- 0:00Speaker 1: Off the Bench with Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Say Hester and Hester got it fine of five from
- 0:07Speaker 2: carrying each other to and Natty to carrying each other.
- 0:11Speaker 1: On the air, there's BROP Control.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Live from the Raising Kine Studio. It's off the Bench, Ahi.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Looking back here Off the Bench our number three on
- 0:34Speaker 3: Thursday Morning, Live from the Raising Caine Studio. We were
- 0:37Speaker 3: just at the end hour number two talking about Los
- 0:41Speaker 3: Angeles Lakers selling for twelve and a half million dollars,
- 0:47Speaker 3: which far exceeds any sale for a NBA team, and
- 0:51Speaker 3: it's I wanted to bring him back out because I
- 0:56Speaker 3: wanted to ask Taylor what his thoughts are about his
- 0:58Speaker 3: favorite guy in the whole world, Jerry Jones, and like
- 1:02Speaker 3: what he must be thinking right now for the valuation
- 1:06Speaker 3: of the Dallas Cowboys has always been kind of like
- 1:09Speaker 3: you know, in theory and known that they probably have
- 1:12Speaker 3: the biggest valuation on their sports team, you know, bigger
- 1:15Speaker 3: than anybody else.
- 1:16Speaker 4: So you know, what does he got to be thinking.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Of his team's worth fifteen twenty twenty five billion estimating fifteen.
- 1:23Speaker 5: Yeah, so you know, whatever company puts out the evaluation
- 1:27Speaker 5: of all sports, they are once again the most valuable
- 1:31Speaker 5: franchise and professional sports fifteen and a half billions.
- 1:33Speaker 6: So his network immediately goes up by the sale of
- 1:36Speaker 6: the Lakers.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Right, yeah, immediately, but like how much is fifteen billion high? Now,
- 1:42Speaker 3: he's like an NBA team went twelve and a half.
- 1:44Speaker 5: He's pretty much all of it because like Richard bitcheeering
- 1:46Speaker 5: the break like it says, he's what sixty three per
- 1:48Speaker 5: sixty three, and then Stephen Jones has some that's his son,
- 1:52Speaker 5: like Charlotte Jones has some investments taken in, and Charlotte
- 1:55Speaker 5: Jones is over the Dallas Cowboy cheerleader organization as well,
- 1:58Speaker 5: So like it's basically that entire family is like the
- 2:01Speaker 5: owner of the Cowboys, So uh, they're gonna have some
- 2:04Speaker 5: money one day. With Jerry is that he's never gonna
- 2:06Speaker 5: sell because he will not give up control.
- 2:10Speaker 3: No, what look for the laundress Bold predictions this season
- 2:15Speaker 3: for sure.
- 2:15Speaker 7: On that note, I'm bringing it back.
- 2:16Speaker 8: He looked awful in a video I saw the other day.
- 2:22Speaker 7: What are we doing that? I'm excited for those.
- 2:24Speaker 4: We're gonna end of this month before I guess we got.
- 2:27Speaker 7: To do the game yeaheah.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Before we's here because it's both in a field and
- 2:31Speaker 3: college bold predictions. But yeah, I'm just if I'm I'm
- 2:34Speaker 3: thinking that the Cowboy's got to be more than fifteen
- 2:36Speaker 3: billion if the Lakers are at twelve and a half.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Because I know Jerry outright owns his stadium. I'm not
- 2:45Speaker 3: sure about the Lakers.
- 2:46Speaker 4: They own their arena, I don't know, uh, but he
- 2:51Speaker 4: owns the same.
- 2:52Speaker 3: I believe he's got a business deal with the owner
- 2:55Speaker 3: of the Yankees too. I think they have like a
- 2:56Speaker 3: catering company that does all the stadium concessions and stuff
- 3:00Speaker 3: like that as well, So I'm sure that goes into
- 3:02Speaker 3: the valuation. So look at the chops a lot of money.
- 3:05Speaker 4: My god.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Bob Iger, the former CEO of Disney, I don't know
- 3:10Speaker 3: about like y'all, but the CEO of Maha doesn't get
- 3:13Speaker 3: paid like that.
- 3:14Speaker 7: But was it Bob Iger the CEO of Disney? Then
- 3:17Speaker 7: he wasn't? How he is again?
- 3:18Speaker 4: Great question that brought him back? Not real sure trying
- 3:21Speaker 4: to fix Disney. That's up. That's sounds right, No, I'm sure.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Else I remember that story.
- 3:26Speaker 7: Yeah, no, yeah, I just looked it up.
- 3:29Speaker 6: When Disney just went to complete crap.
- 3:31Speaker 7: So then they brought him back?
- 3:34Speaker 3: Is it back now? Had new Ted Lasso came out?
- 3:38Speaker 4: You Ted last? I haven't watched it. It was the
- 3:40Speaker 4: first episode of the new season. Good. Yeah, I'm trying
- 3:45Speaker 4: to figure out where it's going.
- 3:46Speaker 6: But typically if it's not sports on, my wife picks
- 3:50Speaker 6: whatever shows on.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Okay, that's fair. And do you fall asleep first? Yeah, okay,
- 3:56Speaker 3: so you definitely don't watch anything. Then I wake up
- 3:59Speaker 3: on the cow.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Like.
- 4:00Speaker 4: One of the more that's like at the time that
- 4:02Speaker 4: I watched stuff that I want to watch is.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Like, but because Lacy falls as sleep way way before me.
- 4:08Speaker 3: But we both liked it last, so I think everybody
- 4:10Speaker 3: can get behind that. I didn't love the third season,
- 4:13Speaker 3: so I felt that it lost a little bit of
- 4:15Speaker 3: what made it good, which is stopped becoming more of
- 4:18Speaker 3: like a comedy and it was all about like the
- 4:19Speaker 3: heartfelt stuff, which.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Is it was very much a drama in season three. Yeah.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Yeah, Season one was heartfelt, but it was, you know,
- 4:25Speaker 3: it was a comedy still and season three kind of
- 4:29Speaker 3: lost at a little bit of the comedy.
- 4:30Speaker 4: I hope he gets back. Was it funny? Was episode
- 4:32Speaker 4: one funny? Yeah?
- 4:33Speaker 5: So I'm not I think I got about ten or
- 4:34Speaker 5: fifteen minutes left in that episode. But from what I've
- 4:37Speaker 5: seen from the first one, it's good because like he's
- 4:39Speaker 5: back in Kansas the you know, they come over from
- 4:42Speaker 5: the UK. First thing they want to do is go
- 4:44Speaker 5: get Kansas City barbecue. They love it, So I mean, yeah,
- 4:47Speaker 5: it's it's fun so far.
- 4:48Speaker 6: I feel like if you left the show with fifteen
- 4:50Speaker 6: minutes left, you weren't as interested.
- 4:52Speaker 4: That's what I was about.
- 4:53Speaker 5: It was a thirty minute show too, so this was
- 4:56Speaker 5: a week ago. Everything was a good baby, went way through,
- 5:01Speaker 5: we stopped it, haven't picked.
