- 1:19Speaker 2: Alright, it's way down the route, the route, the route,
- 1:20Speaker 2: the route's on fire. Welcome back. Last hour before we
- 1:23Speaker 2: head to our holiday, Christmas holiday. Tomorrow will be Best
- 1:26Speaker 2: of Wayne. And then, of course, on Christmas Day, Best
- 1:29Speaker 2: of Wayne. Friday, Best of Wayne. And then we get
- 1:31Speaker 2: a Saturday, Sunday. So I get five wonderful days off, right? Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I'll be back on Monday and Tuesday next week before
- 1:39Speaker 2: the new year. So nice little break. There's an article
- 1:43Speaker 2: out that is sounds like he's been reading my stuff, right?
- 1:46Speaker 2: This guy, Mark Tapscott. And who is he? He's he
- 1:51Speaker 2: worked for President Ronald Reagan as communications director at the
- 1:54Speaker 2: Republican National Committee and as the assistant director for public
- 1:57Speaker 2: affairs at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. He worked
- 2:00Speaker 2: for a U.S. senator and two congressmen prior to joining
- 2:03Speaker 2: the Reagan Bush campaign in 1980. He was named Conservative
- 2:07Speaker 2: Journalist of the Year in 2008 by CPAC. This guy,
- 2:10Speaker 2: Mark Tapscott, and he writes a column that this midterm,
- 2:13Speaker 2: you know, could be very different than the average expert
- 2:16Speaker 2: is saying. They're all saying Trump's going to lose. And
- 2:19Speaker 2: he says that may not be true. And then he
- 2:20Speaker 2: goes into a whole summary that sounds like my column
- 2:24Speaker 2: from yesterday. He's suggesting that Trump actually could, his midterm
- 2:28Speaker 2: could be closer to FDR's 1934 precedent because.
- 2:34Speaker 2: The rate of economic growth, GDP, in the third quarter
- 2:36Speaker 2: of this year just came out at 4.3%. He says
- 2:40Speaker 2: that kind of GDP growth seen during economic expansions reminds
- 2:44Speaker 2: him of the Reagan tax cuts in 81. But the
- 2:48Speaker 2: amazing thing is the 2025 Trump tax cuts haven't even
- 2:54Speaker 2: kicked in yet. So with the impact of no tax
- 2:57Speaker 2: on tips, no tax on overtime, monumental changes elsewhere in
- 3:01Speaker 2: the tax cuts, Still to come, beginning in January, stretching
- 3:04Speaker 2: out through the spring and the summer. Odds are great
- 3:07Speaker 2: voters will go to the polls amid record-breaking economic growth.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Just what I predicted as of yesterday. This is all
- 3:16Speaker 2: going to explode in the new year. If growth was 4.3
- 3:19Speaker 2: without no tax on tips, without no tax on overtime,
- 3:23Speaker 2: without no tax on Social Security, without... the Trump tariff bonuses,
- 3:28Speaker 2: without the Trump warrior bonus of $ 1, 775 per military hero,
- 3:35Speaker 2: without the $ 18 trillion trickling down into the economy, that's
- 3:39Speaker 2: what's going to create the biggest boom anyone's ever seen
- 3:42Speaker 2: and the most jobs anyone's ever seen and the most
- 3:44Speaker 2: spending anyone's ever seen by consumers is this $ 18 trillion
- 3:49Speaker 2: being invested by countries around the world that is going
- 3:53Speaker 2: in next year in 2026, gonna be trickling down throughout the,
- 3:57Speaker 2: sprinkling into the entire economy. So I think that should
- 4:01Speaker 2: result in a very different midterm than what the experts
- 4:05Speaker 2: are predicting. Hunter Biden shocks Democrat establishment So Hunter Biden
- 4:12Speaker 2: gave a TV interview. And when Hunter Biden has taken
- 4:16Speaker 2: our side, you know something's wrong. The embattled son of
- 4:20Speaker 2: Joe Biden and the embittered son of Joe Biden delivered
- 4:24Speaker 2: a blistering critique of illegal immigration during his sit down
- 4:29Speaker 2: with former Navy SEAL Sean Ryan. What emerged was something
- 4:33Speaker 2: no one in the Democrat establishment could have expected. The
- 4:36Speaker 2: interview landed like a political grenade inside Democrat circles because
- 4:40Speaker 2: Hunter Biden openly contradicted the core immigration posture of his
- 4:46Speaker 2: father's administration. While the Biden White House spent four years
- 4:50Speaker 2: insisting the border was secure, Hunter acknowledged what millions of
- 4:54Speaker 2: Americans have lived with. Unchecked illegal immigration, he said, drains
- 4:58Speaker 2: public resources and displaces priorities away from veterans and working
- 5:03Speaker 2: American citizens. We need a vibrant immigration, Hunter said, but
- 5:07Speaker 2: we don't want immigrants that are coming here illegally draining
- 5:10Speaker 2: us of resources and being prioritized above people that are
- 5:13Speaker 2: actual heroes that are coming home, that are still recovering
- 5:17Speaker 2: from 20 years of endless war and working hard for
- 5:21Speaker 2: a living. Can you imagine? Hunter said that. A stunning
- 5:25Speaker 2: indictment of his father's four years in office. And they
- 5:29Speaker 2: also asked Hunter... He also made a comment. He's not
- 5:33Speaker 2: sure he's a Democrat anymore. I don't know if that
- 5:34Speaker 2: means an independent or Hunter's actually hinting he's going to
- 5:37Speaker 2: switch the Republican Party. They also asked him about Afghanistan.
