- 0:00SPEAKER_03: Expressing your own desires gives people permission to express their desires.
- 0:09SPEAKER_03: It's it's like the you know, one person yawns and somebody else yawns.
- 0:14SPEAKER_03: It's like it's contagious.
- 0:15SPEAKER_03: Once we give ourselves permission to share who we are, a piece of ourselves authentically like that, it gives somebody else permission to do the same.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:25SPEAKER_03: And there's an energy to it.
- 0:27SPEAKER_03: There's, you said, like you said, a safe space when we are authentic with ourselves in that way.
- 0:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 0:34SPEAKER_03: And it's not that people will always honor it, but it creates the vibration of that safe space.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: This podcast discusses sensitive and sexual topics that may be triggering.
- 0:52SPEAKER_03: Please understand we are not therapists.

- 1:33SPEAKER_03: Welcome to Erotic Spirit, where Soul, Sexuality, and Real Life Meet.
- 1:37SPEAKER_03: My name is Angela Shelby.
- 1:39SPEAKER_03: And I'm Jenna Lee.
- 1:41SPEAKER_03: And we channel in messages from ascended masters, angels, spirit guides, other friends in spirit, along with our own dialogue about subjects like spirituality, sexuality, desire, pleasure, intimacy, recovering from trauma, and where all of those subjects meet.
- 2:05SPEAKER_03: And we do our best to meet you exactly where you are at with all of it.
- 2:10SPEAKER_03: If you're not familiar with channeling, channeling is allowing higher-dimensional beings to use our voices and our bodies to bring through information.
- 2:19SPEAKER_03: And we are talking about what are we talking about today?
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the desire that you're ashamed of is actually your gift.
- 2:27SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And if you stick around, we'll explain more on why that is your superpower.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Your desires are your superpower.
- 2:36SPEAKER_03: And I can guarantee you, at the end of this episode, you will be at least 90 pounds lighter in the shame-free zone.
- 2:46SPEAKER_03: You'd be dumping some shame and embarrassment.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Yes, which is what it's all about, right?
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: We we talked about this a lot before and being in alignment with ourselves and that truth.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: And the rest of it is not ours.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: The rest of it are the voices of our ancestors, of generational stuff, of society, of cultures, the collective.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: And so when we get to actually see our desires, what we truly want, we dump the rest, we release that.
- 3:22SPEAKER_03: And I just want to like tip my hat and say kudos to what we've been taught, to our culture.
- 3:28SPEAKER_03: Like there have been very good reasons that we are taught what we are taught, you know, to help protect us, um, to help help us fit in with the rest of the world in a way that is comfortable for everyone.
- 3:45SPEAKER_03: The problem that comes from that is as we reach adulthood, a lot of what we were taught no longer applies because we've been taught responsibility.
- 3:56SPEAKER_03: We've like responsibility as in a concept.
- 3:59SPEAKER_03: We've been taught restraint.
- 4:01SPEAKER_03: We've been taught how to choose who we want to be.
- 4:06SPEAKER_03: At least that is what I define a functioning adult as.
- 4:10SPEAKER_03: So now it comes to us to decide who and what we want to be and what works for us and what doesn't work for us.
- 4:17SPEAKER_03: Um, and so we talk about desire a lot and we talk about um our dreams a lot when it comes to being guided by our souls.
- 4:29SPEAKER_03: That's how our souls talk to us, you know, like what do we desire to be?
- 4:33SPEAKER_03: What do we desire to create?
- 4:35SPEAKER_03: That's our soul going, this is the path.
- 4:38SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 4:38SPEAKER_03: What are you waiting for?
- 4:41SPEAKER_03: Um, but people don't often translate those desires into the bedroom.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 4:48SPEAKER_03: That our soul talks to us through what we desire in the bedroom and and what that looks like and how that goes.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's still our soul.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: Our soul has not left just because now we're having desires in the bedroom.
- 5:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
- 5:03SPEAKER_03: And and what those desires are.
- 5:05SPEAKER_03: So um, we've talked before about like the human body and how there's so many unique variations of the human body.
- 5:14SPEAKER_03: I've seen vulva that go all the way up someone's butt crack.
- 5:19SPEAKER_03: I have seen, you know, penises of all different kinds.
