covering up.
- 3:25There's a lot of news that I don't think is true right now.
- 3:28This was last night. Last night, Yeah.
- 3:30So can I find a clip? If you want to change.
- 3:34It comes over through the channels.
- 3:35No, I don't want to check it out.
- 3:36But you know, as much as people, their credibility, I love
- 3:39Colonel McGregor. I think he's a very credible
- 3:41guy. Sometimes people go on shows,
- 3:43you know, like Matt Gates. They, they, you know, they, they
- 3:46embellish a little in order to get clicks and views and stuff.
- 3:49So bass is not destroyed. But anyway, my uncle, I'll tell
- 3:55you what, my uncle isn't guitar. The bass is not destroyed.
- 3:58I, I didn't say guitar. What I said was bases.
- 4:02He actually indicated that several bases had been attacked
- 4:05and that they were not operational at this time and
- 4:07that they were using India as a jump point.
- 4:10Now, whether it's true or not, I have no idea.
- 4:12Again, like that's what I was bringing up.
- 4:14I was just trying to say that there's a lot of stuff right now
- 4:16that you have to really wonder what's true and what isn't.
- 4:20I don't know. I saw a lot of stuff last night
- 4:22that I validated that wasn't true and it sure looked
- 4:24legitimate when they posted it. I don't know, we'll have to see.
- 4:28We'll keep an eye on it for you guys, of course.

- 5:22You have to get it out. You got a great, a great guest
- 5:29for you guys today. You know, you, you've seen us
- 5:31cover lots of stuff when it comes to the pandemic.
- 5:35We've had a lot of great guests on over the years.
- 5:37Some of us got us suspended at different times on YouTube and
- 5:40otherwise. So, you know, we always try to
- 5:42bring you what we believe are the legitimate sources and
- 5:45facts. And today we're joined by Doctor
- 5:46Joseph Sansone. He's a psychotherapist opposed
- 5:50to psychopathic authoritarianism and writes A newsletter to host
- 5:54a podcast called Mind Matters and everything else on his
- 5:57website. Got a great sub stack over at
- 5:59josephsansone.com. And he's no stranger to the
- 6:03America first moved. Of course, Joseph was a chairman
- 6:05in one of Patrick J Buchanan's presidential campaigns, received
- 6:09a written endorsement to run for public office from Mr. Buchanan.
- 6:12Dr. Sisone has been litigating for the past couple of years to
- 6:15try and stop Governor Ron DeSantis from continuing to
- 6:19facilitate mRNA in the state of Florida as they are biological
- 6:23and technological weapons of mass destruction.
- 6:26We've talked about it on the show over and over again.
- 6:28We've had all the the experts. You guys know it.
- 6:33Doctor Sansone's going to be testifying in the Netherlands in
- 6:37a civil case against Bill Gates and others.
- 6:40We've talked about that. For some reason, Bill Gates
- 6:43thinks he's a medical expert with no medical experience.
- 6:46He wants to decide what you're going to eat, when you're going
- 6:48to eat it, and how you're going to get vaccinated.
- 6:50He wants to put it in our food. You name it.
- 6:53He's not the only one. No reason to leave Doctor
- 6:56Sansone backstage. Let's get him in.
- 6:58Let's get him in. Welcome to the big, big show,
- 7:00Doctor Sansone. Eyes on.
- 7:03Hey, how you doing? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:06Thanks for joining us today. First of all, I want to
- 7:08apologize for being late. My computer was being stubborn
- 7:10on the reboot. I had a problem with my audio
- 7:12so. I apologize.
- 7:14You're good. You're good.
- 7:15To prep you a little bit. Listen, you know, we've had a
- 7:19lot of people on, on this show that we've, you know, and we, we
- 7:21were lucky, but I think we were very fortunate that George and I
- 7:25never got vaccinated. We realized very early on that
- 7:28the mRNA vaccine was dangerous. We've had on Doctor Malone, Judy
- 7:32Mikeritz, Peter McCullough, you, you name it, we've had him on
- 7:35the show. And when I got the opportunity
- 7:38to have you come on, I was extremely interested in what
- 7:41you've been doing, you know, over this entire time period.
- 7:44You seem like you'd be fighting like crazy.
- 7:45But I like to start off with our guests and always ask him.
- 7:47You know, George and I weren't really political guys.
- 7:50And we were on Twitter posting and started to put a lot of true
- 7:55stuff out. I, you know, I recognize there
- 7:58was a lot of things that didn't seem right.
- 8:00Didn't take long for us to get suspended right after Donald
- 8:03Trump. They came right after George and
- 8:05I, minute and 46 seconds for me and George shortly thereafter.
- 8:10You know, my question is, what kind of triggered you?
- 8:12I don't know if this was always an area of interest for you or
- 8:15not, but let's maybe give some people a little more background
- 8:18than what I gave them in your bio.
- 8:20Well, I guess because I was involved in the, you know, the
- 8:24Buchanan America First movement in the 90s, I was pretty much
- 8:29awake since 1991. Buchanan was like the first guy
- 8:33to openly campaign against the New World Order back then when
- 8:35he challenged George HW Bush in the Republican primary back
- 8:39then. And he ran three times.
- 8:41But so when when when 911 happened, like, I kind of pretty
- 8:45quickly figured out that was an inside job and a false flag.
- 8:48So when COVID was coming down the line, it was just an easy
- 8:52play. It was the same playbook.
- 8:53They just want to make the whole country the airport.
- 8:56And and so that alone had me realizing it was, you know,
- 9:00something was up here and, you know, because a lot of the stuff
- 9:03we had talked about, you know, decades or two earlier and all
- 9:05of a sudden you see the stuff coming, kind of coming to
- 9:08fruition. I mean, not the specifics of the
- 9:10vaccine, although there were people out there, you know, even
- 9:13as early as 2009, like Doctor Remolebo talking about how
- 9:16they're going to hit us with a vaccine bioweapon.
- 9:18But I mean, so yeah, I think and I and we, because I've had
- 9:21conversations about this, why were some people awake and other
- 9:24people weren't? Why did.
- 9:26And the best I've come down to is it's something, you know,
- 9:30because I mean, I am a therapist.
- 9:32So it's something in it's something in your experience
- 9:35caused you to question things in your prior life experience.
- 9:39And I joke around saying like the honor roll students are not
- 9:41the ones that are going to save the world just to reform
- 9:43juvenile delinquents because they don't respect authority to
- 9:46the degree, you know, if you're, if you're, and here's why a lot
- 9:48of doctors got conned. You know, if you're, you're a
- 9:51high IQ doctor, you know, you've gone through your whole life
- 9:53getting those little stars when you're a little kid, getting all
- 9:56these little achievement awards. And you know, a lot of it's ego
- 9:59inflation. It's easily to manipulate them
- 10:01because of their over reliance under intelligence.
- 10:03And so it's like somebody who's over relying on their
- 10:06appearance. It's I mean, it's OK to look
- 10:07feel good about how you look, but if your whole identity is
- 10:09wrapped up in your appearance, you're kind of screwed.
- 10:12It's the same thing with your intelligence because you're
- 10:13easily manipulated. And so they trust the authority
- 10:16that was that gave them good lives basically.
- 10:20So I think that's a big part of why a lot of people got conned.
- 10:24You know, they're making money. It's just eats a lot of
- 10:26yourself. I think the lie was really easy
- 10:28to see. I mean, I do specialize in
- 10:30clinical hypnosis, so I'm kind of aware of the mass media
- 10:33manipulation maybe a little quicker than the average bear.
- 10:36But I think I thought it was obvious, but even to validate
- 10:40like what I had thought the late Doctor Francis Boyle, who we're
- 10:43going to talk about a little bit.
- 10:45He was the law professor that lobbied for and drafted the
- 10:48Biological Weapons and Anti Terrorism Act of 1989.
- 10:52And he came out on Hervoria Morik's podcast and then later
- 10:56on Infowars in January of 2020 saying that COVID itself was in
- 11:00fact a a bioweapon. And then a lot of people don't
- 11:04realize it. The, and by December of 2020,
- 11:08Doctor Francis Boyle was out there doing interviews stating
- 11:12clearly that the COVID injections were also bio
- 11:16weapons. And, and, and this is important
- 11:18for people to realize because because he gave me an affidavit
- 11:21in my case here in Florida as well.
- 11:22But you know, his expert legal opinion is not just an expert
- 11:26legal opinion, It's legislative intent because he wrote the law
- 11:30and the fact that the brakes didn't go on there, this is
- 11:33before the rollout, basically, it's in December of 2020.
- 11:37And and the fact that it the brakes weren't put on them is
- 11:41amazing. And there's just a lot of
- 11:43censorship about it. But look, a lot of people know
- 11:47that this is a bio weapon. They're just afraid to say it.
- 11:51And, and whether it's, you know, most of our politicians are
- 11:53either coward, corrupt or out of touch.
