- 1:36Speaker 2: So shall we get into the news arrivals of the week.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Let's do it? Okay.
- 1:45Speaker 1: News arrivals Number one, Hailey Beaver sells Road to Elf
- 1:49Speaker 1: Beauty for one billion dollars.
- 1:52Speaker 2: What did you think when you saw this story this
- 1:54Speaker 2: week's Now?
- 1:55Speaker 4: I was really surprised, I think because she had just
- 1:59Speaker 4: done the Vogue cover and was talking so much about
- 2:02Speaker 4: her business. It just wasn't what I was expecting next
- 2:06Speaker 4: from her. But it is a trend that we have
- 2:08Speaker 4: seen with other celebrity beauty brands in the past, So
- 2:10Speaker 4: maybe I should the.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Present and we're going to get into that after. But
- 2:15Speaker 1: to give you the recap, Haley Baber has officially joined
- 2:17Speaker 1: the ranks of elite beauty entrepreneurs with the sale of
- 2:21Speaker 1: her skincare brand, Road to Elf Beauty and a landmark
- 2:25Speaker 1: deal valued at up to one billion dollars million with
- 2:29Speaker 1: a bee I remember growing up, one billion dollars was
- 2:32Speaker 1: this number?
- 2:33Speaker 2: That was fictional.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought it was like made up, Like yeah,
- 2:37Speaker 4: like gazill I was gonna say.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Gazillion, But is that a real one too?
- 2:40Speaker 1: If it ever comes into being real, I'm tapping out
- 2:45Speaker 1: unless it's me. This acquisition not only underscores roads meteoric
- 2:50Speaker 1: rise since it's twenty twenty two launch, Yes, twenty twenty
- 2:55Speaker 1: two launch, but also highlights how savvy Hailey Biber is
- 3:00Speaker 1: as a business woman in a very competitive beauty industry,
- 3:03Speaker 1: one that arguably she kind of joined late.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Yeah, she was one of the last cabs off the
- 3:09Speaker 4: rank in terms of the celebrity beauty brands, Like we
- 3:12Speaker 4: have our fany Beauty with Rihanna, we have Rare Beauty
- 3:15Speaker 4: with Selena Gomez, House Beauty or Houseaga yeah, Maddy Gaga Yeah,
- 3:21Speaker 4: also Kylie Cosmetics of course Kim's.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Like there's so many already in existence. But even though
- 3:28Speaker 1: it only launched three years ago, in the fiscal year
- 3:32Speaker 1: ending March thirty first, twenty twenty five, Road reported net
- 3:36Speaker 1: sales of two hundred and twelve million, So that's just
- 3:40Speaker 1: a testament to its like rapid growth. And I think
- 3:44Speaker 1: as well, we've definitely seen Haley Beaber move into one
- 3:47Speaker 1: of those like cult it girls recently that if she
- 3:50Speaker 1: wears it, it's trending the next day.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I think she is.
- 3:54Speaker 4: The epitome of an influencer.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Absolutely, whether you like her on don't, she's influencing.
- 4:03Speaker 4: She is why we are all wearing oversized blazers and
- 4:06Speaker 4: jeans and snakers.
- 4:08Speaker 2: So let's get into the deal breakdown.
- 4:10Speaker 1: The acquisition deal is structured with a six hundred million
- 4:15Speaker 1: in cash and two hundred million in ELF Beauty stock
- 4:19Speaker 1: payable at closing, plus an additional two hundred million in
- 4:23Speaker 1: potential earnouts based on Rhodes performance over the next three years.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So how much has Hailey Biber made from the sale?