- 5:23SPEAKER_03: I have there are no symmetrical boobs.
- 5:27SPEAKER_03: Like if you really look at breasts, one is always bigger than the other.
- 5:30SPEAKER_03: It just is.
- 5:32SPEAKER_03: Um, it's just it's just how we're made.
- 5:34SPEAKER_03: We are all so unique and different.
- 5:37SPEAKER_03: And I wish they showed more bodies in media here in American culture because that people would see, yes, no, like this 10% of what people try to shape themselves as.
- 5:49SPEAKER_03: Um, these I call them cookie cutter bodies, um, or it's a concept, it's a concept of that body.
- 5:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's it's not what we are, and it's the variations of what we are and and how our bodies are shaped.
- 6:04SPEAKER_03: It's the the variations are the beauty, the variations in how we look are the beauty.
- 6:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 6:11SPEAKER_03: And looking at sexual desire that way, it's the variations in desire that lead us into healing, that lead us into soul's purpose, that lead us into our joy.
- 6:25SPEAKER_03: And it's interesting.
- 6:27SPEAKER_03: I've never thought of it that way until we sat down to do this episode and all this downloaded information came in.
- 6:34SPEAKER_03: And I went, yes, I've been doing that, like using that tool, my sexuality is a tool to help heal myself and help define who I am and who I want to be.
- 6:45SPEAKER_03: But I've never thought of it as no, my soul speaks through my desire and leads me toward healing and helping others through my sexual desires.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Uh the word variation is always popping out at me.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: And and you said it a lot, but it's true.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: The variations and the differences between our desires is actually an opportunity for a catalyst for our own spiritual growth, meaning I'm giving myself permission to express this however that comes out.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Maybe I have a partner, right?
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: Maybe I don't, but say I have a partner and I get to express that uniqueness and that variation and that difference, or maybe it's not, you know, it's like, oh, this is really weird.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: No, it's a variation.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: It's an idea that I get to express out, and it is this catalyst for growth because I'm giving myself permission.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: And then you have someone else that is like, oh, you know what?
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: And then what about this?
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: And what about this?
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Or, oh no, you know what?
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Not for me, but what about this, this layer?
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: And that permission moves from one to the other, or it doesn't move.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: It's seen as, oh, we're giving ourselves permission.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: We're not judging, we're opening a container of love.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And the other person just steps in effortlessly, or they can they can choose to step in effortlessly and give themselves permission as well.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: And when they do, you just have magic happen.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And that is the spiritual growth.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: That is, I can choose to step in or not.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: And when I choose to step in, because it's my truth and I love it, and I do it, I've actually grown as an individual.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: That's a that's a beauty.
- 8:32SPEAKER_03: And I love how you were talking about expressing your own desires, gives people permission to express their desires.
- 8:44SPEAKER_03: It's it's like the, you know, one person yawns and somebody else yawns.
- 8:49SPEAKER_03: It's like it's contagious.
- 8:50SPEAKER_03: Once we give ourselves permission to share who we are, a piece of ourselves authentically like that, it gives somebody else permission to do the same.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:00SPEAKER_03: And there's there's an energy to it.
- 9:02SPEAKER_03: There's, you said, like you said, a safe space when we are authentic with ourselves in that way.
- 9:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 9:08SPEAKER_03: And it's not that people will always honor it, but it creates the vibration of that safe space.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: And that's that's what about and you never know whether someone will like it or not.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: You won't know until you say it.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: You could go on years having this desire, and you're just like, ah, today's not the day, you know, like I can't do it.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And then you do it, and oh, very well received, and you had no clue.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: So you don't know.
- 9:36SPEAKER_03: You don't know.
- 9:37SPEAKER_03: You don't, you don't know what you don't know until you start putting things out there.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:42SPEAKER_03: If we kept, if I I mean, if I kept all my desires within and didn't put myself out there and try, my experience wouldn't change.
- 9:53SPEAKER_03: I wouldn't change.
- 9:55SPEAKER_03: And what is it?
- 9:57SPEAKER_03: The more people are always saying, the more I know, the more questions I have.
- 10:00SPEAKER_03: I'm like, yeah, that's that's a good thing.
- 10:02SPEAKER_03: That's the way it should be.
