- 0:14Speaker 1: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 3: This station is.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 0:38Speaker 1: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:51Speaker 2: All right, we cannot wait to see President Trump's speech tonight,
- 0:58Speaker 2: all of you who watch his show. On a regular basis,
- 1:00Speaker 2: know that my favorite thing in life is going out
- 1:02Speaker 2: to eat in Las Vegas, the greatest restaurants in the world.
- 1:05Speaker 2: We go out every night. Staying home tonight to watch
- 1:08Speaker 2: Trump's speech. I'm eating Chinese and watching Trump's speech, one
- 1:10Speaker 2: of my favorite things. First night of Passover in the
- 1:14Speaker 2: Jewish religion, and I'm eating Chinese and watching Trump. Going
- 1:18Speaker 2: to be a very interesting evening. I think what you'll
- 1:21Speaker 2: hear from him, number one, is that the Iran war
- 1:23Speaker 2: isn't completely over yet, but it's certainly the end is
- 1:26Speaker 2: in sight, and it's winding down. It's almost over. And
- 1:29Speaker 2: he will declare victory. We won big. We hit like 9,000 targets.
- 1:33Speaker 2: We destroyed everything that mattered in their country. Few things
- 1:36Speaker 2: that are left, we hold over their head. Anytime we want,
- 1:39Speaker 2: we can destroy whatever's left. And they'll have no electricity.
- 1:41Speaker 2: And they'll be living in the dark ages. And number two,
- 1:45Speaker 2: that we're ready to leave NATO. Because NATO is made
- 1:48Speaker 2: up of mostly European countries that are completely overrun by Muslims,
- 1:53Speaker 2: radical Muslims who hate Jews. and hate Israel, and therefore
- 1:57Speaker 2: NATO stayed out of the war because they were scared
- 2:00Speaker 2: of their own populations in Europe overthrowing their governments and
- 2:04Speaker 2: killing all of them. That's what happened. That's the real truth.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I was going to write that commentary today, but then
- 2:09Speaker 2: Susie Lee, the congressman from my district, CD3 in Las Vegas,
- 2:14Speaker 2: hit the national news for being a nutjob who used
- 2:17Speaker 2: the F word four times in a tweet. against President Trump,
- 2:20Speaker 2: and so I wrote that column instead. I'll probably write
- 2:22Speaker 2: the NATO column if I have time tomorrow. But that's
- 2:26Speaker 2: the real reason. Nobody's talking about a very underrated, undercover
- 2:30Speaker 2: reason why NATO and all of Europe did not help
- 2:33Speaker 2: Trump in Iran, and they said, it's your war, screw you.
- 2:36Speaker 2: After Ukraine meant nothing to us, and we went to
- 2:39Speaker 2: bat for Ukraine because Europe said, we need you to
- 2:43Speaker 2: do it. We went to bat for him. I wasn't
- 2:45Speaker 2: for it. I wouldn't have gone to bat for him.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I would have told him to go screw themselves. The
- 2:49Speaker 2: United States of America has nothing to do with Ukraine.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Good luck to you guys. But I probably would have
- 2:53Speaker 2: sent them a few million dollars and some weapons because
- 2:56Speaker 2: I'm part of NATO, right? But now all bets are off.
- 3:00Speaker 2: They're part of NATO, and they told us to screw off.
- 3:03Speaker 2: This war is not their war. They want nothing to
- 3:05Speaker 2: do with Iran. France said, we want nothing to do
- 3:07Speaker 2: with Iran. Israel is no longer buying any weapons systems
- 3:11Speaker 2: from France. They said France hates Jews. Anti-Semitic, and I
- 3:15Speaker 2: agree with them. So here's, instead of writing that, which
- 3:18Speaker 2: I'll write tomorrow, the whole NATO is anti-Semitic. They hate Jews.
- 3:22Speaker 2: They hate America. They're always at our back when we
- 3:24Speaker 2: don't need them. And they're never at our back when
- 3:26Speaker 2: we need them. They always put up the white flag
- 3:28Speaker 2: in France and the rest of NATO. They don't give
- 3:31Speaker 2: a crap about America. But when they need us, oh,
- 3:34Speaker 2: then they're our best friends in the world. We don't
- 3:37Speaker 2: need to be friends of Europe anymore. Bunch of losers.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Their entire economy is going under. They're going to have
- 3:41Speaker 2: a total economic collapse soon. The entire Europe. That's why
- 3:44Speaker 2: they desperately want World War III and they want us
- 3:46Speaker 2: to be part of that too. They're dying to have
- 3:49Speaker 2: World War III against Russia because how do you get
- 3:50Speaker 2: out of a massive depression only through World War III?
- 3:56Speaker 2: Just like we got out of a massive depression with
- 3:57Speaker 2: World War II. Europe needs us. We don't need them.
- 4:02Speaker 2: So here's the column I wrote today instead because this
- 4:05Speaker 2: became a hot topic overnight. Democrat congresswoman who claims to
- 4:09Speaker 2: be nonpartisan goes on a deranged F-word rant against President
- 4:12Speaker 2: Trump And she happens to be my Las Vegas congresswoman.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Here is the insane story and the real story, you know,
- 4:19Speaker 2: from a Las Vegas who knows her. Remember when Arizona
- 4:23Speaker 2: Cardinals head coach Dennis Green went insane during a postgame
- 4:26Speaker 2: press conference and it became a major beer ad, right?
- 4:28Speaker 2: All over the country, they used the video in a
- 4:30Speaker 2: beer ad. He screamed about the team that just beat
- 4:32Speaker 2: his team, the Arizona Cardinals. He said, they were who
- 4:36Speaker 2: we thought they were. They were who we thought they were.
