- 0:00[SPEAKER_04]: How do we financially handle birthdays, holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day Christmas?
- 0:08[SPEAKER_06]: Tell me about how it's handled in your family.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_06]: It's just knowing what's important to them because you know there's multiple love languages.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_06]: Some people are going to say those gifts.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_06]: That's my love language.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_06]: So I would say in this episode, we jump into how to repair your personal credit, personal finances and how to leverage the credit to travel for free.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_06]: Let's get into it.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_06]: Dave, how are you feeling, brother?
- 0:34[SPEAKER_04]: Man, I'm incredible.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_04]: Mother's Day just passed.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_04]: How's your mother's day?
- 0:39[SPEAKER_06]: My wife's mother's day, my mother's day was amazing.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_06]: Did your mom, where's your mom live?
- 0:46[SPEAKER_06]: She is in South Carolina.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_06]: She in South Carolina, what'd you do?
- 0:50[SPEAKER_06]: You give her a couple hundred dollars, she's good.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_06]: We from the country, so you throw her about $200, she all right, man.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, her, that's fair, yes, sir.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_06]: So I guess you call your mom, give her a couple of dollars.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_06]: Let's see the boys, the boys plan to get tar and singing a happy mother's day like, sometimes it's not about the monetary values, the small things that she like the most.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_06]: I like that.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_06]: I like that much away man.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_06]: She got um because we merged birthday.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_06]: It was financially smart to merge birthday and mother's day because her birthday was on the six and mother's day was just uh Sunday.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_06]: So a few days in between maybe six and all of a sudden.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_06]: So four days before days apart.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_06]: So we just kind of merged that together and um got a few
- 1:35[SPEAKER_06]: Let her have her time to herself.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_06]: She actually got to take a nap yesterday for the first time in, I don't know how many years.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_06]: I took the boys and we went running around outside and let her just relax and watch chosen.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_06]: I love it.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_04]: We did the same thing, bro.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_04]: Well thought out planned, bro.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_04]: Gave my wife the day.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_04]: I took my kids out, bro.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_04]: We was going, well we woke up, made breakfast, and then left from about 12.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_04]: It's about five, thirty, six.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_04]: That's a nice break.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and so tonight before we got some gift cards.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I've got some cards.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_04]: My son, Psalm gave her a gift card.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_04]: No, so I gave her a gift card for massage in the okay gift card and Surai gave her a Door dash, I believe a door dash gift card and then Corey gave her just a visa gift card.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_04]: So we put that together, so she got to give cards.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_04]: So the plan is we leave and I gave her some money
- 2:41[SPEAKER_04]: In a car, I plan as we leave and you got no money on your door to ask to go crazy.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_04]: You can shop with your hands on your car and then one day hopefully this week you can get your massage.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_06]: Let's get it.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_04]: So y'all merge the birthday.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_04]: Did you get anything for a birthday?
- 3:00[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, we actually, um, I got a few.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_06]: So I started early this year instead of having to go to
- 3:13[SPEAKER_06]: I don't want to spend 800 hours on shoes that look worn and beat up already.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_06]: How does the Golden Goose brand get your wife or a Golden Goose?
- 3:21[SPEAKER_06]: You know what Golden Goose is for sure.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_06]: So, how does that brand market beat up shoes and selling for over price?
- 3:27[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_06]: And my wife loves them.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_06]: So, instead of doing that this time, I said I'm going to start a month early and then I just got her whole bunch of Tory birch and a lot of small things that would add up to that one pair of shoes.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_06]: So, she really thought she got a lot, but I actually spent less.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_04]: Ah, I can't talk to you, but that was birthday.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, right, Mother's Day.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_06]: Mother, we had a bow.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_06]: do not file this financial advice.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_06]: She had about 20 gifts.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_06]: So, from who?
- 3:56[SPEAKER_06]: From me.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_06]: I started about a month ago.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_06]: So, I got targeted on Instagram.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_06]: I got a few journals.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_06]: I got a multiple pair of pages.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_06]: So, it's all, okay, I see.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_06]: So, she had to open up 20 gifts.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_06]: And I said, this is for mothers and birthday for you.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_06]: And then, to take a few days and get to everything.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_04]: So, I, now let's do, let's do.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, here's the question.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_04]: How do we financially handle birthdays, all these holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, tell me about how it's handled in your family.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_04]: We'll celebrate this stuff, so I don't gotta worry about it financially, but how do you approach that?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_06]: It's really dependent on the, in this case, the wife, right?