- 4:32Speaker 1: So the agreement includes eight hundred million in cash and
- 4:35Speaker 1: stock at closing, plus an additional two hundred million contingent
- 4:41Speaker 1: on roads gross over the next three years. Now that's
- 4:45Speaker 1: not all going towards Haley because Hailey doesn't own one
- 4:48Speaker 1: hundred percent of road. And there was an India Times
- 4:52Speaker 1: article that reported Hailey Biber owns fifty one percent Steak
- 4:56Speaker 1: in Road according to Vogue Business. But when I looked
- 4:59Speaker 1: in the Vogue Business article, I wasn't actually able to
- 5:02Speaker 1: find that number. And when I continued searching, there wasn't
- 5:06Speaker 1: like an ironclad number of what she owns. But I
- 5:09Speaker 1: think it's fair to say she's made bank. Yeah, and
- 5:12Speaker 1: rightfully so she's worked very hard. Mm. So she's not
- 5:16Speaker 1: actually leaving the business and like being like done goodbye
- 5:21Speaker 1: and Hailey will continue.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I love how I'm saying. Her first name is if
- 5:24Speaker 2: we're best friend, miss Bieber, missus Bieber.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Sorry. So, despite the sale, Hailey Bieber isn't stepping away
- 5:31Speaker 1: from her brand. She will continue to serve as Rhodes
- 5:34Speaker 1: Chief creative Officer and head of Innovation, as well as
- 5:38Speaker 1: take on a new strategic advisor to Elf Beauty. This
- 5:43Speaker 1: ensures her continued influence over the brand's direction and product development.
- 5:48Speaker 2: I'm very interested to see what this entails.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Does this mean that Hailey Beaber's basically going to be
- 5:53Speaker 1: the face of Road Beauty and then all the responsibilities
- 5:58Speaker 1: of kind of running it now sit within Elf.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Yeah, It's one of those roles that I do always
- 6:05Speaker 2: kind of wonder what does that entail?
- 6:08Speaker 3: Yeah, like what exactly does that mean?
- 6:10Speaker 4: And it's hard to predict how this will impact Road
- 6:13Speaker 4: without also really knowing what her roles and responsibilities were previously.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Has she always kind of just been in the face
- 6:21Speaker 4: of the brand.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Well, that's what happens very often with these brands. For example,
- 6:25Speaker 1: like Kim isn't the one hundred percent owner and founder
- 6:30Speaker 1: of Skims, but she's the face. Same with Good American,
- 6:33Speaker 1: with Chloe Kardashian, and it wouldn't be surprised if you know,
- 6:36Speaker 1: Lemonie was a similar structure.
- 6:39Speaker 2: And the strategic alignment.
- 6:41Speaker 1: With ELF Beauty makes sense because they're one of the
- 6:44Speaker 1: biggest beauty brands in the world, I would go as
- 6:48Speaker 1: far to say, and they're very committed to making beauty
- 6:52Speaker 1: products more accessible. They're in a lot more countries and
- 6:55Speaker 1: so we could potentially even be seeing Road in Australia
- 6:58Speaker 1: very soon.
- 7:00Speaker 2: The CEO of Elf praised Road.
- 7:03Speaker 1: For its alignment with ELF's vision and its potential for
- 7:06Speaker 1: rocket ship growth. So yeah, it seems like this has
- 7:11Speaker 1: been a very strategic move on both parties, and earlier
- 7:16Speaker 1: this week slash Month, Road announced that they were expanding
- 7:21Speaker 1: into more Sphores stores in US, Canada and the UK
- 7:24Speaker 1: by the end of twenty twenty five.
- 7:26Speaker 2: So yeah, interesting.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I wonder if we will see Road in Sophorian
- 7:32Speaker 4: Australia in the future.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Well else here, so surely right.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:37Speaker 4: One thing I do wonder is that I do think
- 7:39Speaker 4: that part of the law of the Road brand was
- 7:43Speaker 4: its exclusivity, and I do wonder if I think it
- 7:48Speaker 4: could go one of two ways.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Even now it will be really easy to get.
- 7:52Speaker 4: And so that will mean more sales, more people get
- 7:55Speaker 4: at word of mouth spreads even more and it only
- 7:57Speaker 4: continues to grow or it potentially loses that appeal of
- 8:02Speaker 4: exclusivity because you.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Can get it anywhere.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You'll have to say, look, we've seen this whole story
- 8:10Speaker 1: really was reminding me of a very similar occurrence, especially
- 8:16Speaker 1: with the celebrity selling their brand and it didn't necessarily
- 8:19Speaker 1: work out. But the more I read into this, it
- 8:22Speaker 1: got spicier and spicier, and it reminded me of Kylie
- 8:26Speaker 1: Jenner selling Kylie Cosmetics to Coty and that hasn't necessarily
- 8:32Speaker 1: been smooth sailing.