- 4:40Speaker 2: So in other words, we shouldn't have let them beat
- 4:42Speaker 2: us because we knew exactly who they were and what
- 4:44Speaker 2: they were about. We knew their strengths. So I've always
- 4:48Speaker 2: known the truth about Congresswoman Susie Lee. She's my Congresswoman
- 4:52Speaker 2: representing Nevada, Las Vegas, CD3. Susie Lee has been elected
- 4:58Speaker 2: and reelected time and time again by claiming to be
- 5:01Speaker 2: the most moderate and nonpartisan Democrat Congresswoman, always willing to
- 5:05Speaker 2: cross the aisle for the good of America. That's the
- 5:07Speaker 2: impression she gives off. This could be the most pathetic,
- 5:10Speaker 2: absurd lie in the history of politics. Sadly, most people
- 5:13Speaker 2: are clueless and naive, and they believe the lies they
- 5:15Speaker 2: see in political TV ads. That brings me to this morning.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Susie came out of the closet, Susie lost control, and
- 5:22Speaker 2: she showed who she truly is. Reminds me of Dennis Green.
- 5:25Speaker 2: She is who I always thought she was, right? I
- 5:28Speaker 2: always knew she was a crazed communist, an extreme radical
- 5:31Speaker 2: deranged Marxist loser with mental illness who votes with Democrats
- 5:35Speaker 2: 100% of the time. She has Trump derangement syndrome squared
- 5:38Speaker 2: to the 100th power. Like most Democrats, protected by the
- 5:43Speaker 2: liberal mainstream media, she's been able to hide it until now.
- 5:48Speaker 2: This is her tweet from this morning in response to
- 5:51Speaker 2: President Trump showing up in person for a Supreme Court
- 5:54Speaker 2: hearing on birthright citizenship. She went insane. She tweeted out,
- 5:59Speaker 2: so effing effed up, I will pray that they, they
- 6:04Speaker 2: being the Supreme Court, F him to his face. Sorry,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I say F a lot these days. This is a
- 6:13Speaker 2: woman and a sitting United States congressman. Do you remember
- 6:16Speaker 2: a time when women never used the F word? When
- 6:18Speaker 2: women didn't curse? That was a nice time. But now
- 6:22Speaker 2: she's a filthy, foul-mouthed, low-life loser in the United States
- 6:27Speaker 2: Congress representing my district. Can you believe it? CD3 in Nevada.
- 6:31Speaker 2: And when she uses the words F-ing and F-ed up,
- 6:35Speaker 2: And I pray they F him to his face. Sorry,
- 6:37Speaker 2: I say F a lot. She's using the real word,
- 6:40Speaker 2: the full F word, curse word. This from a sitting
- 6:45Speaker 2: United States Congresswoman, and she later deleted the tweet when
- 6:48Speaker 2: she realized that people think she's insane now. Yes, folks,
- 6:51Speaker 2: my congressman from Las Vegas, Nevada, CD3, is a deranged,
- 6:55Speaker 2: commie nutjob. But I knew the truth long before today.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Here's how I knew. All you have to do to
- 7:01Speaker 2: find out about any politician in America that's in the
- 7:03Speaker 2: House or the Senate, anyway, Right. They don't judge governors.
- 7:06Speaker 2: They don't judge mayors. But Senate and House, anyone in
- 7:09Speaker 2: the United States Congress, you just go to the Heritage
- 7:13Speaker 2: Foundation and their heritage scorecard. And it's got a rating
- 7:18Speaker 2: for every single U.S. senator and every single U.S. congressman, congressperson.
- 7:24Speaker 2: And they rate everyone based on how they vote each
- 7:27Speaker 2: year and each session and over the course of their
- 7:29Speaker 2: entire career on a scale of one to one hundred.
- 7:33Speaker 2: And a 100% rating means you're 100% conservative all the time.
- 7:37Speaker 2: And a 0% rating means you're 100% liberal. You're as
- 7:39Speaker 2: far left as a human being could be on the scale.
- 7:42Speaker 2: You're a communist, Marxist, socialist, human scum traitor to the
- 7:46Speaker 2: United States. If someone ranks in the single digits, they
- 7:51Speaker 2: are to the left of communist Bernie Sanders. Yes, Bernie Sanders,
- 7:56Speaker 2: even though he proudly calls himself a socialist, and really
- 7:58Speaker 2: when you see his views, he's a communist. His lifetime
- 8:01Speaker 2: heritage scorecard vote rating is 14%. 86% of the time,
- 8:06Speaker 2: he votes with Democrats. 14% of the time, he votes
- 8:08Speaker 2: with Republicans. My Congresswoman, Suzy Lee's scorecard rating in this
- 8:14Speaker 2: session of Congress, 2025-2026, is zero.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Zero.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Bernie's 14% lifetime, she's zero. And you go, well, maybe
- 8:24Speaker 2: it's an anomaly. What was Suzy's rating in the previous
- 8:27Speaker 2: session of Congress? 6%. More importantly, what is Susie Lee's
- 8:32Speaker 2: lifetime scorecard ranking? 2%. Lifetime in Congress, she votes 2%
- 8:38Speaker 2: with the Republicans. Now, communist Bernie Sanders is at 14%,
- 8:43Speaker 2: Susie Lee's at 2%. But let's compare Susie to the
- 8:46Speaker 2: worst radical extreme crazy communists of the U.S. House and Senate.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Ilhan Omar. Does it get any worse than Ilhan Omar?
