- 0:34Speaker 5: This is Wayne Allen Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:37Speaker 5: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:41Speaker 5: the world.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:53Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth.
- 0:57Speaker 6: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:19Speaker 1: All right. Wayne on the Root. The Root, the Root,
- 1:22Speaker 1: the Root's on fire. So much going on, I can't
- 1:23Speaker 1: keep up with it. Remember, we used to start the
- 1:26Speaker 1: show at 06, six minutes after the hour. And then
- 1:29Speaker 1: the music came on. It was really 07. And I
- 1:33Speaker 1: had seven minutes to get my act together. Now, I'm
- 1:35Speaker 1: just always ready at the dot when the music starts,
- 1:37Speaker 1: and there's no time to get my act together. I've
- 1:40Speaker 1: spent the entire morning either writing a commentary or out
- 1:42Speaker 1: running errands or out at meetings or out dealing with
- 1:45Speaker 1: issues involving my businesses. and downloading stories and then boom
- 1:50Speaker 1: it's time to go so i liked it better we
- 1:53Speaker 1: started at 06 past the hour it gave me that
- 1:55Speaker 1: six minute cushion to get ready i'm exhausted all right
- 1:59Speaker 1: i'm exhausted the show hasn't started yet uh the big
- 2:02Speaker 1: news today is of course the iran deal we found
- 2:04Speaker 1: out over the weekend there was an iran deal and
- 2:07Speaker 1: uh people said i've heard this before so on my
- 2:10Speaker 1: top 10 show I actually included it at number, I
- 2:13Speaker 1: think it was number nine. I had something on number
- 2:16Speaker 1: 10 that had to do with the opening commentary. So
- 2:20Speaker 1: it was my number nine story. And I said, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 1: this would obviously be number one, not just on my
- 2:25Speaker 1: top 10 show, but number one in America, number one
- 2:27Speaker 1: in the world, and number one for the economy, if
- 2:30Speaker 1: it's true. But we've heard this a million times before.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Iran is agreed to a deal and they haven't agreed
- 2:36Speaker 1: to a deal. They go back on their word. They're liars.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Their nose is like Pinocchio. You can't trust them. What
- 2:42Speaker 1: did Reagan say? Trust but verify. But with these guys,
- 2:45Speaker 1: I think it's don't trust and bomb them until they're dead.
- 2:48Speaker 1: And so when Trump said there was a deal, I
- 2:50Speaker 1: just couldn't believe there was a deal. So I said
- 2:52Speaker 1: on the show. If there's a deal, it's the number
- 2:54Speaker 1: one story in the world. If there's a deal, the
- 2:56Speaker 1: stock market flies up on Monday and gold flies up
- 2:59Speaker 1: on Monday and crypto flies up on Monday and oil
- 3:02Speaker 1: goes way down on Monday. And all of that happened
- 3:05Speaker 1: this morning. If there's a real deal, well, there's a
- 3:07Speaker 1: real deal just in. Moments ago, Trump, Vance, and Speaker
- 3:10Speaker 1: of the Iranian Parliament have officially signed the peace memo. But,
- 3:15Speaker 1: you know, again, it's not a peace deal. It's a memo.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It's a memo of understanding. It's not a contract. But
- 3:22Speaker 1: I knew it was different this weekend when, you know,
- 3:26Speaker 1: who was overseeing negotiations? Pakistan. And the leaders of Pakistan
- 3:29Speaker 1: said there is an agreement. All sides have agreed. And
- 3:33Speaker 1: now Trump and Vance and the Speaker of Iranian Parliament
- 3:36Speaker 1: have signed the peace memo, which means something. And the
- 3:41Speaker 1: market flew today. Let's actually see. I didn't see the
- 3:42Speaker 1: final numbers. Final numbers just finished up literally a few
- 3:46Speaker 1: minutes ago. So it was a big day on Wall Street.
- 3:50Speaker 1: So let's see. The Dow jumped 500 points and gold
- 3:53Speaker 1: jumped $ 101 an ounce. Wow. And crypto jumped $ 2, 800 to $ 66, 000,
- 4:03Speaker 1: the highest it's been in probably a month. So it
- 4:09Speaker 1: was a big day. And oil went way down to
- 4:14Speaker 1: about $ 80 a barrel. And I remember telling everybody on
- 4:17Speaker 1: this show months ago, probably in like April, maybe in
- 4:21Speaker 1: late March, I said, you know, everyone is hysterical about
- 4:24Speaker 1: the price of gas. It's a temporary blip. How do
- 4:27Speaker 1: I know it's a temporary blip?
- 4:28Speaker 2: Because.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Oil futures on Wall Street at the time, in early April,
- 4:34Speaker 1: oil futures were already at, for November now, the November futures,
- 4:38Speaker 1: $ 66 a barrel. So I said, how could this war
- 4:41Speaker 1: be real and last a long time if oil's already
- 4:44Speaker 1: projected to be $ 66 a barrel in November? And if
- 4:47Speaker 1: it's 80 today at the first hint of a deal,
- 4:49Speaker 1: it's gonna be 66 before you know it. And gas
- 4:52Speaker 1: at the pump's gonna be way down. So Trump and
- 4:54Speaker 1: Vance and the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament have officially
- 4:57Speaker 1: signed the peace memo. Trump shares details of the signed
- 5:01Speaker 1: agreement with Iran, says the text of the memo to
- 5:03Speaker 1: be released soon. Officials say the deal will be released
- 5:06Speaker 1: in the next 24 to 48 hours. He discussed details
- 5:10Speaker 1: of his memorandum of understanding with Iran during his meeting
- 5:13Speaker 1: with French President Emmanuel Macron. He's there for the G7.
- 5:17Speaker 1: The main thing is that Iran will not have a
- 5:19Speaker 1: nuclear weapon, Trump said, claiming they fully agree. Trump and J.D.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Vance have already signed the American side of the deal.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And Iran Speaker of the Parliament has signed on the
- 5:29Speaker 1: Iranian side. The official signing ceremony is set to take
- 5:32Speaker 1: place on Friday in Switzerland. Trump himself confirmed the deal
- 5:37Speaker 1: is all signed. The strait is already partially opened. I
- 5:42Speaker 1: think a lot of great things are going to happen
- 5:44Speaker 1: in the Middle East right now. Noting the plummeting price
- 5:47Speaker 1: of oil and the stock market. shooting up like a
- 5:49Speaker 1: rocket today. I hate to sound like Trump, but I
- 5:51Speaker 1: predicted the market would fly. And it's a good thing
- 5:53Speaker 1: when the market flies. I own stocks. I want it
- 5:56Speaker 1: to fly. I own gold. I want it to fly.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I own Bitcoin. I want it to fly. So these
- 6:00Speaker 1: are all good things. But can you trust the Iranians?
- 6:03Speaker 1: The answer is no, a definitive no, an absolute no.
- 6:06Speaker 1: But he said probably soon, sometime after Friday, he expects
- 6:10Speaker 1: the full text, the understanding to be released. I want
- 6:13Speaker 1: it to be released because it's a powerful document. It's
- 6:16Speaker 1: not like the Obama document, which was just a terrible document.
- 6:19Speaker 1: This is a powerful document, and I want it to
- 6:21Speaker 1: be released. But some have criticized the president's peace efforts,
- 6:26Speaker 1: including Fox News host Mark Levin, dubious about the deal.
- 6:33Speaker 1: So some are against it. Some are unhappy with it.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Some are questioning it. I never accept anything at face value.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I always question, but I do trust Trump. I've said before, personally,
- 6:43Speaker 1: I didn't understand what was going on. Trump kept stalling
- 6:45Speaker 1: and stalling and stalling, bombing them, and I thought he
- 6:47Speaker 1: should bomb them sooner. But I said, he knows more
- 6:50Speaker 1: than I do. I defer to Trump, and I got
- 6:51Speaker 1: to go with him. And a senior U.S. official rejects
- 6:56Speaker 1: Iranian regime spin. There's no $ 12 billion in frozen funds
- 7:01Speaker 1: for Tehran before the deal. He says this is a
- 7:04Speaker 1: pay-for-performance deal. In other words, here are the 12 things
- 7:08Speaker 1: you got to do, Iran. And if you do 11
- 7:10Speaker 1: of them, you get paid this much. If you do
- 7:11Speaker 1: all 12, you get paid this much. And if you
- 7:14Speaker 1: don't do any of them, you don't get paid. It's
- 7:17Speaker 1: kind of like my life. All my shows, everything's paid
- 7:21Speaker 1: for performance. And I'm a great performer, so I get paid.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Trump trashes Obama on the world stage at the G7.
- 7:29Speaker 1: He's in France, met with the French president, as I said,
- 7:31Speaker 1: Emmanuel Macron, to discuss the Iran peace deal and a
- 7:34Speaker 1: potential Ukraine-Russia peace deal. You want to see the market
- 7:37Speaker 1: fly up? Wait till you hear a second peace deal
- 7:40Speaker 1: with Ukraine and Russia. He trashed Obama on the world
- 7:43Speaker 1: stage over his 2015 Iran nuke deal. Obama gave Iran
- 7:48Speaker 1: nearly $ 2 billion in cash in addition to billions spent
- 7:51Speaker 1: and still failed to stop their nuclear program. Trump said $ 1. 7
- 7:57Speaker 1: billion taken out of banks, given to Iran, and on
- 7:59Speaker 1: top of that, tens of billions were spent. So they
- 8:01Speaker 1: tried to bribe them to make a deal that didn't work,
- 8:03Speaker 1: and it never worked. And we've done a great job,
- 8:06Speaker 1: and hopefully it's going to be a good relationship, and
- 8:08Speaker 1: we're going to get along. And if we don't, we'll
- 8:10Speaker 1: go back to where we started. I don't know yet
- 8:13Speaker 1: if it's going to be necessary. The Iran deal we
- 8:16Speaker 1: made is going to bring a lot of success in
- 8:18Speaker 1: the world because oil was really clogging up there for
- 8:21Speaker 1: a while. And, of course, Obama over the weekend said
- 8:24Speaker 1: terrible things about the deal and said basically it's the
- 8:26Speaker 1: same deal that I cut that I complained about 24
- 8:29Speaker 1: hours a day. And Trump and his people were saying
- 8:32Speaker 1: not true, completely not true. This is pay for play.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Obama says, we give you all the money in the world.
- 8:37Speaker 1: We hope you'll be nice boys. And Trump says, you'll
- 8:39Speaker 1: get the money if you do the right thing. Big
- 8:43Speaker 1: difference in those two. U.S. gas prices slipped below politically
- 8:46Speaker 1: sensitive $ 4 level for the first time in months. So
- 8:49Speaker 1: right off the bat, good news on the gas front.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Good news in California. California Governor Gavin Newsom fumes as
- 8:56Speaker 1: he announces he's under federal investigation. Good news. Screw you.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Destroy his life, scumbag. You know, this is how it works.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I want to explain exactly how it works in politics today.
