- 0:07It's six Eastern.
- 0:08It's three o'clock Pacific.
- 0:10This is a president of action.
- 0:11Coast to coast and around the world from the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:16If he says he's serious about something, he means it.
- 0:19It's time for The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott.
- 0:22Is anyone else tired of Minnesota like I am?
- 0:26It's beautiful there.
- 0:27I've been there.
- 0:28A lot of lakes there, really pretty.
- 0:30For the most part, people are really, really nice in Minnesota, but I'm sick of it.
- 0:35From George Floyd to what happened on Wednesday, to what is happening with all the fraud in Minnesota?
- 0:41I'm done with that state.
- 0:43Let's give them to Canada, as far as I'm concerned.
- 0:46I'm Booker Scott, and this is The Truth Be Told on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:51Thank you for joining us tonight, as always.
- 0:53And if you found us later on a podcast, thank you so much for doing that.
- 0:5837-year-old Renee Good.
- 1:01She was killed Wednesday in that terrible traffic situation that happened in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and it happened with ICE agents.
- 1:10Apparently she was blocking traffic.
- 1:12An ICE agent went to in front of her car.
- 1:15And it's really hard to tell exactly what happened.
- 1:19There are different views, different angles of the video, but it appears that that ICE agent was in front of her car, and two other agents got out of their car trying to get her out of the way.
- 1:31There is something that exists among protesters of ice where they block traffic where IC is trying to come through.
- 1:39Was she that?
- 1:40Was she being paid?
- 1:42Was she an instigator?
- 1:44We don't know a hundred percent yet.
- 1:46It is, however, being thrown out there that this happened.
- 1:50We'll have to wait and see, I think, to fully get the investigation.
- 1:54Donald Trump says it was self-defense when the ICE agent pulled the gun and pulled the trigger multiple times, killing Renee Good, 37, a mother of three, who, by the way, in her bio on social media, she goes by she her.
- 2:09And she is living with her female partner in Minneapolis, not with her three children.
- 2:15But like I said, we should probably just let that dust settle and let the investigators figure it out.
- 2:22There is a federal law against doing what she is doing and others are doing, and they are doing this in a coordinated fashion.
- 2:29I'm not saying that 37-year-old Renee Good is part of that yet.
- 2:34We'll let them determine what she was doing there, as I said.
- 2:38However, it looks like in the video that the two officers they got out of an ice vehicle with ice uh badges on their their uniform, they were walking over to her, telling her to get out of the way.
- 2:51There was already one ICE officer in front.
- 2:53The one ICE officer in front is the one that actually did the shooting.
- 2:57And it's really hard to tell.
- 2:58It looks like her car hit him and he started firing.
- 3:03Donald Trump, as I said, said it was self-defense.
- 3:06Meanwhile, in Minneapolis, you have the mayor, Mayor Fry there, who has uh quite an interesting past.
- 3:14He had some very harsh words to say about this, and so did Governor Tim Walls.
- 3:19Both of them are trying to say that this is what Donald Trump wants.
- 3:24He wants the left to get riled up like they were in the 2020 summer of love in George Floyd's death.
- 3:31That kind of has that feeling, doesn't it?
- 3:34Fortunately, it doesn't look like the left is doing what they did that time, maybe because it's winter.
- 3:40You can't have a winter of love in Minneapolis when it's snow on the ground and it's 10 degrees.
- 3:47Much less likely to have a bunch of people going out and rioting and stealing big screen televisions from Target, which is what happened in the summer of love in 2020.
- 3:56What big screen TVs have to do with uh social justice?
- 4:01I have no idea, but that's what happens in riots.
- 4:04Let's go to Mayor Fry and hear what he had to say in the aftermath of what happened Wednesday afternoon with 37-year-old Renee Good.
- 4:11There were dozens, if not hundreds of ICE and federal officers that were there at the time.
- 4:18It's their job.
- 4:20Having them there was only causing more chaos.
- 4:23Having them there was only making a difficult situation even more problematic, and one that, yes, they created themselves.
- 4:31There's little I can say again that'll make this situation better.
- 4:35One they created themselves, he says.
- 4:38He's talking about ICE.
- 4:40They are there, as you know, the Department of Homeland Security surged there in Minneapolis this week.
- 4:46They have two thousand agents.
- 4:48They're there to get illegal immigrants out of the city.
- 4:52Christy Gnome, DHS director, she mentioned that they had arrested hundreds, most of them are rapists and murderers.
- 5:00That was what she said on Wednesday morning.
- 5:03And now we have the mayor of Minneapolis.
- 5:06He is saying that uh they were there causing the problem.
- 5:09He wanted them out of the way in the aftermath of this, and he brought in more Minneapolis police people.
- 5:16But I do have a message for our community.
- 5:19This is where it gets good.
- 5:21And I have a message for ice.
- 5:25To ICE, get the f out of Minneapolis.
- 5:28Whoa.
- 5:29We do not want you here.
- 5:32Your stated reason for being in this city is to create some kind of safety, and you are doing exactly the opposite.
- 5:39So let's go back to the video that I talked about.
- 5:42You can't see the video, but again, you had two ice agents get out of a vehicle, go over to her vehicle.
- 5:48Already in front of her vehicle was an ICE agent.
- 5:51The agents that got out of the car, I heard them say, get out, get out, get out of the vehicle.
- 5:57They said it multiple times.
- 5:59I actually may have the audio here.
- 6:00I'll play it for you.
- 6:02If she had only complied, 37-year-old Renee Good, she would still be alive today.
- 6:07And the same could be said for George Floyd back in 2020.
- 6:11If he hadn't taken enough fentanyl to kill the Third Army, which the medical examiner said he did.
- 6:18But we'll never know if the fentanyl overdose would have killed him or not because he did not comply to begin with.
- 6:24George Floyd was put into the back of a police car, and he escaped momentarily, and that's when Derek Chauvin put his knee on his neck, and he eventually did die.
- 6:36He died uh on the way to the hospital.
- 6:38And everything else about the summer of love, you already know.
- 6:42But again, all he had to do was comply.
- 6:45All Renee Good had to do was get out of the vehicle.
- 6:49Get out of the way, is what the ICE agent said.
- 6:52And she would still be alive today.