- 8:55Speaker 2: She's a Muslim trader who should not be in the
- 8:56Speaker 2: United States. Her rating is 9% lifetime. Lifetime rating, 9%.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Susie Lee, my congresswoman, 2%. Rashida Tlaib's lifetime rating, and
- 9:06Speaker 2: she's the most horrible foul-mouthed person. She sat at the
- 9:09Speaker 2: State of the Union with a button that said F-ICE.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It spelled out F-U, you know what, ICE. Her rating
- 9:16Speaker 2: is 12%, also worse than Bernie Sanders. AOC's lifetime rating,
- 9:22Speaker 2: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is 13%, also less than Bernie's 14%. Maxine Waters.
- 9:30Speaker 2: This is like the Hall of Fame of communist losers
- 9:32Speaker 2: who should be kicked out of the United States. Maxine
- 9:34Speaker 2: Waters' lifetime rating, 9%, also worse than Bernie Sanders. Elizabeth Warren,
- 9:41Speaker 2: 11% worse than Bernie Sanders. Adam Schiff, lifetime rating, 8%
- 9:46Speaker 2: worse than Bernie Sanders. But all of them better than
- 9:48Speaker 2: Susie Lee. Oh my gosh. My congresswoman, Susie Lee, is
- 9:53Speaker 2: lower than all the worst rabble-rousing communists in the U.S.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Senate by a mile. This is a woman who advertises
- 10:00Speaker 2: in TV ads for years now how moderate and nonpartisan
- 10:02Speaker 2: she is, how willing she is to cross the aisle
- 10:06Speaker 2: to vote in the best interests of America. Her record
- 10:10Speaker 2: is 0% in this session and 2% lifetime. Let that
- 10:14Speaker 2: sink in. Susie Lee has perhaps the worst record in
- 10:17Speaker 2: the history of of American politics to the left of everyone.
- 10:21Speaker 2: She makes Bernie Sanders look like a MAGA conservative. She
- 10:25Speaker 2: makes Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and AOC look like they're pro-America.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Here's the great news. First, Suzy outed herself today. Now
- 10:33Speaker 2: everyone knows what she is, and hopefully she's killed her
- 10:37Speaker 2: chances of reelection in November. Second, there is a solution.
- 10:41Speaker 2: One of my great friends is running against Suzy Lee. Dr.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Jeff Gunter in CD3. Jeff's a doctor, a skin cancer surgeon,
- 10:49Speaker 2: a diplomat, a former U.S. ambassador under President Trump, and
- 10:53Speaker 2: a very successful businessman with skin cancer clinics across the
- 10:56Speaker 2: southwest United States. I think he's got 20 of them.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Jeff is 100% MAGA, America first, and always stands behind
- 11:03Speaker 2: President Trump. He invented the term build the wall and
- 11:06Speaker 2: deport them all. Jeff's one of the smartest guys I've
- 11:08Speaker 2: ever met, which is rare in a politician, and he's
- 11:11Speaker 2: also funny and entertaining. which is a lot like President Trump,
- 11:14Speaker 2: and that's quite a powerful combination for political success. Susie
- 11:20Speaker 2: Lee is no moderate or nonpartisan. I've known that for years.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Thank goodness now everyone knows. Let's all hope and pray. Dr.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Jeff Gunter beats Susie Lee in the race for Nevada
- 11:29Speaker 2: CD3 and removes a mentally ill, extreme, radical Marxist nutjob
- 11:34Speaker 2: from Congress forever. Not just any Congress, but my home
- 11:38Speaker 2: district in Las Vegas, Nevada, CD3, Nevada. Dr. Jeff Gunter
- 11:43Speaker 2: over Susie Lee. We'll be right back.

- 15:07Speaker 2: Wayne Allyn Root, we'll see what happens. It doesn't always
- 15:09Speaker 2: work out the way you expect it to happen, but
- 15:10Speaker 2: I expect a huge day with the stock market tomorrow.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Wall Street should explode if President Trump says the right
- 15:17Speaker 2: things tonight, that we're winding down the war, that it's
- 15:19Speaker 2: almost over, that it's almost complete, that the end is near,
- 15:22Speaker 2: that we can see the end, that Iran will open
- 15:25Speaker 2: up the Strait of Hormuz and we will get that
- 15:27Speaker 2: back while the oil moving again. If he can say
- 15:32Speaker 2: those things and we're going to leave NATO, I couldn't
- 15:34Speaker 2: care less about that. I hope we do leave NATO.
- 15:36Speaker 2: I couldn't care less about NATO. Maybe in the old
- 15:39Speaker 2: days we needed NATO. We don't need it now. But
- 15:42Speaker 2: if he says those things tonight, I think the stock
- 15:45Speaker 2: market will explode. It went up a lot yesterday, exploded yesterday.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Tuesday went up again today. Wednesday, gold went up both days.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And I expect another big day tomorrow. We'll see if
- 15:56Speaker 2: he says the right things. I think at the open,
- 15:58Speaker 2: it's going to be a monster open for Wall Street tomorrow.
- 16:01Speaker 2: And then Don't forget that I brought up already in
- 16:04Speaker 2: the first hour of this show some of the amazing
- 16:07Speaker 2: stats that have come in on the economy. U.S. manufacturing
- 16:11Speaker 2: activity accelerates to fastest pace since 2022. American factories expanded
- 16:16Speaker 2: activity at the fastest pace in four years, shrugging off
- 16:20Speaker 2: a war-driven surge in input costs that has dominated headlines
- 16:24Speaker 2: but failed to dent the sector's momentum. Another article says, Resilient. U.S.