- 9:09Speaker 1: First of all, Democrats go after Trump for something he
- 9:13Speaker 1: did not do. It's a fake, fake persecution, not prosecution.
- 9:19Speaker 1: They persecute Trump. All the charges are fake. And they
- 9:23Speaker 1: try and destroy him and put him in jail for
- 9:25Speaker 1: life and cost him billions of dollars in losses and
- 9:29Speaker 1: legal fees. And then when Trump becomes president, he goes
- 9:33Speaker 1: after the people that really did commit crimes and they
- 9:36Speaker 1: complain and say, see, he's Hitler. See, he's a dictator. See,
- 9:39Speaker 1: he's Stalin. See, he's a bad guy. And this is
- 9:43Speaker 1: a political persecution. But see, Newsom steals elections in California.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And Newsom and company and all his communist comrades steal
- 9:53Speaker 1: all the money that's given to California. It's been stolen,
- 9:55Speaker 1: in my opinion. All of it's gone. It's been stolen.
- 9:57Speaker 1: It's been handed out to stooges. handed out to Democrat donors,
- 10:02Speaker 1: handed out to illegal aliens, handed out to Muslims. All
- 10:06Speaker 1: the money's gone. So he's fuming that he's under investigation.
- 10:09Speaker 1: He's acting like, see, it's a political witch hunt. Trump's
- 10:13Speaker 1: was a witch hunt. Yours is a deserved investigation followed by,
- 10:18Speaker 1: I hope, a deserved indictment. And you really should go
- 10:22Speaker 1: to jail. You Democrats are such creeps. You should go
- 10:26Speaker 1: to jail. So the Newsom's have been subpoenaed for records,
- 10:32Speaker 1: according to the governor. Newsom said federal agents have contacted
- 10:35Speaker 1: people and organizations close to him and his wife. Newsom's
- 10:40Speaker 1: former chief of staff was indicted on federal wire fraud
- 10:43Speaker 1: charges last year. According to Semaphore, there are several investigations
- 10:49Speaker 1: related to Newsom, and they all are focused on Jennifer
- 10:52Speaker 1: Newsom's taxes and his chief of staff. The investigation did
- 10:57Speaker 1: not originate from the main Department of Justice in D.C.,
- 11:01Speaker 1: but are out of Sacramento and involve whistleblowers. So that's good.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Good news makes me feel good. I'd really love to
- 11:08Speaker 1: see Soros put in jail, but I'd love to see
- 11:12Speaker 1: Newsom put in jail and Soros put in jail and
- 11:14Speaker 1: Obama put in jail and Clapper and Brennan and all
- 11:18Speaker 1: of these creeps. FBI raids Soros-backed voter groups' headquarters in
- 11:23Speaker 1: a reported fraud probe. The Ohio Organizing Collaborative received over
- 11:28Speaker 1: $ 10 million in revenue in 2024 from top Democrat-aligned donors.
- 11:34Speaker 1: So we're looking into all this stuff that we're looking
- 11:36Speaker 1: under the hoods of all these criminal organizations or I
- 11:41Speaker 1: should say alleged criminal organizations that were not involved in nonprofit, nonprofit,
- 11:46Speaker 1: the biggest scam in the world. I know I must
- 11:49Speaker 1: have some friends out there involved in nonprofits, but I'm
- 11:51Speaker 1: telling you, for the most part, the word nonprofit is
- 11:53Speaker 1: one big giant scam. You know what non-profit means? It
- 11:57Speaker 1: means you give me a million dollars and there will
- 12:00Speaker 1: be no profits at the end of the year because
- 12:01Speaker 1: I will steal the whole million. That's what it means.
- 12:04Speaker 1: I'll pay myself a million dollar salary or I'll give
- 12:06Speaker 1: myself $ 500, 000 and my wife $ 300, 000 and my two best
- 12:09Speaker 1: friends $ 100, 000 each. And that's the million and there'll be
- 12:11Speaker 1: no profit at the end of the year. We don't
- 12:12Speaker 1: make a profit. Of course we don't. You steal all
- 12:14Speaker 1: the money. And this is how the Democrats live and survive.
- 12:18Speaker 1: It's how they win elections. Federal investigators rated a Soros-funded
- 12:22Speaker 1: voter mobilization group Thursday.
- 12:24Speaker 2: As.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Part of a reported ongoing fraud investigation, it was the
- 12:27Speaker 1: headquarters of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, and FBI agents deployed
- 12:33Speaker 1: across the state of Ohio to question members of the organization,
- 12:37Speaker 1: sometimes bearing subpoenas or demanding to seize electronic devices. A
- 12:42Speaker 1: day later, multiple sources familiar with the events told CBS
- 12:45Speaker 1: News the operations were part of a fraud-related investigation. This
- 12:50Speaker 1: raid marks the latest flashpoint And the Trump administration's expanded
- 12:55Speaker 1: use of federal law enforcement to scrutinize alleged voter fraud
- 12:58Speaker 1: and election related misconduct. A push cheered by conservatives like
- 13:03Speaker 1: Wayne Rudich, it's a who have long argued such case
- 13:06Speaker 1: run under enforced and is condemned by Democrats and voting
- 13:09Speaker 1: rights groups who say the effort risk turning the FBI
- 13:12Speaker 1: into a political weapon against liberal voter registration operations. Yeah, OK.
- 13:17Speaker 1: The O. O. C. This is the Ohio Organizing Collaborative.
- 13:21Speaker 1: It's a non-profit organization, of course it is, that works
- 13:25Speaker 1: closely with the Democrat Party in voter mobilization and registration efforts.
- 13:29Speaker 1: You know exactly what it is. It's a scam. Again,
- 13:33Speaker 1: this is an opinion show. It's my opinion. It's just
- 13:35Speaker 1: another Democrat scam. They're all thieves, and they're stealing the money,
- 13:39Speaker 1: and they're stealing and rigging elections.
- 13:40Speaker 6: Or not.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Or I should say rigging and stealing elections, in that order.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You have to rig it to steal it. Let me find,
- 13:49Speaker 1: there's another article out here, if I could find it.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Where is that article? Where is that article? I feel
- 13:55Speaker 1: like I'm President Trump. Where is Wayne Root? Where is
- 13:57Speaker 1: Wayne Root? Because there's an article about Spencer Pratt, and
- 14:02Speaker 1: he's going after the Democrats, and I wanted to find it.
- 14:06Speaker 1: It's right at the end, Pitar's telling me. So, I
- 14:10Speaker 1: don't know where it is. I can't find it. No,
- 14:12Speaker 1: it's not at the end. Not true. Not there. So,
- 14:16Speaker 1: I don't know, it's in here somewhere, but I can
- 14:18Speaker 1: tell you by memory, Spencer Pratt put out a video
- 14:20Speaker 1: over the weekend, it's his concession speech, and it sounds
- 14:23Speaker 1: like Wayne Root wrote it, it sounds like I would
- 14:25Speaker 1: have delivered it, it's my concession speech. It's like, screw you,
- 14:28Speaker 1: screw you, F you, here's my finger in the air,
- 14:31Speaker 1: my middle finger to you, and I'll tell you what,
- 14:33Speaker 1: I'm putting you in prison. So don't be too happy
- 14:36Speaker 1: because whoever wins in November, I'm sending to prison. That's
- 14:38Speaker 1: what he said in his concession speech. He said he
- 14:40Speaker 1: has copies of phone calls to one of the two
- 14:44Speaker 1: who are left, Karen Bass and that ramen lady. The
- 14:48Speaker 1: only reason I remember her name is because she's like
- 14:49Speaker 1: the noodles in Chinese food, ramen. She's a noodle, all right,
- 14:54Speaker 1: a communist noodle. And so I remember that. So it's
- 14:58Speaker 1: Rahman and, of course, Karen Bass, the mayor of L.A.,
- 15:03Speaker 1: who burned the city down and went to Africa to party.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And probably was in an orgy in Africa. That's probably
- 15:08Speaker 1: why she went. She probably went to an orgy in Africa.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Some African guy was being sworn in as president. He's
- 15:13Speaker 1: probably banging her. I'm sure that's what was going on. So,
- 15:17Speaker 1: but again, I have no inside information, just an opinion show.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Karen Bass is probably exactly like that black judge. You
- 15:23Speaker 1: know that black judge they just arrested because she was
- 15:26Speaker 1: banging the police chief in her courtroom, screaming in loud orgasms.
- 15:31Speaker 1: They said she screamed so loud the entire courtroom was
- 15:33Speaker 1: hearing it. These Democrats are sick people, man. It all
- 15:37Speaker 1: ties in with New York City. Gonorrhea rates are soaring
- 15:40Speaker 1: in New York City. And Mondami rushes to hand out
- 15:43Speaker 1: free chocolate condoms to the citizens of the Big Apple.
- 15:47Speaker 1: You know, if you've ever, the only word I could
- 15:48Speaker 1: think of is yuck, yuck, yuck. I want to vomit.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Gonorrhea rates soaring in New York City. Gonorrhea, how come
- 15:56Speaker 1: I don't know anyone who's ever had gonorrhea? Because it's
- 15:58Speaker 1: all the illegal aliens and all the Muslims and all
- 16:01Speaker 1: the communists, and they're all doing disgusting things to each other.
- 16:06Speaker 1: You know, how about normal sex? Nobody has normal sex
- 16:08Speaker 1: in the Democrat Party. You know why? You know why
- 16:10Speaker 1: Waiter has normal sex? Because I've only had sex in
- 16:13Speaker 1: my life with gorgeous women. Right? When you're doing it
- 16:16Speaker 1: with ugly women, you do really wild things. So these
- 16:18Speaker 1: people are getting gonorrhea because God knows what they're screwing,
- 16:21Speaker 1: which hole they're putting it in. I have no idea. Disgusting. Gonorrhea.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Who's ever had gonorrhea on our side? You know any
- 16:27Speaker 1: Republicans who've ever had gonorrhea? I sure haven't. Never heard
- 16:29Speaker 1: of such a thing. The whole New York City is
- 16:31Speaker 1: filled with gonorrhea. Ugh. Don't stay in New York City.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I don't want to be in their hotel rooms. I
- 16:37Speaker 1: don't want to be on their bedsheets. Disgusting. And that,
- 16:40Speaker 1: you know, that ties into the next story. Apollo, which
- 16:43Speaker 1: is Apollo Global Management, which is like, you know, just
- 16:47Speaker 1: about a trillion dollar firm, one of the biggest firms
- 16:49Speaker 1: on Wall Street, snubs Mandami and picks Texas as the
- 16:53Speaker 1: hotspot for their second U.S. headquarters. So they could have opened,
- 16:56Speaker 1: and they were looking to open another headquarters in New
- 17:05Speaker 1: Don't play the music yet, because I'm going to actually
- 17:09Speaker 1: rant for a second, then I'm going to do the
- 17:11Speaker 1: sponsor of this segment. So we can do whatever we
- 17:13Speaker 1: want nowadays. You know, it's our podcast. So we don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: have to go out on any set time. So Apollo
- 17:19Speaker 1: is a company almost worth a trillion, I told you.
