- 0:04In this political Coliseum, we slay the rising beast with the fateful sword of truth that transcends hypocrisy and censorship.
- 0:16It's time to unleash yourself from the tyrants of media propaganda on the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network.
- 0:26This is Unleashed the Political News Hour.
- 0:32Welcome to Unleash the Political News Hour.
- 0:36I'm your host, Gold Star Mother Susan Price, and this is America Out Loud.
- 0:42On July 4th, 2026, America will celebrate her 250th birthday, and we the people will be standing proud together with President Trump as we have labored and fought hard and diligently during these centuries long battles against the evils that ambushed and tried to steal our nation's sole virtue and American legacy.
- 1:14For decades, the foundation of our constitutional republic has been at war with seditious treasonous domestic elites who worked with foreign adversaries against the lawful American people, and whose personal and political belief systems were based upon anti-American socialist ideologies.
- 1:40And in the days and weeks ahead, Americans will find themselves knowledgeing disclosures, which will unveil the history behind the people, places, and things that plotted against mankind.
- 1:57For what's left of these rogue dark forces with nowhere to hide, have now fallen prey to dismantle as the Trump administration castrates and demolishes all of their obtuse agendas and systems during this fight of good versus evil.
- 2:17Under previous administrations, these socialist entities had ambushed and controlled our American systems.
- 2:27Everything from our communities to the very top platforms of government, military, and corporations.
- 2:36Patriots and onlookers watched and witnessed as the corruption played itself out within our American public and private schools and universities, as our so-called professors and educators taught doctrines contrary to those of our founding fathers.
- 2:58In order to save our nation, we need to educate ourselves, our children and our grandchildren on the very principles of liberty.
- 3:09We need to reacquaint ourselves with the United States Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the United States Bill of Rights, as well as the Bill of Responsible Behavior.
- 3:24There are two American patriots here who have recently played a major role with educating the masses within their communities, as well as educating others online, regarding our constitutional republic.
- 3:40Joining me in discussion are Clyde Cleveland, Patriot, husband, father, grandfather, history major, entrepreneur, the author of Common Sense Revisited, co-author of Restoring the Heart of America, A Return to Government by the People, and also co-author of Flourish.
- 4:04Clyde's accolades are too numerous to mention at this time, yet he's been a major leader in the movement to restore our country to its founding principles.
- 4:17Joining him is his friend Keith Broders, who is known as the Constitutional Guy.
- 4:25Keith is a constitutional educator, speaker, and author.
- 4:31He is the president and co-founder of the Constitution Club, an organization dedicated to educating Americans on the principles of liberty and individual responsibility.
- 4:44Keith has written hundreds of articles, created courses on the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and the Constitution, and has hosted podcasts and radio shows.
- 5:07His mission is to educate the masses of Americans, old and young, to rediscover the principles upon which America was founded.
- 5:17And I welcome you gentlemen, Clyde and Keith.
- 5:20Welcome.
- 5:22Thank you.
- 5:23We're so happy to uh be here and to share our knowledge with everybody.
- 5:27I would like to thank you also for this great opportunity.
- 5:32Well, we're so glad to have you, and hopefully you'll be able to teach some of our adults listening with America Out Loud audience from all over the world, our listeners come.
- 5:46Um, Clyde, let me start with you first.
- 5:49Um you see a time frame taking place within the Trump administration concerning the demolition of our old systems and the resurrection of our constitutional republic.
- 6:05Yeah, I think I think it's happening right before our eyes.
- 6:08Um people can't see it because they listen to mainstream news, which is completely lies and has no idea what's really happening.
- 6:18Uh just being told to uh create a narrative that uh, you know, Trump is crazy and um insane and you know, all the different things that they say about him.
- 6:30When in actuality, he is uh in the process of completing a plan that was created way back with JFK.
- 6:40Um, and uh many of the generals um that he was associated with because he knew that our government, including the CIA was extremely corrupt and creating wars that we didn't need.
- 6:54And uh he wanted to stop that.
- 6:57And so uh he created um an organization that was going to stop that.
- 7:00An organization that was going to stop that.
- 7:03And his quote, one quote was, I'm going to splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces.
- 7:03And uh his quote, one quote was I'm gonna splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces.
- 7:10And also he was going to get rid of the Federal Reserve.
- 7:10And um, and also he was going to get rid of the Federal Reserve.
- 7:15That was very clear because he was gonna make silver and gold.
- 7:15That was very clear because he was going to make silver and gold.
- 7:19Um the backing of our currency instead of printing money out of thin air.
- 7:25So for those two things, he had to go.
