- 0:27Hey, everybody, good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30So let's talk about the fact that we have difficulty show up
- 0:35in our lives. Everybody always wants to talk
- 0:37about the fact that they don't like it when difficulty show up.
- 0:40They feel as though they're, you know, they're, that's their path
- 0:45of complaining. They want to talk about the
- 0:47difficulties. And I will often say, OK, maybe
- 0:52the difficulties are here to be like the sandpaper that shapes
- 0:55us because. When contrast shows up,
- 0:59sometimes it's very helpful for us.
- 1:01Now there are many different velocities on this.
- 1:03There are lots of people who will talk about, well,
- 1:06especially in the manifesting world where they'll say, Oh
- 1:09well, you manifested this and it's not happening to you, it's
- 1:13happening for you. And everybody has their
- 1:15different take on this. And quite honestly, I'm not sure
- 1:18which one is solid. I'm just not.
- 1:20I mean, there's all different variants of it.
- 1:23What for me? I'll tell you what works in my
- 1:26head, I think difficulties are part of the process.
- 1:32I think things show up as the sandpaper and then they shape
- 1:35us. They help us become better
- 1:37versions of ourselves. But we are not going to always
- 1:41like them. And I think sometimes when
- 1:44you're in the middle of something and you hear someone
- 1:46say, well, remember this is isn't happening to you, it's
- 1:50happening for you, you want to punch them in the face, so.
- 1:54And that's just my take on it. I mean, you may have a
- 1:57completely different take on it. So is it true that it might be
- 2:01happening in that way? Maybe.
- 2:03Is it true that it's just a difficulty and it's the
- 2:06sandpaper and you don't like it and part of not liking it is
- 2:10part of the process, maybe. Is it something that you
- 2:14recognize as a, you know, a real sincere opportunity?
- 2:21Maybe. All of the above and then some.
- 2:24And 25 more that I haven't even thought of.
- 2:26What's important to remember. What's incredibly important to
- 2:30remember in all of this is that when the difficulty show up, you
- 2:34don't get mad at yourself for manifesting them.
- 2:37First and foremost, we don't get mad at ourselves for manifesting
- 2:40things. What we can look at is say, what
- 2:42is this trying to teach me? That works best for me
- 2:46personally. What is this trying to teach me?
- 2:48Because if I can stop myself and really pull back and think, OK,
- 2:51this is trying to teach me something, then I'm not quite so
- 2:54angry with it. I'm not quite so frustrated with
- 2:56it. I'm not quite so backed up with
- 2:58it because that is the part that really pisses me off if I'm
- 3:02quite honest about it. So if if I if as soon as I start
- 3:07to lose concept of what I could learn, then all of a sudden
- 3:10boom. There's no growth in it for me.
- 3:13I'm just hunkered down in the in the pain and that's never fun.
- 3:16So keep that in the back of your head that you can ask that
- 3:20question. The other piece of it is when
- 3:23these things show up and they are just seemingly
- 3:28insurmountable. You have to remember it's time
- 3:31to change the driver of who's seeing it.
- 3:34Run through different drivers. Actually, talk to yourself
- 3:38about, all right, who's driving? Who's driving my bus right now?
- 3:41OK, If this one's driving my bus, then is this the best, most
- 3:45resourceful driver right now? No.
- 3:46OK, switch the driver. If you switch the driver, then
- 3:49you end up with a different result.
- 3:50When you switch the driver, you're way, way more better off,
- 3:54way better off. So just keep switching the
- 3:56driver. Keep switching the driver,
- 3:58because then you're going to start.
- 4:00Figuring out different aspects, different truths, all the good
- 4:03stuff. So that's another approach that
- 4:07will help you get through it. And then finally, one of the, I
- 4:10think one of the biggest ones that really, really kind of
- 4:14helps the most when you're hunkered down and you're in
- 4:18panic, is to come back to being in the moment because you're not
- 4:22necessarily thinking about anything.
- 4:25Like you're just in that state of panic and you can't, not
- 4:28thinking beyond the state of panic.
- 4:30So you can't possibly help yourself when that is your
- 4:33directive. You have to go to a different
- 4:35place. You have to go to this neutral
- 4:39ground, pick a driver that is just willing to stay in the
- 4:44moment and say okay, right now in this state, I'm not going to
- 4:47come up with something that's better.
- 4:51I'm going to, I'm going to need to just get neutral first.
- 4:54So even if you can't pick a driver like I talked about a few
- 4:57minutes ago, you can go in and just get neutral.
- 5:00Just get neutral and say I'm not qualified to make a choice right
- 5:03now. I've told many a client as well
- 5:05as myself over the years, I'm not qualified to make any
- 5:08decisions right now. I'm going to need 24 to 48 hours
- 5:11to go through this before I can actually make a decision because
- 5:15I'm too screwed up in my head in this moment.
- 5:18So remember, you always have options.
- 5:20They're always at your fingertips.
- 5:22They're always at your fingertips.
- 5:24And a very vital question is, well, if I didn't panic right
- 5:29now, if I didn't Riddle myself with anxiety right now, what
- 5:33would I be thinking? Always remember the power of
- 5:36your questions are right at your fingertips.
- 5:39All right, my friends, I will see you tomorrow.
- 5:40And I hope you have a blessed day.
- 5:42Bye.
