- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Okay, Happy Thursday, everybody, Welcome to a brand new day.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Welcome to Ricky Zacamana. In the morning. Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:08Speaker 3: those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 4: Zaane, previously of One Direction, has announced a tour of
- 0:12Speaker 4: his own Stairway to the Sky. The tour is kicking
- 0:15Speaker 4: off next month in San Francisco. It's only going to
- 0:18Speaker 4: go through the end of twenty twenty four. There are
- 0:20Speaker 4: unfortunately only five US dates, and Nashville is not on
- 0:24Speaker 4: the list. Your closest bet would be New York essentially,
- 0:28Speaker 4: or DC. It's a very short tour. A lot of
- 0:31Speaker 4: fans are really upset by the lack of city options.
- 0:33Speaker 4: So hopefully he'll announce more for twenty twenty five. But
- 0:35Speaker 4: with the way that everything's gone with Zane and his
- 0:39Speaker 4: entire career, we don't really know what's gonna happen. So
- 0:42Speaker 4: hopefully this goes well. And he's so excited about it.
- 0:44Speaker 4: He adds more he comes to Nashville. If that happens,
- 0:46Speaker 4: I'll let you know. We all knew this was coming,
- 0:49Speaker 4: but it officially is here. Robots are in our fast
- 0:52Speaker 4: food kitchens. Chapotele has announced that they started adding robots
- 0:55Speaker 4: to their kitchens to do things like cutting up avocados,
- 1:00Speaker 4: which really isn't that bad.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Of an ice. A lot of people the er every year.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Yeah, they call them quote cobots, so they're designed to
- 1:06Speaker 4: work alongside human employees so they'll make meal prep faster.
- 1:10Speaker 4: So the autocado is the robot that can cut and
- 1:13Speaker 4: core and peel avocados in twenty six seconds, which, honestly,
- 1:16Speaker 4: if this is how intense we get with the robots,
- 1:18Speaker 4: I'm not mad about it, because, like you said, you
- 1:20Speaker 4: cut your hand a lot on avocados, and they promise
- 1:23Speaker 4: that there still are humans mashing the guacamole together because
- 1:27Speaker 4: you know, there's a lot that goes into that, the
- 1:29Speaker 4: right spices, sure, the right amount of avocados. So there's
- 1:32Speaker 4: still people that are on the assembly lines doing things.
- 1:35Speaker 4: They are just thinking of different ways to involve these
- 1:37Speaker 4: quote unquote cobots to help speed up the assembly of
- 1:40Speaker 4: their food. And the Nashville Zoo they have announced some
- 1:42Speaker 4: new features for their annual Boo at the Zoo event.
- 1:46Speaker 4: So the event is going to run for three weeks
- 1:48Speaker 4: from October eleventh to October thirty first, and it has
- 1:50Speaker 4: a brand new Ferris Wheel attraction, as well as a
- 1:53Speaker 4: new Storytime with the Old Oakley Tree. Other attractions include
- 1:57Speaker 4: the Monster Mash dance floor, Halloween themed animals shows, Gordon
- 2:02Speaker 4: the Talking Pumpkin.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I didn't know his name was Gordon.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Like kiss, he's a Gordon. There's trigar treat stations, and
- 2:10Speaker 4: a pumpkin patch all there. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
- 2:13Speaker 4: are the three things you need to know.
- 2:14Speaker 3: We went to Boo at the Zoo last year and
- 2:15Speaker 3: I spent way too long figuring out how Gordon talked
- 2:18Speaker 3: and knew all the stuff that he knew.
- 2:19Speaker 4: It just sounds very cool.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Sanding off to the side like.
- 2:21Speaker 4: Wait a minute, who is how is this magic?
- 2:24Speaker 3: Where it is?
- 2:24Speaker 5: Man?
- 2:25Speaker 3: Then I realized it's magic. Good morning friends.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Hey, we have those TSO tickets for the First callar
- 2:31Speaker 2: coming in about ten minutes right.
- 2:32Speaker 6: Here on the River one O seven five of the River.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Mana.
- 2:36Speaker 1: In the morning.
- 2:37Speaker 4: I can't believe we're already thinking about Christmas, talking about Christmas,
- 2:41Speaker 4: getting into Christmas spirits this early on. But I mean
- 2:45Speaker 4: Transub Orchestra They're coming to bridge Stone December eleventh, and
- 2:48Speaker 4: we got tickets, so it just kind of fits.
- 2:49Speaker 2: And honestly, I mean it's it doesn't It's not that early.
- 2:52Speaker 2: I know it's still September, but like it is time
- 2:55Speaker 2: to start.
- 2:55Speaker 4: Thinking what jo Queen hasn't even patted.
- 2:57Speaker 2: The calendar feels up quickly. It's time to start playing
- 2:59Speaker 2: in the wild.
- 3:01Speaker 4: But if you are the first caller of the day
- 3:03Speaker 4: on one O seven five the River, you're gonna get
- 3:05Speaker 4: these tickets. So call us right now.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven.
- 3:09Speaker 2: I promise I'm gonna be nice and normal, no weird questions.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Today, Sure, Ricky, Zach and manow in the morning.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Christina from Lebanon, on our way to Nashville. Right now,
- 3:22Speaker 4: Good morning, welcome to one of seven five the River.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Are you excited for Christmas?
- 3:27Speaker 7: I love Christmas.
- 3:29Speaker 4: My whole family loves decorating.