- 4:49[SPEAKER_06]: Or, and for some of you, the wife and the husband depending on what situation you're in, but it's just knowing what's important to them because you know there's multiple love languages.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_06]: Some people are going to say those gifts.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_06]: That's my love language.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_06]: My wife, she love experiences.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_06]: So as long as we're going out and going different places, she don't necessarily care about the gifts.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_06]: So I would say,
- 5:11[SPEAKER_06]: which is one of the most important things.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_06]: It's fine to love language of your significant other.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_06]: And do the best you can find naturally to stay with the realm because you have, if you try to follow all of these holidays, like you would literally be broke, trying to keep up, especially with social media and what they say it's supposed to look like.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_04]: But how I mean,
- 5:32[SPEAKER_06]: It's tough.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_04]: It's basically, yes, that makes sense, but if a day comes around, let's say, someone's on Valentine's Day.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_04]: Just from a man's perspective, the woman's expecting something.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_04]: you got to do a little something.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
- 5:52[SPEAKER_04]: And I just hate the way it's set up in society.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_04]: It's like if you don't really go crazy or you don't mean you don't do nothing.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_04]: You save money, it's hard, bro.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_06]: They make you look like you're a failure.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna say it.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_06]: If...
- 6:08[SPEAKER_06]: If you're in that season, so for us, we're married and we've been married.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_06]: If we come with, let's just say, 12 roses.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_06]: It's going to be enough for us because they understand.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_06]: But for someone who's just in the dating scene, I couldn't imagine what that's like now.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_06]: You're going to have to spend the money, man.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_06]: You're going to have to take up extra shift at work.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_06]: You're going to have to figure out a sale of some more digital product.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_06]: You have to prepare for that.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'm money.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_06]: I'm money.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_04]: You are, um, you have been married for, a long, a long, a long five years.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_04]: Five years now.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yep, yep.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_04]: So, uh, when you're always birthed there,
- 6:46[SPEAKER_04]: June 28th, right in the middle of the corner.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, it's like, so a thousand times in June, and you got a lot of Christmas.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_03]: The Valentine's.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we just got like six months in between there.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but it's all spread out, bro.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_04]: So every couple of months, my nigga hit me.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_04]: So mother's dead, what do we?
- 7:07[SPEAKER_04]: Mother's Day is May, so we got Valentine's Day, we got May, Mother's Day, oh, but she's not a mother, so we're good on that.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_04]: Valentine's Day, then we got a birthday in June and then July August September.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, look at it again.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_04]: We got a little gap at you go all out for all of them, right?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_03]: Not all out.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: I'm getting better at planning.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I do like a little gift from flowers and my go somewhere, but I'm not in a financial all out.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_03]: I do all that with what I got, but it's not all out like when people be fully different.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_03]: I got into like, so tech.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't think that you do go out like this.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_03]: So I could just like based on your situation like when you see social meet like for this past Valentine's day that was the first time I decorated the room I like got some silk sheets You know what I'm saying got balloons on the what as the first time I ever did that.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_03]: So to me, if I never did that, that's kind of going all out.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: So do you feel the pressure to spend more than you want to spend?
- 8:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but it's not like it's not necessarily coming from her in a bad way because she was really asked for a lot throughout the year.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_03]: So it's kind of like a, oh, the person that only asked a lot, you know, you want to do more.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_03]: But I man, trying to plan with bills and stuff, like previously, oh, yeah, I'm saving.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm saving.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_03]: And then it's like,
- 8:25[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, then I do need two more tires and it's kind of like when something happens in front of a birthday, be like, I look like, I don't care if it's like, let me try and, but so, so technically, you do go all out each other.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_06]: If you have 10,000, you're savings account and you feel like you need to spend a little bit of time.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_04]: Let's talk about that.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_04]: When you're savings, like, okay, okay, I have a question.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_04]: Don't let savings.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_04]: average person is checked the check.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_04]: The average person might have a few hundred dollars or a thousand dollars at one time, right?
- 8:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: So like imagine that situation, we still have the pressure of buying extra stuff, you know.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_04]: And it's not saying his wife is like, I need this in that, but he knows the pressure.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_04]: So he's going to spit.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_04]: in the rat race bro.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_04]: The reason you're here is because I decided to start a podcast so that I can have engaging conversations with people.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_04]: By the way, this video will be monetized.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_04]: I'll make money off of it.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_04]: You need to start a podcast too.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_04]: So you can have engaging conversations
- 9:32[SPEAKER_04]: like this one.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_04]: Okay?