- 6:54You cannot take a vehicle, use it as a weapon, and not comply with federal law enforcement officials.
- 7:03There is a law, 18 USC 11, makes that a federal crime.
- 7:09You can't impede any federal law enforcement official from doing their job.
- 7:16And that is what Renee Good was doing.
- 7:19Let's get the truth out there before this thing runs away and becomes the winter of love in 2025.
- 7:27Here is more of Mayor Fry.
- 7:29People are being hurt.
- 7:30Families are being ripped apart.
- 7:33Long-term Minneapolis residents that have contributed so greatly to our city, to our culture, to our economy are being terrorized, and now somebody is dead.
- 7:43Well, there are illegal immigrants there.
- 7:46He doesn't mention that, does he?
- 7:48He says there are residents of Minneapolis.
- 7:51He doesn't say citizens of the United States that are here that are being ripped apart.
- 7:56No, he doesn't, because he won't recognize that the people that ICE is there for broke the law to begin with to get into the country.
- 8:05This is the mindset of people like Mayor Fry and Governor Tim Walls in Minnesota.
- 8:11And you can't do much about that mindset.
- 8:15No!
- 8:17No!
- 8:18And that is the sound of that audio that I said I would play for you.
- 8:22That is the video that shows what happened.
- 8:25I'm gonna play it again.
- 8:26There is a lot of cussing.
- 8:28I'll see what I can do about cleaning that up for you.
- 8:30But here is the video again.
- 8:32You will hear doors open, and that is ice agents getting out of that vehicle, two ice agents getting out of their vehicle that they parked in the middle of the road, and then you have them both going to Renee Good's uh vehicle.
- 8:45Now, from this angle of this video, you cannot see the ICE agent that is already standing in front of her car, which is the ice agent that ended up shooting her and killing her.
- 8:55You can't see that agent from this angle.
- 8:58You can see that agent from other angles.
- 9:02Okay, you hear the ice agents there saying, get out of the car.
- 9:07And then there was the shooting, and Renee Good drove off for about a hundred feet, hit the back of another vehicle, and she is dead.
- 9:15And there have been complaints that the agents didn't do anything to help her right then.
- 9:21There was a doctor there that was saying, I'm a doctor, let me help her, and they wouldn't let him in.
- 9:25Obviously, they couldn't because it is now a crime scene.
- 9:29They had EMS come a few minutes later, and there was nothing they could do for her.
- 9:33Here is an account from an eyewitness that was standing there watching it, as well as a little bit of hearsay that she had from other witnesses that were there.
- 9:42The car blocking tra the two lanes of Portland traffic.
- 9:45Um ICE agents got out and they were saying, Get out of here, get out of here.
- 9:50She was what looked like trying to turn, she was trying to turn around.
- 9:54And uh the Ice Agent was in front of her car, and he pulled out a gun.
- 9:58Again, this is an eyewitness.
- 10:00She was there.
- 10:01You can hear it in her voice that she's still a little bit shaken, I would say, maybe a little bit nervous, but she's explaining what she saw as we have the left saying that ICE is murdering people.
- 10:13It's important to understand there is a law against impeding law enforcement on the federal side, and you're supposed to comply.
- 10:21It's really simple.
- 10:21And Renee Good would be alive.
- 10:23Right, and like he was his middle was on her bumper, and he reached across the hood of the car and shot her in the face like three, four times.
- 10:33She is talking about the ICE officer that you cannot see in a lot of videos that are going around.
- 10:39There was an ice officer, as she says she is a witness there.
- 10:43She saw it all happen.
- 10:45And she said that there was that ice officer there.
- 10:47Donald Trump said that ICE officer was injured.
- 10:50I don't know how bad he was injured.
- 10:52It doesn't appear that it was really, really bad.
- 10:55And soon thereafter, there became protesters there on the streets, and they were burning an American flag there.
- 11:02These protesters.
- 11:04Those that showed up to support the 37-year-old Renee Good were burning American flags.
- 11:10Here is a report from Newsmax on that.
- 11:13Bob, I want to jump in here.
- 11:14I want to ask you where you're at right now.
- 11:20What kind of things are they shouting?
- 11:22The crowd that's out there.
- 11:23I I know they're obviously not happy ice is there.
- 11:25They've been talking about that.
- 11:27What are they saying?
- 11:28You know, what's the energy like where you are right now?
- 11:31So that's one reason why I'm not getting too close so I can hear all of you because it is loud out here.
- 11:37It's profanity, it's a lot of profanities against ice.
- 11:40A lot of profanities against ice.
- 11:42And as long as that rhetoric continues, you're gonna have people like the lady that was killed continue to show up and trying to block ice, which is why she is no longer with us, why she is dead.
- 11:54I'm gonna move on from that, but I'm not gonna move on from the state of Minnesota.
- 11:57We're gonna stay there because there was a big hearing in Congress that took place on Wednesday, and this had to do with the fraud that is going on in Minnesota, Minneapolis, with the Somalians.
- 12:10There was some interesting questioning going on before we get to that.
- 12:13Let's go to an audit that revealed that Minnesota Department of Health employees have been fabricating documents to cover for their mismanagement of taxpayer funded grants issued to health providers.
- 12:27One example of this shows that DHS employee issuing a six hundred and seventy-five thousand dollar grant to a company without gathering any information from the services that that company even provides.
- 12:41The employee then left the DHS in the state of Minnesota and was given a consulting fee from the company that they granted $675,000 for.
- 12:52The whistleblowers have been coming out of the woodwork for years and years in Minnesota, and the state government there has completely ignored it.
- 13:01Or did they cover it up?
- 13:02I'm not sure.
- 13:03Here's this report from a television station in Minneapolis.
- 13:07According to the nonpartisan legislative auditor, this is another case of mismanagement of taxpayer money.
- 13:13But perhaps the most explosive revelation is that managers within DHS, the Department of Human Services tried to cover their tracks by backdating and creating new documents.
- 13:30And how it is frankly unacceptable.
- 13:33Another sobering report by the Office of the Legislative Auditor.
- 13:36This one concerning the Behavioral Health Administration within the Department of Human Services, which issues grants to providers treating mental health and drug and alcohol addiction.
- 13:45Hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
- 13:48The audit found them issuing grants to applicants without a bidding process.
