- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Vance on a Thursday. Great to have
- 0:02Speaker 1: you with us as always. The best audience anywhere. We
- 0:05Speaker 1: have a huge show for you. A lot of brand
- 0:06Speaker 1: new information coming out about James Talafrico. Hidden camera video
- 0:10Speaker 1: revealing what we all knew. The guy's a freak and
- 0:13Speaker 1: he's trying to cover up that detail. We're learning a lot.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm going to share this breaking news with you coming
- 0:19Speaker 1: up on the program. Also, yesterday... A big crackdown on
- 0:22Speaker 1: fraud in Los Angeles. Amazing. Just a new announcement of
- 0:26Speaker 1: arrests for these awful people who keep stealing millions of
- 0:29Speaker 1: dollars straight out of your paycheck. I've got the details
- 0:33Speaker 1: on that coming up on the program. We've got more
- 0:35Speaker 1: information about the Lindsey Clancy holdout juror. It turns out
- 0:38Speaker 1: not only is he black and Catholic, he may also
- 0:40Speaker 1: be a Republican. None of that is surprising, but we'll
- 0:43Speaker 1: tell you more about that. And so much more. I've
- 0:46Speaker 1: got endless things to talk about with you. So why
- 0:49Speaker 1: don't we do it? We'll do it right here on
- 0:50Speaker 1: this program. Coming up on the show, I want to
- 0:53Speaker 1: thank one of the fine sponsors who do make the
- 0:55Speaker 1: show possible each day, and that is BrickHouse Nutrition. Everybody's
- 0:59Speaker 1: talking about weight loss injections because the results are dramatic.
- 1:03Speaker 1: And the way those injections work is they lower your
- 1:04Speaker 1: blood sugar, they reduce your appetite. And what if you
- 1:06Speaker 1: want to lose the weight and you don't want the
- 1:08Speaker 1: painful weekly injections, especially when you hear about some of
- 1:11Speaker 1: those side effects? That is why the doctors at Brickhouse
- 1:14Speaker 1: Nutrition created an amazing weight loss supplement called Lean. The
- 1:17Speaker 1: results are remarkable. The studied ingredients in Lean have been
- 1:20Speaker 1: shown to help lower your blood sugar, help you burn
- 1:22Speaker 1: fat by converting it into energy, and help you curb
- 1:24Speaker 1: your appetite and your cravings so you are less hungry.
- 1:28Speaker 1: But listen, Lean by Brickhouse Nutrition is not for the
- 1:31Speaker 1: casual dieter. It's for frustrated dieters, people with 10 or
- 1:34Speaker 1: more pounds to lose. If that's you, let's get you started.

- 1:54Speaker 1: for care from a healthcare provider.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Boom.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Yeah, thanks for bearing with me today. I'm a little,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I think I told you yesterday, I'm a little under
- 2:04Speaker 1: the weather. It's fine. I'll get over it. Everyone gets
- 2:07Speaker 1: a cold. But I've got one right now. So if
- 2:10Speaker 1: the show is disrupted at all by bodily functions, my apologies.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Sorry about that. I might have to blow my nose
- 2:17Speaker 1: at some point. It is great to be here with you.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I had a great, great day yesterday here in Kansas City.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I did, of course, the podcast, as I'm doing this morning,
- 2:27Speaker 1: from the Kansas City hotel room. And then went off
- 2:31Speaker 1: to do the big radio show at the KCMO Studios yesterday.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Beautiful studios. What a great crew over there. Pete Mundo
- 2:39Speaker 1: leading a great team there. It's just very cool to
- 2:43Speaker 1: see everybody. And then last night, we had a big
- 2:47Speaker 1: event at Boulevard Brewery. Anybody in chat ever go to
- 2:51Speaker 1: Boulevard Brewery? This is the local, as far as I
- 2:54Speaker 1: can tell, kind of the local Kansas City beer. It
- 2:57Speaker 1: was great, by the way. The beer was great.
- 2:58Speaker 3: I had.
- 2:59Speaker 1: The Cosmic IPA, pretty awesome. I think that helps with
- 3:04Speaker 1: colds because I felt great after I drank it last night.
- 3:06Speaker 1: And then we all got on stage. It was kind
- 3:10Speaker 1: of like a bunch of the people who were on
- 3:11Speaker 1: air at KCMO with a crowd of 200 patriots, just
- 3:16Speaker 1: people packing in. It was so good, actually. It was
- 3:19Speaker 1: such a blast. And we had Pete Mundo on stage, McGraw-Milhaven.
- 3:25Speaker 1: You know, McGraw is doing a great job all across
- 3:27Speaker 1: the country. We had Guy Benson on stage. It was
- 3:31Speaker 1: good to see Guy. I haven't seen Guy in a while.
- 3:33Speaker 1: He was up there with me. And Kevin Keatsman from
- 3:37Speaker 1: Kansas City and their new host, Miranda, who is wonderful.
- 3:41Speaker 1: It was so nice to spend some time on stage
- 3:43Speaker 1: with everybody, talk about how the election is going, what
- 3:46Speaker 1: the future of the country holds as far as we
- 3:50Speaker 1: can assess. It was great. It was a great Q
- 3:52Speaker 1: & A. So as we do more of those, I'll
- 3:55Speaker 1: let you know. Not a fan of Boulevard, says Catch22. Well,
- 4:00Speaker 1: that's quite the Catch22. No, I thought it was great.
- 4:03Speaker 1: It was a cool place to be. And, yes, I
- 4:05Speaker 1: agree with you, Jazzyx2. Beer fixes everything. I felt very
- 4:09Speaker 1: good about that. And then Willie says IPAs are nasty.
- 4:13Speaker 1: You just need to develop your palate, Willie. Join the party.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Join the party. IPAs are awesome. All right. We've got
- 4:19Speaker 1: a lot to get to today. The Talafrico files are
- 4:24Speaker 1: only growing. James Talafrico, I don't know how a guy
- 4:27Speaker 1: like this, if it's up to the voters, I don't
- 4:30Speaker 1: know how in a million years he wins a Senate
- 4:33Speaker 1: seat in the state of Texas. Are you seeing these
- 4:35Speaker 1: hidden camera videos that are now coming out? Let's start
- 4:40Speaker 1: with this first one, because it's always good to start
- 4:42Speaker 1: with the first one. Here's James Talafrico's super PAC. They're
- 4:46Speaker 1: admitting now that they are paying people for votes. Now,
- 4:50Speaker 1: when you say you're paying people for votes, I believe
- 4:52Speaker 1: what you're describing is a crime. This video comes to
- 4:54Speaker 1: us from the great people at Town Hall, and they
- 4:58Speaker 1: tell us that this is a guy called Sky McAdams.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Of course his name is Sky. He's the organizing manager
- 5:04Speaker 1: for Texas Majority PAC, and he was just caught on
- 5:07Speaker 1: undercover video saying that they've devised a scheme to pay
- 5:11Speaker 1: voters to vote for James Talafrico. Watch this.
- 5:16Speaker 3: We are paying people $ 25 to attend a one-hour Zoom
- 5:22Speaker 3: class to learn why voting is important and why the
- 5:27Speaker 3: Republicans are causing all these bad things. So it's like
- 5:33Speaker 3: a roundabout way of paying people for their votes, essentially.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Which is interesting.
- 5:39Speaker 2: What's this called?
- 5:41Speaker 3: It's called the Paid Relational Program. I think Rally Texas
- 5:45Speaker 3: is the official name. You can't pay someone.
- 5:48Speaker 1: To vote for someone.
- 5:49Speaker 3: You can't be like, here's $ 25, go vote for me.
- 5:51Speaker 3: You can say.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Attend a one hour class and you can receive $ 25
- 5:58Speaker 3: and the class just talks about like the importance of
- 6:02Speaker 3: it it's a little gray it's a creative way to
- 6:06Speaker 3: it's a creative way to kind.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Of yeah yeah yeah but right now we can use
- 6:10Speaker 1: that to help people.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Yeah you know like if I if I was a
- 6:13Speaker 3: Republican I would be pissed I would be like that's
- 6:16Speaker 3: shady as fuck.
- 6:19Speaker 1: If I was a Republican I'd be pissed that's shady
- 6:21Speaker 1: as fuck he said huh alright Sky I think Sky
- 6:25Speaker 1: was just captured on camera admitting to a crime. Any
- 6:28Speaker 1: lawyers in the chat on that subject? I did see
- 6:30Speaker 1: some attorneys responding to this video yesterday going, guys, he's
- 6:33Speaker 1: describing the elements of the crime. They're paying people to
- 6:36Speaker 1: vote and then calling it something else. Oh, we're just
- 6:40Speaker 1: paying them to attend a Zoom meeting. Really? A Zoom meeting?