- 9:34[SPEAKER_04]: Which means you need to be a podcast summit 2026 for the price of a cheap date with somebody that you don't even like like that.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_04]: You can learn how to start a podcast, grow your audience, build your business, or use a podcast to build your brand to build your business.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_04]: You know what?
- 9:50[SPEAKER_04]: Check this out.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_01]: The podcast summit has been nothing short of a base.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: And there's no better place to learn how to have a podcast than podcast summit.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_01]: it's more than just like a podcast conference.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_01]: It's a community of people who actually want to learn and get better at entrepreneurship.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_06]: But imagine the level of discipline that you, you aim your significant other have to have together to say, listen, we're not going, and I know some people do it, but some people are not going to say, you're not going to get me something from my birthday.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_06]: We're not skipping out on Christmas based on what society has,
- 10:27[SPEAKER_06]: paint it that to look like.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_06]: So, and that, like, is really no winner.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_04]: Our money, about how much is dinner?
- 10:35[SPEAKER_04]: How much is like a celebratory dinner?
- 10:40[SPEAKER_04]: For a birthday, Valentine's Day, whatever.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_04]: What do you plan it?
- 10:43[SPEAKER_03]: Celebratory dinner is usually around 1, 5, 200.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_04]: 150 to 200.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, you got to think
- 10:53[SPEAKER_03]: Like, let me see, this past weekend, it makes me, so let me see two drinks.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's the drinks that you eat right there.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_03]: Even if you don't get expensive meal, yes, the drinks are like, say the steak is $50, right?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_03]: 50, 50, that's a hundred.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_03]: 20% is already.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_03]: Off to.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_03]: You at 120, I try to just get one drink.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_03]: She get two already, that's one 75 right there.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, plus.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you get appetizer.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_03]: Just two is one right there.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_03]: But I try to like prepare myself like,
- 11:23[SPEAKER_03]: I do.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_03]: I know where we're going.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_03]: I look at the menu ahead of time.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, all right, if she get anything in this range, I kind of know ahead of time.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_04]: Do you have a discussion with her about where the budget is or what that ruin is?
- 11:35[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, no, but it's bringing up a budget around birthday celebration just feels kind of you.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_03]: Now what is the grocery store?
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, a grocery store, regular dinner, but like birthdays.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_03]: I'd be feeling like you have to lie is there.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_03]: I hate it here for half on it.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_03]: I hate it here.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_04]: oh my gosh man so think about the amount of people we want to make more money or we want to have more money with the money that we make it's always something coming around the corner that's hitting our pockets what do we do to the easiest thing to say would be make more money but how do you go out and make more
- 12:20[SPEAKER_06]: And being, let's just say, understanding financial literacy doesn't mean that you're gonna make more money.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: And what I know is the more money you make the more those dinners get.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_04]: Of course.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_04]: So it might be relative, let's say $200 for a dinner.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_04]: And let's say for instance, he was making 50% more money than dinners or going quickly go from 200 to 300 because I have the money and I think we spend because we have it.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_04]: So I've actually adopted a philosophy of, I need to steal from myself because I'm a spin whatever is in that account.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_04]: Right?
- 13:10[SPEAKER_04]: That's good.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_04]: If I see it, if I have $5,000 from the tax refund,
- 13:18[SPEAKER_04]: I spend like I got five grand.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_04]: If I got $50, it's just like, whoa, we can't do it.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_04]: So I use I use acorns.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_04]: I really love acorns, where a percentage of, or I do round up some of my cards, there's a certain amount that comes out every single day from my bank account to acorn.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_04]: So the money that's in my acorn right now, I didn't even see it.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_04]: So it's just me seeing a lower amount.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_04]: But what I'm saying is the more money we make, the more money we spend, and if we see it, we spend it.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_04]: So even making more money is no guarantee that I'm going to be a better financial situation.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_04]: That is true.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_06]: And that's why you would have to learn.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_06]: It's like my strategy we talked about it previously is knowing how to leverage credit car rewards because if you get your credit fix,
- 14:07[SPEAKER_06]: You could then go and spend this money and zero percent or not.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_06]: You're still getting a percentage back on normal everyday expenses.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_06]: So now our money having to spend two or three hundred on the dinner.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, well, I've been putting our, you know, utility bill or whatever bill we have on auto pay on this credit card, well, that's going to take care of that bill or that birthday.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_06]: that I don't have to worry about.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_06]: That's free, essentially.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_06]: Give me an example.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_06]: Let's walk this concept.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_06]: So we got to go to the grocery store.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_06]: Most of us weekly, sometimes, you know, a few times a week.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_06]: If you use the American Express, I think it's the blue cash preferred.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to give you 6% cash back on grocery spina.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_06]: If you know you're going to spend six percent cash back on what you spend.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_06]: So if you spend a hundred dollars in a month, you're going to have six dollars, right?