- 7:27Um so you know that's
- 7:28So, you know, that's that's the part of it that the big part of it that comes to today because his son, JFK Jr.
- 7:39was best friends with Donald Trump.
- 7:42And Donald Trump and JFK Jr.
- 7:46Uh knew all of that, uh everything that his father was trying to do.
- 7:51And um Trump is just carrying on the plan that was put in place by JFK and those generals.
- 7:59And that plan is we're watching that plan in real life right now.
- 8:07And it's an absolute master plan.
- 8:10Trump was a big fan of the um of Sun Tzu and the art of war.
- 8:17His book um the The Art of the Deal is based on the basic principles of the art of war, and he understands it very, very well.
- 8:28And uh the key thing in winning a war is deception, continually keeping your enemies off guard and off balance, and that's what he's a master of.
- 8:42And uh he's got the people in the media absolutely confused, they don't know what he's doing, they don't know what he's saying.
- 8:50Um, you know, and uh it's really fun to watch if you have that perspective that I just described, because you can see uh how he's uh playing people and playing the putting the pieces in place to get rid of the old system that we've had since um uh we soft um and the Rothschilds got it got together in 1776, which is interesting because that's when we signed the Declaration of Independence.
- 9:25They were signing their agreement to create the Illuminati and to create a masterful business of creating wars and uh making money from the wars that they create, and that's what's that happened in the last um you know, 250 years.
- 9:46Every war that's been created has been created by that cabal, and um that's that's what happens, and that's what we're doing, and that's what Trump is fighting, and he's gonna bring us into a golden age of peace and tranquility and no wars, because all wars are bankers' wars, and um that's that's pretty much my take on what's happening right now, Susan.
- 10:14Yeah, well, it's uh it's it's part of the military sting operation that was started in the 60s when JFK was killed, and uh and it's been uh they've been working behind the scenes, and um everything from what I hear is like you said, we're getting ready for full disclosure.
- 10:41We're in it now, yes.
- 10:43So, and we even have a new financial system that's uh ready to emerge that's been old and silver backed.
- 10:52And uh so let me ask you another question, and then we'll introduce Keith because I'm really proud of both of you gentlemen for the work that you're doing.
- 11:02But do you remember when was it?
- 11:04A couple years already, when um these kids at the universities across America were over there propping up the Middle East, Iran, and uh, you know, yeah, burning the American, yeah.
- 11:24Yeah, and so what say you in regard to those protests?
- 11:28Because our subject is educating our kids, young and old, you know, in grade school and colleges on the constitution, and we saw we were watching live in here in the state of Florida, what governor DeSantis laid this smack down, and and he even agreed there's gonna be not none of that, burning the American flag, and anybody to participate in these colleges in the state of Florida, they will not graduate.
- 12:02And we watched it.
- 12:04So what say you regarding that?
- 12:07Well, I think you know, there's been a long, long, long-term plan uh put in place in the Columbia School of Education and really to create our an educational system that teaches the principles of Karl Marx.
- 12:20And uh, and then what they do with Columbia Teachers College, they're teaching the teachers, and those teachers are now teaching our students and have been for you know the last 70, 80 years, right?
- 12:34Um creating, you know, a situation where the kids don't really have any idea how incredible our bill of rights and our constitution or declaration of independence is, and uh, and it's absolutely the opposite of uh socialism and communism.
- 12:52So we've got we got you know, we're fighting that, we've been fighting that.
- 12:57The only way to fight that is with the truth, and the truth is extremely powerful.
- 13:01And I feel, and Keith feels is like, you know, we're we're bringing out truth, and the truth is so powerful, and it will rise.
- 13:11The truth will eventually rise, and I think it's rising right now, and um, you know, Trump knows all of this, and uh, you know, look look at what he's done with he's now he now has India, he now has China, and he now has Russia working with him in a sovereign alliance of the largest company countries in the world that want to get rid of this horrible cabal that's been creating all these wars because nobody though those those leaders don't want their countries at war, they want them to be thriving, they want them to be in peace, and the most most of the world wants peace, but there are certain people that benefit from war, and uh the primary people are the people that finance both sides of the war, which is that cabal that we're you know been fighting for a long time.
- 14:00And uh the primary people are the people that finance both sides of the war, which is that cabal that we're you know been fighting for a long time.
- 14:10Well, exactly, and and you know, and these elites knew it too, and they knew the best way to get to us was through our children, and to since our children do not know history, they haven't lived long enough to be a part of it or read it and know it.