- 6:45Speaker 1: So how does that work exactly? They flip their computer on.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You don't have to turn the camera on. You don't
- 6:48Speaker 1: even have to be present. They send you 25 bucks
- 6:51Speaker 1: and then you vote for their guy. Now, by the way,
- 6:55Speaker 1: that's also a clear sign that nobody wants to vote
- 6:57Speaker 1: for James Talafrico organically. You need to pay them $ 25
- 7:00Speaker 1: to get them to vote for Talafrico. That's a hefty sum.
- 7:04Speaker 1: You know, when they were paying homeless people on Skid
- 7:06Speaker 1: Row two bucks to pay for Karen Bass or a
- 7:08Speaker 1: couple of cigarettes, man, you've really upped the ante a bit.
- 7:12Speaker 1: $ 25 a vote for Talafrico. That's how desperate his campaign
- 7:16Speaker 1: is right now. And in fact, in a sign of
- 7:18Speaker 1: the desperation and the criminality of his campaign, remember, it
- 7:22Speaker 1: was this past week, that Talafrico was coming out and saying,
- 7:26Speaker 1: I'm not a freak. I'm not weird. I don't actually
- 7:28Speaker 1: think there are six genders. That was dramatic overstatement. I
- 7:31Speaker 1: should have never said that. I really don't mean that.
- 7:33Speaker 1: And all this stuff about God is non-binary. He's trying
- 7:36Speaker 1: to reel it all back in. In fact, he did
- 7:38Speaker 1: an interview explicitly on Fox News in order to try
- 7:41Speaker 1: and sell this kind of garbage, that he's not as
- 7:43Speaker 1: weird as every piece of evidence has demonstrated. Well, it
- 7:47Speaker 1: turns out, of course, as you know, he's lying. But
- 7:51Speaker 1: one of the reasons we know, with some more certainty
- 7:53Speaker 1: now that he's lying, is because the priestess who runs
- 7:58Speaker 1: his church has just revealed that his political makeover is
- 8:03Speaker 1: a lie. It's a lie. Her name is Babs Miller.
- 8:08Speaker 1: She's with St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, which is James Talifrico's
- 8:12Speaker 1: home church. And here she is caught on camera. We
- 8:16Speaker 1: saw this from Jacob Wheeler at the Daily Wire. Again,
- 8:19Speaker 1: hidden camera footage. This was recorded just days ago, September 10th,
- 8:24Speaker 1: according to the on-screen video indicator. September 10th, where the priestess,
- 8:30Speaker 1: Babs Miller, says that Talafrico is lying, and that's okay,
- 8:34Speaker 1: as long as he wins. Listen to her.
- 8:37Speaker 4: People are attacking Talafrico for saying that God is non-binary.
- 8:41Speaker 5: That's literally what he is.
- 8:46Speaker 4: He went on Fox News and walked that back. Did
- 8:49Speaker 4: you see that?
- 8:52Speaker 5: Yeah. He's giving some advice that I don't think he
- 8:58Speaker 5: should be following.
- 8:59Speaker 4: Yeah, because that's why, frankly, something that attracted me to
- 9:03Speaker 4: this church was like.
- 9:06Speaker 5: And I can guarantee you that once he gets elected,
- 9:09Speaker 5: he'll change his tune back to where he was.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:12Speaker 4: But he has to kind of play this game.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Yes, that's what his campaign has convinced him of, is
- 9:17Speaker 5: that the Democratic Party is backing off on their stances
- 9:22Speaker 5: on trans and all of this. And so his staff
- 9:28Speaker 5: is encouraging him to kind of do the same thing,
- 9:31Speaker 5: just for the next 50 weeks, or whatever days, or
- 9:36Speaker 5: whatever days, I guess.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I think it's bad advice, personally, but.
- 9:44Speaker 5: If it helps him win okay.
- 9:50Speaker 1: That's an incredible piece of footage that's an incredible video
- 9:53Speaker 1: isn't that amazing so she says it's okay that he's
- 9:58Speaker 1: lying now remember she's supposed to be like some sort
- 10:00Speaker 1: of Christian minister or something. Her position is it's okay
- 10:03Speaker 1: to lie as long as you get power out of it.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Whoa. Whoa.
- 10:09Speaker 1: And then she says a couple of interesting things there.
- 10:12Speaker 1: One of them is just a straight-up admission that Talafrico
- 10:15Speaker 1: is lying. that he's a wolf in sheep's clothing, that
- 10:18Speaker 1: he's trying to dress up in the spirit Halloween version
- 10:22Speaker 1: of a sheep outfit. It's not very convincing. I think
- 10:25Speaker 1: the rest of us can see that he's a freak,
- 10:26Speaker 1: a wolf. And then she says the Democrats are backing
- 10:30Speaker 1: off on the trans thing. Notice that. Notice what she's
- 10:35Speaker 1: admitting to. Now, of course, she's a Democrat. It's pretty
- 10:38Speaker 1: obvious for all of us who are watching her. But
- 10:40Speaker 1: what she's admitting is that their freakishness is political poison.
- 10:46Speaker 1: It is suicidal politically to continue to embrace this nonsense. Oh, yeah,
- 10:50Speaker 1: boys can be girls. Girls can become boys. Now, you
- 10:52Speaker 1: might think to yourself, Vince, have they really backed away
- 10:54Speaker 1: from that position? I didn't realize. No, first of all,
- 10:57Speaker 1: they haven't backed away. They're attempting at this moment to
- 11:01Speaker 1: quiet the public concern about it. It's why, for instance,
- 11:05Speaker 1: when Republicans bring it up now, when normal people bring
- 11:07Speaker 1: it up now, Democrats will say, why are you so
- 11:10Speaker 1: obsessed with people and their gender? Why are you so
- 11:12Speaker 1: obsessed with children and blah, blah, blah? Obviously, this is projection.
- 11:16Speaker 1: This is them trying to cover up for their own
- 11:19Speaker 1: abuse of children by saying it's weird that you've noticed it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: You say. They want to basically get you to stop
- 11:26Speaker 1: talking about it because it is, again, electoral poison. The
- 11:30Speaker 1: only time Democrats ever attempt to try and broadly appeal
- 11:35Speaker 1: to random Americans and pay lip service to the kinds
- 11:39Speaker 1: of things that you and I are interested in is
- 11:41Speaker 1: when the stakes are highest, when they're getting close to
- 11:43Speaker 1: an election. Then they will lie their asses off directly
- 11:47Speaker 1: to you. to try and convince you that they're going
- 11:49Speaker 1: to make all of your wildest dreams come true. The
- 11:51Speaker 1: Vote for Pedro campaign. Vote for me and all of
- 11:53Speaker 1: your wildest dreams will come true. But that's not going
- 11:56Speaker 1: to be the case. That's not going to be the
- 11:58Speaker 1: case at all. Vote for me and I'm going to
- 12:00Speaker 1: stab you directly in the back. I'm going to destroy
- 12:02Speaker 1: your family. I'm going to separate that family. I'm going
- 12:04Speaker 1: to raise your taxes. I'm going to make your cost
- 12:06Speaker 1: of living prohibitive. That's actually what they mean. And you
- 12:09Speaker 1: just heard it from the priestess at Talafrico's church. where
- 12:14Speaker 1: she straight up says, yeah, he's lying. He wants power.
- 12:17Speaker 1: The second he gets it, he's going to revert back
- 12:19Speaker 1: to the norm. He's going to go back to what
- 12:22Speaker 1: he was before. Now, what was he before? Do we
- 12:25Speaker 1: have any game tape of that? Josh, do we have
- 12:26Speaker 1: any game tape of James Talafrico acting like a freak?
- 12:31Speaker 1: What is that? What am I looking at here? Is this,
- 12:33Speaker 1: is this, oh, Talafrico reversing course on the number of sexes?
- 12:36Speaker 1: Is that what this is? Okay, well, show, all right,
- 12:38Speaker 1: let's show people his latest heel turn. This is, again,
- 12:41Speaker 1: the priestess says, this version of Talafrico is lying to you. Watch.
- 12:47Speaker 4: In the 2021 hearing, you said there are six biological sexes.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Do you still believe that, standing here with me right now?
- 12:55Speaker 3: No.
- 12:55Speaker 4: I've missed the mark on some of my past statements.
- 12:57Speaker 4: I will be the first to admit it. What I
- 12:59Speaker 4: meant is that there are two sexes, and then there's
- 13:02Speaker 4: a small percentage of people with genetic abnormalities. I obviously
- 13:05Speaker 4: didn't say it correctly. There are not six sexes.
- 13:07Speaker 1: There are two.
- 13:09Speaker 3: And I think the reason.
- 13:11Speaker 4: That politicians in that convention center across the street want
- 13:15Speaker 4: to talk about six sexes is because they don't want
- 13:17Speaker 4: to talk about $ 6 diesel. Everywhere I go across the
- 13:20Speaker 4: state of Texas, people are struggling to survive in this economy.