- 5:02Speaker 4: It back up yet.
- 5:04Speaker 6: Wasn't calling your name to come right back to it.
- 5:06Speaker 6: That's not a good sign dage at all.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Maybe I think it's more me than the indictment on
- 5:10Speaker 5: the show Ted last It doesn't seem like your thing.
- 5:13Speaker 8: I've never seen Ted Lasso, Okay.
- 5:15Speaker 3: So that's I would think most of the populace, so
- 5:18Speaker 3: fifty percent of the people in this room and I
- 5:20Speaker 3: haven't seen it. I would I would have said, definitely,
- 5:22Speaker 3: over like fifty percent of the population, he's seen it.
- 5:25Speaker 8: But when Jake's here, three out of four have seen it.
- 5:28Speaker 8: Because Jake loves Ted Lasso.
- 5:30Speaker 4: I knew about it from Jake. I don't know a
- 5:33Speaker 4: lot of people that talk about it other than.
- 5:36Speaker 5: I was laid to the party, like I just watched it, Like, oh,
- 5:40Speaker 5: I don't know, January February.
- 5:42Speaker 4: I mean we just watched it. Hey, let me get so.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I was just looking at Louisiana Sports on that another article.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Hunt just dropped a article on there about the drama
- 5:53Speaker 3: between LSU and Jane Daniels and the picture popped up
- 5:56Speaker 3: of Jade Holden the Heisman trophy and Brian Kelly now
- 6:00Speaker 3: to him with the backwards L. I know people really
- 6:07Speaker 3: want to hear about this, but what's your opinion on
- 6:11Speaker 3: the L in general?
- 6:13Speaker 4: First, not the BACKWARDELL just there.
- 6:15Speaker 6: I'm good with having some type of you know, tag
- 6:18Speaker 6: to where you take your pictures. I mean, the backwards
- 6:21Speaker 6: els tough.
- 6:25Speaker 8: I agree that it's tough. I just find it really
- 6:27Speaker 8: funny that this is like such a hill that you're.
- 6:30Speaker 9: Going to die.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Absolutely, I want change.
- 6:33Speaker 5: I want change. That's what I'm hoping for. What's worse
- 6:36Speaker 5: backwards L or star position?
- 6:39Speaker 3: Oh, equally equally as cringe to me. Backwards that's what
- 6:47Speaker 3: I figure. Backwards L. For sure, I don't think it
- 6:49Speaker 3: gets much worse than that. I think, if you're going
- 6:52Speaker 3: to be on that side, just don't put it up.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:54Speaker 3: So when we were at SEC media Days, we were there,
- 6:57Speaker 3: we interviewed Wit Weeks and the L s U football
- 7:01Speaker 3: photographer was there and we took a picture and I
- 7:03Speaker 3: was on this side of Weeks and they said, throw
- 7:06Speaker 3: up the L and I said no. I was just
- 7:11Speaker 3: like fist like I was a fighter. But even if
- 7:14Speaker 3: I was on the other side, I still wasn't thrown
- 7:15Speaker 3: up the L.
- 7:16Speaker 8: Well, and somebody, I don't remember who it was, it
- 7:18Speaker 8: was somebody here like mentioned that picture to me and
- 7:22Speaker 8: how you had your fist up and I was like, well, yeah.
- 7:24Speaker 7: He's not going to throw up the L.
- 7:26Speaker 8: And they're like why and I was like, I don't know,
- 7:28Speaker 8: but he's not going to throw up the L.
- 7:32Speaker 4: I just remember the L s U from L s
- 7:34Speaker 4: U Sports was like, hey, throw up the l's.
- 7:36Speaker 8: You're like, nah, Jake did, I'm good?
- 7:39Speaker 10: You were like can I do something else? Jake was
- 7:41Speaker 10: like yes, sir, yes, sir, absolutely, whatever you say, sir.
- 7:47Speaker 10: And that's like sheep, what a sheep? Jake's a sheep.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I don't think I've ever thrown up the l I mean,
- 7:54Speaker 3: no one did forever.
- 7:57Speaker 4: When did that become a thing or drone didn't do it?
- 8:04Speaker 4: That's a good question. It's a good question. I don't know.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I don't know when it became popular for football.
- 8:10Speaker 7: I think somebody said it's like a track.
- 8:12Speaker 4: It was a thing, yes, but like.
- 8:17Speaker 3: I don't know, huh as an elshe track thing when
- 8:21Speaker 3: it started?
- 8:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's all alash. Does Lane Kiffing do it? Yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 4: Lane has done it.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Lane loves to throw the sideways one to the backward
- 8:32Speaker 3: ze and the sideway Z. Yeah, I'm I'm assuming the
- 8:35Speaker 3: sideways just pointing because.
- 8:40Speaker 6: That's always been a thing. You always pointed at the guy.
- 8:43Speaker 6: So that is a good thing.
- 8:44Speaker 4: When you do a finger with your thumb, yeah, it's
- 8:48Speaker 4: kind of more awkward to put your thumb down.
- 8:50Speaker 6: I mean.
- 8:52Speaker 3: So when you when you do a finger pistol and
- 8:53Speaker 3: you're a kid, you go peep you. Why does everybody
- 8:56Speaker 3: they use the trigger finger? But that you shouldn't, right, Well,
- 9:00Speaker 3: I mean that's the barrel of the gun.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Would be it would be down here, down here.
- 9:06Speaker 3: You would use your middle finger to pull the trigger.
- 9:10Speaker 3: But there's also no handle of a gun.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Goes up.
- 9:13Speaker 5: Yeah, but that's the hammer. That's the hammer. So you
- 9:15Speaker 5: could you could go hammerd down like this.
- 9:17Speaker 4: I always go, I always go hammer hats.
- 9:19Speaker 8: Yeah, this is more gun like I feel I don't
- 9:22Speaker 8: like that.
- 9:24Speaker 4: But then you can't do anything.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Say, the finger pistol doesn't like really resemble a pistol
- 9:27Speaker 3: at all, That's.
- 9:30Speaker 7: What I'm saying.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Flip it.
- 9:31Speaker 7: That looks more like.
- 9:32Speaker 4: A So you don't you don't you.
- 9:34Speaker 9: Could just.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Yeah, risk risk backwards.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Okay, so let us know if you're in the chat,
- 9:41Speaker 3: how like, if you do a finger pistol, how are
- 9:44Speaker 3: you pulling the trigger? Let us let us know how
- 9:46Speaker 3: you're shooting it.
- 9:49Speaker 8: The people need to know how you shoot a finger gun.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Hey, look, we've made it this far without Jake and
- 9:56Speaker 4: a half weeks now we're we're rolling all we're kind.
- 10:00Speaker 6: Of I think it's in the wrist. Anybody do the
- 10:03Speaker 6: double finger. They're like, oh, that's true. If you double
- 10:06Speaker 6: the double finger pistol, it is risk.
- 10:09Speaker 4: It's all risk. Man, this is blurry.
- 10:11Speaker 5: It's from a TV copy, but uh not backwards. Got
- 10:16Speaker 5: a forward and backwards.