- 16:31Speaker 2: manufacturing sector surges in the face of war, even though
- 16:34Speaker 2: prices went up. And then U.S. retail sales jumped the
- 16:40Speaker 2: most in eight months in February. So Bank of America's
- 16:45Speaker 2: analysts forecast a very strong month for retail sales in February.
- 16:49Speaker 2: The actual print was up plus 0.6%, better than the 0.5% consensus.
- 16:57Speaker 2: So we're doing well with sales. And then ADP employment
- 17:04Speaker 2: report shows better than expected job gains and accelerated wages.
- 17:10Speaker 2: We added 62,000 jobs in March. They expected 40,000. This
- 17:15Speaker 2: is the ninth straight month of job gains. And the
- 17:18Speaker 2: smallest employers drove job growth for a second month in
- 17:22Speaker 2: a row. And here's a Here's a headline that explains that.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Small business hiring boom pushes private payrolls up more than expected.
- 17:30Speaker 2: But at the same time as hiring went up, wages
- 17:33Speaker 2: went up. And then Trump oversaw record levels of domestic
- 17:36Speaker 2: energy production in 2025, including close to a billion barrels
- 17:43Speaker 2: of offshore oil. Last year saw a record of 714
- 17:49Speaker 2: million barrels of offshore oil produced according to a press release,
- 17:52Speaker 2: meaning oil from offshore drilling sites around the United States
- 17:56Speaker 2: and the waters around the United States. American energy leadership
- 18:00Speaker 2: is the cornerstone of our economic strength and national security.
- 18:02Speaker 2: I mean, look, this is just, it's liquid gold. That's
- 18:06Speaker 2: the best way to describe oil. Oil and coal and...
- 18:10Speaker 2: nuclear and fracking. That's what America's about. Liberals don't understand this.
- 18:17Speaker 2: They're crazy people. They are depressing people. They are suicide bombers.
- 18:23Speaker 2: You can't kill American energy production and then expect prices
- 18:27Speaker 2: won't go through the roof and life becomes miserable because
- 18:29Speaker 2: your gas prices and your oil prices and your home
- 18:32Speaker 2: heating oil and the natural gas to heat your stove,
- 18:35Speaker 2: make your food, it all goes through the roof. Under Trump,
- 18:39Speaker 2: don't worry about a short-term blip in gas because of Iran.
- 18:42Speaker 2: In the long term, over the next three years, gas
- 18:44Speaker 2: will go way down, and so will natural gas, and
- 18:47Speaker 2: so will the fuel you put in your car and
- 18:50Speaker 2: everything else. Tankers seized by the U.S. and by this summer,
- 18:56Speaker 2: late summer, early fall, I believe will win the midterms
- 18:59Speaker 2: because the economy will be great. In the end, it's
- 19:01Speaker 2: all anybody cares about. No one will even remember Epstein.
- 19:05Speaker 2: No one will remember Iran. No one will remember their
- 19:08Speaker 2: hate of Israel. In November, anyone's going to remember their pocketbook,
- 19:12Speaker 2: their bank account. The income that comes on their check
- 19:15Speaker 2: each week. Don't forget, everybody's getting a huge bump with
- 19:19Speaker 2: their tax refund this year, the highest in history. Tankers
- 19:22Speaker 2: seized by the U.S. carry 20 million barrels of Iranian
- 19:25Speaker 2: crude to China. Nine tankers seized by U.S. since began
- 19:29Speaker 2: taking action against Iran were transporting illicit oil and delivered
- 19:34Speaker 2: more than 20 million barrels of Iranian crude to China.
- 19:38Speaker 5: Wow.
- 19:39Speaker 2: So the United States is kicking ass all the way around.

- 20:03Speaker 2: and I'll be 65 in three months. And I know
- 20:08Speaker 2: why it happened, because the fat melted off of my face.
- 20:11Speaker 2: I'm almost 65 years old, and I look younger now
- 20:14Speaker 2: than I did at age 50. That's impossible. Nobody reverse

- 20:19Speaker 2: and 60s. Nobody reverse ages. Now you can be like Wayne.

- 22:02Speaker 2: standing by. We got one of the great lawyers in
- 22:04Speaker 2: the history of America and the world standing by. I
- 22:07Speaker 2: want to mention the sponsor of the show, Zcha Genesis Medicine.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Their CEO, Dan Montano, has been a guest on my
- 22:14Speaker 2: show many times to discuss his company's medicines to reverse
- 22:17Speaker 2: type 2 diabetes and reverse Parkinson's disease and reverse small
- 22:21Speaker 2: vessel heart disease, which could wind up killing 30% of
- 22:23Speaker 2: everybody watching or listening right now. Over 300 patients have
- 22:27Speaker 2: been dosed today. With their medicines during research studies. And
- 22:30Speaker 2: all patients. Do you hear what I'm saying? All patients
- 22:34Speaker 2: have shown great improvement. With no adverse events reported. Can
- 22:38Speaker 2: you imagine if Big Pharma. Had a track record like that.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I don't think there's any big pharma drug that could
- 22:42Speaker 2: say all patients show great improvement and no adverse events reported.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Eat your heart out, big pharma. I know many of
- 22:49Speaker 2: you either have it or you know someone who have
- 22:52Speaker 2: type 2 diabetes or Parkinson's or heart disease. So listen up.
- 22:56Speaker 2: You can participate in one of their upcoming free medical
- 23:00Speaker 2: research studies using their breakthrough medicines. Yes, I said free.