- 3:31Speaker 8: We're always excited.
- 3:32Speaker 7: Okay, sing me a Christmas song?
- 3:35Speaker 3: Oh absolutely not.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Hey, Christina, do you think it's too late in life
- 3:39Speaker 2: for somebody like Ricky to you know, become a Christmas person?
- 3:42Speaker 4: It's never too late to do anything you want to do.
- 3:45Speaker 7: Amen.
- 3:45Speaker 4: I love that attitude. I'll tell you this great attitude.
- 3:48Speaker 2: My wife Ally was never a big fan of Christmas
- 3:51Speaker 2: kind of like you, Ricky, but like over the last
- 3:53Speaker 2: few years, I think maybe once we had kids and
- 3:55Speaker 2: seeing their excitement, she's really become a big Christmas person.
- 3:59Speaker 4: So it might be in your I love that so
- 4:01Speaker 4: much for Alie. But I'm not having kids anytime soon.
- 4:04Speaker 3: What if you eventually do one day? You might love Christmas?
- 4:08Speaker 4: Oh see, Christina, I'm excited that you love Christmas because
- 4:12Speaker 4: you are our first color of the day. On one
- 4:14Speaker 4: O seven five of the river. You're gotting these tickets
- 4:16Speaker 4: to see Trans Siberian Orchestra. That is so exciting.
- 4:19Speaker 1: We love Trans Hiberian Orchestra.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Oh good, this is perfect. Thank congratulations, Thank you so much.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I'm being normal. But Zack has a question for you.
- 4:27Speaker 7: When's the last time you washed your hair?
- 4:30Speaker 4: Uh? Two days ago?
- 4:32Speaker 7: Oh good, I'm proud of you.
- 4:34Speaker 8: You gotta have like the natural oil and natural grease
- 4:36Speaker 8: for your hair.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I don't know why this is a thing lately that
- 4:39Speaker 4: you guys have like conspired to do.
- 4:41Speaker 3: I didn't do anything.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Kevin and Zach have like conspired to ask these really
- 4:45Speaker 4: weird questions, and I have no idea what's ever going
- 4:47Speaker 4: to come out of their mouth?
- 4:48Speaker 7: What's that?
- 4:48Speaker 3: Shoot?
- 4:49Speaker 7: You wear ten and a half.
- 4:51Speaker 8: See, we just had to get to know Christina really well.
- 4:53Speaker 8: So now I feel like we're best friends. And I'm
- 4:55Speaker 8: excited that you won these tickets now that we know
- 4:57Speaker 8: you better.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Christina, I'm so sorry for my friends. We hope you
- 5:02Speaker 4: have a great day. We are so excited for you.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Hang on the line so we can get some info. Okay, yes, ma'am,
- 5:07Speaker 4: all right.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Thank you. I didn't do anything, but you're right. Being
- 5:11Speaker 3: on this side of it listening to the weird questions
- 5:13Speaker 3: is pretty weird.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah, you also knew he was gonna ask a weird question.
- 5:16Speaker 4: You teat him up.
- 5:18Speaker 3: That part's true.
- 5:21Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
- 5:23Speaker 1: On the River.
- 5:26Speaker 4: The tension I can feel it in the one O
- 5:28Speaker 4: seven five of the River studio right now. Zach is
- 5:31Speaker 4: quote unquote not speaking to Kevin for a very Zach reason.
- 5:35Speaker 4: And we want to know if it's a little too dramatic.
- 5:37Speaker 3: What about on you? Are you talking me on the air?
- 5:39Speaker 3: This is sort of your job.
- 5:40Speaker 7: Ricky has your day. I love your new hair, Ricky,
- 5:44Speaker 7: Oh my gosh, thank you so much. This is great.
- 5:46Speaker 3: The reason he's not talking he has to do with
- 5:48Speaker 3: Ricky's hair.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Honestly, I don't know why I get thrown in the
- 5:51Speaker 4: middle of this, but we'll explain.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Don't worry, all right, a few minutes. Tell us if
- 5:55Speaker 2: he's in the right or if he's being a little dramatic.
- 5:58Speaker 2: We'll get into it.
- 5:58Speaker 6: Next other river one oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach,
- 6:02Speaker 6: and Mano in the morning.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Zach is just straight up not talking to me. It's
- 6:05Speaker 3: one o seven to five of the River.
- 6:06Speaker 2: I think you're being a little dramatic, buddy, Zach.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Do you feel like you're being dramatic about this?
- 6:12Speaker 7: I'm not being dramatic whatsoever.
- 6:14Speaker 4: Okay, So here's the situation. Uh, for whatever reason, all
- 6:17Speaker 4: three of us ended up having hair appointments in the
- 6:19Speaker 4: same week and getting your hair done. So I got
- 6:22Speaker 4: my hair done last night. The guys have not seen
- 6:23Speaker 4: my hair since then. So this morning, when I walked
- 6:26Speaker 4: into the studio, Kevin was very sweet and he said,
- 6:29Speaker 4: oh my gosh, your hair looks so nice. Zach. What
- 6:32Speaker 4: was your immediate reaction to that.
- 6:34Speaker 8: Kevin never once complimented my hair or my eyelashes that
- 6:37Speaker 8: I got done, which were drastic changes.
- 6:40Speaker 7: So he's not even paying attention to me. He's not
- 6:42Speaker 7: complimenting me.
