Title: Reject or Receive: “Leah: God’s Gracious Generosity to an Unwanted Girl”

Text: Genesis 29 and 30

Chris Hefner

Three Reasons We Need the Good News

The comprehensiveness of our sins.

The depth of our longings.

The futility of our solutions (idols).

Three Ways God Intervenes with the Good News

God intervenes long before we notice—His Sovereignty.

God’s interventions are always worthy of praise—His Worth.

God intervenes in order to redeem—His Purpose.