- 5:41Speaker 2: And he said, well, what can I say? It was
- 5:42Speaker 2: just a horrible failure, a disaster. These are his father's
- 5:46Speaker 2: big signature, you know, situations. And he's saying it's a disaster.
- 5:50Speaker 2: We all knew that. I know that. I don't need
- 5:52Speaker 2: Hunter Biden to tell me that. He tried to make
- 5:56Speaker 2: you feel bad for him. He said, my father went
- 5:58Speaker 2: into the presidency as the poorest guy to ever run
- 6:01Speaker 2: for president, never become president, and he left it. I
- 6:04Speaker 2: won't say he's poor. He's got enough money to live,
- 6:05Speaker 2: he said, in his Delaware home on the beach. But
- 6:08Speaker 2: he's not rich, and there's no generational wealth. There's nobody
- 6:10Speaker 2: to help me, Hunter Biden said, because I owe $ 15
- 6:14Speaker 2: million in debts and legal fees, and there's no way
- 6:17Speaker 2: out of it. So Hunter Biden is.
- 6:21Speaker 2: You know, sounds like he's going through some terrible, terrible
- 6:24Speaker 2: times and doesn't know what to say, but he's willing
- 6:27Speaker 2: to be honest for once and admit that two of
- 6:30Speaker 2: the things that happened under his father's administration were disasters,
- 6:33Speaker 2: one of which is a lot bigger than the other.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Afghanistan was bad, but this open borders thing was just
- 6:39Speaker 2: the worst thing to ever happen in America. Worst thing
- 6:42Speaker 2: to ever happen in America. Terrorists plotted to detonate weapons
- 6:48Speaker 2: of mass destruction across Los Angeles. Two suspects in a far-left, anti-capitalist,
- 6:55Speaker 2: anti-government extremist group have been charged with plotting to detonate
- 6:58Speaker 2: weapons of mass destruction in and around Los Angeles in
- 7:01Speaker 2: a bombshell grand jury indictment. Their alleged attack was designed
- 7:06Speaker 2: to completely pulverize tech companies and logistics firms. A federal
- 7:11Speaker 2: grand jury slapped four members of the radical Turtle Island
- 7:14Speaker 2: Liberation Front with terrorism charges including conspiracy to use a
- 7:18Speaker 2: weapon of mass destruction against providing material support to terrorists
- 7:22Speaker 2: and possession of unregistered firearms. So all four defendants are
- 7:29Speaker 2: being held without bond. Let's see. I know one of
- 7:34Speaker 2: them actually is a Marine veteran and he's a transgender.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Here he is, Michael Legrand, 29-year-old transgender Marine vet, also
- 7:42Speaker 2: arrested in Louisiana in connection with the alleged plot. Turtle
- 7:46Speaker 2: Island Liberation Front is an anti-capitalist, anti-government, group, the four defendants,
- 7:51Speaker 2: also members of what Carroll called a radical TILF faction
- 7:55Speaker 2: that communicated with the Order of the Black Lotus. The
- 8:01Speaker 2: group spent early December procuring bomb-making materials to build and
- 8:05Speaker 2: test explosive devices in the Mojave Desert. After bombings on
- 8:10Speaker 2: New Year's Eve, the group planned to target immigration and
- 8:13Speaker 2: customs enforcement agents, meaning ICE agents, and vehicles with firearms
- 8:17Speaker 2: and pipe bombs. They were just going to try and
- 8:23Speaker 2: really just turn the entire Los Angeles into a disaster area,
- 8:28Speaker 2: which is interesting because L.A. is a very liberal town
- 8:31Speaker 2: and the liberals wanted to destroy it. Isn't that interesting?
- 8:34Speaker 2: They just want to destroy everything. Everything. Just destroy everything.
- 8:39Speaker 2: BLM-linked bail fund sprung a repeat offender from jail and
- 8:44Speaker 2: days later he murdered a stranger at an Ohio transit station.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Just another example of how liberal bail reform and leftist
- 8:51Speaker 2: groups are endangering American communities. A career criminal in Cleveland, Ohio,
- 8:56Speaker 2: released from jail thanks to a nonprofit tied to BLM,
- 9:00Speaker 2: only to allegedly murder a complete stranger less than two
- 9:03Speaker 2: weeks later. This goes on all the time. It just
- 9:06Speaker 2: seems like almost every crime is committed by the same people.