- 8:33Speaker 2: So Kylie Jenner.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Is reportedly exploring the possibility of buying back the fifty
- 8:40Speaker 1: one percent steak in Kylie Cosmetics that she sold to
- 8:43Speaker 1: Coty Ink for six hundred million in twenty nineteen, and
- 8:49Speaker 1: this move would restore her to full ownership of the
- 8:52Speaker 1: brand she founded in twenty fifteen.
- 8:54Speaker 2: It's been ten years.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Since Kylie launched Kylie Cosmetics. So in two and nine,
- 9:00Speaker 1: Cody Inc. Cotty Coaty, or however you want to say it,
- 9:03Speaker 1: a global beauty conglomerate, acquired a fifty one per cent
- 9:07Speaker 1: steak in Kylie Cosmetics for six hundred million, valuing the
- 9:11Speaker 1: company at approximately one point two billion. The deal aimed
- 9:16Speaker 1: to leverage COT's resources to expand the brand's global presence,
- 9:20Speaker 1: while Jenna retained creative control over product development and marketing.
- 9:25Speaker 2: See how it sounds familiar?
- 9:27Speaker 1: See how it sounds like now you stay on, You've
- 9:29Speaker 1: got creative control, but will deal with all the admin
- 9:33Speaker 1: and all the buying, and like, it just sounds similar
- 9:37Speaker 1: to me. And definitely we don't know what the details
- 9:40Speaker 1: of these deals are, but you can see why my
- 9:43Speaker 1: memory was like, hmm, here's where it gets really interesting
- 9:48Speaker 1: in terms of Kylie Gender and Kylie Cosmetics. According to
- 9:52Speaker 1: Forbes Australia, Kylie Jenner's sale of Kylie Cosmetics to Coty
- 9:56Speaker 1: marked a milestone moment for the Kardashian jenne fan and
- 10:00Speaker 1: seemed to prove that she really was the self made
- 10:02Speaker 1: billionaire she claimed to be, with the deal valuing her
- 10:06Speaker 1: business at one point eight billion, but further investigation into
- 10:12Speaker 1: the deal by Forbes showed that the business was significantly
- 10:15Speaker 1: smaller and less profitable than she and her family had claimed.
- 10:21Speaker 2: You did you know about this?
- 10:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember this At the time.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Financials revealed by Cotie said the brand generated one hundred
- 10:29Speaker 1: and ninety two million aud in twenty eighteen, which is
- 10:34Speaker 1: far different than the five hundred and fifty five million
- 10:39Speaker 1: the Jenners had previously led Forbes to believe. It later
- 10:43Speaker 1: emerged that the family lied repeatedly about the size of
- 10:47Speaker 1: the brand and even had their accountant draft tax returns
- 10:51Speaker 1: with false numbers. Forbes estimates that Jenna made five hundred
- 10:56Speaker 1: and twenty four million AUD after taxes from this sale
- 11:00Speaker 1: of Kylie Cosmetics, and in May twenty twenty said she
- 11:04Speaker 1: was no longer believed to be a billionaire.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Crazy, Yeah, because I remember there was so much controversy
- 11:12Speaker 4: around that Forbes article and cover, and I believe that
- 11:17Speaker 4: the headline on the cover of the magazine.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Was made Billionaire.
- 11:21Speaker 4: So there was already a lot of controversy around that,
- 11:24Speaker 4: and then this came out and everybody was like, and
- 11:26Speaker 4: you're not even a billionaire, which I also am, like,
- 11:30Speaker 4: she's still rich, but that spider so spicy that I'm like,
- 11:38Speaker 4: how did.
- 11:38Speaker 1: That not escalate to, like, I don't know, lawsuits?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Yeah, who knows?