- 17:21Speaker 1: $ 800 billion is under management. Crazy, you know? I've never
- 17:25Speaker 1: dealt with numbers like that, only because I've never worked
- 17:28Speaker 1: for a big company. In my whole life, I've never
- 17:29Speaker 1: worked for a big company. I work for myself. So
- 17:32Speaker 1: I deal with millions, not billions of people. or trillions,
- 17:36Speaker 1: but I'm a small businessman. And Apollo creates a lot
- 17:40Speaker 1: of jobs and pays a lot of taxes. Last year,
- 17:42Speaker 1: they paid a billion dollars in taxes to the city
- 17:45Speaker 1: of New York. So that billion is going to be
- 17:47Speaker 1: gone now because they're going to be in Austin, Texas.
- 17:49Speaker 1: How stupid is Mandami? How stupid is New York? How
- 17:52Speaker 1: stupid is the Democrat Party? How stupid are the policies?
- 17:55Speaker 1: How ignorant are the policies of the Democrat Party? So
- 17:57Speaker 1: what I wanted to rant about is it's just a
- 18:00Speaker 1: sign of everyone leaving. Everyone is leaving New York City
- 18:04Speaker 1: and Los Angeles and Chicago. And who are the mayors
- 18:06Speaker 1: of those towns? Minority, minority, minority. What am I trying
- 18:09Speaker 1: to say? D-E-I. Not one of them could manage a
- 18:14Speaker 1: Dairy Queen with three employees. And they're running billion-dollar budgets
- 18:18Speaker 1: in major cities. The three biggest cities in America, I guess, right? L.A.,
- 18:22Speaker 1: New York, and Chicago. I think they're still the three biggest.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Maybe Dallas is now bigger. Maybe Houston is now bigger.
- 18:27Speaker 1: But their top five gigantic cities being run by morons
- 18:32Speaker 1: who got in because of DEI. You know, the people
- 18:34Speaker 1: in the city are all minority. They vote for a minority.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Doesn't mean the minority's qualified. Matter of fact, they're almost
- 18:39Speaker 1: always non-qualified, the people they elect, because they're communists, and
- 18:43Speaker 1: communists aren't qualified to run anything. Has nothing to do
- 18:45Speaker 1: with the color of their skin. They're just communists. But
- 18:47Speaker 1: they got elected because of the color of their skin.
- 18:50Speaker 1: New York, L.A., and Chicago are all three a disastrous
- 18:53Speaker 1: mess that look like Hiroshima after World War II in
- 18:57Speaker 1: certain places in those cities. And the only difference between
- 18:59Speaker 1: them and Hiroshima is Hiroshima eventually rebuilt and recovered. These
- 19:03Speaker 1: cities are gone. They're finished. It's like a movie, Revenge
- 19:06Speaker 1: of the Zombies. There's zombies walking around with sores on
- 19:09Speaker 1: their arms because they've been injecting themselves with these horrible drugs.
- 19:14Speaker 1: And they're rotting from the inside out. And these are
- 19:17Speaker 1: the people that vote. And they do. You don't think
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm kidding? The drug addicts, the homeless, illegals who don't
- 19:22Speaker 1: belong in America, they all vote. They're all allowed to
- 19:24Speaker 1: vote in these cities. Democrat Party recruits them. Scary. All right,
- 19:29Speaker 1: sponsor of this segment is Freedom Fest, the World's Fair
- 19:32Speaker 1: of Liberty coming up fast, right? In about less than

- 20:53Speaker 1: code WAR. We'll be right back. All right, Wayne Allyn Root,
- 21:04Speaker 1: I am joined by Gordon Bond. What an honor. Owner
- 21:08Speaker 1: of Bond Arms, one of the great gun manufacturers, all
- 21:11Speaker 1: made in the USA, all made in Texas. His website
- 21:14Speaker 1: is getbondarms.com. Gordon, what makes Bond Arms different from any
- 21:20Speaker 1: other gun manufacturer?
- 21:22Speaker 7: Well, when my brother started the company a long time ago,
- 21:27Speaker 7: the regular Derringer, let me see if I can get
- 21:30Speaker 7: it in the picture here, was basically known as a cheap,
- 21:32Speaker 7: dangerous throwaway gun. This is a 1865 model. Derringer's have
- 21:38Speaker 7: been around forever. And what he did was take a
- 21:42Speaker 7: dangerous gun and just made it very cool, better materials,
- 21:47Speaker 7: trigger guard, interchangeable barrels, solid stainless steel. And Wayne, like
- 21:53Speaker 7: you saw at the show, people love picking them up
- 21:56Speaker 7: and just holding them. And it's just like, they pick
- 21:57Speaker 7: it up and it's like, wow, this is like a
- 21:59Speaker 7: real gun.
- 22:01Speaker 1: That's great. I saw it. My wife and I were
- 22:03Speaker 1: at the show, and she's a gun aficionado even more
- 22:06Speaker 1: than I am. And she said it was the best
- 22:08Speaker 1: booth at the entire gun show out of thousands of
- 22:10Speaker 1: booths was Gordon's booth, Bond Arms. To celebrate America's 250th anniversary,
- 22:17Speaker 1: Bond Arms is releasing the American 250 edition handgun at
- 22:21Speaker 1: a special price only for my fans. Tell us about it.
- 22:25Speaker 7: So one thing that we wanted to do, when I
- 22:27Speaker 7: graduated in 1976, it was the bicentennial, and that's all
- 22:31Speaker 7: they talked about all year long. And so when this
- 22:34Speaker 7: 250th anniversary was coming up, we really wanted to do
- 22:37Speaker 7: something special on this. And what you're seeing on the
- 22:40Speaker 7: screen right now is the stainless steel version. It's. 45
- 22:44Speaker 7: Long Colt and. 410 shotgun shell. Very well built. I mean,
- 22:48Speaker 7: our guns are built like a tank. People love the quality.
- 22:53Speaker 7: They call it a hand cannon. Best snake gun you've
- 22:56Speaker 7: ever had. You know, yeah, there's a beautiful side with
- 23:00Speaker 7: the flag and the liberty. And people just love the
- 23:05Speaker 7: way that we do things. I mean, they'll come to
- 23:06Speaker 7: our booth every year and just go, wow, what are
- 23:09Speaker 7: y'all doing this year? You know, what crazy thing are
- 23:11Speaker 7: you doing this year? So, So the American 250, we're
- 23:13Speaker 7: really going to focus on that. We want to give
- 23:16Speaker 7: everybody the opportunity to own a piece of history.
- 23:18Speaker 4: What a beautiful gun.
- 23:19Speaker 1: What a beautiful gun. What a gorgeous gun. The engravings. Wow.
- 23:23Speaker 1: And I love that name. Hand cannon. I want a
- 23:26Speaker 1: hand cannon. Mine got delivered today. I'll have them for
- 23:29Speaker 1: next week's show. My own personal hand cannon.
- 23:32Speaker 6: From Bond Arms.
- 23:33Speaker 1: How do you get it? Go to getbondarms.com. See the
- 23:37Speaker 1: number on the screen, getbondarms.com or call 817-573-7000. 4445. See
- 23:43Speaker 1: the disclaimer on the bottom of the screen for certain restrictions. Getbondarms.com.
- 23:49Speaker 6: Gordon, thank you. Thank you, Wayne.
- 24:14Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, we've got a guest. He's
- 24:17Speaker 1: in his car, so I hope there's going to be
- 24:19Speaker 1: a good connection. I hope it won't be a bad
- 24:21Speaker 1: connection because sometimes in the car it's good and sometimes
- 24:24Speaker 1: it's not. But, you know, you take your guess when
- 24:26Speaker 1: you can get him, especially when they're running for governor
- 24:28Speaker 1: of Colorado. Scott Bottoms, the Republican candidate for governor of Colorado,
- 24:32Speaker 1: currently a Colorado state representative from Colorado Springs. His website, scottbottoms.com. scottbottoms.com. Scott,
- 24:40Speaker 1: welcome to the show. How are you?
- 24:42Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Thank you for having me.
- 24:43Speaker 5: I'm great.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Oh, so far, the connections are great. So I think
- 24:46Speaker 1: we're good. So first, let's start with your campaign before
- 24:49Speaker 1: I get to anything else. So you are the candidate.
- 24:52Speaker 1: You are the candidate or you're in a primary. Are
- 24:54Speaker 1: you the candidate representing the Republican Party?
- 24:56Speaker 5: I'm in a primary and our primary is ending June 30th.
- 25:02Speaker 5: We already have the ballots have already been mailed out
- 25:04Speaker 5: because we're that kind of state. But I'm still the candidate.
- 25:08Speaker 5: You are saying that correctly. But I do have a primary.
- 25:12Speaker 1: All right. And you have anybody major against you or
- 25:14Speaker 1: all kind of little nadflies? Gadflies, I should say.
- 25:18Speaker 2: There's there's I'll be nice. There's two other people. OK.
- 25:23Speaker 1: All right. That's all you'll say about two other people.
- 25:27Speaker 1: You have committed. You have committed that if you are
- 25:32Speaker 1: our elected governor, you're going to take care of Tina Peters.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Her sentence was just commuted by the governor, Jared Polis.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Why do you think the governor did that? And what
- 25:40Speaker 1: will you do for Tina if you get elected governor?
- 25:44Speaker 5: Well, and I'm the only candidate saying this, but not
- 25:46Speaker 5: only will I make sure that she gets a full,
- 25:48Speaker 5: complete pardon. She did not break the law. She did
- 25:53Speaker 5: not do anything wrong. She was put in prison as
- 25:56Speaker 5: a political maneuver. An activist hack judge in Mesa County, Colorado,
- 26:04Speaker 5: west side of Colorado, did this, put her in jail.
- 26:07Speaker 5: And two other Democrat judges have admitted the fact that
- 26:10Speaker 5: this was a hack job on her. And not only
- 26:14Speaker 5: will I pardon her sentence, but I will also use
- 26:16Speaker 5: state resources to make sure that she— gets to sue
- 26:22Speaker 5: the state, sue the people involved, sue the secretary of state,
- 26:26Speaker 5: the attorney general, because secretary of state was actually one
- 26:28Speaker 5: of the biggest players in this. And that woman needs
- 26:31Speaker 5: to go to jail. And so, yeah, we're going to
- 26:33Speaker 5: we're going to give her full restitution and a very
- 26:36Speaker 5: loud bully pulpit to make sure everybody knows exactly what
- 26:40Speaker 5: happened here.
- 26:41Speaker 1: But what are the odds that you can actually win, Scott?
- 26:43Speaker 1: I mean, Colorado used to be a very Republican state.
- 26:46Speaker 1: It was filled with a lot of nice Christians in
- 26:48Speaker 1: the Colorado state area, or Colorado, what is it, Colorado
- 26:52Speaker 1: Springs area. And it was a very Republican state. And
- 26:56Speaker 1: all of a sudden, it's not purple, it's deep, deep blue.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Trump loses elections in that state by like, you know, 65-35.