- 13:24Speaker 4: They are struggling to afford the basics, groceries, gas, utilities,
- 13:27Speaker 4: health care. And that's what I'm going to be focused
- 13:29Speaker 4: on from now until election day.
- 13:31Speaker 5: So just to nail it down, here standing with me,
- 13:34Speaker 5: you can confidently say there are two sexes, a man
- 13:36Speaker 5: and a woman.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 13:39Speaker 1: So he's full of crap. He's full of crap. So
- 13:43Speaker 1: Babs says he's just saying what he has to say
- 13:46Speaker 1: to win. That's it. And so at the end of this,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you know, if he gets power, he's going to go back. Now,
- 13:52Speaker 1: you heard him try and do in that clip. I
- 13:54Speaker 1: love this move. He's like, they want to talk about
- 13:56Speaker 1: six sexes. I want to talk about $ 6 diesel. Yeah,
- 13:58Speaker 1: that's pretty clever. You know what Talafrico has in store
- 14:02Speaker 1: for the energy industry? Utter destruction. He said it in
- 14:05Speaker 1: the Sierra Club video footage that we played for you recently.
- 14:08Speaker 1: where he was telling that meeting that the plan is
- 14:11Speaker 1: to destruct capitalism, to destroy capitalism, to get rid of it,
- 14:17Speaker 1: to get rid of the energy industry in Texas. He said,
- 14:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, it's going the way of the cassette tape.
- 14:24Speaker 1: It's going bye-bye. That was his position. And so Mr. Oh,
- 14:28Speaker 1: I'm very concerned about the cost of energy. If this
- 14:31Speaker 1: jackass gets power, he's going to skyrocket the cost of energy.
- 14:34Speaker 1: You think $ 6 diesel's a problem? Wait until Talafrico has
- 14:38Speaker 1: his hands on the controls. That cannot happen. That cannot happen. Now,
- 14:42Speaker 1: this video should be devastating to his campaign, this undercover video.
- 14:48Speaker 1: And by the way, God bless everybody who does this,
- 14:49Speaker 1: James O'Keefe and and town halls doing it, Daily Wire's
- 14:53Speaker 1: doing it. I mean, there's a lot of people out
- 14:55Speaker 1: there who are now producing this world-class independent journalism. And
- 14:59Speaker 1: that really, if you notice, that's kind of the only
- 15:01Speaker 1: way you get these guys to tell the truth. When
- 15:03Speaker 1: they're in an environment where they're comfortable, where they think
- 15:05Speaker 1: they're talking to some sort of like-minded ally, oh, this
- 15:08Speaker 1: guy's a Democrat. You even heard the guy in the
- 15:11Speaker 1: clip with Babs going, oh, I really like this church
- 15:14Speaker 1: because he believes that God is non-binary. That's actually what
- 15:17Speaker 1: made me join the church. And then, you know what
- 15:19Speaker 1: she felt? She felt like it was a safe space.
- 15:21Speaker 1: to express her craziest opinions, and to tell the truth
- 15:24Speaker 1: about what Talafrico is going to do. God is non-binary. Yeah,
- 15:30Speaker 1: that really attracted me to your church. I was really
- 15:31Speaker 1: happy when you said that. It's insane. It's totally insane.
- 15:36Speaker 1: By the way, in case you're wondering about that particular question,
- 15:38Speaker 1: you may want to consult the Lord's Prayer. Just some advice.
- 15:42Speaker 1: I don't know if they use that in the church there.
- 15:43Speaker 1: But the point is, this kind of stuff, they're only
- 15:46Speaker 1: saying it behind closed doors. Now, I don't know if
- 15:48Speaker 1: you've noticed this, but this is not really a phenomenon
- 15:51Speaker 1: that exists in the other direction. Have you noticed this?
- 15:54Speaker 1: This is sort of only lefties who ever get caught
- 15:56Speaker 1: on a hidden camera saying insane, embarrassing things where they
- 16:00Speaker 1: admit to something that they're not in any way saying
- 16:02Speaker 1: in public. Have you noticed that? Why doesn't that happen
- 16:05Speaker 1: going the other direction? Now, I'm not encouraging a bunch
- 16:08Speaker 1: of lefties to try and ambush conservatives by, you know,
- 16:13Speaker 1: putting hidden cameras on and catching them in unguarded moments,
- 16:15Speaker 1: these types of things. Look, everyone, here's the point I'm making.
- 16:21Speaker 1: The reality is the average conservative is expressing the same
- 16:25Speaker 1: views behind closed doors that they're expressing in public. That's
- 16:28Speaker 1: the point. That's why there's not a ton of hidden
- 16:30Speaker 1: camera footage like that. Oh, that guy says he wants
- 16:32Speaker 1: to cut taxes. And he actually said behind closed doors,
- 16:35Speaker 1: he wants to raise taxes. That doesn't happen. That doesn't happen.
- 16:39Speaker 1: That guy said in public, there's what? I mean, all
- 16:43Speaker 1: of it. I don't even need to give you more examples.
- 16:45Speaker 1: The point is, this doesn't happen in the other direction
- 16:48Speaker 1: because normal people are not ashamed of their views. And
- 16:53Speaker 1: they know their views have resonance with other normal people,
- 16:56Speaker 1: not the left. The left is occupied by a lot
- 16:58Speaker 1: of freaks. And chief among them right now is James Talafrico. So,
- 17:03Speaker 1: fascinating footage. This should be the end of his campaign. Now, Texas.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I've got to talk about this. The reality is, like,
- 17:10Speaker 1: you would think that every Republican would be throwing in
- 17:13Speaker 1: with Ken Paxton, trying to get him across the finish line,
- 17:15Speaker 1: trying to stop Talifrico from getting the job. But they're not.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Not all of them are. In fact, John Cornyn, the
- 17:21Speaker 1: sitting Republican senator from Texas, just fired by the good
- 17:24Speaker 1: people of Texas. He is so bitter about all of this.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I've got an update for you on what he's up to. Now,
- 17:30Speaker 1: he's straight up, like, sharing encouragements to vote for Democrats
- 17:36Speaker 1: in Texas. Yeah, you heard me correctly. It's insane. I'll
- 17:43Speaker 1: get to that coming up on this edition of Vince.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Let us see here. I want to thank Blackout Coffee
- 17:49Speaker 1: for powering me up all the time. I love Blackout Coffee.
- 17:52Speaker 1: You know, there's some things you buy because you have
- 17:54Speaker 1: to buy them. And then there are things you feel
- 17:55Speaker 1: very good about buying. For me, Blackout Coffee is one
- 17:57Speaker 1: of those It's a small American company built by people
- 18:00Speaker 1: who work very hard, believe in this country, share our values,
- 18:03Speaker 1: and happen to make some seriously good coffee. And, you know,
- 18:06Speaker 1: every morning when I pour that first cup, I know
- 18:08Speaker 1: precisely what I'm getting. Strong, smooth coffee. It's never bitter.
- 18:12Speaker 1: It's fresh roasted. It's packed with flavor. And it's delivered
- 18:14Speaker 1: right to my door. And honestly, just I love having
- 18:17Speaker 1: an incredible cup of coffee at home. It's so much
- 18:19Speaker 1: better than going out to some, you know, random corporate
- 18:22Speaker 1: coffee shop that fills up the The coffee with all
- 18:25Speaker 1: sorts of nonsense to try and mask the flavor of it.
- 18:28Speaker 1: You don't need that. Great coffee doesn't need a bunch
- 18:30Speaker 1: of sugar and hundreds of extra calories. It should taste
- 18:32Speaker 1: great on its own. Blackout Coffee keeps it simple. Great coffee,
- 18:36Speaker 1: great people. An American company doing things the right way. Now,
- 18:39Speaker 1: if you haven't tried it yet, now is the time.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Go to blackoutcoffee.com slash Vince. Use the code Vince. Get
- 18:44Speaker 1: 20% off your first order. That's blackoutcoffee.com slash Vince. Try
- 18:49Speaker 1: Blackout Coffee. Start your morning with something you can feel
- 18:52Speaker 1: very good about. Love Blackout Coffee. Thank you, Blackout, for
- 18:56Speaker 1: always being a great and enduring sponsor.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Of the show.
- 18:58Speaker 1: All right, so for those of you in Texas, you
- 19:01Speaker 1: don't have to deal with John Cornyn for that much longer.
