Women’s Health Week 2026 gets underway next week, with a packed programme of events taking place across Clare from September 28th to October 4th. This year’s theme is “Strong at Every Age – Strong Bones, Strong Hearts, Strong Minds”, with activities focusing on physical health, mental wellbeing, nutrition, exercise and healthy ageing.