- 11:56Most of them might say are carried or corrupt at this point
- 11:58because it's hard to be out of touch.
- 11:59But some of them are still. But if I know it, they know it.
- 12:03You know it. They know it.
- 12:05And so, yeah, I mean, so that's kind of a long answer to I think
- 12:10I answered your question there. Yeah, I think you did.
- 12:13You know, it always takes a certain trigger moments.
- 12:15You know, it's different for everyone, but you know, the
- 12:18diffs information industrial complex, you know that that the
- 12:21way they're able to campaign so successfully, they've done a
- 12:24really good job. They've you know, they've
- 12:26they've hit a lot of the narratives over the years.
- 12:28I don't think they counted on. I think the Internet was
- 12:29supposed to be a different tool for them.
- 12:32I don't think they counted on the amount of truth that was
- 12:35coming out. I think they've tried to cope
- 12:37with it. They they do a pretty good job
- 12:39with bots. They do a pretty good job with
- 12:41discrediting people, attacking people, suiciding people.
- 12:44There's lots of ways they they silence people.
- 12:47But it's interesting, you know, we were lucky enough to get it
- 12:50connected with the right people very early.
- 12:52But you were, it was shocking when I tried to, you know, send
- 12:56people links to different, you know, medical experts, real
- 12:59doctors, they were more willing to bring up, you know, somebody
- 13:03like Bill Gates or somebody else, you know, the the CEO of
- 13:07Pfizer or maybe some other government official that was
- 13:10supposedly, hey, you've got to get the vaccine and you'll get
- 13:13some free French fries if you do.
- 13:14And we'll give you a free Donuts.
- 13:16And, you know, this is what's going to protect you.
- 13:18And, and more and more information was coming out.
- 13:20And of course, those people got brutally attacked.
- 13:22Dr. Still Emanuel, they tried to take her medical license and
- 13:26there was just so many of them. And you know, George and I were
- 13:30kind of on the forefront of all of it, putting out as much as we
- 13:32could. But the more you did it, the
- 13:34more you got suppressed. And even George put something
- 13:37out the other day on TikTok and got suspended.
- 13:39George, what was that you put out the other day?
- 13:40I can't remember what it was, but you put something out, that
- 13:42was it. Was like A and.
- 13:43They just suspended. You, it was like a month now.
- 13:46It was talking about the FBI raid in Georgia, about the
- 13:48election materials and stuff, and then talking about what was
- 13:51exposed in hearings and, you know, trials over there within
- 13:55the election system. You know the state board, you
- 13:58know, they, they did their deep dive talking, just talking about
- 14:01it and boom, they knew all the censorship.
- 14:04Interesting. Let me let me make a statement
- 14:06here for you Joe and then I'll let you take it from there.
- 14:09I just, it's interesting that everybody was boasting about,
- 14:13you know, Oh yeah, Tik Tok's going to be covered by the US.
- 14:15Don't worry about it. The suppression won't be there
- 14:17and you won't find any more suppression on YouTube.
- 14:19We're going to do this. They finally gave us our channel
- 14:22back on YouTube, but they're not our channel.
- 14:24They get let us reopen a channel, never giving it back to
- 14:26the original. And a lot of it had to do with
- 14:28us talking about CDC and Vera's information, which, which is
- 14:30supposed to be accurate. I'm not saying it is by any
- 14:33means. I don't think it is, but you
- 14:35know, let me ask you, as you started to go down this, did you
- 14:37feel personal attacks that were the things that happened to you
- 14:40along the along maybe even now, but I guess in the beginning,
- 14:43did they come after you right away when you came out so
- 14:47actively? Well, I guess, you know, I don't
- 14:50really even things kind of just bounce right off me, but I guess
- 14:53so I did have the cable line to my house cut and I was receiving
- 14:57death threats early on. What I so I started in May of
- 15:012020. I guess I can give you a little
- 15:03of the background. So I started in May of 2021.
- 15:06I like like a lot of people, I'm walking around seeing people
- 15:08wearing face masks, falling a little lines on the floor to
- 15:11face diapers, the whole thing. And I mean, we had a lockdown
- 15:14here in Florida for maybe four months or so.
- 15:16And I'm just walking every day in the Publix like the only guy
- 15:19without a mask. And you know, once in a while
- 15:20I'd see another guy without a mask and I literally would be
- 15:23like, hey, normal guy, how you doing?
- 15:24They'd laugh and keep walking on because I just wasn't going to
- 15:28bend. And you know, Florida, it's a
- 15:30concealed carry state. So I was ready to defend myself
- 15:33as someone tried to force a mask on me.
- 15:35And so, yeah, it was just weird being in this kind of Twilight
- 15:41Zone reality. And so I started working like
- 15:43May of 2021. And what I was doing is we
- 15:48worked and we we worked to replace our board at our county
- 15:51Republican Party. And, and I and, and I got it
- 15:54done like in a small window of time because the new people that
- 15:57came in flipped real quick, but they couldn't do anything at our
- 16:00first meeting. So it took 18 months.
- 16:02And basically in February of 2023, I got what I called the
- 16:06bandit jab resolution passed. It made national news briefly
- 16:10and that's what I was getting the death threats and
- 16:11everything. But then it got blacked out
- 16:14because they, they was like, they started using the 1990s
- 16:17playbook and they're like, oh, wait, we don't do that anymore.
- 16:19We'll just cancel this. So, but the resolution was, it
- 16:22was official resolution by the county party declaring the COVID
- 16:26injections to be biological and technological weapons of mass
- 16:29destruction and called on the governor of the state of Florida
- 16:32and the attorney general to act and enforce our, our law, which
- 16:36is in our case here in Florida, it would be Florida statute
- 16:39790.166, which is our weapons of mass destruction law.
- 16:42And so, and I got that passed in like 10 counties in Florida, 10
- 16:46county parties in Florida, counties across the country, and
- 16:48eventually the Idaho Republican Party.
- 16:50And then even I reached out to Dan Schultz from precinct
- 16:52strategy and we got the Arizona Republican Party to pass the
- 16:56resolution. But what happened here in
- 16:58Florida is the, the party kind of put a stop to it like they
- 17:01weren't allowing, they're pressuring the county chairs not
- 17:04to allow to resolution to come up.
- 17:05We get a lot of resistance here, a lot of ignorant resistance.
- 17:09Listen, a lot of people on the liberty side of the aisle were
- 17:12kind of confused cuz they were having them thinking it's a
- 17:14choice. And it's like, dude, there's no
- 17:16choice on getting a bio weapon. That's like saying you have a
- 17:19choice to get raped. I mean, so anyway, So what
- 17:23happened then is on March of 2024, I filed what was called.
- 17:28But I mean, those resolutions had an impact, especially here
- 17:30in Florida because it gave the surgeon general a little cover
- 17:33to come out. And the Florida Department of
- 17:35Health called for a halt to the injections and, you know, even
- 17:38said that they're a threat, potential threat to the human
- 17:40genome, which means our species. So in March of 23, I filed what
- 17:45was called a writ of mandamus. And that literally means weak.
- 17:49That means weak command. I'm sorry.
- 17:51Go ahead. No, no, I'm familiar with that.
- 17:52I'm. Familiar with that?
- 17:53OK. And that I reached out to Karen
- 17:57Kingston, got all, you know, she let me use her research and I
- 17:59had a really good information in there.
- 18:01But Long story short, there that was an attempt to force the
- 18:05governor, attorney general to enforce the law.
- 18:08But Long story short there, there's kind of niche case law
- 18:11with Mae Davises. So the court said you can only
- 18:14use it for what's called a ministerial duty.
- 18:17That's like the governor's got to appoint somebody in 60 days
- 18:19or sometimes you can use it with the courts if they're not
- 18:21carrying out the duties. So then I lost the appeal on
- 18:25that. I did find cases though saying
- 18:27that if there's an abuse of discretionary duty, you know,
- 18:30you can use the rid of Maine Damus.
- 18:31And I'm arguing if you're allowing them to hit us with bio
- 18:33weapons, it's a but you're the teleport.
- 18:36Is unequivocally that you will find the judiciary and whether
- 18:40or not you're, you know, if you're facing a defence council
- 18:42or Department of Justice prosecutor, they will manipulate
- 18:46and they will act as though a legal document like a writ of
- 18:49mandamus or writ of Coram Novus or some other document.
- 18:52They will claim that procedurally that wasn't the
- 18:55right way to do this or that that.
- 18:57And that's one of their first steps.
- 18:58They try to block you procedurally.
- 19:00They'll often, and I've been doing a lot of work with AI and
- 19:03kind of analyzing different, I guess, rulings, judgments,
- 19:09emotions by prosecutors and they manipulate and and falsify the
- 19:13law constantly. The Redman Damus would have been
- 19:15perfectly, in my opinion, acceptable for what you used it
- 19:17for. But that's the first thing.