- 9:12Speaker 2: You know, in other words, like 90% of crime is
- 9:13Speaker 2: by 10% of criminals. And if you put those 10%
- 9:18Speaker 2: of criminals away for life or you kill them, you know,
- 9:22Speaker 2: believe me, I'm a strong believer in the death penalty.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Three strikes and you're out. You get life in prison.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Four strikes and we kill you. It should be as
- 9:28Speaker 2: simple as that. And these are people that commit again
- 9:33Speaker 2: and again and again the same crimes. And if you
- 9:36Speaker 2: let them out, they murder again. You let them out,
- 9:38Speaker 2: they rob again. You let them out, they rape again.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Why are we letting them out? Don't ever let them out.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Either execute them or leave them in jail for life.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Let them rot in a high security prison for the
- 9:48Speaker 2: rest of their lives. But liberals let them out and
- 9:51Speaker 2: then they kill someone who could be your daughter, your son,
- 9:54Speaker 2: your wife, your brother, your sister, your grandma, your mom,
- 9:57Speaker 2: your dad. It's just incredible. that anybody votes Democrat. To me,
- 10:01Speaker 2: it's just incredible how you could vote Democrat. I have
- 10:03Speaker 2: no idea. Another reason not to vote Democrat. I have
- 10:07Speaker 2: a list in my head. Anonymous deep state prosecutor admits
- 10:11Speaker 2: the DOJ will retaliate. against Trump administration officials as soon
- 10:16Speaker 2: as Democrats take back the White House. So let's make
- 10:18Speaker 2: sure they don't take back the White House because if
- 10:22Speaker 2: Trump leaves in 2028 and J.D. Vance or someone like J.D.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Vance does not win the presidency for the Republican Party
- 10:32Speaker 2: and Democrats take control, they're gonna prosecute Trump again. They're
- 10:35Speaker 2: gonna persecute Trump again. The man will be what, 83
- 10:38Speaker 2: years old at that point? And they will try and
- 10:40Speaker 2: put him in prison for the rest of his life.
- 10:43Speaker 2: You know, for like five years or ten years, that
- 10:44Speaker 2: would be the rest of his life. So we cannot
- 10:48Speaker 2: afford to lose the midterms. We cannot afford to lose
- 10:52Speaker 2: in 2028. And you know how you would guarantee winning?
- 10:55Speaker 2: Kill the filibuster. I keep saying that. I'm going to
- 10:57Speaker 2: write that in the next week or two. Kill the
- 11:00Speaker 2: damn filibuster. Kill it. Murder it. Murder it like Nick Reiner. Kill, sorry,
- 11:07Speaker 2: a little dark humor. Kill the filibuster. Because if you
- 11:11Speaker 2: kill the filibuster, you don't need 60 votes to pass anything.
- 11:14Speaker 2: You need 51 votes. 50 plus J.D.
- 11:17Speaker 5: Vance.
- 11:17Speaker 2: That's it. So that's how you pass election reform. Okay?
- 11:21Speaker 2: Voter ID for federal elections. Photo voter ID. Maybe even
- 11:25Speaker 2: photo plus thumbprint. Proof of citizenship. No more email ballots.
- 11:29Speaker 2: No more ballot harvesting. No more ballot drop boxes. No
- 11:32Speaker 2: more counting ballots after election day. You pass all that,
- 11:36Speaker 2: we win every election and Democrats never gain power again. Never, ever,
- 11:40Speaker 2: ever come back and gain power so they can weaponize
- 11:43Speaker 2: government and throw us in jail with FBI SWAT teams.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Why would you not do it? Because the Republican Congress
- 11:49Speaker 2: is filled with sellouts, filled with cowards. and incompetents and
- 11:53Speaker 2: morons and sellouts who are owned by the Chinese Communist Party,
- 11:58Speaker 2: who are owned by the deep state or owned by
- 11:59Speaker 2: the DC swamp. Maybe they're even owned by the DNC.
- 12:03Speaker 2: That's the only reason you don't kill the filibuster. I'll
- 12:06Speaker 2: be right back. Wait on route. All right, a special
- 12:13Speaker 2: treat for you. I want to introduce you to a
- 12:15Speaker 2: real hero of the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner,
- 12:19Speaker 2: founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In
- 12:23Speaker 2: the United States, Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA,
- 12:27Speaker 2: Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is code for a monster
- 12:32Speaker 2: field where gas or oil is in a basin, which
- 12:35Speaker 2: makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're a
- 12:39Speaker 2: legend in the oil industry and the gas industry. Tell
- 12:42Speaker 2: us about your track record.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 12:47Speaker 3: father in the early 1950s started a company called Techstar.
- 12:51Speaker 3: It later became Texas.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Oil and Gas. When it sold out to U.S.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Steel, it was the largest independent in the world. Delhi
- 12:57Speaker 3: Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the United States.
- 13:01Speaker 3: When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I worked with
- 13:04Speaker 3: him for four years. I've been in the oil and
- 13:06Speaker 3: gas business ever since. You would probably know me better
- 13:10Speaker 3: as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And Ultra had a
- 13:14Speaker 3: pretty good track record, which you're very familiar with, I think.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 13:21Speaker 2: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 13:25Speaker 2: of your publicly traded company.
- 13:27Speaker 5: Yeah, at the high.
- 13:29Speaker 2: That's true. $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000
- 13:32Speaker 2: turned into $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now
- 13:36Speaker 2: tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is
- 13:40Speaker 2: so important. I hear about projects and deals all the time.
- 13:44Speaker 2: What makes this one special, Mark?
- 13:46Speaker 3: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 13:49Speaker 3: the United States have been drilled.
- 13:50Speaker 5: We've known for 50 years what they are.
- 13:52Speaker 3: This one could not be drilled because there was a
- 13:55Speaker 3: uranium mine out here. Until it was reclamated three years ago,
- 13:59Speaker 3: no one could drill it. This is surrounded by large
- 14:02Speaker 3: oil and gas fields with billions of dollars of infrastructure
- 14:06Speaker 3: that at this point.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Is 85% empty.