- 11:45Speaker 2: I know.
- 11:46Speaker 1: However, in twenty twenty three, multiple reports also emerged from Forbes, Fortune, Bloomberg, People,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and more that Kylie wants her business back.
- 11:56Speaker 2: However, I couldn't find any confirmation.
- 11:59Speaker 1: That a deal was done, and more so that there
- 12:02Speaker 1: have been disagreements over price and valuation according to people.
- 12:07Speaker 3: So yeah, interesting, I know.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But it's not all doom and gloom either, because Zoe
- 12:13Speaker 1: Foster Blake, the founder of go To Skincare, has successfully
- 12:16Speaker 1: regained her full ownership of her company recently by repurchasing
- 12:22Speaker 1: the stake previously sold to BWX Group, and the buyback
- 12:27Speaker 1: was executed for twenty one point eight million, a significant
- 12:31Speaker 1: reduction from the eighty nine million b WX initially paid
- 12:35Speaker 1: for it in twenty twenty one, which is crazy, and
- 12:39Speaker 1: that makes the beauty entrepreneur now the majority shareholder with
- 12:44Speaker 1: fifty nine point six eight percent. Steak and Zoe Foster
- 12:49Speaker 1: Blake launched go To in twenty fourteen after several years
- 12:52Speaker 1: as a beauty editor and wanting to build a simple,
- 12:55Speaker 1: effective skincare line from the knowledge of skincare ingredients that
- 12:59Speaker 1: she'd accumulated. And we're actually going to be having her
- 13:02Speaker 1: on the show soon, which we're super excited about. So
- 13:05Speaker 1: I can't wait to ask her opinion of selling your
- 13:10Speaker 1: company and whether it's the right step and when to
- 13:13Speaker 1: know what to do, because I think she would have
- 13:16Speaker 1: some very interesting words of wisdom. Yeah, a lot of
- 13:20Speaker 1: insight there, I'm sure. Yeah, I'm very interested to see
- 13:23Speaker 1: what the next step is. And I think you're right.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I think you know, has roads appeal been the fact
- 13:31Speaker 1: that it's so hard to get I mean, look at
- 13:32Speaker 1: La Booboos. I know that's a bit of a switch
- 13:34Speaker 1: of gears, but the exclusivity and demand and difficulty to
- 13:38Speaker 1: acquire them is absolutely a marketing tactic.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Yeah, and I feel the same about Kylie Cosmetics in
- 13:44Speaker 4: twenty fourteen as well.
- 13:45Speaker 2: But yeah, when you would like, I don't think you
- 13:48Speaker 2: did this.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I think you've talked about this in the past, but
- 13:50Speaker 1: I used to set alarms like a two am to
- 13:52Speaker 1: buy the lip drops.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm like, bitch, why are you buying a
- 13:56Speaker 2: purple lipstick it to it. So yeah back hey for Hayley.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Get your bags. Congrats queen.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Yeah fingers crossed. It all works out for the best
- 14:07Speaker 4: news arrivals. Number two, surf Stitch has paused business and
- 14:12Speaker 4: been sold to an undisclosed buyer.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Oh, undisclosed.
- 14:16Speaker 4: Yeah, So the owners of the online retailer surf Stitch
- 14:22Speaker 4: has sold to an undisclosed buyer. More than a week
- 14:26Speaker 4: after shoppers question the website's unexplained disappearance, the Australian Financial
- 14:32Speaker 4: Review broke the news that surf Stitch owner Alchemy Group
- 14:36Speaker 4: has offloaded its assets, with a spokesperson confirming the sale
- 14:41Speaker 4: to the paper. So for the last couple of weeks,
- 14:44Speaker 4: when you've tried to visit the surf Stitch store, it
- 14:47Speaker 4: comes up with a maintenance message, So it says, sorry,
- 14:52Speaker 4: our site is undergoing maintenance and that's it. And it's
- 14:56Speaker 4: been like that for a few weeks. So customers have
- 14:59Speaker 4: been trying to go on the store and I've been like,
- 15:02Speaker 4: where's surf stitch gone. Yeah, So there's been a couple
- 15:04Speaker 4: of questions bubbling and then now this has come out.