- 19:19Try to block your procedurally, try to time bar you try to say
- 19:22you made an error you didn't file on time.
- 19:24And and then they, of course, they'll never really focus on
- 19:27the facts because if they focus on the facts, they would get
- 19:29beat, you know, most of the time.
- 19:31But their best thing is just to avoid the facts, you know, And
- 19:34that's kind of, you know, when I look at the, you know, if you
- 19:36put a lens on power and you have a lot of clinical training
- 19:39correct in mental health. Therapist.
- 19:41Not a I'm not a medical doctor, but yeah.
- 19:43Yeah. So how do you know you have to
- 19:45look at diagnosing? I think it's they call it
- 19:47psychopathic authoritarianism. And I'm.
- 19:50You know, that's my, I'm, I'm actually, I've written a book.
- 19:53I haven't published it yet because I'm editing, but I, it's
- 19:55called psychopathic authoritarianism, a diseases of
- 19:58the soul. So I I call it PAD Psychopathic
- 20:01authoritarian disorder. Yeah.
- 20:03So it's it's very contagious. It's going to.
- 20:05Global institutions, let's kind of take the audience through
- 20:08that, kind of explain them right on this stuff you said.
- 20:11Let's talk about how that applies in the way the
- 20:12governments and global institutions might use it
- 20:15against the populace, specifically like a case like
- 20:18COVID. Oh, she's like, I'm giving
- 20:20spoilers for it'll be in my book.
- 20:22OK, So what they what I do want to cycle back to, I do want to
- 20:26cycle back to my case too, because I have actually beat I
- 20:29did actually beat them on an appeal already.
- 20:31So, but what I argue is, is that some of these characteristics we
- 20:37all kind of possessed, one of them is sadism.
- 20:42It's like, I would say, the worst human quality anybody can
- 20:45possess. It's like taking pleasure in the
- 20:46pain of someone else. And, you know, in its benign
- 20:49forms, we've got like, you know, the slapstick humor, like the
- 20:53Three Stooges, Someone slips and falls on the snow.
- 20:56You kind of chuckle. Then you see your friends OK,
- 20:58you know, and you, you laugh, you know, when you know they're
- 21:00OK, that kind of thing. It gets a little worse when you
- 21:02get into the gossip kind of stuff.
- 21:04It gets a little more a little more abusive.
- 21:06But you put someone in that gatekeeper role, like at motor
- 21:10vehicles or something like that, all of a sudden they go into
- 21:12power trip. And so it's that sadism and they
- 21:15tapped into it. They tapped into the everyday
- 21:17sadism of the average person. Obviously, there's a lot of fear
- 21:21too, but they tapped into that sadism.
- 21:23So the leaders have this sadistic quality because they
- 21:26know what they did. They know what they did not just
- 21:29was psychologically tormented to people, but they know that
- 21:31they've given people something that's going to cause chronic
- 21:34diseases and illnesses as we move into the future.
- 21:37Now, most people, you know, are going to die from these shots.
- 21:39They're going to have a shortened lifespan.
- 21:40I'm not saying they're going to die tomorrow, but you know, I
- 21:43have a heart condition. I'm not going to live as long as
- 21:44I would if I didn't. And so you have identical twins.
- 21:47You give one of them asthma, they're not going to live as
- 21:49long, right? So they tapped into that
- 21:52everyday sadism. The sadistic quality is present
- 21:55in the leaders. You see it, they want to mock
- 21:57and humiliate you. They tapped into the everyday
- 21:59narcissism as well. And you got different types of
- 22:01narcissism. You got that communal narcissism
- 22:05and that's where you need the recognition.
- 22:06That's where you sort of virtue signaling with the people like
- 22:09posting the pictures themselves with the mask on social media or
- 22:13or getting their injections and that kind of thing.
- 22:15Then you've got that kind of collective narcissism, which
- 22:18gets a little a little more abusive.
- 22:22That's the US versus them thing. You see it with the war and that
- 22:25kind of thing. So you saw that a lot of that
- 22:27with COVID. You know, you saw the, you know,
- 22:29the little, the couple, the young couple walking along the
- 22:32park or the beach. And then you saw the soccer
- 22:33moms, you know, with their masks chasing them because they
- 22:35weren't wearing a mask or something like that.
- 22:37So I think they tapped into the everyday narcissism as well and
- 22:42so on. So it's there a lot of these
- 22:44qualities, these the, the leaders possessed either
- 22:47grandiose narcissistic qualities or malignant narcissistic
- 22:52qualities. And and so it's like those types
- 22:55of narcissists were manipulating the other type of narcissist a
- 22:58little bit there. And obviously, fear was a big
- 23:02factor here. They terrified people.
- 23:05And I tell people, look, fear is a false God.
- 23:08It does not protect you in any way.
- 23:10You know, you could worry about stuff and it's like you're
- 23:12giving offerings like to this false God.
- 23:15It's not going to protect you. You know, unless you're getting
- 23:17chased by the tiger and you got you're in fight or flight most
- 23:20of the time. Fear does not in any way protect
- 23:22you. So yeah, you've got these kind
- 23:24of collective forces and the, look, the mass media hypnosis
- 23:28that really gets underestimated by people, just the normal
- 23:31straightforward power suggesting constantly barraging people.
- 23:35We had a whole phony presidential election where in
- 23:38the presidential debates, 1 DeSantis lied and said he didn't
- 23:42do a lockdown and nobody even called them out on it.
- 23:44I mean, if it were real, they would have called them out on
- 23:46it. 2 Nobody even brought up how deadly these shots were.
- 23:50So that in itself is an indirect hypnotic suggestion that it's
- 23:53not an issue. And that's why early on I
- 23:57decided the reason we're not winning right now and the reason
- 24:00we haven't won is because other people are afraid to say it's a
- 24:04bio weapon. That's actually the winning
- 24:06argument. And that's why anybody that does
- 24:08take so much Flack because they can't look at the evidence.
- 24:11And so because people are afraid of being cancelled, afraid of
- 24:13looking stupid, that kind of thing, that's why we're losing.
- 24:16Because early on I realized if you're debating whether you can
- 24:20mandate A bioweapon or not, there's an indirect hypnotic
- 24:25suggestion there, an Arik Sonian hypnotic suggestion that it's OK
- 24:28to target us with weapons of mass destruction.
- 24:31Look, and I got news for you. You cannot be America first and
- 24:35look the other way while your friends and neighbors, while
- 24:38Americans are being targeted with biological and
- 24:40technological weapons of mass destruction.
- 24:43I call total and complete bullshit on that.
- 24:46And there's, and there's no doubt that you're right, they've
- 24:48done a powerful job. I catch myself even, you know,
- 24:52when, when we're streaming to YouTube and we didn't stream to
- 24:54YouTube today, I catch myself making those kind of decisions
- 24:57that I would never normally make because of the manipulation.
- 25:00Of course, we're trying to keep a truth message out there.
- 25:03We're trying to get lots of exposure, but you catch yourself
- 25:06holding back at certain times because you've already been
- 25:09penalized. So it's kind of like Pavlov's
- 25:11dog. Of course, they ring the dinner
- 25:12bell. We all start to salivate and
- 25:14that's the issue with so many of the people that have been
- 25:18fighting this from the get go because you've still got an
- 25:20administration that doesn't want to take, you know, ownership in
- 25:23any manner of what probably really happened.
- 25:26We've seen the funding of the Wuhan labs.
- 25:28We know that Fauci was knee deep.
- 25:30You know, he became fabulously wealthy during COVID for a
- 25:33number of reasons. The World Health Organization,
- 25:36not a fan, you know, FDA, there's all these groups that
- 25:40are involved that that continue to ply Americans with bad
- 25:44choices, whether it's nutritionally, whether it's
- 25:47through vaccines. We covered, you know, a project,
- 25:50I don't know if you're familiar with it, Operation Artichoke,
- 25:52which was really originally called Operation Bluebird, which
- 25:55ran a kind of before in parallel with MK Ultra.
- 25:59But their plot was to use everything including vaccines to
- 26:04weaponize individuals in the kind of Manchurian candidate
- 26:07style assassins. This was ACIA program.
- 26:09It's been, it's been declassified.
- 26:12A lot of the information's out. I don't think all of it's out.
- 26:15But just thinking that that the CIA, if you look at Operation
- 26:18Sea spray, what they did in San Francisco where they where they
- 26:22sprayed communities aerosol, released, you know, toxins to
- 26:28see how well how successful they've been.
- 26:30They used against prisoners. They used it against, you know,
- 26:34military, they went in and, and, and made these decisions to
- 26:37practice medical programming and all sorts of things because
- 26:41those people are, you know, of course the prisoners were easy.
- 26:42They were captured. They can control their food,
- 26:44they can control their medical, they control their environment.
- 26:47But it's, you know, it's pretty horrendous.