- 15:00[SPEAKER_06]: This is just for laments turns now.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_06]: If you use this one specific car for olive grocery spend at the end of the year or at the end of the month, you get a percentage of cash back.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_06]: So if you spend a thousand dollars for example, you'll have $60.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_06]: over the course of the year, this is going to add up and then that could take care of a lot of the unknown expenses or the birthday cement to you, Dave, you got, we're not going to say how many points you got, but you don't have to spend the money because you understand how to leverage your credit cards.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_06]: That's true.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_04]: So with this American Express car, I get 6% cash back on everything that I spend on grocery spending.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_06]: So that's why you're grocery.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_04]: Just not grocery.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_06]: not not not not not gas not grocery.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_06]: I mean only grocery so it's not gas is not an entertainment et cetera so they have like category spying.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_06]: And this car is going to specialise in a specific one.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_04]: Okay what do you think is your highest expense?
- 15:59[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think is right?
- 16:01[SPEAKER_04]: What's your spend the most on your highest expense?
- 16:05[SPEAKER_04]: I'm probably my living expenses rent well outside of rent like just stuff that you spend on not car Note rents of like that you think it's like food Yeah, food for sure.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think you spend at the grocery store a month?
- 16:19[SPEAKER_02]: I spend about 400 between 400 for 50 a month and that's just you yourself, right?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, okay.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think you spend on gas?
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: About 200 a month.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_04]: Okay
- 16:31[SPEAKER_04]: So, are there any cars that take care of gas?
- 16:34[SPEAKER_06]: Like, or give gas back on gas?
- 16:36[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_06]: I'm American Express.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna say it's gonna be the best overall cause they have different category spins on each individual car.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know the best one.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_06]: I'll type on my head for it.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_06]: But I know they have one that would give you 3% or 4% cashback gas, et cetera.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_06]: Got it.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_04]: So if, so K by herself, she spends about $400 a month on groceries.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_04]: Our mind is maybe him and his wife.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_04]: Let's just say, that's like a thousand.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, maybe a thousand, what'd you think, our money?
- 17:08[SPEAKER_04]: What'd you think you spent a month?
- 17:10[SPEAKER_04]: So let's just round up, we had a baby or something like that.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_04]: Let's say $1,000.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_04]: If I spend $1,000 a month on just groceries for me and my family, and I have this 6% car back, this cash back, I get $60 a month back in cash back, in cash back.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_04]: Over three months, that's 180, which means that dinner,
- 17:39[SPEAKER_04]: I know I have these points, but I never really calculated the numbers how we just did it, that might be the hack, right?
- 17:49[SPEAKER_06]: And then you see, remember we talked about, and I said, we got to stop using a platinum for everything, because you use your platinum here, spin here, put it there.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I've been using my Delta a lot.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, well, in that case it makes sense, but even then, I think if you have the Delta reserve, which is the highest car, you're better off.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_06]: if you're looking at cash back to get the delta platinum because the perks on everyday spin is better on the delta platinum then it is the delta reserve okay we're here now okay so so the delta I think I think that's the one I use mostly is this uh... is this the delta is this the delta platinum?
- 18:31[SPEAKER_04]: yes this is the delta platinum
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, I'll just say Delta bird.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_04]: I think it, yes, the Delta plant though.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_04]: Does Delta plant don't?
- 18:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: All right, so I do, so this is my personal everyday cart where I use for gas, I'll use for food, right?
- 18:46[SPEAKER_04]: I use this every now and again, I'll use the one you told me to get, which was the, this one, the platinum, that's the only, yeah, not that, that.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_06]: This is, this is much more.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's the, that's the,
- 18:59[SPEAKER_06]: that may be the regular vanilla platinum.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_06]: So you've got the vanilla platinum and you've got the Charles wire platinum.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_06]: Also, it is just a platinum.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_06]: All right, so if I, so what's this one best for?
- 19:10[SPEAKER_06]: What's the, what's the mxplatin for?