- 15:08Speaker 4: So Alchemy Group is also home to Australia's certified Lego
- 15:12Speaker 4: stores and also clothing retailer General Pants Co.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Yeah, along with the newer National Geographic line of clothing stores.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Wait what yeah, National Geographic Clothing Stores. Yeah, okay, okay.
- 15:30Speaker 4: But when I saw this and that Alchemy Group also
- 15:34Speaker 4: own General Pants, it posts the question for me, will
- 15:38Speaker 4: General Pants be next? Well, I was talking to you
- 15:41Speaker 4: about that this week, and Sal and I were sitting
- 15:43Speaker 4: in the office and I was on their site and
- 15:45Speaker 4: I literally turned to you and I was like, General,
- 15:48Speaker 4: I'm calling it. I think we're going to see an
- 15:51Speaker 4: article that General Pants is involuntary administration.
- 15:55Speaker 2: I would say within the next twelve months.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Yeah, Like, I hope that that isn't the case.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I do too, because there's such an iconic Australian retailer.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Yeah, and they have.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Been like an important part of the streetwear scene in
- 16:10Speaker 4: Australia for a long time. And you know, just with
- 16:13Speaker 4: any closures or anything like this, you know, it means
- 16:16Speaker 4: a lot of people are losing jobs. And yeah, I
- 16:19Speaker 4: do think that it's sad, but it does pose that question,
- 16:22Speaker 4: and I guess what's going to happen next?
- 16:24Speaker 3: For a surf Stitch because that has been.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Sold to an undisclosed seller, So watch this space is yeah.
- 16:32Speaker 4: But I also was wondering do surf stores have a
- 16:37Speaker 4: place in twenty twenty five, because this time twenty years ago,
- 16:42Speaker 4: surf stores were like all the rage, Like that's where
- 16:45Speaker 4: you would go and get your streetwear, and like that's
- 16:49Speaker 4: where the viral things of the time.
- 16:51Speaker 3: We didn't have viral in two thousand and two.
- 16:53Speaker 4: But you know what I mean, Like that's where young
- 16:55Speaker 4: people were shopping. But I think we've seen a movement
- 16:59Speaker 4: away from that more and more, and I think that
- 17:01Speaker 4: this is just a further example of that.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Yeah. And I think, honestly, one of the strongest recession
- 17:09Speaker 1: indicators that we've seen, especially within the last twelve months,
- 17:13Speaker 1: is the number of brand and retail and store closures
- 17:18Speaker 1: that have been going on.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, so we've got a list.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Okay.
- 17:25Speaker 4: In the last twelve months, surf Stitch has been sold
- 17:29Speaker 4: to an unknown buyer, Jean's West has entered voluntary administration,
- 17:35Speaker 4: Rivers has closed its brick and mortar stores. Also, its
- 17:38Speaker 4: website is no longer accessible.
- 17:40Speaker 2: That's so sad. They used to have the most iconic ads.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I miss them.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Yeah, Collette by Collette Hayman closed down, No Billibong, Quicksilver
- 17:51Speaker 4: and Roxy filed for bankruptcy. Catch dot Com closed down
- 17:55Speaker 4: that one's upsetting gg and Tom closed down also upsetting.
- 17:59Speaker 4: Ali was placed into liquidation and dion Lee was placed
- 18:03Speaker 4: into liquidation as well.
- 18:04Speaker 1: And you know what I would say, those brands are
- 18:07Speaker 1: brands that don't necessarily have the strongest social presence and
- 18:11Speaker 1: haven't necessarily stayed up to date with social media virality
- 18:18Speaker 1: and staying on top of the fact that they need
- 18:20Speaker 1: to be on people's phones.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, that's where people are buying now, Yeah, through
- 18:26Speaker 4: social media.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Yeah, which I think is a great segue into news
- 18:30Speaker 1: arrivals number three of the week, and it is the
- 18:34Speaker 1: viral Kmart Swede bomber jacket. So this week kmart has
- 18:41Speaker 1: dropped a Swede in quotation marks bomber jacket for forty
- 18:45Speaker 1: nine dollars and.