- 19:03Speaker 1: He's destined for the exit door come January, which is
- 19:06Speaker 1: great news for you. Ken Paxton should replace him. In
- 19:09Speaker 1: a just world, that'll be the case. But it's not
- 19:12Speaker 1: going to be with any help from John Cornyn. John
- 19:14Speaker 1: Cornyn has been crapping all over Ken Paxton throughout this,
- 19:19Speaker 1: not just in the primary phase, but beyond. and saying
- 19:22Speaker 1: he's a crappy candidate, he's not going to help him,
- 19:24Speaker 1: he's not going to fundraise for him. He's like, what
- 19:26Speaker 1: good are you, dude? He was never about the success
- 19:29Speaker 1: of the country. He was never about the success of
- 19:30Speaker 1: the Republican Party. He was always about himself. And he's
- 19:32Speaker 1: bitter that the voters of Texas just fired him and
- 19:35Speaker 1: that President Trump encouraged them to do it. So as
- 19:38Speaker 1: his final act, he's now tweeting all sorts of nonsense
- 19:42Speaker 1: about supporting Democrats and attacking the vice president of the
- 19:45Speaker 1: United States this past week. We talked about that one.
- 19:48Speaker 1: But here's the latest. John Cornyn just shared. Let me
- 19:54Speaker 1: see if I can pull this up. I actually put,
- 19:55Speaker 1: put the wall street journal piece up. So I'll, uh,
- 19:57Speaker 1: let me pull this up on X cause I want
- 19:59Speaker 1: you to see this. John Cornyn posted a, uh, a
- 20:04Speaker 1: thing from, um, what's his face? Uh, Karl Rove. Karl Rove.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Karl Rove says he's now voting for a Texas Democrat.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Okay?
- 20:16Speaker 1: So, you just got John Cornyn yesterday sharing a... Here
- 20:22Speaker 1: it is. I'll show this to you. John Cornyn yesterday... Sorry,
- 20:26Speaker 1: I moved my crap around so you can see it. Quote,
- 20:30Speaker 1: why I'm voting for a Texas Democrat by Karl Rove.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Here's the clip. Why I'm voting for a Texas Democrat.
- 20:39Speaker 1: What the hell are you guys doing? What are you doing? Now,
- 20:44Speaker 1: their big upset is... This is Karl Rove. He's mad
- 20:49Speaker 1: at a guy called Beau French. Beau French. And this
- 20:55Speaker 1: all has to do with last week's game between the
- 20:58Speaker 1: University of Texas and Ohio State. The University of Texas
- 21:01Speaker 1: with an incredible victory there. And here Karl Rove is
- 21:07Speaker 1: going after Beau French because... Beau French, who is running
- 21:12Speaker 1: for the Texas Railroad Commission, posted a photo of the
- 21:17Speaker 1: student section at the University of Texas, and it included,
- 21:21Speaker 1: in the photo, perhaps you've seen it by now, I
- 21:23Speaker 1: don't know if they even include it in the article,
- 21:26Speaker 1: basically it's got a bunch of pictures of University of
- 21:28Speaker 1: Texas students, not all of whom are white, there's like
- 21:30Speaker 1: a bunch of random minority students at the University of Texas,
- 21:34Speaker 1: and Beau French was lamenting how graduation looked at UT
- 21:41Speaker 1: and then said the problem is now obviously far worse
- 21:43Speaker 1: than anyone imagined. So this led to a bunch of
- 21:46Speaker 1: outrage that French even said that, look, it looks like
- 21:50Speaker 1: a lot of people at the University of Texas haven't
- 21:52Speaker 1: come from Texas, was his position. And instantly, the knee-jerk
- 21:57Speaker 1: reaction to it was to condemn him and then to
- 22:01Speaker 1: endorse his Democrat opponent by Republicans?
- 22:05Speaker 2: Now, you.
- 22:06Speaker 1: You can ask Beau French to clarify what he means
- 22:10Speaker 1: by this. If his position is we shouldn't be importing
- 22:13Speaker 1: millions of people into the United States and we should
- 22:15Speaker 1: be instead looking out for American citizens, that's a perfectly
- 22:17Speaker 1: good and wholesome and defensible position. If his position is
- 22:21Speaker 1: he's judging people on the basis of their skin color
- 22:24Speaker 1: and assessing them, you know, on that and that alone, well,
- 22:28Speaker 1: then that guy's screwing up. That's just an act of
- 22:32Speaker 1: reflexive prejudice. Like, you should do a little more, you know,
- 22:37Speaker 1: like research before you jump to a conclusion on the
- 22:40Speaker 1: basis of a photo. But whatever your criticisms are of
- 22:43Speaker 1: the Beau French tweet, the fact is, then you get
- 22:47Speaker 1: Karl Rove coming out and going, I'm endorsing his opponent.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I'm voting for his freaking opponent, a guy called John Rosenthal.
- 22:55Speaker 1: And then you get John Cornick coming out going, I'm
- 22:57Speaker 1: going to share this article. This is very compelling. So
- 23:00Speaker 1: he shares the article on X. So now you got
- 23:02Speaker 1: these two idiots. encouraging people to vote for the Democrat,
- 23:07Speaker 1: John Rosenthal. Now, who the hell is John Rosenthal? Might
- 23:11Speaker 1: be worth exploring that. You ready for this? Here he is.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Those of you watching on the chat, on rubble.com slash
- 23:22Speaker 1: Vince here on the video podcast, you want that guy
- 23:26Speaker 1: running anything? Look at this picture. It is this guy,
- 23:31Speaker 1: John Rosenthal, wearing a mask, a COVID mask, which is,
- 23:36Speaker 1: of course, one of the holy garbs of the American left,
- 23:40Speaker 1: on his face on the floor of the statehouse. And
- 23:43Speaker 1: it says, protect trans kids on his face. He's got
- 23:46Speaker 1: a trans flag running through the lettering. Now, let me
- 23:54Speaker 1: get this straight. Your position is, I can't support the
- 23:57Speaker 1: Republicans Because he said something that I instantly judged without
- 24:02Speaker 1: even talking to him about his position on the subject.
- 24:05Speaker 1: But I am going to support the Democrat who supports
- 24:07Speaker 1: opening our borders, mutilating our children, and turning the country
- 24:11Speaker 1: over to communism. That's your plan? Are you mental? What
- 24:18Speaker 1: is wrong with you people? Look at this guy. This
- 24:22Speaker 1: guy is a freak. We're going to put another freak
- 24:25Speaker 1: in charge in Texas? Because you're mad about a picture?
- 24:29Speaker 1: Is anybody, like, paying any attention whatsoever to these positions
- 24:32Speaker 1: that they're taking? Like, there's a category of Republican, of
- 24:36Speaker 1: establishment Republican, obviously, who feels like they have to rush
- 24:39Speaker 1: to every microphone and social media platform to condemn other
- 24:43Speaker 1: Republicans because they say things that may or may not
- 24:47Speaker 1: offend the left. Oh, we can't offend the left. I
- 24:49Speaker 1: got to support the guy with the protect trans flags,
- 24:51Speaker 1: protect trans kids thing on his face. The guy's supporting
- 24:56Speaker 1: child abuse. And you're running headlong into, I'm voting for him?
- 24:59Speaker 1: What the hell is wrong with you? Karl Rove, get
- 25:03Speaker 1: your whiteboard out and hit yourself in the head with it.
- 25:05Speaker 1: And come to your senses. This is insane. Don't vote
- 25:09Speaker 1: for the protect trans kids guy. It's very stupid. It's
- 25:13Speaker 1: very stupid. And yeah, that's right. There's no such thing
- 25:17Speaker 1: as a trans kid, says JoJo in the chat. She's right.
- 25:21Speaker 1: There's no such thing. There are kids who get abused
- 25:24Speaker 1: by adults. Kids who are misled by adults. Kids who
- 25:28Speaker 1: are affirmed in their delusions by abusive adults shouldn't do that.
- 25:33Speaker 1: And yet the left is on an all-out jihad to
- 25:36Speaker 1: make that happen. It's pretty screwed up, isn't it? Pretty
- 25:40Speaker 1: screwed up. Now, cracking down on the left is important.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I've got a great story to share with you. And,
- 25:47Speaker 1: you know, the left has allowed us to be robbed
- 25:49Speaker 1: for years. A lot of your taxpayer dollars have been
- 25:51Speaker 1: going out the door. thank God J.D. Vance and company
- 25:54Speaker 1: are cracking down on fraudsters. This is so long overdue.