- 23:03Speaker 2: It doesn't cost you a dime. They created a website
- 23:06Speaker 2: just for my fans. Register now. At cure-war.com. That website
- 23:11Speaker 2: is just for my fans. They made up the name. Cure-war.com.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Cure as in C-U-R-E-war for Wayne Allyn Root. Cure-war.com. Wouldn't
- 23:22Speaker 2: it be great to make money in cured disease? Well,
- 23:24Speaker 2: you could do that too. If you're interested in learning
- 23:26Speaker 2: about their investment opportunities, go to cure-war.com. But either way,
- 23:32Speaker 2: Zcha Genesis Medicine. Great company. Very exciting future. All right.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Alan Dershowitz is with us, one of the greatest lawyers
- 23:40Speaker 2: in our history, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law School, bestselling author.
- 23:45Speaker 2: His new book is Could President Trump Constitutionally Serve a
- 23:49Speaker 2: Third Term? There he is. There's the book. Hey, Alan,
- 23:52Speaker 2: how are you?
- 23:53Speaker 3: I'm doing great.
- 23:54Speaker 7: And the answer is yes, he could constitutionally serve a
- 23:58Speaker 7: third term as long as he's not elected to it,
- 24:01Speaker 7: as long as he gets to the presidency via another route,
- 24:06Speaker 7: for example.
- 24:07Speaker 5: By being appointed vice president and then succeeding to the
- 24:10Speaker 5: presidency or by being appointed secretary of state or speaker
- 24:15Speaker 5: of the House.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Now, is it going to happen? Well, it depends who
- 24:19Speaker 3: the Democrats nominate. If the Democrats nominate.
- 24:22Speaker 5: A real radical at AOC or somebody like that, and
- 24:26Speaker 5: President Trump feels that America may be destroyed if a
- 24:31Speaker 5: Democrat is elected, and the polls show that he's the only.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Person who can defeat them, he's not going to pull
- 24:37Speaker 3: any stops.
- 24:38Speaker 5: You know, I presented him with a copy of the
- 24:40Speaker 5: book in the Oval Office last A couple of months ago,
- 24:43Speaker 5: and he was intrigued.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I'll bet.
- 24:47Speaker 5: Oh, if I can do this, et cetera, maybe it's
- 24:50Speaker 5: too cute.
- 24:51Speaker 3: But, you know, he has been planted.
- 24:56Speaker 2: So let me get this straight because I want to
- 24:58Speaker 2: figure out exactly what we're doing here. You say appointed
- 25:01Speaker 2: to the vice presidency and then he can rise up
- 25:03Speaker 2: to president. When you say appointed, what if J.D. Vance
- 25:05Speaker 2: ran as an example or Marco Rubio as the Republican
- 25:08Speaker 2: presidential candidate and the VP was Donald J. Trump and
- 25:12Speaker 2: then they got elected? He could be elected as VP
- 25:15Speaker 2: and then rise to the presidency or he could not
- 25:17Speaker 2: even be on a presidential ticket and get elected.
- 25:20Speaker 5: Probably can't be on a presidential ticket, but he could
- 25:24Speaker 5: be appointed president. Remember, Rockefeller was appointed vice president. Other presidents,
- 25:32Speaker 5: other vice presidents have been appointed under the Constitution and
- 25:36Speaker 5: the statutes. you can get appointed vice president.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Once you're appointed vice president, the 22nd Amendment doesn't operate. No,
- 25:44Speaker 3: the book has a very cute cartoon on the back cover.
- 25:48Speaker 5: It shows one of the founders, framers of the Constitution,
- 25:51Speaker 5: talking to another, saying, just for fun, let's make what
- 25:55Speaker 5: is and isn't constitutional kind of wishing-washing.
- 25:58Speaker 3: And that's— funny Second Amendment, they made it wishy-washy.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Somebody proposed while it was being debated, why don't we
- 26:06Speaker 5: just say he can't serve as president for a third term?
- 26:09Speaker 3: That would have solved the problem. No, they rejected that.
- 26:12Speaker 5: Why don't we say he can't act as president? No,
- 26:15Speaker 5: they rejected that. Why don't we say he can't be president? No,
- 26:20Speaker 5: they rejected that. They accepted only he can't be elected
- 26:24Speaker 5: to a third term, leaving open a loophole bigger than
- 26:29Speaker 5: the new ballroom in the White House.
- 26:32Speaker 3: He may be president as long as he's not elected.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Got it, got it, got it. All right, so very interesting.
- 26:39Speaker 2: That book is called, again, Could President Trump Constitutionally Serve
- 26:43Speaker 2: a Third Term by Alan Dershowitz? And you can't argue
- 26:45Speaker 2: with Alan because there's a lawyer who has a keen
- 26:48Speaker 2: mind and a keen eye, and he knows loopholes when
- 26:51Speaker 2: he sees them. So we'll see what happens.
- 26:54Speaker 5: You can't argue with me because I write the book
- 26:57Speaker 5: as if I'm teaching a seminar.
- 26:58Speaker 3: In constitutional law at Harvard.
- 27:00Speaker 5: And I present all the arguments and counterarguments so you
- 27:03Speaker 5: can argue with me.
- 27:04Speaker 3: The only problem is you can't buy this book in
- 27:07Speaker 3: your local bookstore.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Why?
- 27:08Speaker 5: Local bookstores do not sell books that are perceived as
- 27:12Speaker 5: favorable to Donald Trump. So you have to go online
- 27:15Speaker 5: and get it on Amazon. It's a relatively short book,
- 27:19Speaker 5: and it's relatively inexpensive. But you have to get it
- 27:22Speaker 5: online through Amazon or one of the other online services
- 27:25Speaker 5: because your bookstore is not— even if I were number one bestseller,
- 27:28Speaker 5: which I have been, they won't sell my books in
- 27:31Speaker 5: local bookstores.