- 27:04Speaker 1: It's a landslide. First of all, what happened to Colorado?
- 27:09Speaker 2: Well, the first thing that happened in Colorado is you
- 27:11Speaker 2: have a lot of brokenness.
- 27:13Speaker 5: You have a lot of corruption. You have election corruption.
- 27:17Speaker 5: But here's one of the biggest ones. I've been a
- 27:19Speaker 5: pastor since I was 20 years old, and I pastor
- 27:23Speaker 5: a church in Colorado Springs right now.
- 27:25Speaker 2: While I'm a state representative. And the church votes at.
- 27:29Speaker 5: About 45% in the state of Colorado.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And here's another one.
- 27:34Speaker 5: Gun owners only voted about 55% in the state of Colorado.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Colorado is not a blue state. It's just a bunch
- 27:41Speaker 5: of red people sitting home. And we're seeing the groundswell
- 27:44Speaker 5: of that really changing right now. They're done with this.
- 27:46Speaker 5: They're fed up with this. And the biggest group that's
- 27:50Speaker 5: joining them, believe it or not, is Democrats. The Democrats
- 27:55Speaker 5: are even fed up. And unaffiliated independents are completely fed up.
- 28:01Speaker 5: This is the year we can do it. All of
- 28:02Speaker 5: the numbers are showing us this and showing that I'm
- 28:05Speaker 5: going to be the next governor of Colorado.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Well, I want you to do it. Believe me, I'm
- 28:09Speaker 1: rooting for you. But I feel like Colorado as a
- 28:11Speaker 1: state is just like Minnesota. And it's just like California.
- 28:14Speaker 1: It's just like L.A. Once they get full control of
- 28:17Speaker 1: the mechanism, a la communists throughout history. And these people
- 28:21Speaker 1: are not Democrats. They are really communists, extreme radical left
- 28:25Speaker 1: communists and socialists and Marxists. They fix the system. It's rigged.
- 28:30Speaker 1: I don't really believe the voting is 65-35 against Trump
- 28:32Speaker 1: each day. Each campaign, I believe it's rigged. I believe
- 28:36Speaker 1: it's very close. It might be 50-50. We might be
- 28:38Speaker 1: winning 51-49. They've rigged it. So how do you unrig
- 28:42Speaker 1: the process once they're in control and no one's allowed
- 28:45Speaker 1: to see the books?
- 28:47Speaker 5: Well, this is one of the interesting thing that is
- 28:49Speaker 5: contributing to this year, too. Not only that everybody in
- 28:53Speaker 5: the state is Democrats, everybody is getting fed up and
- 28:57Speaker 5: they're pulling away from Democrat leadership, all that kind of thing.
- 29:01Speaker 5: We also are seeing investigations that are going on. There
- 29:05Speaker 5: are four investigations going on on our secretary of state.
- 29:09Speaker 5: As I said, she's a crook. She needs to be
- 29:11Speaker 5: in jail. She's been rigging a lot of systems. She's
- 29:14Speaker 5: been breaking the law by bringing clerks under her authority,
- 29:19Speaker 5: all kinds of things.
- 29:19Speaker 2: But there are actually.
- 29:23Speaker 5: Four DOJ investigations that are going on around her. She
- 29:26Speaker 5: released over 600 passwords for the voting machines.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Last election cycle, she released— she.
- 29:33Speaker 5: Sent 30,000 ballots out to illegal immigrants and said, oops,
- 29:37Speaker 5: I didn't mean to do that.
- 29:39Speaker 2: So there's a lot of— investigations going on around her.
- 29:42Speaker 5: And then there's also a really serious investigation looking into
- 29:47Speaker 5: her and Attorney General Weiser. in our state for sedition.
- 29:51Speaker 5: If you remember, our Secretary of State is the one
- 29:54Speaker 5: who kept Trump off of the ballot in the last— or
- 29:57Speaker 5: tried to keep Trump off the ballot in the last
- 29:59Speaker 5: election cycle. And our Supreme Court went along with her,
- 30:02Speaker 5: and the Supreme Court of the United States slapped them
- 30:04Speaker 5: down nine to nothing. You talk about corruption within the systems.
- 30:08Speaker 5: That was a huge illustration of how big our corruption is.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Well, you talked about an interesting word just now. You
- 30:14Speaker 1: said that she illegally released the pass keys, like 300
- 30:19Speaker 1: of them or something. Well, isn't that exactly what they
- 30:21Speaker 1: put Tina Peters in jail for or something similar to
- 30:24Speaker 1: what they put Tina Peters in jail for, for sharing
- 30:26Speaker 1: the pass key with someone? But she's allowed to do
- 30:28Speaker 1: it 400 times. Tina Peters did it once and she
- 30:31Speaker 1: wound up in prison for supposedly nine years. If it
- 30:34Speaker 1: was not commuted, she'd be rotting in jail for another seven,
- 30:37Speaker 1: eight years. Isn't that kind of similar to what she did?
- 30:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's worse. We have these things called smart hearings.
- 30:46Speaker 2: So I'm a state representative.
- 30:49Speaker 5: At the beginning of every cycle, we bring in all
- 30:52Speaker 5: the state agencies, all of the state directors, everything, and
- 30:56Speaker 5: they have to– submit a hearing into a hearing for
- 31:01Speaker 5: us to ask them questions, see where their finances go
- 31:03Speaker 5: and all this stuff. Well, for years in Colorado, it's
- 31:05Speaker 5: just been Democrat high fives and all that kind of stuff.
- 31:10Speaker 5: And me and a few other representatives got in four
- 31:14Speaker 5: years ago and.
- 31:14Speaker 2: We started turning over the apple cart.
- 31:17Speaker 5: And I confronted Secretary of State Griswold on that. I said,
- 31:21Speaker 5: from what I see, you put Tina Peters in jail
- 31:25Speaker 5: for using half of one bios password that she had
- 31:28Speaker 5: legal access to.
- 31:31Speaker 2: And so she really didn't break the law.
- 31:33Speaker 5: And I said, but you as secretary of state, you
- 31:35Speaker 5: made sure that, um, over 600 full passwords were put
- 31:41Speaker 5: into a spreadsheet and allowed to be accessed by anybody
- 31:45Speaker 5: in the state that wanted to. I said, according to
- 31:47Speaker 5: my numbers, that means you need to be in jail
- 31:49Speaker 5: for at least 5,400 years. And, uh, The Democrats gaveled
- 31:54Speaker 5: me down, ran over, three of them came over and
- 31:56Speaker 5: started screaming in my face. And then Secretary of State Griswold, literally,
- 32:01Speaker 5: and this is all on video, literally got up and
- 32:03Speaker 5: ran out of our hearing room because she did not
- 32:07Speaker 5: want to be confronted with any kind of truth.
- 32:09Speaker 1: You know, you say you're a pastor and I'm a
- 32:12Speaker 1: Jew to Christ as my savior. 34 years ago, so
- 32:15Speaker 1: I guess you call me an evangelical Jew or a
- 32:17Speaker 1: messianic Jew, but I believe in Jesus Christ very strongly.
- 32:21Speaker 1: When I watch the Democrat Party, Scott, I see people
- 32:24Speaker 1: that look like demons. It's not like we have a nice,
- 32:26Speaker 1: gentlemanly disagreement on things. This is sick stuff. They're a
- 32:30Speaker 1: bunch of demons. I think they're possessed by Satan, I
- 32:33Speaker 1: swear to you. And it's not like I'm nuts or something, because,
- 32:36Speaker 1: number one, they all follow Saul Linsky, and the book
- 32:39Speaker 1: is dedicated to the devil, right? It's dedicated to Lucifer.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And number two, here in Vegas, which, by the way,
- 32:46Speaker 1: we have more churches per square mile, I think, than
- 32:48Speaker 1: any city in the United States, Vegas. So Vegas is
- 32:50Speaker 1: not really what you think it is. But the Vegas
- 32:54Speaker 1: County Commission is dominated six of seven or seven of
- 32:58Speaker 1: eight seats are Democrats. And they invited a representative of
- 33:03Speaker 1: the Satanic Temple to give the opening prayer two weeks
- 33:09Speaker 1: ago to their county commission meeting. They do an opening prayer.
- 33:12Speaker 1: It was the guy who loves Satan. And he came
- 33:15Speaker 1: with fake horns on his head, dressed like the devil.
- 33:19Speaker 1: This is insanity. These people are like in love with Satan.
- 33:23Speaker 1: So it isn't like I'm making it up. It's all
- 33:25Speaker 1: out there for you to see now.
- 33:27Speaker 5: Yeah, if I had a few hours to explain all
- 33:31Speaker 5: this to you, all of the things going on in
- 33:35Speaker 5: our state, we're the most pedophile-friendly state, we're the most
- 33:39Speaker 5: human trafficking-friendly state. We have many registered socialists sitting on—
- 33:44Speaker 5: Bless you.
- 33:48Speaker 1: I think you're sneezing, right? God bless you.
- 33:49Speaker 5: I am so sorry.
- 33:50Speaker 1: God bless you.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Sitting on the House of Representatives— You would be surprised
- 33:55Speaker 5: at the stories I could tell you of legislation that
- 33:57Speaker 5: has been passed, legislation that has gone through that are
- 34:00Speaker 5: protecting pedophiles, protecting these people. We truly are an evil state.
- 34:07Speaker 5: And I can I can point out people to you
- 34:09Speaker 5: that are sitting in elected offices around our state and
- 34:13Speaker 5: all the way up into the governor's office that these
- 34:16Speaker 5: people are evil. They are purely evil. And they are
- 34:20Speaker 5: actively doing the work of Satan. This is horrible. But
- 34:26Speaker 5: here's part of the reason that I'm running for this
- 34:28Speaker 5: governor's office is our tagline is Reclaim Colorado. Well, we're
- 34:33Speaker 5: going to reclaim a lot of things, including the moral
- 34:37Speaker 5: foundation that God created humanity through. And so we're going
- 34:42Speaker 5: to make sure that we root out all of this stuff,
- 34:45Speaker 5: all of the high places, everything in the state of Colorado,
- 34:47Speaker 5: because this is this is disgusting what happens in the
- 34:50Speaker 5: amount of corruption, the amount of fraud, waste, abuse, everything
- 34:54Speaker 5: that's happening. Our state is so completely broken. But that's OK,
- 34:59Speaker 5: because I'm not scared. And I like to get into
- 35:02Speaker 5: the fray and fight the fight.
- 35:04Speaker 1: You know, I'm a true conservative. I mean, I was
- 35:07Speaker 1: hitting at literature for Barry Goldwater when I was three
- 35:09Speaker 1: years old with my father's hands. I was a big
- 35:12Speaker 1: Reagan fan. And so I'm a real conservative, but I
- 35:15Speaker 1: have some libertarian leanings. I'm not a libertarian by any
- 35:18Speaker 1: means because some of them are nuts, but I have
- 35:20Speaker 1: libertarian leanings. So one of my big things, one of
- 35:23Speaker 1: my big things that are confusing me, you know, I
- 35:25Speaker 1: always felt like we should legalize pot because– First of all,
- 35:28Speaker 1: we're wasting our time. People want to smoke pot. There's
- 35:30Speaker 1: not enough cops to stop them if they want to
- 35:32Speaker 1: do it. Let them do it. Let them ruin their lives.
