  Speaker 1: be clothed with shame. There will always be voices that

  Speaker 1: try to tear you down. Maybe someone is talking behind

  Speaker 1: your back, trying to damage your reputation, or spreading rumors

  Speaker 1: on social media. Perhaps they're criticizing you to your faith,

  Speaker 1: pointing out your faults, making you feel small, making you
• 0:33
  Speaker 1: feel unattractive or not good enough. It's easy to get upset,

  Speaker 1: to feel like you have to defend yourself, or to
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: rehearse in your mind all the things you wish you
• 0:44
  Speaker 1: could say back. Oh but friend, don't let that poison in.

  Speaker 1: The truth is not everyone will like you. Not everyone

  Speaker 1: will celebrate you or treat you fairly. Some people will

  Speaker 1: be jealous of the favor on your life. The others

  Speaker 1: will be envious of your gifts. There will always be

  Speaker 1: bullies and haters who try to push you down because

  Speaker 1: they're insecure about who they are. If you let their

  Speaker 1: words take root in your heart, if you keep thinking

  Speaker 1: about it, replaying the herd and dwelling on what they've said.

  Speaker 1: It will contaminate your spirit. That negativity becomes like poison,

  Speaker 1: stilling your peace, clouding your joy, and weakening your confidence

  Speaker 1: and who God says you are. But here's the good news.

  Speaker 1: You don't have to drink it. You don't have to

  Speaker 1: give power to their words. You don't have to fight

  Speaker 1: every battle and try to prove yourself to every critic.

  Speaker 1: in guard your heart. Stay in faith and trusted God

  Speaker 1: is working behind the scenes and ways you cannot see. Father, God,

  Speaker 1: us to release every hurtful word, every unfair action, and

  Speaker 1: every negative voice into your hands. Keep our hearts fearing

  Speaker 1: free from bitterness. God, we choose to walk in peace