- 19:12[SPEAKER_06]: Travel, specifically travel.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_06]: Just travel.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_06]: And then if you spend over 5,000 on the purchase, instead of you getting one x point, you get one and a half or two x points, not even still not a great deal because if you have a true, true, three percent cash back card, you still get better bang for your book in the form of cash back by knowing which card to use.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_06]: That's why I so important to know.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_06]: looking at those category multipliers.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_04]: Where should I be spending on this specific credit card.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_04]: I don't, oh yeah, notice it, this is the swap, this is the swap.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_04]: All right, but I never calculate the points.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_04]: I just accumulate the points, but if you're using points as a strategy, now I see why it's such a big deal.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_06]: Very important.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_06]: Whenever you get into the travel hacking and points in Thusias' world, like people really take this stuff serious.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_06]: Because if you have, for example, if you've done normal everyday spending and you've accumulated, let's just say a million points.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_06]: for you specifically.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_06]: If you would have used the right car instead of you having a million points which equates to $10,000 in cash, you would have two million points, which equates to $20,000 in cash back.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_06]: But because you didn't use the right car in certain times, you literally slice your cash back and have.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I am a regular, I'm a regular consumer.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_04]: I want my biggest expense as groceries,
- 21:01[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe eating out and guess, okay?
- 21:06[SPEAKER_06]: What is the best card blend?
- 21:09[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to go a lineup of blue cash preferred with American Express and the American Express every day.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_06]: So this is what the average consumer just getting started.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to definitely tell you go to American Express.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_06]: They have the most products out of any other issuer.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_06]: So I would do every day and I would do the blue cash preferred.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_06]: Based on that spin.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_04]: What if I can't get the MX spread out?
- 21:38[SPEAKER_04]: You know what we need to talk about?
- 21:40[SPEAKER_04]: What's that?
- 21:40[SPEAKER_04]: How to, it I don't want to take no food out anybody's mouth.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_04]: How to fix your credit yourself, bro?
- 21:47[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, man, that's good.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_04]: Have,
- 21:51[SPEAKER_04]: How long we do that, bro?
- 21:52[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_04]: You could talk to us about how to fix your credit yourself.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_04]: So eventually, because I know, as soon as you said the MX, people's like, ah, I ain't gonna get that one.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_04]: I just got the insecure joy.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_06]: So let's talk about it.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_06]: Let's jump into it.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_06]: So first, I'm glad you asked it.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_06]: We're gonna basically break down how to remove any negative inaccurate or unverifiable item off of your credit report.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_06]: First and foremost, everybody should go and pull what they call like a Trimer's credit report.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_06]: So, it's the report from the major three consumer reporter agencies.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_06]: Because we call them bureaus, transforming and experiencing the Equal Facts, but technically, they are consumer reporting agencies because they're just reporting consumer data.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_06]: So, when we understand and look at them for what they truly are, we know how to handle them, right?
- 22:47[SPEAKER_06]: First, you're going to pull a trimmer, credit report, with transient experience and equifacts.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_06]: We want to then look at anything that's not matching up, because there are laws that is called consumer law.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_06]: There are laws that protect us as a consumer to make sure the, we're going to call them bureaus, but technically they're CRAs.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_06]: that the bureaus are doing what they supposed to do and oftentimes they don't.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_06]: 83% of people have like an inaccuracy on their credit report and they don't even realize it.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_06]: So they are paying people to repair their credit for them whenever if they knew the strategy on how to do with themselves, they wouldn't be in the position that they're in.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_04]: Come on, walk us through it, man.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_04]: I want somebody after this to actually be able to fix their own credit, okay?
- 23:33[SPEAKER_04]: Without hiring someone, flying at $800,000 to do it for me.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_06]: So, let's walk through it.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_06]: You can go to annualcreditreport.com, pull a Trimerage credit report, with then going to review the entire profile, make sure everything is matching up within a first section, which is personal information.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_06]: If you have first and last name on your credit report, but this account has your middle and last name, that's not 100% accurate.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_06]: So, but just here, this is my name wrong, doesn't mean, no, no, no, no, it does mean it.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_06]: By law, if it's not 100% accurate,
- 24:16[SPEAKER_06]: They have to, they are required by law to remove it.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_06]: So if you're going to look up the US code, I want to say it's 15 USC 1681i.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_06]: And you can go and look up Cornell law and it literally will tell you what the law state and then it has like hyperlink that you can click on.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_06]: So 15 US code 1681i5 or 7, if my memory serves me correct, state state,
- 24:43[SPEAKER_06]: anything that's furnished on your consumer report must be 100% accurate.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_06]: So if your name is spill incorrectly, is the accurate, and it's at 100%.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_06]: So if the negative account or the charge-off collection was tied to an incorrect spelling of your name, or a previous address in which you don't stay at any more,
- 25:05[SPEAKER_06]: It's not 100% accurate.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, don't real quick.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_04]: Let's say I have a credit card, okay?
