- 0:11Speaker 1: Imagine collapsing on the bedroom floor after years of slowly
- 0:16Speaker 1: dying to autoimmune disease, desperately pleading with God for your life.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Our guest today experienced this firsthand and thought that this
- 0:24Speaker 1: event was the end of her story, but it turns
- 0:27Speaker 1: out it was only just the beginning. How did God
- 0:31Speaker 1: meet her right there on her bedroom floor and did
- 0:34Speaker 1: he answer her cries for help? What steps did she
- 0:37Speaker 1: take to go from death's door to helping others find
- 0:40Speaker 1: life and longevity. She's here to talk about all of
- 0:44Speaker 1: this and more right now. Hello everybody, and welcome to
- 0:55Speaker 1: Life TV Now, where we unpack all matters of truth,
- 0:58Speaker 1: faith and freedom. Today we continue a discussion that was
- 1:02Speaker 1: nothing short of absolutely explosive last week, and we were
- 1:06Speaker 1: just getting into territory that I think a lot of
- 1:09Speaker 1: you are going to be very interested in because it
- 1:11Speaker 1: talks about reversing autoimmunity through the lens of someone like
- 1:15Speaker 1: myself who's been through a lot of it. She's an
- 1:18Speaker 1: integrative nutrition health coach with a master of Science and
- 1:21Speaker 1: health education. Please welcome my co host, Jamie Woodle, and
- 1:30Speaker 1: she's a medical scientist with a master's in immunotoxicology and
- 1:34Speaker 1: her PhD Fellowship in Autoimmune Disease. Please welcome, Derenda Smith.
- 1:44Speaker 1: This is going to be impossible. I have the unfortunate
- 1:47Speaker 1: responsibility of trying to recap last week. How in the
- 1:51Speaker 1: world do you recap last week? If you missed it,
- 1:54Speaker 1: go back to wherever it is that you watch Life
- 1:56Speaker 1: TV now, maybe download for free at the app store,
- 1:59Speaker 1: the Skye mobile app where all of our programs are
- 2:03Speaker 1: placed weekly to keep up on what's happening here on
- 2:06Speaker 1: the program. But we just had barely scratched the surface
- 2:09Speaker 1: with your many years through what at the time was
- 2:13Speaker 1: a series of autoimmune diseases. But the irony was you
- 2:16Speaker 1: were studying as a scientist the modality and the functionality
- 2:21Speaker 1: of autoimmune disease, who it is that science speculates will
- 2:24Speaker 1: be encumbered by it, and then of course the medications
- 2:28Speaker 1: that are prescribed in what you describe as an inevitable
- 2:31Speaker 1: slow death. Essentially, once you've been the unfortunate one who
- 2:35Speaker 1: genetically acquires, let's say, an autoimmune disease, there are pharmaceuticals
- 2:39Speaker 1: here that can maybe help lessen some of what you're
- 2:42Speaker 1: going to be going through. But it's going to progress,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and you are probably going to die early. That that
- 2:46Speaker 1: was essentially what was spoken over you for years and
- 2:49Speaker 1: years and years as a young child, as you dealt
- 2:51Speaker 1: with chronic headaches that you said would leave you out
- 2:54Speaker 1: of commission for weeks at a time, sitting in a
- 2:56Speaker 1: bedroom with the lights out because everything is over stimulating.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And then you get into your twenties and thirties and
- 3:02Speaker 1: it's a hormonal cascade, and pretty soon it's fibromyalgia, and
- 3:06Speaker 1: pretty soon it's seven autoimmune conditions that are completely debilitating.
- 3:11Speaker 1: All the while you're on pharmaceuticals. And you arrive and
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm doing this very quickly so we can get right
- 3:16Speaker 1: back into the moment where we had to stop last week.