- 18:46Speaker 2: To no surprise, it has gone completely viral.
- 18:50Speaker 1: It sold out online in a matter of hours and
- 18:53Speaker 1: in the last week the search for the kmart swayed
- 18:57Speaker 1: bomber jacket skyrocketed by two one hundred and fifty percent,
- 19:02Speaker 1: and the search for brown swede jacket also shot up
- 19:07Speaker 1: by three hundred percent. So it's no shock because Swade
- 19:11Speaker 1: has been such a strong trend this season, especially she
- 19:17Speaker 1: is the moment especially, But to see that three that
- 19:21Speaker 1: that's still going up three hundred percent on top of
- 19:24Speaker 1: how much of a trend, that this is still growing
- 19:26Speaker 1: week by week by three hundred percent means that this
- 19:29Speaker 1: trend isn't necessarily going anywhere anytime soon. And this came
- 19:34Speaker 1: up bomber jacket, I'd say it's actually a pretty close
- 19:36Speaker 1: trend to also the very viral naked vice bomber jacket
- 19:40Speaker 1: that sits for a couple hundred dollars, you know, so
- 19:43Speaker 1: forty nine dollars. Of course that's going to intrigue people.
- 19:46Speaker 1: And Kmart goes viral basically every time you stub uteau. Yeah,
- 19:51Speaker 1: you know, they've really stepped into being the people's cost
- 19:54Speaker 1: of living fashion place. You know.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like the go to to get the look
- 19:58Speaker 3: for less.
- 20:00Speaker 1: But we actually went to Kmar to have a little
- 20:03Speaker 1: lookie and to be brutally honest, I'm not sure if
- 20:09Speaker 1: I would be running for it, so we went to
- 20:11Speaker 1: try it out.
- 20:12Speaker 2: And for forty nine dollars, it's not bad.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I don't actually I wouldn't say it's good either, So
- 20:20Speaker 1: it's super structured, but potentially to the point of being stiff,
- 20:25Speaker 1: bit boxy, bitboxy. Someone in the comments on TikTok described
- 20:31Speaker 1: it to a blow up mattress.
- 20:33Speaker 3: And see that.
- 20:35Speaker 1: I concur the suede does feel like the top of
- 20:40Speaker 1: a blow up mattress. You're so right, no, wow, I
- 20:44Speaker 1: know it wasn't even me, but they're so right, right,
- 20:48Speaker 1: right right. And also in store, it was so many
- 20:53Speaker 1: of them were marked, like very easily marked, not in
- 20:57Speaker 1: a way that they were intentionally like stuffed.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Or yeah, yeah, it looked like that when they had
- 21:04Speaker 4: been unpacked or been in storage and set up, they
- 21:08Speaker 4: had scratches on them just from like rubbing against other clothes.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:13Speaker 1: And additionally, and this is a personal preference, I wasn't
- 21:17Speaker 1: a huge fan of the pockets because they were flap
- 21:19Speaker 1: vertical pockets rather than angled on the side.
- 21:22Speaker 2: You can't really rest your hands in them.
- 21:24Speaker 1: So whilst this has gone completely viral, sold out and
- 21:29Speaker 1: is cost friendly for a Swede, again, in quotation marks
- 21:34Speaker 1: on the site, they call it a swedebat, which I'm like,
- 21:36Speaker 1: what the fuck is County County Swede?
- 21:40Speaker 3: So a vegan foes so plastic.
- 21:43Speaker 1: It's made of polyester, It's predominantly made of polyester, and
- 21:46Speaker 1: forty nine dollars. And again I'm not saying don't buy it.
- 21:50Speaker 1: I'm saying go and store and try it on pressed
- 21:53Speaker 1: with caution and investigate further.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Some people have bought it and they absolutely love it.
- 21:57Speaker 1: But it's a good reminder that just because something goes
- 22:00Speaker 1: viral doesn't make it goodbye. So yeah, that's a wrap