- 26:48And I, I agree with you. The, you know, the, the
- 26:50administration has yet to admit that maybe COVID wasn't what
- 26:54they thought. Donald Trump seems unwilling to
- 26:56embrace that and admit that he was ill advised.
- 26:59I think a lot of it was advisement.
- 27:00I think there's still people around Donald Trump that are ill
- 27:02advising him. Again, I'm not trying to release
- 27:05him of any responsibility, but you know, it becomes, you know,
- 27:08it's not like a mass psychological manipulation where
- 27:11you know, the, the government, I'm I'm the government and I'm
- 27:13here to help some of the most dangerous words you ever hear.
- 27:17Let's talk about mRNA. Let's talk about the biological,
- 27:21technological portion of it. You, you've done a really deep
- 27:23dive. You've spent a lot of time, you
- 27:26know, Doctor Francis Boyle's legal analysis, who, of course,
- 27:30wrote the US biological weapons law.
- 27:33He was the one that did it. And you classify the shots as
- 27:36weapons of mass destruction. Let's talk about what you
- 27:39discovered while you're on this path and really share with the
- 27:41audience maybe some of the worst things you found out about the
- 27:44vaccine. Sure.
- 27:47And I actually wrote an article recently about Doctor Francis
- 27:50Boyle's like an overview of his legal view, which is very
- 27:53detailed. So I can give you kind of a
- 27:54quick overview of what his legal perspective was.
- 27:57But you know, there's a lot of arguments about why these are
- 28:01biological weapons. So these are just his main core
- 28:04arguments. But you can look into the
- 28:06patents and the dual use technology.
- 28:08And you know, you know, one of my colleagues, Dr. And
- 28:11Mahalchi's done a lot of research with the dark field
- 28:13microscopy, looking at like the nanotech and that kind of thing,
- 28:16a lot about the shedding. But.
- 28:18Yeah, it's, there's a lot there, but Doctor Boyle's arguments,
- 28:23his core arguments were basically the number one.
- 28:28The he had 44 core arguments that I kind of reflect that he's
- 28:32saying ironically, I didn't really use these in my case,
- 28:35only one of them. But what he's saying is that the
- 28:41quote UN quote virus was an illegal gain of function by a
- 28:45weapon, offensive weapon of bio warfare because at the time
- 28:49there's a moratorium on it and they used illegal get outsourced
- 28:52and did illegal gain of function research on it.
- 28:55And there's a paper in 2015 that he cites.
- 28:57I linked to it in that article, but it's like coronavirus bats
- 29:00something or other. And he cites his paper in 2015
- 29:04because it incriminates Walensky Fauci, you know, everybody at
- 29:07NIH and FDA, because they basically admit that that they
- 29:13did a legal gain of function research on the COVID virus,
- 29:15SARS, COV 2, whatever it's called.
- 29:17But and because of that, they strengthened it basically.
- 29:23And and that's not for peaceful purposes.
- 29:25And therefore that makes it a bio weapon.
- 29:28It's not for prophylactic purposes.
- 29:30You're strengthening it. That is not for peaceful
- 29:32purposes, and so that gain of function research made the virus
- 29:36a biological. Reason to ever strengthen a
- 29:39virus that somehow I'm missing. I mean, a virus, a serious
- 29:42virus. I wouldn't care if you can talk
- 29:43about Ebola, talking to monkey pox, you're talking about, you
- 29:46know, the COVID. Is there any reason with these
- 29:48kind of viruses that they should ever be strengthened like that?
- 29:51Because there's lots of research that seems to point to the fact
- 29:54that they are doing it. And I myself, I'm trying to
- 29:56figure out MRMR Natalie, when you talk about COVID it, we
- 30:00never had that bat crossover. It never went into humans.
- 30:03It never made that jump up until it was weaponized.
- 30:07I just can't see why this kind of, you know, this kind of
- 30:10research or development is even allowed anywhere.
- 30:14Because why would anybody want to have a change?
- 30:15Because of course we all, I mean, there's a lab link.
- 30:18Maybe it was intentional. We don't really know the facts.
- 30:21Well, Lance, it's really not. I mean, it does violate the
- 30:23Biological Weapons Convention. I mean, that's what because
- 30:27they, you know, the Biological Weapons and Anti Terrorism Act
- 30:30of 89 that Boyle Rd. was the US domestic legislation of the
- 30:34Biological Weapons Convention. And so their argument, their
- 30:37cover argument might be, well, we want to strengthen it.
- 30:39You know, it's tested. So this way we'll be prepared to
- 30:41deal with any evolutionary leaps of it or something like that.
- 30:44But I think that's just all BS. But.
- 30:47Don't viruses normally get weaker as they're out and
- 30:50they're tested when they when they get released and all of a
- 30:52sudden they make the crossover to the human population.
- 30:55They don't normally get stronger.
- 30:56They actually go in the reverse because our immune system starts
- 30:58attack, we develop some kind of immunity, right?
- 31:01It seems like they normally start to do that.
- 31:03Is that not, am I not wrong right about that?
- 31:05Maybe I'm not. That's my understand.
- 31:07That's my understanding too, but I'm not a virologist either.
- 31:11That's my understanding as well. But so his argument was the
- 31:15virus was developed for illegal gain of functional research
- 31:17offensive bioweapon, right? The derivatives of that were in
- 31:21the COVID injections. That makes the COVID injections
- 31:26a bioweapon like the, you know, the spike protein and so on.
- 31:29The derivatives of that were in the COVID injection.
- 31:32And the beauty of this argument is so simple is that it shows
- 31:35specific intent. Now under the specific intent
- 31:39kind of umbrella, he also, he also argues that the the lipid
- 31:44nanoparticles was the Pentagon developed dual use technology
- 31:48through DARPA. So he's arguing after specific
- 31:50intent too. In fact, in his affidavit the
- 31:53the transcript of the interview that he included with it in my
- 31:55case, he is literally talking about how they aerosolized the
- 31:59virus itself early on with nanotechnology.
- 32:02But OK, so that's the specific intent argument.
- 32:05It's very simple, but I think very clean argument showing
- 32:09specific intent. He did also support the
- 32:11knowingness argument of intent. So you got specific intent here.
- 32:14Knowing this is a little down here, so I, I rely on knowing
- 32:17this kind of standard a lot in my case, in my second case that
- 32:21I filed here that's pending right now.
- 32:23And what I'm saying was. Sansone DeSantis case or is that
- 32:26a different case? Yeah.
- 32:28Yeah. So the first one is.
- 32:29That in the appellate court right now or have you already?
- 32:32Correct the, the and I'm going to I'm going to give you Boyle's
- 32:34arguments. I'll cycle back to that.
- 32:36But basically, yes, my, my mandamus.
- 32:38I lost the appeal in October of 2024, filed the new case in
- 32:42December 1 of 202413 appellate court won an appeal back in the
- 32:47trial court back in the appellate court and I'll detail
- 32:50that in a minute. But so that's the specific
- 32:52argument to knowing this standard of intent is basically
- 32:55that okay, these shots are killing people, they're causing
- 32:58disabilities, disease and so on. There's no not only is there no
- 33:01prophylactic effect, the study showed there's a negative
- 33:03efficacy. And so yet you're still out
- 33:07there saying it's safe and effective and, and lying to
- 33:10people. And, you know, according to the
- 33:12Pfizer versus cancer case, as early as December of 2020 that,
- 33:17you know, your typical deep state bureaucrats knew that
- 33:20these were harmful and they lied about it.
- 33:22And now I think it's pretty planned and part of a broader
- 33:25depopulation transhumanist agenda.
- 33:27But just going on that right there that shows knowingness.
- 33:31And I use that in my case also regarding RFK Junior.
- 33:34But so that's basically the knowingness standard.
- 33:38I mean, I'm, I'm condensing. And then he also supported what
- 33:43was called malice aforethought. This goes with from from common
- 33:47law. And basically that's a a
- 33:50reckless disregard for human life.
- 33:53Like you knew this was danger. You went forward with it.
- 33:55You knew it was dangerous anyway.
- 33:56And he argues in his book Resisting Mental Tyranny, that
- 34:00you could literally charge Fauci Burla, the head, you know, all
- 34:04the pharmaceutical companies, you could charge them because of
- 34:06Alice and forthwith murder and conspiracy to commit murder and
- 34:10so. Just step further, because if
- 34:11they had knowledge and they still went forward, let's assume
- 34:15for a moment that Fauci knew it was dangerous for a number of
- 34:18reasons, you went forward anyway.
- 34:19That would be Mens re of a crime with.
- 34:21That would be the knowingness. That would be the knowingness
- 34:24standard of attempt where specific intent is like you can
- 34:27show that you and there's an e-mail saying, hey, Lance, let's
- 34:30unleash this next week. Although the gain of function is
- 34:33showing specific intent by their actions because it ended up in
- 34:37the, in the quote UN quote vaccine.