- 3:17Speaker 1: But you arrive in this scene where as a scientist,
- 3:22Speaker 1: you believe that you've exhausted everything that there is to
- 3:26Speaker 1: know because you've studied with the brightest minds on Earth
- 3:29Speaker 1: about autoimmune disease. You've tried all of the medications, all
- 3:33Speaker 1: the tests, The brightest minds of the biggest machines on
- 3:36Speaker 1: planet Earth have looked at you, Dorinda, and you're going
- 3:38Speaker 1: to die, and you're trying to stave that off. There's
- 3:42Speaker 1: a moment in your bedroom where you collapse. You are
- 3:47Speaker 1: too weak to literally go to the restroom and get
- 3:49Speaker 1: back to your bed so that you can rest some more,
- 3:52Speaker 1: and you cry out to God, God, I'm a scientist,
- 3:56Speaker 1: There's got to be something. This just can't be my end.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I know all these things I literally signed up to
- 4:01Speaker 1: learn about this. How can I be dying? Is that
- 4:04Speaker 1: basically it? And you're on the TV. You make it
- 4:08Speaker 1: back to your bed. Now you're watching TV. On the
- 4:11Speaker 1: TV pops up a commercial for functional medicine ad dealing
- 4:15Speaker 1: with one of the prevailing autoimmune diseases that you had
- 4:18Speaker 1: been diagnosed with. You correct me if I'm wrong. I'm
- 4:21Speaker 1: recapping quickly so we can get right back into it.
- 4:24Speaker 1: You see an ad come up on the television that's
- 4:26Speaker 1: dealing with one of your prevailing autoimmune diseases, and they
- 4:30Speaker 1: offer something in terms of functional medicine. And for those
- 4:33Speaker 1: that don't know what I mean when I say functional medicine,
- 4:36Speaker 1: it is usually cam care and alternative medicine. So this
- 4:39Speaker 1: is not allopathic, this is not pharmaceutical. This is more herbs, lifestyle, diet, detox,
- 4:44Speaker 1: that kind of stuff, the kind of medicine that a
- 4:47Speaker 1: naturopathic doctor or a holistic health practitioner might suggest that
- 4:51Speaker 1: you try, and your initial reaction was, that's not for me,
- 4:56Speaker 1: because as a scientist, there's no place in academia for this.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Let's have you take it from there. God begins to
- 5:02Speaker 1: show you you circle back. About an hour. He keeps
- 5:04Speaker 1: tapping on the shoulders. Dinda, Derinda, go back and watch
- 5:08Speaker 1: this video. You started to feel a check in your spirit,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and rather than dismiss it, you did go back and
- 5:13Speaker 1: watch this video on functional medicine and its options for
- 5:17Speaker 1: you as a person. Once again, tell the audience at
- 5:20Speaker 1: home what this autoimmune condition that you were dealing with was.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Maybe a little bit about what you learned in the video,
- 5:26Speaker 1: and it was the watershed moment that began your journey
- 5:29Speaker 1: to natural healing.
- 5:30Speaker 2: When I actually started watching the video, at first, I'm thinking,
- 5:35Speaker 2: and I actually said it out loud to the Holy Spirit.
- 5:37Speaker 2: I actually said, all right, I will watch it already,
- 5:43Speaker 2: and so I watched it. In the first five minutes,
- 5:47Speaker 2: they're showing scientific peer reviewed research, one after the other
- 5:54Speaker 2: after the other, after the other after the other, saying
- 5:58Speaker 2: this works, this works, this works, this works, this works,
- 6:02Speaker 2: all natural, all showing the root causes many of the
- 6:07Speaker 2: root causes of autoimmune diseases, not just scleroderma.
- 6:12Speaker 1: And scleroderma was the one that you were it was
- 6:14Speaker 1: one of the prevailing ones on top of fibromyalgia. That's
- 6:17Speaker 1: just tearing you apart.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Yeah, Initially, my first diagnosis was severe fibromyalgia with systemic sclerosis,
- 6:25Speaker 2: which is scleroderma, and then within about three years I
- 6:31Speaker 2: had deteriorated to a point where they had actually diagnosed
- 6:34Speaker 2: me with seven autoimmune diseases, including chrones, including loopus, including arthritis,
- 6:43Speaker 2: and Addison's disease, which was actually caused from the medication
- 6:48Speaker 2: that they gave me. But on this video, I'm seeing
- 6:54Speaker 2: all this peer reviewed research, and that's exactly what I
- 6:58Speaker 2: needed to see in order to understand that this isn't whoy,
- 7:04Speaker 2: this isn't woo woo, this isn't new age weird stuff.