- 14:10Well, exactly, and and you know, and these elites knew it too, and they knew the best way to get to us was through our children, and to since our children do not know history, they haven't lived long enough to be a part of it or read it and know it.
- 14:26Uh, that's where you and Keith brought.
- 14:26Uh, that's where you and Keith Broders come in, and I would love for you to introduce uh Keith and your project that you're working on.
- 14:39Okay, how you met.
- 14:41Before before I forget that, I just want everybody to listen to this one thing.
- 14:46Watch the fall of the cabal.
- 14:49It's on Rumble and Rumble and uh BitChute, and it's a uh 20 20 uh video series, and it explains everything I just said about the cabal, and everybody should watch that and get their kids to watch it and spread it around because it is an incredible series.
- 15:11Yes, I agree.
- 15:12Perfect.
- 15:13Thank you.
- 15:14Yeah.
- 15:14All right, so how uh Keith and I uh met each other about around right around 2011, and I had just gotten done being involved, very, very involved with uh restoring uh the um reading the the republic in that movement, restoring the republic, and uh in here in Florida, and it was just about when Tim Tim Um Turner was uh put in jail for promoting that, and um we didn't know what quite what to do at that point in time, so I was kind of figuring trying to figure out.
- 15:53We created an organization um called what was it?
- 15:57What was our organization called?
- 15:59The Free America Now Free America Now.
- 16:01And um Keith and I and uh Mary Heiler created that here in Florida, and we thought, well, what are we gonna do?
- 16:08And Mary knew Richard Mack really well, and she told Richard Mack what we were doing, and Richard called us and said, Would you please help me put together the first constitutional sheriff convention ever?
- 16:22And we said, We're in, we're all in.
- 16:24We put together a team of really powerful people.
- 16:28Um a lot of them were from uh what was your organization?
- 16:32The uh the oath keepers, oathkeepers and others organizations like that.
- 16:38We got organizations like that involved.
- 16:40We raised the money.
- 16:42What he wanted us to do is raise the money so that all the sheriffs could come to uh Las Vegas.
- 16:49We decided that would be the most reasonable place to uh have uh you know an event because it's less expensive than most places.
- 16:58So that's what we did.
- 16:59We took it on, and we raised all the money for all these sheriffs.
- 17:04It was 120 sheriffs from county sheriffs from around the country to fly there and have the room and board and their flight taken care of.
- 17:15And uh for three days we were at that conference, and Keith and the and the uh oathkeepers were driving people around and picking them up at the airport and just doing all the hard work of organizing everything.
- 17:28Uh, we had a lot of sponsors, some of the gun organizations um, you know, stepped up and and helped finance the thing, and it was just an amazing event, and uh we had great speakers, and uh everybody loved it.
- 17:46The sheriffs, it was the first time 120 over 100 county sheriffs ever got together for an event like that, and a lot of them knew what was going on, right?
- 17:56But a lot of them didn't, and they didn't understand what a constitutional sheriff was.
- 18:01A lot of these sheriffs didn't understand their power under the constitution.
- 18:06Unbelievable.
- 18:07Yeah, no, most of them did not, and some of them did, and we had some of the ones that were really knowledgeable speakers.
- 18:17Uh, but what it was I'll never forget it, and Keith and I will never forget it.
- 18:21It was a it was an incredible event.
- 18:24So that's how Keith and I met, and um, we were we worked with Richard Mack for uh in other events too, but you know, Keith and I have been Richard Matt.
- 18:35Yeah, so that's how Keith and I met.
- 18:39Oh wow.
- 18:40Yeah.
- 18:41Well, and Keith Broders is a former high school teacher and coach, and he created a website for the 100 million grandparents within the United States who are concerned with the direction that our nation is headed.
- 19:00Keith, what inspired you the most to create this website to learn uh to teach children and adults?
- 19:11Well, I was uh, like I said, I was a high school teacher and coach, and I didn't really begin my education until after I retired.
- 19:19Up until that time, I was basically feeding the students the curriculum that was hand fed to me.
- 19:25Uh, most of the high school students are and the grade school students today are being taught by people who have been programmed by colleges and universities to teach lies and uh doctrines and principles that are contrary to the principles upon which our founding fathers built this nation of ours.
- 19:45Um I became very aware of the fact that Socrates thousands of years ago made the statement that the wise man is the man that knows that he knows not, and I and I've decided that it was important to try to help create critical thinkers.
- 20:02Our schools are creating students that basically are incapable of independent thought.
- 20:08That the average student today spends an hour or four to five hours a day watching television, and that is absolutely disgusting.
- 20:16A wise man reads books while the foolish man watches television, and we've got too many foolish people watching television and letting other people do their thinking for them.