- 35:34Speaker 1: I never worried about it too much. And then I
- 35:36Speaker 1: saw the result of what happened in Denver. And all
- 35:40Speaker 1: my friends who live in Colorado tell me Denver, once
- 35:42Speaker 1: you legalize pot, became this disgusting, filthy town. And everyone's
- 35:48Speaker 1: got no ambition. And they lie around all day smoking pot.
- 35:51Speaker 1: They don't have jobs. And they all vote Democrat. And
- 35:53Speaker 1: they came from all over the country to live in
- 35:56Speaker 1: Denver so they could smoke their pot. So I'm back
- 35:58Speaker 1: to thinking we should never legalize pot because it's just
- 36:01Speaker 1: bad for society. I'm sure that had a lot to
- 36:04Speaker 1: do with the ruination of Colorado was the legalization of pot,
- 36:07Speaker 1: especially in the Denver area.
- 36:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Yeah, it most definitely did. Of course, I was fighting
- 36:13Speaker 5: against that. I didn't like the idea. You just slide
- 36:16Speaker 5: into nothingness as a culture when you allow that.
- 36:21Speaker 2: And then we made it legal.
- 36:23Speaker 5: For somebody to carry around enough fentanyl to kill 700 people.
- 36:29Speaker 3: What?
- 36:29Speaker 2: And that was okay. And then here's the big one.
- 36:32Speaker 5: I think it was one of our big newspapers, Denver Post,
- 36:36Speaker 5: or one of them.
- 36:37Speaker 2: I could be wrong about that.
- 36:38Speaker 5: But they did an article explaining how and they were
- 36:41Speaker 5: so caught off guard that marijuana abuse with underage teenagers
- 36:49Speaker 5: was up like 65 percent or something like that.
- 36:52Speaker 2: And they're like, how did this happen? You guys are
- 36:55Speaker 2: such idiots. How do you think it happened? You did.
- 36:59Speaker 5: And but that's, you know, be taking responsibility.
- 37:02Speaker 2: We don't like do that in Colorado.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Yeah, look, I have friends who are very conservative, very Republican,
- 37:08Speaker 1: very MAGA, and yet they've got cancer. And if they
- 37:11Speaker 1: need medicinal marijuana, I have no problem at all with that.
- 37:16Speaker 1: But all the recent studies show that marijuana is very
- 37:20Speaker 1: dangerous for young people's brains. And it's ruining their ambition
- 37:24Speaker 1: and taking it away from them. And they just spend
- 37:26Speaker 1: their lives being bums. And you see it and you
- 37:28Speaker 1: smell it in Las Vegas. The whole strip stinks of pot.
- 37:32Speaker 1: I mean, the whole thing was a good idea in
- 37:33Speaker 1: the beginning. In the beginning, I was like, all right,
- 37:36Speaker 1: give them freedom. Now that I've seen it, it's disgust me.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Pot is disgusting.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Last but not least, let's talk about Democrat leadership, because
- 37:46Speaker 1: in Colorado, you've endured rising crime and failing schools, reckless spending.
- 37:51Speaker 1: What else is new? Everyone is run by Democrats. Same
- 37:54Speaker 1: thing happens. So what's your solutions? If you become governor,
- 37:58Speaker 1: what are you going to do?
- 38:00Speaker 5: I tell you, one of the first things we're going
- 38:01Speaker 5: to do is we're going to go back to the Constitution.
- 38:03Speaker 5: I'm going to sign an executive order that says anything
- 38:06Speaker 5: that is not constitutional will be rejected. I'm going to
- 38:10Speaker 5: be the vetoingest governor in the history of Colorado. Anything
- 38:14Speaker 5: not constitutional, anything— so that means going against Tabor, which people
- 38:18Speaker 5: outside of Colorado don't know what that is, but it's
- 38:20Speaker 5: the only thing that's kept us from being California— We're
- 38:24Speaker 5: more liberal than California in every other way. But parental authority,
- 38:30Speaker 5: Second Amendment, all those things, we've passed so many unconstitutional bills.
- 38:34Speaker 5: And I come down to the well in the Capitol,
- 38:36Speaker 5: and I will debate and say this is— I' ll read the Constitution.
- 38:40Speaker 5: I say this is not constitutional. And they come down
- 38:42Speaker 5: and admit it. They'll say, well, we're going to run
- 38:44Speaker 5: the bills.
- 38:45Speaker 2: You sue us.
- 38:46Speaker 5: So the first thing, we're going to be a constitutional state.
- 38:49Speaker 5: I'm going to go after the D-E-I-C-R-T-S-E-L grooming language stuff
- 38:54Speaker 5: like crazy. That's going to be by executive order. No
- 38:57Speaker 5: state agency or state employee will do that. We're going
- 39:01Speaker 5: to also, right now in the state of Colorado, ICE
- 39:04Speaker 5: is not allowed to interact with local police officers. We
- 39:08Speaker 5: have many, but at least five deputy sheriffs in the
- 39:12Speaker 5: state of Colorado. that have been disciplined by our attorney
- 39:16Speaker 5: general because all they did was call ICE and say
- 39:19Speaker 5: this person is an undocumented worker. So we're going to
- 39:23Speaker 5: start working on every level. We've got the Venezuelan cartel
- 39:25Speaker 5: set up in Aurora. I'm going to go after them
- 39:27Speaker 5: with the National Guard and tear them apart. We've got
- 39:31Speaker 5: a big mountain to climb, but man, I've already got
- 39:33Speaker 5: my executive orders in line. We've already got our plan.
- 39:36Speaker 5: And I love climbing mountains. And so put it before me,
- 39:39Speaker 5: we got this.
- 39:41Speaker 1: I hope you come down from the mountains like Moses
- 39:43Speaker 1: with the tablets.
- 39:44Speaker 2: I'm willing. If God will let me, I'll do it.
- 39:48Speaker 1: There we go. I like it.
- 39:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Look, everything you've said is fantastic. I just hope there's
- 39:52Speaker 1: a chance to win. Because if you don't win, then
- 39:55Speaker 1: I would say Colorado's lost. Then it's over. If you
- 39:57Speaker 1: could win this time, maybe you could reverse things. But
- 40:00Speaker 1: if you lose this time, it's just going to be
- 40:02Speaker 1: too established. It's going to be over. Just like California's over.
- 40:05Speaker 1: Spencer Pratt thought he'd change it. But once you allow
- 40:08Speaker 1: them to rig it, you know, he was definitely robbed.
- 40:10Speaker 1: And I hope they don't rob you because they're all thieves.
- 40:12Speaker 1: They're all thieves. They steal the taxpayer money and they
- 40:15Speaker 1: steal and rig elections. That's what they do. Scott Bottoms,
- 40:18Speaker 1: you appear to be a very good candidate to me.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I like you. Republican candidate for governor of Colorado. Colorado
- 40:24Speaker 1: state representative and a pastor. A lot of good things.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Scott Bottoms dot com. Scott Bottoms dot com. Scott, we
- 40:30Speaker 1: wish you a lot of luck. Come back after your governor.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Thank you, sir. Thank you for having me on. As
- 40:34Speaker 2: soon as I'm governor, I'll... I'll have you to lunch.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Ring us up, and I'll come in and see you.
- 40:39Speaker 1: We'll have fun. We'll have a good time together. All right.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Be good.
- 40:42Speaker 1: We'll be right back. Last segment of the show. Coming
- 40:44Speaker 1: up next, I'm Wayne Allyn Root. This is Warzone Live. RootForAmerica.com
- 40:49Speaker 1: is the website. You can email me anytime, WayneRoot, at gmail.com.
- 40:53Speaker 1: WayneRoot at gmail.com. If you don't know where to find
- 40:56Speaker 1: all my TV shows, all my podcasts, all my radio shows,
- 40:59Speaker 1: just go to RootForAmerica.com. It's all there, my command center.
- 41:04Speaker 1: It's easy. It's simple. My command central is rootforamerica.com. We'll
- 41:09Speaker 1: be right back. Wayne Allen Root here with John Jubilee,
- 41:21Speaker 1: owner and founder of the Energized Health Program. When I
- 41:25Speaker 1: joined Energized Health six years ago, it changed my life
- 41:28Speaker 1: since then. John has been a regular guest on all
- 41:30Speaker 1: my shows, sharing their breakthrough science of intracellular hydration. John,
- 41:36Speaker 1: your program changed my life, and more importantly for me,
- 41:39Speaker 1: expanded my career, and it became really just, it reversed
- 41:44Speaker 1: aged me. It became my fountain of youth, and many
- 41:47Speaker 1: people are now using your program along with the GLP-1s,
- 41:51Speaker 1: the weight loss drugs, Azepic, Manjaro, and all of them.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Explain how Energized Health is working alongside these weight loss drugs,
- 41:59Speaker 1: a perfect synergy.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Well, how we do that, Wayne, is weight loss is
- 42:04Speaker 3: one thing, but with every weight loss drug that there is,
- 42:07Speaker 3: all the families of weight loss drugs, they also come
- 42:10Speaker 3: with the weight loss of our healthy lean muscle and
- 42:14Speaker 3: our healthy hydration, which is the weight we don't want.
- 42:17Speaker 6: To lose, right?
- 42:18Speaker 3: We don't want to lose that and get sarcopenia or osteoporosis.
- 42:22Speaker 3: So at Energize Health, we guarantee you will gain your
- 42:26Speaker 3: hydration and And you will gain your lean, healthy muscle
- 42:30Speaker 3: mass while you're losing your visceral and subcutaneous fat. That's
- 42:34Speaker 3: why it's kind of the match made in heaven, Wayne,
- 42:37Speaker 3: that they don't get the two negatives that come with
- 42:40Speaker 3: the GLP-1s.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Perfect synergy. Energize Health's protocol targets the root cause of
- 42:46Speaker 1: many ailments and diseases and helps people get off their
- 42:48Speaker 1: medications and lose their fat fast. Explain.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Yeah, well, all of medical science is trained to go
- 42:56Speaker 3: after the symptom. So here's a symptom, here's a drug.
- 43:00Speaker 6: Here's a symptom, here's a drug.
- 43:01Speaker 3: At Energize Health, we don't look at the symptom. We
- 43:04Speaker 3: look at the root cause. The root cause of 99.9%
- 43:08Speaker 3: every illness and disease, one thing is inflammation. And just
- 43:12Speaker 3: like when you walk into a room and turn a
- 43:14Speaker 3: light on, darkness cannot exist. When you put intracellular hydration
- 43:19Speaker 3: in a human body, inflammation cannot exist. And so that's
- 43:23Speaker 3: why we've reversed thousands of illnesses and diseases with our
- 43:26Speaker 3: breakthrough patent pending science of intracellular hydration.