- 25:11[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't pay that, Tony.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_04]: Now I got met $5,000 and they put on my report, okay?
- 25:20[SPEAKER_04]: And they miss my middle initial or it's already ever wrong middle initial or they have the wrong address.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_04]: You're saying that to take it off?
- 25:33[SPEAKER_06]: you have to dispute it for it to be removed.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_06]: So you can reach out to them and say, and of course, if you're carrying a balance, you don't want to not pay it and then you got to wait until it goes into a collection or charge off because it's not dealing directly with the original creditor.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_06]: So if you take out that credit card with American Express and then they sell it off to, let's say, portfolio recovery assistance.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_06]: if they don't have the correct information, they are deemed to remove it and because they're not the original creditor, that's how you dispute it to get, like I say the negative, unverifiable or inaccurate items remove.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, if I am, if I am a bank or credit cards, somebody owe me money, right?
- 26:22[SPEAKER_04]: I am, what's that, Renaissance and you didn't pay me?
- 26:29[SPEAKER_04]: I want my money just based on, you know, it might be a small mistake.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_04]: You're saying they can't get the money back if I dispute it, probably?
- 26:39[SPEAKER_06]: You still are obligated to pay that debt back and just won't be on your credit report.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_06]: So, depending on their mounts and everything, you could be sued from banks in the street.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so in time, I want to make sure nobody takes this wrong.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_06]: For sure, because I'm searching in my head like brother, God would be the way they want their money.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, and then sometimes, if they've made more, think about it this way, if you've used $5,000 on a credit card, and you have paid back an interest over time, late payments, late payment penalties,
- 27:13[SPEAKER_06]: you've got interest from you, you've paid the credit card back on interest and then the principles only small amounts was applied to that.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_06]: So sometimes if they've won in totality, they just ride it all.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_06]: and they won't pursue it.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_06]: And they won't pursue it anymore because we still have made money off of you from you using our credit card from the swipe fees and then on the interest that you've paid this.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_06]: Got it.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_06]: Got it.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_04]: So we need to make sure there's no inaccuracies.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_04]: For sure.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_04]: In Accuracies.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_04]: That's the first line of defense.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's the step number one is making sure everything aligns up and then whenever I say everything aligns up, making sure that first full middle and last name as it is on your driver's license is what's on your actual credit report.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_06]: Got it.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_06]: So from there, now they have to verify this information is correct from somewhere.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_06]: So that's where we have innovation streams, ARS, CoreLogic.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_06]: Remember, the Consumer Reporting Agency's Trans Union Experience Equifax.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_06]: They don't house this information.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_06]: So they rely on the secondary bureaus, which innovation may house insurance claims.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_06]: ARS may house different bank accounts or checking accounts that you have not paid in the past or collections depending on what negative account that it is, one specific secondary is going to house this information.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_06]: If you go to the person's house in this information, in the vault, essentially.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_06]: and you opt out of them providing information on behalf of you, which you have a right to do as a consumer, and then they then go and furnish this data, or whenever the primary bureaus come and ask for, they have now violated your consumer rights.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_06]: Hmm.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_06]: So you can go, anybody else watching this can go to the CFPB's website.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_06]: And you can type in secondary consumer reporter agencies.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_06]: And it's going to tell you, you're going to get a hundred or two hundred plus secondaries that's housing specific information.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_06]: Because whenever you send that letter in directly to transunion, experience and equal effects,
- 29:19[SPEAKER_06]: They're relying on E. Oscar, which is a system to send it out and verify each thing.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_06]: They don't house it.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_06]: So if they can't verify it, which is a method of verification, how did you verify it before you furnish it on my credit report?
- 29:32[SPEAKER_06]: They can be here responsible because they have to abide by a specific law.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_06]: So what do I get the letters to send in?
- 29:40[SPEAKER_06]: So I will tell everybody to leverage chatGPT, right?
- 29:45[SPEAKER_06]: You can literally go to chatGPT and say, give me a dispute flow to get this specific negative I don't remove, starting from the top because in another thing where people they think that credit repairs an overnight process.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_06]: It didn't take you 30 days to mess up your credit.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_06]: It at least took you 120 days for your credit to get messed up, minimum, because you got a 30 day late payment, 60 day, 90 day, then they charge it off, then it goes to collections.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_06]: So it took you four to five months to mess up your credit.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_06]: So why do you think it's supposed to be fixed overnight?