- 6:43Speaker 8: He only wants to suck up to Ricky, but doesn't
- 6:45Speaker 8: care about anything about me.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Okay, now my side.
- 6:49Speaker 2: You when you got your stuff done, I did eventually
- 6:53Speaker 2: tell you it look good after I said, Kevin, hair
- 6:57Speaker 2: is you had a hat out. I couldn't see there
- 7:00Speaker 2: and you took it up. You're like, you didn't say
- 7:01Speaker 2: any about my hair ten minutes. Like, give me a
- 7:03Speaker 2: little time to come to it.
- 7:04Speaker 7: It didn't take ten minutes for Ricky's hair.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Ricky's hair is half of her body. It's like a
- 7:09Speaker 2: huge focal piece. When you look your ring, the colors different.
- 7:12Speaker 3: It's straight.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Now everything about it is very eye catching.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Kevin has a point with so my eyes.
- 7:18Speaker 8: So my hair is not eye catching, neither of my eyelashes.
- 7:21Speaker 8: I'm just saying about me is eye catching.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Your hair taking up a much smaller percentage of you.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Deepress, deep breathed. We want to know if you think
- 7:28Speaker 4: that Za's being a little dramatic. Six four eight nine
- 7:31Speaker 4: five is the phone number put river at the beginning
- 7:33Speaker 4: of the message. Your name and where you're texting from.
- 7:35Speaker 4: I am we need somebody who's impartial. I'm the one
- 7:38Speaker 4: that's now being brought into this mess. You're in it,
- 7:41Speaker 4: so I don't feel like my opinion matters.
- 7:43Speaker 8: But I just don't comprehend why he's so like, Oh
- 7:45Speaker 8: my god, Ricky looks.
- 7:46Speaker 3: So I don't think I did any of that.
- 7:48Speaker 8: And I literally got my eyelashes done, I got highlights,
- 7:51Speaker 8: I saw myself like I did all these things, and
- 7:54Speaker 8: Ken never once complimented any of them.
- 7:56Speaker 7: Deep breath deep, I can't.
- 7:58Speaker 3: This is it's a deepres We need to call me sae.
- 8:01Speaker 4: He's already made it a little dramatic. Literally, all Kevin
- 8:04Speaker 4: said was, oh, Ricky, your hair looks really nice.
- 8:07Speaker 7: All I'm looking for is Kevin's approval, and yet I
- 8:09Speaker 7: never get it.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Oh my lord, No, Now that hurts me too.
- 8:13Speaker 7: I feel like the least favorite child.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Does Zack, you look great? You look great. Your eyelashes
- 8:16Speaker 3: are popping, your hair, you look.
- 8:18Speaker 7: Like called it out.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Also, popping is a phrase.
- 8:22Speaker 3: That I was out.
- 8:23Speaker 2: So now I'm getting an attack from my phrasing of
- 8:25Speaker 2: the compliments that I give.
- 8:27Speaker 4: The bottom line is is Zach being a little dramatic
- 8:29Speaker 4: about this? Or do you understand where he's coming from?
- 8:31Speaker 4: Six four eight nine five is the number to text
- 8:34Speaker 4: us por River at the beginning of.
- 8:35Speaker 3: The message, I'm just not very observant, to be honest
- 8:38Speaker 3: with you. Ricky's thing is like a big change.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Okay, anyway, three things you need to know The.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Sun has risen on this Thursday morning here in Nashville.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Thanks for starting with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 8:48Speaker 4: SNEL has announced the first five hosts and musicians, two
- 8:52Speaker 4: of which are Nashville natives. Jelly Roll is going to
- 8:55Speaker 4: perform September twenty eighth with Jeane Smart as a host.
- 8:59Speaker 4: That's the open for their fiftieth anniversary of ESNL, so
- 9:02Speaker 4: that's amazing. And Naper Getsy is gonna host October fifth
- 9:06Speaker 4: with musical guest Coldplay, two huge, huge people in the
- 9:10Speaker 4: national you know circuit, and I'm so happy to see that.
- 9:13Speaker 4: The rest of the show's announced include Ariana Grande, who's
- 9:16Speaker 4: going to host with Stevie Nicks performing on October twelfth,
- 9:19Speaker 4: Michael Keaton I Love Michael Keaton with Billie Eilish on
- 9:22Speaker 4: October nineteen. That's show's yes, I'm so excited about that one.
- 9:27Speaker 4: And John Mulaney's gonna host with chapelone November second.
- 9:32Speaker 3: I mean all of that is eight class.
- 9:33Speaker 4: Yeah, it came up with a great lineup so far,
- 9:36Speaker 4: and it looks like we got a new National Taco
- 9:38Speaker 4: Day thanks to Taco Bell. They have officially rescheduled it.
- 9:42Speaker 4: So National Taco Day has been celebrated on October fourth
- 9:45Speaker 4: for years, which I didn't even know until this story
- 9:47Speaker 4: came out, but Taco Bell has now successfully lobbied to
- 9:51Speaker 4: move it to October first. The reason I'm behind this
- 9:54Speaker 4: move is because this year it can happen on a
- 9:56Speaker 4: Taco Tuesday. So the National Day calendar they said, you
- 10:00Speaker 4: know what, that's not reasoning for us. They're shifting it.
- 10:04Speaker 4: So now you need to remark your calendars. It's now
- 10:06Speaker 4: going to be October first on Taco Tuesday.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Okay, love to see it.