- 43:31Speaker 1: All right, it's a great program. It's an amazing program.
- 43:33Speaker 1: It changed my life. I'm Exhibit A. Thank you, John.
- 43:37Speaker 1: I've got a new TV show thanks to you. I'm
- 43:39Speaker 1: being 65 years old. I'm turning 65 years old this July,
- 43:43Speaker 1: and I got a new TV show unheard of in
- 43:46Speaker 1: the adults of TV history. You get 40% off and
- 43:49Speaker 1: go on the same journey as me when you go
- 43:51Speaker 1: to energizehealth.com and just say war when you speak to
- 43:54Speaker 1: them for Wayne Allyn Root. 40% off and you go
- 43:57Speaker 1: on the same journey. I hope it anti-ages you. I
- 43:59Speaker 1: hope it's your fountain of youth God bless all of you. Energizedhelp.com.
- 44:04Speaker 1: Promo code WAR. In a blue state like California, the
- 44:36Speaker 1: corruption is so deep, so overwhelming. So many, I think
- 44:40Speaker 1: at this point, trillions have been stolen, not billions. It
- 44:43Speaker 1: has to end up over 10 years to trillions of
- 44:45Speaker 1: dollars of American taxpayer money on that train to nowhere.
- 44:49Speaker 1: And on all of the daycare centers and all of those,
- 44:51Speaker 1: they're all ripping you off. The money that was stolen
- 44:54Speaker 1: during COVID was like a half a dozen. literally billions
- 44:58Speaker 1: of dollars and it's just they cannot let a republican
- 45:01Speaker 1: win mayor of la or governor of california because then
- 45:05Speaker 1: that person will conduct an investigation and find out who
- 45:09Speaker 1: committed all the crimes so all the people who commit
- 45:11Speaker 1: the crime will go to jail All right, Wade Ellery
- 45:27Speaker 1: from Las Vegas, War Zone Live, the official podcast of
- 45:30Speaker 1: the Gateway Pundit, which is, by the way, the fifth
- 45:34Speaker 1: ranked conservative news site in the United States of America,
- 45:36Speaker 1: which probably makes it fifth in the world, behind only
- 45:39Speaker 1: Fox News, New York Post, Breitbart, and Wall Street Journal.
- 45:42Speaker 1: That's it.
- 45:43Speaker 2: That's it.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Gateway Pundit, number five. And we are the official podcast,
- 45:47Speaker 1: and very proud of that. Over a billion page views
- 45:50Speaker 1: each year at the Gateway Pundit, and two and a
- 45:54Speaker 1: half million daily readers. And we're proud to be the
- 45:56Speaker 1: official podcast every day at 4 o'clock Eastern, 1 o'clock Pacific.
- 46:01Speaker 1: You can also find us at Rumble. You can also
- 46:02Speaker 1: find us at Talk Red. Is it Talk Red, Pitar?
- 46:04Speaker 1: I think it's Talk Red or is it Red Talk?
- 46:06Speaker 1: Red Talk or Talk Red? I thought it's Talk Red. TalkRed.com.
- 46:11Speaker 6: Talk Red.
- 46:12Speaker 1: You're getting me backwards, Pitar. What's going on? Tangible Investments
- 46:15Speaker 1: is the sponsor of this segment of the show. How
- 46:18Speaker 1: important is its own gold? Well, first of all, Wayne
- 46:20Speaker 1: Root will tell you it's the most important thing in
- 46:22Speaker 1: my life. You're supposed to own like 5% or 10% gold.
- 46:24Speaker 1: Most people own zero. I got to admit, I own
- 46:27Speaker 1: about 40% gold. My life savings is almost all in gold.
- 46:31Speaker 1: It's my single biggest investment. That's how much I believe
- 46:34Speaker 1: in gold. So China's central bank agrees with me. They're
- 46:37Speaker 1: buying lots of gold. They increased their gold reserves for
- 46:40Speaker 1: the 18th consecutive month. China's prepared for what's coming. Are you? See,
- 46:44Speaker 1: you've got to be a moron to keep your money
- 46:46Speaker 1: in cash. It goes down every day when you keep
- 46:49Speaker 1: your money in cash. You could say, I have $ 50, 000,
- 46:51Speaker 1: and 10 years later, you go, see, I still have $ 50, 000.
- 46:53Speaker 1: What do you mean, Wayne?
- 46:55Speaker 3: But.
- 46:55Speaker 1: 10 years later, the 50,000 buys half of the car
- 46:59Speaker 1: it bought 10 years ago. So you don't really have 50,000.
- 47:02Speaker 1: You have 25,000. Even though you can count out 50,
- 47:04Speaker 1: it's still all there. It's not. Inflation has eaten it
- 47:09Speaker 1: all up. It's not there anymore. Your buying power is
- 47:12Speaker 1: down to half or zero. So, you know, like if
- 47:14Speaker 1: you had, I think it was, if the number was,
- 47:16Speaker 1: if you put a million dollars into gold at the
- 47:19Speaker 1: turn of the century, at the 1900s, if you put
- 47:23Speaker 1: a million dollars into gold, Today, it would be worth,
- 47:26Speaker 1: I think, $ 100 million. And if you put $ 1 million
- 47:29Speaker 1: into cash, they would be worth like $ 25, 000. The buying
- 47:33Speaker 1: power would be $ 25, 000 versus the million you had in
- 47:37Speaker 1: the early 1900s. So really, those are incredible numbers. So
- 47:41Speaker 1: China knows what they're doing. They know what's coming. Are
- 47:43Speaker 1: you prepared for what's coming? But even if you buy gold,
- 47:46Speaker 1: buying gold itself is not enough. You need to buy
- 47:49Speaker 1: gold at the right price. And this is where buyers
- 47:51Speaker 1: get misled. Other gold companies say we only charge 1%
- 47:55Speaker 1: over cost, but that's very misleading because whose cost are
- 47:58Speaker 1: they talking about? The real question you need to ask is,
- 48:01Speaker 1: what are you charging me above spot price? And then
- 48:04Speaker 1: compare that answer to the sponsor of my show, Tangible Investments.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I've known the guys at Tangible for decades. Tangible has
- 48:10Speaker 1: been in business for more than 40 years, have handled
- 48:13Speaker 1: more than $ 2 billion in transactions. Their team brings over
- 48:16Speaker 1: 200 combined years of experience. Right now, Tangible Investments is
- 48:20Speaker 1: offering gold bullion at just 1% over spot. That's unheard of.
- 48:24Speaker 1: And they offer silver as low as 3% over spot.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Unheard of. If you want gold, silver, pressed metals, or
- 48:30Speaker 1: rare coins from a real firm with real credibility and
- 48:34Speaker 1: honest pricing at a time in history where China is
- 48:38Speaker 1: buying up all the gold in the world for a reason,
- 48:40Speaker 1: and if you think China's smart, and I do, Follow China, right?
- 48:44Speaker 1: Call Tangible Investments right now. Toll free, 888-330-4351.
- 48:49Speaker 2: 888-330-4351.
- 48:51Speaker 1: Or if you can't remember that, go to rootforgold.com. That's
- 48:55Speaker 1: the website they got just for my fans. Rootforgold.com. Rootforgold.com.
- 49:00Speaker 1: My guest, we have another guest. We're here to have
- 49:03Speaker 1: two in the same show. Connor Fitzpatrick, you know, they're available.
- 49:06Speaker 1: We grab them. Connor Fitzpatrick is chief supervising attorney for
- 49:10Speaker 1: the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, otherwise known as
- 49:13Speaker 1: FIRE Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression. Get it F-I-R-E.
- 49:18Speaker 1: The website FIRE.org. FIRE.org. Connor, welcome to the show. Let's
- 49:22Speaker 1: start with that.
- 49:23Speaker 6: Thanks for having me.
- 49:25Speaker 5: All right.
- 49:26Speaker 1: So first of all, tell us about your organization. What
- 49:28Speaker 1: is FIRE? What do you do?
- 49:30Speaker 6: So FIRE is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to defending
- 49:36Speaker 6: freedom of speech and the First Amendment around the United States.
- 49:39Speaker 6: We do not care if you are a Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Green,
- 49:43Speaker 6: or anything in between. Our unofficial slogan is that if
- 49:46Speaker 6: it's protected, we will defend it.
- 49:49Speaker 2: All right.
- 49:49Speaker 1: So in Las Vegas, and that's where this show emanates from,
- 49:52Speaker 1: I live in Las Vegas, my adopted hometown for 24 years.
- 49:55Speaker 1: In Las Vegas, a lawsuit was filed by a father
- 49:58Speaker 1: after his son was expelled from school for expressing pro-ice views.
- 50:03Speaker 1: That is stunning to me. He placed six pro-ice emblems
- 50:08Speaker 1: on the walls of a hallway and the assistant principal
- 50:11Speaker 1: at the East Career and Technical Academy said the emblems
- 50:14Speaker 1: were racist and they expelled him from school. Tell us
- 50:18Speaker 1: this story because to me this is shocking and I'd
- 50:20Speaker 1: like my Fans in Las Vegas, of which I have
- 50:23Speaker 1: more than any other radio host in Vegas, times 10.
- 50:27Speaker 1: I'd love you to give me like a number or
- 50:28Speaker 1: an email. We could call and just destroy this school.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Just bombard their phones with calls and tell them that
- 50:35Speaker 1: they've ruined their school and no one's going to go
- 50:37Speaker 1: there anymore. So tell us the story. Tell us there's
- 50:40Speaker 1: some way we can make a difference and contact them
- 50:42Speaker 1: or contact the mayor. What can we do?
- 50:46Speaker 2: Sure.
- 50:46Speaker 6: So what we have here is a lawsuit filed on
- 50:48Speaker 6: behalf of a student who alleges that he was expelled
- 50:51Speaker 6: based on pro-ICE expression. So this all appears to have
- 50:55Speaker 6: happened earlier this year when there were protests and counter
- 50:58Speaker 6: protests popping up around the country, particularly at schools about
- 51:02Speaker 6: ICE and about the role it was playing in cities
- 51:04Speaker 6: like Minneapolis. So a few weeks before this student engaged
- 51:08Speaker 6: in his expression, it looks like there was a walkout
- 51:11Speaker 6: or other sort of anti-ICE speech. And the school, it appears,
- 51:15Speaker 6: did not punish any of the students for being involved
- 51:17Speaker 6: in that. But then when this student put up pro-ICE
- 51:21Speaker 6: stickers on the wall, the school punished him, not from
- 51:25Speaker 6: what it looks like in the lawsuit for putting things
- 51:27Speaker 6: on the wall when he shouldn't have been, but because
- 51:29Speaker 6: of the viewpoint that he was expressing in the emblems
- 51:33Speaker 6: and the stickers that he was putting on the wall.
- 51:35Speaker 6: And that's where the First Amendment steps in. The First
- 51:38Speaker 6: Amendment requires the government to be neutral. The government isn't
- 51:41Speaker 6: allowed to play favorites. It isn't allowed to say, if
- 51:44Speaker 6: you agree with me, you are allowed to engage in speech.