- 7:07Speaker 2: This is actual science that is proving that there is
- 7:12Speaker 2: something else than what I was taught in school. And so,
- 7:16Speaker 2: of course it was within minutes that I just sat
- 7:20Speaker 2: back and I just went, oh, my goodness, Lord, I
- 7:27Speaker 2: cried out to you, and you just answered my prayer.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I just started bawling. I knew it in that moment
- 7:35Speaker 2: I knew, all right, well then I have to learn
- 7:39Speaker 2: everything I can do. And so within the next few months,
- 7:42Speaker 2: and I had to do this from my bed because
- 7:44Speaker 2: remember I'm like really, really sick. And I just went
- 7:49Speaker 2: back and did what I was taught to do as
- 7:51Speaker 2: a scientist and do a full meta analysis, but this
- 7:55Speaker 2: time on all the research, not just what we're trained
- 8:01Speaker 2: to do when you're in school. And I started noticing
- 8:04Speaker 2: that there was a pattern. There was a pattern, and
- 8:08Speaker 2: being a Christian, I started just putting two and two
- 8:13Speaker 2: together and realizing that, wait a minute, this really does
- 8:16Speaker 2: go back to the way God wants us to be
- 8:20Speaker 2: taking care of our bodies in the first place. Two
- 8:25Speaker 2: natural foods that aren't loaded with toxins. And please be
- 8:29Speaker 2: careful not to get me started there, because our entire
- 8:32Speaker 2: grocery store is just loaded with nothing but poison.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Pretty much.
- 8:35Speaker 2: It really is, yeah, pretty much pretty much. But really,
- 8:38Speaker 2: getting healthy does go back to that It's not all
- 8:42Speaker 2: about the food. But I started noticing that, yeah, it
- 8:46Speaker 2: has to do with your gut health. It has to
- 8:49Speaker 2: do with how the toxins that you've built up over
- 8:53Speaker 2: the course of your lifetime. You're not able to get
- 8:56Speaker 2: rid of those, and part of that might have to
- 8:58Speaker 2: do with particular genetics. But then I also started learning
- 9:02Speaker 2: that those genetics can even be overcome, that your genetics
- 9:06Speaker 2: really do change about every thirty seconds depending on how
- 9:09Speaker 2: you take care of your body, and just incredible things.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I was just and I started just saying, well, if
- 9:17Speaker 2: other people can heal, then so can I. In the beginning,
- 9:21Speaker 2: I was really scared, and I thought, okay, well, even
- 9:24Speaker 2: if it only buys me a little bit of time,
- 9:26Speaker 2: that I can get a little bit further and raise
- 9:29Speaker 2: Janna a little bit more. That Okay, I would be
- 9:34Speaker 2: an absolute idiot if the Lord dropped something like this
- 9:37Speaker 2: in my life and I didn't at least try it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Right, right, right, and especially if you feel, as a
- 9:43Speaker 1: scientist you've done all the conventional approaches to dealing with it.
- 9:47Speaker 1: If you missed it. Last week you revealed your age,
- 9:49Speaker 1: but you said they had given you ten years to live,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and how many years ago was that?
- 9:54Speaker 2: So I was actually really ill for about fourteen years,
- 10:00Speaker 2: and so this is about nine years ago now when
- 10:05Speaker 2: I first had the revelation that there's something else that
- 10:08Speaker 2: we could do. So I did the meta analysis. I
- 10:12Speaker 2: started realizing I started seeing all these different protocols and
- 10:16Speaker 2: how to heal the gut and how to remove toxins,
- 10:19Speaker 2: and you know, how to eat better and how to
- 10:21Speaker 2: take care of your genetics very specifically, very precisely. And
- 10:26Speaker 2: I just said, well, all right, let's get started. And
- 10:29Speaker 2: the first thing I did was I started working on
- 10:31Speaker 2: my gut health because we raised goats, and I said, well,
- 10:37Speaker 2: I can make a natural raw goat milk keifer, and
- 10:42Speaker 2: I can drink it and just see what happens.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And for those that aren't familiar when you're talking about
- 10:46Speaker 1: a raw goat milk keifer, tell them what that is,
- 10:49Speaker 1: because you're going to talk, i'm sure next about probiotics, prebiotics,
- 10:52Speaker 1: gut flora and some of the benefits, but go ahead.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yeah, a keifer is just it's a very old fashioned.
- 11:00Speaker 2: You know, people have been using this for thousands of years.