- 10:19Speaker 4: And we know what you mean.
- 10:21Speaker 7: What if you just watched around this.
- 10:25Speaker 4: That would take so much concentration. I'm screwing that off.
- 10:31Speaker 7: Tap your your head and rub yourself rough you do that,
- 10:37Speaker 7: Do it right now, Tap your eye, rub your stomach.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Oh okay, Ken, can you take this thing to point
- 10:45Speaker 3: your fingers at each other. Try to rotate one that's
- 10:48Speaker 3: forward on.
- 10:49Speaker 7: The other backwards. Yeah, my grandpa used to tell me
- 10:51Speaker 7: to do this.
- 10:52Speaker 3: It's hard to do. You got to go like real
- 10:54Speaker 3: big radio. We're all doing. It's great, but look, it's
- 10:59Speaker 3: out number three, it's on the back half of the week.
- 11:01Speaker 3: It's a very besides built different besides like number five jerseys.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Not a lot.
- 11:09Speaker 6: No, you go on your I mean we did the
- 11:13Speaker 6: youth sports deal. I'm sitting here and getting sent film
- 11:17Speaker 6: clips from practicing today, film from youth sports. All right, Uh,
- 11:22Speaker 6: we're gonna get break. So hey when we come back.
- 11:24Speaker 3: What we want to do is Jake has been traveling
- 11:26Speaker 3: the countryside, obviously, going to a lot of different training
- 11:28Speaker 3: camps and talking with all the big wigs at every
- 11:30Speaker 3: single team.
- 11:31Speaker 7: Uh what you're about to Aaron Rodgers interview?
- 11:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah, because we were.
- 11:35Speaker 3: We wanted to play that yesterday, but we had a
- 11:36Speaker 3: lot happening yesterday. So we weren't able to play. We
- 11:39Speaker 3: do want to play because it is interesting stuff. Jake's
- 11:42Speaker 3: been doing a really great job of interviewing.
- 11:45Speaker 11: Uh.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I mean, it's like I said, he's with Lamar Jackson.
- 11:47Speaker 3: We saw Andy Reid he's doing. He was with Todd Mounkin,
- 11:50Speaker 3: former ls U l s U coach, and so he
- 11:54Speaker 3: had a really great interview with Aaron Rodgers. We're going
- 11:56Speaker 3: to play that and then react to it right here
- 11:58Speaker 3: and we come back off the bench. Off the bench,

- 14:48Speaker 3: opportunity to sit down and have a candid conversation with
- 14:51Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers, who has been very elusive at times with
- 14:56Speaker 3: a lot of people in the media and there's a
- 14:58Speaker 3: lot of opinions being thrown out there about him. He
- 15:01Speaker 3: went off on Pat McAfee's show recently and destroyed Fauci.
- 15:04Speaker 4: It was absolutely incredible. Go check that out if you haven't.
- 15:09Speaker 3: But he got a chance to sit down and just
- 15:10Speaker 3: talk ball and be real with him, and you know,
- 15:14Speaker 3: I gave him an icebreaker, an icebreaker story that I
- 15:16Speaker 3: think probably loosened him up a little bit, uh with
- 15:18Speaker 3: with when he met Aaron for the first time, so
- 15:21Speaker 3: that's the first.
- 15:22Speaker 4: He's probably met him before. But like, sat out to
- 15:24Speaker 4: talk to him. Did you text Aaron? Text me after
- 15:27Speaker 4: the thing? He was like, Hey, I just had a
- 15:28Speaker 4: chat with your guy. He was He was talking good
- 15:31Speaker 4: about the interview.
- 15:31Speaker 3: So but we wanted to play it for you because
- 15:34Speaker 3: we thought it was really interesting. And one of the
- 15:36Speaker 3: members of the Foxhall got to talk to got to
- 15:38Speaker 3: talk to Aaron Rodgers recently and a lot of other
- 15:40Speaker 3: folks around the league. But Alandra, let's play that interview
- 15:44Speaker 3: between Jacob Pester and Aaron Rodgers.
- 15:46Speaker 12: All right, welcome back in Serious six m NFL Radio.
- 15:49Speaker 12: Jacob Pester, Pat Kerwin here with you live from Steelers camp.
- 15:52Speaker 12: Gonna catch up with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Now, Aaron, we
- 15:55Speaker 12: appreciate time. Thanks hopping on with us.
- 15:57Speaker 9: Yeah, my pleasure. We already off to a good start.
- 16:00Speaker 12: All right, So you know, cut up with your head
- 16:02Speaker 12: coach earlier. It started reminding me of times at Green
- 16:05Speaker 12: Bay and Nostalgia and some of the guys that you
- 16:07Speaker 12: play with. So the first question I wanted to ask you,
- 16:11Speaker 12: who's the complete liability on a road trip If I'm
- 16:13Speaker 12: choosing between Josh Sitton, Matt Flynn, John Kuhn, and TJ.
- 16:18Speaker 4: Lane.
- 16:18Speaker 9: Oh my god, all four of them. Oh my gosh.
- 16:23Speaker 9: It got so crazy in the preseason, especially preseason was
- 16:27Speaker 9: when most of the pranks happened that Mike had to
- 16:29Speaker 9: put a stop to it because those four knuckleheads me
- 16:32Speaker 9: a little bit, were in a constant battle, include Graham
- 16:36Speaker 9: Harroll in that there was like a battle. These guys
- 16:38Speaker 9: would play cards in the back. They'd play Uker I
- 16:41Speaker 9: think and TJ and Joshua teammates, and Flynn and Kuhn
- 16:46Speaker 9: or Flynn and Grammar teammates, and somebody's always cheating and
- 16:49Speaker 9: ripping up the cards. We got to the hotel, and
- 16:51Speaker 9: the common practice was try and steal somebody's room key
- 16:55Speaker 9: to get up to the room and do some stuff
- 16:57Speaker 9: to their room. But the greatest prank ever was by
- 17:00Speaker 9: Matt I believe, where he got the tape from the
- 17:04Speaker 9: training room and tape together just about everything in his room.
- 17:07Speaker 9: I'm talking like bed sheets, you know, pillowcases, towels into
- 17:14Speaker 9: this huge, long, huge rope and he he locked. I
- 17:18Speaker 9: believe it was Josh and TJ the only guys who
- 17:20Speaker 9: ever stayed together, you know, on the road, everybody said
- 17:23Speaker 9: their one room, Josh and TJ were together. Tape their
- 17:25Speaker 9: room shut. They couldn't get out of the room. They
- 17:28Speaker 9: like he taped it to like a maintenance store and
- 17:30Speaker 9: they had to get like jaws of life scissors to
- 17:32Speaker 9: cut this huge rope thing he'd created. And that was
- 17:35Speaker 9: when the last time, you know, Mike was like, all right,
- 17:38Speaker 9: let's cut the Shenanigans. You know, that's that's enough. But man,
- 17:41Speaker 9: those guys unbelievable.
- 17:42Speaker 12: There might have been a story that I heard about TJ.