- 14:09Speaker 3: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 14:12Speaker 3: in this field. And right now we can see that
- 14:15Speaker 3: we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out here
- 14:18Speaker 3: with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the
- 14:22Speaker 3: new basin in the United States. And as far as
- 14:25Speaker 3: I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger than
- 14:28Speaker 3: Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 14:30Speaker 2: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 14:37Speaker 2: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 14:41Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 14:45Speaker 2: That's the project. But the website, Lostsoldier.com. If you're an
- 14:49Speaker 2: accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you
- 14:52Speaker 2: want to hear more information, check it out. Fill out
- 14:54Speaker 2: the form and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and
- 14:56Speaker 2: his people will get back to you as CFO. and
- 14:59Speaker 2: let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com. Thanks, Mark,
- 15:03Speaker 2: for being with us today.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Hey, thank you, Wayne. Good to see you again.
- 15:27Speaker 2: All right, Swain, I'm Ruth from Las Vegas. Merry Christmas, everybody.
- 15:30Speaker 2: You see my Christmas jacket, Christmas smoking jacket. You see
- 15:35Speaker 2: our Christmas tree, our Christmas wreath. You should see my home.
- 15:39Speaker 2: My wife, Cindy, has decorated it. It looks like the
- 15:41Speaker 2: North Pole. I could say I'm the most Christmas-decorated TV
- 15:45Speaker 2: or radio host in the United States of America. I
- 15:48Speaker 2: could also say I'm the most Christmas-decorated Jewish house in
- 15:51Speaker 2: the United States of America. On both the inside and
- 15:54Speaker 2: the outside, my house looks like the North Pole. It's amazing. Absolutely. Disneyland,
- 15:58Speaker 2: my friend and director, Pitar, says Disneyland in Christmas. Christmas Disneyland.
- 16:05Speaker 2: So I want to spend this segment talking about something
- 16:08Speaker 2: kind of sad. Even though it's Christmas and I try
- 16:11Speaker 2: and stay upbeat and I just gave you a great
- 16:13Speaker 2: commentary yesterday about how I think 2026 is going to
- 16:16Speaker 2: be the greatest economy maybe ever, but certainly one of
- 16:19Speaker 2: the best in many, many decades, if not ever. And
- 16:23Speaker 2: Trump's doing all the right things to make it one
- 16:25Speaker 2: of the best. So I try to be positive. And
- 16:28Speaker 2: then today the great news came out that GDP was 4.3
- 16:30Speaker 2: percent in the third quarter. So, again, I had a
- 16:34Speaker 2: crystal ball right on the money. Things are going to
- 16:36Speaker 2: be so good for us making money in 2026. And
- 16:39Speaker 2: that's what it comes down to. That's all it comes
- 16:41Speaker 2: down to. If the border is secured, we're making money.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Everyone's going to be happy and we're going to have
- 16:46Speaker 2: a chance to win the midterms. Let me give you
- 16:49Speaker 2: a negative, though, because a lot of people are still
- 16:52Speaker 2: dying from this COVID vaccine. And former Nebraska United States
- 16:56Speaker 2: Senator Ben Sasse, and I don't even like him.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Right.
- 16:59Speaker 2: He was a rhino, never Trumper. He voted to impeach Trump.
- 17:03Speaker 2: He's one of the senators. I can't stand him. Jeff Flake.
- 17:07Speaker 2: There were a few of them that are all gone now.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Anybody who was against Trump on the Republican side is
- 17:11Speaker 2: gone now. But. It doesn't matter. As a human being,
- 17:15Speaker 2: I feel for the man. He's 53 years old and
- 17:19Speaker 2: he's been diagnosed with terminal stage four pancreatic cancer, meaning
- 17:24Speaker 2: he's a goner. You know, I remember when Michael Landon
- 17:26Speaker 2: had pancreatic cancer, he died very quickly. I remember Harry Reid,
- 17:32Speaker 2: our Nevada liberal United States Senator, Mormon United States Senator.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Harry Reid was such a terrible person and such a
- 17:41Speaker 2: terrible senator evil carried the water for obama up the
- 17:46Speaker 2: hill you know made sure obamacare passed all the bad
- 17:48Speaker 2: things obama did were enabled by harry reid but harry
- 17:52Speaker 2: reid had pancreatic cancer he died uh it took a
- 17:55Speaker 2: while um you know because evil doesn't die easily but
- 17:59Speaker 2: it took a while but harry reid eventually died from
- 18:02Speaker 2: pancreatic cancer about i don't know about like a year
- 18:04Speaker 2: and a half after he got the diagnosis they all
- 18:06Speaker 2: die from pancreatic cancer Nobody gets out of it. There's
- 18:10Speaker 2: no way to beat it. Former Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse
- 18:13Speaker 2: diagnosed with terminal stage four pancreatic cancer. He put out
- 18:17Speaker 2: a tweet. There's a tough note to write, but since
- 18:19Speaker 2: a bunch of you have started to suspect something, I'll
- 18:22Speaker 2: cut to the chase. Last week, I was diagnosed with
- 18:25Speaker 2: metastasized stage four pancreatic cancer, and I am going to die.
- 18:31Speaker 2: So here's a guy that admits that he's a goner.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I guess his doctor told him he only has weeks
- 18:36Speaker 2: to live or maybe months to live, but He said
- 18:40Speaker 2: it's a death sentence. He actually put that in a
- 18:42Speaker 2: tweet too. It's a death sentence. I got less time
- 18:46Speaker 2: left than I'd prefer. And so let me tell you
- 18:49Speaker 2: what I tweeted out in response to that. You need
- 18:51Speaker 2: to hear what I had to say. Sorry, Ben.