- 34:39And then, and then the 4th main argument, he, and I'm not saying
- 34:42that Doctor Boyle did not support other arguments.
- 34:44These are just his main arguments.
- 34:45And he did. And the fourth argument that he
- 34:47put out there was the Nuremberg Code and informed consent.
- 34:50And even while the Nuremberg Code itself isn't binding,
- 34:53every, every state or country has a informed consent law of
- 34:57some kind. In fact, I don't know the
- 34:59statute. I really got to look it up, but
- 35:01Doctor Remo Lebo recently told me that the Nuremberg Code was
- 35:04actually based on the US federal statute on informed consent.
- 35:08I didn't know we had a statute before the law, and she's saying
- 35:11that there's actually a capital punishment in there.
- 35:14So I do want to look up that law, but.
- 35:16I think it would be important. George, let me ask, you didn't
- 35:19chat asking any specific questions about what we're
- 35:21discussing or do you have anything you want to add to
- 35:24where we're at? No questions yet as of yet in
- 35:27the chat, I'm just working on something back back in Lance
- 35:29with Rumble. OK, OK.
- 35:31I just want to make sure I don't want to let you think I wanted
- 35:32to leave you out of this is that, you know, George is
- 35:35interesting. He had extremely high immunity,
- 35:38never had any issues. I caught COVID twice, at least
- 35:40based on the the you know, the saliva test.
- 35:44I never did any of those, you know, nasal brain, brain probing
- 35:50test. I was always concerned about
- 35:52people sticking that swab way up into my nasal cavity.
- 35:56I'd heard a lot of stories about that, but I'd done some saliva
- 35:58tests when they came out and really, it wasn't a big deal.
- 36:01I took the protocols, went and got right through it.
- 36:04George actually lost a family member because they used
- 36:08remdesivir on this show. We call it Run Death is Near,
- 36:11but I'm on a vent. And of course, that liquefied
- 36:13his organs. Things didn't go well, and that
- 36:16was another thing that they pushed across country.
- 36:18I always get these ventilators in every hospital.
- 36:20Even Donald Trump raved about how he's going to get
- 36:22ventilators in every hospital. But, you know, I don't know how
- 36:25much I can blame him. I personally believe there was a
- 36:28lot of advisement around him. I don't know what his knowledge
- 36:30base was. I don't think he ever claimed
- 36:32that he was knowledgeable. Let's talk about your, your the
- 36:36Sandstone mRNA Bioets and Prohibition Act.
- 36:40But when we come back, I know we got to take a short break.

- 41:53We'll take you there. We'll go there later because
- 41:56Doc's about to reveal how DeSantis talks a big game in the
- 42:00state but really are not pulling through.
- 42:01I mean, you know, Doc his I get what is it?
- 42:06Who's the health guy that is in charge of the state?
- 42:07What do you call him again? Doctor Doctor Joseph Ludipo is
- 42:10our surgeon General. Surgeon general from Florida, he
- 42:13talks a big game too. I mean what that what's going on
- 42:15tell us people, we. Want to know, All right, so I
- 42:20lost that appeal on that first rid of Maine, Damon.
- 42:22So I filed a new case on December 1st of 2024.
- 42:25It was a complaint seeking an injunction to prohibit the
- 42:28governor, attorney general, continued attorney general, not
- 42:32surgeon general, from continuing to facilitate the MRI injections
- 42:35because they're biological and technological weapons of mass
- 42:37destruction, violating our weapons of mass destruction law
- 42:41here in Florida. And I was also seeking
- 42:43declaratory judgments. What I argued in my case is so
- 42:48back in 20, 23 and April 2023, I didn't let anybody know it at
- 42:52the time until afterward, but I had on April 1st, I woke up in
- 42:56congestive heart failure, couldn't breathe like 3:30 in
- 42:58the morning, went into the ER and I ended up on the 10th of
- 43:02April having triple bypass heart surgery.
- 43:04In fact, while I was in the hospital, I was doing two
- 43:06things. One, I was getting unvaccinated
- 43:07blood in case I needed it, which I didn't.
- 43:09And then the other thing is I got Doctor Francis Boyle who
- 43:12already supported my band and jab Resolution.
- 43:14I got him to publicly endorse it and got him on a really big
- 43:17podcast at the, I actually got him on a, the podcast at the
- 43:19same exact time I was getting operated on.
- 43:21I figured it'd be a good party shot.
- 43:23But so though, like I said earlier, those did have an
- 43:26effect. The governor, the attorney
- 43:27general did you know, call for a halt to the surgeon general did
- 43:30call for a halt to the shots and everything in the Florida
- 43:32Department of Health on official bulletins, you know, but nothing
- 43:35happened. So that's why I did the main day
- 43:37miss and then said, OK, we're in the second case.
- 43:39I'm in December of 2024. I had like 9 affidavits.
- 43:43I was just about to get another one from Doctor James Thorpe.
- 43:46I'm up to 11 now because I got two more when I went back.
- 43:49So what happened is the the court dismisses my case and had
- 43:53a bunch of reasons, said I didn't state a clear cause of
- 43:56action, etcetera. Even said like I can't try to
- 44:00force the prosecution now. Nowhere in my complaint and I
- 44:02asked her for a prosecution. So that didn't make any sense.
- 44:05So Long story short there, I appealed on 8 issues.
- 44:08So some of them hardcore constitutional issues about
- 44:11these Sabaya weapons and so on, but a couple of them procedural
- 44:15and one of them was, is that I wasn't allowed to amend my
- 44:18complaint. So she, the court's saying I
- 44:20have a problem with the complaint, you should be able to
- 44:21amend it. And what happened was, is she
- 44:25did not dismiss my case with prejudice, which if they
- 44:27dismissed your case with prejudice, it means you cannot
- 44:29amend your complaint. You'd have to appeal it, right?
- 44:31She didn't do that, but she threatened me with sanctions if
- 44:33I continue to file more for more lawsuits and said she would not
- 44:38entertain any further emotions. So I immediately appealed it.
- 44:42And one of my arguments was I wasn't allowed to amend a
- 44:44complaint. So the appellate court, what
- 44:46they did on November 12th of 2024, 5/20/25, they, they, they
- 44:52actually ruled in my favor. At first I thought I lost
- 44:54because they dismissed the case. But then what they did is they
- 44:57dismissed the case and said it was still active in the lower
- 45:00court and I can amend my complaint, you know, which is
- 45:03despite her orders because they could not reverse and remand it
- 45:07because she didn't dismiss it with prejudice.
- 45:08So you know, the courts, I get it, we're, I know what we're
- 45:12dealing with, but the First District Court of Appeal in
- 45:14Florida actually did the right thing there.
- 45:16They looked at everything. They saw a clear procedural off
- 45:18ramp and they took it and they, you know, they said no, he can
- 45:21amend his complaint. They sent me back to the trial
- 45:23court. So I'm back in the trial court
- 45:25here in November to December of 2025 now.
- 45:29And I met, I do a short amendment on my complaint.
- 45:31What I did is I shifted from the weapons of mass destruction law,
- 45:34although I'm still saying it's a biological, technological weapon
- 45:37of mass destruction, and it's in our constitutional rights.
- 45:40And I say which parts of our Florida Constitution.
- 45:43What I did is I used the Florida health freedom law.
- 45:45We have a health freedom law here which prohibits the
- 45:52coercing of any EUA product, face masks and marine injections
- 45:56and so on. And so I'm arguing that the
- 45:58involuntary environmental exposure from the shedding is in
- 46:01fact forced or coerced injection.
- 46:05Now, now Governor DeSantis, they fought on me.
- 46:07They fought. They filed A brief and argued to
- 46:09keep their shots on the market in my first rid of Maine Damus
- 46:12in the appellate court. But on the last appeal, they
- 46:15didn't file anything because they never got served a summons
- 46:18because the court dismissed it before.
- 46:19I can get one. Now this case, what happened
- 46:22was, is my case gets dismissed again and the court, you know,
- 46:26she's saying I didn't state A cause of action again, which is,
- 46:29it was weak. But so then I, I, when I did my
- 46:32motion for rehearing, I even gave him a proposed Second
- 46:34Amendment complaint curing any of her alleged defects.
- 46:37She denied it again. So back in the appellate court,
- 46:39I'm appealing on like 7 issues this time, most of them
- 46:43procedural. One of them is that this is a
- 46:46novel issue of great public importance.
- 46:48And you know, because this is a weapon of mass destruction
- 46:50causing disease, disability and death and so on, we need
- 46:54evidentiary development. So I'm in the appellate core.
- 46:57I filed my appeal on December 18th of 2025.
- 47:00Ten days later, I on the 28th, I filed A-75 page appellate brief.
- 47:05I was trying to get it done by Christmas because I want to
- 47:06deliver it to DeSantis on Christmas, but I couldn't do it.