- 20:27We don't want people to the the people at the top of the food chain and the wall street bankers, they don't want the people to think they just want them to basically be obedient.
- 20:39Sit down, shut up and do what you're told, pay your taxes, and don't question authority.
- 20:45So, Keith, what is your website called?
- 20:49Well, I've got a bunch of different ones.
- 20:52Um if you go to um Liberty Tree Online dot US, you can get to the main website that provide you with incredible information.
- 21:00That provide you with incredible information.
- 21:03We have games that are played.
- 21:03We have games that are played.
- 21:06Uh, I'm a firm believer that uh what uh Benjamin Franklin said is absolutely true.
- 21:06I'm a firm believer that what Benjamin Franklin said is absolutely true.
- 21:11And that is if you tell me, I might remember, excuse me.
- 21:11That is, if you tell me, I might remember.
- 21:17Excuse me.
- 21:18If you tell me, uh I might remember.
- 21:18If you tell me I might remember.
- 21:22Oh shoot, I've kind of forgotten my own quote.
- 21:22Oh shoot, I've kind of forgotten my own quote.
- 21:24Uh but but basically the idea is the fact is that people in order to learn need to.
- 21:25But but basically the idea is the fact is that people in order to learn need to be actively engaged.
- 21:31Passive learning, listening to lectures, reading textbooks is a waste of time.
- 21:37It's just a method of propaganda to uh teach students to uh to be obedient lap dogs and prepare them for uh a life of servitude.
- 21:48So you created uh a website filled with games and quizzes, which I want to get to that when we return after a message from our sponsor.
- 22:00This is Dr.

- 25:06Okay, welcome back, gentlemen.
- 25:08And Keith, uh, where do we start with your uh website and um because all right, we live in a constitutional republic, not a democracy.
- 25:23So how do you go about laying this out?
- 25:26What's first?
- 25:27The Declaration of Independence.
- 25:30Well, absolutely the Declaration of Independence is the most important document.
- 25:35The Constitution is uh frankly uh very poor in many ways.
- 25:41It uh the Constitution is only as good as the people.
- 25:45Uh Benjamin, um, excuse me, John Adams one time said that the Constitution is written for a moral and religious people only and totally inadequate for the governance of any other.
- 25:55And so the Founding Fathers, they understood the importance of creating a government that would be rock solid, one that would be governed by the principles, uh God's principles of natural law rather than the principles of men and the legend the laws created by the legislatures of men.
- 26:13So frankly, uh our founding fathers were brilliant, and they they were human beings, and they made a lot of mistakes, obviously, but they didn't they had a lot of the right ideas, and unfortunately, we have not learned from the past.
- 26:28Uh there's a great quote that basically says that he who does not learn from history is doomed to repeat it.
- 26:34And we have continually repeated so many of the errors, and we have uh deviated from the principles upon which our nation was founded.
- 26:44If our country is going to survive, we're we're going to need to restore the principles on which this nation was founded.
- 26:53So, where do you start on your website?
- 26:56Let's get into it.
- 26:57We can't show anything because it's a radio show.
- 27:00But let's talk it out.
- 27:02Well, the first thing that I want to reemphasize is the fact that I believe that you need to get people engaged.
- 27:09You need to get their attention, and I believe that one of the best ways to do that is to you can go to the following website.
- 27:16It's called Constitution Facts.com.
- 27:20When you go to that web particular website, you'll notice that there's a whole series of quizzes that are that are multiple choice quizzes on the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, the Articles of Confederation, etc.
- 27:33And by taking these quizzes, uh people have to get engaged.
- 27:38And when they get engaged, they're able to uh get responses and to be able to determine what it is that they know and what it is that they don't know.
- 27:47And it's a very effective way to learn.
- 27:50We've created uh on the website there are games of that are comparable to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire in Jeopardy, where all of the questions are related to the founding documents and the principles upon which our nation was founded.
- 28:00The founding documents and the principles upon which our nation was founded.
- 28:04And um, frankly, these games are lots of lots of fun.
- 28:04And frankly, these games are lots of lots of fun.
- 28:09They're very uh act, they cause the students to get very actively engaged.
- 28:09They're very uh act, they cause the students to get very actively engaged, and it makes learning fun.
- 28:14And it makes learning fun.
- 28:17And if learning is fun, instead of having our children watching four and five hours of TVs, I suggest that they go to this website and spend the time instead learning about the principles upon that Sound Government are based upon.
- 28:17And if learning is fun, instead of having our children watching four and five hours of TVs, I suggest that they go to this website and spend the time instead learning about the principles upon that sound government are based upon.