- 25:57Speaker 1: And I've got another big edition of that story. We'll
- 25:59Speaker 1: talk about it here in just a moment. More ahead
- 26:02Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. And Carl, again, with the whiteboard,
- 26:06Speaker 1: you don't have to smack your head that hard. Just
- 26:08Speaker 1: hard enough to come to your senses. Just, you know,
- 26:10Speaker 1: just one quick bonk. I think it'll work. Just give
- 26:13Speaker 1: it a try. You know, it's worth trying. All right,
- 26:16Speaker 1: let's see. We've got some great sponsors here supporting the

- 28:38Speaker 1: ain't for wusses, says Whiskey McGroin. That's true. That is true.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Let's see here. I've got a good Fed crackdown on
- 28:48Speaker 1: fraudsters in California. Here is, why don't we start with
- 28:53Speaker 1: the Feds announcing this yesterday. Colin McDonald and company, remember
- 28:56Speaker 1: he's the assistant attorney general to go after fraudsters, works
- 28:58Speaker 1: for the vice president. Here he is yesterday with his
- 29:01Speaker 1: team around him announcing that they just busted a bunch
- 29:04Speaker 1: of dudes in Los Angeles who were stealing money, federal money,
- 29:08Speaker 1: your money, taxpayer dollars, that were meant to for the homeless.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Cut three. Watch this.
- 29:15Speaker 7: Today, we are announcing charges and two arrests so far
- 29:20Speaker 7: this morning against three separate individuals allegedly involved in fraud
- 29:25Speaker 7: schemes that stole millions of dollars from programs meant to
- 29:29Speaker 7: house and support the homeless in California. I will briefly
- 29:35Speaker 7: highlight one case brought this morning thanks to the hard
- 29:38Speaker 7: work of the prosecutor and agents here in this room
- 29:42Speaker 7: with us. This morning, federal agents arrested Michael Young, the
- 29:48Speaker 7: owner of Home at Last, a nonprofit organization that was
- 29:52Speaker 7: supposed to house the homeless. Young is charged with wire fraud,
- 29:57Speaker 7: which carries a maximum possible sentence of 20 years in prison.
- 30:02Speaker 7: The complaint alleges that Young used a web of shell
- 30:05Speaker 7: corporations and fraudulent billing practices to misappropriate millions of dollars
- 30:11Speaker 7: in taxpayer funds earmarked for homeless housing. Among other gross
- 30:17Speaker 7: misuses of taxpayer money, Young allegedly spent more than $ 1
- 30:22Speaker 7: million to open and operate a high-end restaurant and nightclub
- 30:26Speaker 7: in Inglewood called 675 Lounge. And you can see a
- 30:31Speaker 7: picture of that displayed on the screen in front of you.
- 30:35Speaker 7: Taxpayer money also allegedly paid for a liquor license for
- 30:39Speaker 7: that business in addition to the architect developer and high-end
- 30:44Speaker 7: finishes for this nightclub The taxpayers did not sign up
- 30:49Speaker 7: to fund this nightclub Definitely young allegedly lied repeatedly in
- 30:53Speaker 7: the course of the fraud claiming funds would be used
- 30:56Speaker 7: exclusively for homeless housing or for vendors providing services for
- 31:01Speaker 7: homeless housing and when he was actually allegedly diverting large
- 31:05Speaker 7: amounts of taxpayer money for personal use. To conceal the fraud,
- 31:10Speaker 7: Young allegedly submitted fake bids from real companies to make
- 31:14Speaker 7: it appear that Home At Last's shell companies were the
- 31:18Speaker 7: lowest priced and the most competitive options available for homeless
- 31:23Speaker 7: housing options. Young's egregious misuse of taxpayer funds allegedly includes
- 31:30Speaker 7: spending almost $ 50, 000 on a luxury trip to Tahiti, $ 140, 000
- 31:35Speaker 7: to remodel a vintage Chevy Impala, pictured here on the screen,
- 31:42Speaker 7: and more than $ 1 million for the lounge that I
- 31:46Speaker 7: described previously.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Man, that guy was living high on the hog, huh? Tahiti,
- 31:52Speaker 1: it was going, well, I wanted to try the vanilla.
- 31:54Speaker 2: What?
- 31:56Speaker 1: He's flying all over planet Earth, building businesses, getting liquor licenses.
- 32:01Speaker 1: He's a hustler. He's a thief. He's a thief. These
- 32:05Speaker 1: people are stealing money from us. And you know, as
- 32:08Speaker 1: you're listening to this, I can feel it as you're
- 32:10Speaker 1: listening to this. You're thinking to yourself, they're barely scratching
- 32:14Speaker 1: the surface, aren't they? Yeah, they're barely scratching the surface.
- 32:17Speaker 1: But at least they're doing something. How long has it
- 32:19Speaker 1: been since anybody's done anything about this? You know how
- 32:21Speaker 1: long this has been going on? It's been going on
- 32:22Speaker 1: so long that that guy felt comfortable refurbishing his old
- 32:25Speaker 1: Impala with using taxpayer money. He thought he would never
- 32:28Speaker 1: get busted for this. Why? Because he's in California. California,
- 32:33Speaker 1: which is dominated by this kind of fraud, aided and
- 32:36Speaker 1: abetted by Democrats, who should also be arrested. I'd like
- 32:39Speaker 1: to see Karen Bass in handcuffs for this. And everybody
- 32:42Speaker 1: who was in charge of directing this money to guys
- 32:45Speaker 1: like this. How about Gavin Newsom? The guy's literally fly
- 32:50Speaker 1: fishing with Jake Tapper, fantasizing about running for president of
- 32:53Speaker 1: the United States. The guy should be in a mugshot,
- 32:56Speaker 1: not in a trout stream. The whole thing is so crazy.
- 33:00Speaker 1: It's really abusive. And this story, just to give you
- 33:05Speaker 1: more on it, look at it here. This is the
- 33:08Speaker 1: LA Times. They've got a piece up on this today.
- 33:11Speaker 1: They say, LA homeless services fraud suspect spent millions on
- 33:14Speaker 1: club luxury trips. Feds charge. here federal authorities Wednesday allegedly
- 33:20Speaker 1: not allegedly rather arrested three people they did arrest three
- 33:24Speaker 1: by the time this article goes up employed at Los
- 33:27Speaker 1: Angeles area homeless non-profits including one who misappropriated that would
- 33:32Speaker 1: be stole more than seven and a half million dollars
- 33:34Speaker 1: in taxpayer funds and used it to finance the construction
- 33:37Speaker 1: of his nightclub and adjacent bingo hall you know so
- 33:40Speaker 1: that they could take even more money from people Michael
- 33:44Speaker 1: Young is 46, the founder of the Culver City-based nonprofit
- 33:47Speaker 1: Home at Last. Lakia Malone, 48, with special service for groups.
- 33:53Speaker 1: And Donya Mitchell, 55, the chief executive and director of
- 33:57Speaker 1: the Big Blue Umbrella, all arrested as a part of
- 33:59Speaker 1: this federal crackdown. Now here, take a look at this guy.
- 34:03Speaker 1: This is, who is this? This is Michael Young. Look
- 34:05Speaker 1: at that big boy. Rumble.com slash Vince. Here he is
- 34:09Speaker 1: after he was arrested. Big tubby dude. and he was
- 34:13Speaker 1: just taking tons of cash, man. He was taking all
- 34:15Speaker 1: your money right out of your paycheck, and now he's
- 34:18Speaker 1: in custody where he allegedly deserves to be, where he
- 34:23Speaker 1: allegedly deserves to be. Now, all that money, you're kind
- 34:25Speaker 1: of wondering, you know, what the hell's going on here.
- 34:27Speaker 1: According to the criminal complaint, Young used shell corporations and
- 34:31Speaker 1: fraudulent billing practices to misappropriate funds intended for homeless housing,
- 34:36Speaker 1: of course, including through programs administered by, now we're getting somewhere, Reddy,
- 34:40Speaker 1: the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, LAHSA, which paid the
- 34:48Speaker 1: nonprofit more than $ 75 million for homeless housing services, canceled
- 34:54Speaker 1: its contracts with HOMA last in June, according to the complaint.
- 34:59Speaker 1: In a statement, the homeless operation in LA, the government operation,
- 35:04Speaker 1: said it canceled the contracts after, quote, strong evidence of
- 35:07Speaker 1: wrongdoing emerged. and home at last failed to meet its
- 35:10Speaker 1: contractual obligations. Now, let me explain what's actually going on here.
- 35:18Speaker 1: The reason they cut this guy off in June is
- 35:21Speaker 1: not because the government in California, that the Los Angeles
- 35:26Speaker 1: City government, suddenly came to a census and they're like,
- 35:29Speaker 1: oh my God, somebody's stealing from us. We have to
- 35:31Speaker 1: cut them off. That's not what happened at all. In fact,
- 35:36Speaker 1: what actually happened is that in June, you ready? The
- 35:41Speaker 1: United States Department of Housing and Urban Development suspended federal funding.