- 47:09I mean, literally Christmas Eve, I was going from 9:00 in the
- 47:12morning till 3:30 in the morning on Christmas Eve.
- 47:15And then Christmas Day I went from like 9:00 in the morning to
- 47:1610 at night. I just couldn't get it done in
- 47:18time. So anyway, So what happens is,
- 47:20is the deadline for their answer brief was January 27th or 28th.
- 47:24I get a few days beforehand the attorney for the state, for the
- 47:28governor, attorney general request a 60 day extension, not
- 47:323060 days. So they need 90 days to answer a
- 47:34brief. I wrote in 10 days.
- 47:36I did something right with it, I think.
- 47:38And so they've got to March 30, the court granted it.
- 47:41They've got to March 30 to to do that answer brief.
- 47:46So people need to understand that answer brief means the
- 47:48governor of state of Florida is fighting to keep mRNA on the
- 47:52market. He could just simply sign a
- 47:54consent agreement. So I'm waiting for the answer
- 47:57brief. But one thing the court did that
- 47:59was good as they took judicial notice of my prior appeal
- 48:02because this is the same appellate court and 1.
- 48:04So what happened in my prior appeal too, is I fought a lot of
- 48:07supplemental authorities. RFK Junior speaking in his
- 48:11official capacity, doing a press release, a press conference
- 48:14where he said the COVID were not effective for for covert or flu,
- 48:19but the risk that way to benefit.
- 48:20I argue in my first appeal that that actually shows criminal
- 48:23intent on behalf of RK Junior in the federal government from that
- 48:27point forward at least. I also filed like Doctor
- 48:31Latapose statement that the MRA shots are poisoned when he was
- 48:35speaking in his official capacity.
- 48:36So what happened here is I was back in the trial court now and
- 48:40before this appeal, how I got dismissed was I did a motion for
- 48:42emergency preliminary injunction with an evidentiary hearing with
- 48:46six witnesses and you have to list your witnesses and this is
- 48:49important. You have to list your witnesses
- 48:51and your exhibits. I had a lot of evidence there,
- 48:54including like a study showing a three-year mortality rate with
- 48:58my ejection only 15 to 20%. I provided evidence of that and
- 49:02a study showing a three-year mortality rate.
- 49:04I provided a study with showing the shedding that half of the
- 49:08unvaccinated women had the MRA in them and then stuff like
- 49:12that. But I also.
- 49:15In my list Desantis's position. Well, wait, one more thing,
- 49:18because it's real important before you answer that question
- 49:19because you're going to want to notice in my motion for the
- 49:23emergency injunction preliminary hearing, I list my witnesses.
- 49:26I'm one of them 'cause I'm going to introduce evidence, Doctor
- 49:28Anna Mahalchia, Nick Hulscher, Dr. Zivyets, Dr. Vila.
- 49:34And I also list there that I'm going to subpoena Surgeon
- 49:37General Doctor Joseph Latapo in my case.
- 49:40And I think that's why I got kicked right out real quick
- 49:43again. And because not for privilege
- 49:46information, but he has made public statements in this
- 49:49official capacity saying that these are poison, OK.
- 49:51And he's part of the executive branch.
- 49:53So by me subpoenaing him, that splits that whole separation of
- 49:57powers argument because no, he's the executive branch.
- 49:59He serves at the pleasure of the governor.
- 50:01And so my case got dismissed to Esponte again.
- 50:04And but she was supposed to do a fertility argument.
- 50:07I have a lot of strong procedural arguments in this
- 50:09appeal. I think my case is stronger than
- 50:10last time. Sorry, go ahead.
- 50:12No, but that's what they do, procedurals, the weapon, they
- 50:15have to weaponize the system against you because usually it's
- 50:18out of ignorance. Of course, now that there's AI
- 50:20available, you can challenge them very, very sophisticated
- 50:23manner. It changes the whole dynamic and
- 50:26it doesn't matter. That's the problem they have now
- 50:28that now that people are using AI because you might be able to
- 50:32write a very powerful motion. And you just have to, but you
- 50:35just have to really double check because AI makes a lot of
- 50:37mistakes and it synthesizes, it'll synthesize 2 cases
- 50:41together and you'll think this is great.
- 50:43You'll look up, well, that's not even a real case.
- 50:45So you got to actually. Hallucinate, I think is what
- 50:48they call hallucination. But yeah, although it's gotten
- 50:50tremendously better. I used it, you know, started
- 50:52using about two years ago for some illegal analysis, and I
- 50:55noticed it's made serious lightspeed jumps over the last
- 51:00two years. It's a whole different game now.
- 51:02It doesn't do as much of that hallucination.
- 51:04It's pretty accurate. Yeah.
- 51:05You should always, definitely, no matter what, you should
- 51:07always check your cert, your citations.
- 51:09You never want to take a chance that it's misquoted.
- 51:11But they do a lot of that. They'll misquote the law of the
- 51:13misinterpret and they try to use, they hope that, you know,
- 51:18Doctor Sansone is ignorant. They hope that he doesn't know
- 51:20the law. That's how they weaponize the
- 51:22system. Let's talk about the Sansone
- 51:24mRNA Bio Weapon Prohibition Act. You've made a move into three
- 51:28states. I'm just curious.
- 51:30You know that we've got some federal congressional members
- 51:33that appear that they want to make a difference.
- 51:35RFK acts like he wants to make a difference.
- 51:38You know, are you getting any support out of the feds?
- 51:40Is there anybody that's jumping on board saying this is a great
- 51:42idea, let's try to push this forward.
- 51:44No, I am probably like you know, I'm in like shadow band hell.
- 51:47In fact my ex account was just hacked Sunday.
- 51:49Still trying to get it back. You know, coincidence as I'm
- 51:52going to the Netherlands, But so no, no, not at all.
- 51:57I mean, look, people need to understand something.
- 51:59The FDA commissioner, he can pull the shots immediately, is
- 52:02the power. RKK Junior, he at least stopped
- 52:04the shots. He has the power to do it.
- 52:06It's been done before. Kathleen Sebelius did it with
- 52:08like in I think 2011 or 12 with contraceptives where she made it
- 52:12like we're underage kids couldn't get contraceptives
- 52:15without a prescription. She overruled the FDA
- 52:16commissioner. So RFK Junior can pull the shots
- 52:19like that. OK.
- 52:21So either he's a coward or corrupt or out of touch.
- 52:24We know he's not out of touch. He knows he or buy a weapon.
- 52:26So I mean, somebody already introduced him, that guy who
- 52:28wrote that book to really Anthony Fauci might teach him a
- 52:30thing. But so I mean, they they know
- 52:34they're just. So no, I have not, you know,
- 52:37resistance. It doesn't surprise me that you
- 52:39don't have any federal support, right?
- 52:41Often when something is over the target and is going to fix an
- 52:44actual real issue, it seems like everybody scatters.
- 52:47You know, they're all cowards on both sides of the aisle and even
- 52:49the administration has got people in place.
- 52:52I expected more out of Pam Bondi and Cash Patel for whatever
- 52:55reason. I don't know if they're being
- 52:57controlled. I don't know if they're not
- 52:58being allowed, Lance. Look, I'm right wing.
- 53:01I've been right wing for a long time.
- 53:02I've never been on the left. I mean, I was right wing when
- 53:05Donald Trump was an open borders liberal, you know, when he ran
- 53:07for the Reform Party, when he went on Oprah Winfrey to be his
- 53:09running mate. So, you know, I was in a
- 53:10Buchanan campaign. So it's like, but I'm gonna tell
- 53:13you, don't. People should not fall into the
- 53:15game of being quiet when your side's in there.
- 53:18So it's like we're against ABC and D when the Democrats are in
- 53:22there, but all of a sudden now we're gonna be quiet on
- 53:24programmable money, We're gonna be quiet on digital IDs and etc.
- 53:28It's like, no, it's a unit party and you gotta accept it and
- 53:33never cheer for your politicians.
- 53:35What you do is you get out of stick and you beat them and you
- 53:38whip them until they do what they're supposed to do.
- 53:40That is your relationship to your politician.
- 53:43Because these people are narcissistic sycophants that get
- 53:47in the past, they might have found somebody in office and
- 53:49corrupted them. Now they find corrupt people,
- 53:52run them up the flagpole and look, we don't even know if the
- 53:54whole damn thing is fake. With computer voting.
- 53:56I mean, come on. It's like trusting the slot
- 53:58machine. And I can tell you going to
- 53:59these conventions, people will cheat right in front of you if
- 54:02they can get away with it. When it comes to voting,
- 54:05everybody will see needs to be totally transparent.
- 54:08Sorry when I ran. Lance, let me, I'm going to
- 54:09Lance, let me interrupt because I got a question from Jackalo
- 54:13Stacy. They want to know what do you
- 54:15recommend to detox from the spike protein from the vax or?