- 51:48Speaker 6: And if you don't, you're not. So that's why the
- 51:51Speaker 6: Constitution and that's why the First Amendment comes to play here.
- 51:53Speaker 6: Because the First Amendment held more than— pardon me— the Supreme Court
- 51:56Speaker 6: held more than 50 years ago that students are entitled
- 52:00Speaker 6: to engage in non-disruptive political expression at school. And schools
- 52:04Speaker 6: cannot step in. Schools cannot censor students just because the
- 52:08Speaker 6: principal and the teachers may not like what the student
- 52:11Speaker 6: has to say.
- 52:12Speaker 1: And ironically, here's what I would say, Connor. Ironically, when
- 52:17Speaker 1: students walk out to express their views, that should be punishable.
- 52:22Speaker 1: That's different than simply expressing your views. That's, you know,
- 52:25Speaker 1: interrupting the school day. That's killing hours of education. That's
- 52:30Speaker 1: wasting the public's money, the taxpayers' money. So I think
- 52:34Speaker 1: that's one that should be punished. No one should be
- 52:37Speaker 1: allowed to walk out. And I guarantee you they're not
- 52:39Speaker 1: walking out on their own. They didn't organize the protest.
- 52:41Speaker 1: I'm sure the teachers helped them organize the protest. So
- 52:45Speaker 1: that should be punishable. But just simply having a pro-ICE
- 52:49Speaker 1: view should never be punishable.
- 52:53Speaker 6: That's exactly right. And the reason we know that and
- 52:56Speaker 6: where most of our First Amendment law comes from in
- 52:58Speaker 6: the school context more than 55 years ago is a
- 53:00Speaker 6: case involving the Vietnam War, where there were students in
- 53:03Speaker 6: Iowa who wanted to wear black armbands protesting the war
- 53:07Speaker 6: to school. They weren't disrupting anything. They just wanted to
- 53:09Speaker 6: wear these black armbands to school. And the Supreme Court
- 53:12Speaker 6: was very clear. It said that schools cannot prohibit students
- 53:16Speaker 6: from peacefully expressing themselves just because the administrators don't like
- 53:20Speaker 6: what they have to say. Of course, if you're disturbing class,
- 53:23Speaker 6: if you're disturbing other people's lessons, that's very, very different.
- 53:26Speaker 6: But what the First Amendment never permits is teachers stepping
- 53:30Speaker 6: in and saying, well, even though your classmates express themselves,
- 53:33Speaker 6: I'm going to let them because I agreed with them.
- 53:36Speaker 6: But you can't because I don't like what you have
- 53:38Speaker 6: to say.
- 53:39Speaker 1: It's a really weird situation. And I think I'd have
- 53:42Speaker 1: a hard time going to school nowadays. You know, when
- 53:44Speaker 1: I was a kid, which was a long time ago,
- 53:46Speaker 1: 40 years ago, I was going to college and I
- 53:49Speaker 1: went to Columbia University. the most liberal college in America,
- 53:51Speaker 1: up there with Berkeley and Harvard. And all the other
- 53:54Speaker 1: kids were big liberals and they were all for Jimmy Carter.
- 53:57Speaker 1: And I was a Reagan guy. And I expressed my
- 54:00Speaker 1: beliefs in Reagan and my love of Reagan and my
- 54:02Speaker 1: support of Reagan. And the teachers thought I was kind
- 54:04Speaker 1: of cute and odd. And they still gave me A's.
- 54:08Speaker 1: It wasn't a problem. Today, I think if you go
- 54:11Speaker 1: to college, forget about high school, high school too, but
- 54:13Speaker 1: if you go to college, especially elite colleges, Ivy League colleges,
- 54:17Speaker 1: if you express that you're a Trumper and you're a
- 54:20Speaker 1: MAGA and you want closed borders and secure borders, and
- 54:24Speaker 1: if God forbid you say you want mass deportation, I
- 54:27Speaker 1: believe every one of these commie teachers would give you
- 54:30Speaker 1: an F and ruin your college career and ruin your ability.
- 54:33Speaker 1: to go to law school or medical school afterwards, you
- 54:35Speaker 1: can't stick your head above the foxhole anymore because the
- 54:38Speaker 1: teachers are all literally far left communists, literally communist Marxist,
- 54:43Speaker 1: and conservatives aren't wanted in their classrooms.
- 54:47Speaker 6: I think what we're seeing in not only in higher education,
- 54:50Speaker 6: but in the K through 12 space as well, is
- 54:54Speaker 6: government officials, and frankly, these days, it doesn't matter which
- 54:56Speaker 6: party not being able to stop themselves from trying to
- 55:00Speaker 6: put a thumb on the scales in terms of trying
- 55:02Speaker 6: to force people to think and agree with them. We
- 55:06Speaker 6: see some states trying to tell college professors what they
- 55:09Speaker 6: aren't allowed to teach. And we see other states trying
- 55:12Speaker 6: to tell teachers what they are required to teach, what
- 55:15Speaker 6: doctrines they are required to profess. And the First Amendment
- 55:18Speaker 6: stops in to prevent.
- 55:19Speaker 4: All of that.
- 55:19Speaker 6: This isn't Russia. This isn't China. We don't have state-operated
- 55:25Speaker 6: universities parroting the government's tune. What we have is First
- 55:30Speaker 6: Amendment freedom of speech and freedom of conscience and freedom
- 55:33Speaker 6: of association, where everyone can decide for themselves— what views
- 55:37Speaker 6: they want to adopt. And bringing it right back to home,
- 55:39Speaker 6: I'm a product of the Clark County School District. I
- 55:41Speaker 6: grew up in Henderson, and I'm very proud that at
- 55:44Speaker 6: my high school, I had Republican friends, I had Democratic friends,
- 55:48Speaker 6: and we all talked to each other. We learned about
- 55:50Speaker 6: each other's point of views. It helped our education. And
- 55:52Speaker 6: that's where I think this is really doing a disservice
- 55:55Speaker 6: to the students.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Hey, Connor, those days are gone, buddy. Those days are gone.
- 56:00Speaker 1: I don't think Republican students and Democrats are hanging out
- 56:02Speaker 1: with each other anymore. It just doesn't work. It's pretty bad.
- 56:06Speaker 1: I don't know any man who's a conservative dates a
- 56:08Speaker 1: liberal woman. It just doesn't work, man. Those days are
- 56:11Speaker 1: just gone. Trump and Obama ended. Everyone claims Trump divided
- 56:15Speaker 1: the nation. No, I think Obama divided the nation. And
- 56:18Speaker 1: then Trump came along and it became triple. You know,
- 56:20Speaker 1: everyone's hatred and everyone's craziness. But Obama was the first
- 56:24Speaker 1: one to really badly divide the nation according to your
- 56:27Speaker 1: beliefs and your race and everything else. But it's really
- 56:30Speaker 1: gone off the rails now with Trump derangement syndrome. You're
- 56:33Speaker 1: currently asking the Supreme Court to hear a case about
- 56:36Speaker 1: two kids' rights to wear Let's Go Brandon shirts at school.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Tell us more about that case.
- 56:43Speaker 2: That's right.
- 56:44Speaker 6: Right now we have a case that's pending at the
- 56:46Speaker 6: Supreme Court. We're asking the Supreme Court to hear the case.
- 56:51Speaker 6: where we are representing two students in West Michigan who
- 56:54Speaker 6: were prevented by their middle school and now their high
- 56:57Speaker 6: school from wearing Let's Go Brandon political sweatshirts to school.
- 57:00Speaker 6: They were non-disruptive. They did not disrupt any lessons or
- 57:04Speaker 6: any activities throughout the school day. But the school censored
- 57:07Speaker 6: the sweatshirts and prevented them from wearing them anyway on
- 57:10Speaker 6: the idea that Let's Go Brandon is equivalent to sort
- 57:14Speaker 6: of the more profane chant that it comes from. And
- 57:16Speaker 6: in our view, that's silly. There is a reason why
- 57:19Speaker 6: words like heck and shoot are considered acceptable in polite conversation,
- 57:23Speaker 6: while their sort of corollaries are not. It's silly to
- 57:26Speaker 6: think that, for example, heck means the same thing as hell.
- 57:29Speaker 1: It doesn't.
- 57:31Speaker 6: And going back to our earlier discussion, the Supreme Court
- 57:33Speaker 6: has held that you have a right to peaceful political
- 57:35Speaker 6: expression at school, and that's what that case aims to cement.
- 57:39Speaker 1: Well, that's what America's about. You know, look, I happen
- 57:42Speaker 1: to be Jewish. By birth. And I remember in the 1970s,
- 57:46Speaker 1: I think it was 77, if my memory is correct,
- 57:49Speaker 1: but the KKK or the Nazis marched in Skokie, Illinois.
- 57:53Speaker 1: You know, they're kind of the same to me. So
- 57:55Speaker 1: I don't know if they're Nazis or KKK. But they
- 57:57Speaker 1: were marching in Skokie, a very Jewish suburb of Chicago.
- 58:01Speaker 1: And we let them march. And I think, if I'm
- 58:03Speaker 1: not mistaken, it was my good friend Alan Dershowitz, one
- 58:07Speaker 1: of the great lawyers in the world, who is Jewish,
- 58:09Speaker 1: who defended their right to speak. He may hate what
- 58:12Speaker 1: they're saying. He may think it's disgusting. But they have
- 58:16Speaker 1: a right to say it. In America, we allowed them
- 58:19Speaker 1: to march in Skokie. And now we've come all this
- 58:21Speaker 1: circle again. Later, you know, 40, 50 years later and
- 58:25Speaker 1: everyone's feelings are hurt and everyone's sensibilities are hurt. Everyone's
- 58:29Speaker 1: a snowflake or whatever you say, it's no good anymore.
- 58:32Speaker 1: And you guys are trying to say, no, everything's OK.
- 58:35Speaker 1: You may hate what they're saying, but they have a
- 58:37Speaker 1: right to say it. If I if I got it right.
- 58:40Speaker 6: That's exactly right. There's the old line, I disagree with
- 58:43Speaker 6: what you say, but I will defend to the death
- 58:45Speaker 6: your right to say it. That's what our First Amendment
- 58:48Speaker 6: is all about, and that's what America.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Is all about. Exactly. I mean, I think a lot
- 58:51Speaker 1: of people got embarrassed last night during the UFC fight.
- 58:54Speaker 1: The guy won the fight, and he said, by the way,
- 58:56Speaker 1: he took the microphone after he won the fight, he said,
- 58:58Speaker 1: by the way, Michelle Obama's a man. And a lot
- 59:02Speaker 1: of people were like, oh my God, what a disgusting
- 59:03Speaker 1: thing to say. And it may be a disgusting thing
- 59:06Speaker 1: to say, but you have a right to say it.
- 59:07Speaker 1: It's America. If he wants to say it, he can
- 59:09Speaker 1: say it. If he loses sponsors from it, that's okay too.