- 10:11Speaker 4: And Artville is coming back to the Wedgwood, Houston, and
- 10:13Speaker 4: Chesnut Hill neighborhoods. This is really cool. It's a festival
- 10:16Speaker 4: in celebration of local artists here in Nashville with art
- 10:19Speaker 4: everywhere for murals on the sides of buildings, some specific
- 10:22Speaker 4: installations that are happening inside of galleries. Free to attend,
- 10:26Speaker 4: family friendly. There's going to be on site food vendors.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Festival starts September twenty seventh and runs through the twenty ninth,
- 10:32Speaker 4: So go check it out, Imricky Sanchez and those are
- 10:34Speaker 4: the three things you need to know.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Thank you so much, Ricky.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Let's play Tommy You Richmond right after million Dollar maybe
- 10:40Speaker 2: Zax Fax get ready for it?
- 10:41Speaker 3: Stacks down the.
- 10:42Speaker 6: River Ricky, Zach and manno in the morning on one
- 10:47Speaker 6: the river.
- 10:48Speaker 4: It's Zack Fax on one O seven five the river.
- 10:50Speaker 8: You guys know Neil Armstrong, the first guy to allegedly
- 10:52Speaker 8: walk on the moon. Yes, apparently he had a lawsuit
- 10:56Speaker 8: before he passed away against his barber for selling his
- 10:59Speaker 8: hair to a collector for three thousand dollars.
- 11:03Speaker 4: That's so invasive and creepy.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Lots of weird stuff there.
- 11:06Speaker 7: It's very very weird.
- 11:08Speaker 8: So I guess he would go to the barber once
- 11:09Speaker 8: a month and then after he cut his hair, he
- 11:11Speaker 8: would start selling it to people, and he charged three
- 11:14Speaker 8: thousand dollars.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Who decided to buy a clump of this man's hair
- 11:17Speaker 4: for three thousand.
- 11:19Speaker 8: Dollars, I don't know, and I don't even know what
- 11:20Speaker 8: you would do with it, Like do you put it
- 11:22Speaker 8: in like a book a case.
- 11:23Speaker 7: Do you laminate it?
- 11:24Speaker 3: Yeah, put it in a case with lights the higher
- 11:27Speaker 3: Neil armstrung.
- 11:28Speaker 7: Well, there's your factor of the day.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 11:33Speaker 4: On this new survey, forty percent of Americans have hit
- 11:39Speaker 4: peak stress. But the one thing that they all agreed
- 11:42Speaker 4: on as a remedy for this is music. So we
- 11:46Speaker 4: want to know your favorite song. Call us and tell
- 11:48Speaker 4: us your favorite song.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Yeah, six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Maybe that song that's guaranteed to make you feel less stressed.
- 11:56Speaker 6: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on.
- 11:59Speaker 4: What Unfortunately, according to a new survey, forty one percent
- 12:04Speaker 4: of Americans have hit peak stress. But the positive here
- 12:08Speaker 4: is the one thing everyone agreed on is that the
- 12:10Speaker 4: remedy is music. It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the
- 12:13Speaker 4: Morning on one oh seven, five the River, April and Madison,
- 12:16Speaker 4: tell us your favorite song that always just puts you
- 12:18Speaker 4: in a good mood.
- 12:19Speaker 6: Banana Pancakes by Jack Johnson.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Oh, that's a good one.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Don't even know what I know, Jack Johnson, but I
- 12:25Speaker 2: don't know Banana pancakes.
- 12:27Speaker 4: It's very soothing.
- 12:28Speaker 7: It makes me smile every time.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Oh, April.
- 12:31Speaker 3: I love nuts Jack Johnson music in general, I mean
- 12:34Speaker 3: makes you want to, you know, wear flip flops, laying
- 12:37Speaker 3: on a hammock on the beach or something. I'd assume
- 12:39Speaker 3: this one is a similar vibe. Yes, thousand, Okay.
- 12:42Speaker 4: It's very soothing. It's very relaxing. I get why if
- 12:45Speaker 4: you were stressed out, that would be the song that
- 12:46Speaker 4: you'd want to hear too, like just to like by
- 12:49Speaker 4: about too.
- 12:50Speaker 7: It's just a happy song.
- 12:51Speaker 3: I add it to my list here. Thank you, April.
- 12:53Speaker 3: We appreciate you.
- 12:54Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 12:55Speaker 4: Have a good day.
- 12:56Speaker 3: You two love churing.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Games George and Murphy's Burrow. What's up, buddy, you're on
- 13:00Speaker 2: the river. What's that song for you?
- 13:02Speaker 5: It's a Mugs Game by Soft Cell.
- 13:04Speaker 3: I no soft Cell, I know Tainted Love, that's Soft Cell, right.
- 13:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:08Speaker 3: I don't know this other song you're talking about, though.
- 13:10Speaker 3: What is it called? It's a Mugs Game?
- 13:13Speaker 7: Oh.
- 13:13Speaker 4: I feel like I'm gonna have to look this one up. George,
- 13:15Speaker 4: I don't know this one.
- 13:17Speaker 5: Ah, that's why, George.
- 13:20Speaker 4: You're throwing it back right now. George, thank you so
- 13:25Speaker 4: much for calling in. We appreciate you.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Love you, guy, love you too, buddy.
- 13:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Hi to Starla in Nashville. Starla, good morning, Good morning.