- 54:21Did you, you know, I, I'm not a medical doctor.
- 54:24I mean, I kind of know a lot talking to them, but I don't
- 54:26think I should give you any kind of medical advice like that.
- 54:30I mean, Doctor Anna Mahaci's got protocols out there.
- 54:32Doctor Peter Mccullough's got people got different approaches
- 54:35and, you know, different things might work for different people,
- 54:38but I don't think I should really say what I what I think
- 54:40on that too much. OK, fair enough.
- 54:43I think that's safe enough. But they can always go check out
- 54:45Doctor Peter McCullough and others.
- 54:47There are other people that have protocols.
- 54:49We try not to give medical advice when they show you there.
- 54:50But let's switch up here. The Great Reset is on trial in
- 54:54the Netherlands. You're preparing to testify as a
- 54:56witness in the civil case alleging bio warfare and
- 55:01genocide that's been filed against the Bill Gates, Albert
- 55:05Burla, Mark Root from NATO, the Dutch state and others.
- 55:09And of course, they're calling it the Great Reset on trial.
- 55:12Can you, can you tell us what's going on there?
- 55:14Are these guys in trouble? Does it look like this case is
- 55:17really going to do something? What's the strategy in the case?
- 55:20And I guess what are you going to be testifying specifically?
- 55:23When you and when are you going? Is it in a week, two weeks?
- 55:25When do you actually go to? The hearing is on the the hear.
- 55:27I'm going pretty soon this weekend.
- 55:29I think the hearings on March 9th, Monday, March 9th.
- 55:31So I think the hearings from 9:00 to 4:00.
- 55:33I'm sorry. I think the hearings from 11:00
- 55:35to 4:00 and then the press conference will be out like 5:00
- 55:37PM Netherlands time which is 6 hours ahead of us.
- 55:41So this case they, they reached out to me in 2024 like after I
- 55:47did my rid of Maine Damas. And then I don't know if it was
- 55:50just when they were filing the case or even before they filed
- 55:51it because I shared info with them.
- 55:53And then in October of 2024, they survived the motion to
- 55:59dismiss. So this case, it has been moving
- 56:01forward. And this is a this is a civil
- 56:03case on behalf of seven plaintiffs, One died.
- 56:06So it's six plaintiffs now that were injured by the bio weapon
- 56:09injections in the case. The case, you know, the, it's a
- 56:13pretty long brief. The case alleges the use of that
- 56:15the ejections were bio weapons. It it alleges the crime and
- 56:18genocide. So it's it's pretty hard hitting
- 56:21complain. The defendants in it are Bill
- 56:24Gates, Albert Burla, Pfizer, Mark Rut, who was the former
- 56:31Prime Minister of the Netherlands, who's now the
- 56:33secretary of NATO and a bunch of other Dutch officials.
- 56:38And so the case I want. To tell the audience, because
- 56:39they may not know this Doctor Francis Boyle died recently
- 56:43right under some very. Yeah, So what happens?
- 56:47Was conditions, am I right? Let maybe you'd share that with
- 56:49you and you're actually going to be stepping into his role as an
- 56:53expert witness because you understand the 1989 US
- 56:56Biological weapons Anti Terrorism Act, I guess just as
- 56:59well as he does. Maybe at this point, maybe even
- 57:01better because you've spent so much time looking at it.
- 57:04Well, I don't know, he probably had about 40 or 50 points on the
- 57:06IQ on me. You know, when it comes to PhDs,
- 57:08Lance, I'm kind of like Forrest Bump, like a little below
- 57:10average. But so Doctor Boyle, I, I hope
- 57:15the rain for him to testify in the case.
- 57:18And about 3 weeks later he died. He went to the hospital and
- 57:21died. And nobody really what he died.
- 57:25From actually, I, it was never put out.
- 57:27Nobody knows what he died of. So I didn't know the family or
- 57:30anything. So it's not like I could say,
- 57:31hey, what happened, you know, And so nobody knows.
- 57:35You know my, I knew Doctor Boyle because he used, he was an
- 57:37advisor at National Arm and I sit on the board there still.
- 57:40So he would, he would sit in every other week on our on our
- 57:43meetings, you know, as an advisor.
- 57:45But so yeah, he died like 3 weeks later unexpectedly.
- 57:50Now, I do know he was about 74 years old.
- 57:52He still taught law full time, though.
- 57:54He was still a full time law professor and pretty active.
- 57:58But I don't know if you know his health condition.
- 58:00But yeah, he died about 3 weeks later.
- 58:01All we know is he went to the hospital and, you know, died at
- 58:04the hospital. Did he just have a heart attack
- 58:06or was he targeted? I have no idea.
- 58:09You know, I don't speculate too much on that because I don't
- 58:12want to encourage cowardice. I mean, because that's part of
- 58:14the problem. Everybody's a coward.
- 58:16But I don't rule out foul play, though.
- 58:18But I can tell you this, the only people that knew he was
- 58:20going to testify was myself, the attorneys and I guess the other
- 58:23witnesses, which the witnesses in this case are myself, Doctor
- 58:27Michael Eadon, Sasha Ladapova, Catherine Austin Fitz and
- 58:31Catherine Watt. And so the court didn't even
- 58:35know he's going to testify yet. However, all of our emails and
- 58:37phone conversations are, you know, the NSA and everybody
- 58:40follows everything. So he could have very well been
- 58:43targeted. And so.
- 58:46So he could have been targeted. Yeah.
- 58:47My understanding is I'll be testifying to what his legal
- 58:50view was. And I can also authenticate the
- 58:52fact that he gave the affidavit in my case, which, again, it's
- 58:56not just an expert legal opinion.
- 58:57It shows legislative intent. And So what this hearing is
- 59:02about, so the case is moving forward.
- 59:04This is not like my appeal. My case was dismissed.
- 59:07I'm appealing to get back into the trial court.
- 59:09This case is still in the trial court.
- 59:11This is like their version of an interlocutory appeal.
- 59:14What they're appealing here is the trial court made a decision
- 59:17to not allow witnesses in the case and not allow the
- 59:20independent media and the public into the trial court.
- 59:23So those two decisions were appealed.
- 59:26And this appellate hearing, that's what it's about.
- 59:28But on a positive kind of sign, if you want to read the tea
- 59:31leaves, is the appellate court is allowing the witnesses to be
- 59:35present. That's why I'm going there and
- 59:37they're allowing. And I believe myself, Sasalata
- 59:41Pover and Katherine Watt will be there.
- 59:43I don't believe the other two witnesses will be there for this
- 59:45hearing because they might ask us questions, but we're not
- 59:48actually going to be testifying yet.
- 59:49And there's, but they're also allowing the independent media
- 59:51and the public into this courtroom for the hearing, for
- 59:54the appellate hearing, you know, so the two issues they're
- 59:57deciding on for this actual hearing, they're allowing to
- 1:00:00occur. So I think that's kind of a
- 1:00:01positive sign from the court if they're signaling anything that
- 1:00:05makes sense. It's interesting.
- 1:00:07What do you think? What's your take?
- 1:00:09Do you think it's pretty clear cut?
- 1:00:11Is the court playing games over there or do you think the court
- 1:00:14in the Netherlands is very interested in seeing a positive
- 1:00:17outcome for this case? You can sometimes text the
- 1:00:19temperament of the court based on their responses and behavior.
- 1:00:22Do you think they're actually going to, you know, is it, what
- 1:00:25if you had to give odds? Are they going to rule in favor
- 1:00:28of your team or do you think they're going to side with Gates
- 1:00:31and Borla and. For this hearing, for this
- 1:00:34hearing, my, my feeling is they probably will rule in favor of
- 1:00:39the plaintiffs like to, to allow to, to, to cause the hearing is
- 1:00:44about allowing the cameras and the independent media and the
- 1:00:46public into the courtroom and the witnesses.
- 1:00:48And they're allowing all that at the hearing.
- 1:00:49So to me, I'm just thinking, you know, they're going to, they're
- 1:00:52going to tell the trial court they need to do that.
- 1:00:55I mean, I don't know because I don't know.
- 1:00:57I don't believe they have a jury.
- 1:00:58I don't know that they have a jury system there like we do
- 1:01:00here. I think a jury case and a civil
- 1:01:02case like this against Bill Gates and Albert Burla would be
- 1:01:05easy to win because people don't like that.
- 1:01:08And I think so many people know people have been injured by the
- 1:01:10shots. It would just be, I mean, you'd
- 1:01:12have to find like somebody from Antarctica or something that
- 1:01:15would be an impartial jurist, I guess.
- 1:01:17But so I don't know, they could have a situation where the judge
- 1:01:21like, so I in my case, like when I asked for them to reverse and
- 1:01:24remand it, I asked for another judge, not just also, I also
- 1:01:27found a case where she made a statement that the state of
- 1:01:30Florida didn't mishandle COVID in any way.