- 10:04SPEAKER_03: More horizons, expanding and growing.
- 10:07SPEAKER_03: Um, I was reading a book um on sexuality and just just people's different experiences um being piled in and compiled into this one book.
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: And I remember one example where uh this gal was writing in and saying, you know, is this normal?
- 10:30SPEAKER_03: She was writing into her therapist saying, Is this normal?
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: She and her boyfriend, he loves anal sex.
- 10:38SPEAKER_03: She loves anal sex.
- 10:39SPEAKER_03: That's all they do.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: That's what makes them happy.
- 10:42SPEAKER_03: And for him, it's it felt really good for him to like urinate into her anal tract after the sex was done.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: It made them both happy.
- 10:53SPEAKER_03: And but they're it's so unique.
- 10:56SPEAKER_03: They were going, is this normal?
- 10:59SPEAKER_03: Like, is this something we should be concerned about?
- 11:02SPEAKER_03: And the psychologist was like, no, it's fine, it's whatever makes you happy.
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: As long as you're not hurting anybody, that's whatever makes you happy.
- 11:10SPEAKER_03: So I think of that example through the lens of what we're talking about.
- 11:14SPEAKER_03: If you know Bob didn't tell Karen that he really loves anal sex and that he would really like to pee in her bum when he was done, she would never have known.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:27SPEAKER_03: She would never have experienced it, and she would never have gone, I'm willing to try that.
- 11:31SPEAKER_03: And like, that fits me like a glove.
- 11:33SPEAKER_03: I had no idea.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: If no one would have spoken up and said something, then they both would have just been living in a closet, half-lived.
- 11:45SPEAKER_03: But they found each other and they found this way of being together that suits them both very uniquely.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: And it's perfect for them.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: And and that's the that's the superpower in it all.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: That's the gift that we get to express with each other when we are being our true selves.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: And okay, maybe sometimes things are not received, but what's the worst that can happen?
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, no, that's not for me.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: You know, maybe someone does does judge, but uh really ultimately if we're accepting that judgment, we're only judging ourselves, really.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: It's it's our perception of it.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: So when we get to look at something where we are received in a way that is mutually, the idea is mutually received.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's the gift, that's the power.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: That is expression at its divine highest love and form of love.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: And if I hold that back, I'm holding back my gift.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: Your creation.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: Um another example that I found very interesting and stuck with me.
- 12:58SPEAKER_03: Um there we've all heard of Dr.
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: Ruth.
- 13:03SPEAKER_03: Dr.
- 13:04SPEAKER_03: Ruth, great sexual guru, um, psychotherapist, teacher, just amazing person.
- 13:10SPEAKER_03: But she was always look like this property.
- 13:13SPEAKER_03: She always dressed so proper, she always spoke so proper, and she was speaking about sexuality, which is considered improper, you know, to so many people in such a proper and just no nonsense way.
- 13:26SPEAKER_03: I remember her talking about a gentleman that he had written into her.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: It was like a dear Abby for her, and she was answering this um on TV.
- 13:37SPEAKER_03: And she, this gentleman wrote in and he's like, I like to get a jar of peanut butter and I like to masturbate into the peanut butter.
- 13:47SPEAKER_03: And and you know, basically have sex with the peanut butter jar.
- 13:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 13:52SPEAKER_03: And that just, you know, hit me like a ton of bricks.
- 13:56SPEAKER_03: I'm like, you have got to be kidding me.
- 13:58SPEAKER_03: That's wild.
- 13:59SPEAKER_03: And she's like, that's great, that's wonderful.
- 14:03SPEAKER_03: Yes, you know, she goes, it must feel good when the peanut butter's sliding over you, and you know, peanut she just went on about it.
- 14:11SPEAKER_03: She's like, that's great, go for it.
- 14:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you know, there are so many variations on our desires and what we want and who we are and what we are capable of in a way that is not hurting anyone, that is not perverse.
- 14:28SPEAKER_03: And I think perversion, um perversion to me is damaging someone else.
- 14:36SPEAKER_03: That is perversion, whether it's sexually, emotionally, physically, that's perversion.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: When I'm talking about just unique desires, like it's not perverted to fuck the peanut butter jar.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:50SPEAKER_03: What would be perverted is putting it back in the cupboard and not telling anybody.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 14:54SPEAKER_03: You know, that's damaging.