- 17:45Speaker 12: Laning and a fire extinguisher and y'all were having a
- 17:49Speaker 12: water balloon fight, and he made sure he got the
- 17:52Speaker 12: last call there.
- 17:53Speaker 9: Again, one of the greatest pranks ever at Saint Norbert's
- 17:56Speaker 9: was we would mess around with with some ipology. I
- 18:00Speaker 9: saw all the staff over the years that have worked
- 18:02Speaker 9: there for all the damage that myself and these knuckleheads
- 18:05Speaker 9: you just mentioned created. But one of the best pranks
- 18:08Speaker 9: that we used to do is we would fill up
- 18:10Speaker 9: a trash can, like a large one, you know, like
- 18:12Speaker 9: a four foot trash can about eighty percent of water.
- 18:15Speaker 9: And all the doors at Saint Norbas open in so
- 18:18Speaker 9: at nighttime, once somebody's locked themselves in, you just lean
- 18:21Speaker 9: that trash can against the door and in the morning,
- 18:24Speaker 9: you know, they open that thing up and it just
- 18:25Speaker 9: absolutely drenches the room. So Matt was Matt loved to
- 18:29Speaker 9: get the hose. They ended up having to hide the
- 18:31Speaker 9: hose from us. We couldn't use the hose, so we
- 18:32Speaker 9: were they were using the hose like putting another the
- 18:35Speaker 9: door because there was like a minute little crack under
- 18:37Speaker 9: there and TJ just about had it. So he sneaks
- 18:40Speaker 9: out of his room somehow and he runs down and
- 18:43Speaker 9: we don't see him. And at Saint Norbous, the old
- 18:47Speaker 9: those that old call as we stayed at, they used
- 18:49Speaker 9: to have the old air conditioning machines that sucked the
- 18:52Speaker 9: air and from the outside and cooled it for the
- 18:54Speaker 9: air conditioning. Well, TJ came up with an incredible idea.
- 18:57Speaker 9: I don't know if it's on the spot or if he
- 18:59Speaker 9: was premeditated, but he realized, if I stick the fire
- 19:02Speaker 9: extinguisher in the back of the air conditioning unit, the
- 19:06Speaker 9: entire room is going to flood. So I'm rooming with
- 19:09Speaker 9: with Brett good or long Snapper, who was always in
- 19:10Speaker 9: on the pranks as well, and he just absolutely drenched
- 19:14Speaker 9: our room in that fire retardant. It was one of
- 19:16Speaker 9: the most amazing pranks. You're so mad about it, But
- 19:20Speaker 9: because he've done so many things over the years of
- 19:21Speaker 9: these guys, you're like, that was a good one. That
- 19:24Speaker 9: was a good one. Yeah, tooche brother.
- 19:28Speaker 11: So when guys retire, they always say the thing I
- 19:30Speaker 11: missed the most is the locker room. The guys and
- 19:33Speaker 11: then we asked a little bit about you here, and
- 19:36Speaker 11: the prankster word came out that you are you enjoy
- 19:39Speaker 11: the company of these guys. You'll stop by to play
- 19:42Speaker 11: a video game because I asked tell us something Aaron,
- 19:45Speaker 11: people don't know about them, and they went right to it.
- 19:48Speaker 11: The dorms and you, yeah, and enjoying your teammates.
- 19:51Speaker 9: I got some good pranks that haven't even unveiled yet.
- 19:56Speaker 9: This is the year to do it, for sure. But yeah,
- 19:59Speaker 9: I mean these are the best times, you know, being
- 20:02Speaker 9: up here in the trobe at Saint Vincent's like all
- 20:06Speaker 9: the time we could spend with our teammates, you know,
- 20:07Speaker 9: this is what it's all about. So nighttime is about
- 20:10Speaker 9: hanging out, having some laughs, playing cards, guys play video games.
- 20:15Speaker 9: So it's a lot of fun. You don't get these
- 20:17Speaker 9: opportunities at other places. We did it for thirteen years
- 20:20Speaker 9: in Green Bay. Then for the time when Matt was
- 20:23Speaker 9: there for those for fourteen years, I guess, and for
- 20:26Speaker 9: those four years we didn't do it, and you miss it,
- 20:29Speaker 9: you know because campens and guys go home. You know,
- 20:31Speaker 9: this is like a snapshot of before the pressure hits
- 20:35Speaker 9: up the real life back to real life regular season,
- 20:39Speaker 9: where honestly, we can't be anywhere else, you know, we
- 20:41Speaker 9: got to be here, so we might as well hang out.
- 20:42Speaker 9: So this is a ton of fun being up here.
- 20:45Speaker 9: And while we're up here, we might as well do
- 20:47Speaker 9: some pranks as well. There's no question. The problem is,
- 20:49Speaker 9: this is the problem, you know, when I outlasted all
- 20:52Speaker 9: those guys you mentioned in Green Bay. So anytime and
- 20:54Speaker 9: anybody at the prank after TJ was gone and Josh
- 20:56Speaker 9: was gone, and Graham was gone and Coon was gone,
- 21:00Speaker 9: was gone, it was like me, Boxyari did a little bit,
- 21:03Speaker 9: but it was like I was always blamed first. Then
- 21:06Speaker 9: I get here and I do a couple of pranks,
- 21:08Speaker 9: and automatically I'm I'm blamed. You know, whether or not
- 21:11Speaker 9: I did them, I don't know. I can't. I can't
- 21:13Speaker 9: tell you that. But no, but I love it. I
- 21:16Speaker 9: love mixing up with it with.
- 21:17Speaker 4: No, you're exactly.
- 21:18Speaker 12: I mean, those are the things that you miss when
- 21:19Speaker 12: you retire. You don't get a chance to do that
- 21:21Speaker 12: after you retire, And I'm kind of jealous that you
- 21:23Speaker 12: still get to do pranks. So I can appreciate that.
- 21:26Speaker 9: I never wanted to grow up.
- 21:27Speaker 12: You know, No, why would we why would we catching
- 21:30Speaker 12: up with Steel's quarterback Aaron Rodgers here? All right, So
- 21:33Speaker 12: if this is in fact the last year, I think
- 21:35Speaker 12: I have something. If you don't already have like ten
- 21:37Speaker 12: things lined up, I think I have something that I
- 21:39Speaker 12: think you would be elite at. All right, I want
- 21:41Speaker 12: you to go across the country to every quarterback and
- 21:44Speaker 12: every coach and teach them an actual cadence like down set, hut, blue, eighty, green, eighty,
- 21:52Speaker 12: whatever it is, because I think you're the man that
- 21:54Speaker 12: can get rid of the clap count in football.
- 21:56Speaker 9: I'd love to. I think it's ridiculous. I'm watching college
- 21:59Speaker 9: games and they don't even have a snap count, and
- 22:01Speaker 9: then a guy comes here and they're trying to figure
- 22:03Speaker 9: out what am I doing in the huddle? Wait, I
- 22:04Speaker 9: have to stand in the hoddle. There's not a signal
- 22:06Speaker 9: from the sideline, and then we're clapping. How did they
- 22:10Speaker 9: clap when you're playing, you know down there in Death Valley?