- 1:01:32So I'm asking to reassign a case because of that too, because
- 1:01:35that's the predicate of my whole case.
- 1:01:36But so they might have a situation where the trial court
- 1:01:39judge is kind of activists and the appellate court is just like
- 1:01:43in my case, the appellate court is just honestly acting.
- 1:01:45So the appellate court right now looks favorable.
- 1:01:48I don't know if they got a, you know, a bad judge at the trial
- 1:01:51court or not, but that that sometimes you can run into that.
- 1:01:54The issue is you got a judge who's just not doing things
- 1:01:57right at the trial. Then you go to the appellate
- 1:01:59court, they do. It's like a, you know, a good
- 1:02:00cop, bad cop thing and you go back and forth.
- 1:02:02But I feel good about this appeal.
- 1:02:04I don't know about the overall case, but you know, I think
- 1:02:07public opinion does fact things and I actually posted the live
- 1:02:11stream for this Netherlands hearing coming up just today.
- 1:02:15If you guys want to steal that and share that later at any
- 1:02:17point because that's on the 9th so people can actually watch
- 1:02:20the. Hearing.
- 1:02:21When is that hearing? It's on the ninth Monday the
- 1:02:249th. I just posted the live stream
- 1:02:26link. What time on my website 9 it
- 1:02:28well, it's I think it's 11 to 4 Netherlands time and the press
- 1:02:32conference is 5:00 PM, but they're six hours ahead of us.
- 1:02:37So that would make it like 5 to. 911 to wait.
- 1:02:40OK, but 11 to 4 is the what again?
- 1:02:43That's Netherlands time, that's the hearing and then.
- 1:02:46That's what we want, the hearing, yeah.
- 1:02:48Yeah. And then the press conference
- 1:02:49afterward is at 5:00 PM where the attorney and all of us will
- 1:02:52be. But.
- 1:02:53You have an embedded link or something for that?
- 1:02:56Yeah, yeah, I. Just posted.
- 1:02:56Let's do this George. I was going to have you pull up
- 1:02:59his website. George.
- 1:03:00That's what I was. Going to because I have a
- 1:03:01website. Yeah, he's got a sub stack.
- 1:03:03Go to. Santone.com.
- 1:03:04Yeah, it's in his bio. Yeah, it's not a website.
- 1:03:07It's sub stack. I got it.
- 1:03:08It's going to take me a minute. Yeah.
- 1:03:12I'm standing me not sub stack. Damn it, let's do.
- 1:03:14This let's share with the audience how they follow you,
- 1:03:16how they can participate, you know, where they can, you know,
- 1:03:19get out of your sub stack. Where best thing is my website
- 1:03:22which is my sub stack Joseph sansone.com and you can just my
- 1:03:25newsletter is free. You can subscribe to it.
- 1:03:27I update everything on my case and my bill there.
- 1:03:30My bill is, I think it might move forward in Tennessee at
- 1:03:34this point. We thought we're going to get
- 1:03:36blocked, but, you know, we're just waiting to get back from
- 1:03:38legal. So I'd like to get it to vote
- 1:03:41somewhere. Even if it doesn't pass, it's
- 1:03:43moving the issue and then you bring it back it.
- 1:03:46You know, it's tough with the states because they move out
- 1:03:48quick. But yeah, right on my website,
- 1:03:49josephsanzon.com, you can. I actually have a template on
- 1:03:52there too. By the way, I have all 50 state
- 1:03:54versions of the bill. Little bill is a federal
- 1:03:57version. It's like an article that says
- 1:03:59I'm going to war. Will you join me?
- 1:04:01And I also have 55 country versions of it.
- 1:04:04But I think you see to the I think it's the top right one
- 1:04:07there. If you click on that one, that's
- 1:04:09the one to link. I think about.
- 1:04:12No, you see the top right one where you see the the people
- 1:04:14like in the I'm pointing as if you can see where I'm pointing
- 1:04:17the article on to the right, like where you see the people in
- 1:04:19World War 2. Is that the link?
- 1:04:22Yeah, I think I got the link there.
- 1:04:23Right. Oh, you know what?
- 1:04:31I'm sorry. Go back and it's a little
- 1:04:33further down. I didn't pin it up top.
- 1:04:36My apologies. So click back, like back to the
- 1:04:40main page. Sorry, no.
- 1:04:42It's OK, I was just reading something on it.
- 1:04:44Yeah, Scroll down and you'll see like the right there,
- 1:04:47Netherlands link live stream for Netherlands is like the like
- 1:04:56it's got that same picture. Yeah, there you go.
- 1:05:00That's right there. OK.
- 1:05:02Yep, Yep, that's the link. So if people want to follow that
- 1:05:04case and see you know, I'd see I think to answer your question
- 1:05:07how it's gonna go, I think the more exposure we can get.
- 1:05:10The reason they censor this stuff is because they don't want
- 1:05:12public opinion. But the more exposure these guys
- 1:05:14get my case too, but certainly this case cuz you know, nobody
- 1:05:18likes Bill Gates or Albert Burla, the more exposure it
- 1:05:21gets. I think it's gonna influence the
- 1:05:23public opinion influences the court.
- 1:05:24And if this case can breakthrough to censorship and
- 1:05:27in the Netherlands here and enough people are paying
- 1:05:29attention and they're already ruled by the way that they do
- 1:05:32have jurisdiction over Bill Gates, like he will have to
- 1:05:34appear at some point. I mean, if he brings stuff over
- 1:05:37there, of course they should. But so who's going to be there?
- 1:05:40Just Berla? Is Gates going to be there in a
- 1:05:42hearing? I don't know if they're going to
- 1:05:43be at this hearing or their attorneys.
- 1:05:45At some point they will have to appear in the trial.
- 1:05:47I don't know if they're going to be at this hearing, but the
- 1:05:49court has said that they've got jurisdiction over them.
- 1:05:51They will have to appear. So I mean, that might be a
- 1:05:56positive sign for the trial court that they've done that.
- 1:06:00And so it's, you know, it, it's, you know, that's we'll see what
- 1:06:06happens. I mean, I can't read the tea
- 1:06:08leaves any more than anybody else.
- 1:06:09But here's the deal. I don't focus on the outcome.
- 1:06:12I here's the deal. They're killing people, you
- 1:06:14know, and love the people you know and love.
- 1:06:16Most people you know and love are going to have a shortened
- 1:06:18lifespan because of these injections.
- 1:06:20OK, It's still going on. They're still giving.
- 1:06:22And guess what? It, it you get injured from the
- 1:06:25shedding, there's a, there's an indirect, you know, effect
- 1:06:28because of shedding. There's studies that support
- 1:06:30that. And so I mean, it's like, it's
- 1:06:33like sitting here and watching your family members being raped
- 1:06:36in pillage and you're just going to sit there like a little girl.
- 1:06:38I mean, you're going to die. Get over it.
- 1:06:41Now the question is, do you grovel on your knees like a
- 1:06:43coward or stand up like a man or a woman and fight?
- 1:06:46And I'm just not going to look the other way.
- 1:06:48I can't. It's not in my DNA.
- 1:06:52Yeah. And I think that's the right
- 1:06:53attitude. That's exactly what you have to
- 1:06:55do. Listen, Joe, I really appreciate
- 1:06:57you joining us today. Hopefully, people go out and
- 1:06:58follow you. They'll follow what's going on
- 1:07:00in the case, in the Gates case. Maybe they'll catch that
- 1:07:02hearing. Hopefully, these people will
- 1:07:04face accountability eventually. In the meantime, I guess we'll
- 1:07:08have to just keep fighting the fight that we're all doing on a
- 1:07:10daily basis. We appreciate it.
- 1:07:12Absolutely. Can I ask one question before we
- 1:07:14go, please? Yeah.
- 1:07:16George, is that hair real? It's not that I'm jealous, but
- 1:07:18is it real? I'm just my hair.
- 1:07:19It's too good. Yeah.
- 1:07:20Yeah. His hair is perfect.
- 1:07:22He's he's got great. Bastard.
- 1:07:23I'm not jealous. Bastard.
- 1:07:25Yeah, the Lance. I like you better.
- 1:07:26Here for some reason. Lance, I like you better.
- 1:07:28For some reason, Yeah, well. You know you got less hair.
- 1:07:32The follicularly challenged have to have to stick together docs.
- 1:07:35Yeah, that's how. It is.
- 1:07:36Your hair is beautiful, George. I'm.
- 1:07:37Thank you dude. No, I know I don't blame you.
- 1:07:39It takes a lot to offend me. Not too many people can, but.
- 1:07:43No big deal. I'm not very offensive, but
- 1:07:46yeah, guys, I appreciate. You very much for joining us
- 1:07:49today. We really appreciate it, man.
- 1:07:51Thank you. Yeah, have a good one.