- 27:32Speaker 3: The New York Times won't review my books. The day
- 27:35Speaker 3: I defended.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Donald Trump, I stopped reviewing my books, stopped quoting me,
- 27:40Speaker 5: stopped allowing me to review books. They canceled me completely
- 27:43Speaker 5: because they didn't like the fact that I, as a
- 27:46Speaker 5: civil libertarian, defended the president of the United States against
- 27:50Speaker 5: unconstitutional— impeachment charges.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Well, you know what I say to all that? Join
- 27:55Speaker 2: the club, Alan. I've written 17 books, and many of
- 27:58Speaker 2: them have been number one Amazon bestsellers. But the only
- 28:01Speaker 2: place I sell now is Amazon, and the New York
- 28:03Speaker 2: Times won't review them, and the New York Times won't
- 28:05Speaker 2: say anything about them. They won't put me on the list.
- 28:07Speaker 2: By the way, in 2013, I wrote The Ultimate Obama
- 28:11Speaker 2: Survival Guide, which is kind of a funny name, tongue-in-cheek.
- 28:14Speaker 2: And the week it came out It was the number
- 28:17Speaker 2: one hardcover book in the United States of America in bookstores.
- 28:21Speaker 2: And the New York Times did not put it on
- 28:23Speaker 2: their bestselling list. And my publisher said that's impossible.
- 28:26Speaker 3: We get together, create a new list. The non-New York Times.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Yes, I like it.
- 28:33Speaker 3: One is you. Number two is me.
- 28:35Speaker 5: And we'll get people to list books basically on the
- 28:39Speaker 5: basis of democracy, whether people read them or not, not
- 28:42Speaker 5: whether New York Times likes them.
- 28:44Speaker 2: There it is. There it is. There's yours. There's mine.
- 28:47Speaker 2: There's the number one bestsellers that are on the non-New
- 28:49Speaker 2: York Times bestsellers. Hey, I want to put this idea
- 28:52Speaker 2: in your mind real quick before we ask more questions.
- 28:55Speaker 2: You and I should do a national debate against Candace
- 28:59Speaker 2: Owens and Tucker Carlson. You know, we are both Jewish.
- 29:02Speaker 2: We are both pro-Israel. We're both pro-America. And I would
- 29:05Speaker 2: love to debate those two Jew haters who make me
- 29:08Speaker 2: sick to my stomach now. See, I'm willing to criticize
- 29:10Speaker 2: the right. Tucker Carlson is a disgusting human being. Candace
- 29:14Speaker 2: Owens is a disgusting human being. You and I could
- 29:17Speaker 2: thrash them in a debate. We should try and set
- 29:20Speaker 2: that up.
- 29:21Speaker 3: I completely agree. If you can set it up, I'm
- 29:23Speaker 3: all in. Look, I won't debate the Holocaust.
- 29:26Speaker 5: Once I was asked to debate the Holocaust occurred, I said, look,
- 29:29Speaker 5: I'll debate whether the Holocaust occurs if it's part of
- 29:32Speaker 5: a three-part debate.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Number one, Elvis Presley is still alive and well.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 29:37Speaker 3: There was no space landing. It was all faked. And
- 29:40Speaker 3: number three... Yeah, the Holocaust didn't occur.
- 29:43Speaker 5: So if you want to debate it as part of
- 29:44Speaker 5: that kind of fantasy, ridiculous thing.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, no Holocaust. No, I wouldn't debate the Holocaust. Of
- 29:49Speaker 2: course the Holocaust happened. There's no debate there. What I
- 29:51Speaker 2: want to debate is, you know, is Israel, does Israel
- 29:54Speaker 2: own President Trump? Is Iran Israel's war, not ours? Are
- 29:58Speaker 2: they manipulating us like puppets? Should Jews be really, are
- 30:02Speaker 2: Jews really the chosen people? That's the stupidest one. Should
- 30:05Speaker 2: Jews take DNA tests? All of these are so ridiculous
- 30:09Speaker 2: coming out of the mouth of Tucker Carlson. He's trying
- 30:10Speaker 2: to poison MAGA. He's trying to divide MAGA. He's trying
- 30:14Speaker 2: to divide Jews and Christians in a nation that we've
- 30:17Speaker 2: always been best friends. In America, Jews and Christians, it's disgusting.
- 30:21Speaker 5: The difference is the Republican Party has done a much
- 30:24Speaker 5: better job in marginalizing fascists on the right than the
- 30:29Speaker 5: Democratic Party has done in marginalizing the communists on the left.
- 30:34Speaker 5: These sort of demonstrations yesterday in New York where people
- 30:37Speaker 5: were wearing red costumes, holding up hammer and sickle communist
- 30:41Speaker 5: signs and saying, we are communists, we hate America, we
- 30:46Speaker 5: hate Israel. So I think, why am I no longer
- 30:51Speaker 5: a Democrat? Look, I don't agree with everything the Republicans say.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I understand that.
- 30:55Speaker 3: On abortion, I don't agree with them on all the
- 30:58Speaker 3: other things. But I just think.
- 31:00Speaker 5: They're doing a better job in preserving American values than
- 31:04Speaker 5: the Democrats are doing today.
- 31:06Speaker 2: And listen, do I need to say anything more than
- 31:07Speaker 2: two names? Zoran Mondami. I mean, how could that even
- 31:12Speaker 2: be possible, Alan, that he's the mayor of New York City,
- 31:15Speaker 2: which has the biggest Jewish population in the world outside
- 31:18Speaker 2: of Israel? How is that even possible?
- 31:20Speaker 3: Let me tell you, this is just between us, two Jews.