- 59:12Speaker 1: If some people like him because he said it, that's
- 59:14Speaker 1: okay too. You're allowed to say it in the United
- 59:17Speaker 1: States of America. Even if it offends people, stop being
- 59:20Speaker 1: a snowflake. That's all I can say. We appreciate what
- 59:22Speaker 1: you're doing, Connor Fitzpatrick. We appreciate FIRE, the Foundation for
- 59:27Speaker 1: Individual Rights and Expression. Fire.org. Fire.org. Thanks for what you're doing.
- 59:33Speaker 1: I want everyone to have the right to say what
- 59:35Speaker 1: they want to say, even if it offends. Because you
- 59:37Speaker 1: know what? I'm the most offensive talk show host in America.
- 59:40Speaker 1: I say whatever the hell I want. So I appreciate it.
- 59:43Speaker 1: Thank you, Scott. Thank you, Connor.
- 59:45Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 59:46Speaker 1: All right. Connor Fitzpatrick from FIRE, FIRE.org, FIRE.org. Earlier in
- 59:53Speaker 1: the show, we had Scott Bottoms, Republican candidate for the
- 59:55Speaker 1: governor of Colorado. Sounded fantastic, but I'm very skeptical any
- 59:59Speaker 1: Republican could ever win in a deep blue state anymore.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: It's just become impossible because they're all rigged. I'm telling you,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: completely rigged. They steal every election. I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: Let me mention on the way out, the sponsor of
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: the show is Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, the golden
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: age of Trump prosperity, all about making America the energy
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: capital of the world. Enter Lost Soldier Oil & Gas,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: headed by oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose companies
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: have created more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value. At
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: its peak, his company, Pettico Energy, grew about 100% to 1%.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: And Ultra Petroleum soared 1,000 to 1,000. A $ 10, 000 investment
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: turned into $ 13 million over 10 years. But Lost Soldier
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: could be much bigger than Ultra Petroleum. Did you hear me?
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Much bigger than Ultra Petroleum that soared from $ 10, 000 to
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: $ 13 million. It could be the largest gas discovery in
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: the United States in the past 100 years, says Mark Bruner.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: And he says, I can defend that statement 100%. It's 40,000
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: acre territory in Wyoming that took 40 years to piece together.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: The first 4,000 feet drilled so far, estimated to contain
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas. The surge
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: in AI data centers is what's placing this soaring demand
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: on energy resources. And this is how we power the
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: AI future of America with inexpensive, clean energy. natural gas.

- 1:02:15Speaker 1: one stood out above all, greatpatriotstore.com. This is the answer
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: to inflation. Hundreds of household products that you're already buying,

- 1:02:46Speaker 1: the form, and they'll contact you right away. And boom,
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: you're a member. For a limited time, the annual membership
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: is $ 1. Go to greatpatriotstore.com. That's greatpatriotstore.com. Good to see you. Look,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: all anyone ever talks about now is a Zempik, Manjaro,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: and other GLP-1s that are very popular. However, they don't
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: seem to understand the drastic side effects from those drugs.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: People lose water. They lose muscle. They don't lose fat,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: but they lose weight because muscle is heavier than fat.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: In my case, I did your program, Energized Health, and
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: I lost fat, not muscle. I gained muscle, so I
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: didn't lose any weight. I look totally different and totally
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: better than 15 years ago and five years ago, and
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: yet I actually weigh the exact same amount. I might
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: be down a pound. I might be up a pound.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: I didn't lose any weight, but I lost 25 pounds
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle. That's the
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: energized health result. And so let's talk about it a bit.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: Energized health versus a Zempik, Manjaro, and all the other GLP-1s.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Tell us your verdict.
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: Yeah, well, Wayne.
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: I'll tell you one of the amazing things is that
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: really what you said is the most important thing that
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: anybody that is on one or is considering going on
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: one of the GLP-1s, listen to what Wayne said. Wayne
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: gained hydration, he gained lean muscle, and he only lost fat.
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: So how could his weight not change when his head
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: looks half the size?
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: You know, I mean, you know, even his face.
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: Look how stealth and cut Wayne's face is, guys, compared
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: to that before picture.
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: So how is that possible? It's because he gained hydration.
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: He gained lean muscle. He only lost visceral and subcutaneous fat.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: Which is the exact opposite of a GLP-1. On a GLP-1,
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: they guarantee you, look at what they say. I'm not
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: saying this. Wayne's not saying it, guys. The doctor that
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: gives you that GLP-1 has to tell you the side effects,
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: and they'll tell you you're going to lose your hydration.
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: You're going to lose your lean muscle. You are going
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: to lose some fat. You will lose some fat. 40%
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: percent of your weight loss maybe even up to 60
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: but the max you can lose is 60 percent of
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: your weight loss is going to be fat guys 40
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: to 60 percent of your weight loss is lean muscle
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: and healthy hydration so they tell you that's what's going
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: to happen so we just want to encourage people listen
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: we're not we're not saying don't do it if you
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: made a decision to do a glp-1 Well, do it,
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: but do it with this so that you can keep
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: your lean muscle. You can keep your healthy hydration. And look,
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: if you haven't done it yet, then we would say,
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: why don't you try this first? Because that does not
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: come with the money back guarantee. Once you spend thousands
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: of dollars on a GOP one, which you will over
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: the one.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: It's gone. It's gone. It's gone. You're never getting it back.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: No, no.
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: Your money is gone. And you're not going to get
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: that money back.
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: Whereas, hey, we've let people know, listen, we're 100% money
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: back guaranteeing.
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: You're going to gain hydration. You're going to gain muscle.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: You're going to lose your fat and you're going to
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: get healthy. And I do have to tell people, Wayne,
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: in full disclosure, look, you guys are already seeing it online.
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: All you have to do is go Google, you know,
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: or just pick up your cell phone and say, Siri,
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: what are the negative side.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: Effects of a GLP-1? In fact, you know what, Wayne,
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: I wonder if we could do it. Right on air here.
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: You want me to do it? Negative side effects.
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: What are the favorite side effects of a GLP-1?
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: I'll just put negative side effects of a Zempik, just because,
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: you know, as so many know that name, it's kind
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: of the brand name, like Vaseline.
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: Gastrointestinal, nausea, most common.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Right, diarrhea, stomach pain, constitution. Serious to less common risks
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney failure, hypoglycemia, low blood pressure,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: and potential thyroid tumors, common gastrointestinal side effects, nausea and vomiting,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: diarrhea and constipation. stomach pain and bloating, serious side effects, thyroid,
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: C-cell tumors, pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, kidney damage, dehydration can lead
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: to kidney failure, particularly in patients with pre-existing issues, vision,
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: some patients have gone blind, severe allergic reactions, other side effects,
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: ozempic face, facial sagging, loss of volume, increased wrinkles due
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: to rapid weight loss, And then they put the one
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: you and I talk about all the time. Muscle loss.
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Rapid weight loss may cause loss of muscle mass in
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: addition to fat. Hair loss. Wow, hair loss. The guys
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: know that? You're going to get thin and you're going
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: to lose your hair. That's not a good tradeoff. so
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: it's a lot of problems but we're not sure is
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: believe it or not despite what we're saying we're not
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: trying to stop people from using it i think you're
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: much better off going on energized health but if you're
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: going to use it and you want quick weight loss
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: then use them both because what will happen john if
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: you use them both it will mitigate the side effects correct.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Well it's true and And Wayne, I'm not just saying that.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: This is my most dramatic Ozempic client. He's on Ozempic
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: for 13 years, guys, 13 years. So for those of
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: you that think it's new, it's not new. I know
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: it's been around at least 13 years. This guy was
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: on it for 13 years now. And he still was
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: 40 pounds overweight after 13 years of Ozempic. He still
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: was 40 pounds overweight. So he went on Energize Health.
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: He lost 40.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Pounds of fat.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: Fat while he gained his muscle and gained his hydration
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: and got his energy.
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: Through the roof while he was on it.
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: So that's really, Wayne, the only reason that I do
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: know because I have personally seen people that were on
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: it that still gained hydration, that gained muscle on our protocol. Now,
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: not that we're on it without us. So guys, don't
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: kid yourself. You can't find one case. You cannot find
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: one case anywhere where somebody was on Ozempic or Manjaro
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: or any one of those that gained hydration and gained muscle.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: No, they lose hydration, they lose muscle.
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: But I can show you cases of people on Energize Health,
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: and we're on it, that gained hydration, that gained muscle,
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: and didn't even get the side.
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: Effects, by the way.
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: Now, I will tell you, everyone that's ever done it
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: with us, they did end up going off of it.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: They decided, wait a minute, why am I on this?
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: Why am I wasting $ 200 a month?
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: I don't need it. I could just do my Energize
- 1:10:02Speaker 4: Health protocol.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: All right, so you are telling us that prices could
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: significantly rise for Zempik, Monjuro, and all the other GLP
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: ones because of all the lawsuits, all the people who
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: have gotten sick taking it, maybe some of whom have
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: died taking it, and their families are suing. But the
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: point is there's going to be lots and lots of
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: lawsuits coming down the pike, and that's going to hike
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: the price because they're going to have to spend a
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: lot of money in legal fees to defend, correct?
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: Well, yeah.
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: And Wayne, no, there's already been thousands of people that
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: have had emergency room visits because their stomach was paralyzed.
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: And when your stomach is paralyzed, guys, that means everything's
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: just trapped in there.
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: So guess what?
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: You have to go to the emergency room and they
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: have to pump your stomach just like someone who had
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: a drug overdose. Like if somebody took a whole bottle
- 1:10:53Speaker 3: of pills, they pumped their stomach full. Well, when you're
- 1:10:56Speaker 3: on Ozempic, it can paralyze your stomach so that nothing's
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: moving anywhere. Then you have to go in the ER.
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: They pump your stomach like you're a drug addict that.
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: Was trying to commit suicide. There also has been deaths already.
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: So there's definitely going to be a lot of class
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: action lawsuits down the road. But there's also a big
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: case going on right now where the drug companies... are,
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: you know, they're suing all of these Chinese manufacturers and
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: all these mom and pop, you know, compounding pharmaceuticals.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: I mean, Wayne, the truth is they don't know where
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: this stuff's coming from right now.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: Like you can, you know, I told you, I know
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: a 19 year old kid that's selling it online.
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: He's 19 years old, Wayne. What does he know?
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: John, I wish I was a lawyer right now. I'd
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: put ads on TV. You know, I'm good on TV.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: I've gotten millions of calls in my life, sold hundreds
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: of products, about a billion dollars I've sold on TV
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: for all my clients. And I'd be like, I'm Wayne
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: Allyn Root, Esquire. If you have lost your entire joy
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: for life, but it was epic, and if you're dying
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: from the COVID vaccine, either one or both, call me.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Class action lawsuit. I'd make billions. All right, my fans,
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: how do they get started? They go to energizehealth.com. They
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: watch the free masterclass. They get 40% off by saying
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: war or wait on the route. 40% off, war, energizehealth.com. Thanks, John.