- 13:52So what we saw is that there was multiple entities that could have been eligible, and they chose not to provide a justification for why they were picking those.
- 14:03This um report is is quite stunning.
- 14:06One outrageous example.
- 14:27What about that?
- 14:28That's incredible, isn't it?
- 14:30It really is.
- 14:30There is so much going on in Minneapolis, and as I've said repeatedly, it's the tip of the iceberg.
- 14:37What about California?
- 14:38What about Illinois and New York?
- 14:40I cannot imagine what those states are going to look like when they finally take a look at them if they're allowed to.
- 14:46Gavin Newsom says, come on.
- 14:48We've done nothing wrong.
- 14:49J.D.
- 14:50Vance was on with Jesse Waters on Wednesday night.
- 14:53He talked about that, so let's listen to the vice president of the United States.
- 14:57We're going to get to the bottom of it.
- 14:59Well, Tim Waltz should be worried because you can't misspell learning and take someone's money.
- 15:05He should be worried for many reasons.
- 15:07He called you weird.
- 15:09Remember that?
- 15:10Oh, I know.
- 15:10Because I don't like Somali fraudsters.
- 15:12I guess that makes me weird.
- 15:13Guilty as charged.
- 15:15Gavin Newsom, he says, You guys want to come look at California?
- 15:18Bring it on.
- 15:19Yeah, uh, well, we will.
- 15:20We appreciate that invitation, Gavin, and we are going to accept that invitation because look, uh, California, more than almost any other state, has been so glaring and obvious about the fact that they're giving welfare benefits to illegal aliens.
- 15:34Like that's not you go to the California Medicaid website, and they will advertise that they are spending American tax dollars to give Medicaid to illegal aliens.
- 15:43You think there's not fraud there?
- 15:44You think there are people who are creating fraudulent doctor's offices, fraudulent payment schemes?
- 15:49There are.
- 15:50They're getting rich off of the generosity of the American taxpayer.
- 15:53The political corruption that enables it has got to stop, and that's what we're focused on.
- 15:57So Gavin Newsom says, Come on in to California and do an audit.
- 16:01So that's what JD Vance says they will do.
- 16:03It's going to be interesting to watch that one for sure.
- 16:06Here's one more from J.D.
- 16:07Vance with Jesse Waters.
- 16:16Um, if you look at the amount of fraud in the welfare system, according to the statistics I've seen, eighty-five percent of Somalins, Somalians who are in the United States, legal and illegal, are collecting some form of welfare benefits.
- 16:30So that's not to disparage the other 15%, but when you're in 85% of a population that is collecting welfare, that suggests that we have really done something wrong with regards to vetting, and that's the fundamental issue.
- 16:42Even if there's no fraud, 85% collecting welfare is way too many damn people collecting welfare, getting rich off the American taxpayer while a lot of Americans struggle.
- 16:51That's unacceptable.
- 16:53It is unacceptable.
- 16:54And a great point, too.
- 16:5585% of Somalians in America are receiving welfare after years of being here.
- 17:03Thirty years.
- 17:04This goes back to the early 90s.
- 17:05Blackhawk down.
- 17:07Remember that?
- 17:07That is where all of this started when there was a civil war in Somalia.
- 17:12So a lot of these people have been here for 30 years.
- 17:15A lot of them have been born in America, and they are American citizens, and yet they are on welfare.
- 17:21Have they learned that uh taking welfare is the way of America, or have they not been taught that uh you should go out and get a job?
- 17:31We have maybe failed them in that way as well, and probably Minnesota has made it very simple for them to do what they have done.
- 17:39Obviously, I think that is what is coming out.
- 17:42We're gonna learn more about what is coming out in just a few minutes when we get into that hearing that took place Wednesday on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives.
- 17:51Very interesting information coming out about that.

- 21:42You heard Vice President J.D.
- 21:44Vance there in that audio clip in the first segment.
- 21:47When he said we're going to get to the bottom of it, and he is talking about all the fraud that took place.
- 21:53500 billion to one trillion dollars is what the estimates are from COVID relief.
- 22:00That is a lot of fraud.
- 22:01And that's why I say Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- 22:04That's just the tip of the iceberg.
- 22:06Maybe we'll go to California, maybe New York, maybe Illinois.
- 22:10Not sure where we will be able to get into to discover this.
- 22:13I would think the federal government has enough authority and power to find out where our money is going and how it is being wasted and where the corruption and the fraud is.
- 22:23You would think that at a very minimum we should be able to find that out since it's our money.
- 22:28This has been going on for years in Minnesota.
- 22:32There was a hearing on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
- 22:34We're going to get to that in a minute, but before we do, I find it interesting now that some mainstream media is starting to report on this.
- 22:43CNN had Keith Ellison, who is the attorney general in the state of Minnesota on with them.
- 22:49I'm going to play a clip from that in just a second.
- 22:52Let's go back to 2021, 22, and 23, when all of this started in Minnesota.
- 22:59It has been going on forever.
- 23:01And they have convicted people.
- 23:22And of course, we have to prosecute it.
- 23:24And of course, we have been prosecuting it.
- 23:27Have you done enough general to do so?
- 23:29I mean, one of the claims is that there has been hundreds of millions of dollars, but now there are some estimates that there could be nine billion dollars or more, and no one was just suggesting they took hundreds of people off the street who were involved in fraud.
- 23:43Are you confident your office has done enough?
- 23:46Of course we've done enough.
- 23:48And we're doing more every single day.
- 23:51This is a political matter.
- 23:53This is not a serious thing.
- 23:54And I tell you This is not a serious thing, the A.G.
- 23:58Keith Ellison says.
- 24:00That is unless the government is covering things up.
- 24:04If they knew about the fraud long ago and they didn't do anything about it, and they in fact covered it up.
- 24:12There are many, many employees of Minnesota that have been blowing the whistle on this for years.
- 24:18It's been going on for a long time.
- 24:20Some of them were on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, and they testified.
- 24:24Let's go to the House Oversight Chairman, James Comer from the state of Kentucky to start this off.
- 24:30Oversight committee is holding its first hearing on the massive fraud in Minnesota's social services program.
- 24:37Minnesota Social Services, which are funded by you, the American taxpayer, are being ripped off.
