In this History episode we focus on Dennis Rader — the church president, Cub Scout leader, and compliance officer who murdered 10 people in Wichita over 30 years while taunting police with letters, and who was finally caught in 2005 because he asked investigators if a floppy disk could be traced. They lied and said no.
He installed security systems in the homes of Wichita residents who were worried about crime. He had killed ten people. The floppy did him in.