- 11:04Speaker 2: It's raw milk with a healthy bacterial concoction that you
- 11:10Speaker 2: can make on your own, very very easily, very very cheaply,
- 11:14Speaker 2: and people have done this for thousands of years to
- 11:17Speaker 2: stay healthy. But we've lost that knowledge. Now today we
- 11:22Speaker 2: really have, we really have, and it puts the good
- 11:25Speaker 2: beneficial bacteria back into your system that you're probably missing
- 11:32Speaker 2: and that's why you're so sick, and so you put
- 11:36Speaker 2: that back in. Now here's what happened to me, and
- 11:39Speaker 2: everybody's a little bit different. I started noticing that I
- 11:43Speaker 2: was feeling better within about three weeks.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Which is very fast.
- 11:47Speaker 2: For contrast, Yes it is. It's very fast, Yes it is.
- 11:51Speaker 2: And honestly, I do believe that. Of course the Lord
- 11:54Speaker 2: was right in there, working in and through me. He
- 11:57Speaker 2: had a plan that I didn't even know existed, and
- 12:01Speaker 2: of course I'm sure he knew that I needed to
- 12:04Speaker 2: see some quick benefits. Otherwise I was probably going to
- 12:07Speaker 2: throw the whole thing out the window. And so I did,
- 12:10Speaker 2: and I was just amazed. And that was my first
- 12:14Speaker 2: little inkling. Actually, my friend who I lived with said
- 12:18Speaker 2: to me, she said, you know you're feeling.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Better, it's when other people see it, right, It's like
- 12:24Speaker 1: when you're gaining weight or you're gaining muscle, or you're
- 12:26Speaker 1: like you can feel nearly the same or a little
- 12:29Speaker 1: bit better or worse. But it's when others start to
- 12:31Speaker 1: see you've lost weight or you look better, you kind
- 12:33Speaker 1: of start to accept that. If it's visible, if you
- 12:35Speaker 1: can see this it's not psychosomatic.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And I was like, I am feeling a little bit better.
- 12:44Speaker 2: You know, it wasn't night and day difference. Okay, when
- 12:47Speaker 2: you've been sick like that for a long time, you
- 12:49Speaker 2: can't have unrealistic expectations on your body. There's a lot
- 12:53Speaker 2: of work people need to do to get their health back.
- 12:56Speaker 2: What I want to say so people don't feel afraid
- 12:58Speaker 2: of that is that the work that you do when
- 13:02Speaker 2: you're getting your health back, you feel so good about it.
- 13:07Speaker 2: You know that you're lining up with the latest science.
- 13:12Speaker 2: You know that you're lining up with God's truth, because
- 13:15Speaker 2: all good science is God's truth. Amen. Yes, And even
- 13:22Speaker 2: while you're going through the process of healing, you know
- 13:26Speaker 2: that you're doing the best you can to line up
- 13:30Speaker 2: with God and to steward this body that He gave
- 13:34Speaker 2: you and all that whole process. What I've learned in
- 13:39Speaker 2: taking care of others and what I've learned in going
- 13:41Speaker 2: through this process myself, is that there is no better
- 13:46Speaker 2: feeling in the world. Even when you're working on your
- 13:49Speaker 2: health and you know that it's a two step forward,
- 13:52Speaker 2: one step back battle, and you know, and you don't
- 13:56Speaker 2: always feel good while you're working on your health right.
- 13:59Speaker 2: There is no better feeling in the world, the knowing
- 14:02Speaker 2: that you're no longer going backward. You are aligning with
- 14:06Speaker 2: God and his design. You are being a good steward.
- 14:11Speaker 2: You know that God is working in and through you
- 14:14Speaker 2: to do something amazing, and you just have to live
- 14:17Speaker 2: in that faith. You just have to live there. You
- 14:23Speaker 2: can't let Satan lie to you and tell you that
- 14:25Speaker 2: you're incurable, that all this is a waste of time,
- 14:29Speaker 2: that you can't do it, that it's too hard. You
- 14:33Speaker 2: cannot let him lie to you like that, because it
- 14:38Speaker 2: is a.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Lie that is so profound. And if you're watching this
- 14:41Speaker 1: and you're thinking this sounds very generic, you know, listen
- 14:44Speaker 1: to the Lord. Don't let him lie. Let me tell
- 14:46Speaker 1: you something. What she is telling you. Go back and watch.