- 24:43The most vulnerable are suffering as a result.
- 24:46Federal prosecutors estimate that these criminals have stolen at least nine billion dollars.
- 24:52It's an estimate.
- 24:53Understand that.
- 24:57This is where that number comes from.
- 24:58That nine billion.
- 25:00There is nothing to corroborate that nine billion.
- 25:03The attorney general in Minneapolis in Minnesota, he said that there could be as much as nine billion dollars, possibly.
- 25:12That's a lot of much as, and possibly, but that's a number that's been thrown around.
- 25:17You heard CNN mention it.
- 25:18You hear James Comer talking about it now.
- 25:21None of us actually know that it's nine billion dollars.
- 25:24They say it's up to possibly it may be nine billion.
- 25:28The fraudsters, many of whom are from Minnesota's Somali community, have stolen from programs meant to feed needy kids, provide services to autistic children, house low-income and disabled Americans, and provide health care to vulnerable Medicaid recipients.
- 25:43Fraudsters like these take millions to enrich themselves while providing nothing, overstating or outright faking the services.
- 25:52These people that have done this, they have bought expensive cars.
- 25:56They've bought property in countries all over the world, actually, is what they have done with this money.
- 26:02And the people that pay the price are those that need the services.
- 26:06They pay it the most.
- 26:07And then, of course, we also pay it because it's our money that's being wasted and being stolen.
- 26:13Thank you, Mr.
- 26:14Chairman.
- 26:14Mr.
- 26:14Hudson, who is Salem Saeed and Amy Bach.
- 26:18Here's Ohio Representative Jim Jordan asking questions now.
- 26:22I recognize those names as defendants in the Feeding Our Future trial.
- 26:26They ran Feeding Our Future, is that right?
- 26:28That's correct.
- 26:28And they've been indicted.
- 26:29That's correct.
- 26:30They've been convicted.
- 26:31That's correct.
- 26:32And they're in jail waiting sentences.
- 26:33Is that right?
- 26:34As I understand it.
- 26:35Okay, I want to go back because uh earlier with Mr.
- 26:37Gill, you said uh they they that they overlooked the fraud.
- 26:40I think it's worse than that.
- 26:42I think they helped it along.
- 26:44I'm gonna go to this meeting that took place uh, or actually I'm gonna go to March 30th, 2021.
- 26:49Is it true?
- 26:50Back in March of 2021, the Minnesota Department of Education suspended payments to feeding our future, that program, is that right?
- 26:57I believe that's correct.
- 26:58And then a month later, they resume payments.
- 27:01That's correct.
- 27:02What caused them to change their mind?
- 27:04In my opinion, what caused them to change their mind was pushback from their constituency within the Somali community who accused the state agencies of being racist.
- 27:13But what caused them to stop it in the first place?
- 27:15Was it whistleblowers coming forward?
- 27:17Was it like this this something's not right here?
- 27:19What happened?
- 27:20Apologize for the misunderstanding.
- 27:22The reason they stopped the funds in the first place is because they had credible allegations that there was fraud taking place.
- 27:26From whistleblowers and others.
- 27:28They just are doing their job.
- 27:29Looking, this doesn't make sense.
- 27:30We got all these programs, no one's getting fed, and yet money's going out the door like crazy.
- 27:34So they suspended it, and then they started it back up, right?
- 27:37Was there any was there any threat of a lawsuit from the Somali community?
- 27:40Uh and and folks affiliated with feeding our future.
- 27:44One thing that they do, the Somalians and other groups, they use racism as a way to get their way.
- 27:52This wasn't racism.
- 27:54There was nothing about it that was racism.
- 27:56They were stealing.
- 27:57They didn't want to get caught, they wanted it to continue so that they could buy property around the world, they could buy their luxury cars and their nice houses.
- 28:05It wasn't racism.
- 28:07It was the opposite of that.
- 28:08Mr.
- 28:09Jordan, there was more than a threat, they actually did.
- 28:11They did.
- 28:11And what was it?
- 28:12What was the alleged claim in that lawsuit?
- 28:14That they were victims of racial discrimination.
- 28:16Oh, they played the race card, huh?
- 28:18All this fraud going on, money going out, and they played the race card.
- 28:22Now, was uh when I talked about not just overlooking it, there was a meeting that took place between the attorney general and affiliates of Feeding Our Future.
- 28:29Is that right?
- 28:30That is correct.
- 28:32And what happened at that meeting?
- 28:33Did we know?
- 28:34Yeah, we do because we have it on tape.
- 28:36There was an audio recording made at that meeting that was entered into evidence in the Feeding Our Future trial, and it was later revealed through work from Center of the American Experiments, the full recording.
- 28:48And my observations of what took place uh in that meeting was that Attorney General Keith Ellison was focused on one thing and one thing only, and that was keeping these folks in business.
- 28:58There were no questions that he asked of these folks about how the kids are doing the operation, how they're getting fed, who's being helped.
- 29:06Instead, the focus was entirely on ensuring that the money continues to flow, and I'll add that he went so far as to say that he was going to fight these people in reference to the state agencies.
- 29:16The state agencies are his client.
- 29:19Yeah.
- 29:20And when you said money's gonna flow, did money flow to Mr.
- 29:22Ellison's campaign a couple weeks later from some of the folks who were in that meeting?
- 29:25Sure did.
- 29:26How much do we know how much that was?
- 29:28I do not have that number.
- 29:29So it wasn't just so interesting that Attorney General Keith Ellison there.
- 29:34He has been implicated in continuing the fraud that was happening in Minnesota years ago, 2021 is when Jim Jordan said that took place.
- 29:44Brandon Gill, a young representative in his first term, he's also the son-in-law of Denesh D'Souza.
- 29:52He had a great line of questioning.
- 29:54Let's go to that.
- 29:55Miss Robbins, when would you say we concretely knew that widespread?
- 30:00Welfare fraud was occurring in Minnesota.
- 30:03There have been reports since 2009 from the Office of Legislative Auditor.
- 30:08I would say the credible reports on child care fraud started surfacing twenty eleven to two thousand thirteen.
- 30:15So for over a decade.
- 30:16Yes, sir.
- 30:17When do you think Governor Waltz knew about this fraud?
- 30:20From the very beginning.