- 28:31Well, these uh sadly, these things are no longer taught in our American school systems.
- 28:38And and I'm hoping that in the next year or two, they'll be re-introduced.
- 28:44History will be reintroduced.
- 28:46Because it's such a fundamental in the public schools.
- 28:52Public schools are a lot are as far as I'm concerned, are not gonna are not going to solve the problem because they are the problem.
- 28:59What has to happen is that the millions of parents and grandparents who love their children and love our country are going to need to wake up and take responsibility.
- 29:09Uh freedom is not free.
- 29:12Freedom requires uh people to take responsibility.
- 29:16We have elected officials who don't know the constitution.
- 29:19How can they honor their oath to preserve protect and defend the constitution if they don't even know it?
- 29:25And we the people are ultimately the ones that are responsible.
- 29:28Our the greatest enemies of America aren't the Russians, not the Chinese.
- 29:34They are the it's we the people who fail to hold our elected officials accountable.
- 29:41We have a responsibility to obey the laws that are just, but we also have a responsibility to refuse to comply with the laws that are not just.
- 31:08A total new financial system, getting ready to emerge any time now.
- 31:13And it will be backed by gold and be backed by silver, it will be digital.
- 31:18So there can be no fraud.
- 31:20There can be a lot of these banksters were using the SWIFT system.
- 31:25There's gonna be none of that.
- 31:27And I'll tell you right now, since uh 2017, it's already started.
- 31:32Trump's already a lot of these people have been arrested.
- 31:36Um, these corporations and and military people that were involved.
- 31:42Trump's already dismantled.
- 31:44We're at the end of it now.
- 31:47Let me add one thing here that I think is is misunderstood.
- 31:50A lot of people have heard the expression that the American Revolution was fought over the principle of taxation without representation.
- 31:56That absolutely is a lie, and it was a lie that was perpetrated by the London bankers.
- 32:02Uh in 1764, 1765, Great Britain was trying to recover the financial losses that they suffered in in supporting the the colonies in their in the French and Indian War.
- 32:16And because of that, they they needed to raise taxes, so they began to raise taxes.
- 32:22But when they raised the taxes, the great Great Britain did not want the government of the United States to repay or the states to repay the loans with colonial script.
- 32:32They wanted hardcore money, they wanted money that they wanted gold and silver backed currency, and the United States states did not have any gold and silver to speak of.
- 32:43So what did they have to do?
- 32:44They were forced to borrow the money from the London bankers in order to pay their debts.
- 32:51So the currency act of 1764 was the reason for the American Revolution.
- 32:57And frankly, that is the um is misunderstood.
- 33:01We don't need gold and silver, to be honest with you.
- 33:04What we need is we need to have honest money.
- 33:06Now, Benjamin Franklin in Pennsylvania indicated the fact that they used colonial script up until 1764, and and Pennsylvania was flourishing.
- 33:17They had no debt, they had no problems with employment, everybody was was prosperous.
- 33:23And the reason it was was because the amount of money that was issued by the government of Pennsylvania was based on uh keeping keeping in the keeping in a they wanted to keep a balance between the amount of money in circulation and the amount of uh goods and services that were being produced.
- 33:44And as long as they did that, they didn't have inflation, but states like Massachusetts didn't handle it right.
- 33:51What they did is they basically increased the supply of money and devalued the money and caused serious problems.
- 33:58So fiat currency by itself is not good or bad.
- 34:03Basically, the Constitution says in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5, it says that the money in this country is going to be basically issued by Congress, not by the Federal Reserve.
- 34:17And if the money is issued by the Federal by the by the Congress, we can basically create money without gold and silver, because if you remember the statement that said that gold, oh golly, what was that statement?
- 34:35Um who has the gold makes the rules.
- 34:39And so frankly, if we go to completely a gold-backed system, that's not good either because the amount of gold is is very is finite, it's not infinite.
- 34:48And if if we want infinite prosperity and production, we need to have the ability to have infinite amount of money.
- 34:56And and basically we can do that if we can if we can keep the balance between the amount of money in circulation.
- 35:00Between the amount of money in circulation.
- 35:03Yeah.
- 35:03Yeah.
- 35:03And frankly, that's why we've got to get rid of fractional reserve banking.
- 35:03And frankly, that's why we've got to get rid of fractional reserve banking.
- 35:08Yeah.
- 35:08Yeah.
- 35:09And uh that the reason that Hitler was uh man of the year in Time Magazine in 1938 is because he knew he understood that principle.