- 14:56SPEAKER_03: You don't do that stuff.
- 14:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 14:58SPEAKER_03: Um, but it's it's just unique to who we are.
- 15:03SPEAKER_03: We have so many variations um of our desires and creation, and the sky is the limit, as long as you're not hurting anybody.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: And to add on to that, there's also, and you may have said it too, but to circle back to it's coming in consent, mutual consent on both sides, right?
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: And that if there are boundaries even flowing into something, and that, hey, we will, but these are the boundaries, or hey, is there a different way of looking at it, right?
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Having that consent, mutual consent on both sides creates a container that is safe.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: And if there are boundaries, there may be, there may be reasons, and the boundaries may shift or they may change or they may not.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: So being really, it's really important to honor all of that with someone or whatever it is with with oneself too, is things are gonna shift, and it's beautiful to be in that space of, like you said, not hurting anyone, perversion, consent, if it's with another individual, and allow then the magic to happen.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: Allow the magic to happen.
- 16:09SPEAKER_03: So as you and I were sitting down, we this just downloaded in.
- 16:13SPEAKER_03: We sat down to do this, and it was just like womp, and we were type tap.
- 16:17SPEAKER_03: Um, so when we were talking about this episode and spirit came in, what I was being shown was each individual person in their individual, unique body, all these different shapes being shown to me.
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: And then they were showing me energy coming through that unique shape for that person, and that that unique energy coming through that person.
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: And they were showing me in a sexual context, and the message coming through was don't you like understand that the uniqueness of your sexual desire is just as important as the rest of your desires and your purpose here.
- 16:58SPEAKER_03: There's a reason you love what you love, there's a reason you want what you want.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:03SPEAKER_03: And again, as long as it's not hurting anybody, there's a reason.
- 17:08SPEAKER_03: And and then they brought in, they remembered like those examples are not ones I pulled out of thin air.
- 17:14SPEAKER_03: Spirit was like, tell them about this one.
- 17:15SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I forgot I knew that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_03: And then, like, I forgot about the peanut butter thing.
- 17:21SPEAKER_03: That's right, Dr.
- 17:22SPEAKER_03: Ruth.
- 17:22SPEAKER_03: Um, these examples were specifically brought in.
- 17:27SPEAKER_03: You just don't know how you're going to help somebody by being who and what you are.
- 17:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 17:34SPEAKER_03: And buying the uniqueness of who we are.
- 17:36SPEAKER_03: There's a reason we shine like we shine.
- 17:38SPEAKER_03: There's a reason we like what we like.
- 17:40SPEAKER_03: There's a reason that guy liked to fuck the peanut butter jar.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:46SPEAKER_03: There's something about it that was unique to him, and it's going to serve him or somebody else in some way.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: And that is part of our gift, our uniqueness and embracing that.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Embracing that, being that, embodying that, expressing that, and then seeing potentially either if it's just you and you doing your thing, wow, what power.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: What power is it to just fully be you all the time authentically?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: And then if you're with a partner, if you're with someone else, wow, you get to share that gift and express that to another individual, another space that's on their journey.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: And they get to say, okay, I think I'm gonna shine my light to you.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be just as fucking bright.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: Like let's let's bring in the fireworks, baby.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Let's amp it up, let's have a light show.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: And that's that's the fireworks.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: That's the fireworks.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Popping off, pop, pop.
- 18:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, popping off.
- 18:44SPEAKER_03: Um it's it's just being ourselves.
- 18:45SPEAKER_03: And we've talked about it before.
- 18:47SPEAKER_03: Us being ourselves in other arenas of our life moves out into the rest of our life.
- 18:53SPEAKER_03: So when we can be our our authentic selves in the bedroom, it moves out to the rest of our life.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 19:00SPEAKER_03: It moves out to the rest of the world.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: They're laughing.
- 19:03SPEAKER_03: When I say they're laughing, my guides and my team right now is laughing at me because I'm having a moment where I just felt, I can't believe I said fuck the peanut butter jar on a recording where people are going to see it.
- 19:16SPEAKER_03: Um, those are the exact words that came through, though.
- 19:18SPEAKER_03: So I do my best to not edit what's coming through.