- 35:46Speaker 1: to the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority in June of
- 35:49Speaker 1: this year due to sweeping allegations of financial mismanagement, fraud,
- 35:54Speaker 1: and lack of internal controls. So the money was cut
- 35:57Speaker 1: off by the Trump administration. So they didn't have any
- 36:00Speaker 1: money to give out. The money that they were stealing
- 36:02Speaker 1: from you couldn't go out anymore. So they were like, oh,
- 36:05Speaker 1: we cut them off because we were convinced that they
- 36:07Speaker 1: were doing something wrong. No, you cut them off because
- 36:09Speaker 1: you didn't have any cash to give them anymore that
- 36:11Speaker 1: you were stealing from us in the first place. HUD
- 36:15Speaker 1: froze the money. Hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants,
- 36:19Speaker 1: including continuum of care funds allocated to the Los Angeles
- 36:23Speaker 1: Homeless Services Authority, citing inadequate safeguards over the nearly, you
- 36:27Speaker 1: ready for the number? This is staggering. $ 1 billion that
- 36:32Speaker 1: the agency had received since 2021. That's what happened. So
- 36:39Speaker 1: here you have the Trump administration cutting off the funding,
- 36:44Speaker 1: cutting off the funding, and then subsequently prosecuting the bad
- 36:48Speaker 1: guys who had been stealing it. This is good. Again,
- 36:53Speaker 1: you don't want it to ever happen in the first place,
- 36:55Speaker 1: but thank God we have a president who's actually doing
- 36:57Speaker 1: something about it. We've got some footage here. Josh, can
- 37:00Speaker 1: you put this on screen? This is the footage of
- 37:02Speaker 1: the busts yesterday. The Fed showed up yesterday, and we're
- 37:07Speaker 1: doing all these arrests, and you can see the team.
- 37:10Speaker 1: This comes to us. I want to thank the Department
- 37:13Speaker 1: of Housing and Urban Development, for providing this footage to us.
- 37:17Speaker 1: But you can see on screen, there's Scott Turner. He's
- 37:19Speaker 1: the secretary of HUD. You'll see Colin McDonald in some
- 37:22Speaker 1: of this footage. He's the fraud assistant attorney general. There
- 37:26Speaker 1: he is. And these guys go out for an early
- 37:29Speaker 1: morning bust in Los Angeles. All the cop cars showing up,
- 37:34Speaker 1: just rolling up on these people, taking them into custody. Boy,
- 37:38Speaker 1: that just brings a song to my heart and a
- 37:40Speaker 1: tear to my eye. Just love seeing these guys get busted.
- 37:43Speaker 1: It's great news. Everyone's happy. This is happiness on the
- 37:47Speaker 1: side of the Trump people, posing for photos after a
- 37:50Speaker 1: big bust. There's Bill Asseli. You can see him on
- 37:52Speaker 1: the far right. He's the U.S. attorney in L.A. He's
- 37:54Speaker 1: been doing a great job. This is really good stuff.
- 37:57Speaker 1: You know, by the way, as you contemplate, who am
- 37:59Speaker 1: I going to vote for in the midterms? How about
- 38:01Speaker 1: the people who are busting fraudsters? You know, who's for fraud?
- 38:04Speaker 1: Is the average Democrat voter? I feel like they just
- 38:07Speaker 1: live in such a bubble. Are they even aware of
- 38:09Speaker 1: the extent to which that they're being robbed? If they're
- 38:12Speaker 1: actually gainfully employed, if they have a real job and
- 38:14Speaker 1: they have to keep giving money to the federal government,
- 38:15Speaker 1: do they realize how much of it's being stolen from them?
- 38:18Speaker 1: You know, and then we're at $ 40 trillion in debt.
- 38:20Speaker 1: And how much of that is fraud? How much of
- 38:22Speaker 1: that is just you being robbed blind? So there's Scott Turner,
- 38:28Speaker 1: great former NFL cornerback. He's good. There he is just
- 38:33Speaker 1: talking to the press. So anyway, thank you to HUD
- 38:35Speaker 1: for that footage as they put these guys in custody.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And I'll take it, man. I'll take it every day
- 38:41Speaker 1: of the week. Keep busting these jerks. Take them into custody.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Crazy stuff. Absolutely crazy. Speaking of crazy, got more crazy
- 38:49Speaker 1: for you. Are you ready for this? The Lindsey Clancy
- 38:52Speaker 1: holdout juror, the hero of our story, he's the man
- 38:56Speaker 1: who refused to succumb to the pressure inside of that
- 38:58Speaker 1: jury room. to say that Lindsay Clancy was not guilty
- 39:01Speaker 1: of strangling her three children, when of course she did
- 39:03Speaker 1: do that very thing. He has been living in a
- 39:07Speaker 1: kind of state of hell since then, because the left
- 39:09Speaker 1: has been trying to crush him, absolutely crush him. And
- 39:14Speaker 1: he just did an interview, actually, with a podcaster called,
- 39:19Speaker 1: his name is Ray Marcel. He has an operation called
- 39:22Speaker 1: Fugitive TV. And he caught up with the juror who
- 39:25Speaker 1: goes by the name Michael. The jurors name is apparently
- 39:27Speaker 1: Michael he's Michael by the way I guess is volunteering
- 39:31Speaker 1: his name publicly now which is this up to him
- 39:34Speaker 1: to do and and and Ray speaks with Michael and
- 39:38Speaker 1: then Ray gave us an account of what Michael had
- 39:40Speaker 1: to say and we just found out some more interesting
- 39:42Speaker 1: information cut for listen to this.
- 39:45Speaker 6: Very kind Catholic and you want to hear something very
- 39:49Speaker 6: funny We started talking. He thinks he knows why he
- 39:54Speaker 6: might be getting targeted. He's a Republican. He is a
- 40:01Speaker 6: black Republican. He has conservative views. He believes he might
- 40:08Speaker 6: be getting targeted because of that. Because the media and
- 40:15Speaker 6: the reporters, as you could see, they kind of have
- 40:19Speaker 6: left views. He was in a juror panel with people
- 40:25Speaker 6: of the Democratic Party.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Now, none of that is surprising, to be clear. Not
- 40:32Speaker 1: surprising at all. He's like a normal person who thinks
- 40:36Speaker 1: that children shouldn't be murdered, who believes in the justice system,
- 40:41Speaker 1: believes in weighing the evidence and coming to the proper decision. So,
- 40:45Speaker 1: of course, he's a Republican. It's not actually all that
- 40:47Speaker 1: surprising at all that he's conservative. But that's an interesting thing.
- 40:51Speaker 1: So that just adds to the reasons that the left
- 40:52Speaker 1: hates him and assuredly wants to deport him. He's the
- 40:55Speaker 1: one Haitian immigrant to the United States that the left
- 40:58Speaker 1: is now desperate to deport from the country. We got
- 41:01Speaker 1: to get him the hell out of here. Get him
- 41:03Speaker 1: out of here. He's not contributing to the country. But
- 41:07Speaker 1: he is. He's contributing great things. He's contributing. I mean, look,
- 41:11Speaker 1: he's a Haitian immigrant. The guy assimilated. He's all in
- 41:15Speaker 1: on the things that make America great. There he is.
- 41:18Speaker 1: And now the left is trying to destroy him. We've got,
- 41:20Speaker 1: I saw Life News, which is a great, great news operation.
- 41:24Speaker 1: They do a lot of pro-life stuff, obviously. And they
- 41:28Speaker 1: have some coverage of this. Stephen Ertel writing about this.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Holdout Lindsey Clancy juror breaks silence. Says activists wanted not
- 41:36Speaker 1: guilty on the very first day, on day one. Here
- 41:41Speaker 1: he is. Look at, there's a picture of him. This is,
- 41:43Speaker 1: I guess this is a photo I think he shared.
- 41:46Speaker 1: and here he is holding a child. Beautiful. I assume
- 41:49Speaker 1: this is his daughter. It's a cute photo. The holdout
- 41:53Speaker 1: juror in Lindsey Clancy's murder trial has broken his silence,
- 41:56Speaker 1: saying eight fellow jurors, eight of them, behaved like activists
- 42:01Speaker 1: who wanted her found not guilty from the very first
- 42:04Speaker 1: day of deliberations. He said that even as three young children, Cora, five, Dawson, three,
- 42:09Speaker 1: and Callen, eight months, lay at the center of the
- 42:12Speaker 1: case due to their brutal murders, other jurors wanted to
- 42:14Speaker 1: exonerate Clancy almost immediately. He spoke with Fugitive TV's Ray
- 42:19Speaker 1: Marcel after a mistrial was declared September 4th. Judge William
- 42:23Speaker 1: Sullivan ended the trial after the jury of nine women
- 42:26Speaker 1: and three men spent more than 38 hours deliberating. It
- 42:29Speaker 1: was an 11-1 split. He said the juror said he
- 42:32Speaker 1: concluded she was guilty based on the evidence. Duh. He
- 42:36Speaker 1: told Marcel he believed she was not insane at the
- 42:39Speaker 1: time and knew what she was doing Marcel said that
- 42:42Speaker 1: the juror described the jury's opening positions this way. From
- 42:46Speaker 1: day one, eight jurors were going for not guilty. Two
- 42:49Speaker 1: were for guilty. And two had not made up their minds. Quote,
- 42:53Speaker 1: he said that from day one. He said eight of
- 42:55Speaker 1: them were going for Lindsey Clancy not guilty. That was
- 42:57Speaker 1: day one. Eight were going not guilty. Two were for guilty.