- 18:54Speaker 4: Sad.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Tragic. Way, way, way too young. Remember, he's 53 years old.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Way too young. But we are hiding our heads in
- 19:01Speaker 2: the sand. Start asking, did Ben take the COVID jab
- 19:05Speaker 2: in 2021? Did Ben take the COVID booster? How many
- 19:10Speaker 2: boosters did he take? You know, he was an establishment rhino.
- 19:15Speaker 2: I guarantee you he took every COVID vaccine and every booster.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I said, these are life and death questions. I guarantee
- 19:22Speaker 2: you the answer is yes. The COVID vax has produced
- 19:25Speaker 2: millions of stage four cancers and deaths, worst of all time,
- 19:30Speaker 2: meaning it's the worst cancer numbers of all time. Only
- 19:34Speaker 2: since the vax came out Only in those who took
- 19:37Speaker 2: the COVID vaccine. There is no explosion or all-time record
- 19:41Speaker 2: or excess deaths among people who didn't take the vaccine.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Only the people who did and only since the vaccine
- 19:46Speaker 2: came out. In other words, anyone who trusted you government,
- 19:50Speaker 2: anyone who trusted bribed FDA officials, anyone who trusted your
- 19:53Speaker 2: bribed doctor, anyone who trusted lying, greedy frauds who run
- 19:57Speaker 2: big pharma, anyone who trusted the media bribed by millions
- 20:01Speaker 2: of big pharma advertising is now dying or dead or
- 20:04Speaker 2: immune damaged or some combination or soon will be even U.S. senators.
- 20:11Speaker 2: That's my take on Ben Sasse. There's no question he
- 20:14Speaker 2: took the vaccine. There's no question that's why he's got cancer.
- 20:18Speaker 2: It's leading to an explosion of stage four cancers. Mass
- 20:21Speaker 2: murder crimes against humanity. I keep saying it. Someone's got
- 20:24Speaker 2: to pay. Eventually, we're going to have to make them pay.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Energized Health is the sponsor of this segment of the show.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I went on their program. Five years ago, November of 2020,
- 20:32Speaker 2: it changed my life, lost 25 pounds of fat, changed
- 20:35Speaker 2: the way my body looked, changed the way my face looked, reversed,
- 20:38Speaker 2: aged me. It's my fountain of youth. I look younger
- 20:40Speaker 2: now at age 64, about to be on Medicare next
- 20:44Speaker 2: year in 2026 than I did 15 years ago. Look
- 20:49Speaker 2: at me, 15 years ago at age 50. Amazing. Here's
- 20:52Speaker 2: your chance to be like Wayne. Go to my555challenge. com, my555challenge. com

- 22:17Speaker 2: found this guy, Mark Bruner, who's the founder and CEO
- 22:20Speaker 2: of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. And I want to
- 22:24Speaker 2: give you a few highlights before I say hi to Mark.
- 22:26Speaker 2: I'm going to give you some highlights why I picked
- 22:28Speaker 2: him out of all the people on the earth in
- 22:31Speaker 2: the energy business. First of all, his background, second generation
- 22:34Speaker 2: oil and gas legend. His companies have created more than
- 22:38Speaker 2: $ 15 billion in and shareholder value, including his big hit,
- 22:44Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum, which he started and went from $ 0. 15 to
- 22:48Speaker 2: $ 200 a share in nine years, and a $ 10, 000 investment
- 22:54Speaker 2: grew to $ 13 million. Anyone who invested $ 10, 000 made $ 13
- 22:58Speaker 2: million for each $ 10, 000 they invested, number one performing stock
- 23:03Speaker 2: on the planet for a decade. The incredible story of
- 23:06Speaker 2: his new project, Lost Soldier... and how it came together.
- 23:10Speaker 2: It took him 40 years to put this 40-acre site together,
- 23:14Speaker 2: virgin territory surrounded by massive gas production. And it looks
- 23:20Speaker 2: to be, at this point, the largest gas discovery in
- 23:23Speaker 2: Wyoming and the surrounding areas in over four decades. Could
- 23:27Speaker 2: be bigger than the Permian Basin. Could be an ocean
- 23:31Speaker 2: of oil. And he's put together a talented management team
- 23:36Speaker 2: And of course, huge drilling season is now approaching. And
- 23:40Speaker 2: of course, Trump has now making it easy to drill again.
- 23:44Speaker 2: I like to say instead of MAGA, it's MEGA GAGAGA
- 23:47Speaker 2: because it's make gas drilling great again. MEGA GAGAGA, make
- 23:51Speaker 2: gas great again. So without further ado, one of my
- 23:55Speaker 2: heroes of the energy world and the energy economy and
- 23:58Speaker 2: getting rid of inflation by drilling, baby, drilling. Mark Bruner
- 24:03Speaker 2: with us, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 24:07Speaker 2: The website is lostsoldier.com. Take special note of that, lostsoldier.com,
- 24:12Speaker 2: because you're going to want to contact him after you
- 24:14Speaker 2: hear this interview, I'm betting. Lostsoldier.com. Let's bring Mark on
- 24:19Speaker 2: and let's talk about it, because this could be the
- 24:21Speaker 2: biggest home run of your career. Mark Bruner, welcome to
- 24:25Speaker 2: the show. How are you?
- 24:27Speaker 5: It's wonderful to see you, Wayne. So you've put.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Together, not found, but put together, pieced together 40,000 acres.