- 35:09And uh that the reason that Hitler was um man of the year in Time Magazine in 1938 is because he knew he understood that principle.
- 35:18He took uh Germany from a horrible, horrible depression to the most uh probably the the most uh rich richest country in the planet at that time, and um you know everybody was happy, and he did exactly what Keith just said the exact same thing.
- 35:18He took uh Germany from a horrible, horrible depression to the most uh probably the
- 35:40So it doesn't have to be gold and silver backed.
- 35:44Um but if you if it's done properly, uh fiat can work.
- 35:50Well, fiat's going away in the way that we knew it, and according to the quantum financial system, XRP will be gold back and XLM will be silver backed.
- 36:05Well, that'll be a lot better than what we have now.
- 36:08But if you've taken it, that's where it's going.
- 36:12But but if the money is backed by gold and silver, whoever whoever it is that controls the gold and silver controls the system, and bank frankly, it's kind of like uh in the story of Uncle Remus.
- 36:23Please don't throw me in the briar patch.
- 36:25Well, that that's the problem is is that if we turn the the uh the monetary system enforced being backed by gold and silver, we basically turn this turn the power back to the people who control the gold and silver, which is you give the people back their own personal power, and the people are their own bankers and use their phones for the the banks that that's where we're headed on the quantum financial system.
- 36:55But I I want to get away from all this money talk because I want to get back on to the subject.
- 37:02There's currently over 16 million high school students, is that correct, that are being taught to memorize and regurgitate.
- 37:13Uh, and that will be eligible to vote in the next election.
- 37:18Perhaps the greatest threat to the survival of our nation is the ever increasing number of ignorant and uninformed voters.
- 37:29What say you, Clyde, regarding this?
- 37:33Well, yeah, I mean, this is this is why Keith and I and um our friend Eric are putting together um a combination of what Keith has created with uh constitutional education, uh, and uh and you know, our all all of our knowledge put together to create um a course that will just be incredible for uh homeschoolers.
- 38:01It would be great for it to be in the public school.
- 38:04I don't know if that'll ever happen, but it's we're working on it, and um we're just a few weeks away from having a course that will start with pre-1750.
- 38:18We're talking about, you know, back in the days and of uh the May Mayflower, okay.
- 38:25How did people govern themselves in this country all the way back then?
- 38:29And then we go through different 25 year periods all the way up to current day um in our in our history, and um it's gonna be it's it's really coming out very, very beautifully, and uh it'll be not and it's gonna it's gonna um contain these uh quizzes that Keith was just talking about all throughout.
- 38:53So it's gonna be a fantastic course.
- 38:56Um it's not gonna be something uh that you would ever see in the public school.
- 39:02Um hopefully it will work itself into the public school because it's gonna be so amazing, and um you know, so we're really excited.
- 39:13We think it could change things, and especially younger gender.
- 39:17Do you think you could get this presented to President Trump in some form or fashion?
- 39:23Well, we we would love to if you could help us with that, that would be fantastic.
- 39:28That it could, well, I I know a few people that can maybe you know kick the can down the road in that direction, but um, you know, it's and I I just want to say for the record, it's not only the public schools.
- 39:43I have two daughters, and the older daughter has had her twin sons and her daughter in probably four private schools, and they in including a Catholic school, and they are now being taught in a public school, one's being taught homeschooled, which they're having a better education now than the private schools, and let me add okay, yeah.
- 40:14Let me address at the one private school, the last one, there was a man teacher there that came in three of the five days a week dressed as a man, the other two days a week, dressed as a woman, wearing fake breasts and high heels, and let me tell you, it caused a few of these children some emotional damages where they weren't eating and they were protesting in their own way, they were scared.
- 40:49I mean, it's not just the private schools, and I want to stress that because some of them in your better communities in the richer, wealthier neighborhoods, your public schools are really pretty darn good, I gotta tell you.
- 41:04So I think that these educational points and and everything you're putting together, it needs to hit all the schools.
- 41:15And if you ask me, I think the homeschool is the best, but a lot of parents cannot homeschool their children, but the kids come out further ahead.
- 41:27So they do there's because you know, you don't learn everything in school, period.
- 41:36Now, when I went to school, I went to private school, um, and uh some in the military base and then off the military base, and I had a really good education in the private schools back then growing up in the 60s, but things changed.
- 41:54And we've all been a witness to these changes.
- 41:58Yep.
- 41:58So uh Keith, let's get back into the constitutional studies and how you've broken down your program here.
- 42:00Keith, let's get back into the constitutional studies and how you've broken down your program here.