- 19:21SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're being your you being you.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: You shine in your light.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: Hey, we shine in our lights and we're bringing in a light show, baby.
- 19:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah, let's bring in the light, baby.
- 19:31SPEAKER_03: I feel like they have something to say.
- 19:33SPEAKER_03: They're all laughing a lot right now.
- 19:39SPEAKER_03: You do not understand how unique your desire is and how pleasurable it is for other people to understand your desires.
- 19:47SPEAKER_03: We are not talking about dark desires that damage other people.
- 19:53SPEAKER_03: We are talking about desires of authenticity and heart and light.
- 19:59SPEAKER_03: But we would like to address the darker desires, the darker desires which cause harm to others.
- 20:08SPEAKER_03: We would like you to understand that that those desires are the pain of humanity coming through and being expressed on a grand scale.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: You have put your sexuality and the creation energy behind it into an evil closet.
- 20:32SPEAKER_03: You have made it your boogeyman.
- 20:35SPEAKER_03: You are powerful.
- 20:38SPEAKER_03: It is your own intentions, your own thoughts, your own beliefs that have created the boogeyman of sexuality and the ways it is coming out at this time.
- 20:54SPEAKER_03: If uh you would like to change rape, if you would like to change molestation, if you would like to change abuse, if you would like to change slavery, uh it is uh deeply important uh that you change the abuse, rape, molestation, and slavery you impose upon yourself and your beliefs of who and what you are.
- 21:24SPEAKER_03: You can change these things by changing what goes on within you.
- 21:30SPEAKER_03: It is important for you to understand who you are on all levels, including your sexuality.
- 21:38SPEAKER_03: It is important for you to love and accept all aspects of who you are, even if you are only sharing it with yourself.
- 21:50SPEAKER_03: It is important for you to understand that there is nothing within you that cannot be changed with love, and that there is nothing.
- 22:00SPEAKER_03: Within you that will put you outside the love of creation, the love of your creator.
- 22:09SPEAKER_03: It is impossible.
- 22:11SPEAKER_03: We are all connected.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: It is impossible for us to stop loving you because it would mean we would stop loving ourselves.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: Again, we would like to reiter reiterate to you: there is no us and them.
- 22:24SPEAKER_03: There is only us.
- 22:26SPEAKER_03: If you want to change the world and the ugliness you see in it, the ugliness you see in the sexuality of the world, you must love and accept the sexuality and the energies of creation that move through you, that live within yourself.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Powerful, powerful.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: That is so important to also bring into the conversation because the and the way the wordings coming in to me, and the way that you said it, right?
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: The the you want to call it dark desires, right?
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: Or the molestation or abuse.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: And I know I've shared this in other episodes, but my own sexual abuse from when I was younger and that sexual abuse and me seeing the perpetrator and the person and their pain and spirit taking me through that process to see their pain and their darkness and looking at me as, you know, how how do I touch that that light?
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: How do I become that light?
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: And there's no taking, right?
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: We've talked about that before.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: There's no taking of the light and of the and someone's power, but it really put into perspective that it's filtered through pain.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: So maybe the words that that was that's coming in sometimes desire.
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: And for me, what's channeling in is about this unconscious reaction to the pain and being all consumed by that.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: And so it's important to address the the aspects of beautiful desire and the gift of that.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: And then it's important to look at other avenues so that we can see and move through as a collective, like what is it truly that we want and where is it coming from?
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: And so that's the more, I don't want to say extreme, but that's the completely unresolved pain and trauma and how that comes out and the abuse there.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And then there's also the the desires of, you know, maybe someone wants to do something and it's not hurting anyone and it and it is in it would be in full consent.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: But is it truly a desire or is it something that is just filtering through because, you know, someone said it, or you know, or it's unresolved trauma wanting to play out in a certain way.
- 24:44SPEAKER_00: So there's a a time to step back and reflect where is this coming from, and just to pause, you know, to move with it with grace and and humility and love and compassion in always.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: And that's how we start to move through the shadows of ourselves and then share that light when we when we move through it, share that light with others, the truth of ourselves.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: So I love it.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: I love the the different dynamics that get that come up in these spaces because they're all equally important.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:23SPEAKER_03: I love how I love how you said that.