- 30:21He was running for governor in 2018 when there were uh prosecutions going on when there was an OLA report.
- 30:28Uh active uh cases in the news all the time.
- 30:32And and what was the Waltz administration's response?
- 30:37They um actually did nothing when they got into office.
- 30:41And um Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan had been on the committee in the legislature that had hearings on child care fraud, and when they got into office, they they did put five million dollars into a little more money, but nothing changed.
- 30:55But nothing.
- 30:56And look let me ask you, uh Mr.
- 30:57Hudson, thank you for being here.
- 30:59Um, did those who who commit this fraud, do they typically vote for Republicans or Democrats?
- 31:04In your opinion.
- 31:05In my opinion, thank you for qualifying like that.
- 31:08I would say they most definitely overwhelmingly vote for Democrats.
- 31:11Do they typically donate to Republicans or Democrats?
- 31:14Not to my knowledge.
- 31:14They went in your donate to Republicans, they donate to Democrats in my opinion.
- 31:18Yes, got it.
- 31:18So would you say this is uh the Somali population is an important demographic for Democrats to win over politically?
- 31:25Unquestionably.
- 31:26Got it.
- 31:27And do you think it would have hurt Democrats' politic political standing with the Somali population to investigate this fraud very clearly?
- 31:34That block of votes in Minneapolis is 80,000.
- 31:38There are 109,000 Somalians in Minnesota.
- 31:4280,000 voting block voting for Ilan Omar in Congress.
- 31:48That's a big voting block.
- 31:50That is a bunch of people that no one uh on the Democrat side wanted to ruffle their feathers because if they did, it could cost them elections.
- 31:59And it's all about power and control.
- 32:02So did they cover it up?
- 32:04Yeah, probably so.
- 32:05You hear the name Keith Ellison.
- 32:07You hear Governor Tim Walls.
- 32:09Both of them are being drilled down on in this congressional hearing at the end of it, that the conclusion of the hearing.
- 32:16I'm not done with it yet, but at the conclusion of it, Representative Anna Paulina Luna has referred both of them to the Department of Justice for a possible criminality.
- 32:27That's what Anna Paulina Luna has done.
- 32:30And let's keep going here with this questioning from Representative Brandon Gill.
- 32:34So, in other words, you're saying that there was a political incentive to cover up widespread Somali fraud.
- 32:39Is that right?
- 32:40100%.
- 32:40All right, let me ask all three of you.
- 32:42Um, did the Waltz administration and Democrats intentionally, in your opinion, overlook this fraud while it was happening for political gain.
- 32:50I'll start with you, Miss Robbins.
- 32:52Absolutely.
- 32:53We have credible whistleblower reports that the Department of Human Services administration up to the OIG and the Commissioner met with a group called the Minnesota Minority Child Care Association multiple times, and that they were trying to weaken protections.
- 33:09We wanted we we had several changes we wanted to do, and they opposed all of them.
- 33:13And and Mr.
- 33:13Hudson and Miss Rarek, and then my time is up.
- 33:16Uh I would agree.
- 33:18Absolutely.
- 33:19The whistleblowers confirm it.
- 33:21Got it.
- 33:21Thank you.
- 33:22I mentioned Representative Anna Paulina Luna.
- 33:25Let's go to her and hear some of her questionings.
- 33:27Honorable Robbins, based on your record before your committee, when did Governor Walls first become aware of widespread fraud in Minnesota social service programs?
- 33:36I would uh assume that he has been aware of it since he ran for office for governor in 2018.
- 33:42By 2017, DHS investigators warned CCAP fraud could exceed 50 percent.
- 33:48What um was that information elevated to the governor's office?
- 33:51Yes, there was an OLA report.
- 33:53Thank you, ma'am.
- 33:54Um, by 2020, state officials knew feeding our future invoices were fraudulent.
- 33:58We know that payments continue to the AG's knowledge.
- 34:00Did they continue to governor the governor's knowledge as well?
- 34:03Yes.
- 34:04Um Attorney General Ellison agreed on tape to fight Minnesota's own Department of Human and Health Services in exchange for Somali political and financial support.
- 34:12In your personal opinion, do you believe it is a possibility that Governor Walls also made that personal deal or that he at least knew about the attorney general's agreement?
- 34:21I don't know.
- 34:22Okay.
- 34:23Um I don't want to rehash what you guys have spent hours answering.
- 34:27We know that there's a big issue with the fraud in Minnesota.
- 34:31Um so on a number of things, I'd first like to point out thank you for being here today.
- 34:34Um, but because of your testimony and because of some of the evidence that we've seen brought forward, as well as I'm sure the fact that this committee, I assume um at Chairman Comer's direction will be soon subpoenaing A.
- 34:45G.
- 34:45Ellison.
- 34:46I would like to make criminal referrals um regarding Governor Walls as well as A.
- 34:51G.
- 34:51Ellison.
- 34:52Um, as you know, U.S.
- 34:54Code 371 and U.S.
- 34:55Code 2, which deals with criminalized conspiracies to defraud the United States and establishes liability for individuals who knowingly aid or about the commission of federal offense.
- 35:04Um includes willing full blindness or deliberate inaction where duties um to act exist.
- 35:09So I will be referring them later on today.
- 35:12So you have that.
- 35:13Where will that go?
- 35:14It now goes to the Department of Justice and Attorney General Pam Bondy Harmie Dillon.
- 35:20I guess she would do it instead of Todd Blanch.
- 35:22Todd Blanche handles the criminal side of the Department of Justice, Harmete Dillon handles civil things.
- 35:30I'm not sure which way that goes.
- 35:31I maybe it is criminal.
- 35:33I guess it is criminal.
- 35:34It would go to Todd Blanche then, I assume.
- 35:37Just an assumption on my part.
- 35:38But we'll have to wait and see where this goes.
- 35:40The news continues to come out about Minnesota fraud, and then we had the ice killing.
- 35:47In Minnesota, like I said at the beginning of this hour, let's just give them to Canada at this point.
- 35:53And I know there are a lot of great people in Minnesota.
- 35:56If you happen to live there, I'm sorry that you're having to put up with everything that has been going on in Minnesota for years and years.
- 36:03You heard that.
- 36:03You heard them talk about this going all the way back to what, 2009?