- 30:14[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, hold on.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, chat, I'm out of conversation and my friend said that you can create a dispute letter for method of verification, to send to the collection company, to send to the collection companies.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_04]: So that I can remove the inaccurate negative item.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_04]: Get inaccurate negative items removed from my credit report.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_04]: Can you send me a draft of what that should look like using the language that's needed?
- 30:47[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to go through any error on a little bit for more.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_04]: Um, it says, uh, uh, you want to be careful with this because there's a lot of bad TikTok credit repair and vice fluid around a method of verification that there's a real thing under fair credit reporting it was not some magical loophole, right?
- 31:06[SPEAKER_04]: It works best when the debt information is inaccurate and complete outdated duplicated.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_04]: or the collector can't properly verify it.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_04]: Also, generally, you generally send the dispute to the credit bureau's first, then follow up with the collection agency, if needed.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_04]: OK, so this is dope, because that's the full name and all the kind of stuff.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_04]: Request for your, the top line says, request for a method of verification, account number to make it certain.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_04]: I recently reviewed my consumer credit report and noticed that your company is reporting the above reference account.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_04]: I previously disputed this account with the credit reporting agencies and that account will verify it is accurate.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_04]: Under my right, pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act specifically 15 USC that I am requesting a detailed description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information you verify today.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_04]: It's a bunch more stuff when you're there.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_06]: It gets busy.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_06]: So I always explain it in this analogy.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_06]: Whenever, if you've known anybody that went to a federal prison, whenever they take you into the interrogation room, they're asking you yes and no questions.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_06]: We're doing the same as that thing.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_06]: We're building a case on them because let's just say that that I don't remain on there and sometimes they do it remains on there with it being inaccurate and verifiable or incorrect.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_06]: We now take you to small claims court and then we can sue you on behalf of you reporting inaccurate information that has stopped me from providing for my family, getting housing, getting a proper insurance, so on and so forth.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_06]: That would be that and then that step is going to be until it's removed because sometimes they'll come back and then they'll update it.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_06]: But if they if it does get removed off of your credit and then they reinsert it, there's a thing called a reinsertion law letter.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_06]: So once they take it off of your credit, they can't add it back.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_06]: It's illegal for them to do it.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_06]: So now if they go and do that, you can ask chat to give you the reinsertion law letter.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_06]: The thing with most people that they don't understand is that if you learn how to do this yourself, what could ever stop you?
- 33:22[SPEAKER_06]: Why do you need a credit repair company?
- 33:24[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm not saying some people don't want to do it because it's like I can go to the gym and work up on myself, but you hire your personal trainer.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_06]: If you just take the time to learn it.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_06]: Technically, you only need to do it one time because once you know how to fix your credit, you now understand the importance of having great credit and you fix it one time and then you could be done with it and then you could help your family members, you could help your friends and then you don't gotta pay 600,000 to get your credit.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_06]: That's interesting.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_06]: So when we pay some out of fix our credit, this is what they're doing pretty much.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_06]: They're leveraging consumer law, they're leveraging sexual letters.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_06]: They're sending letters and then you have Metro 2 compliance that send letters.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_06]: It's automated.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_06]: But if their credit or reaches out to you, let's reverse back and let's just take it from here.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_06]: The best way to remove anything off of your credit is by getting a pay for delete.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_06]: And I know the credit repair people are going to kill me for this.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_06]: That's how I repair my.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_06]: I knew I owed the debt, let's just be honest here.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_06]: I reached out to the collection company and I said, hey, if I paid this, will you delete it off of my credit report?
- 34:29[SPEAKER_06]: Sometimes that's a lot faster than going through six or seven months with what the dispute letters.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, pay for the lead is you're asking the companies you owe money to.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_04]: How much can I pay you for to get this off here?
- 34:41[SPEAKER_06]: And what they did, they bought that $5,000 credit card from American Express.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_06]: And then American Express just wanted to get off of their books.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_06]: So that's why I was called a charge off.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_06]: They charge it off to the collection agency that they bought it for pennies on a dollar.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_06]: They may have bought it for $1,000.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to tell you, hey, if you pay us $3,500,
- 35:01[SPEAKER_06]: We'll take care of this for you.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_06]: You don't owe it.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_06]: So that's how the collection agencies make money.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_06]: But if you say, hey, you know you owe the five grand, you could pay $3,500.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_06]: And this is not a great strategy, by the way.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_06]: You definitely want to go back and repair to a relationship.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_06]: What are American experts?