- 14:48Speaker 1: If you've missed everything else, go back and replay the
- 14:51Speaker 1: last thirty seconds over and over again, because I'm going
- 14:53Speaker 1: to tell you something. When I first left what I
- 14:55Speaker 1: call the Babylonian construct, and God began to show me
- 15:00Speaker 1: talking about me today, but we begin to show me
- 15:02Speaker 1: there is life beyond pharmaceuticals and surgeries. And they took
- 15:06Speaker 1: out half my call in and I'm almost dead and
- 15:08Speaker 1: I'm in my late thirties, and I remember my good
- 15:11Speaker 1: friend doctor Ralph who was a part of that origin story,
- 15:15Speaker 1: Josh Vance, doctor Josh Vance, Matthew SAMs, a guy named
- 15:18Speaker 1: Daniel Belt. He was starting to kind of surround me
- 15:21Speaker 1: with his tribe of naturopathic thinking holistic thinking practitioners. And
- 15:27Speaker 1: Ralph warned me right up front because I was very green,
- 15:29Speaker 1: I was very hopeful. And I'm telling you this as
- 15:31Speaker 1: a cautionary tale. When you are first introduced to holistic healing,
- 15:36Speaker 1: there's this moment of elation where you finally feel like
- 15:39Speaker 1: maybe you're going to find it right. Sometimes you'll see
- 15:42Speaker 1: those immediate transitions where people found the one supplement that
- 15:46Speaker 1: was the one thing. I see the smirk, and it's
- 15:50Speaker 1: because that might be one in five hundred people. Most
- 15:53Speaker 1: of the time it took you. Listen to me, it
- 15:55Speaker 1: took you a very very long time to get that sick.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Your body has been in a metabolic state of survival
- 16:02Speaker 1: for years, and you can introduce the right things, even
- 16:06Speaker 1: the things your body needs. The B twelve, the methyl
- 16:08Speaker 1: cabalomans you mentioned, kiefer so Biffidobacterium, lacto bisillis repopulating the
- 16:13Speaker 1: gut floor, all the things for hormones, and you've got
- 16:16Speaker 1: Ashwa Ganda and you're wanting the results. See, that's part
- 16:19Speaker 1: of the trick. We've been conditioned to expect when we
- 16:23Speaker 1: pop a pill or a supplement, that we're going to
- 16:25Speaker 1: get results right away. Amen, you're supposed to fix me, Doc.
- 16:28Speaker 1: I spent four hundred dollars on this whole pile. I've
- 16:32Speaker 1: been on this for six weeks. Here's the thing. There
- 16:34Speaker 1: is a process of detox that can take individuals a
- 16:37Speaker 1: very long time.
- 16:38Speaker 2: It took me two years.
- 16:41Speaker 1: I would say, I am still working on detalks nine
- 16:43Speaker 1: years post my Babylonian construct because of the constant barrage
- 16:47Speaker 1: from the sky and things that are beyond my control.
- 16:49Speaker 2: For the rest of our lives.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You will be forever. Most of the people will never
- 16:55Speaker 1: take a supplement for thirty days and being thank you
- 16:57Speaker 1: God if that's what the Lord would decide to do.
- 17:00Speaker 1: But here's the thing. What I'm hearing Durinda say, and
- 17:02Speaker 1: I'm preparing you for the same thing Ralph told me.
- 17:04Speaker 1: He said, be ready for two steps forward, one step back.
- 17:08Speaker 1: He said, it's a literal healing crisis. And I said,
- 17:11Speaker 1: wait a minute, that's an oxymoron. What do you mean
- 17:13Speaker 1: a healing crisis? And you know what I'm talking about.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I do. It is the hard, consistent, faithful work of
- 17:20Speaker 1: refusing the death speak, refusing the prognosis. I wrote about
- 17:23Speaker 1: this in my book called Unlocking Eden The Healing Crisis.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I said, you will likely take two steps forward and
- 17:30Speaker 1: then a step back. Doctor Ralph prepared me for this.