- 31:23Speaker 3: It's the Jews' fault. I'm going to say it right.
- 31:27Speaker 5: There are too many Jews who are self-hating and who
- 31:31Speaker 5: are putting first their desire to become liked by the left. Look,
- 31:35Speaker 5: people forget that thousands of Jews voted for Hitler in 1932.
- 31:39Speaker 5: They founded a party called the Jewish Nationalist Party. It
- 31:44Speaker 5: was a fascist party to support Hitler. They all got
- 31:47Speaker 5: killed in the Holocaust after they voted for Hitler.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Idiotic as anybody else.
- 31:53Speaker 2: And many of.
- 31:54Speaker 5: Them are hard left and put their allegiance to the
- 31:57Speaker 5: hard left before their love for America, before their love
- 32:01Speaker 5: for Israel, before their.
- 32:02Speaker 3: Love for their own heritage. We have to look inward.
- 32:05Speaker 5: I'm not only willing to debate the people you've mentioned,
- 32:09Speaker 5: I'm willing to debate the head of J Street who's Jewish.
- 32:12Speaker 5: I'm willing to debate other Jewish self-haters who are running
- 32:16Speaker 5: for office in New York.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Here's a good example. Any Jew who tells you they
- 32:21Speaker 2: love Barack Obama, you and I should debate because you
- 32:24Speaker 2: said it. Obama hates Jews. He hid it for a
- 32:27Speaker 2: long time. I know you supported him in the beginning,
- 32:29Speaker 2: but you boldly came out and said he hates Jews.
- 32:31Speaker 2: I saw the headline yesterday. And I always called it
- 32:34Speaker 2: because I was Obama's college classmate at Columbia University. And
- 32:37Speaker 2: I'm telling you, he hates America. Forget about Jews. He
- 32:41Speaker 2: hates Israel. He hates Jews. He hates America. Bad guy
- 32:44Speaker 2: for America. And he's the guy who I think manipulated
- 32:46Speaker 2: Biden into doing a lot of bad things. But do
- 32:48Speaker 2: you have time for one more segment? Can you stay
- 32:50Speaker 2: for another segment? Okay, so we got another segment with
- 32:53Speaker 2: Alan Dershowitz. I want to talk about today the birthright
- 32:56Speaker 2: citizenship argument in front of the United States Supreme Court.
- 32:59Speaker 2: So we'll be right back with Alan Dershowitz. That's a
- 33:02Speaker 2: big one. That's a really big one at today's Supreme Court.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I got to tell Alan what Susie Lee, my... United
- 33:07Speaker 2: States Congresswoman said today she's got Trump derangement syndrome. I'll
- 33:10Speaker 2: tell you when we get back. I'll leave you hanging.
- 33:12Speaker 2: We'll be right back. Wayne Allyn Root, RootForAmerica.com. You can
- 33:15Speaker 2: email me anytime, Wayne Root, at gmail.com. And Alan Dershowitz's
- 33:18Speaker 2: new book is Could President Trump Constitutionally Serve a Third Term?

- 36:33Speaker 2: We'll be right back. All right, back with Alan Dershowitz
- 36:51Speaker 2: in our last segment. Just a second, let me mention
- 36:53Speaker 2: the sponsor of this segment, Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 36:56Speaker 2: It took 40 years to piece together this 40,000-acre giant
- 37:00Speaker 2: gas discovery in Wyoming. Estimated to contain up to 6
- 37:04Speaker 2: trillion cubic feet of gas, making it one of the
- 37:07Speaker 2: largest natural gas discoveries. In the last 30 years in
- 37:09Speaker 2: the Rocky Mountain region, management forecast projecting the first 25
- 37:13Speaker 2: wells to produce 400 million cubic feet per day of
- 37:17Speaker 2: natural gas. And by 2035, targeted production of over a
- 37:20Speaker 2: billion cubic feet a day headed by oil and gas legend,
- 37:24Speaker 2: second generation legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered
- 37:28Speaker 2: spectacular returns for investors. At their peaks, Pinnacle Energy grew
- 37:33Speaker 2: about 100 to 1. Every dollar you put in, you
- 37:35Speaker 2: got back 100. Ultra Petroleum, every dollar you put in,
- 37:38Speaker 2: you got back 1,000. It soared from 15 cents to
- 37:41Speaker 2: $ 200 per share. A $ 10, 000 investment turned into $ 13 million

- 38:00Speaker 2: a wonderful project. Very exciting. All right. LawSoldier.com. Alan Dershowitz
- 38:06Speaker 2: is back with us. Part two of our interview. One
- 38:08Speaker 2: of the greatest lawyers in America's history. Professor emeritus at
- 38:11Speaker 2: Harvard Law School. Best-selling author. His newest book is Could
- 38:14Speaker 2: President Trump Constitutionally Serve a Third Term? By the way,
- 38:18Speaker 2: you look great. You look younger. You did something. You
- 38:20Speaker 2: got the fountain of youth going on.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Well, I'm losing a couple of pounds. I'm trying to
- 38:24Speaker 3: walk five miles a day.
- 38:26Speaker 5: I have a wonderful young wife, great kids, about to
- 38:31Speaker 5: celebrate Passover with my family.
- 38:34Speaker 3: So although, you know.
- 38:36Speaker 5: I've had tragedies in my life, and I'm trying to,
- 38:40Speaker 5: you know, at least continue to contribute.
- 38:45Speaker 3: As I get older.
- 38:47Speaker 5: And that's why today I watched the Supreme Court argument
- 38:50Speaker 5: against in the birthright case, and I was shocked to
- 38:55Speaker 5: see that both sides and all nine justices missed one
- 38:59Speaker 5: of the most important points.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Let's start with this.