- 24:35Speaker 2: It took you 40 years to do it. And now
- 24:38Speaker 2: you believe that this could be even bigger and better
- 24:42Speaker 2: than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something where a $ 10, 000
- 24:45Speaker 2: investment eventually grew to 13 million, each 10,000, 13 million?
- 24:52Speaker 2: How could this be bigger and better and more special
- 24:55Speaker 2: than that, Mark?
- 24:57Speaker 3: Well, I think the answer to that is that this
- 25:00Speaker 3: is a basin that has never been drilled. I mean,
- 25:04Speaker 3: we've known for 50 years where all the basins are,
- 25:07Speaker 3: and every single one of them have been drilled except
- 25:10Speaker 3: this one.
- 25:11Speaker 5: And because there was a uranium.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Mine out here, and whenever Three Mile Island melted down,
- 25:17Speaker 3: the– Burial Land Management decided not to let anyone drill
- 25:22Speaker 3: it until it was reclamated. So three years ago, I
- 25:25Speaker 3: got a call because I did ultra, they wanted me
- 25:27Speaker 3: to drill this. And because they got the permit, the
- 25:31Speaker 3: reclamation and the mine was finished and we drilled it.
- 25:33Speaker 3: And as they say, the rest is history. It's certainly
- 25:37Speaker 3: by far the biggest thing I've ever found. And, you know,
- 25:41Speaker 3: I'm not saying it'll be, you know, 10,000 will go
- 25:43Speaker 3: to 13 million. I can tell you with great confidence
- 25:47Speaker 3: that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the Pinedale
- 25:50Speaker 3: Anticline and Jonah Field and Ultra Petroleum.
- 25:52Speaker 2: I can tell you that. So let me ask a
- 25:56Speaker 2: simple question that maybe the average person at home would
- 25:59Speaker 2: ask right now. My average fan might ask right now.
- 26:02Speaker 2: which is how do you know this, Mark? Perhaps it's
- 26:05Speaker 2: the last base that hasn't been drilled because there's no
- 26:08Speaker 2: oil and gas there. How do you know it's going
- 26:11Speaker 2: to be this big?
- 26:12Speaker 3: Well, we've already drilled basically a third of the way
- 26:16Speaker 3: down in the sedimentary section. And that's how we know
- 26:20Speaker 3: because we have logs and tests on the wells that
- 26:23Speaker 3: we drill so far. So we already know that there's
- 26:26Speaker 3: over-pressured gas zones, very much like a layer cake. And
- 26:30Speaker 3: because we have hundreds of miles of seismic and a
- 26:34Speaker 3: way to interpret that seismic called a synthetic, we can
- 26:39Speaker 3: see we've got enough room for up to 500 wells
- 26:42Speaker 3: that we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.
- 26:46Speaker 2: So.
- 26:46Speaker 3: It's very exciting. We know the gas is there. And
- 26:51Speaker 3: it's just a matter of drilling up this field. And
- 26:54Speaker 3: as they say, the rest will be history.
- 26:56Speaker 2: What are your plans for drilling this year, right now?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
- 27:03Speaker 3: year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
- 27:07Speaker 3: some of those zones we think are going to be
- 27:10Speaker 3: very similar to Lost Soldier Field, which I named my
- 27:14Speaker 3: company after, that's already produced over 400 million barrels of oil.
- 27:18Speaker 3: So we expect to be able to test as many
- 27:22Speaker 3: as another eight or nine zones below what we've already found.
- 27:26Speaker 3: If what we just already found was 500 locations, we've
- 27:30Speaker 3: got a giant field already. But we actually think there's
- 27:33Speaker 3: more potential even below us.
- 27:36Speaker 2: So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
- 27:39Speaker 2: you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
- 27:43Speaker 2: are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
- 27:46Speaker 2: data centers all over this country and all over the world.
- 27:49Speaker 2: You're planning a data center to be built right there
- 27:53Speaker 2: on your lost soldier property. Tell us about it.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Well, I think I just might mention, you know, besides me,
- 28:01Speaker 3: the gentleman by the name of Harold Hamm, that is
- 28:04Speaker 3: one of the most famous guys in the oil and
- 28:06Speaker 3: gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains,
- 28:09Speaker 3: just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to The Economist,
- 28:12Speaker 3: and got together with CEOs of large independents. And they
- 28:16Speaker 3: all agreed that gas and data centers.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Is the future.
- 28:19Speaker 3: And it's my belief that this test case that we're
- 28:22Speaker 3: doing right now, being able to show economically with all
- 28:26Speaker 3: of the new science that has been developed, that we
- 28:29Speaker 3: will be able to open up a new business, the
- 28:32Speaker 3: deep overpressured gas business, that will be the source of
- 28:36Speaker 3: the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,
- 28:41Speaker 3: big gas production, no data centers.
- 28:43Speaker 5: It's that simple.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Now, coal might provide a little, but mostly it's going
- 28:47Speaker 3: to be natural gas.
- 28:49Speaker 2: You and I had a chance to have dinner in
- 28:51Speaker 2: Las Vegas live and in person. You and I had
- 28:53Speaker 2: a chance to really get to know each other last week,
- 28:56Speaker 2: and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
- 28:59Speaker 2: You're a nice guy. You're a gentleman. You're a class act.