- 17:33Speaker 1: And here's the thing again, we're not talking about me,
- 17:36Speaker 1: because we're going to get into what you can offer
- 17:38Speaker 1: people in this program. I was on the phone one
- 17:41Speaker 1: day with Ralph and I'm like, I don't get this.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I'm having problems with gallbladder. I never even had that before.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Wait a minute. So I started like this health train
- 17:49Speaker 1: and now I'm developing new problems. And he said, no, no, no,
- 17:52Speaker 1: no no. Your body has been sick for years and
- 17:56Speaker 1: now you're going through the healing crisis. It is literally
- 17:58Speaker 1: going back now that it now it has the bandwidth
- 18:01Speaker 1: and the nourishment to fix these organs that have been
- 18:03Speaker 1: under duress for longer than they've been alarming you. Your
- 18:06Speaker 1: body was alarming you to the prevailing number one de
- 18:08Speaker 1: facto like red alert emergency siren nerd ner deal with
- 18:12Speaker 1: this thing called your colon. But now you're probably going
- 18:15Speaker 1: to revisit some spaces that are going to start barking
- 18:17Speaker 1: because your body realizes we could fix this now, we
- 18:19Speaker 1: could heal this now. And a lot of times with detox,
- 18:22Speaker 1: it's very painful, it's very nauseating. There's the hurt timer effect.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You can actually feel like you've got the flu if
- 18:28Speaker 1: you do it too fast for weeks on it, which
- 18:31Speaker 1: I did. I went cold turkey straight detox, tons of
- 18:35Speaker 1: dandelion root milhistled through the kitchen centific that's it, And
- 18:40Speaker 1: I mean it almost debilitated me. So I'm like, lord,
- 18:43Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be in this other lane, what's going on?
- 18:46Speaker 1: I'm just as a cautionary tale. When you go back
- 18:48Speaker 1: and you listen again now with context to what Derinda
- 18:50Speaker 1: is saying about refusing to accept the death speak and
- 18:53Speaker 1: to never give up on the belief for your wellness,
- 18:56Speaker 1: don't take that as flippan yeah yeah, yea yeah, but
- 18:58Speaker 1: get to the supplements. That is such a mistake. Please
- 19:02Speaker 1: hear me when I say that, Yeah, yea yeah, yeah,
- 19:04Speaker 1: yah yeah, get to the supplements. You see that too,
- 19:06Speaker 1: in your practice, it's oh yeah, yeah, bye ba bah,
- 19:08Speaker 1: get to the supplements. It's because they're so wired. We
- 19:11Speaker 1: swallow a thing and it has a result. This is
- 19:14Speaker 1: not esoteric code language. I'm telling you very substantively lean
- 19:18Speaker 1: into what she's telling you, because part of the process
- 19:20Speaker 1: is also rewiring the way you heal and your expectation
- 19:24Speaker 1: of what that journey looks like. You've been sick, probably
- 19:26Speaker 1: for a very long time. This could be a minute.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Stay faithful, keep doing the things that nourish, make disease
- 19:32Speaker 1: have an insufferable, intolerant, hostile environment, and you will start
- 19:37Speaker 1: to see those gains, those dividends. Let's just disclaimer, with
- 19:40Speaker 1: the amount of time we have today that you were
- 19:42Speaker 1: never going to get through a personalized regimen for everybody
- 19:44Speaker 1: with a specific automan condition that might be watching this program.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Let's fast forward to now that we've set the table
- 19:51Speaker 1: on expectations today and I know this leaps like two
- 19:55Speaker 1: more decades. We have no choice. Today. You have a
- 19:58Speaker 1: thriving practice. Your testimony is a part of that. The
- 20:02Speaker 1: people that you talk to understand that you're not just
- 20:05Speaker 1: a head, knowledge driven person that did some Google research
- 20:08Speaker 1: on autoimmunity This is years of watching it die and go,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and you're better and you've overcome, and now God has
- 20:17Speaker 1: given you years of evidence that you really are capable
- 20:20Speaker 1: now of understanding both the gut health parts of this
- 20:23Speaker 1: and where there might need to be a genetic test
- 20:25Speaker 1: that maybe help. And I know that we don't hang
- 20:27Speaker 1: our hats on every single one of these tests as
- 20:29Speaker 1: the de facto, but maybe parts of a pie chart
- 20:31Speaker 1: altogether pointing towards maybe a protocol or a method for
- 20:35Speaker 1: someone in order to receive healing. You have a very elaborate,
- 20:39Speaker 1: very effective practice that helps people. And I want them,
- 20:42Speaker 1: if they're watching this program, that are like Joe, We're compelled.
- 20:46Speaker 1: You guys have told great stories. I believe where you're
- 20:49Speaker 1: at now. I can see the evidence if you knew
- 20:50Speaker 1: me fifteen years ago of what God has done in
- 20:52Speaker 1: your life. How do I get started? Maybe this is
- 20:55Speaker 1: your moment where you're on your bedroom floor saying, God,
- 20:59Speaker 1: am I supposed to do? I've seen everybody, I've done everything.