- 13:34Speaker 2: What's that song for you? What always helps you out
- 13:37Speaker 2: if you're feeling stressed?
- 13:39Speaker 6: Wore?
- 13:40Speaker 4: Oh what a good choice.
- 13:42Speaker 3: God, I kind of feel like we should play that one.
- 13:43Speaker 4: I love Paramore. I would love to play it.
- 13:46Speaker 3: We're gonna play it next, Starla.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Thank you, do we appreciate you. Have a great day, Starla,
- 13:52Speaker 4: you doo bye love.
- 13:53Speaker 3: I feel like she didn't fully grasp, but we're gonna
- 13:56Speaker 3: play it next.
- 13:56Speaker 4: I think she just wasn't expecting it, so now she's
- 13:58Speaker 4: in shock. I totally understand.
- 14:00Speaker 3: But you're on board for this.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Yes, let's play it.
- 14:01Speaker 3: If Jonathan gets mad, he's getting mad at both of us.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll take full blame. I don't care.
- 14:06Speaker 3: Okay, this is all on Rickey then Starlasa.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Next, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on
- 14:13Speaker 6: the River.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Still into you from Paramore on one oh seven to
- 14:17Speaker 2: five the River. We played that specifically for Starla in Nashville.
- 14:21Speaker 2: We're talking about favorite songs because a lot of us
- 14:24Speaker 2: are stressed and music has proven to be the one
- 14:26Speaker 2: thing that helps de stress us, and that.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Is a great song.
- 14:29Speaker 4: It's so good it made me happy to listen to it. Well,
- 14:31Speaker 4: we got a few more people that want to tell
- 14:33Speaker 4: us their favorite songs. Grace in spring Hill, what's your
- 14:36Speaker 4: favorite song that just puts you in a good mood?
- 14:39Speaker 4: Dancing Queen by Album, Oh, great choice.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Are you like aing am a super fan? Because I mean,
- 14:45Speaker 2: oh yeah, if you love them, you really love.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Them, right, But you don't have to love them to
- 14:50Speaker 4: love Dancing Queen. Everybody knows Dancing Queen.
- 14:52Speaker 7: Oh everyone loves that song.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Great choice, Grace, Thank you so much for calling in
- 14:56Speaker 4: and for hanging out with us.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Of course, A good morning you two love.
- 14:59Speaker 3: We'll say good morning to Isaac and Murphrey's Burrow. What's up, buddy,
- 15:02Speaker 3: good morning? What's the song for you?
- 15:05Speaker 8: I listened to.
- 15:06Speaker 1: A lot of classical music, but it's called The Swan
- 15:09Speaker 1: by Camille Saint Sam.
- 15:11Speaker 4: Classical music is known to be great for when you're
- 15:14Speaker 4: trying to learn new things. If you listen to classical music,
- 15:16Speaker 4: it's supposed to help the brain function.
- 15:18Speaker 3: And it's like research has show that like listening to
- 15:21Speaker 3: classical while doing work and stuff like that does be
- 15:23Speaker 3: stretching and things like that. Good to know.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Also, research has shown that listening to one oh seven
- 15:28Speaker 2: five the River really uh makes you work better.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Whatever you said, times.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Ten, absolutely every morning.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Thank you, Isaac. We appreciate you.
- 15:40Speaker 9: Of course.
- 15:42Speaker 6: Hilaria, thank you.
- 15:43Speaker 4: We hope you have a great day. Isaac, thank you
- 15:45Speaker 4: so much for calling in due.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 15:48Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 15:52Speaker 6: River dashow.
- 15:53Speaker 4: With Austin on one oh seven five the River. She
- 15:56Speaker 4: played one of our river on the rooftops. She is amazing.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Now you can win VIP to our next river on
- 16:02Speaker 4: the rooftop if you win. Kevin Manno's Game of the

- 16:09Speaker 2: free show, McKenna, Grace and Averanna there as well. It's
- 16:11Speaker 2: a really solid lineup. These VIP passes are for the
- 16:16Speaker 2: winner of the Game of the Day. Anybody can just

- 16:20Speaker 2: just stressing. These are VIP pass to get your own
- 16:22Speaker 2: bar up there. It's a real nice setup.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just a little extra, you know.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, since it's VIP those are three letters, and since
- 16:29Speaker 2: it's MGK and other three letters.
- 16:31Speaker 3: We're playing a game this week called Initial Response.
- 16:35Speaker 2: That was way too dramatic, probably a little bit this
- 16:38Speaker 2: game six seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 16:41Speaker 3: If you want to call and play and win, let's go.
- 16:43Speaker 3: It's next on the river.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Time is it Kevin?
- 16:51Speaker 3: It's game time, baby.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Thanks for gating me up for that, Ricky, appreciate it
- 16:54Speaker 4: so welcome. We are playing Kevin Banno's game of the
- 16:57Speaker 4: day on one oh seven five the River for your
- 17:00Speaker 4: chance to win VIP passes to our last river on
- 17:03Speaker 4: the rooftop of this season for real this time.
- 17:06Speaker 2: It's coming up on Tuesday. MGK sadlining We honestly, we did.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Not know we were gonna do another River on the rooftop,
- 17:11Speaker 3: and then we had this opportunity and we jumped on it.
- 17:13Speaker 4: So a pump can't say no to MGK.