- 43:01Speaker 1: And two didn't know. They didn't make up their mind.
- 43:05Speaker 1: He said... He said to him, those eight felt like
- 43:08Speaker 1: they were activists. Every day they would vote. The eight
- 43:10Speaker 1: that felt that Lindsey was not guilty were trying to
- 43:12Speaker 1: convince the other four, hey, Lindsey is not guilty. The
- 43:16Speaker 1: holdout juror referred to those eight jurors as activists and
- 43:19Speaker 1: said they wanted a not guilty result from the very start.
- 43:22Speaker 1: He said he and one other juror voted guilty, but
- 43:24Speaker 1: that the second juror caved at the last moment. Caved
- 43:29Speaker 1: at the last moment. For those who believe the law
- 43:31Speaker 1: must answer for the taking of a child's life, the
- 43:34Speaker 1: account is stark. According to the holdout, majority of the
- 43:36Speaker 1: panel was already pushing to clear Clancy before the evidence
- 43:39Speaker 1: had been fully weighed in the jury room. The three
- 43:42Speaker 1: children would not have received justice had those jurors gotten
- 43:46Speaker 1: their way in court.
- 43:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:51Speaker 1: And so this guy's like being, like, there's people outside
- 43:54Speaker 1: of his house, there's people going after him. For what?
- 43:57Speaker 1: Because he was right? He was right. He stuck to
- 44:01Speaker 1: his guns. May he be an inspiration to the rest
- 44:03Speaker 1: of us. It's okay if not everybody's on your side.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Just do the right thing. Do the right thing. That's
- 44:11Speaker 1: what you ask your kids to do too. Do the
- 44:14Speaker 1: right thing.
- 44:16Speaker 6: And he did.
- 44:16Speaker 1: That's an incredible story. And what a horrible saga that
- 44:22Speaker 1: he has to go through now because he did the
- 44:24Speaker 1: right thing. Just amazing. Let's see here. I've got more
- 44:29Speaker 1: criminal justice news to share with you. You guys want
- 44:31Speaker 1: to do Ilhan Omar being confronted about marrying her brother? Chad,
- 44:36Speaker 1: here's the question, Chad. You ready? We'll do both of these,
- 44:39Speaker 1: but I want to know what you want first. Do
- 44:41Speaker 1: you want Ilhan Omar being confronted about marrying her brother,
- 44:44Speaker 1: or do you want CNN hosts getting schooled on how
- 44:49Speaker 1: stupid they are when it comes to taxes? Which one
- 44:52Speaker 1: do you want? Let's see. I'm waiting for you, Chad,
- 44:55Speaker 1: on this, so there's going to be a little bit
- 44:56Speaker 1: of a delay here for me to hear you. Let's see.
- 45:00Speaker 1: I think I'm getting yeses because we want the Ilhan
- 45:01Speaker 1: Omar footage. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. People want
- 45:07Speaker 1: to deport Ilhan. That'd be fun. Denaturalizer. Ilhan, Ilhan, Ilhan.
- 45:10Speaker 1: We got some CNN. All right, we'll do both, but
- 45:13Speaker 1: let's do Ilhan first. We'll do Ilhan.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Ready?
- 45:17Speaker 1: Let's see. Lindell TV, Allison Steinberg. We ran into Allison.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Josh and I ran into Allison Steinberg at the big
- 45:23Speaker 1: Republican convention, and on behalf of this audience, we signaled
- 45:27Speaker 1: our gratitude. We said, thank you, Allison. Thank you for
- 45:29Speaker 1: being great. She's at Lindell TV. She was in the
- 45:32Speaker 1: halls of Congress yesterday. She confronted Ilhan Omar, and this
- 45:35Speaker 1: is how that went. Cut six.
- 45:37Speaker 2: Watch.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Congresswoman, Tom Homan said that you're under criminal investigation for
- 45:41Speaker 1: immigration and marriage fraud. Any comment on that? No, I
- 45:47Speaker 1: don't have a comment for that.
- 45:48Speaker 7: No?
- 45:49Speaker 1: Well, you always say no one's above the law, so
- 45:51Speaker 1: do you think you should be above the law? I
- 45:53Speaker 1: am not above the law.
- 45:55Speaker 7: If there's some marriage fraud, can you just tell us
- 45:57Speaker 7: straight up, did you marry your brother?
- 45:58Speaker 1: Absolutely not. What a ridiculous thing to ask. Did you
- 46:01Speaker 1: marry your brother? Absolutely not.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Absolutely not.
- 46:04Speaker 1: That's disgusting. Nobody should be doing that. Why are you
- 46:07Speaker 1: being criminally investigated?
- 46:08Speaker 2: I am not. Yes, you are. I am not.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Well, then Tom Homan's a liar or what?
- 46:12Speaker 2: He is.
- 46:12Speaker 1: He's been saying some dumb shit like you. Thank you, Congresswoman. Wow,
- 46:19Speaker 1: that's a wonderful and fun addition to this story. Isn't
- 46:23Speaker 1: that great? So now we have her on camera. That's,
- 46:25Speaker 1: I think, the most explicit lying she's done on this subject.
- 46:29Speaker 1: I mean, the reality is that all of the receipts
- 46:32Speaker 1: point directly to the fact that she did, in fact,
- 46:34Speaker 1: marry her brother as a matter of the state, as
- 46:38Speaker 1: a matter of state documentation. She married her brother as
- 46:41Speaker 1: a means to get him into the country. This has
- 46:45Speaker 1: been something that various journalists have been looking into for years,
- 46:48Speaker 1: including some legacy media outlets, and they have not received
- 46:51Speaker 1: very satisfying answers from that in any way exonerate her
- 46:54Speaker 1: from that reality. So here she is. I think that's
- 46:56Speaker 1: the most declarative she's been. No, that's disgusting. But again,
- 47:01Speaker 1: if the entire premise of the story is that you
- 47:03Speaker 1: were committing fraud in the first place, then why wouldn't
- 47:05Speaker 1: you lie to us now? That was amazing. What an
- 47:10Speaker 1: amazing piece of video. All right, so let's file that
- 47:12Speaker 1: one away. We'll flag that piece of video and we'll
- 47:15Speaker 1: save it for whatever transpires from the active criminal investigation
- 47:20Speaker 1: that multiple officials have now told you is going on.
- 47:24Speaker 1: And by the way, just a quick head count on this.
- 47:26Speaker 1: I believe J.D. Vance told us at one point that
- 47:29Speaker 1: Ilhan Omar was under investigation by the feds. And Tom
- 47:33Speaker 1: Homan has told us that Ilhan Omar is under investigation
- 47:36Speaker 1: by the feds. These are criminal investigations. And Mark Wayne
- 47:38Speaker 1: Mullen has told us that she is under investigation by
- 47:42Speaker 1: the feds. Those are some pretty good sources. She's saying
- 47:46Speaker 1: it's all a big lie. Okay, well, let's air it
- 47:48Speaker 1: out then. Let's air it out then. You won't be
- 47:51Speaker 1: upset by us doing a full deep dive into the
- 47:54Speaker 1: truth on this one. Once it exonerates you, then it's
- 47:56Speaker 1: going to be great. It's going to be wonderful, and
- 47:58Speaker 1: then you and Allison Steinberg can get along, go grab
- 48:01Speaker 1: coffee together. It's going to be wonderful. Yeah, file that
- 48:04Speaker 1: video away. I think that's going to be valuable. All right,
- 48:07Speaker 1: here's another video for you. You ready?
- 48:09Speaker 5: CNN.
- 48:09Speaker 1: I saw this one this morning as I was prepping
- 48:11Speaker 1: for the show, and this clip comes across the wire.
- 48:14Speaker 1: I thought, who pulled this that I was grateful for?
- 48:17Speaker 1: Thomas Hearn. Thomas Hearn's a great clipper. He does this
- 48:19Speaker 1: on social media. He pulled this one. This was last
- 48:22Speaker 1: night on the Abby Normal show. You guys know the
- 48:24Speaker 1: Abby Normal show? You familiar with that? There's a show
- 48:30Speaker 1: on CNN. I believe they might call it Newsnight or something.