- 22:13Speaker 4: Right?
- 22:13Speaker 9: What are we doing? How do you do that when
- 22:15Speaker 9: you're at the Horseshoe or at Michigan Stadium or even
- 22:20Speaker 9: at the Memorial Stadium at Cal won a big game
- 22:23Speaker 9: when we played Miami. You know when game day was there.
- 22:27Speaker 9: It's so ridiculous. It came a weapon, a whip. We've
- 22:31Speaker 9: got so much out of it over the years, with
- 22:33Speaker 9: off sides and free plays and twelve on the field,
- 22:36Speaker 9: and I don't get it. But it's a new game,
- 22:39Speaker 9: you know, it's a it's a it's a new type
- 22:40Speaker 9: of player.
- 22:41Speaker 4: So I think we can count you in. I'm in, Yeah,
- 22:45Speaker 4: let's talk about you helping the defense.
- 22:46Speaker 11: Because I've asked the defensive guys your presence, challenging them
- 22:50Speaker 11: with the snap count, the hard count, the whole shooting match.
- 22:54Speaker 11: And here's their answer to me, Well, he gets us,
- 22:58Speaker 11: but we know no one else in the league can
- 22:59Speaker 11: do it.
- 23:00Speaker 4: It's okay.
- 23:02Speaker 9: Like I think the most important thing is to pass
- 23:04Speaker 9: on to knowledge, So I'm always looking for little things
- 23:08Speaker 9: I can give them. I want practice to be as
- 23:10Speaker 9: hard as possible, so if we're gashing them on something,
- 23:12Speaker 9: I'm not just gonna keep doing it. It's like, you know,
- 23:15Speaker 9: at some point you lose that competitive fire. So I'm
- 23:18Speaker 9: always talking. Like today I was talking to Asanta and
- 23:21Speaker 9: the DB's. We were talking about different types of routes
- 23:25Speaker 9: on the in the tight red zone, you know, because
- 23:28Speaker 9: they're they're thinking slant fade and then back to the
- 23:31Speaker 9: front pylon, some sort of fade stop. And I told
- 23:34Speaker 9: them about some of the hard things for the receivers
- 23:37Speaker 9: because I want them to make it as hard as
- 23:38Speaker 9: possible on my guys, but also I want them to
- 23:40Speaker 9: make it as hard as possible on me. So we're
- 23:42Speaker 9: talking about the type of footballs that are thrown down there,
- 23:45Speaker 9: like the air on it or lack of air and
- 23:48Speaker 9: under center compared in the gun, and how that changes
- 23:50Speaker 9: things and changes mindset. And because if I can pass
- 23:54Speaker 9: on a little some to those guys from my years,
- 23:56Speaker 9: you know it's going to give them a big leg
- 23:58Speaker 9: up when they're not playing somebody's played twenty two years,
- 24:01Speaker 9: you know, who doesn't have the same type of thought
- 24:02Speaker 9: process out there, and you're playing teams that don't maybe
- 24:06Speaker 9: adjust after the snap. I was telling them a little
- 24:08Speaker 9: thing today about about alignment and how that can mess
- 24:11Speaker 9: with the receiver. If you adjust your alignment at the
- 24:13Speaker 9: snap or even right before the snap, you just if
- 24:17Speaker 9: you can get the other team to just think for
- 24:20Speaker 9: a second and overthink something, you've got the lag up.
- 24:23Speaker 9: And that's what we've always done with a cadence because,
- 24:27Speaker 9: like you said, when we're the line of scrimmage and
- 24:29Speaker 9: they are thinking about the cadence, it's taking them away
- 24:32Speaker 9: from a reaction they have to do, or a key
- 24:35Speaker 9: on alignment or a sound that they might be hearing
- 24:39Speaker 9: from the offensive line saying what they're blocking scheme or
- 24:42Speaker 9: pass protection scheme is. I just feel like all that
- 24:45Speaker 9: stuff adds up. It's super minute stuff. We're talking about
- 24:48Speaker 9: fractions of pennies, but when you add it up, you're
- 24:51Speaker 9: creating something that can give you a slight competitive advantage,
- 24:55Speaker 9: and in this league, that's all you need.
- 24:58Speaker 11: All right.
- 24:58Speaker 3: There was that was Jacob Pesser with it, Aaron Rodgers.
- 25:00Speaker 3: A lot of funny stuff at the beginning, and a
- 25:04Speaker 3: lot of telling stories, rehashing. He's trying to, you know,
- 25:07Speaker 3: make the connection with me being his teammate and everything,
- 25:09Speaker 3: but like some really interesting stuff there at the end too,
- 25:12Speaker 3: just like the details in your operation and how little
- 25:15Speaker 3: things can add up. And that's a good lesson for
- 25:18Speaker 3: anything in life. But talking about the sap count and
- 25:20Speaker 3: why we make fun of the clap count. We have
- 25:22Speaker 3: a little bit of fun with that, But then in
- 25:24Speaker 3: reality there is something too that he's talking about, like
- 25:26Speaker 3: little things. If you can just make them make the defense,
- 25:29Speaker 3: or make your opponent whoever you're lined up against, hesitate
- 25:31Speaker 3: for a second, or think about something other than what
- 25:34Speaker 3: they should be thinking about for just a split second,
- 25:36Speaker 3: it gives you an advantage. I just took out of that.
- 25:38Speaker 3: You didn't change from college. Yeah, yeah, that's true. You
- 25:41Speaker 3: don't have to grow up if you play in the NFL. Yeah,
- 25:44Speaker 3: he did get that story backwards though. I got locked
- 25:49Speaker 3: into my room and it was before the fourth preseason
- 25:54Speaker 3: game in my third season. I was starting in a
- 25:56Speaker 3: preseason game for the first time in my career, so
- 25:58Speaker 3: I was getting my first start in the NFL, albeit
- 26:00Speaker 3: a preseason game, and they locked me in. I usually
- 26:03Speaker 3: take the first bus to the stadium, and I missed
- 26:06Speaker 3: the first bus. They locked it in, and I barely
- 26:08Speaker 3: made the second bus, the last bus to the stadium
- 26:11Speaker 3: because I was locked in.
- 26:12Speaker 4: I had to call it. A had to come cut
- 26:13Speaker 4: me out. Why didn't you call them earlier? I don't know.
- 26:17Speaker 4: He just went back to sleep, and no, I didn't
- 26:19Speaker 4: go back to sleep. I was paniced. I was nervous.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Anyway, great stuff there, awesome interview, and anytime you can
- 26:27Speaker 3: get one of the greatest ever do it to talk
- 26:28Speaker 3: a little bit of ball with you. And look, no
- 26:31Speaker 3: shock to me that the person, the quarterback with the
- 26:34Speaker 3: greatest snapcount in the history of tackle football doesn't like
- 26:37Speaker 3: the no snapcount offenses.
- 26:39Speaker 4: So anyway, it's great stuff.
- 26:41Speaker 3: A good job by Air and the team over there,
- 26:43Speaker 3: or drive by Jacob and the team over there. And
- 26:46Speaker 3: that was fun. It was fun to listen to for me.