- 36:08Well over a decade.
- 36:10This fraud has been taking place in Minnesota, and it's time for us to get to the bottom of it.
- 36:15And not only that, I'm tired of getting to the bottom of things.
- 36:18I'm tired of hearings.
- 36:20It's time for accountability.
- 36:22It's time for Tim Walls.
- 36:24It's time for Keith Ellison to be perp-walked.
- 36:27Put them in handcuffs, like you did Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, and others.
- 36:33It's that time.
- 36:34It's time for accountability.
- 36:35We are not going to be satisfied until somebody is held accountable for something they did wrong.
- 36:41That's the least we should expect.
- 36:43Have you been looking for a healthy snack for on the go?

- 38:35Welcome back to the truth be told here on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 38:38I am Booker Scott.
- 38:40And you know, with Donald Trump coming into office, you have to ask the question what is he going to do about everything that happened in COVID?
- 38:47I think it's a tricky question when it comes to Donald Trump.
- 38:51You know, Trump had warp speed, and he was really proud of that and getting the vaccine to the market so fast, but then that's where the problems come in with those that have died and those that have been injured.
- 39:03One person that has really spent the last four years of his life dealing with this and diving into the details and the data is a guy by the name of John Bodouan Sr.
- 39:13And he's been on the program a couple of times and he always brings great information.
- 39:18He did at one time, he sued the governor of Massachusetts, Governor Baker over masks.
- 39:24And that was several years ago.
- 39:25And then he's done incredible research with death certificates matched up to what they say they allegedly died from and the difference in that.
- 39:35And you get he can get way deep in the weeds on it.
- 39:38I don't know that we're going to spend a whole lot of time there because he has a different initiative that he is starting, but right now I want to welcome John to the program.
- 39:46John, welcome back.
- 39:47Thanks, Booker.
- 39:47Really happy to be here.
- 39:49A lot of new stuff, and I'm excited Trump's there.
- 39:51Yeah, I I know I know necessarily you're not a huge Trump MAGA person, but in this past election, I know that you know that.
- 40:00There was no other choice.
- 40:01And uh, you know, I don't I'm not gonna say that you held your nose and and voted, because I don't think you did, but uh uh you were not always a Trump guy, uh, but uh you know, we didn't have much of a choice this time.
- 40:14I'm glad he's there, just like you are though.
- 40:16We happened to be in a forum the other night.
- 40:19It's been a couple of weeks ago, and you mentioned an initiative that you are starting.
- 40:23I wanted to bring you on to talk about that because I think there is a bigger picture here that a lot of times the Republicans and conservatives miss, and that is the ability to come together and make something happen.
- 40:36We are more like uh cats on a hot tin roof than we are able to come together like the Democrats do.
- 40:42So, what exactly do you have going on right now?
- 40:45Um, so um I guess I'll call it the 100-day freedom alliance.
- 40:49Um, but as far as uh our side, our side being conservatives, libertarians, constitutionalists, let's throw us all together because we were stronger together.
- 40:59Yeah, for great schools, uh Latin, stronger with allies.
- 41:04So um, by our very nature, we we care about freedom and individuality.
- 41:10Um, and therefore it's much more difficult for us to get together.
- 41:13You know, Republicans don't align a line on everything.
- 41:18Um, not like the Democrats, they're just a bunch of uh, I shouldn't say Democrats, progressives, the what they call liberals, which are anti-liberal people.
- 41:27Um, they do whatever they're told to do.
- 41:30And so they they can muster an army of public opinion a lot faster and easier than we can because our individualists um say the libertarians don't like what the Republicans are doing, and they're just not going to support them.
- 41:43So I will say that the way you win wars, and here's the alliance, right?
- 41:49I I don't say unity, I don't say union.
- 41:51I don't say we have to join, we have to come together.
- 41:54You don't have to join anything, you don't have to come together.
- 41:56You don't have to uh unify, you a lie.
- 42:00That's how you win wars.
- 42:02That's how you won wars in World Wars One and Two, and and most wars are won that way.
- 42:07I I like the use of that word, uh, an ally.
- 42:10We have to come together in an alliance with common goals and objectives.
- 42:15We don't need to get down in the weeds on everything.
- 42:18We just have to be on the same side in something.
- 42:21Exactly.
- 42:22And and the point is when you try to bring groups together, um, the leaders don't want to give up their sovereignty, don't want to give up their lever leadership positions or the sovereign mission of or or goal, say that's a high level thing, right?
- 42:36Mission or goal.
- 42:38Um, they don't want to give that up.
- 42:39They want their independence, they want their their mission, they want their goal, and they want to keep their their leadership.
- 42:45And so when you try to unify, uh, there's a sacrifice that is generally made, and that it breaks apart whatever you're trying to unify.
- 42:54Whereas an alliance, you you don't have to give up any sovereignty.
- 42:58You keep your group, you keep your mission, you keep your leadership, and you just send a liaison, an alliance liaison to uh barter with the other the other groups in the alliance to say what common objectives that we have that we can further our individual missions, which are all disparate and different, but we have common objectives.
- 43:16Like in this case, you know, I one of the objectives I have is stop the shots.
- 43:22They they killed a million Americans, half by hospital homicides and half by vaccines.
- 43:28I want to stop them.
- 43:29They're still still giving it to some places.
- 43:32The other one is fund the vaccine injured.
- 43:35We have over 10 million people who are seriously injured, and we have over 50 million people injured from these vaccines.
- 43:41And um, you know, unless we fund them, these people are losing their jobs, they're losing their houses, you know, and they and they did what they thought was right.
- 43:49And I'm not gonna call them stupid, they're not stupid, has nothing to do with intelligence.
- 43:54You know, they they may not have uh encountered nefarious people in their life.
- 43:58And so it's really important to a lie and create an alliance.
- 44:02Um, and that's what I want to do in this first hundred days.
- 44:04I'm going to be uh rolling it out, hopefully either early next week or late this week.
- 44:09It's already Wednesday, though.
- 44:10Um, I have agreement from a couple of uh presidents of big groups where they they would join depending on the message.
- 44:18We we first have to meet, and we have to decide on three objectives.
- 44:22I don't want more.
- 44:23We might have to go to four.
- 44:24Um, and whatever they decide.