- 17:15Speaker 2: McKenna, Grace and Averanna are going to be there as well,
- 17:18Speaker 2: and let's see if maybe Veronica in Murphy's borrow is
- 17:21Speaker 2: going to be there in the VIP section. Hi Veronica, Hey,
- 17:24Speaker 2: how are you great?
- 17:26Speaker 3: I'm great. I can't speak for Ricky, but I'm great.
- 17:28Speaker 4: I'm lovely.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Good, she's lovely. I'm great. Hey, do you have a
- 17:32Speaker 3: corporate job by chance?
- 17:34Speaker 6: Uh?
- 17:34Speaker 9: No, I am a nerse Actually I work at a rehab.
- 17:37Speaker 3: Okay, well that's great.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Thank you so much, Veronica for doing that.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Today's game.
- 17:42Speaker 2: It's all these like different acronyms, you know that are
- 17:45Speaker 2: kind of taken from the corporate world.
- 17:47Speaker 4: So you just made Veronica more nervous for the game
- 17:49Speaker 4: that she was probably already nervous to play.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Good job, Kevin, You'll be okay. No, no, no, you'll
- 17:54Speaker 3: be okay, okay.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Question number one games called initial response. Here we go, Veronica.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Before you leave for a vacation.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Or something, you might use this one. What does OOO
- 18:05Speaker 2: stand for?
- 18:07Speaker 4: Out of nice shop?
- 18:09Speaker 3: Veronica got a point? Nice job?
- 18:12Speaker 2: You need two out of three to get these VIP passes. Uh, Veronica,
- 18:15Speaker 2: I'm gonna need this on my desk by e.
- 18:17Speaker 6: O D.
- 18:19Speaker 9: End of day.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Yes, you'll gotta be a corporate curly to know these things.
- 18:24Speaker 6: Yay.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Last question. You already got the VIP passes, but I
- 18:28Speaker 3: have three here.
- 18:29Speaker 2: So before you start a new job, Veronika, you might
- 18:31Speaker 2: ask about PTO.
- 18:32Speaker 3: What does that stand for?
- 18:34Speaker 4: Beautiful?
- 18:35Speaker 3: That one.
- 18:35Speaker 4: I know, beautiful, amazing. You did such a good job, Veronica.
- 18:39Speaker 4: I'm gonna take that.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Yes, please do.
- 18:44Speaker 2: We'll see you there Tuesday night, Skydeck on Broadway again,
- 18:47Speaker 2: free show. Everybody can just come, but Veronica is gonna
- 18:50Speaker 2: be high above you in the VIP second.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Nice job. Thank you for calling and play and that
- 18:55Speaker 3: was very easy for you than you.
- 18:57Speaker 6: Three things you need to know.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Just eight o'clock on this Thursday morning. Thank you for
- 19:02Speaker 2: being here. Ricky's got those three things.
- 19:03Speaker 4: The stranded astronauts in space are going to vote in
- 19:06Speaker 4: the twenty twenty four election. So if you remember the
- 19:09Speaker 4: two American astronauts who are stuck in space, they're stuck
- 19:12Speaker 4: up there until February. It was supposed to be a
- 19:14Speaker 4: quick trip ended up not being that way. So lots
- 19:16Speaker 4: of people have wondered, like, how were they going to vote?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Like they weren't planning on being up there? Is this
- 19:21Speaker 4: gonna happen? Are they allowed to vote? There's still American citizens?
- 19:24Speaker 4: How does this work?
- 19:25Speaker 3: So fun?
- 19:25Speaker 4: Fact, election officials in Harris County, Texas, where NASA Space
- 19:30Speaker 4: Station is located, they work and they send astronauts all
- 19:34Speaker 4: the time into space during election cycles. Ye and they
- 19:37Speaker 4: will send a PDF with clickable boxes to make their choices.
- 19:41Speaker 4: It's password protected, it's ensured to be a secret ballot,
- 19:44Speaker 4: all of these things, and astronauts have actually been voting
- 19:46Speaker 4: from space since nineteen ninety seven, which is the year
- 19:50Speaker 4: that the Texas legislature passed a bill allowing NASA employees
- 19:54Speaker 4: to vote from space. So have no fear they will
- 19:56Speaker 4: be voting this year.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Crazy in treating Yeah literally was.
- 20:00Speaker 4: So intrigued on how this would work. Now we know.
- 20:03Speaker 4: We have more details about the Sims movie adaptation that
- 20:05Speaker 4: got everyone excited a few months back. It has officially
- 20:08Speaker 4: been confirmed by EA. It is happening. It's going to
- 20:11Speaker 4: be produced by Margo Robbie's production company, Lucky Chap. It's
- 20:14Speaker 4: going to be directed by Katie Heron, who's known for
- 20:17Speaker 4: her role director directing Loki. We don't have any details
- 20:21Speaker 4: on the plot just yet, but there's been a bunch
- 20:23Speaker 4: of people close to the production saying that we can
- 20:26Speaker 4: expect a lot of the lore around Sims to be
- 20:29Speaker 4: in the movie. So think pools with no ladders, things
- 20:33Speaker 4: like that, you know, all of the weird stuff that
- 20:36Speaker 4: we would do on Sims. They're going to somehow play
- 20:38Speaker 4: that up in the movie. As more details come out,
- 20:41Speaker 4: I will let you know what's going on with it.