- 26:48Speaker 3: I hope it was for you as well. All right,
- 26:50Speaker 3: look we have what do we have? We have munchies

- 28:42Speaker 4: Jeff, what's going on? Good morning, How are you all?
- 28:45Speaker 3: We're doing fantastic? Have you you been catching up on
- 28:47Speaker 3: a lot of sleep lately?
- 28:51Speaker 4: You got funny, we got jokes this morning. That way,
- 28:58Speaker 4: it's y'all.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Are y'all are definitely in the thick of it, and yeah, yeah,
- 29:04Speaker 3: give give us a give us an update. How are
- 29:06Speaker 3: How are the vibes around the facility? How are vibes
- 29:09Speaker 3: around the performance center?
- 29:11Speaker 13: Yeah? I mean, I couldn't compare it to another year,
- 29:14Speaker 13: and you know, one one year or another, but the
- 29:17Speaker 13: guys are eating well, you know, and I think better
- 29:20Speaker 13: this year than I've seen in years past. You know,
- 29:23Speaker 13: I think attribute some of that to Morgan the dietician.
- 29:26Speaker 13: Attribute some of that to new philosophy and buying. You know,
- 29:30Speaker 13: we like to think that the food's still good. But yeah,
- 29:35Speaker 13: you know, honestly, I've been focusing in my energy on
- 29:38Speaker 13: the front, on the nutrition center. I haven't gotten back
- 29:41Speaker 13: to the back to see the guys practice and such
- 29:43Speaker 13: on the field. That thus yet that you know, during
- 29:49Speaker 13: twenty nineteen, are mules moved around a little bit and
- 29:52Speaker 13: they are a little bit at this point too, so
- 29:55Speaker 13: being prepared for that, you know, a thirty minutes earlier,
- 29:58Speaker 13: being prepared for the call to say they're coming off early. Yeah,
- 30:00Speaker 13: it's it. Uh, you know, it definitely takes priority over
- 30:04Speaker 13: go back there and talk on at what's going on
- 30:06Speaker 13: on the field.
- 30:06Speaker 6: So yeah, I guessing was it a little bit more
- 30:09Speaker 6: complicated now with the change up practice from morning to
- 30:12Speaker 6: evenings morning and evenings, getting the schedule going.
- 30:14Speaker 13: Yeah, I mean at some point you get used to it,
- 30:17Speaker 13: but it does, you know it, And it's when the
- 30:21Speaker 13: food lands. When they come off the field, how hungry
- 30:23Speaker 13: they are. You know, a late afternoon practice or early
- 30:26Speaker 13: morning practice have different dictations on how much they're going
- 30:30Speaker 13: to eat. To be honest with you, you know, they
- 30:32Speaker 13: come off the field late in the afternoon and they're
- 30:34Speaker 13: tired and they're kind of grumpy, they don't they don't
- 30:36Speaker 13: really want to eat, kind of the last thing they
- 30:37Speaker 13: want to do. And you know, in the morning, they're
- 30:39Speaker 13: they're hungry and ready to rip. And you know, like
- 30:41Speaker 13: every everybody eats well because they know they have it's
- 30:44Speaker 13: kind of common sensible that they have energy that they
- 30:47Speaker 13: need to put into their body to burn. So it's
- 30:50Speaker 13: a it's a learning thing, you know. It's it's us
- 30:52Speaker 13: teaching them and them being willing to learn.
- 30:56Speaker 9: Nu.
- 30:57Speaker 3: He if we're going to get to these questions before
- 30:58Speaker 3: I do, want to ask you one thing real, Even
- 31:00Speaker 3: the great ones Tom Brady, Wayne Gretzky, Michael Jordan, they
- 31:03Speaker 3: can all make mistakes every down and then they pat
- 31:05Speaker 3: their chest say my bad. Have you cooked the dish yet?
- 31:09Speaker 3: This training camp that just didn't hit with the team.
- 31:12Speaker 13: Uh well yes, uh, And it was kind of an
- 31:16Speaker 13: embarrassing you know, for me, it was embarrassing because it
- 31:18Speaker 13: was one of their favorites and it wasn't really due
- 31:21Speaker 13: to a human being but to a piece of equipment
- 31:24Speaker 13: going bad on us. We had a tilt skillet, which is,
- 31:29Speaker 13: you know, forty eight inch wide by eighteen inches deep,
- 31:33Speaker 13: flat device that holds liquids in it, and we were
- 31:36Speaker 13: brazing ox tails and at some point the damn thing
- 31:41Speaker 13: cut out on us and we didn't realize it. They
- 31:43Speaker 13: were supposed to be simmering to tenderize the meat of
- 31:46Speaker 13: the oxtail, and it didn't. It cut off for what
- 31:49Speaker 13: we think to be between an hour and an hour
- 31:51Speaker 13: and fifteen minutes. And so the oxtail, they were tough.
- 31:56Speaker 13: And you know when the when the team comes in
- 31:59Speaker 13: and it's afecting oxtail, falling off the bone tender and
- 32:02Speaker 13: it's one of their favorite dishes, and you know they're
- 32:05Speaker 13: gnawing on it, chewing on it. It's you know, like, yeah, yeah,
- 32:12Speaker 13: you got to take that lick though, you know what
- 32:13Speaker 13: I mean. I go out there and get in front
- 32:14Speaker 13: of it and and you know, take the responsibility for
- 32:17Speaker 13: it whatever it is, even if it was a piece
- 32:19Speaker 13: of equipment, even if it was one of my chefs
- 32:21Speaker 13: screwed up, that's my job to jump in front of it.
- 32:23Speaker 4: So absolutely, you like the quarterback, you got to take
- 32:25Speaker 4: the blame for everything.
- 32:26Speaker 13: Absolutely, brother, Absolutely, yea.
- 32:30Speaker 3: Much respect. All right, hashtag munchies. What fall recipe are
- 32:34Speaker 3: you looking forward to?
- 32:36Speaker 13: Say that again? Now fall?
- 32:37Speaker 4: What fall recipe are you looking forward to?
- 32:40Speaker 13: Yeah, I mean there's not one in particularly that sticks
- 32:43Speaker 13: out of my mind. I'm just looking forward to fall
- 32:45Speaker 13: starting because fall is our busiest time of the year,
- 32:48Speaker 13: and busy chefs are better chefs. You know, like when
- 32:50Speaker 13: it slows down, people get fussies, they start busting at
- 32:53Speaker 13: each other. Our hands need to be in food, so
- 32:56Speaker 13: it's not really necessarily a particular recipe. But but seeing
- 33:00Speaker 13: the abundance of student athletes return and the gratitude that
- 33:04Speaker 13: they have for what we do, and you know, familiar
- 33:06Speaker 13: faces come back and the new faces arrive, that's that's
- 33:09Speaker 13: an exciting moment.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Absolutely, Yeah, I know that's what we're all looking forward
- 33:14Speaker 3: to thog, especially as how hot it is. My god,
- 33:17Speaker 3: I can't wait for all. I don't care about the food.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Just give me the weather, that's right. Hashtag munchies. I
- 33:21Speaker 3: love Vietnamese food, specifically the grilled pork spring spring rolls.
