Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Over the past thirty six hours, the United States and
- 0:04Speaker 1: its partners have launched Operation Epic Fury, one of the largest,
- 0:09Speaker 1: most complex, most overwhelming military offensives the world has ever seen.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Nobody's seen anything like it. We have hit hundreds of
- 0:20Speaker 1: targets in Iran, including Revolutionary Guard facilities, Iranian air defense systems.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Just now was.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Announced that we knocked out nine ships plus their naval building,
- 0:34Speaker 1: all in a matter of literally minutes. Iran's formerly supreme leader,
- 0:42Speaker 1: Ayatola Hamene is dead. This wretched and vile man had
- 0:48Speaker 1: the blood of hundreds and even thousands of Americans on
- 0:53Speaker 1: his hands and was responsible for the slaughter of countless
- 0:58Speaker 1: thousands of innocent people all across many countries. Last night,
- 1:04Speaker 1: all over Iran, the voices of the Iranian people could
- 1:08Speaker 1: be heard cheering and celebrating in the streets when his
- 1:11Speaker 1: death was announced. The entire military command is gone as well,
- 1:18Speaker 1: and many of them want to surrender into.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Saving their lives. They want immunity. They're calling by the thousands.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Combat operations continue at this time in full force, and
- 1:32Speaker 1: they will continue until all of our objectives are achieved.
- 1:36Speaker 1: We have very strong objectives. They could have done something
- 1:41Speaker 1: two weeks ago, but they just couldn't get there. Earlier Today,
- 1:45Speaker 1: sent Kam shared the news that three US military service
- 1:49Speaker 1: members have been killed in action. As one nation, we
- 1:53Speaker 1: grieve for the true American patriots who have made the
- 1:57Speaker 1: ultimate sacrifice for our nation, even as we continue the
- 2:03Speaker 1: righteous mission.
- 2:04Speaker 2: For which they gave their lives.
- 2:07Speaker 1: We pray for the full recovery of the wounded and
- 2:10Speaker 1: send our immense love and eternal gratitude to the families
- 2:14Speaker 1: of the fallen.
- 2:17Speaker 2: And sadly, there will likely be more before it ends.
- 2:21Speaker 2: That's the way.
- 2:22Speaker 1: It is likely be more, but will do everything possible
- 2:27Speaker 1: where that won't be the case. But America will avenge
- 2:30Speaker 1: their deaths and deliver the most punishing blow to the
- 2:34Speaker 1: terrorists who have waged war against basically civilization. They have
- 2:40Speaker 1: waged war against civilization itself. Our resolve and likewise that
- 2:46Speaker 1: of Israel, has never been stronger. America is now again
- 2:51Speaker 1: the richest, most powerful nation in the world by far.
- 2:56Speaker 1: But the only reason we enjoy the quality of life
- 2:58Speaker 1: that we do read them and security as we have
- 3:03Speaker 1: done things that others are unable to do. But it's
- 3:08Speaker 1: because of warriors who are willing to lay down their
- 3:12Speaker 1: lives to do battle with our enemies, and they do
- 3:16Speaker 1: battle better than anybody. An Iranian regime armed with long
- 3:22Speaker 1: range missiles and nuclear weapons would be a dire threat
- 3:26Speaker 1: to every American. We cannot allow a nation that raises
- 3:30Speaker 1: terrorists armies to possess such weapons, would allow them to
- 3:35Speaker 1: extort the world to their evil.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Will not going to let it happen.
- 3:40Speaker 1: We're not happening to us, and we're not going to
- 3:42Speaker 1: let it happen to others. The United States says the
- 3:46Speaker 1: strongest military the world has ever seen. I rebuilt our
- 3:50Speaker 1: military in my first term. There's never been a military
- 3:55Speaker 1: like we possess, and frankly there's nobody even. But we
- 4:01Speaker 1: are now using that military for good We want to
- 4:04Speaker 1: have it for good purpose. We're undertaking this massive operation
- 4:09Speaker 1: not merely to ensure security for our own time and place,
- 4:14Speaker 1: but for our children and their children, just as our
- 4:18Speaker 1: ancestors have done for us many, many years ago.
- 4:23Speaker 2: This is the duty and the burden of a free people.
- 4:27Speaker 1: These actions are right, and they are necessary to ensure
- 4:30Speaker 1: that Americans will never have to face a radical, bloodthirsty
- 4:36Speaker 1: terrorist regime armed with nuclear weapons and lots of threats
- 4:42Speaker 1: for almost fifty years, these wicked extremists have been attacking
- 4:46Speaker 1: the United States while chanting the slogan death to America
- 4:51Speaker 1: or death to Israel or both. They are the world's
- 4:55Speaker 1: number one state sponsor of terror. We are the world's
- 4:58Speaker 1: greatest and most power powful nation, so we can do
- 5:01Speaker 1: something about what they do. These intolerable threats will not
- 5:06Speaker 1: continue any longer. I once again urged the Revolutionary Guard
- 5:12Speaker 1: the Iranian military police to lay down your arms and
- 5:17Speaker 1: receive full immunity or face certain death. It will be certain,
- 5:20Speaker 1: death won't be pretty. I call upon all Iranian patriots
- 5:26Speaker 1: who yearn for freedom to seize this moment to be brave,
- 5:31Speaker 1: be bold, be heroic, and take back your country. America
- 5:35Speaker 1: is with you. I made a promise to you, and
- 5:38Speaker 1: I fulfilled that promise.
- 5:41Speaker 2: The rest will be up to you, but we'll be
- 5:43Speaker 2: there to help. Thank you.
- 5:45Speaker 1: God bless you to our incredible warriors, and God bless
- 5:50Speaker 1: the United States of America.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Thank you.