- 25:25SPEAKER_03: Like, is it coming through my trauma?
- 25:28SPEAKER_03: Is this a true desire, or is it is it energy reflecting through the lens of my trauma?
- 25:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:34SPEAKER_03: Is this real desire?
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: Is this heart-soul desire, or is this me reacting?
- 25:39SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: There is a book.
- 25:42SPEAKER_03: Uh it is called If You Meet Buddha on the Road, Kill Him.
- 25:48SPEAKER_03: And it's by Sheldon Kopp, K-O-P-P.
- 25:51SPEAKER_03: And he was a psychotherapist.
- 25:53SPEAKER_03: And it's I read that book and I pull something new out of it every time I read it.
- 25:59SPEAKER_03: He was a psychotherapist and he served in prisons for a large part of it.
- 26:05SPEAKER_03: And so he was doing psychotherapy groups with, you know, rapists, child molesters.
- 26:11SPEAKER_03: And it was interesting to see the stories that came out and what was behind uh their perspectives.
- 26:20SPEAKER_03: That was a life-changing book for me.
- 26:23SPEAKER_03: Um, and it's great.
- 26:24SPEAKER_03: It's it's just uh it helped me decide who and what I wanted to be and look at take responsibility more for my journey and my path.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 26:38SPEAKER_03: Um as me, the power behind it.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: Oof.
- 26:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: And and when we do take that, or actually I wanna before that, but when we don't take those actions in the ownership and we just start, we keep perpetuating that cycle of of illusions and and false identities and all that, it actually can, or and I see it through just my experience with clients, when it when we keep playing out for decades, it can become something that moves into the physical body.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: It goes from the causal plane, which is an energetic plane where where karmer is created, a cycle loop that we keep playing out basically, and it goes all the way down to the physical body when we're still in that space, and that may come out as dis-ease, yeah, illness and all these other areas.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: So the the beauty behind it is once we see the things, we still have ownership that has never gone away.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: We can still create our reality and shine our light and start to continue to start to or continue in in this place of a space where we get to shine our light and bring the gifts of our true selves to others.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And if we haven't done it before, it is never too late.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: It was never too late for us to break down the door and say, This is me, world, right?
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: Take it or leave it.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: Fuck it.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:08SPEAKER_03: There's there's uh to the day you die, there's always an opportunity to be who and what we are.
- 28:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 28:15SPEAKER_03: And your soul screams for it the older you get.
- 28:18SPEAKER_03: It just does.
- 28:20SPEAKER_03: If you're avoiding it, eight time's not gonna fix it.
- 28:23SPEAKER_03: Time makes it worse.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: It's like your soul, the the closer you get to passing, your soul's like, step up to the plate, man.
- 28:30SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 28:31SPEAKER_03: Let's do it.
- 28:31SPEAKER_03: Like it's time.
- 28:32SPEAKER_03: We are unexpressed.
- 28:33SPEAKER_03: Let's go.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: We got shit to do.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: We got shit to do.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: Well, what would you say would be a takeaway?
- 28:43SPEAKER_03: My main takeaway, uh, oh, first of all, they're they're talking to me right now.
- 28:49SPEAKER_03: When I say they, I'm talking about the guides and the teachers who are here.
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: Today it's been uh actually the last few times, it's been my sexual teachers, uh, Jesus and Archangel Michael.
- 29:00SPEAKER_03: They've been coming through a lot.
- 29:02SPEAKER_03: When I've said they today, that's what I'm talking about.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Um, my takeaway today would be remember that our sexual desires are just as holy and sacred as any other soul desires.
- 29:18SPEAKER_03: They they are interchangeable, they are one and the same.
- 29:21SPEAKER_03: We can't cut sexuality out of that.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: Gosh.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: I like it.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: You drop the mic.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: I I'd say my takeaway is that slow down, see where things are coming from, and give yourself grace and compassion and know that you get to step into joy and shine your light.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: And that's that's a superpower, that's a gift.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: Embrace that and look at it in a different way.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: Look at it like that.
- 29:55SPEAKER_00: It's a blessing.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: And when we start to switch that perspective, we actually believe it.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: And it is true.
- 30:01SPEAKER_00: It is true.
- 30:02SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