- 33:25Speaker 3: What kind of pork to use for this and how
- 33:27Speaker 3: to prepare it for wrapping spring rolls?
- 33:30Speaker 13: Yeah, I think you know, like not nothing too tender.
- 33:34Speaker 13: You want something like a sirloin texture that has a
- 33:36Speaker 13: little firmness to it and grind it up. I suppose
- 33:39Speaker 13: you could probably put it in a slow cooker and
- 33:44Speaker 13: cook it that way if it was you know, like
- 33:46Speaker 13: a pork butter or something, and put a like a
- 33:49Speaker 13: flavorful liquid in it and stew it down and then
- 33:52Speaker 13: chop it so that it's like pulled pork, but chopped finer,
- 33:55Speaker 13: so that it's going to fit in there that way.
- 33:58Speaker 13: It's already been cooked, your heating it, the flavor has
- 34:01Speaker 13: been imparted in it, all that kind of stuff. But
- 34:05Speaker 13: I think typically you're going to find like a ground
- 34:07Speaker 13: park and ground you know, like it's going to be survoins.
- 34:09Speaker 13: Is that that that type or that texture of meat?
- 34:12Speaker 3: Yeah, this is this is really good and I'm interested
- 34:16Speaker 3: in this as well. Hashtag munchies. Why does Asian Cajun
- 34:20Speaker 3: fusion work so well together?
- 34:22Speaker 13: Yeah, it just does, right, Like it's the chilies and
- 34:25Speaker 13: the spices, it's I mean, it just does. I mean
- 34:29Speaker 13: Asians have a lot of chili and spice in their
- 34:31Speaker 13: and their cuisine and and sort of louis so the
- 34:35Speaker 13: Louisiana's and I think that that's a marriage, you know,
- 34:38Speaker 13: like that you just need one thread that kind of
- 34:40Speaker 13: pulls things together, right. And a lot of Asian dishes
- 34:43Speaker 13: also have very long cook times, right, They've got street
- 34:48Speaker 13: foods with pots that have been perpetually cooking for thirty years,
- 34:51Speaker 13: you know. And so I think the Cajuns buy and
- 34:53Speaker 13: large appreciate that that kind of pot cooking technique, right,
- 34:58Speaker 13: throw it in the pot and cook it, you know,
- 35:00Speaker 13: like a jumble or a etufe or something of that nature.
- 35:03Speaker 13: You know, it's it's a like mindedness.
- 35:06Speaker 4: I suppose high sag munchies.
- 35:09Speaker 13: Here.
- 35:09Speaker 3: I bought some mahi mahi files. How should I prepare them?
- 35:14Speaker 13: You know, Mahi mahi I like to grill on a
- 35:18Speaker 13: flat grill or in a skillet and and put like
- 35:21Speaker 13: a lemon barblanc on it with capers in it it.
- 35:25Speaker 13: You know, don't overcook it because it will get dry,
- 35:28Speaker 13: and when it gets dried doesn't taste very good. Mahi
- 35:32Speaker 13: is a particular flavor, and if you like it, you
- 35:34Speaker 13: love it, and if you don't, probably hate it. Right.
- 35:37Speaker 13: I like it fresh, and usually what I'll do is
- 35:40Speaker 13: I'll share it off. If you don't have the talent
- 35:43Speaker 13: to cook it in a in a in a skillet
- 35:47Speaker 13: or on a flat top, which it's not that difficult.
- 35:50Speaker 13: You can bake it in the oven after you've steered it,
- 35:53Speaker 13: but it's a very short amount of time, you know,
- 35:55Speaker 13: seven minutes tops, I think, And I like to take
- 36:00Speaker 13: butter brown it and when it's reaching you'll know it's brown,
- 36:03Speaker 13: not just because of the color, but it has develops
- 36:05Speaker 13: this nutty slates like olfactory this sense, right, and then
- 36:09Speaker 13: you put your capers in there, careful to put too
- 36:13Speaker 13: much of the juice in there, because really what you're
- 36:15Speaker 13: wanting to do is to fry the capers in the
- 36:17Speaker 13: fat to the point where they open up where the
- 36:20Speaker 13: real briny liquid is. And that's even better than the vinegar.
- 36:23Speaker 13: That that is that it is surrounding them, right, and
- 36:28Speaker 13: then finished with cream and reduce, and you got to
- 36:31Speaker 13: hit it with the It's difficult for me to talk
- 36:35Speaker 13: to them.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Yeah, this is like a callback to a couple of
- 36:37Speaker 3: weeks ago, like when we said we came to the
- 36:39Speaker 3: conclusion that you can't put enough capers on things.
- 36:42Speaker 13: That's right. Yeah, So yeah, that that lemony, that lemony
- 36:47Speaker 13: briny flavor really goes well with a fish.
- 36:50Speaker 6: Like MOHI, Jeff, what's your favorite fish to cook? You
- 36:53Speaker 6: just got me thinking about fish. That's my favorite?
- 36:55Speaker 13: The one I just caught for sure?
- 36:56Speaker 4: What I just got the last one?
- 36:58Speaker 13: Yeah, that's right. I just pulled a twenty pound catfish
- 37:02Speaker 13: out of the still away a couple of you know,
- 37:04Speaker 13: like two weeks ago, and just before that, I caught
- 37:07Speaker 13: a bull shark, a baby bull shark, And this was
- 37:09Speaker 13: in a spillway. I caught a bull shark. It crazy,
- 37:11Speaker 13: that's yeah.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Fine, Yeah, you can find bull sharks like in Illinois's
- 37:16Speaker 3: they slum up the.
- 37:17Speaker 13: River so far this northern I think the furthest north
- 37:20Speaker 13: north that they found them was in Saint Louis, Missouri.
- 37:22Speaker 13: And that's wild.
- 37:23Speaker 4: That is terrifying, absolutely terrifying.
- 37:26Speaker 3: God Chef, speaking of fish, maybe like little fish fry,
- 37:30Speaker 3: what's your preferred oil for frying?
- 37:33Speaker 13: I usually just used canola. It's health wise, you know,
- 37:37Speaker 13: even at the house. I use canola now, just because
- 37:40Speaker 13: at fifty, I'm concerning more about my health than I
- 37:42Speaker 13: am about, you know, anything, and canola tastes good. It
- 37:47Speaker 13: really celebrates the flavor of the fish or chicken. I
- 37:51Speaker 13: just used canola. Chef.
- 37:53Speaker 3: There's a really fun of video from LSU football Instagram
- 37:58Speaker 3: to social Were you involved with the taking the food
- 38:01Speaker 3: away from the players prank?
- 38:05Speaker 4: It was awesome? It was great.
- 38:06Speaker 13: That was genuine. Oh yeah, the conversation following up there
- 38:14Speaker 13: was some genuine emotion behind taking this.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Okay, so how long did did we play the prank
- 38:19Speaker 3: out to where they're like, okay, we're just kidding kidding
- 38:21Speaker 3: with U?