- 48:34Speaker 1: They have a host called, I believe the name she's
- 48:38Speaker 1: using these days is Abby Phillip. But I like to
- 48:40Speaker 1: call her Abby Normal. And She's got this panel. The
- 48:44Speaker 1: panel carries the show, obviously. And on the panel is
- 48:48Speaker 1: a guy called Scott Jennings, who carries the ratings for
- 48:50Speaker 1: the show. And at one point, Scott was trying to
- 48:53Speaker 1: explain to the panel that however the government imposes fees
- 48:58Speaker 1: in any capacity, it does lead, on a business, it
- 49:01Speaker 1: does lead to some upward pressure on consumer prices. So
- 49:05Speaker 1: if you're using tariffs, as the president of the United
- 49:07Speaker 1: States has, in a trade war, that he's finally fighting
- 49:11Speaker 1: back in. If you're using tariffs, will there be some
- 49:14Speaker 1: impact on consumer prices for products that come from overseas? Well, yeah, definitely.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Consumers will pay higher prices. Now, will it be one-to-one?
- 49:24Speaker 6: No.
- 49:24Speaker 1: In fact, a lot of these corporations, we've done the
- 49:27Speaker 1: economics on this, a lot of these corporations have absorbed
- 49:30Speaker 1: Some of the price increases to try and defray the
- 49:33Speaker 1: impact on their consumers while they source their products and
- 49:36Speaker 1: their labor from overseas. But President Trump is trying to
- 49:39Speaker 1: bring back a lot of business right to the United
- 49:41Speaker 1: States of America. So last night on this program with
- 49:45Speaker 1: Abby Normal, she is basically making the case that Trump
- 49:50Speaker 1: is raising prices on everybody with tariffs. But then Scott
- 49:54Speaker 1: brings up corporate taxes. And he goes, well, if you
- 49:56Speaker 1: want to drop prices on consumer goods, why don't you
- 49:59Speaker 1: cut corporate taxes? This blows Abby Normal's mind. She doesn't
- 50:04Speaker 1: understand what he's saying. Watch this incredible clip. Watch this.
- 50:09Speaker 2: This is a revealing debate.
- 50:11Speaker 7: You say taxes on corporations in the form of tariffs
- 50:15Speaker 7: are passed on to consumers.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Where do you think corporate income taxes go?
- 50:18Speaker 1: On to consumers. Would you want to zero it all out?
- 50:21Speaker 1: And they're both bad.
- 50:22Speaker 2: They're both bad. So let's zero it all out. Hold
- 50:24Speaker 2: on a second. Trade it all. Hold on a second.
- 50:26Speaker 7: Now.
- 50:27Speaker 2: No, I don't think that they're both the same. They're not.
- 50:30Speaker 2: They're all taxes. You just said they're all taxes. They
- 50:33Speaker 2: are not both the same. Why? Because tariffs have the
- 50:38Speaker 2: effect of raising prices.
- 50:40Speaker 1: What do you think income taxes do? What do you
- 50:44Speaker 1: think corporate income taxes do?
- 50:45Speaker 2: Where do you think it goes? Do income taxes raise
- 50:48Speaker 2: prices on goods? No, they don't. What are you talking about?
- 50:53Speaker 2: Of course it does.
- 50:54Speaker 1: If you were the Abby Phillip Corporation and I taxed you,
- 50:57Speaker 1: you'd pass it on to your products, whatever they were.
- 50:59Speaker 2: Income taxes do not raise prices on goods. Oh my goodness, Abby.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Tariffs do. And tariffs, by the way.
- 51:11Speaker 1: She is stone cold stupid. I mean, she's all in
- 51:15Speaker 1: on the Democrat Party talking points. That's really the animating
- 51:17Speaker 1: feature here. I noticed this when President Trump started using
- 51:23Speaker 1: tariffs as a tool here to try and bring business
- 51:26Speaker 1: back to the United States and fight back against the
- 51:28Speaker 1: trade war that's been waged against the United States for
- 51:29Speaker 1: years without any defense whatsoever. Once he started doing that,
- 51:33Speaker 1: the left started using becoming aware of the way that
- 51:38Speaker 1: tariffs might have an impact on consumer costs. They started
- 51:40Speaker 1: appropriately acknowledging. They're like, well, wait a second. This could
- 51:43Speaker 1: raise prices on consumers. They're right about that. That is true.
- 51:46Speaker 1: But it's funny that they would say that because they
- 51:48Speaker 1: never acknowledge that when it comes to corporate taxes. Never.
- 51:52Speaker 1: They always pretend like there's some bottomless pit. pit of
- 51:55Speaker 1: money that the corporations have access to and that doesn't
- 51:59Speaker 1: even matter what they price their goods at, that they're
- 52:02Speaker 1: just taking advantage of everybody, they're snowing everybody. They have,
- 52:06Speaker 1: it's like, I don't know what this, it is so obtuse,
- 52:13Speaker 1: so stubborn in terms of just like opening up the
- 52:17Speaker 1: lens a little bit. Scott is totally right. If you
- 52:20Speaker 1: raise corporate taxes, how are corporations going to stay in
- 52:24Speaker 1: business unless they figure out a way to get the
- 52:26Speaker 1: money from somewhere else? They have to pay their taxes.
- 52:29Speaker 1: How are they going to do that? They got to
- 52:32Speaker 1: either fire people, meaning they have to have less, fewer expenses,
- 52:36Speaker 1: or they have to raise prices on consumer goods. So
- 52:41Speaker 1: the principal stance and Abby Phillips sitting there going, nope, nope,
- 52:45Speaker 1: that's not a thing. That's not a thing. And why
- 52:47Speaker 1: does she take that position? Because the position of the
- 52:49Speaker 1: Democrat Party is we need to tax corporations into oblivion.
- 52:54Speaker 1: In fact, the entire premise of the Democrat Party these
- 52:57Speaker 1: days is we need to destroy capitalism itself. Even the
- 53:01Speaker 1: idea of generating a profit is somehow like a violation.
- 53:06Speaker 1: That shouldn't happen. And of course, it should. Capitalism has
- 53:10Speaker 1: been the system that has done the most to uplift
- 53:12Speaker 1: people out of poverty, out of any system in human history.
- 53:16Speaker 1: It's helped to create unseen human flourishing. And you've got
- 53:20Speaker 1: a host in a primetime show who doesn't even understand
- 53:23Speaker 1: the basic principles of economics because she is that wedded
- 53:26Speaker 1: to Democrat Party talking points. It really is amazing. Abby
- 53:31Speaker 1: needs to listen to Charles Payne on Fox Businesses, T.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Hyatt.
- 53:34Speaker 1: I totally agree with you. Totally agree. And somebody said,
- 53:38Speaker 1: tell Dan to put you in a better hotel. That's funny.
- 53:42Speaker 1: I've got some news for you. Dan doesn't pay for
- 53:45Speaker 1: my hotels. It's irrelevant to my hotel stays. But it
- 53:49Speaker 1: is a fun, it's a nice hotel. It's a good hotel.
- 53:52Speaker 1: I like staying here. Dan's a great partner. It's been
- 53:56Speaker 1: fun doing this here with you guys. It's so neat.
- 53:58Speaker 1: You guys are the best. You guys are the best.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Dan's the best. Dan's great. I'll tell you a little

- 54:54Speaker 1: among them.
- 54:55Speaker 3: You.
- 54:56Speaker 1: You're the best audience anywhere. What a great opportunity to
- 54:58Speaker 1: spend some time with you today. Thank you for this.
- 55:01Speaker 1: And in closing, Will We Win says, IPA is excellent beer.
- 55:05Speaker 1: I totally agree with you. I know there was kind
- 55:08Speaker 1: of like a, there was a period of time in
- 55:10Speaker 1: our country where people were trying to beat up on IPAs.
- 55:14Speaker 1: I think they're great. I'm just, honestly, can I be
- 55:18Speaker 1: candid with you? If I go somewhere and I really
- 55:20Speaker 1: want a beer and somebody cracks one open and hands
- 55:21Speaker 1: it to me, I'm drinking that beer, baby. Perfectly fine
- 55:24Speaker 1: with a nice cold beer. Whatever it tastes like, I'm
- 55:27Speaker 1: into it. But IPAs are good. They're very good. We're
- 55:30Speaker 1: good now. I'll have another one. It'll make me feel great.
- 55:34Speaker 1: You guys are the best. I'll be back in the
- 55:36Speaker 1: mighty home studio tomorrow. It's going to be awesome. It's
- 55:40Speaker 1: going to be super awesome. And my wife will be
- 55:41Speaker 1: pleased too, which is really the most important thing. I'll
- 55:44Speaker 1: talk to you again soon.
- 55:49Speaker 6: The U.S.

- 55:56Speaker 7: Arguably, your most impressive quality cannot be measured.
- 56:00Speaker 6: You're a guy who is the definition of grit.
- 56:03Speaker 5: Injuries have ended plenty of careers, but instead you decided
- 56:05Speaker 5: yours would only be a chapter instead of the ending.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Welcome to the show, Daryl.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 56:10Speaker 4: That's a good intro right there.