- 21:02Speaker 1: There's got to be something. Maybe this is your something
- 21:05Speaker 1: D're in to. Please tell us where people can learn
- 21:08Speaker 1: about your practice online and just give us a snapshot
- 21:12Speaker 1: of how that would look my email. If I call,
- 21:14Speaker 1: what would I expect in terms of onboarding and some
- 21:17Speaker 1: of the things that you would do maybe right away.
- 21:19Speaker 2: First of all, I just want to make sure that
- 21:20Speaker 2: I say that number one, you are not incurable. Number two,
- 21:26Speaker 2: you have not tried everything. Almost everyone who comes to
- 21:32Speaker 2: me says, I've done everything. I've done everything. And you know,
- 21:38Speaker 2: my pad answer is, den, why are you still sick
- 21:42Speaker 2: if you've done everything? If I drill down with them
- 21:45Speaker 2: and I say, well, have you tried this? And have
- 21:47Speaker 2: you tried this? And it's not just a supplement, it's
- 21:50Speaker 2: do you know what your level of toxicity is? That's
- 21:53Speaker 2: a test that you can have done in three weeks
- 21:55Speaker 2: from now. You can know exactly what your level of
- 21:58Speaker 2: toxicity is, which which is the number one reason for
- 22:01Speaker 2: your inflammation in the first place, that's causing all of
- 22:05Speaker 2: your chronic diseases. Okay, we know that this is basic science.
- 22:10Speaker 2: These tests are not that expensive. And if you can
- 22:13Speaker 2: afford to buy things for your house or you know,
- 22:16Speaker 2: go get a couch or whatever, or have an iPhone
- 22:19Speaker 2: or a new TV or whatever, you can certainly afford
- 22:22Speaker 2: to allocate some of that money to make sure that
- 22:26Speaker 2: you take care of your health in a way that
- 22:29Speaker 2: is pleasing the Lord, that is being a good steward,
- 22:33Speaker 2: that is giving you the benefits that you need in
- 22:36Speaker 2: order to accomplish your purpose in life that he created
- 22:39Speaker 2: you for in the first place. How low, So yes,
- 22:46Speaker 2: you can afford it. You can get a toxicity test,
- 22:49Speaker 2: you can see exactly where your levels are. And so
- 22:52Speaker 2: what we do, let me let me just back up
- 22:54Speaker 2: a little bit. What we do is basically this, and
- 22:58Speaker 2: I hope that this it in a way that really
- 23:01Speaker 2: helps people out there. In order for you to heal,
- 23:06Speaker 2: your cells first have to have everything that they need.
- 23:10Speaker 2: You're not gonna go into a battle without armor, without weapons.
- 23:17Speaker 2: And if you've been sick for a while, trust me,
- 23:20Speaker 2: you have multiple cellular deficiencies, not just from the medication
- 23:24Speaker 2: they put you on, not just from the food that
- 23:26Speaker 2: you're eating, but from your lifestyle practices and your genetics.
- 23:30Speaker 2: You have multiple areas at the cellular level where your
- 23:34Speaker 2: cells simply don't have what they need to do their job.
- 23:38Speaker 2: How are you supposed to heal with that one month
- 23:41Speaker 2: detox that they tell you about on the internet. If
- 23:44Speaker 2: your cells don't have everything they need to do the
- 23:47Speaker 2: job and so first of all, you need to see
- 23:50Speaker 2: what your cells have and what they don't have. Okay,
- 23:53Speaker 2: and that's again three weeks from now, do the test.
- 23:57Speaker 2: The bottom line that makes it really simple for people
- 23:59Speaker 2: to heal is that your cells must have everything they
- 24:05Speaker 2: need in order to do the job, but at the
- 24:08Speaker 2: same time they cannot be overloaded with toxins. That means
- 24:13Speaker 2: toxins are up here. What your cells need to do
- 24:17Speaker 2: their job is down here. In order for you to heal,
- 24:20Speaker 2: you've got to bring the toxins down while you bring
- 24:25Speaker 2: what your cells need up. And right there, it doesn't
- 24:28Speaker 2: have to be perfect, right, but right there is the
- 24:33Speaker 2: sweet spot where you're gonna get a lot of great results.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Your body is actually going to heal because if you've
- 24:42Speaker 2: got everything you need and the toxins that are causing
- 24:45Speaker 2: the root causes are no longer there, Now your body
- 24:49Speaker 2: can do the natural thing called cellular regeneration that God
- 24:54Speaker 2: created your body with in order to heal you on
- 24:59Speaker 2: its own. You've got to remove those toxins while you're
- 25:02Speaker 2: giving yourselves everything they need. And that's a process.
