I woke up late after having woken up early - in other words, I fell back to sleep at 7:15 I wake up 8:30 and I didn't know it - I've made a terrible mistake. I was due to be at the dentist at 8:30. I got this phone call 8.35 saying “Paul would you be here soon?” - ruined my whole world. In the end, the appointment was postponed. I'm suffering the after effects of having lost control of my day.