- 39:02Speaker 5: Birthright citizenship is one of the dumbest things that anybody
- 39:07Speaker 5: ever invented. The idea that a woman traveling from Paris
- 39:11Speaker 5: to Shanghai, who's pregnant, and she's flying over America, and
- 39:17Speaker 5: she has labor pains, and they have to land the
- 39:18Speaker 5: plane in Chicago, She runs, gets to the hospital, has
- 39:22Speaker 5: the baby, is on the plane the next day. The
- 39:25Speaker 5: baby has never been in America before or since, according
- 39:28Speaker 5: to the interpretation. that probably will be accepted by the court,
- 39:35Speaker 5: that little baby.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Who has no connection to America is an American citizen.
- 39:39Speaker 3: That is ridiculous.
- 39:41Speaker 5: Congress should have the power to decide Who is subject.
- 39:47Speaker 3: To the jurisdiction of the United States?
- 39:48Speaker 5: After all, the 14th Amendment doesn't say everybody born in
- 39:51Speaker 5: the United States is a citizen. It says all persons
- 39:54Speaker 5: born or naturalized in the United States and subject to
- 39:57Speaker 5: the jurisdiction thereof. This little baby shouldn't be subject to
- 40:01Speaker 5: the jurisdiction thereof. So Congress, who also has a role
- 40:05Speaker 5: in the 14th Amendment, the 14th Amendment, said Congress has
- 40:08Speaker 5: the ability to really enforce this law. They have the
- 40:12Speaker 5: right to say no. Babies born in this country, some
- 40:15Speaker 5: of them are going to be citizens. If they live
- 40:17Speaker 5: in the country, if they abide by the law, if
- 40:20Speaker 5: they are educated here, OK, that's one thing. But if
- 40:23Speaker 5: they're just passing through, if they're part of what China
- 40:26Speaker 5: is doing now.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Birth tourism.
- 40:28Speaker 5: Want to be an American citizen? Send your pregnant wife
- 40:31Speaker 5: to America. Pay us $ 20. She'll be born in America.
- 40:35Speaker 5: She'll get an American passport, and that'll be great. All right, so.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Look, Alan, you're giving me really great, obvious examples of
- 40:44Speaker 2: who should not be a citizen. What about this one?
- 40:46Speaker 2: This one's more complicated, but you know where I stand
- 40:49Speaker 2: on it. I'm a big... conservative, and I can't stand
- 40:51Speaker 2: our nation's been overrun by illegal aliens. I love immigrants,
- 40:55Speaker 2: real legal immigrants, but if you come here illegally, if
- 40:57Speaker 2: you break the law, you break into our country, and
- 41:00Speaker 2: you immediately have a baby, why should that be an
- 41:03Speaker 2: American citizen just because you're on American soil?
- 41:06Speaker 3: No, it shouldn't. Just having a baby in America shouldn't
- 41:09Speaker 3: give you citizenship.
- 41:10Speaker 5: If, on the other hand, you've lived here 20 years,
- 41:14Speaker 5: been a good citizen, have gone to school, have a job,
- 41:18Speaker 5: and your parents happen to be illegal, I think Congress
- 41:22Speaker 5: could make the decision to say you're subject to the
- 41:25Speaker 5: jurisdiction of the United States and make you a citizen.
- 41:28Speaker 5: Or they might be able to say, no, you're not
- 41:31Speaker 5: subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. That should
- 41:34Speaker 5: be up to Congress. It should not be up to
- 41:36Speaker 5: the Supreme.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Court of the United States.
- 41:38Speaker 5: So my prediction, the Supreme Court of the United States
- 41:40Speaker 5: will strike down President Trump's executive order because they're going
- 41:44Speaker 5: to say.
- 41:45Speaker 3: The president doesn't have the authority to.
- 41:47Speaker 5: Determine who is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
- 41:51Speaker 3: But Congress does. And so they're going to send the
- 41:55Speaker 3: matter back to Congress.
- 41:56Speaker 5: And the question now is, will Congress have the courage
- 42:00Speaker 5: to pass a reasonable statute that does what King Solomon
- 42:03Speaker 5: did with the baby, divide the babies in half, say
- 42:06Speaker 5: some of them, yes, are citizens, others are not?
- 42:09Speaker 3: That's up to Congress.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Typical businessman. I'm a compromiser. I love to compromise. To me,
- 42:14Speaker 2: the compromise is obvious. From this point forward, no baby
- 42:18Speaker 2: will ever be an American citizen if you come here illegally.
- 42:21Speaker 2: But the ones who are already here, you can let
- 42:23Speaker 2: them stay. That would be the compromise. End birthright citizenship.
- 42:26Speaker 2: None in the future. And only the ones who are
- 42:28Speaker 2: here that have been here for X amount of time.
- 42:30Speaker 2: You can't just send them back to Guatemala. They've never
- 42:32Speaker 2: been there in their lives. There's a compromise. That's a
- 42:34Speaker 2: fair compromise, right?
- 42:36Speaker 5: No, and that's... Your businessmen need to compromise. Judges shouldn't
- 42:40Speaker 5: do compromises. Legislatures do compromise.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Got it.
- 42:45Speaker 5: U.S.
- 42:45Speaker 4: Congress.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Got it.
- 42:46Speaker 3: But the difference in.
- 42:47Speaker 5: The way that a businessman does, the way that President
- 42:51Speaker 5: Trump does.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Hey, Alan, we got to run. They're giving me a
- 42:53Speaker 2: 10 count in my ear. The show's over for the night.