- 20:43Speaker 4: And I truly hate to hand on a bad note,
- 20:46Speaker 4: but I hate to hear this. White's Mercantile in twelve
- 20:49Speaker 4: South is facing a potential closure that is such a bomber,
- 20:53Speaker 4: so permits have been filed to demolish the space and
- 20:55Speaker 4: to build a two story building in its place. The owner,
- 20:58Speaker 4: Holly Williams. She told Business Journal that she's quote looking
- 21:02Speaker 4: at several options it hopes to remain in the neighborhood.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I mean, I know there are a few white margant
- 21:07Speaker 2: house out there, but that is such a cute, little, quaint,
- 21:10Speaker 2: little looking building. It's so old.
- 21:12Speaker 4: I love that spot. So as much as I hate
- 21:14Speaker 4: to say this, I also wanted to say it because
- 21:16Speaker 4: I want the community to know. Not only because if
- 21:18Speaker 4: they do close, you should go stop by and support
- 21:21Speaker 4: them and give them some business, but also because maybe
- 21:23Speaker 4: we can stop it from happening. Who knows fingers crossed,
- 21:26Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 21:28Speaker 4: need to know.
- 21:28Speaker 3: I mean, twelve South really does need a new, big building,
- 21:31Speaker 3: though that's started. Kevin, You know how many going up constantly.
- 21:35Speaker 3: There's been some boom beautiful things. Back into the music.
- 21:38Speaker 6: On the River, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I'm a little nervous about this one, Ricky. But why,
- 21:47Speaker 3: I don't know if they werena fend people.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Okay, this is not an offense to anybody. This is
- 21:51Speaker 4: just a normal conversation about ugly cars.
- 21:54Speaker 7: Everyone is allowed to their own opinion.
- 21:56Speaker 4: It's fine, and it's just a car. It's not a
- 21:59Speaker 4: big deal. This all started because I can't stop seeing
- 22:02Speaker 4: cyber trucks everywhere I look. Everywhere I look at Nashville, they.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Are popping up all over the place.
- 22:08Speaker 4: We were talking about it yesterday and Kevin was driving
- 22:10Speaker 4: in saw cyber truck. And then later on in the
- 22:12Speaker 4: day I was driving in saw a cyber truck, and
- 22:14Speaker 4: at first I was like, is it the same one
- 22:16Speaker 4: everywhere that I go? Is it following me?
- 22:18Speaker 7: Probably?
- 22:19Speaker 4: There's just more and more cyber trucks everywhere.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And so the question based on the cyber trucks, this
- 22:23Speaker 2: is again Ricky's idea, what, in your opinion, is the
- 22:26Speaker 2: ugliest car.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Yeah, let's hear it, that's the question.
- 22:29Speaker 4: I think, you know what I think.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Six, one five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Let us know the ugliest car in your opinion?
- 22:35Speaker 1: What is it?
- 22:37Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 22:39Speaker 1: One seven five the River.
- 22:41Speaker 2: A minute ago, Ricky uh was open about her hatred
- 22:45Speaker 2: of cyber trucks.
- 22:46Speaker 4: I just don't get them. They don't look good to me,
- 22:48Speaker 4: and I have no offense to anybody. I just don't
- 22:50Speaker 4: want them.
- 22:50Speaker 2: So we're asking, in your opinion, the ugliest car out there,
- 22:53Speaker 2: Cindy and Franklin, what do you think?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Okay, my entire family agrees with you. The cyber truck
- 22:59Speaker 1: is the ugly car ever made.
- 23:01Speaker 4: I just don't understand them, and I keep seeing them
- 23:04Speaker 4: pop up all over Nashville.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I know they're everywhere.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I will say you guys. You know who disagrees
- 23:11Speaker 2: with you on this is children Like I don't. I'm
- 23:14Speaker 2: not a big fan of the cyber truck either, But
- 23:15Speaker 2: every time we see when my kids get so excited,
- 23:18Speaker 2: all their friends get excited, the kids love them.
- 23:20Speaker 4: Kids don't drive cars.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, okay, no, my kids do not love them.
- 23:26Speaker 1: My kids like make fa faces the.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Oh well, how old are your kids? Because now I'm
- 23:32Speaker 3: wondering if it's just an age thing.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Yeah, no, they're older than your kids.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Okay, got it, Okay, okay, so little kids like them.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Everyone in my family hates Sydney.
- 23:42Speaker 4: I'm with you. They're just ugly. I just don't like
- 23:44Speaker 4: And there's no offense to anybody you know who's driving
- 23:46Speaker 4: in a cyber truck right now. If you're listening to
- 23:48Speaker 4: one oh seven five the River, thank you very much
- 23:50Speaker 4: for listening. I'm not judging you.
- 23:51Speaker 3: You're not saying you're ugly judging the car. Yeah, thing
- 23:54Speaker 3: you're in Sydney, Thank you, We appreciate it.
- 23:58Speaker 4: You to love.
- 23:59Speaker 2: I understand that Heather in Nashville has a different answer.
- 24:01Speaker 2: So we're gonna move away from cyber trucks and offend
- 24:04Speaker 2: some other people.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Heather, what do you think the ugliest car?
- 24:06Speaker 1: I personally do not like the jeep truck. I don't
- 24:10Speaker 1: think it's a very strange combination.