- 29:02Speaker 2: I want to make sure everybody knows that. I was
- 29:03Speaker 2: so impressed. You talked about the fact that all the
- 29:07Speaker 2: pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on
- 29:11Speaker 2: around this area, and they're all headed for the place
- 29:14Speaker 2: where the most natural gas in America's used, California. So
- 29:19Speaker 2: you could spend decades piping natural gas to California. Do
- 29:24Speaker 2: I have that right?
- 29:25Speaker 5: You absolutely do.
- 29:27Speaker 3: The incredible thing is that the trunk lines that go
- 29:30Speaker 3: east and west to the east coast and the west
- 29:32Speaker 3: coast to California are about 50 miles away at Womsetter.
- 29:36Speaker 3: All we're doing right now is building a pipeline of pipeline,
- 29:41Speaker 3: and we're going to be drilling for the next 36 months.
- 29:43Speaker 3: We expect to fill that pipeline up with 15 to
- 29:46Speaker 3: 20 wells, not 500. And then within five years, we
- 29:52Speaker 3: expect to put a 42 to a 46-inch line.
- 29:55Speaker 5: That would handle two and a half to five BCF
- 29:57Speaker 5: a day.
- 29:58Speaker 3: And my crystal ball says we'll be the biggest producer
- 30:01Speaker 3: of natural gas in California.
- 30:04Speaker 2: All right. And you expect to go public as well.
- 30:07Speaker 2: That's in your plans and fairly quickly, right? Next couple
- 30:10Speaker 2: of years, you expect to be a public company like
- 30:12Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum.
- 30:14Speaker 5: Well, that's exactly right.
- 30:15Speaker 3: I think the key critical thing is as soon as
- 30:17Speaker 3: we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
- 30:20Speaker 3: 42 to the 46-inch line and we know we're going
- 30:22Speaker 3: to have that gas production, we're going to get a
- 30:25Speaker 3: wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market. And so,
- 30:29Speaker 3: Netherlands Suhl, who's the number one energy company in the
- 30:33Speaker 3: world that.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Does valuations, is going to do the work for us.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Actually, my father was their first client in the early
- 30:41Speaker 3: 1950s for Texas Oil and Gas.
- 30:43Speaker 4: So.
- 30:43Speaker 5: Fred Sewell's 97. He's still alive.
- 30:45Speaker 3: They're going to do the they're going to do the
- 30:47Speaker 3: valuation and we're going to get credit for wells we
- 30:51Speaker 3: haven't even drilled whenever we do that engineer report.
- 30:54Speaker 5: So we expect it to be a very big IPO.
- 30:58Speaker 2: This is kind of the grand finale of this. We're
- 31:00Speaker 2: a firework show, you know, give me the grand finale.
- 31:03Speaker 2: I got about a minute. How big can Lost Soldier
- 31:06Speaker 2: actually become, Mark Bruner?
- 31:09Speaker 5: Look, I mean, this is my opinion, okay?
- 31:12Speaker 3: I can't prove it yet, but I've been involved in
- 31:15Speaker 3: the business a long time. I think this is a
- 31:18Speaker 3: 50-TCF gas field, okay? A giant field is 3-TCF. That's
- 31:22Speaker 3: what I think, okay? Ultra was like 20-25. This is
- 31:26Speaker 3: much bigger than Ultra, in my opinion.
- 31:29Speaker 2: That's amazing. Ultra is the company that went public eventually,
- 31:32Speaker 2: and nobody can guarantee results. But just to hear about Ultra,
- 31:36Speaker 2: a $ 10, 000 investment turned into $ 13 million. Each $ 10, 000 you
- 31:40Speaker 2: invested turned into $ 13 million at the peak of Ultra.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Just amazing. If you can come even close to it, Mark,
- 31:46Speaker 2: forget about equality or beating it. You've got yourself one
- 31:49Speaker 2: gigantic winner, just like that was the big winner for
- 31:52Speaker 2: a decade on Wall Street. This could be a big
- 31:54Speaker 2: winner for a decade on Wall Street again. So history
- 31:58Speaker 2: hopefully repeats with lost soldier oil and gas. And of course,
- 32:03Speaker 2: the tax shelter advantages of oil and gas are pretty cool, too.
- 32:06Speaker 2: The first year you get to write off somewhere in
- 32:08Speaker 2: the neighborhood of 65 to 70 percent of your investment
- 32:11Speaker 2: as a tax deduction. It's It's truly an unbelievable opportunity.
- 32:14Speaker 2: I wanted to bring you on to expose to everyone
- 32:17Speaker 2: one of the heroes of the energy industry moving forward
- 32:20Speaker 2: under Drill Baby Drill and Mega Gaga. Make gas great again.

- 37:31Speaker 2: Remember that? Al Pacino's girlfriend. Cute Italian girlfriend in The Godfather.
- 37:35Speaker 2: That was funny. Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Monday. It was
- 37:42Speaker 2: very funny. It's Christmas, man. I'm a little punch drunk.
- 37:47Speaker 2: It's been a long day. And we're glad to get
- 37:49Speaker 2: a few days off and hang with family. My four
- 37:52Speaker 2: kids are coming in from all areas of the world.
