Kyle Wallitner is a commercial residential real estate investor who got his start in real estate buying single-family residences in his home state of WA, but his desire to scale pushed him to pivot into multifamily assets. Today he is the founder of Boardwalk Investments, a commercial real estate syndication company, and, is a GP on over $7mm in commercial and residential real estate. He lives on a farm in Issaquah, WA with his wife and two kids.