- 24:12Speaker 4: It doesn't make any sense.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Yes, exactly, do you want a truck or do you
- 24:16Speaker 1: want a jeep? Like you can buy the individually.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Right, and typically people who drive trucks drive trucks for
- 24:22Speaker 4: a very specific reason, to use the bed of the
- 24:24Speaker 4: truck to carry things. I feel like a jeeptly, like
- 24:27Speaker 4: a Jeep is not for that Jeep spousd be like
- 24:29Speaker 4: a fun car. You go like all throating in it,
- 24:31Speaker 4: like it just doesn't match the right vibe.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Do you agree with her?
- 24:34Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:35Speaker 1: Thank you, I thank you.
- 24:37Speaker 3: I've always wished I was the type of person that
- 24:38Speaker 3: could have a Jeep. They're so trusting.
- 24:41Speaker 2: And when I walk away from my car to parking lot,
- 24:43Speaker 2: I pressed the lock button four hundred times, and then
- 24:45Speaker 2: these jeep boters are.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Just like, hey, anybody that wants to hop in?
- 24:49Speaker 9: Hop in?
- 24:50Speaker 3: I have no windows, I have no roof.
- 24:53Speaker 6: No, I know, right, no, uh but no.
- 24:55Speaker 1: I definitely I think I would personally just want a Jeep.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I don't want a truck. Yeah, I just think when
- 25:00Speaker 1: I see these Jeep trucks, I'm like, okay, okay.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I'm with you. How that they've confuse me?
- 25:05Speaker 3: Yep, thank you for joining the conversation, Heather, thank you.
- 25:08Speaker 4: Have a great day.
- 25:09Speaker 2: You want to add to It's six one, five, seven, three,
- 25:11Speaker 2: seven nine seven the ugliest car out there.
- 25:14Speaker 4: I'm realizing I'm such a hater right now. I hate
- 25:16Speaker 4: these cars.
- 25:18Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the River.
- 25:23Speaker 2: We got on this because Ricky doesn't like cyber trucks.
- 25:25Speaker 2: But we're talking about the ugliest cars.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Whitney and Mount Juliette. Tell us the ugliest car in
- 25:30Speaker 4: your opinion.
- 25:31Speaker 8: I mean, the cyber trucks have grown on me.
- 25:33Speaker 7: I would say it's those little cube cars, like the
- 25:36Speaker 7: square cars. The ugliest oh, like the Kia Soul and
- 25:40Speaker 7: the Nissan Juke. Like I could name all of them.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Yes, they're awful.
- 25:45Speaker 3: When I have to say who's driving, Oh, you got
- 25:49Speaker 3: the kids attacking him too.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Again, no offense meant to anybody out there driving one
- 25:54Speaker 2: of these cars right now.
- 25:55Speaker 8: That's just Whitney's opinion, not ours, and zach yours too.
- 25:59Speaker 8: It sounds like I was just naming off different brands.
- 26:01Speaker 4: It's okay, that's what we're doing right now. We're just
- 26:04Speaker 4: kind of venting about ugly cars. No problem, Whitney, thank
- 26:07Speaker 4: you so much for calling in.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Yes, we'll get one more. Mom.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I know you're speaking on behalf of your daughter Annie,
- 26:14Speaker 2: and she said.
- 26:15Speaker 1: That the Wiener Mobile is the ugliest vehicle that has
- 26:18Speaker 1: ever been driven. I was like, well, you're a little right,
- 26:25Speaker 1: But I mean I'm with Ricky. I think that the
- 26:28Speaker 1: cyber truck definitely is like a rolling metal trash can.
- 26:32Speaker 6: But Annie thinks the later mobile is the ugliest.
- 26:37Speaker 7: That's very funny to it.
- 26:39Speaker 4: I love that. Tell Annie we appreciate her opinion.
- 26:43Speaker 1: You can hear you, Oh Annie, we.
- 26:44Speaker 4: Appreciate your opinion.
- 26:47Speaker 3: Thank you, Annie. Have a great day.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Bye guys.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Zack, do you have one? We didn't ask you yet.
- 26:52Speaker 8: I don't think mine is like a specific type. I
- 26:54Speaker 8: think it's more so the color, like when it's a
- 26:56Speaker 8: really ugly color.
- 26:57Speaker 7: Like gold or like an ugly green.
- 26:59Speaker 8: I'm do they sell that on the clearance rack because
- 27:02Speaker 8: you had they did a good deal well.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Fun fact, a lot of those colors, because they don't
- 27:06Speaker 4: sell well, are actually discounted.
- 27:08Speaker 8: I figured, I was like, they have to be on
- 27:10Speaker 8: the clearance rack at the store, Like there's no way.
- 27:14Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 27:18Speaker 6: O zero.
- 27:19Speaker 2: One, O seven to five the River. Good morning friends.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It's Ricky, Zack and Manno in the Morning. That's daily
- 27:24Speaker 2: double tap time every day. About this time we play
- 27:26Speaker 2: some audio from a video.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Today. Ricky found this one and it sounds very sweet.
- 27:30Speaker 4: It is very sweet. It's this couple they're both musicians,
- 27:34Speaker 4: but they couldn't find the right first dance song, so
- 27:37Speaker 4: they made one for each other.
- 27:39Speaker 3: It's tough. It is tough. Have you guys talked about
- 27:41Speaker 3: yours at all?
- 27:41Speaker 4: We have here and there, but we haven't really decided
- 27:44Speaker 4: on what we're gonna do just yet. But it is hard.
- 27:45Speaker 4: So they wrote each other a verse, and this is
- 27:48Speaker 4: them surprising each other with their first dance song as
- 27:51Speaker 4: they dance.