- 37:55Speaker 2: And I'm very excited to be with them on Christmas night,
- 37:59Speaker 2: having Christmas dinner with the family. I'm excited to watch
- 38:01Speaker 2: the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas morning, 10 a.m. Cowboys against
- 38:06Speaker 2: the Redskins. Well, the Commanders, excuse me. I will forever
- 38:09Speaker 2: call them the Redskins. Cowboys against the Washington Commanders, traditional
- 38:13Speaker 2: rivalry game. Should be fun to watch, even if the
- 38:15Speaker 2: Cowboys suck. And I'm looking forward to just relaxing for
- 38:20Speaker 2: a few days and maybe even getting away from politics.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Can you believe it? For a few days. Just for
- 38:25Speaker 2: a few days. So just some odds and ends stories
- 38:29Speaker 2: to end the last segment. Trump bars global censorship agents
- 38:34Speaker 2: from entering the United States. He's barring five agents of
- 38:39Speaker 2: the global censorship industrial complex from entering the United States.
- 38:44Speaker 2: State Department has taken steps to impose visa restrictions on
- 38:47Speaker 2: on five European individuals whose entry, presence, or activities in
- 38:52Speaker 2: the United States have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences
- 38:57Speaker 2: for the United States. Two of these, former EU Commissioner
- 39:00Speaker 2: Thierry Breton and Imran Ahmed, the chief executive of the
- 39:07Speaker 2: Center for Countering Digital Hate, you know that one, you
- 39:10Speaker 2: know that's a bad guy, are subject to deportation. Their
- 39:14Speaker 2: conduct has been legal and even socially acceptable in the
- 39:18Speaker 2: countries in which they operate, but censorship is unwelcome in
- 39:21Speaker 2: our nation. Bretton ordered Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and Xiao
- 39:27Speaker 2: Zichu to combat misinformation about... the Israel-Hamas war on their
- 39:31Speaker 2: platforms under an EU law called Digital Services Act. And
- 39:38Speaker 2: Ahmad has campaigned for the deplatforming of the Trump administration
- 39:42Speaker 2: and stricter policing of online speech. Boy, if he doesn't
- 39:45Speaker 2: know who I am, boy, would he hate me if
- 39:47Speaker 2: he knew me. Every word I say, he would want
- 39:49Speaker 2: to be banned and kicked off of every platform. These
- 39:52Speaker 2: are such evil people. It's unbelievable and so great of
- 39:56Speaker 2: Trump to do that. Fulton County's admission that 315,000 votes
- 40:03Speaker 2: were unlawfully cast exonerates President Trump once and for all.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Of course 2020 was stolen. Is everybody kidding me? 2020
- 40:12Speaker 2: was about COVID and the Chinese Communist Party partnering with
- 40:16Speaker 2: the Democrats to to make sure that they stole the
- 40:19Speaker 2: election from Trump, killed the economy, and let in millions
- 40:22Speaker 2: of fake votes so they could steal the election. An
- 40:25Speaker 2: underreported story from the past week was Fulton County, which
- 40:29Speaker 2: is in Atlanta, right, Atlanta, Georgia, Fulton County's damning admission
- 40:33Speaker 2: that a staggering 315,000 votes, at least, minimum, were cast
- 40:38Speaker 2: in the 2020 election, were submitted unsigned, ergo unauthorized, and
- 40:43Speaker 2: hence in violation of the law in an election that
- 40:46Speaker 2: was decided by a measly 11,000 votes in the Peach State.
- 40:51Speaker 2: So that figure represents 28 times over what would have
- 40:54Speaker 2: been needed to swing Georgia's 16 electoral votes from Biden
- 40:58Speaker 2: to Trump. Really amazing. Just think about how razor thin
- 41:04Speaker 2: the election was in 2020. Biden's alleged margin of victory
- 41:08Speaker 2: in the three states that mattered the most to winning
- 41:10Speaker 2: the race, Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin, was 11,000 votes in Georgia, 0.23%,
- 41:14Speaker 2: not 23%, 0.23%. And then in Arizona, 10,000 votes, 0.30%.
- 41:15Speaker 2: And in Wisconsin, 20,000 votes, 0.63%. Between those three states, 42,000
- 41:31Speaker 2: votes or a meager 13% of the total unauthorized votes
- 41:35Speaker 2: in Fulton County prevented Trump from reclaiming the White House. Now,
- 41:39Speaker 2: the great news is it all worked out great, didn't it?
- 41:43Speaker 2: I mean, it worked out fantastic because Trump wouldn't have
- 41:46Speaker 2: been the same president. He'd be out now. He wouldn't.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Now we have for another three years and he wouldn't
- 41:51Speaker 2: have been the same president. Everything he learned from his
- 41:54Speaker 2: first term and from the four years out of office
- 41:56Speaker 2: led to everything that happened since then. And that's why
- 41:59Speaker 2: we got great Trump. And, you know, my commentary, I'll
- 42:02Speaker 2: repeat it again, going to be a great 2026, going
- 42:04Speaker 2: to be lots of economic boom times. And I think
- 42:09Speaker 2: it's going to be good news for the Republican Party
- 42:11Speaker 2: in the midterms. Scott Besson launches massive federal investigation. It's
- 42:18Speaker 2: over 100 money service businesses operating along the U.S. border.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Another way to put it would be money laundering businesses
- 42:26Speaker 2: operating across the U.S. border. So all good stuff happening
- 42:31Speaker 2: only because. Trump earned his lesson in the four years
- 42:34Speaker 2: in the wilderness, in exile. All right, as we say goodbye,
- 42:37Speaker 2: let me mention Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, because you

- 43:05Speaker 2: the Rocky Mountain region in the last 30 years. Headed