- 38:22Speaker 13: And it was within a couple of me. It was
- 38:23Speaker 13: within you know, like ninety seconds, but some of them
- 38:27Speaker 13: caught the camera first. You know, I figured it out right,
- 38:29Speaker 13: But there was a couple of guys when they because
- 38:32Speaker 13: they took the food and walked around the corner and
- 38:34Speaker 13: they're like, what.
- 38:35Speaker 7: The hell's going on?
- 38:36Speaker 4: What is happening Richard?
- 38:37Speaker 3: And yeah, right, there had to been some reactions that
- 38:42Speaker 3: got cut from the final edit because there was probably
- 38:46Speaker 3: some some yeah and don't touch my food, like especially
- 38:49Speaker 3: during training camp, don't touch my food.
- 38:52Speaker 13: There was definitely some emotions then well.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Just like you said, food brings out the emotion, the
- 38:58Speaker 3: emotional response to everybody.
- 39:00Speaker 13: Yeah, if you would you know what that happened at
- 39:02Speaker 13: my house when I was growing up, Like there was
- 39:04Speaker 13: sports and knives.
- 39:05Speaker 4: Yeah, there was.
- 39:06Speaker 3: There was sometimes you just gotta fight, Jeff, you know. Yeah,
- 39:10Speaker 3: all right, chef, that's it for this week.
- 39:12Speaker 4: We appreciate your time.
- 39:14Speaker 3: I know that you are in the thick of it
- 39:16Speaker 3: and hopefully you're getting a little bit of extra sleep,
- 39:19Speaker 3: but you know, we we appreciate what you do forelish athletics.
- 39:23Speaker 3: I appreciate your time every single week.
- 39:24Speaker 13: Thank you, guys, appreciate you all right.
- 39:26Speaker 4: Have a good one. All right.
- 39:27Speaker 3: There he is chef Michael Johnson with our Monchy segment,
- 39:29Speaker 3: joins us every single week, and like he's batting one
- 39:33Speaker 3: hundred hundred percent. Well you say bat a thousand. I'm
- 39:36Speaker 3: a baseball guys should know that. Every single week.
- 39:39Speaker 7: I was going to say anything, that's good.
- 39:43Speaker 4: He's scoring one hundred percent, batting a thousand.
- 39:45Speaker 7: You're batting one hundred Not in the lineup. You got
- 39:48Speaker 7: to get benched.
- 39:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not very good, not very good at all.
- 39:52Speaker 3: But he makes us hungry every single week. It's great stuff.
- 39:57Speaker 3: There they are, I know they are, man, they are
- 39:59Speaker 3: blowing and going over there feeding a lot of folks
- 40:01Speaker 3: and a lot of hungry folks.
- 40:03Speaker 4: So that's why I asked a fish question. I'm not
- 40:05Speaker 4: a big mahi guy.
- 40:06Speaker 6: Yeah, but the way he was describing to cook it good.
- 40:10Speaker 4: It did sound really good. All right there, he as well.
- 40:12Speaker 3: We appreciate the time each and every week, and we

- 42:43Speaker 3: let's see here hashtag ask the bench besides weeks in picket,
- 42:48Speaker 3: what defensive players.
- 42:49Speaker 4: Should we be keeping an eye on? PJ. Woodland is
- 42:51Speaker 4: really really quietly had two really good seasons. I've been
- 42:55Speaker 4: talking about at.
- 42:58Speaker 6: PJ Woodland does not get enough credit for what he's
- 43:01Speaker 6: done in his last two.
- 43:02Speaker 3: I think he's really really good. And he's Assissippi kid yep.
- 43:05Speaker 3: And what we know newly famous Canadian. Our guy at safety,
- 43:10Speaker 3: your guy have benefit. He's Canadian. Yes, we all learned
- 43:16Speaker 3: that the other day. Nobody knew that, at least in
- 43:19Speaker 3: our room, in this little studio, we didn't. Okay, let's see,
- 43:24Speaker 3: I said, I guess a bench. Do we really think
- 43:26Speaker 3: JD five is the one that's mad? Or is it
- 43:30Speaker 3: somebody else?
- 43:31Speaker 4: Mom?
- 43:32Speaker 5: It doesn't matter because it comes back on him either way,
- 43:34Speaker 5: so unfortunately for him mm hmm.
- 43:38Speaker 6: Just after watching one, it's definitely his mom was like.
- 43:41Speaker 4: Hey, agent and business management, the attorneys.
- 43:45Speaker 3: Uh yeah, I don't know yet. Like I agree, Taylor,
- 43:49Speaker 3: it doesn't really matter whose it is. He's putting his
- 43:53Speaker 3: stamp of approval on it. So whether you know it's
- 43:56Speaker 3: it's it's not a great look for for either side.
- 43:59Speaker 3: It's messy situation and completely unavoidable and dumb. And they
- 44:02Speaker 3: should have just tired of the jersey. Nothing, none of
- 44:03Speaker 3: this would happen. All right, let's see, this is a
- 44:07Speaker 3: ass the bench to Landra and Richard because Taylor and
- 44:10Speaker 3: I answered this the other day and I thought it
- 44:11Speaker 3: was the greatest question potentially that's been on asked the
- 44:14Speaker 3: bench brought to you by ass called jose Eqi's when
- 44:18Speaker 3: it is the last time Richard and Elandra fell down
- 44:21Speaker 3: and it didn't involve called like just absolutely fell down
- 44:24Speaker 3: where your body hit the ground.
- 44:26Speaker 7: Not involving alcohol.
- 44:27Speaker 8: I genuinely don't remember, like I've fallen down, but it's
- 44:31Speaker 8: involved alcohol.
- 44:33Speaker 6: I know exactly. It was a couple of months ago,
- 44:36Speaker 6: getting up in the middle of the night to go
- 44:37Speaker 6: through the house and stepping on a toy and like
- 44:39Speaker 6: I stepped it was like a deer antler. Oh no,
- 44:42Speaker 6: And I stepped on it and then like immediately you
- 44:44Speaker 6: know how you try to lift and you don't know
- 44:45Speaker 6: how to get it, and it was just a rolled.
- 44:47Speaker 3: Yeah, you're absolutely your human body fell to the ground.
- 44:54Speaker 6: I fell on the couch. Luckily I was by the couch,
- 44:56Speaker 6: but the couch wasn't there, I would have hit the ground.
- 44:58Speaker 8: I've tripped a lot, but I I haven't like body
- 45:01Speaker 8: hit the ground, but I trip all the time.
- 45:05Speaker 3: That was white Boy Wednesday, working out life once they
- 45:10Speaker 3: work out. Hey, look, Taylor, I can't remember. How's the
- 45:13Speaker 3: weather supposed to be today. We're gonna be hot, mostly sunny,
- 45:15Speaker 3: ninety six, chance chance of rain in the afternoon, not
- 45:19Speaker 3: that I've seen. Hey, stay hydrated. Out there is really hot.
- 45:21Speaker 3: It is dangerously hot up there. Stay hydrated. Go get