- 42:08Uh like the pream in your games, the preamble scramble, you have the declaration clarification, branches of government game, federalist, anti federalist game, separation of powers games.
- 42:09Like the pream in your games, the preamble scramble, you have the declaration clarification, branches of government game, federalist, anti-federalist game, separation of powers games.
- 42:24This is really intriguing.
- 42:24This is really intriguing.
- 42:27Well, those those games are not ones.
- 42:28Well, those those games are not ones that I created.
- 42:30Those are games actually that were created by an organization in the state of Texas.
- 42:37When you take the preamble scramble, what they do is they take all the words that are in the preamble to the Constitution and they arrange them out of order.
- 42:46And what you need to do is to go to the different tiles and move the words so that you can actually rewrite the preamble word for word, word perfect.
- 42:55And the same thing with the declaration.
- 43:12And so it's an absolutely wonderful tool because it gets you actively engaged in learning and helps you to memorize these very important principles and concepts.
- 43:22So you've added this to your to your um website.
- 43:28Yeah, that's awesome.
- 43:29Now listen, gentlemen, we'll return after a message from our sponsor.

- 45:21This is your host, Gold Star Mother Susan Price, and this is America Load.
- 45:26And I want to introduce my two friends, Clyde Cleveland and Keith Broders.
- 45:32Welcome back, gentlemen.
- 45:34Thank you.
- 45:35Thank you.
- 45:36Now, Clyde, what points of the work that you're doing with Keith.
- 45:42What do you want grandparents such as myself and you to know the useful tools to teach our children and our grandchildren?
- 45:53Well, the the course is going to be set up so any person of any age can uh can enjoy it.
- 46:03Um it's you know it's really designed more for like ninth grade, tenth grade level, but anybody can enjoy this information.
- 46:14And what we're gonna do is for people, you know, adults and and older people and and kids that are really smart and want to learn.
- 46:22Uh, we're gonna have uh suggested and recommended reading and and other courses for them to take.
- 46:28Uh so if they want to uh add to what the basic course is, um, there'll be lots of different um books and and uh sources for them to go to expand their um their thinking.
- 46:44Like, you know, there's certain books that I've read, I've read uh A Son of Thunder four times.
- 46:51That's the biography of Patrick Henry.
- 46:54It's a 400-page book, and it's a lot more than just about Patrick Henry's life.
- 47:00It goes through so much history.
- 47:03Uh, there's a section in there on the anti-federalists and the federalists, for example, that'll just actually absolutely blow your mind.
- 47:10It's very deep and goes into great detail.
- 47:13Um so there's books like that that I've been I've read and I've researched, and um, that I'm gonna be putting in there for people that um that uh you know want to expand uh in certain areas.
- 47:27Um I'm I'm using Melvin Stamper uh for the 14th Amendment.
- 47:32A lot of people have no idea what the 14th Amendment did during the Civil War, uh, was put in after the Civil War, what that did to our our um our actual citizenship and our relationship with government completely changed.
- 47:47Nobody knows, I mean, unless you've studied this stuff like we have, you have these people have no idea um what kind of a citizen we were before the 14th Amendment and what kind of a citizen we are now.
- 48:02Um back to that, Clyde.
- 48:05Do you think that President Trump has taken us back to Well, that's restoring of the Republic, and yes, I think I believe that President Trump uh there was a certain couple years ago, there was a certain meeting he had where he had a bunch of military guys come in and they did something and they talked for a little while and then they walked out.
- 48:25And my feeling is is that was uh the restoration of the republic.
- 48:31Right.
- 48:31That was a ceremony that he had the military come in, and he said, we're going, we're gonna go get rid of this U.S.
- 48:39corporation.
- 48:40We're not going to be operating under that anymore.
- 48:42We're gonna go back to our original republic that we had before uh 1861 when the the original republic really kind of ceased to operate because of the civil war.
- 48:55Um so that's what we uh have been working on, and there's people and that that movement is growing very strongly throughout the country.
- 49:00Movement is growing very strongly throughout the country.
- 49:04Uh and uh and I'm pretty sure that Trump is already established, re-established the republic, and he's just waiting back, waiting for everything to uh play out here in the next few months.
- 49:05And I'm pretty sure that Trump is already established, re-established the Republic, and he's just waiting back, waiting for everything to uh play out here in the next few months.
- 49:18And we're gonna be we're gonna be operating under different, we're gonna be operating under common law instead of admiralty law in the whole country.
- 49:18And um, we're gonna be we're gonna be operating under different, we're gonna be operating under common law instead of admiralty law in the whole country.
- 49:29Uh and that.
- 49:29And that's gonna be a huge change in our country.