- 35:17[SPEAKER_06]: Because you owe them the money.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_06]: But you don't want to fight with $3,500 collection on your credit report to stop and you from accessing $100,000.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_04]: But how do you repair the relationship with American Express if, let's say, MX tend to to, our money is credit, credit collections company.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_04]: You pay, our money is credit for collections company, 3,500.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_04]: in America's press mind, you're still a terrible human.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't want to give any chances of the show.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_06]: How do you prepare the relationship with American Express?
- 35:52[SPEAKER_06]: They have.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_06]: I can't remember the product that it is, but they have what you call like a secondary chance account to where you can get back into a good grace that's improved yourself with them.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_04]: Even if you fix it, let's say for instance, you owe the money and you get your life together and you pay it all off.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_04]: If you apply again with a better score, but they still just look at his, oh, well, somebody apply with a good score.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna approve them now.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, they got that, they got that in it.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_06]: They got you in it.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_06]: It's better to remember.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_06]: They for sure.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it don't always work like that.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_06]: But some institutions, you can go back to them and it depends on the overall circumstance.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_06]: If it's a $5,000 credit card,
- 36:30[SPEAKER_06]: If it's a $10,000 credit card potentially, but if you're talking about a chase, $150,000 credit card, no, they're coming to sue you.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, hey, but I'm saying after you make it right, they still, well, okay, okay, because they charged it off, and now you're coming back and saying, yo, I paid you home, I paid you a low home, and I remind you, credit, repair, whatever, collection,
- 36:58[SPEAKER_04]: they still look at you as a person that owes the money no matter even if you come back a few years later what better credit.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, for sure internals, so you have to call them and there are callers that are it's just going and see if they even let you apply for another credit card because you could be blacklisted.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm y'all blacklisted on here, okay?
- 37:20[SPEAKER_04]: And I know where it came from, too.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_04]: It came from people who was in a relationship, trying to impress a little boo.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_04]: And they went on credit and put it with the birthdays and the Christmas season.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_04]: You put some of the stuff on credit, I money?
- 37:35[SPEAKER_04]: Or no.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_04]: Not really.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_04]: Do you, do you use, do you ever use credit to finance this kind of stuff?
- 37:46[SPEAKER_03]: So previously, when I wasn't having a consistent job, at times in the pandemic, but I was trying to pay my power bill, I was trying to pay phone bill, and that's when it got kind of bad.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: And were you still fighting away to go out on dates and stuff like that on credit?
- 38:01[SPEAKER_03]: Oh yeah.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_03]: at a way, but a score in the pandemic.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_03]: They, man, I think the first time I applied, I don't even make it that much.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_03]: They said, oh, you're approved with $2,000.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even make that in the month back, then I said, I wasn't looking to use this.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_03]: But I've been talking to Doug lately, and I just got pre-approved for secured cards.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna start slows, get it $2,300, use it for, like, I think you say, gas.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, we're gonna talk about stuff like that.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, how to build it up.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_03]: Just little stuff, that's good.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_03]: Little stuff, a little bad time.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not gonna think about it like, this is the money I'm just using.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_06]: get back right so oh yeah a little bad at the time let's go if it's on my life man let me give you my brother that first y'all know the feeling they don't mind he's going to get when he get that first 10k 20k car oh we
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, don't say, you know, because there you go, you're too I, then you go back into situation again and I think that's the trick, but I mean once you get, once you've been through it, typically you don't go back, you know, because you're like, oh, I don't want to go back to that again, so yeah.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_04]: That's awesome.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so we learned how to picture credit.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_04]: We figured out the dub lumps his wise birthday and mother's day all in one.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, one fell swoop strategic strategic.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, we also learned that a credit card the right credit card with money.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to spend anyway.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_04]: can take care of the pressure of the things that you know you are foolishly spending money on, but you won't have to spend a money because you have these points.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, even going in and applying for credit card they'll take this how they trick you, they tell you spend $3,000 over the next six months and then we'll give you
- 39:46[SPEAKER_06]: 100,000 points or we'll give you 50,000 points, so you go out and foolishly spend the money that you know you don't have to get a sign up on it, so whenever you get these credit cards, still be strategic to not fall into the trial.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_06]: If you know you have a big expense coming up, then you go for a credit card, pay for the expense and then get some of the money back.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_04]: Don't fall into the trap, man.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, the man favor, I need you on a comment in the comment section.

- 41:24[SPEAKER_06]: Then from your credit, you get the prompts that we use for the actual letters.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_06]: If you don't want to use those letters, guess what?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_06]: I end up giving you letters anyway that you could use on your own behalf.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_06]: Right.

- 41:39[SPEAKER_06]: A multitude of things we talk about that.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_06]: Then once we repair it, we're then going into a building profile.