- 25:05Speaker 1: And it helps to know if you're dealing with a
- 25:07Speaker 1: heavy metal burden or something else because you know you
- 25:10Speaker 1: may be dealing with pesticides. The reason it matters is
- 25:13Speaker 1: because there's this whole thing we don't have any time
- 25:14Speaker 1: to talk about called keylation bindering removal, and depending on
- 25:18Speaker 1: what it is you're encumbered by, that really tweaks the
- 25:21Speaker 1: detox approach. So these shotgun blast livertytoxes that you maybe
- 25:26Speaker 1: have given up on, that might be why they've helped
- 25:29Speaker 1: with certain things a little. But if that wasn't your issue,
- 25:32Speaker 1: you're not keylating bindering removing the right things. We are
- 25:36Speaker 1: basically completely out of time. But I know, Jamie, you're
- 25:39Speaker 1: on this program with Dereinda, and you were telling me
- 25:42Speaker 1: yesterday you're already learning new things about you.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yeah. I have been on this health journey since twenty
- 25:47Speaker 3: twenty and it has been a lot of throwing spaghetti
- 25:51Speaker 3: at the wall. I read Joe's time Bomb Unlocking Eden,
- 25:55Speaker 3: and that really opened my eyes to how I needed
- 25:58Speaker 3: to clean up my diet and my life style. But
- 26:00Speaker 3: at a certain point, you get so close, you feel
- 26:04Speaker 3: so much better, but there's still things. I still am
- 26:07Speaker 3: on a natural thyroid medication, I still struggle with my weight,
- 26:11Speaker 3: and so I have gone to Dory and she has
- 26:14Speaker 3: helped me. We are still in the process of doing
- 26:16Speaker 3: some testing, but I recently got my genetics test back,
- 26:20Speaker 3: which showed so many answers to so many questions. I
- 26:24Speaker 3: do have an mthfr mutation, which means I have to
- 26:28Speaker 3: take methylated folate. I have issues with low dopamine. I
- 26:31Speaker 3: don't get the satisfaction out of eating that other people do.
- 26:35Speaker 3: I am highly prone to inflammation and highly prone to
- 26:40Speaker 3: having blood sugar and insulin issues, and as a lot
- 26:44Speaker 3: of us know in this field, insulin resistance can be
- 26:47Speaker 3: the first domino that falls on the path to metabolic disease,
- 26:51Speaker 3: and I needed to know how can I go further.
- 26:53Speaker 3: It seems like the only way that I can lose
- 26:55Speaker 3: weight is to work out ten hours in the gym
- 26:59Speaker 3: all the time. I have to figure out what on
- 27:01Speaker 3: earth do I need to do to make things better,
- 27:04Speaker 3: And part of it is giving mysels what I need.
- 27:07Speaker 3: And the next step we're going to take is removing
- 27:09Speaker 3: some of those talks. And so I highly encourage if
- 27:12Speaker 3: you don't know where to start, maybe consider instead of
- 27:15Speaker 3: throwing spaghetti at the wall and taking all these supplements
- 27:17Speaker 3: because hopefully something in there will help and it's hard
- 27:20Speaker 3: to know which ones are helping. If you are feeling better,
- 27:23Speaker 3: I really suggest that you look into seeing a practitioner
- 27:27Speaker 3: such as dor or someone that can do this individual test,
- 27:30Speaker 3: because we are bio individual people and we have very
- 27:33Speaker 3: unique needs.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Unfortunately, we're all out of time. Drinda, we have so
- 27:42Speaker 1: enjoyed having you here again this week. We will do
- 27:44Speaker 1: this again in the future. I promise Dernda will be
- 27:47Speaker 1: back for everybody here in studio, everybody up here on panel.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Direnda Jamie, thank you so much for being here today.
- 27:53Speaker 1: I hope that you learned something, and I hope that
- 27:55Speaker 1: maybe for you, this was your bedroom floor moment where
- 27:58Speaker 1: God is about to lift you up and ready you
- 28:01Speaker 1: for the future that He's already created for you. You
- 28:03Speaker 1: just have to be obedient and start walking through the steps.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I'm Joe artis Horn. Keep your eyes on deep prize,
- 28:09Speaker 1: which is Jesus Christ. We'll be back.