- 49:34Right now, we have the highest percentage of people in our country that are in prison than any other country in the world.
- 49:44And it's not by a small margin either.
- 49:46I think it's seven to eight percent of our population is in prison.
- 49:52And most of the countries, the average is one or two percent.
- 49:55And they haven't even committed a crime.
- 49:57Yeah, yeah.
- 49:58Yeah.
- 49:59So our entire legal system has gone very, very.
- 50:18If you do harm someone, you have to compensate them for the harm uh or the loss that they've suffered.
- 50:25And the other main principle is you must agree.
- 50:29If you make an agreement with somebody, you have to honor that agreement.
- 50:34And if you don't, and there's a problem because of that, then you have to again compensate.
- 50:40So the common law is very simple.
- 50:43It's based on compensation for somebody who's wronged.
- 50:47And instead of people being compensated when they're harmed in this country, our crazy judicial system.
- 50:58If something happens to somebody and the person responsible is put in jail, not only are we not getting reimbursed for what they did to us, we're having to pay higher taxes to have that person get free room and board in prison.
- 51:16It's an insane system.
- 51:19All by itself.
- 51:20That's a yeah.
- 51:21It's a huge racket.
- 51:23It's the biggest racket in the country.
- 51:24Did you know, Susan, that um almost every state in this country, the biggest budget item for the state budgets is incarceration, and it's you it's usually over 50% of everything the state spends.
- 51:42That and most people have no idea of how out of control this judicial system is.
- 51:49Well, I know that George Soros and Bill Gates were owners of a lot of the private there.
- 51:56You go.
- 51:57Yeah.
- 51:58Yeah.
- 51:58Because I've written about it.
- 52:00Um, I want to touch on um because this is the first I've heard of it, believe it or not.
- 52:07The bill of responsible behavior.
- 52:12That is something that that frankly is uh something that I created.
- 52:15I believe that we we all talk about our rights.
- 52:19You know, we we demand our rights.
- 52:21Well, we understand that something with a right, there is also responsibilities.
- 52:27And uh could you go ahead, Susan, and just read the the actual bill of responsibility.
- 52:33Yeah, sure.
- 52:34Okay.
- 52:36To be responsible, be honest, be trustworthy, be patient, be persistent, be courageous, be humble, respect the property and rights of others, refuse to lie, cheat, or steal, speak less and listen more, be not afraid, tell the truth or remain silent, don't squander your time or talent, only obey the laws that are just hold elected officials accountable.
- 53:08You know, it's a cross between the Bible and just um just being a lady or a gentleman in common sense.
- 53:18Yeah, doing the right thing.
- 53:21It's common sense, yes.
- 53:24And then I'm looking through your Liberty Tree University site, and boy, there's just a lot of topics in here.
- 53:34The birthright citizenship.
- 53:38That's been a controversial subject.
- 53:42Let me let me let me mention something about that.
- 53:44There's two ways that a person can become a two natural ways to become a citizen.
- 53:50There's the citizenship that is based on blood or based on soil.
- 53:55And originally uh people who were born under the authority of the king of England, they were basically granted citizenship based on soil.
- 54:06If you were if you were born in a country that was owned or operated by Great Britain, you you fell under the jurisdiction of the king, and you were a citizen of the king no mat no matter where you lived, the the location was irrelevant.
- 54:19Well, in the United States, our system of citizenship initially was based upon blood.
- 54:27The reason it was based on blood is because we wanted to make sure that any person who would who ran for the office of president of the United States had a loyalty to the country or to the land, I mean to the people rather than to the land, because uh frankly, uh today with with the way citizenship is being interpreted, any person born on the soil becomes automatically a U.S.
- 54:52citizen based on soil, but there's no loyalty, you know, if there's no loyalty, it causes a citizenship to be as far as I concern, pretty meaningless.
- 55:04Oh, I agree.
- 55:05Yeah, you have a lot of topics in here.
- 55:09Yeah.
- 55:10Constitutional scholars, constitutional studies, uh Liberty Tree Online uh Academy.
- 55:21Um what would you like to add to this?
- 55:24Uh Clyde, I hear you in the back.
- 55:26Well, I just I just think it's um it's just a key, it's just so key for us to get our children educated, right?
- 55:35And and have an understanding of what these principles mean.
- 55:39Well, I want to thank you, gentlemen.
- 55:41And Clyde, uh, what is your uh website that people can find you at?
- 55:48Oh, thank you.
- 55:49Restoring the heart of America dot com.
- 55:55Okay, and Keith.
- 55:59Well, you can the best website if we go to is read it.