- 44:26And and I don't want it just to be health freedom.
- 44:29I I don't care if the NRA joins and we do, you know, concealed carry nationally for one of the three or one of the four objectives, if we can all agree on it.
- 44:38And each each group doesn't have to agree on all four objectives.
- 44:42All I want to be sure of is that in the first hundred days of the administration, we bring all resources to bear.
- 44:48Every group should be telling all of their followers.
- 44:51These are the three or four things we're going to talk about.
- 44:53You can pick one or all four.
- 44:55Yeah.
- 44:55It's up to you.
- 44:56Yeah.
- 44:57I love the idea.
- 44:58Yeah, I do.
- 44:59When we were speaking in that forum a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned uh prior to the 22 midterm, I sat down and I I doodle a lot.
- 45:07I I draw things.
- 45:09And I I considered the Bible and wanting to be in the upper room.
- 45:14And the way that I saw things with conservatives and Republicans, and you probably see it this way too.
- 45:19If the objective is to always be in the upper room, which it was in the Bible, then why are we spending all of our time on the first floor making arguments about abortion and guns and this and that?
- 45:31We're we're so far into the weeds all the time because we don't have the leadership at the top with a clear objective and the mission that we all should be striving for.
- 45:43And I think that leadership has been missing in the Republican Party from the RNC and the local GOP.
- 45:49It's even with Donald Trump, it doesn't seem to me there is a cohesive message of the as you mentioned, two, three or four points that everybody can agree on.
- 45:58And let's get under this tent and then let's get to work on those three or four things.
- 46:03We don't have to uh, you know, and not everybody has to be pro-life.
- 46:06You can be the other way, but what can we agree on?
- 46:10And I think that's what you're talking about, isn't it, John?
- 46:13Exactly right.
- 46:15The um we tend to eat our own, as people say, you know, if somebody and a lot of it is hubris, you say, why can't we?
- 46:21And we're in the weeds.
- 46:22A lot of being in the weeds, uh, some of it is just that people are generally tactical, not strategic.
- 46:27Um I I was trained, they spent 40,000 training me on putting strategic plans together to win very large um, you know, seven, eight, nine-figure contracts in software where there's no cost of goods sold.
- 46:41You can equate that to 100, 200 million dollar type deals.
- 46:44And you know, I would get into the personalities of various CEOs of billion-dollar companies, CTOs, uh, chief legal counsel, um, you got to talk the finance guy, the engineering guy, the operations guy, uh, the the legal and finance and everything.
- 47:00And you don't say the same message to each one.
- 47:02And you you don't, if if you have a weaker product, you don't go frontal against an overwhelming force.
- 47:08If your competitor is is overwhelming you, you you try things like fragment and multi-point and choke point.
- 47:14Um these these are these are things that 99.9% of people out there have not been trained in.
- 47:21And so when I say create an alliance, I have a specific meaning in my head.
- 47:25Everybody doesn't have to know it.
- 47:26All you have to know is you don't have to risk anything to your group.
- 47:29So for all the health freedom groups and all the freedom groups out there, mom's for liberty.
- 47:34I think there's a group called that.
- 47:35I think there's uh lots of gun rights groups, there's lots of lots of freedom and libertarian-minded groups.
- 47:42All you gotta do is just join a call, not a join a group.
- 47:47You don't have to give up any sovereignty and just say, you know what?
- 47:50We're gonna talk about this for a hundred days.
- 47:52Let's see if it works.
- 47:54Because if this works for a hundred days, then we bring to bear the most powerful alliance that can um uh that can change public opinion and can uh have a force on our government, other than the lobbyists all having a force.
- 48:11We're we're all we're all toads.
- 48:13Yeah, yeah.
- 48:14And you know, John, I I did a story back in July, I think it was 2023, I think.
- 48:23It will be in the archive if you go to uh the truth be told with Booker Scott.
- 48:28Actually, you'll need to go to America Outloud.news and find Booker Scott under authors and hosts, and then you can find this that I'm talking about.
- 48:37There was a meeting at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel one week after Hillary Clinton got beat by Donald Trump in 2016, and it brought together all of the Democrat organizations, which is similar to what you're talking about.
- 48:50And what they did there was they brought in the people that were responsible for overthrowing Slobodom Milosevic back uh you know 25 years ago.
- 49:02And those people at the time were college students, and now they are teaching the Democrats how to overthrow a government and a president in Donald Trump, and they did it one week after the election, which was just amazing to me.
- 49:15It wasn't anything illegal, but out of that was born Barack Obama's uh indivisible organization, and George Soros organization was there.
- 49:24Linda Sarsaur, Reed Hoffman, all the big Democrat donors were there in one room together, and they listened to this plan, which is called Oatpour in that religion, which are in that country, which is uh actually means a revolution.
- 49:40And so there was a playbook that the Democrats put into play, and then everything that we saw from the women's march in 2017 when Donald Trump was first sworn in all the way through the summer of love was from that meeting and from an alliance of different people, but all with a common goal, which was the
- 50:00The power of the presidency with Joe Biden, they got is what they ended up getting.
- 50:05But that's all they cared about was the power and the control.
- 50:08And that was the mission and the objective.
- 50:10And then all of the other things were just a way to get there.
- 50:14That's what you're talking about.
- 50:15And where do people connect with you to do this to get plugged in?
- 50:19Well, right now there's no place to go.
- 50:22Um I I really only mean to connect with the presidents of various organizations.
- 50:27If you're the president of an organization, you can find me at um, let's see.
- 50:31I get a lot of email there.
- 50:33So John Bodwin Sr.
- 50:34at gmail.com, J-O-H-N-B-E-A-U, D-O-I-N-S-R at gmail.com.
- 50:40Please contact me and I'll be happy to talk to you.
- 50:43What I'm going to probably do starting next week is have um probably have nightly calls, maybe maybe 9 p.m.
- 50:49Eastern time uh for an hour.
- 50:51And whoever whoever comes in, I will explain what's going on.
- 50:55I will ask you to consider it.
- 50:57Um consider the alliance, and then uh offer your top three or top five objectives, and when we get enough of them, we can kind of whittle them down to the the actual top three that we end up with, and hopefully there will be enough people in the alliance that uh we can bring to bear millions of followers on social media, on um emails to your your uh representatives and so forth.
- 51:20And anyway, yeah.
- 51:22So mission objective strategy tactics.
- 51:24That's how you do it.
- 51:25John, do you have any money yet?
- 51:27Do you have any organizations helping you out?
- 51:29No, no.
- 51:30And I don't do money.
- 51:33That's the million dollar question, though, when it comes to anything conservative.
- 51:37There is never any money laying around for conservative issues.
- 51:40It's always just the Democrats who's not.
- 51:43I know, I just don't, I really I really believe that if you do it right, you don't need money because people's investment isn't money, but it's their time.
- 51:52And their their time is the investment of time is more important than money.
- 51:57Um, I I know that money is important.
- 51:59I get it.
- 52:00But um, if I were to move to New Hampshire, which I hope to do, I've been saying it for a couple of years, more than two years, but uh now I have a pods in my driveway with moving furniture into it.
- 52:10Getting closer.
- 52:11Hopefully, it's getting closer.
- 52:12Yeah, the idea is getting closer.
- 52:13I'm paying rent for that thing in my driveway.
- 52:16So uh if I move up there, you know, it I want somebody to be able to run for a Senate office, like not a state senate, but like senator, um, U.S.
- 52:26Congress, and and win without having any money.
- 52:29That would be nice, because then you'd know.
- 52:31You'd know they were sent there to represent the people.
- 52:35I'm I'm all for getting all the money out of all elections.
- 52:38Dark money, all types of money.
- 52:40I'll get it out of the elections.
- 52:42That's the only way it's going to be fair and get true representation from people that want to represent their constituents and not a lobbyist on K Street.
- 52:51You mentioned a few minutes ago about uh getting three to five ideas from these different groups.
- 52:58How do you whittle it down when you have, let's say you have 15, 20 different sovereign groups that have their objectives, and so you end up on the table with 15 different, you know, main goals and objectives.
- 53:12How do you whittle that down to three from 15?
- 53:15Well, I mean, I spent 30 years in sales booker.
- 53:19So what I would do, so we'd say the border, the border is the most important thing.
- 53:23I'd say, yeah, it's already being taken care of.
- 53:25We don't have we don't have to bring to bear anything about that.
- 53:28They're already doing it.
- 53:29And whatever we say, um, they're gonna do it their way anyway.
- 53:33So let's let's that one's off the list.
- 53:35And I just go down the list and then reprioritize and then say, hey, if none of yours are on the list, we still hope that you stay with us.
- 53:42Um and I would probably look to retain the most voices.
- 53:48Yeah.
- 53:49Get the most people, yep.
- 53:50And then you have uh a larger uh voice for social media for emails and uh to get things done in Washington, D.C.
- 53:58So John, um, it sounds like you've got a great idea, a great plan.
- 54:02Uh let's hope that people hear about this and can join you in this alliance.
- 54:08I I it is needed so much on the Republican and conservative side that you know, we just can't come together really ever on anything.
- 54:17And uh, I think it's because we're in the weeds too much.
- 54:20And one thing that I see happening right now, I don't know if you see this, but uh since the last four, and and you can stretch it out even further than that.
- 54:28You can go back to eight or nine years when Donald Trump came down the escalator.
- 54:32It seems to me that there is a faction of MAGA, and maybe uh the largest faction of MAGA that all they know how to do is fight, fight something.
- 54:41And now that Donald Trump is winning, and you mentioned the border a minute ago is being taken care of.
- 54:45Well, what what do we do now?
- 54:47Well, we don't necessarily have to fight, but we do have to come together and start making some headway and some progress in uh the things that are important to us, don't we?
- 54:58If if you're gonna let's say you win the border issue, but you got kids in school, and you don't have them for six hours a day, five days a week, but your kids are being transitioned into some wacky stupid lifestyle.
- 55:12You know, oh, so you do the homeschool.
- 55:14Well, what if you can't afford it?
- 55:16You know, you can't you can't win everything.
- 55:18Um, but you can you can win the importance thing.
- 55:21So people should prioritize what's important, work at the definitely work the local level.
- 55:26Yeah, um, but there's plenty of issues to not fight about, but fight for.
- 55:31I mean, not fight with other, you know, fight for them.
- 55:33Don't fight against uh his name is John Bodouan Sr.
- 55:38And John, you write on Substack, tell everybody where they can read your work, especially the older stuff back going back to the data and the deaths with COVID, the vaccine shots.
- 55:48Tell everybody where to find you.
- 55:50Okay.
- 55:51So the real C D C T H E R E A L C D C dot Substack.com uh for my books, um, the real C D C dot com.
- 56:03And you you'll notice that uh we didn't talk about law, but very quickly.
- 56:07Um, all the cases are thrown out on standing doctrine.
- 56:10I have an amicus brief of the Supreme Court from September and Johnson v.
- 56:14Cotec.
- 56:15It explains the the breakdown of civil society in the United States, it all stems from 15 years ago with uh a couple of seminal cases that are now on a citation rate, more than 10 times any other cases in the history of the United States.
- 56:29And that's because everything's being thrown out of court.
- 56:32You wonder why we can't win elections cases for elections fraud.
- 56:35You wonder why we can't win cases for the border.
- 56:38You wonder why we can't win cases for uh vaccines or COVID uh wearing masks and all this stuff.
- 56:44They're all being tossed out of court based on standing doctrine, which is a relatively new thing in America.
- 56:49Yeah, um, and I'm going after that.
- 56:51So I'm I spend more time in law than I do with uh COVID data now.
- 56:55Well, John, it's always good to have you.
- 56:57I really appreciate your time and your work.
- 57:00Thank you for joining us here on the program.
- 57:02Thank you, Booker.
- 57:03Really appreciate it.
- 57:04Coming up tonight at nine o'clock.
- 57:05It is after dark with Rob and Andrew.
- 57:08Before that, the national security hour.
- 57:10And starting in just a minute, it is unleashed the political news hour.
- 57:14Don't forget you were told two thousand years ago that you are the salt of the earth.
- 57:18And salt without flavor, it has no value.
- 57:21So whatever you do, keep being salty.
- 57:23Have a great night.
- 57:25There is only one truth.
- 57:27You've been listening to the truth be told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud.
